Starting a oneperson business and personal brand with claude AI is the biggest opportunity for 2026. On one side, you have people building billiondoll oneperson businesses. And on the other end, you have everyday 9 toive employees building their side hustles and quitting their full-time jobs. I mean, why build somebody else’s dreams when you should be building your own? Now, at this point, you probably have watched a bunch of videos on how to make money with AI. But let me ask you an important question. How much money have you made so far? Zero, right? And look, it’s not your fault. All these creators on YouTube are just making these random technical videos and tutorials, but they never show you the most important part, which is how do you actually make money? And look, I’m not just saying this. I actually used to be a six-figure tech sales rep working in Silicon Valley. But I took a chance on myself, move over to Vietnam to build my personal brand and business. And now I have over 400,000 YouTube subscribers, and I make more than $100,000 per month. And the best part is I get to travel all around the world every single month and work from anywhere in the world as long as I have a laptop, a camera, and internet connection. I help my client Sean go from literally just a couple hundred views every YouTube video and his last video got over 100,000 views. My other client Mona, who recently just pivoted into the AI space, her first video in AI got 97,000 views and the second got 173,000 views. And Sandy went from an insurance sales manager to over 70,000 subscribers and now she makes over $50,000 per month. And I want to give a quick shout out to our partner for this video, Asus. Now, I’ve been using this ASUS Expert Book for a while now, and this thing is a beast. It has a 70 W battery that literally lasts 24 hours a day, and it only weighs 21 lb. It also has a 50watt TDP performance with 9H militarygrade durability for mobile professionals. This means I can take this laptop to run my business from anywhere. And it stays cool even at a cafe in the hot summers of Vietnam. And even if I drop it, I’m not even worried because the durability is military grade. And the 3K display is extremely vibrant that I can pretty much take a call from anywhere, even in the sun. So whether you’re on the go like me, working from cafes, or working from home, you have to understand that with the AI Boom, it’s now possible for anyone to break into the AI space. If you have an internet connection, a laptop like the ASUS Expert Book, as well as AI tools, you can pretty much start a oneperson business from anywhere in the world. In this video, I’m going to show you how I personally do this myself. So, you can follow step by step. And no, you do not need a big team to do this because with AI, you’re going to be able to do the work of 10 people by yourself. But first, let me show you how big this AI opportunity really is. Now, it’s no secret that we are actually in the AI boom, but let me just share with you some stats to show you how big it really is. Right now, the number one reason for why companies are cutting jobs is because of AI. They’re basically replacing all of their employees to save on cost and make more profits. But this isn’t necessarily a bad thing because if they’re replacing jobs with AI instead of being a victim, why not take advantage of AI so you can profit from it? Which is what I’m going to show you in this video. Now in America, $1.7 trillion are earned every single year by US businesses, right? And almost 30 million of these businesses are actually solo entrepreneurs or one person businesses. Meaning 82% of all businesses in the US actually have zero employees. And the crazy part is 77% of them are profitable within the first year. And this is becoming more and more possible for everyday people because look, AI like is doing all the work. You don’t have to hire a bunch of employees anymore. And to show you how early we are into this AI wave, only 12% of the world actually use clog on a regular basis has 1 billion users every single month. There are about 8.2 billion people in the world. So most people haven’t really used it. And if you think about where we are in the adoption curve, and this is just how generally technology is adopted, whether it’s the internet, cell phones, computers, right? We’re basically in the early adopters phase. the innovators, you know, all the nerds were using AI in the past, but now everyday regular people are starting to use it on a day-to-day basis. But because only 12% of the world are using clot on a regular basis, we still got, you know, 90% of the world to go. So, we are in fact early. Meaning, if you start a business or you create content around AI, every day there’s more and more people downloading chat GBT trying to learn what’s going on and you can be the person that they learn from and actually build an audience fairly quickly. And this is growing so fast. I don’t see any other industry in the world right now that can compete with AI in terms of its growth. So this sounds good and all, but you might have some challenges when it comes to building a oneperson business and a personal brand. So what are these challenges if you’re working full-time? Number one, you might be limited on time, right? You’re working your main job from 9 to 5. You have only a couple hours, you know, after work and the weekends. And if you have kids or you’re busy, it gets even tougher. Number two, you might be limited on capital, meaning you don’t have a lot of budget for a team, for tools. Kind of doing everything solo, right? And number three, maybe you have limited connections. So you don’t have a network, no mentor, and really just trying to figure it out as you go. But don’t worry, this is normal. So why doing a oneperson business with AI makes the most sense right now, especially building a personal brand, is this number one is high profit margin, right? Because of AI, it reduces the cost to actually create content, get your name out there, and you don’t really need full-time employees. Number two, it’s lower stress. Okay, you don’t have to hire a bunch of people. It can just be you, your laptop, internet, maybe a camera, and then you’re off to the races, right? You don’t have to deal with all these expensive employees and overhead every single month. And number three, you can optimize your oneperson business for your lifestyle. Meaning, instead of you working a job, building another person’s dream, you can actually build a business that works for you and live the life you want to live. So, for me, for example, I used to be a tech sales rep. I lived in San Francisco. I worked at like Oracle, Silicon Valley, and uh I pretty much left it all to move over to Asia and specifically now I’m in Vietnam, right? And because everything’s online and as long as I have an internet connection, I can pretty much work from anywhere in the world. When you create content, you put on YouTube and LinkedIn and Instagram, people from all around the world can see it. And in fact, most of my clients that I work with are actually from the US even though I’m living here. And on top of that, because everything’s digital, I literally travel to another country pretty much every single month. I’ve actually traveled to, you know, places like Thailand. And right now what I’m doing is I’m traveling to the best Muay Thai gyms all over the world to learn different techniques from different people because it’s fun. It’s my hobby, right? But at the same time, I get to work from anywhere in the world. So here you’ll see a picture of me in my um hotel over in Thailand. And the gym I was training at was actually right across the street at the mall that you see uh over there. So I’ll go training in the morning and then at night I would do like live webinar. We’re doing some trainings online and everything. And I just busted out my laptop, put a light there, put my camera there and that’s it, right? And you know, obviously at this point, you know, I’m making over $100,000 a month. So, I do have a small team. Uh, however, you know, it’s a very small team for making 100K per month, right? Because with Claude AI, it’s so good nowadays. Number one, it can help you find your business idea, right? You know, built around your skills and experience and, you know, combining that with AI. And I’ll show you exactly how to find your business idea later in this video. Number two, when it comes to making content, it’s going to help you find the content ideas, write your scripts, even edit your videos nowadays, right? Like, these AIs are doing all the work. All you have to do is be the creative thinker and be the face of the brand. And number three, you can with AI and using other AI tools like Higsfield for example, you can actually create the thumbnails with AI. Any kind of static images, videos, ads, you name it. So even on my YouTube channel, all the thumbnails that we’re creating, AI has a very big role in how I do all the visuals for my personal brand and my YouTube channel and all my socials. So now let’s get into starting your oneperson business and personal brand, even if you’re still working a full-time job. Now, the common pitfalls I see when people are building a personal brand is they often switch up their business idea like every week and they get distracted by every new shiny business model they see. Another common pitfall is really not knowing what you should be doing each day. Because if you’re working a full-time job, you only got a couple hours to work on your business, right? And if you’re doing the wrong things, then you’re just going to go nowhere fast. And third, a lot of people still haven’t made a single dollar yet, even though they’ve been researching for months and months trying to find the perfect business idea. News flash, there is no perfect. So, I’m going to help you overcome all these issues so that you can actually build a personal brand in the next 30 days and ideally sign your first client, even if you’re working a full-time job. Meaning, you have to spend at least, you know, just one or two hours a day on the work days and your weekends. And the way I think about it is if you’re willing to spend 40 hours a week building another person’s stream, you owe it to yourself to spend 10 hours per week building your own. So, when it comes to starting your one person business, you really have two paths here. The first path is the path of the creator. Essentially, you’re creating content like I am on YouTube or Instagram, LinkedIn, depending on which one is your preference. And then you monetize your audience. Pretty simple, right? Now, the second path is going to be an AI powered service. And this is for people who don’t necessarily always want to be front-facing and they just want to build a one person business. You still can have a personal brand, but the idea is you take any service that has already existed before AI like code emailing, SEO, YouTube script writing, right? And then you add AI on top of it to make it cheaper, faster, and better and start selling it to businesses. An AI powered service is really just an intersection of a service and AI put together. And at the end of the day, you’re selling the results. So don’t get caught up on having these fancy automations. Nobody really wants that. They just want to either make money, save money, or save time. So whether you take the path of the creator or the AI powered service, you’re going to need to understand holistically the high level of how the oneperson business model actually works. Now, you want to think of it like a triangle. And if you can’t complete this triangle one time, then you’re going to be able to sign your first client and actually make money building a oneperson business. Now, the first step of the triangle is going to be the offer. An offer is essentially answering three questions. What do you sell? Who do you sell to? And what price do you charge? Are you selling some kind of service, an online course, maybe coaching or consulting? Any offer can work. It’s just which ones you want to commit to. Now, once you have an offer, the next step is actually some sort of lead generation. So, it’s either you’re going to outreach people, meaning you’re sending them messages, right? Cold. They don’t know who you are, or you are building a personal brand, which is what we’re going to talk a lot about today, which is you’re creating content on YouTube and LinkedIn. Now, the good part about building a personal brand is that if you create content and you do outreach on top of that, more people know who you are and they’re more likely to respond. And if they don’t know who you are, they can just check out your profiles. And because if you have a lot of followers, that’s going to be instant credibility. Now, the whole goal of lead generation is to get them to step three, which is some kind of monetization mechanism. For the most part, if you’re selling a service like a high ticket thing that costs thousands of dollars per month, let’s say it’s a LinkedIn ghostwriting agency, you’re going to want to get the person on the phone and sell them on a call. Now, you can also do webinars. I do webinars. You could also do like sales pages, landing pages where people just go on your website and just buy something, right? It really just depends on what your offer is. But in general, if you’re selling something, let’s say $2 or $3,000 plus, I would highly recommend getting on a call cuz it’s not that easy to get someone to buy on the credit card for a price point that high. Now, to help you find your business idea and go through this entire loop, I actually have a free Claude skill. It’s called the oneperson business blueprint, and you want to go to the link in the description to download it. You can drag and drop this skill into your claw and it will prompt you and ask you a series of questions to understand who you are, what you love, what you want to do. And it will help you and research find business ideas that specifically fit you. And not only that, but it’s going to map out an entire game plan on what your personal brand should look like and what did the next 30 days look like in terms of getting your first client. So, I went ahead and did an example and this is essentially what I do for my clients through Founder X, which is the program I teach people in. And essentially, if you enter your information, uh it’s going to give you an entire document that’s going to map out your entire oneperson business plan from the overall blueprint of uh what exactly you’re selling, what is the service, how you combining your skills with AI to create something new. Uh it’s going to go into, you know, what is it that you’re going to be selling? and it actually researches your competitor’s pricing and goes on the websites, Reddit, wherever it can find data and then it’ll scrape it all and give it to you in a package so you can generally understand if this is something people are going to pay for. And it even lists out, you know, who your competitors are and then it’s going to give these different sources as well. And if you want to build a personal brand around this so that you attract clients, it’s going to give you your competitor’s personal brands and give you an idea of like what they’re doing, how much you’re charging, and it’s going to help you find your positioning on where you can stand out from everybody else, which is very important and what we’re going to cover uh later in this video. Um, and then from there, it’s going to cover like the outreach of how you going to reach out to these people if you just want to like get on a call and sell them. And finally, obviously, the 30-day plan of what you need to do from day zero all the way to day 30 in order to get your first client. All right, so now let’s go ahead and get into the path of the creator. Now, if you want to be a creator, essentially you want to build a personal brand. And the reason for that is because you want people to come to you. Now, with just an internet connection, a laptop, maybe your iPhone, and some AI, you’re going to be able to build a personal brand like on YouTube or on Instagram. It depends where you want to grow. And I’m going to show you exactly how. But before we get into that, I want to show you what the overall model is going to look like. So essentially, you build a personal brand so that you create content. You generate traffic so that you build a following. Essentially, you want to get that following and you want to push them onto your website or your landing pages so that you can turn these viewers into leads. You’re going to either, you know, have a lead magnet to collect their email, right? You give away some free things or you can just directly book a call. Now, when you book a call with them, you get on the phone with them and you close. Now, the easiest way to actually make money with a personal brand is just to sell something at a high price point, maybe a couple thousand dollars, and then you close them. So, let me show you how this is done. And I’m going to be using my ASUS expert book to show you step by step on how to do it. So, let’s say you want to build a personal brand on YouTube. There are essentially five steps you need to understand very clearly. Step number one, you need to find ideas. Step two, thumbnails. Step three, the titles. Step four, going to be the scripts. And step five is the slides or diagrams if you choose to do so. Now, we’re going to hop into my ASUS expert book, and I’m going to show you how I personally do this using Claude. Now, I’m going to use a Claude scale that I created for myself, uh, called the PD idea validator, and I’m going to say, “Help me research the best ideas on how to start a oneperson business using Claude.” Now, once I enter it, uh, AI is going to be doing all the work, and I’m doing it all in my ASUS expert book here. As you can see here, it’s going to connect to my Vid IQ account. It’s going to connect to the internet to really see like what are going to be the best ideas. And it’s great that it’s pulling all this data. And this ASUS laptop here can pretty much handle all everything I need when it comes to researching right here. It’s going to create um an artifact for me on Claude. And it’s going to essentially look like this. What I’ve done is I created this skill that allows me just to see, you know, whether or not ideas are going to be any good. You know, it’ll tell me like what the narrative is, how high the demand is for this particular video. Supply meaning how crowded it is. So meaning like if too many people are making this video idea, maybe I don’t want to do it right because I always want to look for high demand, low supply. Then it’s going to give me analysis of like all the top videos I can take inspiration from keyword volume as well to see how many people are typing it into YouTube. And it’s even going to give me some suggestions on other ideas that are somewhat related that might be a better opportunity for me to jump on. So once I have the idea, it’s pretty easy to just take the ideas that are already working, remix it to come up with my title. Then the next step is going to be the thumbnail. And these days, you don’t need to hire another thumbnail designer. You can actually just do it yourself all within Claude. Uh, this is one of my thumbnails I made before. Claude side hustles at night. It worked pretty well. And let’s say I just want to use the same thing, but just switch out the image in the back. So, I’m just going to go on Claude and say, “Hey, take the thumbnail, change the background, and I want to use Hakesfield.” So, Claude is really good cuz it connects with other apps like Hakesfield. And I use this for a lot of my image generations. And I said, “Hey, let’s change the background to the moon.” And so, off the bat, this character is just sitting on a rock on the moon with the Earth in the back. And actually, looks pretty good. Like, it is already good enough to post on my YouTube channel. All I really needed to do was just use Claude on my laptop and that’s it. So I basically get that, use it for the thumbnail and then the next step is to write the actual script. So after using the prompt in Claude, basically it’s going to give me this file where it’s going to be my script. So it gives the research brief, the title, thumbnails, and the hook word for word and then it’s going to give me the chapters. So for the most part, as long as I have my laptop and I’m just using these prompts, it’s fairly simple for me to create the uh scripts for my YouTube channel. What I typically like to do is I actually like to create slides for my video. So you can see here I’m like, “Hey, use Figma.” And then I’m going to take that script and create all the diagrams and everything like that. And I’ll show you what it looks like. So as you can see here, all the diagrams and everything for my slides. It’s just made with Claude. You know, I don’t need to be a designer. I don’t need to hire a bunch of people. I can literally just have my imagination, couple cloud skills, and I can just do it all in one laptop. And from my experience, I never had any overheating issues or any hiccups when it comes to performance when I’m using this laptop. It just runs everything very smoothly. Now, when you do build a personal brand, one of the most important aspect is actually building a website. So, when I go into Claude, let’s say I want to build a new landing page, right? I would say, “Help me build my website uh for a book a call page using my HTML references.” So, I’ll typically find other websites I like, put it in here, and then it’s going to give me the output. So, as you can see here, I give it like a photo of me and everything like that. And then we’re going to fix this up so that we’re going to be including a book a call page. Now, just using these cloud skills, I’m going to show you what the results look like. So, here are the final results. So, essentially, when I create content on YouTube, I want sometimes I want people to book a call, right? So, they go on this page, explains like why they should book a call with me. You press the button, it will scroll all the way down, and then it will go to book a call. Now, the cool part about this is not only does it look good, it’s like kind of interactive, right? But also, the page interacts with the calendarly page. So if somebody So it makes it the dark and orange aesthetic. They pick a time, they press next, and then I have them fill out information, right? But you see here, it also, you know, moves them along the process and says, “Okay, like fill out your details and confirmed.” So it’s pretty cool that you don’t need a website designer to design something that actually looks pretty good. Because in the past, before I started really using AI, this was like years ago, I would pay someone like $1,000, $2,000 to put together this kind of website. But now I can do it myself in like 15 minutes and just a couple prompts and a laptop and and that’s it. And that’s crazy. And for the most part, if you’re starting to build a personal brand, a one person business. Um, you can sell courses and things like that, but I would highly recommend building a page like this so that people can actually book a call. That way when you get them on the phone, you can actually just sell them for a higher price point uh versus trying to get them to buy something much cheaper. And important part about building a personal brand is that when you do have a personal brand, let’s say on YouTube or LinkedIn or wherever, when you do any type of outbound, if you run any ads, they will always try to Google your name and find you online. And if you have some kind of presence, the chance of them responding is going to be so much higher no matter which channel you use to reach out to clients. And personally for me, when I’m using Cloud Chat GBT, I’m using my ASUS expert book and I’m pretty much running it all day. And because I’m always on the go, you know, I need something light where I can just go to a cafe and like design, give feedback to my editors, take coaching calls, do webinars. And so what I like about the Asus expert book is that it actually has an Intel Core Ultra X7 series 3 processor. And that’s a lot of words, but it just means that it can pretty much handle anything I give it. It also has expert guard security, which features a NIST SP8001 93 compliance. Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means. It just means that your data is safe if someone tries to hack into your computer. This thing even has a three-year warranty. So even if something breaks or goes wrong, ASUS will actually pick it up, repair it, and send it back. And so with the confidence and power this thing has, I’m taking my laptop everywhere I go, you know, whether it’s to the cafe or sometimes I go to the gym, I’m running my Claw agents, and it just takes a while for it to do things, right? Cuz it’s just like running. And then in between my sets, I’ll just run some skills, let it do its thing, finish my set, come back, it’s done, do another prompt, and just do it again and again and again. It sounds kind of ridiculous, but if you’re at the gym, why not just use that dead time working in between the sets and be max productive? Let’s go into the next section where we’re going to talk about how to actually do outbound and get meetings with people if we’re reaching out to them. Now, the most important thing as a oneperson business is actually building your list. I used to be a tech sales rep in Silicon Valley and I remember spending hours and hours of my day building list of people I want to reach out to, writing the emails and everything like that, LinkedIn messages and sending it to them, right? So, it’s a lot of grindy work. But nowadays with AI, it can pretty much save you hours and hours of time that you know typically a full-time person would have to do. So, let me show you how to do this in Claude. So if we’re building a list, we want to use a skill, right? So I have the PD list builder, which allows me to build highly qualified lists of people that would be interested in my services. So let’s say I want to build a list of five SAS companies running meta ads. Uh I need them to have raise money so they actually can pay me. And my goal is to sell them some kind of AI service where I help them create ads using AI at scale. For this demonstration, I’m going to make it in this like blue style that we’ve been using so far. So you see um right inside Claude, right? Like you don’t need any employees. It’s just going to like build this list for you. And then let’s see what the list looks like. Made a list of eight people here. It’s going to have these criterias on whether or not they’d be interested in some kind of Minute ad services, which is what I’m selling. It’s going to give us their LinkedIn profile and um their funding and all that kind of stuff. And for the purpose of this video, I actually exported as a nice HTML so you guys can see what it visually looks like. And it’s going to rate these people on, you know, which ones are hot, which one should we reach out to, and you click into them. And then it has more information on uh why they would be a good fit for your service. So when you’re reaching out to them, you know, the outbound messages, whether you do code email or LinkedIn, pretty much writes itself, right? Because you’re using this data and finding the pain points of what the prospect has and saying, “Hey, I know your problem. I know what you’re trying to do. I have a solution to help you get what you already want.” It’s simple as that. Now that we’ve built the list and you start messaging people, essentially, you’re just going to get people on the phone, right? Whether you’re using content or outbound. Now, the next step of the process is actually to build your sales script. And the cool part is you don’t need a sales manager or sales coach. you can actually build it using AI. So, let me show you how. In this example, I’m going to use my sales script builder skill within Claude and I’m going to say, build me a sales script, assuming I’m selling this meta ad studio where I help create ads using AI to scale SAS startups targeting consumers, right? And then give it some more information and it’s just going to produce my entire script for me. Now, let me go ahead and show you the output. So, this is the sales script that it gave me. On the beginning, it’s going to give me a highle overview of exactly how I should be selling it. And then as you go deeper into the script, it’s going to go step by step from rapport, agenda, pain. Basically, I have a certain sales process that I use the moment you meet somebody on, let’s say, uh, Zoom or whatever, and then you actually close them, right? So, it tells you exactly what you need to say, what you need to do in order to close the deal. Now, I even programmed it so that if you want to do your calls in 30 minutes, you can pull this out, press start, and then it has a timer here. So, if you just kind of go through the whole thing and make sure like you’re doing it in a concise amount of time, it just kind of makes it easier, right? And also you can actually take your transcripts after the call, drag and drop it into claude and just say, “Hey, like based on this criteria, what can I have done better?” And then it will tell you and coach you. So you don’t even need to spend money hiring a sales coach. You can just, you know, self coach yourself using AI and get better and better. And what I like about the ASUS is that I can pretty much take calls anywhere. The camera’s pretty good. Works on Zoom and Google Meets and everything like that. So once I have my script in front of me, camera is ready to go. I don’t really need any other tools besides my AI tools, my laptop, and an internet connection. And it’s truly the era of a oneperson business. And so this is the future of the oneperson business where you can essentially do the work of 10 people all with just your cloud and the internet connection and your laptop. And if you follow all the steps I showed you, you know, in week number one, you should be finding your business idea. Week number two and three, you start doing your personal brand, creating content on YouTube or LinkedIn, whichever platform you choose. you start reaching out to clients to actually get them on the phone. In week number four, if you start getting more calls, if you get enough of them, eventually you’ll figure out exactly how to close them using the sales script that I just showed you. And then from there, you will sign your first client within the first 30 days. And this is the future of the oneperson business. All right, guys. So, now you have the complete playbook on how you should be starting your oneperson business. And remember, as long as you have a laptop, internet connection, and AI, you can pretty much do this kind of business from anywhere in the world. And if you want to watch another video on some of the best side hustles to be starting this weekend, check out this video right here. And remember, never let your circumstances stop you from achieving your dreams.

10/12/2026 – I’m Politely Begging You to Start a Business with AI Before It’s Too Late
It’s no secret that AI is the biggest reasons for why companies are making these massive layoffs month over month. So, in the next 6 months, how can you be sure that AI isn’t going to replace your job? Now, some people are going to play victim and say, “Oh, AI is bad for the world.” But you actually have a choice. Do you want to be a victim, too, or do you want to take full advantage of this once in a-lifetime opportunity? And look, if you’re trying to start a oneperson business, but you don’t know what your business idea should be because you have too many interests of what you could do, that’s actually a good thing because combining your multiple interests will allow you to create a business model that is unique and specific to your skill sets. And I know this method actually works because I did it for myself. I used to be a six-figure tech sales rep working in Silicon Valley. And I turned my passions for creating content, sales, travel, and business and turned it into a profitable personal brand where I’m making over $100,000 per month while living in Vietnam and traveling around the world every single month. Now, this also works for everyday regular people. Sean, for example, didn’t know much about AI and not too long ago, he only had 300 subs, but we actually got him to thousands of subs and now his videos are getting tens of thousands and some of them hundreds of thousands of views per video. And in the last 7 days, he made $15,000. And if you don’t want to be a creator like me and Sean, you could actually sell AI powered services, like Wayne, for example, who was able to sign his first client for $15,000 building AI automations. And when we first started working together, he didn’t know anything about AI. And the reason for why they’ve been able to build these businesses while working a 9 toive job is because I gave them a clear road map. So, they knew exactly what they should be doing on a day-to-day basis. And in this video, I want to give you that road map and show you how you can take all your skills, your knowledge, and experience and turn it into a profitable oneperson business in the next 60 days. And of course, I’ll show you how to get your first paying customer. But first, let me explain why everybody needs to be starting a oneperson business with AI, even if you’re working a full-time 9-5. Back when I was at Oracle, my first year there, I actually made $140,000 right out of college. Even though on paper everything was good, I wasn’t really happy with my situation because I felt like another gear in the machine. You see, when you’re working at a larger company like I was, you’re just this little tiny gear in this big complex system. And the problem with this is that you are replaceable. If you don’t want to come to work one day, they don’t like you anymore. Or maybe AI replaces your job, they can literally replace you with something else easily. And when you are that little gear, sometimes you have a lot of interest, you have skills, and you’re not feeling like you’re reaching your full potential in that kind of environment. And so with AI nowadays, it’s more possible than ever for anyone to build a oneperson business. So if we were to use that gear analogy, this is what it’s going to look like when you build your own machine. Instead of you being this tiny little gear in the big complex system, you are the main gear in your own machine. And instead of having a bunch of employees that you have to manage, you can instead have a bunch of AI employees working for you 247 and they don’t complain. And this was not possible before the advances in AI, especially in the last few months to be honest. And now we have entered the era of the oneperson business. So when I first started my one person business, I actually just took my life savings that I made from doing tech sales and I moved over to Thailand to try to figure out how to make money online. I tried many different ideas and after 12 months, I barely made my first $1,000 online. And it took me a while before I was able to make over $100,000 per month, which I do now. Now, if you’re trying to start a oneperson business, I would actually not recommend quitting your job cold turkey. Here’s what I would do instead. So, the main thing is you want to be working on your side hustle while keeping your main hustle. In the beginning, your main job is going to pay the bills. It’s going to support your lifestyle, your family, whatever your case is. And when you start your side hustle, maybe it just starts off with $1,000 a month, something kind of small. Over time, as you develop your skills, which I’ll tell you exactly what skills you need to develop in this video, your side income will eventually match your main job. And if you stay consistent, eventually your side business will become bigger than your main business. And you can decide if you want to quit your main job from there, or just do both at the same time, which I personally have clients do one or the other. Now, this sounds great and all, but how exactly are you supposed to find your business idea, especially if you have so many different interests and skills? Now, let me know if this sounds familiar. Maybe you’ve researched a dozens of different ideas on AI side hustles and you haven’t really made any money yet. Maybe you have too many random interests and skills and you don’t know how to sell or even how to turn this into a business. And maybe you don’t feel very confident selling any business idea, which is why you’ve never created any content, reach out to anybody, or even tried to sell anything. Now, if that’s you, don’t worry because I’m going to show you a special system that I’ve been using for my clients to help them sign their first clients as quick as 2 weeks of working with me. So, a while back, I actually had a client, Brandon, who was a VP in sales at a construction company. He grinded the ladder for 15 years to earn that spot. Now, he was kind of in a crunch because he always wanted to make a side income and build a business, but he tried so many different things and was never able to really crack even $1,000 per month on his own. So, when we started working together, I introduced them to this idea of the eeky guy. And the eeky guy is essentially your reason for being. And it’s just a combination of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. And when you find the intersection of these four things, that is going to be the direction you should take your business. Now, to help you with this entire process, I actually have a free claw skill for you, the oneperson business blueprint. And inside, it’s going to help you find your eeky guy, your reason for being your business idea that matches what you love, and it’s going to give you a clear path on exactly what to do next in order to sign your first client. Now, if you want that, I actually put a link in the description for you to get this free download, and I’m going to use it in this video so you can follow along, and I’ll show you exactly how it works. Now, I’m going to walk through exactly how I helped Brandon find his eeky guy. And he was able to basically go from not making any money on the side to making $10,000 per month signing three different clients, each one a couple thousand dollar. I’m going to show you exactly how we were able to find his business idea and sign clients. And we’re going to use two different tools for this. Number one, we’re going to use Claude, obviously, and number two, we’re going to use Victor, which is actually the sponsor for this video. And specifically, I’m going to show exactly how I help Brandon figure out what to sell, who to sell it to, and what price to sell it at. First, you’re going to go into Claude. You get the Claude skill. You download it, drag and drop it into your cloud, and you use this command /person business-b blueprint. From there, it’s going to prompt you to ask you a series of questions to understand your skills, knowledge, and experience, and it’s going to help you figure out your eeky guy. Now, to speed up the process, I actually already did this for Brandon. Essentially, if we do this process, we’re going to figure out exactly, you know, what he should be selling, who to sell to, the price point. It really goes in depth and does a lot of research to figure out who his offer is for. Now, before AI, I actually had to have him fill out a bunch of Google docs and then I would manually have to look at, you know, all these variables to figure out what his eeky guy is. But now with Cloud Skills and I’m able to generate this entire report. Now, the cool part here is I’m able to use Victor. So, you see here, Victor is kind of like my AI employee who works for me 24/7, right, right in Slack itself. So, I’m like, “Hey, Victor, are you here?” And it’s like, “Yep, I’m here.” And I’m saying, “Okay, my client Brandon fit out this eeky guy business idea. Can you go through it to verify his offer, his ideal customer profile, and the pricing that makes sense?” I make sure there is real demand for his offer and it’s something realistic for him to do and get clients in the next 60 days. I just drag and drop the HTML file, which is just this file that I showed you earlier. Now, again, before AI, I would literally have to spend like maybe like an hour looking at everything and getting on a call with Brandon and all that. But nowadays, Claude is doing the work to put this together. Victor is doing the work to analyze it for me. So, it’s almost like my uh coaching assistant in a sense, and then it’s going to read in Brandon’s entire thing, validate it for me to make sure everything makes sense, and it’s going to generate a report. You can see here right inside Slack, you can open it and it generates the report for Brandon. So, it’s the same HTML except it has all these signs and and warnings that I should be looking at to coach Brandon through exactly what he should be doing, right? Is his offer does it make sense? Does the pricing make sense? So, it’s kind of like going through Brandon’s entire offer document to make sure like things are good to make sure what parts are good and what part needs actually a little bit more help, right? And so when I work with clients in general, you know, through my program, Founder X, uh essentially I run everyone’s uh offer document through this so that me and my team can quickly assess a person’s skills, knowledge, and experience to match whether or not the business idea they’re choosing makes sense. If I didn’t use Victor and AI and Claw to do all this work, dude, it would take so many hours to do all the clients that we have. But with AI, we can get this done in 5 minutes and it’s quick. And so for Brandon specifically, we figured out that he’s good at sales. He’s passionate about content. He understands the construction and space. So, we just created an offer for him to reach out to construction companies and just help them with LinkedIn marketing specifically, right? Like the before and after videos and photos, helping these construction companies get more clients. And these guys charge 15 to over $100,000. And so, by him just charging, you know, 2 to 3K for his services, if they literally get one client, they’re, you know, getting a multiple return on their investment. And that is how he was able to get three clients in the first month and make $10,000 per month recurring. So now going back into Victor, you see it’s kind of doing an analysis here. So if I get on a call with Brandon, I can actually use these talking points to have a conversation with him with. And then from there, I actually asked Victor to say, “Hey, I want to help Brandon further help me make a list of 10 potential customers Brandon should be selling to and reaching out to on LinkedIn.” And from here, it’s done two things. Number one, it’s created an Excel sheet with these 10 business owners. And number two, it created the LinkedIn DM script. So let’s dive into that. Uh so let’s just spoil the names of the LinkedIn. So you can see here, this is the the contact sheet for Brandon’s specific offer. And it made this list specifically to sell Brandon’s content marketing offers on LinkedIn. So it’s going to show their LinkedIn profiles, their name, their company, all that. And then on the right side, it’s going to show why exactly they’re going to be a good fit for Brandon services. So when Brandon sends a DM, they’re more likely to respond because there’s actually something to talk about, not just, “Hey, can I sell something to you?” Right? It’s actually contextual to what the person currently wants. Now, Victor also created some of the DMs as a starting point, so I can definitely just follow the instructions, connect with them. I even included the follow-ups here. So, when I’m coaching Brandon, instead of him having to figure out how to build a list and what to say in the DMs to get the person on the phone to close them, I actually have my AI employee, Victor, do all the work for me, and then I just get on the phone with Brandon or chat with him over WhatsApp or something and just be like, “Yo, here’s some scripts. Here’s 10 potential clients you should reach out to that I already vetted.” And if that sample size works, let’s go ahead and increase that to 100 people, 500 people, and you start doing more outbound to get more clients. It’s as simple as that. And the reason why Victor is pretty interesting is one, it works in Slack. Number two, it will choose the best model depending on the situation, whether it’s Claw, Chat, GBT, Gemini, and it integrates with all your other tools as well. And Victor is pretty much like an employee that does work, not just another chatbot that you talk to. If you want to hire Victor for your team, use my link and code Patrick Dang 100 in the description. you’re going to get $100 of Victor’s work for free without putting in a credit card running in minutes. So, now that you understand how Brandon was able to come up with his offer and find clients, you might have another problem, which is what do you do if you have too many interests and you can’t even pick a business idea. So, here’s how a lot of people feel. You have a lot of interest. Maybe you’re good at writing content, doing Muay Thai, traveling, you know, public speaking, you name it, right? And you’re thinking, okay, like every one of these maybe could be a business. How do I combine these creatively? And a lot of times you often get stuck in your own head and eventually you just give up and not do anything. So the problem that a lot of smart people have, especially people that have a lot of skills and talent, you could potentially start any business, which makes it very daunting to just pick one and to commit to it. Now I show you how I personally did it for myself to inspire you and show you like what’s possible and how you can be creative on how you do this. So for me, when I built my one person business on on day one, I basically looked at the skills I had, which was B2B tech sales skills. I used to work at Oracle and a YC back startup in Silicon Valley. So, I had that experience, right? I had a passion for creating content. I wasn’t good yet, but I had a passion for it. And I really like the idea of inspiring others and making money by helping other people. And I also wanted to travel as well. And um right now I’m living in Vietnam. I like to travel quite a bit and I like to train Muay Thai. So, you might be thinking, okay, these are all like different things. There’s sales, there’s content, there’s inspirational stuff, then there’s traveling, living in Vietnam and Muay Thai. How do they all connect together to create a unique one-of-a-one business? Now, if you want a little more help on building your oneperson business, I want to let you know that I got a free upcoming live training where I’m going to show you how to monetize your skills, knowledge, and experience and turn it into a profitable oneperson business. Whether you’re stuck trying to find your business idea, whether you’re trying to figure out how you can get content going and build your personal brand, or even if you’re trying to figure out how can you even sign a client, I’m going to show you everything from A to Z live. And the cool part is I’m actually doing live sales role plays where people are going to just give me random AI businesses and I’m going to show you how I would sell it using my methodology. So at this point I’ve helped countless people start their oneperson businesses and I know talk is cheap which is why I want to demonstrate these skills live. So if you want to join this free live training, check the link in description to reserve your spot while they last. Now, for me, especially my business now, which is Founder X, what I essentially done is I taken all of my skill sets and all of my experiences and turned it into a product essentially, right? Or a personal brand. And what I specifically do nowadays is I help 9 toive employees build online businesses, oneperson businesses using AI and I help them find freedom, right? And the reason why that’s so unique to me was because I used to be a nineto-ive employee. I used to feel stuck. I followed what my parents said and what society told me to do and it wasn’t it. And so I decided to break free to build my business and now I live this interesting lifestyle. And what’s interesting is if you think about how all these things stack up, we have the base layer here which is the skills I already had. So I started with sales. I started learning uh creative direction and I started getting really good at teaching and start coaching people, right? And then there were new skills I needed to learn to build founder X, which is the business I’m working on now, which is learning AI skills and kind of like learning in public. So like learning new things and teaching it online, right? Because in AI there’s a new thing every single week. So, we have the skills I have, the skills I desire to acquire. Then you’re layering your personality on top. So, this is, you know, who I actually am. So, I’m an Asian-American, right? I just happen to have a lot of Asian clients because they relate to me, right? I’ve also had other ethnicities I buy as well, but definitely like a lot of Asians be buying. A lot of I’m a guy, right? So, a lot of guys relate to maybe my lifestyle and what I aspire for, you know, going to the gym, working out, training Muay Thai, all that kind of stuff. And I have a, you know, exorac corporate experience. So all the corporate people also relate to me as well. Then you add another layer on top of that which is a story right you know escaping the 9 to5 and quitting and getting out of the rat race. And then also nowadays I have so many testimonials of helping everyday 9 to5 people get their first client. Okay so your story and your mission what you’re trying to do how you’re trying to change the world. And then on top of that you have all your hobbies and interests right like for me I’m traveling around the world training at the top Mu Thai gyms travel pretty much every month through other countries and I live in Vietnam which is kind of unique in itself. So when we put it all together, it actually makes my personal brand on YouTube very interesting for a lot of people because if you watch other AI creators, they’re just kind of like, “Hey everybody, Opus 5.5 just came out.” And it’s kind of like dry and boring, right? Because if you wanted regular information like that, you can just ask Claude. But when you add these layers to it and skill sets in this unique combination where I have a sales skill set, content skill set, creative direction skill set, that’s why my thumbnails look a certain way and everybody copies me, right? and then my background and my story. You put all that together and you have a business that’s kind of uncopyable because the only time someone can directly compete against you is if they are literally you and they’re not going to have the same experience. Now, I was able to combine all my hobbies and interests into something unique. Chances are you might feel that your skill set is not that unique. But I’m telling you, everybody has a story to tell. You just have to find that unique angle. So, now that hopefully you have overcome that blocker of I have too many ideas, right? and you know how to combine all these ideas together to create a unique oneperson business. The next thing I want to share with you is how do you actually make money as a oneperson business. Now, realistically, if you’re doing a oneperson business, right, the easiest thing to sell is probably an AI powered service, meaning you’re charging thousands of dollars per client. Ideally, it’s something recurring like helping someone with their LinkedIn content, doing uh AI SEO or AEO, right? Ranking people on Claude. These are things that if you get it right, people have to pay for you monthly. Now, if you wanted to get clients for these things, there’s really two paths. Number one, you kind of just reach out to them. And number two, you create content and they come to you. So, let me explain how this works. Now, I would say LinkedIn right now is one of the best places to get clients. Most of my clients who’ve been able to sign their high ticket clients within the first month, they typically always use LinkedIn, right? Cuz it’s uh not as competitive. You don’t have to send high volume. This how it works. So, you have a LinkedIn profile, you optimize it. Even if you have a working a 9 toive job, there’s ways to optimize your profile so that you’re you can say like, “Hey, I’m a sales rep at this company, but on the side, I’m very passionate about AI.” You don’t have to say you’re selling anything. You just need to show people you’re interested in that subject. From there, I would recommend creating five pieces of content a week so that people kind of know who you are. You’ll get some inbound leads coming in, but also it will give you credibility so that when you reach out to people, which is the next step, you basically connect with 50 people per day on LinkedIn, you probably will get a 40% acceptance rate. So maybe every day you’re DMing like, you know, 15 to 20 people a day. Not that hard, right? You can do it while you have a full-time job. And out of those people that actually respond, you’re going to book them on a call and then they’re going to show up. Some, you know, you might get like 75% show up. It happens. and then you close them on the phone. So that’s how Brandon was able to get three clients within the first 30 days of working with me just following this simple process. Now, if you didn’t really want to reach out to people and you wanted to be more of a content creator, for example, like what I do, all you got to do is this. You just make a commitment to yourself to do one to three videos a week and you just do it every single week. I have clients like Sandy and Sean who are making tens of thousands of dollars per month off of their YouTube channels in the AI space and they didn’t know anything about YouTube or AI when they got started. These are skills that you can actually just learn, right? And they both did it while working full-time jobs. So, when you have a YouTube channel, obviously, you want to have some kind of lead magnet, whether it’s um, you know, signing up for some kind of email list, maybe a free giveaway, and then, you know, after the lead magnet, you get their email, you ask them to book a call. Now, the other approach is in the video itself, you can just be like, hey, if you want to work with me, book a call, right? So, both actually work. I would recommend doing both in the same video. That actually works pretty well. Then, when you get them on a call, you can understand what are their problems, how do you solve it, and then you just close them. So, at the end of the day, the easiest way to close high ticket is to get them on the call. So, the question is, do you want to create content, have them come to you, or do you want to just reach out, get it done with, and get the client as quickly as possible? And I would recommend doing outbound in the beginning if you want the cash and to prove it to yourself that you can make money today. But long-term, I highly recommend having a personal brand, even if you continue to do outbound, because the chance of them responding is going to be so much higher when they can look you up and they see content and you can show your expertise. So now that we understand how you’re actually going to get the meetings, the next question you might have is how do you actually close clients? Now most people have a fear of closing because if they are picking a business idea like AI SEO or something and they don’t know much about it, how can they feel confident in selling something they’ve never done before? Now I have a lot of clients who are getting into the AI space and they’ve never sold anything AI and they don’t know anything about AI but they want to get started. And the thing I tell them is you have to start somewhere. So start today, right? So, I I’ll show you my process on how I personally do it. And I’ve been able to help like all these clients sell their AI services, even if I don’t even know what they’re selling, right? Because it doesn’t matter. It’s about the process. So, here’s how it works. Step number one, you understand the client’s pain. Okay? Everybody has a problem. They want to make money, save money, save time. Then, step number two, you want to look at their dreams. What is the desired outcome, right? Do they want to go from 1 million a month to 2 million a month, right? Um, do they want to save time and buy back their time because they’re too busy as a founder? Everybody has a problem. Every everybody’s trying to get to the next step. Now, the problem they’re going to have is that even though they know their current situation sucks, they know where they want to go, but they have these challenges that are preventing them from taking the next step. If it’s something related to AI, for example, founders are busy running the company. So, they don’t have time to spend 5 hours watching Claw videos to figure out how to use it, right? That’s where you come in. All you need to do is position yourself as a vehicle that gets them to the other side. It’s as simple as that. There’s no hard selling necessary. So, I’ll give you an example of what I would do to get a meeting and also what I would do to close a client, right? So, let’s say I was running a brand new AI meta ad studio and my job is I’m going to make you a bunch of ads so that you can spend money behind it and make a bunch of money and I want to target this company called Neuro Neurogum, right? So, I would basically use Claw to create an entire report on what this company can do better and what I can do to bring value, right? So, and then I would take an example of a competitor or someone they should take inspiration from and then create these brand new ads. Now, I’m not an expert in design, but I pretty much just one-shotted this whole thing to create these ads. And how you know these ads may be effective is because if you look at the original ad, which the company is spending a lot of money behind because I try to find the best ads, you compare it to the ads I created, they’re pretty comparable, right? So, that’s how you don’t come off as someone creating AI slop. If you just look at the real ad and your ad and you’re like, “Yeah, they’re both pretty good.” Then you’re good to go, right? So if you don’t have any experience doing the thing, just use Claude and do examples of what you could potentially do for a client. So if you want to go for Neurogum, great. If you want to go for another company, just switch the brand and keep all the things the same and it’s going to work just fine. Now, if I, let’s say, made a Loom video to try to get the attention of the founder of Neurogum, right? It would probably be like this. Hey, John, what’s going on? It’s Patrick here. So, I was actually checking out your um Facebook ads and meta ads over at Facebook Ad Library, and I noticed that you guys actually weren’t running as many ads as I think you should. And I also noticed that a lot of your competitors are running significantly more ads than you. So, my guess is that you’re probably constrained with um being able to produce all the creative. And I actually looked at your job listings and it looks like you’re in the market to hire someone to do these meta ads. Now, what I personally do is um you know, as an agency, what I’ve been able to do is create these ads at scale. So, as you can see, I actually took some of these brands ads that are high performing based on the research I found and I rework them to kind of fit your brand. So, I did a couple examples and I did an entire case study on what I would do if I were to help you with this process, right? And as you can see, the ads are pretty strong using all your branding, your flavors and everything. And I actually use a lot of the product pages from your website and things like that. So, if you’re open to it, you know, we could talk over the DMs or, you know, we can jump on a call and I can share with you my process and we can see if it’s a fit. See you. That would be my Loom video to get the meeting and this works. You know, I’ve helped a lot of our clients in the Founder X program do this exact same thing. Pretty much the same script and they get replies, right? In order to sell the client, it’s pretty easy. Once you get them on a call, I’ll show you step byep how to do it. I’ll just do a roleplay as an example, right? So, ring ring, you get on a Zoom, whatever. Hey, John. What’s going on? It’s Patrick here. Where you calling from, man? Oh, yeah. I’m calling from uh California. How about you? I’m actually from Vietnam, but um yeah, I actually used to live in California, but anyways, uh really great to connect. I don’t want to waste your time or anything, so do you mind if we go ahead and get started? Oh, yeah. Sounds good. All right, sounds good, man. So, for this call, like I mentioned over on the LinkedIn DMs, right? I noticed that you guys were trying to run more ads. You have a job opening for that. I guess you can’t fill it cuz it’s been open for a while. And for this call, I was thinking that I kind of learn more about your process and your goals, see what you’re trying to do, and see where the bottlenecks are. My goal is really to understand if I can help you solve these challenges or not. And towards the end of the call, if I can help you with these challenges, great. We could talk about what that looks like. But if not, it’s totally fine. Is that cool with you? Uh, yeah. Sounds pretty good to me. All right. Cool. So, starting things off, right? Um, I see on your Meta’s ad library, you’re only running 50 ads, but your competitors, they’re literally running like 500. And I was curious to know, um, why you were only running 50 and if it was by choice or is it that you just haven’t been able to produce the ads at scale. So, what am I doing there? I’m setting up the conversation where they know exactly what’s going to happen. I’m asking questions to understand their problems. Later on in the sales process, I’m going to understand their dreams, why they can’t do it by themselves, and then I’m going to sell them on my service. Right now, for this video, I don’t want to go too deep in the sales process cuz I have other videos on my YouTube channel on how to do that. Or you can sign up for the live training that I have coming up where I’m going to do live sales role plays and show you exactly how I do it. And it’s pretty fun because people will just give me a random product and I’ll go through the entire process to show you that this system works. It doesn’t even matter if I don’t know anything about the product or service I’m selling. It just works. Now that you understand the entire playbook on how to make this happen, let’s talk about what the next 30 days looks like if you were to implement this into your life and you can do this while working a 9 toive job after hours on the weekends during work whatever you want. So how I personally do it and this is how I do it in the founder X program is we have these rankings okay and each animals each level like level 1 2 3 4 5 this is going to have an animal. So it’s kind of like you’re upgrading ranking up. It’s kind of like if you ever played uh League of Legends or any kind of competitive gaming, you like rank up from bronze, silver, and gold, platinum, diamond, whatever, something like that, right? So, for all my clients, you know, let’s say they’re going to do LinkedIn as their method of getting clients. They’re going to start as level one. They’re going to be a turtle. That means they don’t know anything about anything. They’re just getting started. Obviously, they don’t know anything about AI. Right now, the first step in order to get to level two, which is the wolf, is that you just need to create an offer, right? Similar process that I showed you with Brandon. You got to do that for yourself and find what makes you unique. Once you have an offer, you want to go to level three, which is the tiger. And to reach the tiger level, you essentially want to post content and connect with people and send DMs, right? It doesn’t mean you have to get any results. But I found just from coaching all these people at scale that sometimes they get lost in their heads. They create the offer, but they don’t feel confident, so they never do anything. And so that’s why I created this whole system in my coaching program to be like, yo, if you’re a wolf, you got to get to the tiger level, right? And because we do a group coaching, everyone feels so motivated to like get to the next level, you know? Otherwise like nobody wants to stay a you know slow turtle forever. So once you start posting you start connecting with people eventually something will click. You’ll start understanding how to create content and how to reach out to people right and then you become a whale which is meaning you book calls. At the end of the day if you’re selling high ticket your money is determined by how many calls you get per month. So if you can get 100 calls per month I’m pretty sure you’re going to close at least one person right? Problem is most people don’t even get one call and they give up. So once you start getting the calls you have a certain closing rate. Maybe it’s 10%, 20%, 30%, it really depends on the size of the deal and what you’re offering. But eventually, if you stick with it long enough, you will close your first deal. And that’s when you evolve into a dragon. And that’s when we celebrate in our community because the hardest part of entrepreneurship, especially if you’re starting a one person business as a 9-5 employee, is getting that first client. I myself took about 1 year to make my first $,000 online. And some of my clients now, they’re making 10K within 30 days of working with me, right? Just that’s just facts. So, if you have the right process, and it’s because I have so many years of experience doing this, you can just shortcut that entire thing. Now, if you were to do YouTube as an example, same thing. You start as a turtle, you create an offer, cuz I would recommend if you do YouTube, you should have something to sell on day one so you can create content to attract people who will buy your offer. So, level three, the tiger, you just create content. If you want to do YouTube, I would just do long form. Don’t even think about short form. Do one to three videos a day. They don’t have to be highly polished. You can use AI to edit them. You just got to get it out, get the reps in. Eventually, you will get calls from your YouTube videos. I’ve actually had one client who had 25 subscribers and then somebody actually bought his coaching program off of 25 subscribers. He was getting like 200 views a video, right? So, like you can actually make money even if you have a small following if your offer and your positioning are good. But obviously, if you’re like my clients like Sandy for example, she’s uh you know teaching personal branding and AI and she’s making like more than 50k a month, right? And she hasn’t even been doing this for a year. So, it’s like, yeah, you can move fast, especially if you’re in the AI space, but you know, it really depends on your work ethic and your positioning. And then obviously, level five, close a deal from YouTube. Same thing as LinkedIn. You just get on a call and close them. But because they’ve seen your content and they watch so much of your content, they’re much more easier to close when you have a personal brand. Is a personal brand required to start a one person business? No. Will it make it a lot easier? Yes. And so, that’s the game plan on how you should be starting your oneperson business with AI. All right. So now you have the entire blueprint on how you should be starting your oneperson business using your skills, knowledge, and experience and any interests you may have. Now from here, if you want a little more help on exactly how to start this business, I actually have a free live upcoming training where I’m going to show you step by step on exactly how to do this from finding your business idea, building your personal brand, reaching out to clients, and even closing deals. So if you want to check that out, link is in the description. However, if you want to watch another video and find your business idea, check out this one right here where I go over some of the top AI side hustles.

06/24/2026 – How I’d Start a $10k per Month One Person Business with Claude – Masterclass
Starting a oneperson business with Claude is the biggest opportunity for 2026. On one end, you have people literally building billiondoll companies by themselves, but on the other end, you have everyday regular 9 to5 employees making their first $10,000 online just using Claude. And I know by now you’ve probably seen a ton of YouTube videos on how to make money online with AI. But let me ask you, after all those hours watching these videos, how much money have you made? zero, right? And you’re not alone. And it’s because almost every single creator on YouTube is teaching you the wrong thing. These guys are so obsessed with the technicals of how to opening terminals, making things super complicated, but nobody has time to watch a 4-hour course that doesn’t even teach you how to get clients. So, in this video, I’m going to show you the exact opposite and walk you through step by step exactly how you can get your first highpaying client in the AI space in the next 30 days. And I know this works because I’ve been teaching this method for the last 2 years. Sandy, one of my clients, for example, was literally just a 9-5 employee insurance sales manager. And within the last 6 months, she was able to grow her YouTube channel to over 38,000 subscribers. And she went from a complete beginner to AI, not even knowing what Claude was, and now she’s making over $30,000 with her AI side hustle. And this is honestly multiple times of what she makes at her full-time job. And for me, I used to be a regular 9 toive employee, too, working in tech sales. But I was able to escape, got my YouTube channel to over 380,000 subscribers, and now I make over $100,000 per month using AI. And the best part of this all is when you start your own AI business, you can do this online. You can work from anywhere in the world. I’m filming this video for you in Vietnam. And just this morning, I had time to just train Muay Thai. So, as long as you have an internet connection, a laptop, you are good to go. So, I’ll show you exactly how you can start your oneperson business and potentially escape your 9 to5. But first, let me show you how big the opportunity is building a oneperson business with Claude.
So, it’s no secret in 2026 AI is probably the biggest business opportunity and narrative, period. And this reminds me a lot of when Steve Jobs first introduced the iPhone and the App Store back in the day. This was revolutionary, right? It’s not just a phone that Apple created. They created an entire ecosystem that companies can build on top of. So in the app store, you have apps like WhatsApp, Google, Poly Market, Cap Cut, you know, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, all these different apps. Airbnb, Uber, right? These weren’t really possible until the app store came about. And these billion-dollar companies are built on top of the app store. But not only that, there are a lot of other small independent solo entrepreneurs building calculator apps and these random tools and still making millions of dollars. So when I look at Claude, I think of it in a very similar way. Claude itself is an ecosystem. It’s an AI that allows you to do things that wasn’t before possible. And so people are building their startups on top of it. You see all these VC back companies spending millions of dollars building on top of it. You see solo entrepreneurs, oneperson businesses, and lean small agencies also build on top of it as well. So think of it like a platform that you build your business on top of. And this is the future for every business. If you’re not building on cloud or any other AI tools, you’re going to be left behind. So I’ve been helping people start their AI businesses for quite a while now. And I’ve learned a lot of people like the idea of being an entrepreneur, but they always have some things that are holding them back. So what are these things that prevent people from getting started? Why are they afraid? And how can you overcome them? Right? Some people don’t start because they say, “Oh, I can’t get into AI because I’m not technical or I don’t know how to code.” But it doesn’t actually matter the method I’m going to show you. Second [music] thing is everyone’s already using AI. It’s already too late. The reality is less than 1% of the population in the world [music] have even downloaded Claude. Like we are in the early days. The last thing is I don’t have any client testimonials. I don’t have any proof who’s going to pay me any money if I, you know, I just never done this before. And that’s also a fair point, but you have to understand that because claude is so new and it’s a brand new ecosystem that really only popped off a couple months ago, we are in the early stages. So if you look at the adoption curve of any technology, whether it’s internet, cell phones, uh now AI, we pass the innovator phase where all the nerds, you know, who try all the new tech, they they’ve already like used it. We’re getting into the early adopter phase, meaning more businesssavvy people are just beginning to understand it. everyday regular people are starting to use it in their everyday work and lives. But it’s still early days. So this is exactly where we are. And because only less than 1% of the world population have even downloaded cloud, we are in the early days. Meaning if you start learning how to use it now, all the other guys that come on later, you can sell services and products to them because you are ahead of the curve. So take Sandy for example, one of my clients who really got into this AI space around 5 6 months ago. In the beginning, she had no audience, no proof. She was just a nineto-ive employee selling insurance, nothing related to AI. And by going through the process, which I’m about to show you in this video, she was able to go from zero to 36,000 subscribers on YouTube. Um, she’s one of the fastest growing females in the AI space. She went from zero dollars in AI to making over $30,000 a month in her AI business. And she’s still working a 9 to-ive job all while doing this and taking care of her three kids. [music] So, if someone who’s extremely busy and have a 9 toive job and they have kids and they’re able to pull this off, why not you? And by the way, I want to let you know that I have a free 3-day live training where I’m going to walk you through exactly how you can be starting your business using AI. I’m going to show you exactly how to find your business idea, how to build a personal brand like Sandy did and get thousands of YouTube subscribers, and actually how to find clients, whether you create content to get them to come to you or whether you want to reach out to them to sell them different services. So, it’s going to be a 3-day live training event led by me, and I’m even going to do some live sales role plays so that if you ever get on the phone with a potential customer, I will show you exactly what to say and how to say it to get them to buy your products and services, even if you don’t have any social proof and you’re just getting started. So, if you want to see me live on this 3-day live training, make sure to check the link in description, sign up before seats run out. Last time we had over a,000 people register and obviously we can’t have too many people live. So secure your spot now and I will see you there. So at this point you understand cloud is a major opportunity but the next thing we will talk about is how do you actually start your business from scratch from zero even if you don’t have much experience using AI. Now I want to first talk about why most people get stuck when it comes to picking a business idea. [music] Right? In the beginning stages of entrepreneurship you just have to pick an idea and commit. A lot of people are afraid that they might pick an idea that it’s just not going to work. They need to know 100% for certain that this idea is going to work if I’m going to invest my time and money into it. The reality is if you want to be an entrepreneur, there’s nothing there’s no 100% guarantee, right? You can only check as many boxes as you can to increase the likelihood of success, which I will show you how, but nothing is guaranteed. So, you need to understand that first. Second is they’re not sure why anyone would buy for them or take them seriously if you’re starting from zero. And I will show you how I got my client Sandy, for example, to get her first client for $3,300 without any experience, right? So, I’ll show you that in a second. And the third reason why people don’t do anything is they think, “Oh, there’s too much competition.” And they just like, “I’m going to give up and it’s already saturated.” And like I was saying before, how is it saturated if less than 1% of the world has even heard of Claude? Right? We are in the early stages. Now, the easiest way to get started when it comes to finding your business idea is using the business opportunity matrix. [music] And there’s going to be four quadrants, right? So, you can see on the x-axis, the line in the middle, you have low competition and high [music] competition. On the yaxis, right, up and down, you have high demand, low demand. Okay? So, let’s walk through these one by one. If you have something that is high competition, like a business opportunity, high competition, low demand, I call that the dead zone. there’s no point entering that market because too many people are doing it and nobody wants to buy it, right? It’s a horrible business idea. More to the left, you have low competition, low demand, meaning there’s not a lot of competitors but not a lot of people buying. So, it’s going to be too niche and difficult to make money. Now, you might say, “Okay, let’s go for something higher demand but high competition.” This is typically where beginners will copy other big creators or other businesses that already have a brand name. Problem is, yes, there is demand, right? But it’s a bloody red ocean. Meaning the competition is so high, it’s hard for a beginner to break in. So the clear solution is to find business opportunities that have high demand, low competition. And this is what we call a blue ocean. This is where you want to start, especially if you are a beginner because if there’s high demand, everybody wants to buy it. Low competition, they look around, they don’t see any options. So when they see you as an option, they don’t really compare you to your neighbor or your next competitor because what competitors are there? And this is what I see in the AI space where literally people with just 9 toive jobs, they don’t know anything about AI. They’re getting started and they’re convincing businesses to pay them thousands and even tens of thousands of dollars for some kind of AI automation or some kind of service. And understand, there are no experts in AI. We’re all just figuring it out. I’m just figuring it out. All my clients are figuring it out. But then we are just ahead of the curve. And if you’re selling to businesses, most businesses, they have no clue about any of this stuff, right? So you are ahead. If you’re just one step ahead of them, you can sell them anything pretty much. And when demand is high, people, like I said, don’t pay much attention to your previous [music] success case studies because who has case studies about how to implement Claude into your business if [music] Claude only became popular in the last couple of months? It’s a fresh green field. Okay, so Sandy, for example, no audience, no proof, 9 toive employee with three kids. That’s how she started. and her first client actually came from Upwork. So she went on Upwork, she sent a bunch of Loom videos and there was this one company looking for AI automated SEO blogs and she just made him a Loom video and said, “Hey, I can do the job for you. I, you know, I can do all this stuff. Let’s get on a call.” She got on a call with them and sold them. [music] Now, I have another client, Allison. So, she recently quit her job to go allin on her AI business. And she sent me a message the other day where she said, “Hey, Patrick, just want to say thank you. You know, I helped her with the sales and saved one of her deals.” and she was able to sign this pretty big client. It’s a multi-million dollar company for 23K upfront and 3.9K monthly recurring to maintain that system. And this is the first time she’s actually doing it for a big company. And then that same month, just yesterday, she sent me another message. She said, “Hey, I just closed another deal for 28K using LinkedIn connections and your sales template, too. These people just had normal jobs like 6 months ago, and they figured out using the method I’m about to teach you.” And you might be wondering, okay, Patrick, so I’m seeing all this proof. Everyone’s making money with AI within a couple of months. What’s the secret? And the secret is you want to sell before you build. So here are the common pitfalls when it comes to building a business using AI. People will typically build for months without getting a single customer. They try to make everything perfect because they’re trying to build confidence to even reach out to somebody, send a Loom video, hit someone up on Upwork, right? I need the perfect system before I can talk to [music] anybody. Or worse, they’re just watching a 4hour courses on YouTube on how to build a website using AI instead of just talking to clients, right? I’m telling you, as a YouTuber myself, and I also make content on AI, those videos are pretty much a waste of time because yes, they teach you the technical aspects. Everybody understands the technical aspects at this point, right? What they don’t understand is how do you actually get people to pay you money? Sure, you might watch a video of, “Oh, I’m going to help you build a website for $10,000.” Realistically, [music] 99.9% of people watching those videos don’t even make a single dollar. So, let’s just reverse that and I will show you how to get the client and not just sell websites, but literally sell anything you want as long as it’s related to AI. So, if you want to build your AI business, the most important thing in the beginning is you need to create an offer. So to explain this concept, we’re going to use the offer triangle. An offer is essentially asking three questions. Number one, what is it that you sell? Is [music] it an AI automation? Is it helping people create content using AI? Like what is the thing? Number two, who are you selling it to? Right? Who’s your ideal customer? Is it a business? Are you helping other people escape their 9-5 fives? Are you helping solo entrepreneurs? Like who’s going to buy the thing? Right? Sounds pretty obvious. The last piece is pricing. Once you know your what and your who, how much do you want to charge? And I’ll give you a hint. [music] You do not want to charge by the hour. That’s the worst way to charge. You charge by the result. And I will tell you in the AI space right now, the easiest thing to sell if you don’t have any experience is going to be an AI powered service. You might be wondering, okay, Patrick, what is that? An AI powered service is essentially just taking any service a human already does or does at their 9 toive job. could be in marketing, sales, [music] copywriting, building websites, administrative work, right? Literally anything a human does at their job. The magic of AI is that Claude now can pretty much do 90% of the work that a human can do. So, if you go to a business and you sell that and they can replace their employees, then you can sell this thing for, let’s say, $2,000 a month, $5,000 a month, really depends on what you’re selling. And if we go back to one of my clients, Allison, she sold one of her clients. It’s a ERP system. I’m not going to go into the technicals of all that kind of stuff, but it’s just manages the inventory for a store. Essentially, onetime [music] payment, 23K upfront to just build the thing, then 3.9K every single month to maintain the thing. And that’s not even including once they do a good job, all the new AI things that they’re going to add into the business. And for Sandy, she started with just using Claw to create blogs. It’s not even an AI automation, right? It’s just an output, meaning they post a blog on their website, they get traffic, and they make money. And she just produces blogs every day. That’s all it is. So, she started at 3.3K producing blogs, you know, every day. And then it was so good that they up the pay to $5,500 to create more. And again, like it doesn’t have to be super technical. Technically, a human can make these blogs, but nowadays, Claw can do it better, faster, and cheaper. Now, you might be thinking at this point, why would a company pay these kind of people when they can just do it themselves? The reality is majority of businesses don’t want to do it by themselves. They’re busy and they have money. So, they’re willing to pay for agencies or employees [music] to do the actual work because they don’t want to figure it out. They don’t want to go on claude watching all these videos like you are right now. So if you learn all these new AI tools, you can be the AI person and [music] sell it to businesses. And the next question you might have from here is, okay, so what kind of AI service can I actually create? And this is where we’re going to get into using a custom claw skill I built for you called the AI business idea generator. So the concept is this. I created a free download which you can get using the link in the description. You want to take this claude skill, you double click it, you install it into your claude, and it will help you find your business idea. When we have this idea, I will show you how to sell it before you even build anything. Okay? Sell before you build. All you need is this one pager, two-pager, and you’re ready to get your first client. So, here’s how it’s going to work. You’re going to open your cloud. You can use chat, but I would recommend using cloud co-work. You type in / PDAI business idea generator, which is a skill you should have installed into your cloud, and you press enter. [music] So, what’s going to happen is it’s going to ask you a series of questions to help you with your offer triangle, figuring out what to sell, who to sell it, and what price point to sell it at. So, as you can see, once I entered it in, it’s going to ask you a series of questions to help you figure [music] this out. And the beautiful part of this is we want to make sure that you’re entering a business that you actually want to do. So, it’s going to pick up your skills, knowledge, and experience, combine that with what’s trending in AI, put it together to figure out what is the best way uniquely for you to be making money with AI. And I already went ahead and did an example for you just to save time. And this hypothetical example, let’s say I have one of my clients who, you know, is a marketer. He wants to get into the YouTube game, wants to use AI to help people build their personal brands on YouTube. And using the skill we found that hey for this particular person with the unique skills knowledge and experience that they have he’s going to help VC funded founders he’s going to help VC back founders turn the knowledge in their head into content on YouTube that helps them raise money deals get more clients and just overall build their personal brand so they can recruit more employees right it’s going to go through the offer triangle what is it you selling who and pricing right and so this example it’s helping people basically create a YouTube content machine for VC founders Pricing can be 1.5, 3K, 6K. It can even go higher. It really depends on who you’re talking to. And I know this offer works because I actually have friends that do this. And uh they’ll charge money for the thumbnails, for the scripts, uh for the ideations of which ideas to even pick, the editing, and then posting. So all these aspects, you can actually do it manually with a human or you can use AI. For example, for me, when I write my YouTube scripts, I’m not writing it by my hand. I’m using AI to create a majority of it. And if you did that for other people and AI is doing 90% of the work and you’re coming up with the ideas and getting AI to like write the scripts and you’re selling it to the client, they’re going to pay because they don’t want to do it themselves and you are the expert in this. So, it’s going to go through like what are you selling? Um, how you going to use AI to make the process so much easier. And when I say AI powered services, this is what I mean. These are all jobs that can be done without AI. But if you use Claude for the research, you can use tools like Dscript or other editing tools to and Cap Cut to edit it faster. And then for the writing, obviously you can use Claude as well because it’s going to go into the pains of the audience, why they would buy something like this, who the competitors are. It’s going to give you links to their profile so you can see, okay, like this is how much they’re charging, what can it do different, who are the content creators in the space that you should take inspiration from, and then a general pricing, right? And you don’t want to trust AI 100% off the bat. Think of it like it’s going to get you 70 80% there in a general direction, but you still have to look at it and and really think like, okay, does this make sense? Is it realistic? Who are the competitors? And really go through all the um competitors that it gives you so that you have an idea of whether this idea is going to work. And it’s also going to give you a 7-day action plan on what you need to do to actually get the client. So, if you want that skill that will help you map out your entire business idea, check the link in the description to get that for free. And I want you to understand that when you go through this process, you’re going to have a general idea of what to sell, who to sell it to, what price to charge. And from here, you don’t have to build a single thing. Okay? All you need to do next is get a meeting with a potential client. And if they pay you money and agree to your terms, then you do all the building. So you don’t waste time. Focus on sales. So I’ll give you an example. Uh one of my clients, Melissa, who just joined the Founder X program, which is the program that I coach people through. Uh she posted this in the Wins channel. She’s like, “Hey, not sure if this is a win yet. Um, I just made my made a cold uh LinkedIn connection request. I reached out to a founder and then somebody actually responded and she actually booked a call with them. This is someone who really has no experience doing this kind of stuff, getting into the AI space. Just sent someone a message on LinkedIn and it actually worked. And the funny part is she’s letting everyone know like, hey, I don’t quite have an offer, but I do know I want to work with training in the curriculum design. This is general direction. Okay? And then obviously cuz she’s in the program, I’m going to help her figure out what the offer should be, what to say on the call. But you see, my point is, even if you don’t have a solid offer, people will still get on a call with you and you can figure it out based on the pain points that they have, right? So again, you don’t have to make everything perfect because Melissa is a perfect example of just shooting your shot, sending the messages, getting on a call, and figuring it out. What is the alternative? Watch another 4hour course on how to build a website. Please do not waste your time and just take action. So, now that we have your offer, let’s get into how to actually sell your AI powered services. And we’re going to do two things. So, let’s go into some sales misconceptions, right? Some people think, “Ah, nobody’s going to respond because I don’t have an audience.” Not true because all the people I showed you did not have an audience when they started, right? And they didn’t even have an offer either. Number two, code outreach doesn’t work anymore. I just literally prove that it works, right? Even if you have no following. Number three, nobody will respond if I don’t have anything built. Do you think Melissa has anything built? No, she doesn’t even have an offer, but people still respond. So, just get that limiting belief out of your head and get to work. And uh I want to share one of my clients, Brandon, actually, when we started working together, he was making $750 on the side on top of his full-time job, right? It was a lot of work for very little money. Literally, just showing by going through the process I’m about to show you on LinkedIn, he was able to get to $750 a month to $10,000 per month selling marketing services, helping construction companies with their marketing. And of course, can you use AI to speed up the process? Absolutely. [music] Now, when it comes to selling, really, you need to get a meeting with a potential customer. And there’s two ways to do it. Number one, you build a personal brand. So, similar to what I have on YouTube or maybe you want to create content on LinkedIn, people come to you. The second way to do it is you just reach out to them cold. Whether it’s LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, etc., right? It actually does work. Now, I do have other videos on how to build a personal brand and content systems, but for today in this video, I want to talk about the direct outreach part because that’s something you can do right now and potentially get your first client this week. [music] So, I recommend starting with LinkedIn first. It’s easy. You probably have a profile, you probably have work experience, and you don’t need much of a personal brand to get people to respond. All you need to do is this. Create five posts a week, okay? They don’t even have to be good. It doesn’t matter if it gets five likes. You just need to post something so people know you’re not like a like a bot. And from there, you want to connect with 200 people per week. That’s only 40 connections per workday. And out of those 40 connections, maybe 40% will accept, meaning you’re going to send maybe 16 to 18 DMs every single day. And out of those 16 18 DMs, you will get some meetings and you will get some closes. So Kiz, for example, who recently joined me not too long ago, you know, he’s a UX UI designer getting into the AI space, helping other brands with their UIUX, building products, right? And I remember in the beginning he was kind of in his head of like, oh, uh, you know, I’m really worried about how people think of me online. And I was just like, just post it, dude. It doesn’t matter. So he started posting and literally like the third or fourth post, one of his posts went viral about talking about AI. Yeah, it’s got about like 900 likes. So this one definitely got like over 100,000 impressions, right? And he’s booking calls from LinkedIn. And this is someone who just started posting content like one or two weeks ago. So let’s get into how to sign your clients in the next 30 days with LinkedIn. Number one, you want to use Claude to build targeted list, right? And a targeted list is just making a list of people that are highly likely to buy the offer that you have. Okay? And I’ll show you how to do that with Claude in a second. Step two, you want to connect with these people, send LinkedIn messages. Step three, if no response, send a Loom video. Step four, if they respond, have a conversation in the DMs and get them on a call. So, let’s use my custom clawed list builder skill, which you can get for free using the link in the description, and I will show you how to build these lists. So using the link in description, you should be able to download the PD list builder. You install into your cloud. You type it in and then you say, “Hey, I’m looking to build a list to sell my offer. Make me a list of 10 people that, you know, build me a list of B2B SAS founders looking to build their YouTube.” So what’s cool about Claude is it’s going to use the skill search all over the internet to fit people that fit your ideal customer using the offer that you created earlier. And then it’s going to give you that list. And the cool part is it’s finding all these signals. So it’s going to think okay what are the signals that it needs to find online that somebody wants to build a YouTube channel and they’re SAS founder. So it checks their LinkedIn it checks their YouTube it checks like whether or not they’re getting uh followers and subscribers. So if a founder is very active on LinkedIn for example but they are posting on YouTube and they barely get 50 likes a post. They probably want to be a face of their company but they probably just suck. And if they suck and you can see that and you build your list of people that all want to build a YouTube channel but are not good and you message them, the chance of them responding is so much higher. How do I know this works? Because I’ve done it myself. So this is one technique of many techniques that I teach. But if you want to do outbound cold, you know, this guy doesn’t know who I am. I all I do is just agitate a pain. Then I offer some kind of free audit, right? So in this example, it’s like, hey, just watch your YouTube channel. Your team definitely has some knowledge, but the package and the topic, you know, isn’t really YouTube native. I can have my team share some ideas for adjustments. Want it? Like it’s so simple. It’s not nothing even crazy, right? And they’re like, “Oh, hey Patrick. Interested to learn more? Like, send it over.” So, I actually have one of my sales reps. It wasn’t even me making the video. My sales rep made the video and then they’re responding for me, right? And they’re saying, “Oh, uh, you know, this person made it for you.” We sent the video, they didn’t respond. We follow up. Hey, did you take a look? And then put their first name question mark and they’re like, “Oh, hey, Patrick. Sorry for delay. Finally watch your video.” And then whatever, right? Then we booked the call. Now, obviously when you have to call, you have opportunity to close. So, we’ve done this a lot and it 100% works no matter what it is that you’re selling. Now, if you’re creating content on LinkedIn and people see your profile and you connect with them and you want to talk to them, there’s another strategy. So, if they’re kind of coming inbound from the content, you just say, “Hey, you know, great to connect. First name, congrats on something relevant on their profile.” Then you ask a this or that question. Hey, you know, are you here for the content? Are you looking to build your personal brand and charge more for your consulting services? Right? It’s not really that customized, but it feels customized because we making it tailored to the fact that they started their own consulting business and they’re like, “Oh, hey Patrick. Really cool that you reached out personally.” You know, I’ve been listening to your content lately. And you know, obviously you book a call like that, right? That’s essentially the two methods to do it. Either outbound or inbound. And that’s all you really need to get the ball going to get your first high ticket client. And yes, this works for me. You might say, “Oh, cuz Patrick has a personal brand.” But again, Allison, she literally made like $50,000 this month. quit her job a couple months ago to do her AI automation business. 23K, 3.9K monthly, 28K on another deal. Literally just from this exact LinkedIn process and sales template that I’m giving to you absolutely for free. So don’t think you need a big following to do this. Even for Allison, she’s only getting like five or 10 likes every post that she makes on LinkedIn, and it still works.
