Uh, also this helped me discover a way to get Claude to actually create images for the first time. Wow. I’ll share that joint shortly, too. So, I’ll turn my camera off here real quick so the screen’s bigger. But, who agrees your business should run while you sleep? I think everyone here would agree with that to some extent, right? It should be running while you sleep. It’s probably one of the main goals we all have AI for. It’ be really nice to finally get that to happen, right? So many likes to come in this. Cool. So
yeah, so your business should sleep, not a chatbot. You talk to a team of AI agents that do work for you that find money, build the tools on their own every single day. Now, that was always my goal to have something that would work for me as an actual AI employee. This AI employees where you would where you would have to train it on a topic and then it could respond and give you information back and act as a as a support worker. Fine. But not really a real employee, right? Right. To me, what a real AI employee would do is it would actively or proactively go out to try to find problems. It would problem solve. It would look at things that I’m doing and figure out how to make it easier. And I thought that would take forever or just what wouldn’t ever be possible. All right. Now,
this is the real problem. We are the bottlenecks in our businesses now with AI. Money is leaking in places that we can’t see. Like buyers are going cold while we’re busy. If you have a heap of different softwares, he different purchases. If they’re not working together for a congruent goal and working together under a plan, it’s just, you know, killing you the potential growth and success in some ways. And again, yeah, every idea waits on us to find the time to implement the actual solution. And that then comes down to motivation, comes down to drive, comes down to um external factors like you know how are you feeling that week? How’s your family? How’s your relationship? You know, all these things play an impact. And the more we can outsource of these tasks and remove ourself from it, the better we can then focus on the key things that matter that we can’t um let go of. Right? Sorry, I’m just finishing my my little snack. Now, this is the main shift. Stop using AI to answer questions. Start using it to run operations. Over this training, we’re going to build our own AI operating system. A crew of agents that watch your numbers, talk to customers, recover lost sales, and ship new tools hands off. What follow is real. Every screen is a live tool already running in a business. And it’s not this either. this decided it wanted to pop back up for a second. I don’t know why. That’s funny. Um,

Now, what I’m about to show you in this tool, and you guys might have already heard of it before, but I’m not going to share exactly what it is yet, um, and how this is done. But these are the six walls that every other AI tool hits. All right. Every other AI tool waits for you. If you don’t prompt it, it’s not going to act. Every every model you wait for it. So you have you’re locked into using Claude or Chad GBT or Gemini. And you don’t like necessarily have the ability to ask one AI something and then have it decide what AI is going to be best to respond to what it is you’re doing. Like asking Gemini to create to code and asking Claude code to create an image is so counterproductive, right? having the ability to actually uh have your AI calls go to the right places that will do the best work for your goals. So, um say you had absolutely no spare spare income to add it to onto a subscription of say Claude or you’ve used your free one up for that month uh and you need to move to a free AI model. Well, uh, how like instead of having to, you know, figure out which one’s what and then go out and, um, download them and then, you know, have to then connect it and hopefully then, um, have two different AI models running like, how can you just have a one single place know how to just do do it, take take it off your hands and just do the work. The next thing, most AI tools, they forget you. Now, I’ve taught you guys how to ensure that doesn’t happen. Um, but once you close a tab, the context is gone. Most AI tools, they’re trapped in the actual chat box. They can’t go out and do things. They can’t go out and work with different apps. And the only way that it normally could even do that would be is if it went out and started in um if you g if you’ve connected it via API um or via a connector tab in one of these different tools so that it could work on certain things that you’ve given it permission to um or a third party company has given it permission to work with. Right now, what I’m about to show you is um a tool that you can use that does all of this. It works 24/7 on its own. It watches. It decides on itself what it should do. And then it acts. It remembers everything. A real living business memory. It judges its own work until it hits your standard. So to really understand what that means, it means it’s going to keep on going back through uh a document essentially of what your standards are. It will understand you, your business, what you expect, what you like, what you don’t like, and it will understand what is okay work, what’s acceptable, and what’s just simply not. and it will make AI tools go back to the drawing board and keep applying until it gets to the level that you that it needs that you that you want it to be at. Also, this method and this tool allows you to use any um any platform, any software, and you have AI take over and run and use those tools and platforms and softwares even with no API connection. Uh great way you can use it is to manually scrape as well content and manually autoengage. Um doing it this way too. Um it also um was able to choose the best AI tool and the best AI model per job. So you request what what it is you’re after and it will then decide what tool what platform um and what um and then yeah what internal setup it should use to get that result for you. And again, that can depend on the the best overall output, the most efficient, the most recommended um or just yeah, the best best practiced solution. You can have it any of those things. You could have it do anything. You have you could have it do it in the worst way possible if you wanted to, but I wouldn’t understand why you would want to. But look, isn’t that insane? No, and also makes so much sense like that we should be using the right AI tools for the right requests and and you know with with some of these AI companies wanting to close themselves off from the world and have you be locked into them and other ones being completely open source uh and wanting to be a part of a shared network, you know. Um, it’s great that there seems to be a lot of people wanting that shared angle, right, where use using different tools to get the best results um is working is work really well um through this one tool. But again, normally you don’t have the ability to do this. And finally, another thing that other AI tools don’t do, it selfimproves. Every single time you use it, it improves and gets better and learns and adds to its journey and increases its knowledge base and its memory and and it then shares it with itself. Um, so it learns from not just itself but from any other uh installs of this actual software uh in the world. So insanity, right? So, I’ve called it the AIOS, which is my my AI operating system, but um because I’ve taken it and I’ and I’ve really kind of pushed it into a specific um use case because again, this initially was an open was an open source project that they that means I can take it and build an add-on to it from there. So, I can take this AI tool and then have it do custom things that I wanted to create it for that I then want to give to you guys um as a part of this in a way. So, um but this is the cool thing. It um works without me needing to be here literally daily. It does probably more work than I do now in my in my day-to-day week. Well, it 100% does. It it 100% does more work than I do for my company now every single week, right? Every morning before I wake up, it’s already done more than I I’ll do probably for the day. Um, but again, how can the how how much can these other tools work without me being there? Really, there’s not too much work they can do. they can work in the behind the scenes, but eventually they’ll need me to approve something or they just need if I remove all of the security um all of the safety then it’ll you know it still will eventually then have to ask me to say yes or to confirm something. yeah. So again, this is again working completely without you being there. And and what I mean by working is not just responding to something you’ve asked it to do. I also mean it going out and being proactive. It’s weird using that word with AI tools, but that AI can now be proactive to a goal or to an overall mission. And it can on its own I don’t want to say will, but it’s on its own coding. it can literally make it go and do whatever it is that you’ve that you’re trying to do and and find and just overall just work in the time it has to improve the chances of you hitting that goal. And you know, it’s one it’s one of those things that if you ever have a bad day where you just aren’t motivated, you’re feeling like crap, um and you but you you know that you should be really getting a lot done. knowing that you’ve got this set up and and running for you. You like and you can even just say to it on that day, hey, can you just go into like triple threat mode like and 300x your output today for me? Thanks. And it will and then it’s probably going to do better work than you would have done anyway that day. So yeah, uh it acts across all of your tools. No API required. Now with other tools you need to have uh an API connection or an oorthth connection which is still an API connection. You need a way that that that app has approved you to working in its um in itself I guess right this is a way you can do that without those um direct requirements. Now in saying that um it’s if there is the option for a CLI connection or an API connection then definitely connect that up because it’s what that that that’s then something that um can work completely in the back end and it’s made specifically for that task of doing jobs in the background. ground and not having um and while while what I’m about to share with you will still work in the background, it’s doing it in a um in a more manual way. It’ll it’ll try the different methods and ways that we um that we would. So, moving forward quickly here, it improves itself the more you run it. Now, this is huge. It selfimproves. It learns from it. its mistakes, it then improves on them uh every single time um that you run it. Now, who here has ever seen an AI tool make a mistake? Probably everyone. AI tools probably have told you the wrong thing. And um but this one is isn’t just um improving itself when it makes mistakes. it’s improving itself um whenever you ask it to do anything because it is always going to plan and research a plan first before trying to do whatever it is you are trying to do. And um I think this is one of the one of the best um uh features of this tool is because it literally um it it literally means that if you face a problem once, you won’t face it again cuz it’s going to find that solution. I love it because I if I run it at night and it finds a problem, it doesn’t stop at the problem and say, “I don’t know what to do now.” It goes out and it goes, I’m going to find a solution proactively and keep going until I found that solution. And then once I have, I’m going to note that solution down so I never need to face it ever again. Now the whole picture here, this is essentially what the AIOS does um as a whole, right?

Um, you can have this AI tool watch every sale the moment a refund risk signal shows. So, it will create a risk signal to know when a refund might be coming in or when a user might be looking to cancel or refund or something like that. It will then reach out with a save offer and log it daily. A warm lead revor. Find every lead that went quiet and re-engage each in my voice until they reply or opt out. The overnight builder here is the spec. It’ll build it, test it, fix what it fails, and then has it um ready plus a recap by morning. So, it’ll build anything overnight for you. the morning revenue brief. Pull yesterday’s sales, refunds, and MR flag anything off trend and and uh brief me in five lines. And the then the invoice chaser. So, chase up unpaid invoices on schedule and stop when they uh when they pay only uh tell me if one needs me. And then the abandoned cart closer. uh catch every abandoned checkout and follow up within the end of the hour until they buy or clearly opt out. Who here would love to be able just to do these things right now uh or or never have to even do them really? who he would love AI to be able to take over these tasks for you to the point that it’s literally um literally running these different sections for you. It’s figuring out who are the people that it might refund. It’s figuring out who actually owes money, who actually hasn’t sent or or finished their um preapprovals if they if they’re on a subscription, who here has had a card that’s failed. Now, I’m just going to pause this here for a second. Um, and actually, yeah, I’ll pause this here for a second. Um, while actually, no, I’ll keep on going. We We’ll keep on blasting through this. So, I’m going to blast through it, then I then I’ll show it to you live in action on my actual screen. But I’ve got um nightly what I’ve even done is I’ve had this actually build me every single day um since I’ve I’ve started um this process. So, but the thing is that I’m trying to share with you here is uh we built this out. Now, um where are we here? Okay. Claude will draft actually it’ll draft emails in Gmail. It’ll then draft an email sometimes in Claude. So Claude will Claude will sometimes draft an email in Get Response um but it won’t send an email there and it won’t send a draft email in um inside of Gmail either. But say if I wanted it to do that, let’s let let me let me get it to do that step first. Right. And there’s a little add-on to this. Right. So, I’m going to share with you inside of my um my chat here. So, this is what I had to do. This is my morning play today that I did. So, I woke up this morning. It’s, you know, I could go on for ages with this. Where’s the something bigger that I asked it to do.
This is when I was checking out people who who were on track with payments earlier in the month. I need to get the buyers list of people. And what that’s something I needed it to do that I couldn’t get it to do where I couldn’t get other AI tools to do. I essentially wanted it so whenever anyone bought right whenever anyone bought what it would do is it would go from say it would the purchase would come in it would land in go high level. I wanted it to go from go high level be added into the back end of the actual product that I’ve built. to then also at the same time be added over into my Gmail um sorry over into my autoresponder get response and I wanted it to send an auto email out but to do that normally you’d have to know how how to use all these different tools and use get response and use like forwarding IPN and all these coding stuff I didn’t know how to do it didn’t matter I asked I asked um uh my telegram bot here to do it and it went and did it completely on complete autopilot. Now, let’s take it to that next level. Now, let’s go that let’s go to that next level while that runs. Right, I’m going to let that continue to run down the bottom there. But, um, let me just quickly show you actually an example. It’s it actually going out and telling people their cards are about to bounce. Look at this. Saying uh, your card’s about to bounce. Um, 10 seconds to fix this. So, it’s actually saving saving money as well as letting know when people’s payments don’t go through. Here’s a link to fix it. It’s creating the links live to fix it if the payments don’t go through. It’s massively working behind the scenes for me daily right now. Let me go ahead and um we’ll go into the rest of this presentation cuz I know we’re getting on in this session. So, I want to really just take this to like a a next wow level for you guys. All right, cool. So, 85% it stops the refund before it happens. Every recent buyer drifting towards a refund gets ranked by a risk and sent a warm nudge automatically. 85% of refunds land inside a window that you can still close. You wake up and to you wake up to saves, not chargebacks. Now,
$65,000 in recurring revenue watched um 24/7. It’s tracked every subscription of mine. It’s spotted the rebuilds that are about to fail. And then 30% 7% of churn is just dead cards. Like I shared just with you just then, a card expiring is what results in 37% of cancellations and not happy customers. And this cues um the exact um automation to make sure anyone’s card that’s going to expire, we contact them to let them know. They’re so thankful from us as a actual uh brand to do that for them. So then they realize for all their other transactions that if they they got to fix it, they got to update their cards otherwise they’re going to get smashed with things that don’t rebuill and then they lose their subscriptions and they’re angry. Right. So this saves around um it saved around uh 921 bucks this month know this week each with a one-click recovery email. So, that’s how many people have have gone, “Oh, [ __ ] I better change that.” And they’ve this week alone, they’ve uh updated their cart and that $47 purchase, that’s 47 a month. That times however many times it takes to get into, you know, 900, right? Um 20 times or whatever it is. Now, it knows exactly when when my when your buyers will buy. So created this tool here that it um reads a year of sales and it found out that 70% of all revenue closes inside one one 3hour window uh every day which is the weirdest thing. So but it means stop guessing when to send. If I was sending emails at the complete opposite time zone, um, I’d be doing myself a disservice because people would open them and not be in a buyer mindset because it’s not the prime time of when they are. And again, when you start to get people at scale, there there’s trends that appear and there’s better times to do things than others. And um this literally took every sale I’ve ever made, looked at all the times, put it all in a giant spreadsheet um and gave me some wild results here. So um yeah, I thought that was pretty sick. Then it finds money that I’m leaving behind. It rebuilds every funnel, measures measures the take rate on each upgrade and then points at a single biggest leak and with uh the exact way to fix it. One funnel alone here, there was 29 grand that it left on the table. It found it there was uh it looks at at different funnels overall, looked at the conversion rates, and then it looks at where um there might be one specific upgrade that is just not performing. And you wouldn’t know this without it without being able to look at the numbers of people that have come through it and either converted or not converted. And this just shows you it. You don’t need to do any working out. you can go, okay, I need to change that now because this is really underperforming of what my average would be. And then you can literally become better and know you’re becoming better because um it’s now now you can actually track what you’re doing. Um it also grades, there’s another one I did. It graded every discount ever made. It’s it’s um decoded a year of coupons and proves that that discount depth um quietly drives the refund rate. Each code graded with an A to an F to the ver verdict. So some of these actually kill the actual coupon because they’ve really resulted in um in the um in some refunds which is quite interesting. Uh daily I’ve got it creating daily tools for me. So think they say things that it can I can use daily from um a complete ready to shoot um real real uh um maker. So I shared this one earlier. I told you guys about it. The daily reel engine. It’ll create the hook. It’ll create the comment. It’ll create the onscreen text, the post in the caption, the real scripts, the auto DM message, and it’ll even make the lead magnet for me. Right? And this is the crazy thing. Everything that you just saw, it is built by like by itself. So while you sleep, your AI OS designs, builds, and tests a brand new working tool uh aimed at a real goal to your business and then you can just leave it and then it leaves on your desk in the morning. Those dashboards were not made by hand. They were all made uh by what I call the night shift. It’s a nighttime pro programming of that which is crazy, right? Um and and who would like to be able to do that? Would like to be able to set their AI tools to go out and actually do that for them live, right? Good. Keep on putting the thumbs up in the chat. I love to see I love to see it from the lens of a um of a marketer, right? You guys picked up the agent 72 system and um we’ve still got another one or two sessions on that. But you can see how tying this in, right? With with that, it’s just, you know, anything that you get stuck on that that you then can’t do. Like say you get you get ready, you get to the page, you got your sales page ready, but when a purchase comes in, you want that you want them to get an email. Well, you you might not have an autoresponder. So, you just want to use Gmail for the time being. Previously, you’d have to manually be there and look for the sale that comes in and grab it and then actually go to Gmail and and then go, okay, well, um, this person bought this. I’ll manually send it send them an email with their login and whatnot. Now, you don’t have to. you just say um say to to the to the AI operating system, hey, go out and just do it. This is what I want you to do. Do it. Now, he gets I got one more like really like insane um surprise for you guys here. This is all done through something that I started building out for me called um it’s essentially my AI like cockpit of everything, right? It runs every agent, every number, every money wave, everybody move on screen. It surfaces um my ranked money moves. It shows me the biggest things to do first. It shows me my project process, where I’m at with things. Um it doesn’t just do reports, it acts. It builds. It’s like it’s live. And I’ll share this with you live in a second here. Um but again, it’s got a living memory. And this is insane, right? This memory works connects directly with every AI tool that I use. So now I can actually have Claude working, Chachbt working, Gemini working, all on the same projects because it all works under under the same and it saves updates under the same memory or brain file essentially that I am building here in my AI operating system where um now when I when I go talk in any of the other AI tools, it can then know exactly whenever I start a new chat window, it can look in and see um what I’ve got, what I’m working on, um no matter what tool I’m in. And that that’s just massive, right? That’s where you can then use multiple tools to to build out one single project. You can have one building out the back end, the other building out the front end, the other doing the customer service and the uh traffic, right? Physical products, right? You can this can be used for anything. So, one agent can go does the work for of a team. You can pick a niche, you can build, you can build funnels, write the content, all guided, no overwhelm, local and offline marketing. It can get no show recoveries to meetings, uh, review requests, it can rebook nudges, it can do lead follow-up, and it never sleeps uh for you or your clients, coaches, and course sellers. It can win back dead students. It can save falling subscriptions and turn your knowledge into a daily content engine. ecom and physical products. It’s abandoned cart recovery, refund, firewall, and best time to send and um setups and yeah, daily rules for every product. Again, affiliate marketers rank which offers to promote, when to mail, and which partners convert the best. So, every send is your best send. It’s so important in affiliate marketing. You’re only as good as your last uh uh last email campaign. Um because every time you mail, you’re going to lose subscribers. you’re going to lose people that are opted in. Even no matter what I do, even if I’m giving away so much for free and there’s nothing I’m selling or anything like that, people still unsubscribe every time. Uh so you just got to make sure you got more people coming in than you do uh going out or or making sure the value is huge so that you have a loyal audience ongoing. Um, it’s also why I don’t promote many third party offers from people because um, I just don’t see them getting that in that good of results or any results in a lot of cases. Um, but yeah, agencies lead nurture and onboarding uh, to onboarding on autopilot deliver more without hiring. You can literally not have you don’t need people now. It’s insane. Um,
so it’s not theory, not a generic template, a system that runs for you and your business. It runs on your tools and your data. Plug into your real sales, your customer info and not your demo. It does the work. So you don’t uh agents act on on a schedule. Hands off ping you only when it matters. You only get spoken to when when it’s done, right? You don’t need to like have it do anything. It then it costs cents, not a salary. Um, this is it’s built to run on your local machine. So, you can use your computer to run this. You can also have it run on the cloud and you can do that for it’s about you can get a I can show you how to do it for like five bucks a month. Um, I think that’s what it is. Five bucks a month. 5 to 10 bucks a month roughly if you want on the cloud. But I I run mine just on my computer here. I just leave my computer on and it does the work. The only other cost um is like you you could have zero subscriptions to any AI tool and you can actually pay um if you say if I wanted to use Claude code for something. Um, I I could use their Opus model, like their very high-end model, and I could do I don’t know like a like a hundred different like uh daily searches and provide and prov like providing you you all of the uh daily moves you need to make and scans of your refunds and and your customer data and where to save money and whatnot and give you that morning report every day from a month and it might cost me two bucks. like it’s not it’s nothing. Alternatively, I could use the I could use the Claude Sonnet model and it would be 2 cents. Or if I wanted to use a completely free AI model, then I could do that and it would be free, right? Um you only need to use higherend models when you’re trying to do a higherend task. So this is what we’re going to do. This is uh going to be essentially next week it’s going to be starting and this is why I’m sharing it with you guys, my top audience members first, top 100 people. We’re going to go uh do kind of like we’ve been doing with the agent 72 system. I’m going to be taking you through how to do this from creating your very first agent. uh on the very first session. Uh we’re then going to go ahead and build the revenue agents, the ones that are about money and to ensure that you are going to be fully aware of where things are in your business. Even in your offline business, you can have it set to for so you can track what you’re doing actively. you know every day what’s happening, what’s coming in, what’s going out, where you can save, where you can um put the foot down on what traffic methods are provide getting you the most return on your investment. Um we going to get it all set up. Then we’re going to get our night uh builds going every single day. I’m also going to give you all of my night builds that I’ve done. So I could have uh I could have anything that I wanted to be visual to me that I could then actively run uh when when on demand um in an in my operating system. I can also have it um in my telegram too. So you can literally run all of this directly through your telegram or through WhatsApp or even through SMS through iMessage if you want to as well. So, I’m going to go this is my nerve center. Well, I call it my nerve center. Got some basic money up the top here. All right, we’ve got um here is is my to-do list, my things that I need to start working on that right now for 21 days I’ve not done anything on this um on this project here. Right. Uh this was and we did a webinar here on where it was if I I wanted to create an app where if I took a photo of everything at a garage sale store or a garage sale um and it would then identify anything in the picture that’s worth money and show me how much it’s selling for on eBay and if I can then negotiate a better deal it’s worth buying. Uh, if not then no. Or like I could take a picture of a 100 CDs or DVDs or video games and it would tell me if any of them are actually rare. It tell me what tell me what they’re all worth together. That was the idea of this concept. I mean I did it for a webinar. Um, so it wasn’t something I was passionate about, but um, it’s saying here, these are the next steps I need to take. And I can then actually choose to activate them by locking them in and, um, then have AI go out and start to build these out for me, which is pretty cool. We’ve then um, I see under the command section, I can ask it anything. I can say from priorities, from revenue scans to stalled projects, um, chase payments. So I can say outstanding invoices. I can show me show me my stalled projects. Um so there’s my white label and my tax card one which is twohour block to ship it and highest revenue impact and right away. Right. Then here’s a bunch of my projects here that are stalled right now. Here’s ones that are less stalled. And again I’m going to have to go through some of these and clean them up a bit because some of them aren’t finished. They’re just ongoing, right? Um, but some are definitely just hanging out doing nothing. Um, and then quick wins, things I can do quickly to make some uh, money back. So, keep the studio kit moving, keep my agent 72 replay demo moving. Um, activity fee. These are things that are happening right now um, in my uh, company. Down the bottom, it says projects, revenue, and then customers. So, let’s go to projects first. This shows me my active projects that I’ve got right now. It shows me the links that I’ve got set up, any resources connected to them, and then it’s it shows my stalled ones. And then ones that that when they’re shipped, they’re going to be over here. And then when I’ve got new ideas that they’re at the idea stage, I can come over here and add in a new project. Right? Let’s say with the webinar live poll from earlier, it shows me um I can show say where we’re at with it. What’s the next step? Um and if I hit the next step, it’ll then actually give me the option to run it and have my AI tool that of my choice start to build that out further. Um but again, it’s a good place to visually see what I’ve got going on. And you I’ve got way too many things happening in here that I need to clear some out. Whether it’s abandoning them for now and um or whether it’s just refocusing on what the the core setup is. Then we’ve got over here uh revenue. I’m not going to share that too much, but I’ll share with you what it does. It’s overall cost, different milestones here. Um and so it says here now that I’m I’m at a certain amount, it says I need to hire my first team member. I don’t want to do that. So, I’m going to skip that for now, but it’ll say scaled the marketing budget, financial, freedom, gear, empire mode. Um, and so it gives you goals to push for depending on what what you’re trying to do. Customers, I’m not going to share this information too much, but you can see relationship building tools for for everyone. I can see my most popular, my most um warmest leads, my my the cold leads down here as well. I got the who the best hot warm leads are. Integrations. This is a really cool a cool place but again I’m not going to share it directly but this is where I’ve got you can put in your API keys to connect directly to certain platforms and you can manage them all here because normally you have to open up deep links in the settings of these different tools. And then here’s you can now finally have one place that stores all of them and then if they ever go expire you can refresh them and update them very quickly. Then my favorite part of all of this is the agent OS. This is the core part, right? This is where it does the work for you. Now,
this is like connecting like a transformer almost. It’s connecting a bunch of different tools behind the scenes without you needing to do the work for it where it can then build and work and monitor. So, right now I’ve got 12 different builds that are shipped. I’ve got briefings here. I’ve got um agent agents agents that are building right now and briefing things right now. which is uh pretty cool. And then studio, this is where we can start. So I can choose I can choose any AI model. So, Claude, Chachi, BT, um, Grock, Kimmy, whatever it is, and I can ask it anything onto a specific model. Use my own voice to draft anything I want want to hear as well. This will write things in my actual um like in my voice exactly sounds exactly like me. Uh, and it’s so much more like on point than like AI tools like try to make it make make your voice sound like. Uh, image generation. So, I can generate all my images in here too. Uh, and any content that I need for anything all in the one suite. And then loop builder. Again, this is again that you then have a custom uh loop, which means if I want to uh I say I want the the the I want the builder to produce a daily or like it might be a weekly promotion schedule, a weekly promotion uh sales page. page template that I give away to my audience as a free optin/ value generation tool. So, every week I wanted to give you guys a new HTML template that you can use inside of your uh sales page builds, right? It says definition of done. So, I could say um that the sales page must focus on benefits first sales page uh copy. So what will happen is once it’s completed the sales page it will then go through the list of these goals that we put here uh and it will then have to meet that criteria. So then I might say it must include a free optin um must include a exit pop with a lead magnet included.
Um, and then each one of these being a goal, it’ll mean that every week it will then have to double check to make sure that does this template we’ve just created have an exit pop when the user goes to exit and is there a pre-made uh lead magnet already there created and installed? If no, it’ll send it back. It’ll it’ll deny it to be completed and it’ll send it back to the drawing board to go and do that. and it will continue to do so until it’s satisfied that it meets the those requirements. I might say here um it is delivered in my voice and it will then say see if the way it’s created it or the AI tool might have created it is going to do it in my voice or not. Right? Really cool way to do that. Same here with our u with a canban board. So we can go ahead and put in any task. So, I could say a task might be to um update me daily, update me. I could say create me a new um JV page for agent 72, right? agent 72 um program for the upcoming launch. I can have it be default. I can have it go to the builder or to the judge. But I can say, let me just say I go and add this in. Now
it’s now gone. It’s going to it’s gone down here to ready, right? It’ll now slowly get moved over into the builder and then the builder will go in and build it. And then once built, it’ll then move across. See, now it’s moved instantly over. And now it’s it’s launching AI agents, which are going to build this out right now. look at this automation mapper. Tell it tell us about your day. It finds the most repetitive tasks in your day for you to then um, map the time wasters and automate them for you. Pretty cool, right? So you say what your goal is. It’ll tell you the right platforms, the right type of ad. It’ll launch the ad for you and it’ll manage the ad and even optimize the ad using AI. Um, I’m also going to get that integrated soon directly into um, uh, Claude for everyone. So, you can even use Claude to connect to uh, our agent um, to Advat Mate to create your own ads in there too, which will be kind of cool. Um, URLFam is our uh, is my mini um, site.fam.com.
URLFam is our my mini uh mobile first sales page generator. So you it allows you to create mobile sales pages built for mobile devices, built for like your link in bio, built for like SMS links, anything where where you’re using a mobile phone and you need a page that’s going to load faster. Uh and you can then literally the biggest part about it is you can do everything on the page where they don’t need to skip to another page, right? So if you want to have a sales page that they can opt in and they can then uh watch a video and they can also purchase an item without leaving that page. Uh that’s what you can do here. Whereas I I’m not trying to be like we’re not trying to be any other tool. We’re trying to be we’re trying to work with all of them and get the best out of all of them to give you a single best outcome. So there might be some similarities. I think maybe like with like a unified memory and stuff. Um I believe his might have a unified memory. Uh but it’s it’s I’m pretty sure they’re completely different in the sense. It’s not that rare that to now have to not use individual subscriptions. You’ll find that that’s quite a common thing moving forward with AI tools. There’ll be tools that work with a lot of different AIs at once. Um, and I guess the difference with this is this is like mine’s like very like what we’re doing on air. Um, but again, 73 assistance seems like a lot of assistance for different things, right? like is it like pitch a pitch assistant a career strategist assistant see things like that I’m not doing anything to do with things like that um

Have a have a onepage home set up here and where you can manage your different jobs and then use Telegram just to talk to your agent, right? You can be on the fly, do it all on your phone. So, if you want it just to run on your computer 24/7 or if you want it to run on the cloud and then we’re going to set up your custom goals and products and projects and anything to just to get this uh working as your one-stop shop for anything that you need. Uh and so you can have an onthe-go task manager that you can continuously create uh content on the fly. And you can use Telegram to be your one-stop shop that every day it will it will be the place where your orchestrator will come back to you and man and talk to you on what it is um that um that you’re trying to build. So it’ll update you every day um on those morning automations. You can set up your own custom ones of what you want. That’s what the training is going to be on getting it. So, you get set up things for you that you want to learn about. You might not care about AI notifications every day. You you might care about learning about what’s happening in your favorite industry or field or um or you might want your emails responded to and done and you want to be told the top three most important emails that you’ve got and that that be it. You might want to be um you know, you might want to have any an instead of getting emails on something, if an email comes from a certain person, like I’ve done this with my partner. If we get an email from from my son’s school, it then comes through as a text message and a push notification on our phone and a telegram message to make sure we don’t miss it because they like to send emails and then they end up in junk folders and frustrating things like that at times, right? Yeah. So,

It costs like like if you’re generating an image, it can cost like less than 2 cents for the image. So text is a lot less than that. So yeah, you can it’s next to nothing. Um the only ones that end up costing a bit might be um the latest Claude 4.8 Opus Edition. that can be you might you can easily spend $5 a day easy um doing that but you know um over a month for what you get like depending on what you’re trying to use use it for right like and over 4.8 Okay, you don’t need to use that for absolutely for most things you you don’t need to use it for only for like final builds of customerf facing resources or code. I find that it’s um not even code actually just the planning of the code. So yeah, alternatively you can use completely free AI models to do everything, right? Or you can have um you can have it use um use your uh you can you can have um your telegram give you instructions to then port over into claw. That’s what I often do. I’ll have thing I’ll have it so if a job’s too big for to be doing inside a telegram that it will then actually save the the actual instructions of what it what Claude code needs to build or what chat GPT needs to build for me into the shared brain file. I then just jump over into claude code uh on my phone as well. I can do it and and say, “Hey, just check the shared brain files uh for what I need you to build me.” And it’ll build it. save the information back into it. So then you don’t even need to use the um uh token side of uh of the API key for cord. You can use the actual subscription if you got a subscription with cord. So it just depends on your own setup.
Um if you create a desktop version of a build, can you come behind it and set up a mobile version also? Do you mean like an app? like you want to have an app and a desktop version. That’s kind of why people build web- based solutions, web- based tools, so you don’t have to uh do that, right? Um
but yeah, I’m technically you can you can create Chrome extensions, whatever it is you want to do, you can do. Um

Yeah. The cool thing um Sean about about that linear. So, anyone that’s been using linear, where’s linear?
where I’ve been teaching you guys about building out, you know, inside of Linear, having it create your jobs and individual like for each tool that you’re creating. Uh have a section in here um where it has your issues and then and then have Claude or go through and complete each job and add add new issues as you go. Um, I actually built out a lot of the agent OS in linear here doing this exact same thing and I’ve still got more things to go over, more features that I’m trying to add in now for everyone. But um, but yeah, the cool thing is now I’ve got a you can add a feature in that in you can just say in Telegram, hey, when at night between 11 and 6:00 a.m., can you just go out and finish tasks inside the linear board for different jobs just to push all the projects ahead? So, it’s like having your own developers working all night every night, right? And you can have it set so that it does that on autopilot every night if you want it to. You can set it up as a permanent thing. Even the even the smallest things that that I find that it helps with, I’ve connected my Telegram or like the the my Telegram with my namecheep, which is my where I buy domains from, right? And I hate setting up domains like and connecting them to hosting or to different different services like Netlefi or wherever I’m kind of trying to connect it to a go high level. Now I can just ask Telegram to do it. Say hey can you just make this like I put a site live on this domain for me and because it’s got access into here just by giving it an API key uh in this case it can do it. But if it didn’t have an API key, it can use my browser and log in with my saved data. So, and do it that way if I if I ask it to, right? And the cool thing is it’ll only ever do what you ask it. You don’t need to be worried about it doing anything else. Um, okay. Let’s go and cl this done. I’ll say give me the copy and paste um code of this so I can add it into a HTML widget.
and by the way when if you ever get a project like this you can see this little arrow up here in Claude if you hit the arrow and you add on click on a section you can then directly talk about that section in the chat if you want to change something so if I don’t like this title I could click on it and then it would bring that down here into the chat and I say, “Change this font, change this color, add a banner here.” And it would then do it for me.

and um and Sean so when you again just to make it super clear when you say can you bring your app that you build include into agent 72 and or agent suite to finish it up so yeah so basically what the way it’ll work is if you’ve got it in clawed You don’t do anything else. All we do is install agent suite into your claude, this screen here, and it will install every single plug-in, skill, automation, everything in in the back end for you. So, your claude will work differently from every single prompt after that. It’ll code better. It’ll fix things. It’ll manage things better. You can say re um go over over my current build with a code fixer. It’ll do it cuz there’ll be one installed already in my in the agent suit. And you can then let it run. That’s the agent suit. The agent uh agent 72 is a 72-hour build program from zero to full build with creating the idea, the actual prompt for the offer, the full offer, your branding, launching it.
