So what I did, I got and you can do this yourself. You can even do this to school yourself if you if you didn’t want to do it the way they just done and dusted where I’ll give you the actual copy and paste code. Take this like go through Google and and even just go into court and say, “Hey, this is how I did it.” Well, cool. It’s done. It’s opened it for me here. Let’s go and

Okay, cool. Um, you all you need to do though to create what what I’m doing here is you just Google that book or any other book. Say you want to do like Rich Dad Poor Dad or something and you want to create a skill around that. Say go out and scan Rich Dad Poor Dad. Learn about this book. Go on YouTube. Here’s three YouTube videos in their transcripts. listen to it and write down uh the core principles that you found about this book. If you have the actual uh digital book, a digital copy, upload that. Uh what I might even try to do is somehow get you guys a repo uh of as many books as possible um that are borrowed uh maybe from a digital library or something. I I don’t know. some way that I can do it without um knowing the legalities or or at least sharing where you could find maybe these books to do to upload. So have your Claude learn these things anyway. Um you can but you can just do it with just the overview of the concept. So have it go out and learn about rocket fuel and then say please create me a skill based off of what you’ve learned and then have this be based around the models fable include and uh codeex’s 5.6 six model. Uh was it Luna? What? Terror. The Terror model, right? And oh no. So soul, sorry. Soul the um 5.6 soul model for the best quality for serious coding and whatnot. And it then will then create this uh beautiful prompt essentially that will allow any project that you have in future. Let me share with you how this actually works. And this is what it’s done. And this is how you how you’ll download it. So Claude runs the visionary side of things, the Steve Jobs side of things. Open AAI does the was an act side, the building, the actual coding, and they argue with each other until the plan is actually right. Here’s the book it comes from and how to install it in 5 minutes. Started from the business book. Rocket fuel visionary integrator.
Same seats, different brains. Interview you and writes the vision. It drafts the plan and sets the standards. Makes the hard design calls and runs the final review. The integrator does attacks the plan and executes the build and integrates the parts and resolves conflicts. Reports honestly, wins ties and executions on detail. one seat per brain. While coex builds, Claude does not touch the code. That separation is the whole point here. That also saves you so many tokens, guys, from not having fable usable. Codeex is much cheaper for a pretty good, if not as good model. Arguably, no code before same page. One AI will agree with you all day long. Two models from two different companies will not before a single line of code is written. Codex adversarily reviews Claude’s plan in the same page meeting. It pokes holes. Claude argues back and it only ends when the plan earns a verdict. Same page. Most AI builds follow fail at the plan, not the code. This kills the bad plan before it costs you a day. Right? Give me a thumbs up if that makes sense to you guys. like this is like big and this does a way better exam this PowerPoint is way better explaining this than I was going to explain this to you guys. uh you talk it picks the right mode so it’ll build off if you said build me a habit tracker the the new project will have interview v uh vision document plan meeting build clarity break this repo is a mess clean it up it’ll audit and it will audit the existing projects pick up the fixes build them same page meeting review the plan codeex adversarly pressures tests any plan or pa that you point at point pointed at and then it’ll build a rock have codeex build X one scope task handed straight to the integrator. So three things before you install. You need claude code install and working. This is where the skill will live and where the visionary runs a chat GBT account. So codeex is open AI’s coding agent. A chat GBT plus or pro account as uh powers the integration seat. So, you must need one of those paid like a paid level to use uh the actual um uh 5.6 model at the moment anyway. Um and it’s much cheaper and and your and your tokens will last way longer. I often would say rather than up upload up updating your claude to another tier higher, if you just need it for coding, get a chat GBT subscription for the cheaper model and for a cheaper level and have that do the coding ongoing for you from if you run out from CL. Um, and then the codec, one command to install it, one command logs it in, and that’s the whole setup. So install the codec cli then log in with your tgbt account right. So you just copy and paste this into your actual claude or say hey can you can you install the code codeex CLI literally here if you went to like new chat let me even do it uh can you install the codeex cli if I enter then that’s what you would need to do that’s that easy right and then uh after that’s done you it’ll ask you lo in with your TGBT account and then it will say install the skill in two commands. Copy and paste this and I’ve I’ve had it added to uh to GitHub, right? And then link it into your Claude code skills folder. That’s all you need to do. Copy this. And I’ll even just paste this over in the document for you guys. I’ll paste it down at the bottom. I’ll even put this presentation there for you guys. But let me actually just make that way smaller.

On the first run, it’ll check the skills. uh it’ll narrate every stage and etc etc. If it complains about the authenticating just run the codeex login again or just say please connect me to codeex. Uh if it isn’t found rerun the npm install from the from the last slide just copy and pasting what I’ve shared with you already. Your first co-ender meeting say rocket fuel rocket fuel I want to build a lead magnet quiz for my audience. It’ll interview you, write the vision, codeex will build it with Claude verifying it. Um, and you only made three decisions. The interview answers, the rare tiebreak, and a final yes before anything is even committed live online. Every decision written down um and come back and um you’ll see the yeah, it has the vision plan and every round of the argument between the two eyes. Come back in a month and you can see why every call was made. Um, and two brains beat one every single time. Grab the book, install the skill. Um, and you can see that’s how simple it is. and look at this. It’s only used 2.3,000 tokens, which again, if you ever watch how many tokens you use, and this is something you can add on. Uh, I don’t think it comes with normal Claude, but you can actually say, “Hey, can you show me my tokens on each run?” Or you can create a skill that does it. Say, “Hey, I want to track tokens on each uh run that I do. Uh, please let me know.” And I did one the other day. I asked it to do a deep search on something that I didn’t care about. It used millions of tokens. It’s the most it’s ever used on anything. I couldn’t believe that it did such a deep search on whatever it was doing. Um, so now it’s like, but again, if this was just using Fable, oh gosh, this would be such a high number by now. Um, but I just want to show you that this works and the actual Claude’s working in the background here. Um,
can I go over where where to save the skill and claude again? So, you just literally do it in a brand new session. So, you go new session or even in in an ex existing session, you can if I pull this up here, if I go back here, you just literally
copy this install, paste this into into chat. Then you’ll copy this install skill in two commands. Command one and then command two.
Um, and you can literally just copy all of that at once and paste that as one big prompt in in in a chat window. in this window in a new chat with session window up here. Um,
you could even just say install this and copy this, copy that across, right? Or if you want to create your own version of it, literally just like I said before, uh, get Claude and copy copy this book to it. So, learn about this book and write a skill based on uh the principles behind it and then apply it to create a model between Claude Fable and uh Codeex 5.6 six soul uh um to help me build products more um builds more efficiently and effectively using two brains uh instead of one while also saving me tokens in Fable if that if you do care about saving tokens in Fable that is um so CEX is about to attack the plan. And this usually takes 2 to 4 minutes.

from back in the day. And I and I used I used you can upscale photos instantly, right? You upscale photos instantly inside of Claude. So, this is like a picture of my mom’s school. I guess this is my mom here on the third row back, second from the right. Um, or second row from the back, second from the right. Um, but you can see kind of like oldish photo. And then you can upscale it here with Claude, which changes like the the the um the the saturations and colors like that. Just just mess around with the settings that already exist. This is a 3x enhancement again of it. Um, but then as I scroll down, you can then have Higsfield, which is a new tool that I’ve got. I’ve just got access to it. And this actually goes in and rebuilds the faces. Look at this. It says um 4K generate generative upscale where what that does is uh it can do generative enhancement, meaning it actually reconstructs facial detail rather than just sharpening what’s there. on an old photo like this, it can make individual’s faces dramatically clearer. Want me to run through it so you can see um how much clearer these faces are. And then I I had the option down here somewhere to make a color. Um was it here?
There was a color version somewhere that they did that was pretty cool. Oh yeah.
Isn’t that cool? Bringing all black and white photo back to life. But you can see some of these faces, like my mom said she didn’t look exactly like this. And if you zoom into some of these a bit more, it gets a bit creepy. Like you can just tell it’s a bit of AI [laughter] somewhere happening. So then I said, “These are my mom in photos. Can we now make sure that we stick with that look?
And I can take it one step further and then turn that. Then look at this. I can now highlight these, right? And I can even now animate this into a video if I wanted to. So, or edit it, you know, play around with things. This what I’ll show you on our next webinar, uh, how I tie this in together and also to get you the best deal with that, too. If you don’t have it set to Fable, if you have it set to Fable down the bottom, it will then here, uh, it will manage, it’ll run it, um, where you can see every line of text, what’s happening, where it’s at, just like this. If I had it set to like Opus 4.8, it would say, “Okay, running Fable in the background.” And it would then have a little text box kind of like this down the bottom here where it’s editing now. But you wouldn’t be able to see all these steps. [snorts]
