Hey yo, what’s up everybody? What’s going on folks? Welcome to the True Training Group live stream. Hope you guys had a nice weekend. I’m ready to get down to business here this week. I think that this is kind of a this is an interesting week. The reason why this is an interesting week is because it is actually the start of what is historically the weakest two weeks of the entire year. Now, if you look back over the last like hundred years and you look at every single month of the calendar, September is the weakest month by far um over the course of the last, you know, I’m talking about over history. But if you look at instead of just month by month, if you look at by four-week intervals, the weakest four-week period historically is the last two weeks of September and the first two weeks of October. And we don’t really have a lot of economic data that’s coming out this week. We don’t have a Fed meeting. We don’t have CPI data. We don’t have PCE data. We don’t have really huge earnings. September 30th is when you’re going to get Micron’s earnings. We’re also going to get PCE inflation data. That’s going to be a big day, you know, economic data wise. But this week, this week it feels like the markets are going to be free to trade more so on technicals and then obviously anything news related that centers around the Middle East and with the Houthis and Saudi Arabia or between the US and Iran. Um, and those news headlines are going to, you know, most likely they’re going to move the price of oil and then they’re going to move the price of the overall markets as well. But you have something else that’s happening this week that’s not really related to the stock market, but could end up providing s possibly news headlines that we need to pay attention to, and that’s the UN assembly. Um, Iran’s president is attending the UN assembly here in the United States in New York. Um, and I believe is also going to be giving a speech while there as well. Um, so it is going to be interesting to see what news headlines come from the UN. We could have news headlines that could pop up throughout the course of a trading day that could make the markets move up or could make the markets move down. So that is something that is typically not a catalyst that moves the market, but in this situation, it potentially could be. So just keep your ears open, keep your eyes open, you know, watch the news feeds. Obviously, we’re going to be letting our own news feeds kind of do the work for us and notify us if anything does happen or any news headline does come out that warrants our attention and could potentially move the markets. But other than that, there’s not much economic data that we have to worry about. And that’s going to be I like when that’s the case. I like when that’s the case because I can just look at a chart and without all of the noise behind what’s happening around us. I can just look at a chart and say, “Listen, chart tells me to go long or chart tells me to go short.” And we can just kind of lean on that direction. And right now, you know, I think the market’s giving a pretty decent signal for us when I take a look at the charts. If I, you know, look at right now where we are kind of in the pre-market session on futures, futures are up right near the high of the day. We’re up.3% uh on futures. So, we are having a nice open here um on the futures market, extending the the nice move into the close that we had on Friday. So, we had quad witching on Friday and we had a nice little pop into the bell. Um on Friday they took us all the way back up into you know into the black. We we closed right here at 761 and change and then just popped right after after hours popped it right up into go flat on the day and filled the entire gap down that we experienced on Friday. Um and then actually finished finished green and then now you’re getting a little bit of a followrough to that up.3%. Nothing major, nothing m, you know, we’re not up a point. I mean, we’re not up one percentage point or anything like that, but uh, you know, we’re up.3. So, and you’re getting a little bit more followthrough from that move at Friday into the close. And the price action that we saw on Friday, end on Thursday to me reestablishes a previous support level. And that’s something I’m going to talk to you guys about today on this live stream is the importance of um, looking for levels to reestablish. And what does that mean? Okay. So, I am going to go over that with you guys here today on this live stream. I’m also going to go over with you what I think we’re going to see from the markets this week. And what is my plan of attack? I’ve got a pretty big watch list this week. I’ve got eight stocks that I have written down right here in my notebook. I am old school. I don’t use like online stuff. I’m old school. I write it down in my notebook. This is this is where the magic happens right here. Got my pen. That’s it. and I just write everything down. So, I’ve got eight stocks that I’m looking at here. Um, I’ve got some longs, I’ve got some shorts, but my my plays this week are really going to be sectorbased. So, I’m not looking at necessarily one particular stock with its own individual catalyst. I’m looking for sectors to trade in a particular way this week. And we’re going to use that. Okay, we’re going to use that. Uh, I’m using active trader mode live trading right now. It’s just amazing. That’s that’s fantastic. I love that. CEOs. So that that’s one of our members they’re talking about. So ATM that’s active trader mode. What that is that is our latest um our latest AI tool release on the TTG platform and it is by far our most advanced as well. Um it is our premium product. It has our strongest most powerful version of our model which is Mari. And yes it’s it’s our model. We do have our own model at True Training Group. We do serve our own inference. At true trading, we have made the very large investment over the last two years to um build out our own AI infrastructure to provide our members with the tools and resources that they need in order to help them become better traders, in order to help them to make money. And at the end of the day, that is really what we are all uh here for and what we’re all all going to be, you know, it’s why you’re here with me on a Sunday evening at at 8:11 p.m. uh instead of getting ready for for kickoff, right? You got you got another game coming up. Some shocking shocking games this this second week, man. It’s like, who would have thought? Who would have thought the Chargers suck? Who would have thought that, you know? I mean, and I’m really upset that the Chargers suck because I’m not because I’m a Chargers fan, but because I have Herbert as my quarterback in my fantasy league and he’s done nothing. He’s done nothing. So, I’m going to have to bring in I’m gonna have to bring in the backup, I think. I I think pretty soon. I’m really disappointed in the Chargers. The Falcons are terrible. The Titans are terrible. The Bucks are terrible, which also sucks because I have Amika Ibuka on my team as well. So, just some crazy stuff. Some crazy stuff. um happened this weekend, but we’re not here to talk about sports. We’re here to talk about stocks. So, there’s a lot that we are um gonna go over here. You don’t have Jen Daniels. Yeah. No. Jayen Daniels hurt again. I feel so bad for that guy, man. Jayen Daniels hurt again. Caleb Williams went down. NFL is crazy. NFL is crazy, man. Man, man, it is crazy. But anyway, let me digress. I don’t want to get get caught up in that. I can talk about stocks and sports all day long. Let’s get into guys what we’re going to go over here tonight. Like I said, I’m going to give you guys my plan of attack this week, what stocks I’m going to be trading, my entries, my exits. There are two positions I’m already in. I will update you on those. One of them is a half position size because I’ve already taken profit on the trade, but I’m still in half of it. And then the other position is around 20% because I’ve already taken 80% of that position off the table for profit as well. But I still have them. So, I will update you on those positions, what I expect them to do from here on out, and then give you the new stocks that are on my watch list with my entries and my exits planned out here. for this week. If you guys are new, right, if you guys are new to the channel, welcome. Okay, welcome. My name is Michael Lever Paradi. I go by Michael Lebert. I’m the co-founder and head trader of True Trading Group. Um, in case you guys um did not know, True Trading Group is not just a chat room with trade alerts and courses. True Trading Group exists to help you to learn, learn faster, trade smarter, and to profit sooner. And we do that through a fintech platform that is known as TTGAI that provides AI tools. um re other resources, data, analytics um that allow retail traders to have the same type of equipment and the same type of information available to them that professional traders, institutional traders have when they make their trading decisions. It is a platform and a system that gives retail traders that use it a distinct advantage over others that do not. That is not just me giving you my opinion. That is me telling you what 11,000 members of True Trading Group have said themselves. Um, so this is also a platform that has received the global benzinga fintech award for best AI analysis tool. We are partnered with and powered by the NASDAQ, Benzinga, OpenAI, DataBento, Unusual Wales, and a few others. So, um, big shout out to all of our partners that, you know, work with us and and allow allow us to build out the platform that we have that’s created the systems that our members are able to use day in and day out. That’s what that one member was talking about when they said uh, ATM. That’s active trader mode. Active trader mode is I want you to think of it almost like a claw code, but for trading and finance related specifically. We actually allow um our AI actually can connect to uh to our members brokerage accounts and this member right now is trading futures um with active trader mode. And active trader mode is something that you can either you know give it direction. It can just trade for you the direction that you give it. You can have it come up with its own trading plan itself and then you can say hey you can approve or or disapprove the plan. It can go ahead and trade it for you live. It gets to know you the individual. It understands your risk. It’ll position size properly. it’ll move the stop loss if it feels it’s necessary to to you know preserve the profits on the trade and allow you to trade without emotion and and that’s really really I think one of the biggest things for retail traders is that retail traders the average novice you know retail trader just simply cannot trade without their emotions involved and they make decisions based on emotion they make decisions based on how much money they’re up how much money they’re down or how much money they just were up and what they’re up now and it just it always leads you down the wrong path Really successful traders don’t trade based on emotion. They trade based on a system. They trade based on a rule set, right? They say, “Okay, I’m going to buy the stock at 100. I’ll stop out at 98. I’m going to take profit 102, 104, 106, and 108.” Um, and they’re not going to do anything until those price levels are met. And, you know, a novice trader is going to see big green candle. They’re all excited. They’re not going to take profit. They think it’s going to go further. Then all of a sudden, it’s going to pull back and like, “Oh man, I was I was just up 500 bucks. Now I’m only up 300. I should probably just get out now before it goes to zero. 300 is better than nothing.” and they’d sell it and if they held on to it for another hour, they’d be up a thousand. It’s like you guys have all been there. You guys, I know you guys know what I’m talking about. But I think the biggest um detriment that a lot of, you know, lesser experienced traders really struggle with is trading without emotion. And active trading mode is one of the systems that we have at your trading group that allows you to completely remove yourself from the actual, you know, execution of the trade. you can remove yourself from the actual analysis of a trade if you wish. But if you want to provide an analysis and then you can have it traded for you, you absolutely can do that. Uh that is what one of our members was talking about um just now when he said ATM that stands for active trader mode. And again that is our latest and our most powerful and our top premier product that we have at your training. Right? So it’s a fintech platform. You guys get a whole suite of AI trading tools um that you guys can use. Like we even have one of I can actually show it to you. Brett, if you have it, you want to maybe pull up the holy grail. I can show people that one real quick, too. I don’t have my active trader mode open right now. I can’t really show you that. But, um, I can show you just this the holy grail uh tool that we have at True Trading Group. It’s just a trade plan generator. So, essentially, if you don’t know where you should get in and where you should get, you would go to our our um trade plan generator that we call the holy grail. You select what type of security you want to trade. So if you want to trade an option, you select option. You want to trade a futures contract, you select futures, crypto, stock, whatever, right? You want to trade Bitcoin or you want to trade shares of something, doesn’t matter. You select what type of security you want first. Then you type in the ticker symbol. Okay? So for this Brett, just put like equity, just put the spy. And then you put your account size. And then you put how much you want to risk on the trade. And then you select the trading style. Now, the trading style is either going to be a scalp trade lasts a few minutes, a day trade trade that lasts a few hours, a swing trade trade that lasts a few days, or a long-term hold, the trade that lasts a few months. And then you go ahead and click run analysis. You wait around 30 seconds and then you will get back a full detailed trading plan with an entry, a stop-loss, multiple profit targets, position size, the option contract you should trade if you did select option as the security type that you’re looking to trade. And all of this also comes with a confidence score. So it’ll actually tell you how confident it is in the analysis and in the trade plan that it is giving you. Um, which is big because when we get a 70 75 80 82% confidence score, we take those trades all the time. When you get a 54% confidence score, that’s something that we’ll typically go ahead and skip. Okay. Um, this is not an a this is not AI that’s making this decision for you. I want to make that very clear. This trade plan generator is an algorithm that is based off of my strategy, style, and analysis. It considers every single technical indicator you can possibly imagine. Support and resistance structure, chart patterns, candlestick patterns, volume, you name it. Considers all of it. Considers macroeconomic data. Considers new sentiment. Considers the market regime. All of it. Okay. Um, and this is what the report looks like. So, it’s just 30 seconds. You get a full report. There’s a summary here at the top. And as you scroll down, you’ll see a breakdown of three different agents that one will be one is a technical analysis agent, one is a macro news agent, and the other one is a wildcard agent. And there’s a summary from each of them. And as you scroll down further, it’ll give you the entry. It gives you the position size based on the risk that you selected. Um, and it gives you a stop-loss. It gives you the the profit targets and the reasons why. And this is an unbelievable tool that we have at your training. You guys do get this when you become a member. um or you guys get the ability to to get the holy grail tool. There is an additional charge um from the annual membership, but it’s so well worth it. It’s not even funny. I mean, honestly, we probably should be charging two to three times more than we do for this tool. Our members have generated almost 700,000 trading plans with this tool so far, and the win rate is just over 70%. It’s absolutely out of this world amazing. Okay, so this is just one of the tools that we have that’s part of the the platform. I already mentioned to you that active trader mode is is something that’s really amazing too. And then we have a bunch of other stuff as well. I’m not going to sit here and make this live stream a whole infomercial about our platform. It would take me we have so many amazing tools and things that I would want to show you. I would sit here probably for the next hour, hour and a half just showing you a bunch of the stuff on our platform, which is what I’m not going to do. If you want to see everything that we have available on the platform, you guys absolutely can do so. There’s a 90-day trial. You can come check out this platform. Come check out the systems. Use it all yourself. And I’m telling you guys, you’re going to want to use these tools. At least try them out because we have 11,000 members at your training group from 114 different countries. We have a retention rate that’s well into the mid70s of members that stay with us. And the reason why they stay with us is very simple. It’s because they actually make money. Members of your training group are making money. And that’s the most important thing. And that’s why you guys are on this live stream. If you’re not a member, pay attention real quick. Let me show you this. members that are that are on this live stream. If you are a member, type the number one. If you’re making money because of TTG, you guys are becoming better traders because of TTG. Type the number one in chat right now. And anyone that’s on this live that’s not a member, pay attention to how many people you see type number one because all these people are your peers. If they can do it, there’s no reason why you can’t. These people are not smarter than you and they sure as hell don’t have more time than you. 82% of our member base has a full-time job. So, I don’t want to hear that excuse. Our entire platform is built for people that have full-time jobs and that are busy. That’s why things like active trader mode exist. So, you can actually sit there and say, “Hey, you know what? If Tesla gets to 360, I want to buy, you know, some call options and, you know, active trader, you know, Mari is the model is the name of our model. Mari, you go ahead and trade it for me, but I want to go long if this thing gets into gets around 360.” And then Mari will go and Mari will come up with an entire trading plan. will actually trade it for you in your account while you’re on your way to work or you’re in a meeting or whatever it is. Or maybe you’re at your kids soccer game or maybe you just don’t trust yourself to actually execute on the plan that you’ve come up with. Whatever it is, either way, the systems and the tools are available to you on this platform if you guys want to use them. Go to truerainggroup.com990. You can try the system out for 90 days. Okay? I don’t mind allowing you to try it for 90 days because I believe that if you try it, you guys are going to do well with it. You’re going to see improvements. you guys are going to make some money and then I think you’re going to want to join us for a full year. We actually lose money on all of our trial members because we’re going to we’re only going to charge you a dollar a day. So, it’s 90 days for 90 bucks. The AI tools that you’re going to have access to it everything is usage based, right? So, it’s going to cost us more than a dollar a day. And I don’t mind. I’m I’m fine with that because if our stuff is as good as I say that it is, then I should have no issue investing that money up front because that’s essentially what I’m doing. I will invest the money upfront because I am confident that you will invest the money later. That’s just a business decision and it’s worked out very well so far because the retention the excuse me the conversion rate from trial member to annual member is incredibly high. We actually have a lot of members that go from trial right to lifetime member. We have we have literally have a bunch of people that just after the 90-day trial they’re like I don’t even want an annual membership. I want a lifetime membership. We do have a lifetime membership available at your training group. Obviously, it’s a lot more expensive than an annual membership, but if you plan on being here for a while, then it’s the right move. It’s it’s the smart smartest thing for you to do. All right, so go to trueraininggroup.com. But I’m not talking about a lifetime membership. I’m not talking about an annual membership right now. Just do the trial. Go to trueraining.com990. If you have any questions, text us 1888-621-2127. Phone numbers at the bottom of the screen if you need it. Okay, that’s 1888-621-2127. Phone numbers at the bottom of the screen. if you guys need it. Okay. All right. With that all now being said, let me take one more quick check back in on futures. Make sure nothing has changed. Nope, we’re still at.3%. No change there. All right. So, let’s go through here’s the overall markets and let’s talk about kind of where we find ourselves now. And it’s it’s really really interesting because um we had a huge huge gap up on Thursday and it caught a lot of people off guard including myself. Um I said to you guys I went live on this channel on Wednesday after the Fed meeting and the market sold off during Kevin Walsh’s speech after they raised rates by 25 basis points. They sold off right into a major level of not a major level but I say a key level of support and then that area held. We bounced back to close the day on Wednesday and then massive gap up on Thursday. And the gap up caught me a little off guard. I’m not going to I’m not going to lie to you. Even on Wednesday, I said to you guys on Wednesday, if you go back and watch my live stream from Wednesday, I said I’m not bearish on Thursday. Meaning like I don’t think the market’s going to sell off again on Thursday. I said this on Wednesday night’s live stream. It’s on this YouTube channel. Um, and I I said I think that we might, you know, try to bounce back up into like the 750s. Um, and get back into like a 756 was what I said. 756, maybe 757. Um, but then I think we stay underneath 757 was what I was what I said on on Wednesday. But I was like, I don’t think we’re going to sell off again Thursday, but I think I think we’re going to bounce back into the seven like 756 757. Well, we bounced back a hell of a lot more than that. We went all the way back to 763. And that takes us back above the 50-day moving average. And that takes us back above a previous level of support that looked like it had been broken on Wednesday. And that takes me to what I mentioned to you in the very beginning of this live stream is what does it mean when a stock reestablishes a level? when a support level is reestablished or a resistance level is reestablished. Okay, I’m going to go over with you here right now an example of a support level being reestablished. What does it mean? What does it look like? And then what do you do with that information afterwards? But then I’m also going to show you one of the stocks that’s on my watch list is when a resistance level is reestablished. So first, what does it mean to be reestablished? Well, it is when you have a clear technical level, whether I’ll be support or resistance, doesn’t matter. In this case with the spy, it was a support level. When that support level looks to be broken, meaning you trade significantly through that level and you trade through that level enough to the point where you would look at it and say, “Okay, now that level is broken.” And very quickly after the level is broken within the same day or the next day that level gets taken right back. That then is called a failed breakdown if it was a support level or a failed break out if it’s a resistance level. And when the level is reclaimed, meaning that’s when you, so let’s say you had support at 756 on the spy, you broke beneath it. You went to 750. You say, “Okay, level’s broken.” When it reclaims 756, that means it got back above 756. It reclaimed the level. But to reestablish the level means after you reclaim it, you back up into 756 again and it’s support. and then it’s support and then it’s support and now all of a sudden the support level that looked like it was broken is back. That’s what it means when a level is reestablished. Same thing with resistance. If you had a $400 level resistance stock breaks through 400, goes to 409, you’re like, “Wow, this level’s broken.” And then one or two days later, you’re back to 396. The resistance level has been reclaimed. you’re back underneath the resistance level. And then the next day, the stock rallies up to 400. It gets to 400, 401, drops down to 395. Rallies back up to 400, drops down to 392. That is the resistance level re-establishing itself. Okay, there are two examples that I’m going to go over with you on my watch list for this week that have a situation where a level has been reestablished. And as I sit here looking at the spy, if I take out take out anything that’s noise related, if you just look at the chart, it’s tough not to say that the better setup right now is long. The better setup right now to me as I look at the spy is long. And a lot of that has to do with the reclaim and the reestablishing of previous support. Now you got futures are up a little bit.3% nothing major but we are green and there’s two very important resistance levels that I’m going to be focusing on because although I’m sitting here right now telling you that I think the better looking setup is long. I’m still not sold on like a really high conviction dig my heels in long. I think in order for me to get a high conviction, dig my heels in long, meaning I’m just going to be buying pullbacks because I think we’re going to get a really strong directional move. I’m not there yet. Okay, the markets have been in in a digestion consolidation phase for the last two weeks. And usually when markets go through a digestion or consolidation, my conviction level is not as high because we’re not getting a directional momentum move. But as soon as I feel that we are going to get a directional momentum move, which means the market’s going to clearly move in one direction for the next one or two weeks, not just green today, red tomorrow, green the next day, red the day after that. That’s consolidation and digestion. That’s what we’ve had for the last two weeks. I’m not cons I’m not convinced yet we’re about to get a directional momentum move to the upside. I’m not. But the chart has me leaning to a slightly bullish bias coming into the week. And now knowing that we’re not that this is going to be a very light economic data week, maybe we can just trade strictly off the charts and then give or take a couple of news headlines that center around the Middle East. And I’m telling you right now, I just feel like that UN assembly meeting this week, it could end up being the wild card. It could end up being a wild card. If there is if there is any situ if there is any scenario where if there is any scenario where Iran’s president and President Trump sit down in a room together, you know, you’re going to get some piece of news around that. You’re either going to get they were just in that room for two hours and they walked out and everyone looked looked happy. not happy, but you know, they walked out and after a two-hour meeting, the markets are probably going to move higher because they think that maybe progress was made on negotiations. If they walk out after 10 or 15 minutes, then everyone’s going to the markets are probably going to drop because they feel like they tried to talk and it went nowhere and they said, “F you. F you.” And they both left, right? That’s exactly the way that the market used to react back in 2018. 2018 we were in the middle of the USChina trade war and it was like almost every couple of weeks the US and the Chinese negotiating teams would meet in person and the market would react to how long the meetings lasted. I’ll never forget it. There was one day back in 2018 where literally after 15 minutes they everybody walked out and they all left. Full full negotiating teams. They walked out and they left and the markets just tanked because like obviously that the meeting went very poorly. if you you sat down for 15 minutes, right? So, these are the things that could provide us with maybe direction of momentum this week, if you get some news headlines around anything that goes on with the UN assembly and that could give us obviously a big big move higher, big move lower depending on what the news is. So, that is something that you’re going to have to keep in the back of your mind as a wild card that could move the markets in a way that we can’t necessarily foresee happening yet. Okay? So, just bear that in mind. But as I sit here and I take a look at the spy, like I said, I am leaning towards an upside move. Um, but there’s two resistance levels that we’ll focus on. First, I want to go over with you guys, uh, re the reestablishing, um, the reestablishing of a support level. Now, I just drew this line for you right here. I just drew it across my screen. And what you’ll see here, and I’m just going to show you guys this because this used to be the support level, right? So, here was previous resistance, previous resistance, right? And then here is gap fill. So this was your previous all-time high resistance. We broke through that, okay, in the very end of July and early August. And then after we broke through that, the markets pulled back down into this level multiple times. And every time that we pulled into this level, that level had held until the Fed day. And then this big red candle is the Fed day. And on the Fed day, we broke that level. And then you had this massive gap up the next day. And this gap up reclaims the support level. You can see how now we’re back above that level. And then what happens on on Thursday and then what happens on Friday? We pull back down into that 50-day moving average. The 50-day is the dark blue line you see on my screen. Okay? We pulled back down into that support level and then bounced off of it. Two days in a row with really nice bottom tails. Look at the size of these bottom tails. These are really nice bounces. So both days we pulled back down in. So we gapped up to the 760s both days. And both days we pulled back down into those 750s. We got back into that support level. And both days we bounced off of it and closed well off the lows. Both days. That tells me that that level has been reestablished.
And that level being reestablished tells me we should be looking long. And there are two resistance levels that we need to focus on. One is 763 and a half. The other is 766. These are your next two two resistance levels. Okay. Now, I just said to you before, I’m not sure about a directional momentum move or sinking my teeth in long, but I think if you get above 766, watch out. I think if you get above 766, you could see a directional momentum move that could take us back up into the mid70s, okay? Right back up into 774 and get back into this double top that we experienced back in early September and late August. Okay? Because that would be the resistance level then after that. So you get through 766. I think there’s room to the upside here. And what would fuel it? You might be saying, “Well, Mike, what would fuel the stock markets to move, make a move like that?” Well, any type of positive news that happens with the US and Iran or anything like that could get the markets moving higher. But forget it. Let’s put that aside. Put a potential news headline because we I can’t I can’t trade off of potential news headlines. That’s that’s not the way that I trade. Um I will react to, you know, news headlines, but I’m not going to try to position myself because I think we might get news this week. Like, that’s just it’s not the way that I trade. It’s not the way that I suggest anybody trades. Um, but I just explained to you in the beginning of this live stream that we are about to enter historically the weakest 4-week stretch ever. Like in the in the year 52 weeks in a year, the weakest four-week stretch historically speaking over the last 100 years is the last two weeks of September and the first two weeks of October. And if you really want to narrow it down even smaller to what’s the weakest two week window, it’s the last two weeks of September. And it’s even more weak or it’s even weaker, I think, is the proper English there is true when it’s a midterm election year, which we also have. And I’m telling you that because a lot of people in this market have positioned themselves for a downward move over the course of the next couple of weeks. There’s been a lot of hedging. There’s been a lot of shortselling. There’s been a lot of profit taking amongst the institutional community and hedge funds and and all the like.
If this market were to start to move higher, it could force an unwind of those hedges and you can get another potential short squeeze type of move. That is exactly what happened in the end of July. This move that you saw here, the end of July, early August, this was a short squeeze. Bearish positioning had gotten very, very heavy. Okay? I did live streams with you guys in the month of July explaining to you about this short squeeze. I posted on my ex account about the short squeeze. We literally called the short squeeze July into August because of market positioning. Market positioning is something that I focus very much on. I learned about market positioning when I worked at a hedge fund in New York City. It’s my first job at a college. It’s where I got my start as a trader. We focus on market positioning very much because it’s a really good, you know, it really helps you with with overall market direction and understanding market positioning. right now market positioning is
I’m trying I don’t want to I don’t want to overplay the bearishness because I don’t want you guys to think that like the market is positioned bearish because it’s not but hedges and short side positioning has been increasing pretty rapidly in the month of September. So if you start to break above a couple of resistance levels that could force an unwind and the markets could have like a two to three day like boom boom boom and you’re like why is the market going higher? And that’ll be the reason why just like you had in the end of July and early August you have the potential backdrop of that setup forming again. And I’m telling you that I think above 766 you could get that trigger that pops it and starts some of that unwind of hedges and short selling. Okay. So, what I’m going to be doing tomorrow, now listen, barring something crazy happening in the overnight session, but if we open up tomorrow and we are right around where we find ourselves now, I will be looking for support at 763, any pullback on the spy into 763, 764. We are looking for there to be support there to go long and the target would be into 766. We would take profit at 766. If you break 766, hold. Okay, I’m not selling my whole thing at 766, but if you break 766, I would hold. Now, if I wake up tomorrow morning and the market’s gapping all the way down and the spy opens up at 761, then I’m not going to obviously this this this plan that I’m giving you right now gets thrown out the window and I’ll reassess in the morning and I’ll come up with a new plan. But, as it stands right now, that’s my that’s what I’m going to be doing going into this week. Okay, that’s a spot. Let’s go over some individual stocks positions. I’m already in AMD. I am long AMD from 535. We entered that trade on Thursday. Uh we got a beautiful follow-through move on Friday and I’m still long 20% of my position. We will be taking that position off the table here this week. Okay, I held on to 20% looking for more upside. We got beautiful upside follow through on AMD um on Friday right into the close. you know, a little quadriing. I’m sure I had something to do with that little move there, but the 560s is my target. That is my resistance level, and it is just the resistance level that you guys can see from back here, this rounded top in the early summer. Um, and that gives you a huge, huge resistance level up there in the 560s to 570s. I will be flat into the 560s um on this position. So, congratulations all the members of True Trading Group. A lot of you are in this trade with me. A lot of you are in the 540 calls. This is a monster trade for us. We still got 20% of the position live. We’re looking for just a little bit more, but this profit will be getting completely closed out here this week. I’m also still long SpaceX. Um 50% of this position. Um really just trying to see if we can kind of hold this trade line and get through 155. You know, we tried to get through 155 on Thursday, we couldn’t. We tried to get through it on Friday morning, we couldn’t. Um but if you do get through 155, I think SpaceX is an easy move into the mid to high 160s. I think there’s like a $10 move to be had there if you break through 155. So, I’m trying to be there for it. You had this level that was resistance. And that’s really kind of the the premise of my trade is you had all of this support when this when you had the initial IPO. You finally broke that in July, bounced back up in August, and it became resistance. Then it became resistance again here in early September. And then it looked like you had broken above it and out of it on Thursday. So, I went long on Thursday. We took some profit off on Thursday, but then I held 50% of my position into Friday. On Friday, we had a deep pullback, but that pullback looks like you’re trying to now find support at what used to be resistance. So, if we can hold this 9 EMA, 9A is this light blue line you see on my screen, and if you can get a candle on SpaceX tomorrow that looks something like this, then I say, let’s go. Okay, so my stop loss on this trade is around 150 151. We almost got there on Friday. Well, we did get there on Friday. I didn’t stop out of the position. Um, but I was really close to stopping out because that was the zone that I said I literally told everybody in chat. I was like, “Guys, listen.” I was like, “15, 151. We’re here now. If we don’t bounce soon, I will cut this position before the close.” And I gave it a little bit more time and we bounced all the way back to 153. So, I was like, “All right.” You know, my my my support level was tested. It held. So, I’m staying in that position. Still in it. But that is my that is my stop. Um, new stop new stuff we’re going to look at. Um, the idea that I have coming into this week is long semiis, short software. I feel like the I feel like semis are kind of getting themselves back together, getting geared up for what I think could end up being another another breakout. I think AMD looks fantastic. I think Micron looks great. I think Nvidia looks great. Um, software has had a huge run. I just think you might see a little bit of a pullback on software and you might see, you know, semiconductors continue to move higher. As you know, I’m already long um AMD, but I think I think Nvidia is going to try to make another run back up at those all-time highs. And what we’re going to do here basically on Nvidia is I’m going to look for Nvidia to find support around what is this? 221, I believe.
Uh, so here’s my resistance at 224. Beautiful support at 216 and then some pretty good support down in 219. So yeah, I’m looking for I’m looking for Nvidia longs and like the low 220s and just look for Nvidia try to continue to climb itself higher. The stop loss will be around 218 um on Nvidia. Micron is one that really has me intrigued because of the resistance level that we have at 10 um 1,035. I’m going to draw it across for you guys right now in Micron. Here’s the resistance level, right? You guys can all see this. Does not take an experienced technician to see this resistance. Okay, you break that, I think you can see an easy move to 1100. Okay. So, we’re going to look for just I’m not gonna I’m probably not going to touch Micron until it breaks 1035 1040. But if that breaks, you probably get an easy $60 move to 1100. All right. So, we’re looking for Micron through 1040 to 1100 would be the target. Nice little $60 pop on Micron. Um, what else do I have right down here? Okay, so those are longs on semis and then I’m also thinking possible shorts on software. Now, speaking of shorts, right? Um, here is an example of a resistance level being reestablished. Okay. So, as I zoom this in, you can see we had resistance in August. We then had the huge gap up on earnings. And that gap up makes you think, okay, that resistance level’s broken. Then we dropped back underneath it immediately. And what happened? Resistance. Resistance. So this resistance level looked like it was broken. It was reclaimed and now it’s been reestablished. So what I’m doing with snowflake is if we get underneath 330, double bottom from Thursday, Friday lows. Okay. We get underneath 330 on snowflake. We are going to look for more downside that takes you back down into this 50-day moving average. We try to get down to like the 310s. Okay, we’re going to try to get down to like the 310s. Like a 320 underneath 320 is the target. Underneath 320, above 310. Okay, just somewhere right into there is what we’re going to look for there on snow. Okay, under 330 we’re looking for the short there on snow. Uh similar idea with Salesforce. Um, Salesforce had a little minor support level here around 240.
There you go.
We broke that on Friday. If that is now resistance, we target the gap entry at 230. So, we’re just going to look for our sales force to just continue to just kind of fade this out and get down into this gap up and get into 230.
And last but not least, we can’t not talk about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is on fire, getting ready to try to try to touch or getting ready to try to break through a big resistance level, guys. 82 to 83K is a huge level for Bitcoin and we are right at 82K here. You guys can see as I draw this out on my screen. Okay, you can see there was support, there was support, big gap down underneath it, right? Support level broken, rallied back up to it in May, resistance, rallied back up to it in August resistance, September resistance, and here we are right back up into 82K. If that level breaks, you should have a pretty nice move to around 85 to 86. Okay? So, you’re looking about a nice like $3,000 $4,000 move on Bitcoin. If you can take out 82 to 83,000. All right. Now, if I see Bitcoin trading above 82 to 83K, I’m absolutely going to want to look over to Micro Strategy and Coinbase. Micro Strategy just broke through what to me was a really nice resistance level at 145. I want to now look to go long Micro Strategy on pullbacks into 145. If we think Bitcoin is going to break 82 83K, okay, this level used to be uh resistance there in early September and you can see back here how it was support uh back then or in the end of May. Okay, so now you’re back above. We would look for that to be support and look for Micro Strategy to continue to climb higher. Same thing goes with Coinbase. Coinbase has a beautiful resistance level at 195. You guys can see 195 or 196. You can see all of that resistance chunked together right there in May. And then all of that, look at those tops. Look at those tops. Right. So, Coinbase above 195, 196. We would be long back against that level. Stop loss around 190. And we would look for for Coinbase to push up to like 215 and get back up into all of this resistance. You can see all these highs right here. Okay, all of that, right? That that takes you at least to 215. Okay, that takes you to 215. So, I’m going to look for those guys coming into the week. Okay, and that just about wraps it up for my watch list here. Um, obviously positions I’m already in. SpaceX, AMD, new stuff. We’re looking at coin micro strat. Coin, MSTR, Nvidia, Micron, Snowflake, and Salesforce. And that is how I’m going to start off my week. And that is how I plan on making money. Now, again, remember, keep your ears open for news headlines. Any type of a news headline could move the markets. That has to do with the Middle East because it can affect the price of oil as goes the price of oil. I believe as goes the market. I’m telling you again, keep your ears open for this UN assembly that’s taking place here um in the states um with Iran’s um delegation attending. You never know what could happen. Okay? You never know what could happen. You can get a news headline and one o’clock in the afternoon and that just completely catches everybody off guard. Whether it’s a good thing, whether it’s good for stocks, bad for stocks, oil goes up, oil goes down, whatever it is. I’m not trying to predict what the news will be. I’m just saying that you have potential for something to happen in the middle of the day that just kind of catches everybody off guard. All right, so keep keep your eyes and ears open for that. Okay, those of you that are not members, like I said, 90 90 days, try out the systems, try it all out for yourself. Um, it’s going to cost you a dollar a day. It’s 90 bucks for 90 days.
