  • AI Agents are the new SaaS

Okay, I’ll say it. Building agents is the new SAS. I mean, we saw billions of dollars of value creation during the SAS era of people, founders, 21 years old, 24 years old, you name it, come up with SAS ideas that changed their lives. Of course, not everyone was successful, but this is a new wave that’s happening. And I want you to understand what this wave is, how you can take advantage of it, how you can build startups in this space. And in this episode, I’m basically going to clearly explain this entire agents is the new SAS opportunity. By the end of this, you’re going to understand the playbook. You’re going to understand how to find the niche. You’re going to understand how to pick the workflow, how to, you know, build your first agent, how to prove it works, how you can package it like SAS, and how you can basically sell these agents as labor. And it’s really important because that that labor point because labor is a multi- trillion dollar market, right? So I think why people say agents is bigger than SAS is because the total addressable market for agents is just way bigger. You know it’s human capital. And I wanted to just do an episode where I explain everything step by step just clearly for people who are interested in building agents who are who are interested in selling agents and who are you know just want their creative juices flowing around this. This is for anyone who wants to build a business or who just want wants to be more productive. This episode is for you.

So the first thing you need to understand is the product is the job. So, you know, the mental model I have for this is SAS sells software, agent SAS sells work. A normal SAS product says here is a tool a team could use basically. Um, but an agent SAS product will say here is a job your team no longer has to do by hand and then you’re selling that service. So, it sounds like a a small change, but it’s a it’s a really big mindset change for the customer and for you, the person who’s going to bu be building it. So, take uh restaurants for example. You know, a restaurant wakes up thinking our phone is ringing during, you know, dinner time. Um and the host is busy, right? Dealing with, you know, seating people. People are asking the same questions. We’re missing reservations and private dining calls are getting lost. So, they’re basically missing out on lost revenue. This is why a company like, you know, Slang AI is interesting. Basically, it’s an AI superhost for restaurants. I’m not affiliated. I just think it’s an interesting, you know, example. Uh, it answers inbound calls. It handles guest questions. It manages reservations. It routes VIPs. It alerts staff about high priority topics like private dining or guest complaints. And it integrates with systems like Open Table and Yelp and stuff like that. I’ll give you another example. home services, a plumbing company, HVAC company, a roofing company, pest control company, miss calls, you know, jobs are booked, customers followed up with, dispatches are less overwhelmed, more revenue from the same demand if they integrate something that picks up their phone 24/7. You know, an example of a startup that’s doing this is same day. So they focus on home services and then they basically sell these AI, you know, dispatchers, sales agents, receptionists that answer calls, respond to texts, books jobs, reschedule. Again, the product is the job. These examples matter because they’re just understandable. And so when you’re thinking about coming up with an idea for a startup here, think about I handle this one annoying job better than a junior employee, faster than an agency, and it’s cheaper than adding headcount. That’s the mental model I think that you should be thinking about. The second step I have here is pick a workflow with a paycheck attached. So you know, how do you find the right agent idea? You want to start with the paycheck, right? If people are already paying for the work, they’re paying an employee, they’re paying an agency, a receptionist, a coordinator, dispatcher, they there’s an opportunity to sell that service cheaper and then unload some of that work that that person is doing to do more high highly creative creative work. So a good agent workflow has five traits. Um the first is it happens all the time. So daily is good but hourly is better. Uh you know every inbound lead uh every call, every tech ticket, every quote request, every appointment, every order, every maintenance request. Second, it has to have a clear finish line. Uh the job got booked, uh the ticket got categorized, uh the refund got approved, uh the vendor got scheduled. Um the customer got a useful answer. Uh third uh if it touches already software. So if it touches Gmail or Slack or Shopify, HubSpot, Zenes, Stripe, um agents need these tools so they can use it and they also need the context that they can read. The fourth is the edge cases are actually really annoying um but they’re learnable. So if a workflow is too basic um basically the problem is basic automation you know zaps and stuff like that can do it um if it’s pure human judgment uh the first version will break. So the sweet spot is repetitive work with enough judgment that AI can help. Uh the fifth is the buyer can feel the loss. missed calls, slow replies, drop leads, uh empty calendar slots, uh expensive humans doing low value uh coordination. So, if this is, you know, you know, if you want to start a business here, here, what’s a first rep to get started? Well, pick one niche and write down 20 jobs people complain about. Um, if it’s roofers, you know, maybe it’s missed calls, uh, financing questions, insurance paperwork, appointment reminders. If it’s med spas, it’s maybe lead qualifications or no-show recovery, membership upselles. Um, if it’s Shopify brands, maybe it’s uh returns, uh, exchanges, uh, wholesale lead follow-ups. And then you want to score each job on five things. Um, how often does it happen? How expensive is the pain? How easy it how easy is it to know when the job is done? Uh what tools does it need access to? And who already owns the budget? And that is where agent SAS starts. So you want to start with the job that has a paycheck attached. Super super key point here. Um once you’ve done that you actually and this is this is the thing that a lot of people miss you you actually want to shadow the human before you build. So once you find the job right you you you’ve identify what the job is before you like prompt before you start coding just shadow a human being who does the job. Uh, I know a lot of founders want to skip this. Um, but it’s usually what’s going to help you get, you know, an unfair advantage, an insight into building an agent that is high quality. So, just watch someone do the job 10 to 20 jobs. Ask them to screen record it. Um, ask them to narrate what they’re doing. Uh, ask them what makes a case easy. Uh, ask them what makes a case weird. Um, what did they check before they make a decision? and ask them, you know, where the mistakes happen. Basically, you’re looking for the real workflow. Um, and even if you’ve done these tasks before, having having it, you know, fresh in your memory, is just going to be super super helpful when you’re building out this. So, you know, for example, a restaurant host, if they answer, “What time are you open?” Uh, the real workflow is actually deeper than that. um they know when the kitchen closes, which tables are good for strollers, uh when the patio is closed, how to handle a VIP, uh and you know when to route to a priv inquiry. So the detail is the product. Um and when you’re specking out your your agent, you know, I think it should have seven key parts. What wakes the agent up? What context does it need? What tools can it use? What is it allowed to do itself? Where does it need approval? When should it escalate and and bring a human in the loop there? And what does success look like? And if you understand all those things, um you’re, you know, you’re not just going to build an agent slop, right? We want to build agents that are high quality, that are exceptional, that do the work as well, if not better than humans, and way more consistently, and that’s what people are going to pay for. So, uh, really helpful to just sort of internalize that. Now, you’re going to want, uh, step four is you’re going to want to build the smallest useful agent. You know, I call it the minimal useful agent, the MUA. Most people hear agent and imagine a fully autonomous employee. Um, and that’s how you you get these demos that you see on Twitter. Uh, and they don’t really work and it ends up being a bad business. Um, you want to start smaller actually. So, there are four good first versions. The first is a draft and approve agent. So, it reads context. It drafts the reply, the quote, the summary or the next step. A human approves it. Uh so this is great when there’s workflow risk um maybe there’s creativity involved uh approval processes that that sort of thing. The second is a triage agent. So it classifies inbound work and routes it to the right place maintenance requests uh billing issue or you know refund that sort of thing. The third is a coordinator agent. So this goes between systems and people. So, it’ll check availability, it’ll send reminders, it asks for missing info, um, and it keeps the work moving basically. Um, and the fourth the fourth is the bounded action agent. So, it can do a specific thing under clear rules. You know, book an appointment, send a follow-up, you know, process a refund under $50. These are the sorts of things you’ll you’ll now see you’ll notice it in the wild. Like for example, with Uber Eats, you order something and your salad doesn’t arrive, automatically you’ll get the refund um based on an agent that will do it. So that’s basically the the ladder here. Uh when you’re building the the minimum useful agent, uh draft, triage, uh coordinate, and act. I was looking at Anthropic’s agent guidance uh recently and they made a really uh important point a really important simple point. They said many agent problems should start actually as workflows. So a workflow follows a predictable path. An agent decides more dynamically. Founders should earn autonomy by starting with a predictable path and adding judgment only when it creates value. So if I were building this, I would start with one workflow and one promise. For example, like we answered miss we answer missed calls for roofers uh and book qualified jobs or we triage maintenance requests for property managers and schedule the right vendor. We handle reservation calls for restaurants and alert staff when a human should jump in. Um that’s enough. That’s really enough. And one workflow that works enough is is good enough for day one. And it’s going to help just like build confidence not just in you that it’s working, but also in this customer cuz keep in mind people are buying agents for the first time ever. So they they want to they don’t want all of it at the same time, especially if you’re not Microsoft or you’re not Salesforce. So step five in building an agent is the product wrapper is what makes it a SAS. So you don’t want to just build a cool automation. And I think what separates a cool automation from a real agent first SAS product is the agent does the work but the rapper creates the trust. So customers actually need to see what happened. They need to see logs. Uh they need approvals, um controls, handoff rules, that sort of thing. And uh they need a way to test the agent before it goes live. They need to know basically why the agent did what it did. So that wrapper is the SAS and the agent actually lives in the phone system, the inbox, the Slack channel, CRM. So the dashboard can be really simple. Um but the customer customer actually still needs the control room. Um at least that’s what I’m noticing is working right now. So, for a restaurant phone agent, the control room might be, you know, call summaries or uh reservation outcomes, missed human handoffs, that sort of thing. Um, for a property maintenance agent, maybe it’s uh, you know, tickets that have been created, vendor routes or tenant updates, owner approvals, that sort of thing. Um, and that’s really why eval matter a lot when you’re building an agent first uh, business. Um because before you promise autonomy, you want to create a basically a small test uh a test set is the best way to think about it. So you know take 50 real examples of the job and then mark the right answers like 50 calls you know 50 leads uh maybe you know 50 maintenance requests depending on what it is and then you want to run the agent system against them. So, did it classify the problem correctly? Did it ask for the right missing information? Did it use the right policy? This is what’s called an eval, right? Your eval set is, you know, it’s basically like the gym. You know, every time you change the prompt, the model, the tools, the workflow, the agent goes back through the gym and and is able to, you know, basically know what’s good and know what’s bad. It’s also like low-key a really good sales asset because imagine telling a property manager, you know, we tested this on, you know, 50 of your old maintenance requests. It routed 42 correctly, flagged six of them for human review and made two mistakes. Here are the two mistakes and here’s how we fix them. So it it just helps you actually build trust uh especially with people who are like who own boring businesses but who can actually really use some of these agents. When you when you just are transparent and open about these sorts of things, you’re going to build a lot of trust with them. So uh the sixth step uh on building an agent is you’re going to want to sell the pilot like labor and then you’re going to want to productize it. So the fastest path is usually a pilot where you manually do the work with AI and then you productize the repeated parts. I’ll explain what I mean by by that. But you know basically I would start with three customers in one niche. So the same niche, same workflow, same pain and then you sell the outcome. You actually want to be like very very uh constrained on this or else you’re going to get bad results. So, if you’re selling the outcome, it’s we will answer and qualify your missed calls. We will triage your maintenance request and then you charge uh a setup fee and a simple like monthly fee. Um you can keep the pricing just like easy to understand and then you can add usage or outcome pricing once you understand the value. I’m a huge believer if you’re, you know, listen to the startup ideas podcast here and, you know, you’re a subscriber here, you know, I I I really believe that outcome pricing is the future of how a lot of these agent first businesses and software is going to be priced because, you know, it just makes sense like, you know, the customer only wants doesn’t want to pay for another seat for something. So, uh, but don’t just jump there uh initially. Um, so you’ll get there and you have to have patience with it a little bit. You know, the the pricing model, like how do you think about pricing uh something like this? You know, maybe it’s like a $1,500 setup, $1,500 setup, and then like $1,000 a month for one workflow. Or maybe it’s like $2,000 setup plus $30 per qualified appointment. So that’s more the outcome base eventually. Or $3,000 a month up to 500 handled tickets. So the exact price actually matters less than the learning. Uh you basically want to find out what the customer values and then uh where the agent breaks uh what needs approval and what would they miss if you took it away. Pretty much the most important question there is uh and then you build the product around the repeated pattern. So, if every roofer needs the same emergency call script, service area check, financing question, an estimate follow-up, boom, you have a product. Um, if every med spa needs lead scoring, consultation booking, no show recovery, um, post treatment follow-up, boom, you have a product. So, this is agents ass. You know, you earn the software by doing the work first. Step seven is distribution. You know, you’re going to want to get you need obviously you need people to hear about the thing you’re building, hear about the agent, see it, and be like, I need this. And how can you do it? What are some tips to to be thinking about this? Workflow tearowns is what I’m seeing in real time that’s working really, really well. So, show the old way of doing a process, right? A call comes in, nobody answers. The customer calls the next company or or the CSR answers, a asks five questions, checks the calendar, checks the service area, books the job, you know, you know, writes the notes, sends a reminder, and then forgets to follow up. And then the heart of the owner, of the manager just absolutely breaks. And then you show the agent way. A call comes in, an agent answers, it asks the right questions, it checks the service area, it checks the urgency, it books the appointment, it updates the CRM, it sends the confirmation, it flags edge cases for a human. That’s the type of content that works because the manager, the executive, the owner feels that pain. And you know, you want to be in the business of selling painkillers, not vitamins. And that’s why I love these building agent businesses because you are, you know, if you do this right and you go through some of these steps and and these frameworks and this playbook for coming up with an idea, building an idea, you’re building something that’s really really helping people. Like it is very very valuable to them. And the only way to really really get them to book a call or do something is to show them sort of make fun of the old way and then show them the new way. Pick one workflow, make the internet associate you with it. And you know, the way I think about it is you want to make the checklist, you want to make the B benchmark, make the tear down, make like 50 examples of this workflow post, and you’re going to be in the content game. You know, a lot of people listen to this, you know, don’t want to create content, and I totally understand, but, you know, you have to create content around this because it’s just the, you know, there’s just a opportunity in creating content. Um, and then you can use some of those assets that are starting to work and then put paid uh paid ads uh around it. So, you know, distribution, think about these these tearowns, think about poking fun of the old way, think about creating memes around it, uh, and then creating content, picking the winners, putting paid ads against it. I would suggest focusing on one platform to start. Um, and uh, you know, I’m going to be doing more episodes on just how do you how do you get how do you get customers to your your vibe coded apps and stuff like that in the future. So stay tuned for that. Um, but just you know how I’d be thinking about it. The last step you know the 0 to 100 plan like if I was starting this from zero you know I feel like people would want to know what would be my plan. Um so I’ll give you my you know call it week four-week plan. Um my first day what I would do like how to build a business. How do you build an agent business in 30 days? Okay. Day one we pick a niche where missed work cost money. We talked about this. Home services, property management, you know, insurance agencies. Day two, I would interview 10 operators, ask them to screen share the workflow, keep the calls as research, and just watch them. You can pay them for this, by the way. Day three, pick one workflow with frequency, pain, software access, and a clear success metric. Day four, write the agent spec, trigger, context, tools, rules, handoffs, eval. Uh day five, run it manually with AI. you know, use claude or chatbt and copy and paste the context, draft the output, uh, ask the human to approve and you are testing whether the AI helps before you build the software. Day six, build that smallest useful version. Uh, draft and approve or triage is usually enough here. Day seven, create the eval set from 50 real examples. Week two, sell two pilots in the same niche. Week three, add the product wrapper, right? The logs, the approvals, the settings, the analytics, the handoffs, and use AI to actually build that, you know, software. I’d probably using something like claw design and, you know, assuming that Fable is live, using Fable to actually code it up. Week four, I’m publishing workflow tearowns. I’m turning the pilots into proof and I’m doubling down on my content strategy. So, you know, while, you know, I I should have mentioned this, but while I’m doing all this, while I’m thinking about building this business, I’m building an audience all the way throughout. And by the end of week four four, I have formats that are working. I know where to double down. I know where I can spend money, pay paid money to acquire customers. And that’s when I, you know, my second and third month, I’m trying to understand what my LTV is. you know, what are the channels that are working? Where can I double down on it? And I keep going. I think that’s the episode. You know, basically where I’m at is I think agents are the new SAS because software is moving from help me do the work to do the work with me. And I think that a lot of people are just they’re not partaking in the shift. They see the shift. They understand the shift. You’re listening to me and you’re like, “Yeah, of course.” But they’re not building they’re not building agent first businesses. Um, I think the opportunity is basically to find the smallest painful workflow that repeats all day. Uh, in a niche that you understand and make it disappear, you know, answering a phone, booking a job, triaging the ticket, uh, updating the system. Um, escalating that weird case. Um, and I think there’s a ton of money to be made here and a ton of value to be created. So, if you’re watching this, you’re listening to this and you’re thinking, I want to build with AI, well, start start with the job. You know, find the job, shadow it, spec it, run it manually, build the smallest useful agent, sell the pilot, then productize the repeatable parts. This is how you build an agent that people will pay for. And this is why I think building agents is the new SAS. Hope this is helpful. Hope this got the creative juices flowing. People charge thousands of dollars for this type of thing, but it is free like always on the Startup Ideas podcast. Let’s I’ll see you in the comment section. I’ll see you uh let’s talk and let me know what you want me to cover next. If this is helpful and I read every single comment on YouTube, I appreciate every single like and subscribe if you want more of this stuff in your feed. Thank you and I’ll see you next

  • 5 Motion Graphics Every After Effects User Should Know

Are you ready to make the best motion graphics possible and become a rock star?

If so, here are five tricks in After Effects that will give all your motion design projects that professional edge. All right, this first technique is about creating professional shading and blending to make some very interesting motion graphic soup, if you will. For instance, applying gradients onto your background and perhaps text is a quick, subtle way to create some visual interest. But that concept can be expanded when creating graphics like this star. Just by setting the points to four and messing with the radius value, we can create a really nice baller star. Now, to create some shading, it’s a little bit different. We can just rightclick this layer and go to layer styles and we’ll add our gradient here. This is the best gradient method for shading. This will allow you to set your colors with preferably two colors of the same tonality. And then we’ll be able to go back to our layer styles and add in a bevel and emboss like a boss. Sorry if I say that way too much, but I just like saying it. Just it’s very catchy. But the settings for the style all lay in the color and the blend modes of the bevel and emboss, which should be similar colors to the gradient that you created. And set your modes to screen. This is going to allow you to mix the opacities. And finally, increase the size for the best shading. I think this is a lot of fun to mess around with. So, you know, no exact settings here. However, to take the shading even further, try the inner glow style. And all we need to do is just change the color to one of those emboss colors that we’ve already used and mess with the opacity. You know, no exact settings like I just said. And finally, let’s try outerlow. Choose the other emboss color that we didn’t use and set the blend mode to normal and mess with the opacity and size until you get a nice glow. I suppose looks good. But now finally, let’s apply that OG original glow effect. Increase the radius and this will push up that glow even further. You know, the blending’s all in the layer styles and the animation is up to you. But as a quick tip, we can create custom paths with the pen tool after clicking tool creates mask on your shape layer. And who doesn’t like those squiggly paths? Because all you have to do is when you add a point is click and hold and this will allow you to curve it out. But when your path is created, all you have to do is go to mass path, copy it, and then paste it to your position. You may need to select all the key frames to reposition where the animation should take place, but overall that shape should follow that path, allowing you to create many different duplicates to create an overall unique motion graphic piece and easily produce uniquely cinematic visuals and save time in my After Effects and Premiere Pro templates, drag and drop transitions, animation presets, and powerful motion graphics that you can customize with a few clicks. You can access thousands of templates directly here in After Effects and Premiere Pro where you can edit them to fit your vision in seconds, allowing you to build client ready masterpieces in no time with the link below. And if you do pick up anything, you will be supporting my channel as I don’t do any of those annoying AI sponsorships. So, thank you very much. All right, moving forward with new great ideas is creating 3D orbiting transitions with your 2D motion graphics. So, I have, you know, a handful of different graphics that are already been pre-omposed for some perfect organization. And all I want to do is flip this to the next set of graphics. So, all we need to do is make our layers 3D by slapping in that cube. This will allow us to bring up position by hitting P on our keyboard. And all we need to do is move the Z position forward here to create a little bit of depth. However, it’s great to create some variation by not setting each graphic at the same Z position. And you can scale graphics down to place them back at its original size from our perspective at least. Be sure to follow these steps for both set of graphics. But ultimately, we’re going to want like a simple background graphic to tie both slides together, which can be a box that should also be a 3D layer and place at a Z position of zero. So, you don’t really have to do anything, right? But now, we can go ahead and create a null object, make it 3D, and go straight away to add a key frame for Y rotation. and then move forward to the other set of graphics to set the rotation to 180 degrees. Now this is important. Parent the first set of graphics including the background shape to the null object before that first key frame. Then parent the second set of graphics after the second key frame. And boom. And that’s how to flip your graphics correctly. However, be sure to hide the graphics accordingly by adjusting their end and end points to sweep everything under the rug. absolutely perfect. Keep in mind, you can animate the fill color of your background shape to add, you know, a little bit more lore to the overall transition. All right. Now, to take this concept that we just talked about and juice it even more, we can easily turn boring graphic scenes into random 3D camera shakes. So, again, make your layers 3D and then you can adjust the Z position of everything really quick to have that, you know, nice three-dimensional offset. When that’s done, we can create a camera layer this time around and we’ll add key frames for point of interest and position. Then just move forward here in the timeline and grab the orbit around scene tool. This is going to allow you to change the perspective of the scene directly from the center. Though, keep in mind your central object should have a Z position of zero to kind of keep the eyeballs directly in the middle. Now, when you’re done, you can alt click the stopwatch for these parameters and add the loop out pingpong expression. And I would highly suggest making the key frames easy ease with F9 on your keyboard. Go to the graph editor and pull these key frame handles across like this to create your smooth 3D camera flick. I would also recommend adding graphics to these new open areas to overhaul the detail. But really cool stuff. If you like the idea of orbiting, this is how you make your graphics revolve around a central object. So I have a few graphics here in which you guessed it, you’re going to want to make them 3D layers. This is my central object. And all I’m going to do is position the small objects over the side like so. And now we’ll be able to create a 3D null object and parent one of those side graphics to it. Just one. Then we’re just going to want to offset the Y rotation to help orbit this around just ever so slightly. Then unparent that shape and parent another side graphic to it. And then repeat this process for every shape until you’re done, until it’s like orbiting the entire central object. Great. And when you’re finally done, pairing all the side objects to the null object one last time. And then you’re going to all click the stopwatch and use an expression like time asterric 20 to have this orbit around the master graphic. Great. Now, if you want, you can create a camera layer and use the orbit tool to help angle in a new perspective. However, you may have already noticed that these graphics just don’t want to face us. Maybe we scare them. I don’t know. So select all the side graphics even the central object this time and go to layer transform auto orient and choose orient towards camera. Boom. Problem solved almost. You know there might be some graphics that are still hiding. So all you need to do is just set the wire rotation to 90° and that’s it. You know this is looking really good. You can also create a stroke only circle, make it 3D, and rotate it by 90° that X rotation to create a visual path for your orbiting graphics. Now, we’re on to the final motion graphic, which is the scrolling animation that will repeat forever. I’m actually kind of proud of myself for this one. I went ahead and created seven compositions of the same graphic, just each one has different titles and icons, you know, just basic stuff. But all I’m going to do here to start off is lay out one graphic and vary the size and create a hierarchy and design just with that single graphic. This is going to allow me to add key frames for position, scale, opacity, whatever you want to do. Then all I’m going to do here is animate this in and then follow the design path for each graphic in the stack. But most importantly, I’m going to leave 12 frames of no animation in between each movement so we can actually have it stop. And you can actually just copy and paste the transform properties of the other layers to your main layer here to help save some precious time. Then at the bottom, we’re going to go ahead and animate the graphic out. And that’s about it. I have a lot of key frames here that are all 12 frames apart. Exactly. Now, just add the regular loop out expression to all three key frame parameters. And this should be animated forever along that design that we created. Great. Now, all we need to do is duplicate this animated layer and offset each copy by exactly 1 second. Great. And that should work like so. Now, obviously, you’re going to want to place in your own unique graphic so we don’t use the same graphic every single time. So, to do this, just select one of the layers here in the timeline and alt or option drag your replaceable composition right in. And that’s it. Now, do this for every layer. And that’s how you’re going to be able to create a loopable scroll here in After Effects. Subscribe to be the best and always be creating.

  • 06/20/2026 – Why Your Artistly Images Never Look Right And How to Actually Fix it – RhondaJ

Hey everybody, it’s Rhonda and in this video we are jumping back into Artistly. We haven’t used Artistly a lot lately and I’ve noticed that I’ve had some questions about um trying to get particular styles inside of Artistly. So I thought we would just do a quick run through of that today. um maybe give you some ideas how you might be able to um get the style you are looking for in Artistly. All right. So, the first thing I’m going to do is I’m going to jump over here to our uh Creative AI prompt library. All right. And this is something that you get access to free when you are a profit society member. So, um you can you get access to thousands and thousands of prompts. There’s just prompts for everything in here. But today I am focusing on like this watercolor style that uh some people seem to struggle to uh get this type of style inside of Artistly. All right. So, I copied the prompt for this birdhouse. And we’re going to jump over here to Artistly, and we’re going to go into the fast AI image designer. And you might typically just come over here to the create from prompt, right? And paste your prompt in and select how many images you want to generate. So, we’ll see what we get there. And you may not get the look you’re going for. See, that doesn’t look anything like this, right? And I see a lot of people get discouraged when they use artistly and the image doesn’t come out looking like what they expected it to. All right. Now, the thing with artistly is, you know, that was just your your basic create from prompt. There are a ton a ton of other tools inside of Artistly here that you can get a different look. So that was just the basic create from prompt under image designer V6. Now if you come over here, slide over just a little bit and use the artistic designer. We can paste that in there. And let’s do two. and I’ll show you that you’re going to get a completely different look just by using a different tool inside of Artistly. So, let’s wait and give this one a second for it to process. Okay, here’s the first one. And you see that is a little bit more watercolor. It’s still different, but like I said, it’s a completely different look than what we got just from the create from prompt tool. this one. And like I said, it may not be exactly what you’re going for yet, but you know, don’t get discouraged inside Artistly. There are a ton of different tools. So, we’re going to look around. And one of the biggest things I found, and I’m going to come back up here to the image designer V6, is the seamless patterns V2. If you click on that, get rid of that. a seamless pattern of starter. Paste your prompt in here, right? And hit create image. This isn’t just for seamless patterns, okay? You can get very, very close to the style you have in your original prompt by using the seamless pattern tool, which I know seems absolutely crazy cuz that’s for seamless patterns, but you don’t have to use it that way. Now, this still isn’t quite what we were going for. And this is a little closer. Okay, it’s a little bit closer. So, you know, those were just three different image generation tools inside of Artistly that I used and we got three completely different looking results from them. Another thing you can try is the AI art illustrator up here at the top. If we click into that, this has a ton of already um mapped out styles for you. Okay, so let’s say right here we have this one that says clip art. We can paste our prompt in there and generate and see what we get. There’s sometimes you have to try a couple different of the styles. Now that is looking a bit closer. That looks pretty good. And you know, you may not ever get the exact style that you’re looking for. You just may not. It’s, you know, you may have to adjust your prompt a little bit. Now, here’s another one. We’re trying a different a different one in here. And there are different like clip art and watercolor styles inside the AI Art Illustrator. So, try a couple of them to get what you’re looking for. But I just want to show you, you know, just because you don’t get what you were looking for in one of the tools doesn’t mean that you can’t do it in artistly. You can look around in here. Now, we did the clip art and the clip art style. Neither one of those were quite what I was looking for. Um, we have this pastoral watercolor style, lush realistic water style. I think I’m going to go for the intricate pastor pastoral. We’ll try that one roll up and see what we get. But the beauty of Artistly is the fact that it is, you know, a one-time purchase. We don’t have um we don’t have to worry about necessarily running out of credits or tokens um while we’re experimenting in here. And I do like to use artistly for experimentation because of that. You know, I can run a bunch of different prompts and test them in different ways. So, that one definitely not what we have here. So, we can keep trying. And like I said, you know, we may never get exactly what we’re looking for. Um, just that’s the nature of the beast with different AI image platforms and the generators and let’s go with lush realistic. See what that gives us. But even if you don’t get exactly what you were hoping for, you may come up with something that looks similar or better to you, you know. So, don’t don’t get laser focused on having it have to be exactly like um maybe the example you saw somewhere else. This came out looking really nice. This is under the pastoral watercolor style. Um I wasn’t a fan of the first one, but the second image it generated looks pretty good. I like that. And now we are in the realistic. And you can always click on the image view to see which uh style you used. So if you want to go back and use that style again, you absolutely can. This is the lush realistic. I’m not feeling this one as much as I like this one here. And I absolutely love this one coming from the artistic designer. I think that one looked really good. And so did this one out of Seamless Patterns B2. I thought that one came out really nice. So, we’ll try a couple more of these in here. And you know what? I’m not really um doing too much. I just want to show you that you have a lot of different options in here where you can look through and pick some different styles and see if any of them give you what you’re going for. And down here is watercolor style. go with that one real quick. See what we get. And I think while that one’s running, I’ll come up here and I’ll scroll down because I saw watercolor portrait. That might be another one. And we’ll have a look at those. Okay, this was the watercolor style. And that looks pretty good. Like I said, it’s a little different, but at the same time, it is a nice style in and of itself. The watercolor portrait is very nice as well. That one looks good. And you know, I just trying to show you that even though you may not get exactly exactly what you expected or exactly what you were hoping for, you can get close. And you don’t always have to have something doesn’t have to have be exactly the way you saw it in another image. You know, it’s it all comes down to the model someone used, the prompt someone used. So AI images are always going to vary to some extent. All right? But you can come in here and find a lot of different styles that you may be able to use to get at least close to what you were hoping for. You know, don’t just use one and think h I just can’t get that look in artistly because you really really can. You really can. Let’s come back here to the ones we’ve done. So this was our original. Okay, this is and this one was created with uh Nano Banana 2 inside of uh render studio. So this is what Nano Banana 2 gave us. And like I said, it’s not exact over here, but that is the difference in different image generation models. You know, they don’t all do things exactly the same, but you can get close and you can get really nice results. Um, I like this one. I liked this one a lot, you know. So, if you are an artistly user, and this is where I usually get this question is from people who use Artistly exclusively that they come in and they use just one or two of the tools and they’re like, I can’t get that look in Artistly. Look around a little more. You may be able to get it. you just haven’t experimented with enough of the different tools in here, uh, the different styles. They also have the Artistic Designer V2, which is different from the original artistic designer. You can try that one. Um, we have this one says photo realism. I don’t even know. I’ve never really tried this one much, so I’m going to run it just in case. Like I said though, run your prompt in a few of the different tools and see which one gives you the best result, closest to what you were hoping for. Now, this is the photo realism, so this isn’t really going to give you what you were expecting. Uh, this is Artistic Designer V2, which gives you a lot of that nice, uh, flowy, blendy watercolor there. This one doesn’t look bad either. It has the flowy watercolors. Um, see what else is in here. Are there any others in here that I before image designer? This is an older one, an older model that you can try it and see what happens. You just never know. Uh, sometimes you’ll end up with something that works better in an older older model. Not a fan of that. But if you are an artistly user, don’t write it off, you know, don’t just say, “Ah, I can’t get what I want in artistly.” Um, look around. Use some of the different styles and try it out. I think you’ll be surprised with, you know, what you can actually get in here. Um, so like I said, you may never match your style exactly, and that’s okay. That is okay. I think people get hung up on that. They go to Etsy, they search around, they find a competitor shop that has, you know, like a best-selling clip art bundle and they look at the style and they think that they have to have that exact that that they have to match that exactly. And that’s not the case. You know, if it’s a watercolor, that’s great. And you can get watercolor look from Artistly. You can get it from pretty much every image generation model out there. Will it look exactly the same as the ones you were just looking at on Etsy? Probably not. Because without the specific prompt someone used and without knowing the specific image generation model they used, it is very difficult to duplicate something down to the tea. And that’s not what you want to do anyway. You you are using competitor research for inspiration, not to copy. Okay? So I I can’t stress that enough. I I just get so many uh messages and you know questions about well this is what I saw here and I just can’t get that exact look. Well, stop trying. Stop trying to um completely copy a style. You know, you look at it, you know it’s watercolor, you know it’s this, you know it’s that. That’s great. It doesn’t have to look exactly like the one you were looking at on a competitor’s site. All right. But again, this was really more about um Artistly users who message me and say, “I just can’t get this look in Artistly.” Try, you know, check out a bunch of the different tools. You may be very surprised with what you can get. You know, look at all these different looks we got for this birdhouse. And we never left Artistly. We just used different styles that they already had preset. We used different tools and we got some very very nice results. Very nice results. Um this is a beautiful birdhouse right here and this is just done in the watercolor portrait. Um this one here is the pastoral watercolor, you know. So try different styles, try different tools, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what you really can do inside of Artistly. All right, so if you have any questions, drop them in the comments. Uh feel free to stop by and join our private community. You get daily pros, daily tips on ways to help uh grow your Etsy shop and things like that. So, as always, I appreciate you guys so so much for watching and I’ll see you in the next video.

  • 06/20/2026 – The Secrets to High End Motion Design in After Effects – SonduckFilm

Let this be your guide for producing the best motion graphics ever. Here’s all the secrets that I know to create any massive 3D scene right here in After Effects. So, no holding back and let’s get started. Okay, low key, if you asked me 2 years ago if this would be possible to create an After Effects, you know, I just be like, “No, go away.” However, large 3D scenes like this are actually very easy to produce once you know these steps. And that first step is basic layout. So, just like any 3D scene, I would usually start it with a floor by using the plane tool to draw out a very large rectangle like so. Then, all we need to do is set the X rotation to 90° and set the Y position to the height of your composition, which in my case is 1080. And, you know, that’s an important note for later. But, let’s go ahead and scale this up like crazy. And we can change the floor color to anything. though I want to set the roughness to 100% and the metallic to zero to really get that true exact color. Now, even though we have a floor, I like to go ahead and create an elevated base for our graphics to actually sit on, or in this specific example, we’ll create the layout via city blocks. Now, you might be tempted to use the mesh tools to create 3D objects, but I find it so much easier to use the rounded rectangle tool to create those beautiful curves as you can easily adjust the roundness. All you need to do is make your shape layer 3D, rotate it by 90°, and then from here, we can slightly increase the extrusion depth, and set the Y position down to essentially clip into the floor. So, it’s sitting on the floor like so. Now, of course, the next thing I would do is roughly set your camera angle before going too far. So, just create a camera and then create a null object in which you’ll need to make that null 3D and you can parent the camera to it. From here, we can use any of the camera tools to essentially dolly out the scene. Rotate your camera to help, you know, visualize that main camera angle. And if you use the rotation of the null object, you can help angle your scene more precisely if needed. But figuring out your angle now will help you determine the scale of your scene. So, back to building the layout of everything. If we come here to the 3D shape layer that we created, firstly, sizing and scale is so important. So, making this main base 12,200 pixels is great. and we can go ahead and duplicate it. And from here, we can come here to the base size of that duplicated shape and increase it even further. Then we just want to lower its position so that it’s just sitting on the floor to help create multiple layers of depth on what would be considered a single object here. And we can take this even further by doing another duplicate of that original shape, setting it to stroke only by turning off the fill and enabling stroke. We can also use a stroke width of say 100 and again increase the base size to really build on that depth with this three layered single object. You know the subtle design tricks is everything when it comes to motion graphics. Now you can obviously duplicate these objects and move them over to create more bases or city blocks if you will. Though I would recommend using two views with the second view set at the top. And if you click draft 3D, this will enable you to use extended viewer to see beyond the composition. So, for example, you could easily increase the base size of your duplicates to create larger city blocks and then reposition them to build out your perfect city or just motion graphic layout in no time. And when it’s all said and done, this layout and camera trick will allow you to create something awesome in a few moments. You know, we’re set up for success. But first, you can easily produce awesome visuals and save time my After Effects and Premiere Pro templates, drag and drop transitions, animation presets, and powerful motion graphics that you can customize with a few clicks. You can access thousands of templates directly here in After Effects and Premiere, where you can edit them to fit your vision in seconds, allowing you to build client ready masterpieces in no time with the link below. And if you do pick up anything, you will be supporting my channel as I don’t do any sponsorships here. So, thank you very much. Okay, next up is building the meat of your scene. You know, the actual, you know, prime rib, if you will, with actual 3D graphics. For instance, we can get a handful of free 3D assets from Adobe Stock and other sources when you just search for free 3D models. But keep in mind, you can import OBJ, GB, glTF, and FBX 3D models directly into After Effects. So, with all these formats, you should be good to go with whatever you’re looking for. With all that said, I typically start by importing a central master model first and slap maycom size when asked. Now, since we know that our floor is set to 1080, any 3D model should have their Y position set to 1080 as well, so that it sets directly on the floor. And then be sure to scale your model as needed. From here, I usually like to import a few other small models and briefly lay them out around the scene. And again, my biggest tip before we go too deep into building out an entire scene, I like building out the lighting now so that we can visualize the end result. You know, as you know, lighting is like the most important thing, right? So, with big scenes like this, I personally go right to the environment light with shadows enabled, of course. Okay. And if you can’t tell right off the bat, I’m really concerned with shadows. You know, that’s what I care for the most. Ideally, I like to adjust the wide position of the light to help angle the shadows more or less towards our current view. However, I highly suggest searching for free HDRs or images that have high contrast like this, you know, and then if I come here to the light source and attach the image to it, the shadows become more contrasted and the overall composition changes by a lot. Now, you might want to adjust the intensity of the light. But most importantly, make sure that all your objects, including those shape layers, have shadows enabled and set the floor to have cast shadows to off. So important. But overall, the reason why I like doing lighting before I lay out everything is, you know, if a client wants to see the progress of your project, at least you’ll be able to show them something polished or at the very least you’ll keep your own insanity at check because you’re doing something awesome. But now to build out the rest of your scene with 3D objects, I would go ahead and click draft 3D to keep your computer span from sounding louder than a Boeing 737 H. But most importantly, this is where you can have some fun laying out all your 3D objects just by positioning them around the scene and making sure that they’re sitting directly on the floor. Feel free to duplicate and reuse the same objects. You know, it’s kind of like, you know, video game development where you see like the same buildings like a hundred times or the NPC over and over again. But as a great tip, be sure to scale and rotate these objects to help create some variety. Though, also consider adding objects just outside of your actual view so that when we actually go to animate the camera, we can see an extended scene. The main takeaway is that the more detail that you get, the more valuable your overall composition becomes. So, just have fun with it. And like I said, it’s just absolutely mind-blowing to create things like this in After Effects. Never knew this was going to be possible. But, okay, we’re actually very close to being done with this. We just now have the finishing touches like adding 2D graphics into our 3D scene like these road markings. For example, we can use the rectangle tool to draw out a rectangle. Right? And inside the shape layer, we can use a repeater to create those quick copies. Then use a transform repeater to position them apart accordingly. And when you’re ready, make the layer 3D, rotate it by 90°, and set it Y position one point higher than the actual floor, which is 1079. And this is going to allow you to position and duplicate everything to fill up your scene with 2D graphics. And what I like about the repeater is that this will allow you to add as many lines or shapes that you need along the road. So that’s just very convenient. But do me a favor, turn off cast shadows for any 2D graphic that you’re using right here. I find this actually helps with producing, you know, consistent shadows. But however, if shadows don’t actually appear when they should, just go ahead and restart After Effects. For a recap, that’s how you add 2D graphics to your 3D scene. But the next finishing touch is colors and materials. Something that is probably the most important thing, right? So with some 3D objects, you should be able to change the color directly in After Effects when you attach a material to them. When you click this icon here and you go to Adobe’s community assets, uh we’re going to look for a metallic roughness PBR material. And when we attach this to an object, we can easily change the color to it. And that’s it. Keep in mind, you can sometimes apply materials to specific parts of a model. And if you click unlink, this will duplicate that already used material, allowing you to customize it independently from the previous version. Now, if you got your models from, say, Adobe Stock, you could actually open them in Adobe Dimension and apply materials directly to them here and change their color. This actually might be Adobe’s like easiest platform ever, but when you’re ready, just save them and overwrite them as a glTF or OBJ and this should automatically update here inside of After Effects. But awesome stuff. This looks great. And now we want to talk about animation because we can just key frame the position or scale of any 3D object. Say like these cars, which I’ll just position animate them. And if we want one of these cars to come to like a stop, I’ll make that last key frame easy with F9 on my keyboard. and go to the graph editors to smooth out that final motion. Additionally, we can key frame the rotation of the null object that our camera is parented to to kind of have the movement orbit around the center of your scene. Or you’re also welcome to key frame the camera’s position and point of interest to create your own unique movement. And finally, try using depth of field inside of your camera. Just be sure to mess with the aperture and blur level to blur out your final motion graphic. Though focus distance is your friend to perfectionize the scene. And for the absolute last touch, quality and shadows, just come here to renderer options. And right off the bat, you don’t need a high render quality setting at all. But dialing in the shadow quality is up to you. I find the most important setting is actually the casting box size. This essentially should be set to the size of the overall scene to perfectly emit shadows across the entire body of work. Now, with that said, great work. Subscribe to be the best and always be creative.

  • 06/20/2026 – The Mockup Trick That Makes Your Designs Look More Realistic – RhondaJ

Hi everybody, it’s Rhonda and in this video we are going to be working inside of photo. Uh photo.com is an online image editor uh similar to Photoshop. Okay, and it is 100% free. Um you do have an option for a premium account if you want it. It is extremely extremely cheap. um if you just don’t like seeing ads over here on the right side of your screen because it is ad supported. All right. So, we are going to be talking about mockups in this video. And I had some questions in my community the other day about what to do when you have a mockup similar to this one where there’s a hand that’s, you know, in front on the front of the t-shirt that, you know, may uh interfere with your image design. Like, let me show you real quick what I’m talking about. Um, let’s say you have this design. Make sure it’s on top here. And when you make it larger, let’s rotate that. You see how it is over top? Let me zoom in a little. It’s over top of that thumb. Okay. And obviously, that’s not what you want when you are creating mock-ups. Okay? So, I thought I’d show you an easy way to um take care of this issue using photo pay. So, I’m going to get rid of I’m actually just going to turn this off for now. No, let’s just get rid of it. Okay. So, we have our mockup here, our blank mockup, and this thumb is in the way. All right. So, what we’re going to do is we’re going to come over here to our lefthand panel and we’re going to grab our magnetic lasso tool. All right, it’s right here. And you can rightclick it to get the different options. All right, and I’m selecting the magnetic. Make sure your layer, your background here is selected. And then just come along here and just go right along the edge of this thumb. Okay. And you don’t need much of it. All right. You just need to get this little piece of the thumb right there. Okay. And then I’m going to go up here to select and I’m going to have modify. And I’m going to select feather. And I think I’m going to make it about five pixels. And I’m just going to select okay. Now what we’re going to do is I’m just going to hit control J on my keyboard. Oops, I made a couple of them there. Got a little carried away, didn’t I? And all controll J does is make a copy of what you selected. Creates a new layer. So now if I turn off this background, you see there’s our thumb, right? So now what happens? You have your layer here. Now I’m going to call this I’m going to name this thumb. Okay? And that should always be on top. So now if you bring in a design, let me drag and drop a design in here and let’s make it larger and let’s rotate it like we normally would. And again, if we stick it in the design here, it’s on top of that thumb. But if we grab our thumb layer now over here on the right and just drag that to the top. Now you see our design is behind the thumb exactly how you would want it to be if you know to make it look a little bit more realistic. So that’s all you do uh to work with mockup blanks such as this. You know, if you have a a mockup and it has a thumb or a finger or something that may go over your design and you want to make it look a little more realistic, that’s how you do it. Just come in here to photo pee, use your magnetic lasso, make a little copy of that thumb, turn it into another layer, and place it on top. All right. I know this was a really short video, but this was it’s a really simple process. So, if you have any questions, um, drop them in the comments. You know, you can do this in, uh, Photoshop, you can do it in Canva, you can do it, you know, in a multitude of different, uh, programs. I just typically use Photo P for things like this. So, I thought I’d show you how to do it in there. All right, so if you have any questions, again, drop them in the comments. Thanks so much for watching. I appreciate it more than you know.

  • 06/20/2026 – Product vs Audience Based Shops Which One Should You Choose – RhondaJ

Hi guys, it’s Rhonda and today I wanted to talk to you a little bit about uh two different ways that you can build your Etsy or your, you know, personal uh shop where you sell your digital files. Okay? It doesn’t matter if it’s Etsy, if it’s on your own website, if it’s on Shopify, if it’s on a stand store, Gumroad or Makers page, anywhere. Um I just thought we’d talk a little bit about two different ways that this can be done. All right. And you know, understanding which one you want to go with is really, really going to help you in the long run. So, it really comes down to two different types of shops. Are you going to have a productbased shop or an audience-based shop? Okay? And you know, there’s differences, right? A productbased shop means that you’ve picked one type of product and you go all in on it. All right? So, let’s say you sell Tumblr wraps. That’s your thing. Every listing in your shop is a Tumblr wrap. Different themes, different styles, different holidays, but it’s always Tumblr wraps. Your buyers know exactly what they’re getting when they find you. Your SEO all points to the same thing, and you get really fast and really good at making that one product. You know, same way if you just do um PNG designs for t-shirts. You’re not selling Tumblr wraps and clip art and, you know, different things. You are selling t-shirt designs. That’s it. You go wide within that one format. You know, tons of themes, tons of niches, but the product type stays the same. And the upside to that is that your shop looks clean and focused, and people who need that specific thing tend to trust you faster because you clearly know what you’re doing. Okay. Now the only downside to a productbased shop would be if um demand for that particular product you know started to cool off you know let’s say you know not as many people were creating sublimation tumblers you know then you feel it across your entire shop at one time. All right and then the next type of shop is an audience-based shop. That means instead of picking one product type, you’ve picked one type of person and you make everything they could possibly want. Let’s say uh you are making products. You’ve chosen dog lovers as your audience. Okay? So, you might sell them uh sublimation designs. You might sell uh clip art. You might sell SVG cut files. You might sell Tumblr wraps and t-shirt designs, all different product types, but every single one of them is related to dogs. So, somebody who might be obsessed with their golden retriever who lands in your shop and it feels like everything in your shop is made for them. They’re not buying one thing and leaving. are probably grabbing the tumbr wrap design, the clip art set, and the SVG for their Cricut machine because it all fits within what they love. Uh you let’s say book lovers, you know, that would work the same way. Your shop could have bookish sublimation designs, uh reading themed SVGs, um you know, cozy library clip art, uh book book club, uh t-shirt designs. So, a totally different file types, but every single buyer in that shop is there because they love books or they love dogs. They will probably browse longer, they’ll buy more, and they come back whenever you add new stuff. Okay? And I just wanted to explain the difference between those two kind types of shops because you know we talk about niches and you know things like that all the time and a lot of times people get confused and like I said you know there’s your product based niche and then there’s your audience-based niche. So they’re two completely different things and you just have to decide which one is for you. You know, neither one is the wrong choice. They just work differently. You know, product based shops are easier to get started. Uh you learn one type of format really well. You know, one set of specs, one workflow, one type of mockup. And you know, if you’re new to creating digital files files, this is a really, really solid way to build your confidence fast and your shop fast. audience-based shops, you know, they take a little more thought up front because you actually have to understand who your buyer is, but then they also tend to uh build a stronger loyalty and higher cart totals because people may pick up multiple items in one visit. And you know, the thing that ends up hurting a lot of people is that they try to do both without making either one of them really intentional. you know, selling Tumblr wraps and dog clip art and book SVGs and Christmas t-shirt designs with no real thread connecting any of it. Now, that’s a shop that’s going to feel random, and shops like that are really, really hard to grow. All right, you you don’t have to be perfect right out of the gate, but at some point, you do need to make a choice about which direction you’re heading. you know, you you need to um figure out which direction you want to go in, which direction um makes you happy, you know, but you have to pick a lane, you know, you have to pick one or the other because trying to do it all is just going to create chaos and you’re always going to feel like you’re spinning your wheels. All right? So, you know, before you sit down to make your next batch of designs, ask yourself honestly, am I building around a product or am I building around a person? Both work, but you need to actually pick one and be intentional about it. All right, so that’s all I really wanted to talk about today. I just see so many people um struggling to decide which direction to go. So, I thought I would, you know, throw up this quick little video for you and, you know, hope that it helps you decide which direction you want to go in. You know, and if you need help deciding, you know, absolutely come join us in uh my private community. There’s always people there to help answer questions and help steer you in the right direction. you know, help you make those choices that you need to make. So, you know, come on over, hang out with us in the community and, you know, we can help you work through which type of shop you want. If you have an existing shop, we can help, you know, help you brainstorm ways to, you know, steer into one direction or the other. All righty. So, I hope you guys found this video helpful. So, I hope it explained, you know, the difference between a product based shop and an audience-based shop and it gives you a little bit of clarity on uh, you know, which direction you may want to go with yours. If you have any questions, you know, always drop them in the comments. I’ll answer them as soon as I can. And you know, thanks so much for watching and I hope to see you guys in the next

  • 06/20/2026 – Learn How to Recreate A Design Style With ChatGPT – RhondaJ

Hey everybody, it’s Rhonda and in this video I want to talk to you a little bit about how you can um speed up the process of finding a prompting style that you like. Okay. I’m here on Etsy and I’m looking at uh different clip art and let’s say, you know, I’m scrolling through here and I see some clip art, you know, that is selling very well. Now, I don’t want to copy them, right? I don’t want to just uh look at their product and copy that exactly, but I may want to use that style in other clip art products. All right. So, for instance, I’m looking at this uh coastal reef treasures here. And I’ll open this up. And I really, really love the style of these uh sea creatures or coastal creatures. And I’m just going to scroll through here a little bit and I’m going to look at some of these different images that they have. And what I’m going to do is I am going to take just one image. All right. Like this lobster. That one really I think um shows the overall style really well. So what I’m going to do is I’m just going to take a screenshot of that lobster right there. and I copy it. And then I take it over here to chat GPT and I paste that in. And I ask chatgpt to give me a prompt for that design style. Give me a prompt for this design style. Be specific with colors and look. All right. And that’s all I tell it. And now what it will do is it will give me a prompt, a starting prompt. And what I’ll do now is I’ll copy that prompt and then I’ll ask GPT to create this image just to make sure it is looking in the style that I expect it to. Okay. Now, I want to make sure I point out that a lot of times I’ll have people messaging me and saying, “Hey, I found this really cool style I liked and when I went to create it, it doesn’t look anything like what I thought it would.” Now you have to keep in mind that each image generation model out there whether you know you’re using Canva or Artistly or Nano Banana or um ideoggram or any one of the number of image generation models all of them are a little bit different and all of them have what I would say their weaknesses and their strengths. you know, some do certain styles better than others. Uh, some listen to your prompt better than others. So, you have to keep that in mind that even though you may get a prompt for the style you want, you know, it may not be exactly what you were expecting depending upon your image generation model. So sometimes you just have to do some, you know, troubleshooting, some trial and error and try your prompt in different models and decide which one gives you the better results. So we’re going to give this a minute here and let this finish quick. Here we go. And that looks pretty darn good. It is not exactly, but actually it is. That’s really good. I like that. Okay. So now what I’m going to do is I’m going to keep this prompt because that was great. It came out looking very similar. I we didn’t have any of the blue in there, but overall the style is very similar. So I’m very very happy with that. So what I’m going to do now is I’m going to make sure I have that prompt copied. And then I’m going to come over here into render studio and I’m going to go into the prompt scaler and I’m going to paste that prompt in because remember I don’t want to copy. So I’m not making uh coastal sea life. What I’m going to do in here is I’m going to ask uh my prompt scaler my prompt scaler here in render studio to scale this prompt out for different subjects. All right. So, scale this prompt for let’s say spring. Let’s No, no, let’s go with uh um let’s go for I have it in my head and you know my brain and my mouth and my fingers just aren’t cooperating this morning. Um succulents. There we go. That’s what I wanted. Succulents in pots. um various shapes and types and even and even colors. Okay. So, I’m going to get some completely different prompts here um for different succulents and pots, different shapes, different types, different colors. Um but it should all remain in that same style that we just asked for. And once I get these, I’m going to copy all of them. Okay. So, we’re going to come over here to render studio into the image generator. And I’m first going to choose Flux 2 Klein because that’s a really cheap and affordable model. And we’re going to run all 10 of these prompts at the same time in our bulk mode. And we’re going to see what we get from there. Does it give us the style that we were looking for? So, we’ll give it a few minutes. Here we go. That’s the first one. And that looks nice. I’m not sure it’s exactly what I was looking for, but it is a great This one looks really good. I like that one. And we’re going to let this finish and run the last 10 and see or the la the last of the 10 and have a look. These came out really nice. I’m actually really really liking these. Okay, so they’ve all generated and they all came out very, very nice. I would not say they’re exactly um what I was going for. If you look, this is the original style and then this is what uh GPT had given us. So there’s a little bit of a difference. So I would probably choose another um model. And I’m going to go with Nano Banana 2 this time and run them. Now, you don’t have to run all 10 prompts to test this. I just like to do that. You can pick one or two of them and choose an image generator to test and see which one gives you the best uh versions. But I’m just running all 10 because it’s easier for me to do it that way. And who knows, I might want to use all of these for something else. Okay. So, here is our first nano banana. And that one looks a little better. I really like that you’re getting like this watercolor um bleed in here, like ink bleed, which is very close to what we wanted. So, I am really liking, like I said, so far the Nano Banana 2 version. We’ll see what we get as it generates more. That one is really good. I love that. So anyway, this is really about how you can get those styles that you find. You see something on Etsy or someplace and you’re not looking to copy the image. You know, if you find um you know, crabs, you know, clip art crabs in a certain style, you don’t want to copy that style and then turn around and put up a set of clip art crabs that look just like it. But it’s a great way to take a popular style and turn it into something else. Like I went with succulents. You know, succulents are always a popular item. So, I thought that would work well with that particular style as well. So, that’s how you do it. It’s really, you know, something that isn’t that difficult. You just grab that sample image, give it to chat GPT, tell it what you want it to do. You want this style with this, you know, be specific with the colors and the overall look and vibe of the image. And then you can turn it into something else. You know, you can take this starter prompt here and you can actually let’s um let’s do this. Let me get all the way down here to the bottom. You paste that prompt in. Do do not generate an image. Turn this prompt into a template. Okay. And then what it will do is turn this into a template for you. So it’s a hand painted watercolor, whatever. And you can change the colors and all that stuff in it. So, you know, you can do it that way or you can do what I did and you can even ask chat GPT to do this scale this prompt for different um subjects. Uh let’s say in here it’s giving us a whole list of uh ideas. So, different subject here we go instead of different subjects different scale this for birdhouses. keep the overall vibe but change up the colors some. And then just paste that big prompt in and chat GPT will give you more prompts only. These will be all birdhouses. Okay. So, let’s And I only had it do one, but if I would have asked it for multiple, it would have given me multiple. So, this just I love these. I love these in nano banana. They look absolutely amazing. That works great. So now what I’m going to do is I am going to paste this birdhouse prompt in here. And I’m going to try a GPT2 as my image model. And like I said, you should really test out a few different image generation models to find the one that gives you um the style you’re looking for. Some are stronger at things. Um one 2.6 six is very strong with watercolor. Um, and yet, uh, like Quinn image 2512 is better with realistic images, you know, and some of them just have their own kind of styles built right in that are a little bit different than what you might be going for. So, don’t take a prompt, run it through one model, and just decide that it didn’t work, okay? because you can um try different models to get what you’re looking for, you know, and you can spend time, you know, tweaking your prompts if you want. If uh you know, you think you can get a better result that way, do so. And but I just wanted to show you how, you know, how easy it really is to um take a style you see and turn it into something different that, you know, you can use that style for your own designs. That is really pretty. These birdhouses are absolutely stunning. That is going to make, you know, that would make another amazing set of clip art. All right. So, that’s how you do it. That’s how you take a style you like and get a prompt for that style and then turn it into, you know, different subjects, different themes that you want to create. All right. So, if you have any questions, let me know um to the community. Uh join us there. And as always, thanks guys for watching and I hope to see you is in the next video.

  • 06/20/2026 – I Made the Most Cinematic Transitions for After Effects & Premiere Pro – SonduckFilm

I just made the most cinematic transitions ever right here for After Effects and Premiere Pro. These transitions are just a drag and drop and boom, you can make all your edits cinematic in moments. All right, aside from my free duck pack transitions that are in the description below, I’ve just built a collection of over 800 unique transitions that are of course all housed in this extension panel. All it takes to use this is to hover over a transition to preview it and double click or you can just drag and drop it right into the timeline. And you ask me that’s a cinematic transition. Now when I say these are cinematic transitions, let me explain while I showcase this in After Effects because we got many categories to use like these beautiful film burns that will come in several variations. And in After Effects, we can click the check mark icon and the transition will be applied at the playhead just like so. And this can be easily moved as the cut marker indicates where to place the transition. Now, if you need something with a, you know, a little more character, the trendy transitions have a bunch of different categories like marker and tape, paper, paint, and even a photo collage that just looks awesome. And essentially, these assets provide a lot of detailed elements within the transition. On a serious note, if we need to take it back a notch, there are of course retro transitions that give your edits a throwback feel. For projects that need graphics, well, there’s over 100 object transitions that come with, well, an object. So, say you can use an airplane to tie two aviation clips together. Now, of course, you can add in your own objects for a transition as well, but we’ll take a look at that a little bit later. And finally, the last category host a bunch of creative transitions like camera effects, fire, film strips, 3D boxes, and somehow Counterstrike gaming transitions. I don’t know, that’s just really cool. However, most importantly, you’ll notice as I import transitions, each transition automatically comes with its own sound effect. Let’s go ahead and take a quick listen. Overall, this just saves so much time if you want a sound effect, and it adds that extra value. And of course, you can delete the sound effect by alt-clicking and deleting it. And if you use After Effects, you can just mute the audio like so. No problem. Now, as I build out my edit with even more transitions, if you want to use the same transition more than once, you can either reimpport it or you can just copy and paste all the elements and align them to the cut of two clips. And let’s say you only want to use a transition for in or out only. You can cut and delete the first or second half of a transition and move the remaining elements over like this for a complete edit. Let’s take another look.

So, there’s a lot of options here to make really themed edits if you want to just use the same sort of transitions over and over. But, it’s important to note that these transitions can also be used for vertical resolutions. Let me just import this camera transition. And you’ll just notice how responsive the transition is to the new format, which is great. And yes, this will also work for 4K UHD sequences as well as you can see. Now, aside from transitions, I have also included many different cinematic effects to help complement the transitions if you want to add some style throughout the entire edit. Now, just like before, I can drag and drop these Prisma effects on top of footage and no problem. However, there are a few categories like the old film frames and brush mats that work like noarts, meaning you import them right into the timeline and then you can open the properties panel to essentially drag and drop your footage in to actually use the effect. And as a result, you can change the parameters and everything associated with the effect to customize it for a unique look. But for a personal touch, my favorite effects are under the retro overlays, which include all the vintage effects like CRT, VHS, and more to throw back your edits. But now, let’s take a step back and talk about object transitions. Because if you wanted to use a logo for your transition, well, you can do that when you use the custom object transition. And from here, you would just alt or option click the top layer and then use the placeholder in the properties panel to drop in your own image. And bam, you can easily transition in with your pet duck. You know, he’s just a baby. And aside from the transitions and effects, I also included a few cinematic titles that will animate on with a blur. You can easily change out your text, change the font, and even control the in-n-out duration to use these titles. Anyway, everything you see here is for both After Effects and Premiere Pro. And this is a part of our over 100 packs that we have. So if you do pick up the pack, thank you so much for supporting the channel and all the tutorials that I produce. And always be creating.

  • 06/20/2026 – Free Gemini Omni Trick – 100% Working – Yash AI Guy

All right, everybody. In this video, we’re going to talk about how you can remove the watermark that you have been seeing or you’ve been getting on your videos created using Gemini Omni. I know there’s a lot of hype about it. A lot of people are using it. Probably you are using it as well. That’s why you’re watching this video. So stay till the end because I will be giving you the copy paste commands that will actually I’ll show you the before and after results as well that will properly without any blurs or without some crazy techniques or whatever it is with clean cut how it can remove that weird star watermark that appears even with the pro subscriptions of Gemini Omi. So stay till the end and I know it’s been a while I was on vacation we’ll talk about that as well but Yash is back. yesterday back with some uh cool crazy updates just like this one. All right, so let me show you a video created using Gemini Omni, right? Um a before video and I’ll show you the after video, right? I’ll just pause. I’ll just play. You’ve been uh one second. Check this out. So, you’re probably seeing this this kind of stuff, right? Where it has this uh star kind of watermark, right? Which is weird, right? Which is we don’t want it even with pro subscription. It is coming with Gemini app, right? So, let me show you the after one, right? Check this. This is the after version. Check this out. There’s no watermark. If you can see it, right? There’s literally no watermark. There’s no zooms or anything like that, right? And that’s a that’s a beautiful part, right? And the way we going to we achieved it is with reverse alpha blending technique. And I’m giving you the copy paste command or the code that you can just give it your 30 secondond video, 20 second video, 8second clips or combine clip and it will remove the watermark. I hope that is clear. So what you have to do first of all right uh is uh download the file that I’m giving. So you’ll you’ll find it inside the school community. You can join it in the link below. So it’s it appears it it will be something like this. So I have uh one version for Mac and one version for Windows. So it will appear something like this. It’s a zipped version. And then when you unzip it, it will appear like this. If you open it, it has all the codes and guides and the skills and like the setup and the the entire code there. Right? If you’re on Mac, it will work on Intel chips and Mac silicon chips as well. If you are on Windows, it will work for ARM 64 uh GX 64 chips and everything. Right? So now you need to use any agent, right? Cuz it only works on CLI, which is terminal. So either you can use clot code, you can use codeex, you can use uh anything you want, right? So for my for my sake of use, right, for my ease of use, I’m just going to rename this file cuz it’s a big name file, right? When I’m opening it in terminal, I have to type this whole. I’m just going to say omni watermark, right? And then let me open up the terminal. I’ll show you. All right. So I’m inside the terminal. I’m using the terminal emulator called it 2. So I’m going to do cd masterclass. That’s the one folder which I added this. I unzipped this code inside. And then I’m going to do cd. I could I could just put one command to get inside the main folder. But I just want to show you. So you create a main folder. It could be a downloads folder or whatever it is where you unzip that file. And when you unzip it, you know, you rename it omni watermark. And then when you open it, you can run claude or you can run codeex or whatever you want. Let’s say I want to run clot. I’m going to trust this folder. That’s it. Now I’m inside the clock. All you got to do, right? All you got to do is go back to that folder here again. Right. Open that folder and just u uh inside this folder just paste your video, right? The video that you downloaded from. So uh the from Gemini Omi, right? So what I did is I created a video using Gemini Omi, right? And I created like multiple segment to create like a long length video, right? All right. So I’m just going to paste it, right? So let’s say I paste it here. This is the uh one second. I think I pasted the wrong one. Let me just delete it. I’ll paste the right one. One second. All right. So, I copied uh I u u you know I copied the actual one. This is the actual one. If I show you this way, this is the actual one that has the uh that has the uh the star, right? As you can see, if you can see the star. So, now what I’m going to do, what we’re going to do is we’re going to say we’re going to go to our terminal. Let’s see where our terminal is. Now we’re going to say okay um do PSR VSSL1 uh remove the watermark. That’s it. That’s it. That’s all you got to do. And then it will automatically run because because it is looking inside the folder where the main main file is. It is going to actually look into that and run the command for you. And I’ll show you the before and after as well so you can also see it yourself. This is a 24se secondond video that I created using Gemini Omi. If you want a full tutorial on how I use Gemini Omni for ads, UGC or whatever it is, right? Though I don’t use it very often. I just use it specifically cuz uh I was thinking of using Cance, but the problem with Cance is I want my face and my voice and stuff like that for ads or video sales letters or stuff like that which u you know it was it was uh not taking it right. But Gemini Omi um just like literally uh killed everyone, right? So that’s that’s one good thing about it and that’s why you uh uh if you want so my main thing what I was what I’m trying to say is if you want a full tutorial on a master class on it let me know in the comment section I’ll probably 100% do that the how the way I use it the way kind of I automate the workflow and everything but as you can see this is the video this has this uh star watermark from Gemini right and then I’m just going to run this command in front of you everything uh you know uh everything will be done run by clot. You can use codeex, you can use py coding agent, but this is game changer, right? Cuz I mean you could run it with the watermark, but it’s just that you know internal satisfaction like oh it has that watermark that I wish it should have been removed. You know what I’m trying to say? So that’s the thing. Um uh and um just while it is getting done a little bit about the update what’s been happening. I was on a vacation actually uh uh the last two weeks right that’s why you haven’t heard back heard from back uh uh from me but again I’m back I’m back with some crazy pipeline so again if you have not subscribed I got tanned as well big time you know went to um southern uh south side of India anyways so um if if you haven’t subscribed make sure you do subscribe cuz cuz things are about to blow up right uh some pipelines right for specifically for 3D style documentary entries, Bible story videos, uh podcast videos and everything. A lot of uh cool things will come, right? Uh so uh just make sure you you get inside the school community and you subscribe to the YouTube channel, right? So what I’m going to do, I’m just going to wait for it. Uh I’ll report back with the output path and the free account verification once it finish. That’s it. So what’s going to do? What is it going to do? Right? Uh it is going to uh basically uh create the virtual environment, right? And then it is going to bundle the video together. It’s going to see how many frames your video has. So my video was exactly 23 seconds and 60 microconds or whatever whatever it is, right? And with this version cuz uh by default the the videos that you know Gemini only creates is around 10 second long and stuff like that. So, it’s going to chunk it in three and then properly remove those watermarks without keeping those um you know zoomy elements or crazy some some cropping which looks which makes your video looks a little bit not so great. It will perfectly remove it. Right. So, I’m just going to let it run the shell. Um there is running um this is running behind the scene. I’m just going to keep it run. I’m going to pause my video and I’ll show you once it is done. All right. Cool. All right. So, finally it is done. And it took me uh 6 minutes, right? Um uh cuz I’m running it on my MacBook probably.
