So let’s talk about a few things. The biggest the biggest
three key what are the biggest three lessons I could teach right now to put you in the number one spot
possible right
we’re getting to the stage where um you know AI and all of these tools and all of these different things are just coming out that are essentially trying to make things easier and easier and easier, but it can really feel at times that um you know it’s just a never ending never ending one thing after another, right? So, what I wanted to do um was since we’ve been building out our own tools and resources and and products and whatnot, and I’ve been showing you how to do that um as quickly and easy as possible um that it’s been uh it’s been a lot of fun to do, but I I wanted to do a session um since I found out, you know, I’m always looking for what else what more can I learn and what more is is is out there that you can do. When you start thinking outside the box and start connecting different concepts and ideas and then tools together and trying to find ways to like, you know, kind of like baking a cake, but you don’t know really how you’re going to bake that type of flavor cake. So, you just kind of wing it and then hopefully you find a way uh to do it and it might just mess up a bunch of times, but eventually you get something pretty close and then it’s like something that you’ll never not be able to do again, right? Um so, that’s kind of um what I’ve found recently with like with with some things I’ve just I’ve found when I’ve had these little wins. Well, that they sent they’re little in the sense that like then that like they happen from me just, you know, sitting here and just grinding out on myself trying to learn as much as I can and then all of a sudden I find that I’ve solved something or I’ve now been I’ve been able to do something that for like my whole career I’ve never been able to do um or had the skill set to be able to do it or I’d have to pay people like hundreds or even thousands of dollars to have them do whatever the thing is that I was trying to get done and now all of a sudden I could do it which I just found so so crazy. Um and that’s why it’s initially I got excited about um AI because of that purely for the fact when when when it first came out that I could you know write text that I could have my text written for me right and I was stoked with that. I would have been stoked with that for years. Now, we’ve got things that are out here that are literally like um completely building people’s apps. Entire like entire backend um backend builds, front end builds, you name it, it’s doing it. Um and yeah, it’s absolutely crazy. just just out of interest, if is anyone here that’s that’s set up their own automation and they’ve automated something really really interesting, please let me know here. And just give me one second too while I just grab a drink of water uh really quickly here um because I want to um I want to just see what you guys have built um and we can go from go from there. But um what I’m what I’m about to show you as well is literally probably one of the funnest trainings um or at least I’m going to be showing you one of the funnest ways I’ve ever been able to market online and um I’m excited for you to be a part of it um to to be able to see what you guys build. Aqua says I’m trying to automate scraping getting procurement and um and tenders in infrastructure related to the Olympics and have almost fine tune automatic automating the articles. Awesome. Awesome. Um, there’s a few different ways you can do scraping of different pages. Uh, one of them, just to share with you guys real quick, is is aify. I don’t know if you guys have been to Appify before, but if there’s something that you want to do, it’s probably going to be on here. And um, say you can see here, look, Instagram scraper. Scraper, download Instagram post, profiles, places, and um, Facebook post scraper. And essentially you can connect your actual Claude and AI tools directly to here um and then you can use their service. And I think actually in the connectors inside of Claude code you can use ampify um to work directly there. But um I’m going to show you another way to do it today more a free way more manual way. But um you know again free is always good right? So that’s one way. Let me see what else we got in question. Uh in terms of build things that you might want to automate.
Um here here’s a good one. Let me share this. And this this one is this one this one seems very very reasonable. Right. Here’s um from Leila. It says, “I would love to build something for my brother who has been a nurse for over two decades. His big issue is writing notes for each each patient. He does private duty and it takes him hours. Um the first thing is there’s um uh if he is speaking it like if he’s speaking it out, you can literally let me see if I can find it here. Um AI note taker they got yeah this company now applaud if you if anyone ever needs an AI note taker um these little things they stick to your phone you can wear it as a wrist thing it literally will record your entire day’s conversations and at the end of every single day it will um spit out a smart set of notes um directly from that day. Let’s see what this is. Um,
so yeah, look at this little microphone that and empowered by GPT. So everything that you say all day, every day, it can turn it straight away into a um into into notes instantly. And but if if you’re trying to do it for specific patients, you would just have to literally speak out each one. Um even you can do it at the end of the day as a block versus actually having to type it out. um physically, right? Um
and again, another one that you that you you could use is Whisper Flow, which is what I use often here. You’ve seen me on webinars when I’ll sometimes um talk out a specific a specific um phrase. Let me even show you here quickly. It’s um invite where I can invite you guys to be a part of this too somehow. Um

Yeah, I’ll send you this link in the chat, everyone. It’s called Whisper Flow and it means I can
um hit a button here and it and I can literally like record anything um anything I want text to speech. So I can literally type here if I hit this button on my on my on my computer and I’ve got it on my phone too, but I can hit this thing. Hey Claude, I am wanting to do a uh post today where I’m going to be um talking about uh different ways you can automate uh the little extra things that you can’t do directly inside of traditional tools like Claude, JBT, Grock, etc. where they say no or it’s just not a part of their framework. Can you do me a quick um breakdown and uh give me go go go out and find a list of the seven uh most um popular AI automation tools for traffic? Can you find me the best scraping tools online? And then I’m just going to keep on talking just to show you an example here. I’ll talk really fast and I’ll still be able to get it and I’ll talk really quiet and I’ll still be able to understand what I’m trying to say. And I’ll talk really loud and I’ll try to then as well and we’ll see if you can even get what I’ve just said.
And you can see it even just um was able to pick up everything I just said here in perfect um perfect English, which is crazy, right? Let me just change this text around. There we go. So, that was just me um talking that out, right? And it will it will get the prompting right perfectly. The other cool thing about this app is depending on where you’re using it will change the way uh it works. So if I was responding to someone as a message, um if I was responding to you as a email, it would speak in a professional tone probably knowing well as professional as my emails get. Um and then if I was speaking to you say on WhatsApp, it would be a lot more relaxed in the way it would take my wording, right? Um and it also knows if I make a mistake, I say, “Look, don’t say say that now.” It’ll just remove that little part. really really cool app. Highly recommend it for when you’re marking around with um building things and whatnot. So cool. Now back to what we’re talking about. So the the um I’ll go over the scraping option a bit later. Uh um Aqua, we can do an example of that. But let’s just get into for now. I want to go through um
um I want to go through couple of things. One is a brand new uh or uh I guess it’s well it’s not not brand brand new but it it has it was snuck into Claude recently. Um, and it’s something that I wanted to share with you guys. Uh, it’s a way to get um, let me actually get it up here for you now. Um,
where is it? One second here. But this is um a way that you you can see Claude trying to Claude’s really good at bringing in um different skills and different things that you’ll find in um in other other tools um or other releases from other products. They try they try to um they’re kind of like the go high level I find of um the AI world where they want to have the they want to have all their features in their one suite or at least something that can do at least 50% of what another standalone tool might be able to do. Right. Um so let me just get this here real quick. Launch agent skill. Yeah.

Cool. So, there was this brand new skill that came out, right? There’s a skill and this one was by Anthropic, right? Anthropic owns Claude Coat, right? And um so whenever Anthropic or Claw releases new um new additions on your new features um I always like to look at them because they’re essentially going to be telling you how to do things the best way possible for their actual platform. Um
excuse me. So, this one here you see on the screen now, and I’ll give it to you guys in a second, and we’ll install it together. Um, but this one here is called um, launch your agent. So, what this does, and I’ll even turn my webcam on here. I think I forgot to keep on forgetting to do that. Let me see.

or maybe it won’t. We’ll see if it does. Hey, what’s up? Good to see you guys. Um, so yeah, what this is going to do, guys, this is essentially um going to let you create an AI agent that does a manage task. It’s essentially it’ll work for you as an inter as an internal worker. Um or you can have it be a customerf facing uh agent. You can have it be a part of your product. So something something needs to get done regularly. You can have it do that. Um and it then will build you that agent in a way that literally um essentially uh in the best way that for for Claude and to build it in the in the way that it wants to be built, right? Yeah. So, it’s going to be the most effective uh way to to launch an actual uh AI agent from Claude Code. So, give me a five if you want to see that or give me a thumbs up in the chat if you want to see uh how to actually install this and how to actually use it. Right now, this is what I’ve um when I talk about in the agent suite, which again a the A sorry, the agent suit, um I’ll show you here. You guys have seen this plenty of times by now, but when I say my own personal uh AI build or my own claude uh setup with all of my skills, all of my AI agents, everything like that. Um, I’ve shown you this page before. It says 108. We’re up to we’ve d this is doubled now. There’s it’s 197 now. Uh, skills that I’ve load loaded into here. Um, over 30 I think AI agents now. So, I need to update this. Um, so cuz everything’s doubled and you know, maybe I should double the price of it next time, but but no, I’m kidding. But even though most people people here have this, but um already but like I said, this here is one skill. So in my agency suit I have over8 the first time it’s now almost 200 and they range from everything from SEO to SEO to social media management to marketing tools to you know security um and safety guide rails. There’s so many different different skills that I’ve got set up uh and some custom ones too. And guys, remember you can you can create your own custom skills and custom rules in Claude. Like if you want things to be um like if you want a a rule to be that whenever Claude responds to you that it then makes it makes sure to continue the conversation on by sharing three recommendations of how what it’s just provided you could be improved. Have that say this this is going to be a new rule, right? Or you can even create a skill on creating custom skills for your niche. And it would then create you a custom skill every single day. You know, plenty of things we can do. But for this example, what we’re going to do is we’re going to grab you can either grab there’s two ways you can do this. You can go here and where it says quick start, you can go and copy this and um add this into claude. But you know what? The way I prefer to do this rather than doing mcking around with any of this is go see it says launch your agent. I’m just going to copy that text. I’m going to go into a new session and I’m going to type in here something like um hey there Claude, can you help me install the launch your agent um skill? Now it’s going to tell me I’ve already installed it. I’ll say I this what I’ll do. I’ll say I’m currently on a webinar, Claude, and I’m sharing my audience uh the steps that it would take. So, if you can pretend that I haven’t got this installed, what it is and how you’d respond, that would be great. Thanks.

Trust me, just wait till you jump on a webinar with me and Sean later in the week. he’s coming on um to walk you through um walk you through that um and again you guys get a free software on that that session as well. Um, so but I’ll show you how I used AI before to completely just um rip his sales page and um and build my agent 72 sales page for my launch just like based up his actual most recent one. Uh but you know I was just mcking around because I’m Sean Sean’s a good mate. He wouldn’t have cared that I did it. Um but yeah um I’ll share that with you in a second here. But look at this. Um, says, “Hey, lovely demoing it live. Here’s exactly how I’d respond. It’s a skill that turns a chat into a build partner for Claude management agents. You tell me what you want, an internal work or a piece of product or a customer customer facing agent and I take it from idea to live. It’ll scope the smallest version that actually works. Launch it straight into your account. Grade it against the real outcome Rubik, not vibes. Iterate until it passes and then schedule it if it should run uh on a clock and then it will go from take you from the from the ideas take you from I have an idea from agent to it’s running on my account. Remember everything that we’re doing lately is just how do we get things running up and done. Um

there’s lots of different um then there’s third party ones down here of different things people like to use with Claude, but it’s sometimes hard to know um which ones you can trust and whatnot. Usually, if they’ve got lots of engagement on them, it’s fine. Um, but anything I send to you guys, I’ve always scanned and I’ve always had checked out many, many times over because that’s how that this is how when you add in not from official companies like uh like Claude and Anthropic that owns Claude, but through third party sites, that’s how you get um I guess issues or like viruses or problems inside of your builds. I’ll turn my webcam off here as well for a second while we just while we go and use one of these real quick. um turn off camera while we build this out real quick. But um yeah, and then we’re get going to get into something really really cool. So,

So, if I wanted to create a a managed agent that every time I gave it an actual CSV, it would then give me back a breakdown in charts, what’s interesting, what’s moved, and what to actually do with the information that I’ve just got there. Or a recurring digest or/can, a scheduled sweep that runs on its own, a daily digest, a weekly check and files it reports while and and files it its report while I sleep, and or an assistant that remembers your users. a customerf facing helper that learns each person’s preferences and recalls them next time they show up. So that that seems like a pretty cool one, right? So So over to you. Um, so I’ll say here with the assistant uh that remembers my users, where would the customer um interact with this agent? And where would I use the agent? I’m going right. Let’s let’s find out bit more about that. What I could also do is like say I wanted to have um I want to have a morning digest of all of the world’s most important news for that day. Um broken down into one to two points.
Um per topic no more than
five topics shared. Oh maybe broken down into one to three key points per topic and then no more than five topics shared per day. Um then please set me and please give me the

back in the claude. I’m going to go ahead and we’ve launched that over here. So, I’ll set up the working folder and ground myself in the skills references before we start. We’ll let that do its thing here. We’ll do it. We’ll do the example of I said what’s the assistant? The um the mental model first will be with manage agents. Your customer never logs into Anthropic. They talk to to to a surface that that you own. The surface calls the agent through an API um does the work in anthropic sandbox and it remembers that specific person through the memory store. The agent’s long-term memory that survives across conversations. Um so the customer will interact um might be through a chat box on the app or the website, a slack or an email thread or SMS or baked to an exact in an existing product th
because it remembers them and picks up right picks up right where they left off. The console at platform.clude plus your backend agent is wired in. That’s where Okay, gotcha. Um,
so basically, basically you’re building a smart assistant into your products like a like a smart live chat or something like that. To make it real in your world, who is the customer and where do they reach you? As an example, a helper for your agency remembers that each person set up in progress sighting sitting right there where they already get support. What surface would you want them using? I’ll say, “Okay, great. I want them to be using Claude directly or using the live chat inside the members area of agent sweet and agent 72.”

only thing that is getting high-end clicks investment slash AI slash um founders slash opportunities slash entrepreneurship etc. Um or a blend. A blend is good. Um an AI news button at the end. A more fun and surprising stuff to know. Um or a useful thing that I could use in my business today. And I’ll say yes for both examples of the AI news bite. It’s going to come back with a full plan after that. Now you’ll see doing this this is quite a um like it’s quite official like it’s step by step and you’re going to get a great outcome at the end of it. And uh a thing that it does as well is um when it starts it goes through and does a test. It’s essentially called goal testing or loop testing where the AI will build whatever it is, but then when it thinks it’s finished, it will then um have another AI tool be a judge. So the builder that built the new platform is going to then uh say, “Hey, to the judge, this is what I’ve done for this proposal. Let me through.” And it’s going to then check back over and over and over again if it is meeting all the requirements from um uh from you. So you might have had it set up so that um it needs to
uh not just give you a uh SMS or a email every day with your news updates. you want to actually get um a an a secondary email sent with a a infographic of the news for that day. Right? So the infographic includes everything. Um say see email ready Slack message a simple web page. Let’s just go an email.
And
what time each morning? 6:00 a.m.

And in our other chat chat one, it says we where we’ve got our agent itself. It said what what is the main job of the assistant does with the members uh support and how to brain. It answers how do I do X across agent suit in the 70 agent 72 members. Each member set up their license and pass questions.

do both of these, right? I can even give you guys a build partner. help remember remember a product and helps members produce things with the tools and um let’s see I could say all of the above but let’s just start with let’s start with the first one just for argument sake here or I’ll say other say the first one of support and how to brain but I would like to do the others later on too. And you know what I want to show what I did? I set I set up an example of this yesterday I believe and it was to go out. I wanted to create my own agent that would I’ll turn my camera on on
if it wants to turn back on.
Okay. Yeah. So, I wanted to create my own agent that would literally go through all of these old projects or like if I’ve got old chats, right, in here or old jobs and projects that I might have set up over here in Claude. Um, right, that would be, you know, old projects that I just never end up building out in the end, right? I would have um I wanted an AI agent that could go in and start to open up these old chats and old projects and actually actually then create something for me, right? Actually have an end goal uh where it could finish off old work that never got to that final stage but was got really close or even if it didn’t get close, if I’ve got credits every day in Claude, I want to use them. I don’t want them being wasted cuz they don’t roll over. So, you want to use as much as you can of your subscription as every single day, right? So, um that’s what I built and I and I’ll share that with you uh um shortly. I got later on in the session if I’ll give you the breakdown I did for that. Um
um
so I write I write a tight agent section activation license. Uh you create the fastest path to working demo today. Um I could just do that and then but you get the idea. You basically go through, you have to fill it out and
it will then um launch it wherever you choose it to be, which is pretty cool, right? And here’s the morning digest. Um, does this plan look all right? Let me see what the plan is. Version one, digest auto lands in your inbox every morning. Version two remembers what it already covered. So, multi-day stories in advance instead of repeating itself. Version three will learn what I’m really into after learning more and more and more. Um, and then version four, web archive of past digests that I can browse so I can look at stuff from the past. Um,
it’ll then all I need to do is create a it’ll create a license key or an API key for me. Uh, it’ll then ask me to paste it into an individual file. I’ll say sure. Um, looks right. Build it. Submit.

I can’t I don’t want to share it here cuz it’ll literally um it’ll literally uh basically take that um you you have to keep your API key private I should say and um I think you might need to add in a dollar or $2 in credit just into your clawed API section. Again, there’s things that that you will that you’ll set up here that cost no money. Most things will cost no money. The only the only reason this cost me $6 here this past month is because I’ve got a few tools that I give out to you guys for free. here. I’m basically going to like go through I guess the the kind of kind of like the final track. not not the it’s not it’s not a trap. It’s more like a I found that no AI tool could solve some of these key things and it’s such an important part um of feeling like you know like right like before this before what I’m about to show you guys I still felt that AI had like wasn’t doing everything I needed it to. There were still things that were stuck. I didn’t feel I could, you know, like there’s certain things I felt like, oh my god, it’s even more work having this system or this tool set up uh and or doing the setup of it for the actual outcome that isn’t even worth it. And there was things that that things that I really wanted to do that when I would ask AI or any tools like chat GBT or CL or anything like that, it just would say no, you can’t do it. And it would frustrate me and it would make me just go like [ __ ] I don’t even know. Sorry I didn’t mean to swear but it would make me go do I even want to be like doing this right now because it’s like I’m it’s taking me longer than what it would if I did it manually. If I could automate this other part then yes 100%. Right. Um, but I don’t want to be um doing something that I can’t automate everything and I don’t want to be the bottleneck where I have to be a part of a AI process every day for it to actually work or I’d have to I have to do the key thing daily like why can’t it do the key thing daily for everything else to work right? Um, give me a thumbs up or something if you’ve ever experienced that before. um or if there’s something you just can’t actually do and you wish you could do it, right? Um and this is, you know, essentially um for my it was this is essentially what I’m going to be doing at the end of the agent suite, right? So, at the not agent suit, sorry, for the agent 72 launch, right? We’re doing that as a public launch with affiliates. They’re all going to promote it. Uh, and they’re going to be a part of that promotion of the actual um system. So, you guys will be able to promote it. We’ll have upsells and everything that you guys get since you’re involved in it. If you’re not in the agent 72 program, then um you you’re you’re not 100% going to be approved to promote it. All right. So, this is uh was essentially what I had created for today’s training and it went um I thought this was really really cool. Um something about these slides which I’ll share uh shortly with you. Um but again, this was all all created for me in maybe like five minutes last night. Um, and it just nailed what I wanted because it was went o it went over everything I talked about anyway. It just was able to get it was able to understand and really get what I was trying to do and it didn’t mess things up and it did the things that I didn’t want to do. And I and you know, for example, in these slides, you’ll see eventually there’s some actual like screenshot cutouts of different software tools and different processes and whatnot um and different examples. Normally, I’d have to go and do that. For the first time ever, I’ve just said, “Hey, can you just go and like open up like whatever I’m talking about um in this uh brief or in this sales copy that I’ve shared with you guys here?” Or even like, “Hey, I want to share these five different tools. Can you go open them, screenshot them, and include them in the actual slide deck?” Uh, normally AI would say, “I don’t know how to do that. What part of the actual slide deck do you want to actually screenshot? Or I can’t work with images like Claude doesn’t. So, uh, this actually lets you um, uh, also this helped me discover a way to get Claude to actually create images for the first time. Wow. I’ll share that joint shortly, too. So, I’ll turn my camera off here real quick so the screen’s bigger. But who agrees your business should run while you sleep? I think everyone here would agree with that to some extent, right? It should be running while you sleep. It’s probably one of the main goals we all have AI for. It’ be really nice to finally get that to happen, right? So many likes is coming in this end. Cool. So
um yeah, so your business should buy while you sleep, not a chatbot. You talk to a team of AI agents that do work for you that find money, build the tools on their own every single day. You know, that was always my goal to have something that would work for me as an actual AI employee. This AI employees where you would where you would have to train it on a topic and then it could respond and give you information back and act as a as a support worker. Fine. But not really a real employee, right? Right. To me, what a real AI employee would do is it would actively or proactively go out to try to find problems. It would problem solve. It would look at things that I’m doing and figure out how to make it easier. And I thought that would take forever or just what wouldn’t ever be possible right now.
This is the real problem. We are the bottlenecks in our businesses now with AI. Money is leaking in places that we can’t see.
Like buyers are going cold while we’re busy. If you have a heap of different software, he different purchases. if they’re not working together for a congruent goal and working together under a plan, it’s just, you know, killing the potential growth and success in some ways. Um, and again, yeah, every idea waits on us to find the time to implement the actual solution. And that then comes down to motivation, comes down to drive, comes down to um external factors like you know how are you feeling that week, how’s your family, how’s your relationship, you know, all these things play an impact. And the more we can outsource of these tasks and remove oursel from it, the better we can then focus on the key things that matter that we can’t um let go of. What?

Now, this is the main shift.
Stop using AI to answer questions. Start using it to run operations. Over this training, we’re going to build our own AI operating system. A crew of agents that watch your numbers, talk to your customers, recover lost sales, and ship new tools. Hands off. What follow is real. Every screen is a live tool already running in a business. And it’s not this either. This decided it wanted to pop back up for a second.
I don’t know why. That’s funny. Um,
yeah.
Now, what I’m about to show you in this tool, and you guys might have heard of it before, but I’m not going to share exactly what it is yet, um, and how this is done. But these are the six walls that every other AI tool hits, right?
Every other AI tool waits for you. If you don’t prompt it, it’s not going to act.
every every model you wait for it. So you have you’re locked into using Claude or Chad GBT or Gemini and you don’t like necessarily have the ability to ask one AI something and then have it decide what AI tool is going to be best to respond to what it is you’re doing. Like asking Gemini to create to code and asking Claude code to create an image is so counterproductive, right? Having the ability to actually uh have your AI calls go to the right places that will do the best work for your goals. So, um, say you had absolutely no spare spare income to add it to onto a subscription of say Claude or you’ve used your free one up for that month, uh, and you need to move to a free AI model. Well, uh, how like instead of having to, you know, figure out which one’s what and then go out and, um, download them and then, you know, have to then connect it and hopefully then, um, have two different AI models running like how can you just have a one single place know how to just do do it, take take it off your hands and just do the work. Um, the next thing, most AI tools, they forget you. Now, I’ve taught you guys how to ensure that doesn’t happen. Um, but once you close a tab, the context is gone. Um, most AI tools, they’re trapped in the actual chat box. They can’t go out and do things. They can’t go out and work with different apps. And the only way that it normally could even do that would be is if it went out and started in um if you g if you’ve connected it via API um or via a connector tab in one of these different tools so that it could work on certain things that you’ve given it permission to um or a third party company has given it permission to work with. All right.
Now, what I’m about to show you is um a tool that you can use that does all of this. It works 24/7 on its own. It watches. It decides on itself what it should do and then it acts. It remembers everything. A real living business memory. It judges its own work until it hits your standard. So to really understand what that means, it means it’s going to keep on going back through uh a document essentially of what your standards are. It will understand you, your business, what you expect, what you like, what you don’t like, and it will understand what is okay work, what’s acceptable, and what’s just simply not. and it will make AI tools go back to the drawing board and keep applying until it gets to the level that you that it needs that you that you want it to be at. Um, also this method and this tool allows you to use any um any platform, any software and have AI take over and run and use those tools and platforms and softwares even with no API connection. Uh great way you can use it is to manually scrape as well content and manually autoengage. Um doing it this way too. Um it also um was able to choose the best AI tool and the best AI model per job. So you request what what it is you’re after and it will then decide what tool what platform um and what um and then yeah what internal setup it should use to get that result for you. And again, that can depend on the the best overall output, the most efficient, the most recommended um um or just yeah, the best um best practiced solution. You can have it any of those things. You could have it do anything. You could have you could have it do it in the worst way possible if you wanted to, but I wouldn’t understand why you would want to. But look, isn’t that insane like and also makes so much sense like that we should be using the right AI tools for the right requests and and you know with with some of these AI companies wanting to close themselves off from the world and have you be locked into them and other ones being completely open source uh and wanting to be a part of a shared network, you know. Um, it’s great that there seems to be a lot of people wanting that shared angle, right, where use using different tools to get the best results um is working is work really well u through this one tool. But again, normally you don’t have the ability to do this. And finally, another thing that other AI tools don’t do, it selfimproves. Every single time you use it, it improves and gets better and learns and adds to its journey and increases its knowledge base and its memory and and it then shares it with itself. Um, so it learns from not just itself but from any other uh installs of this actual software uh in the world. So insan insanity, right? So, I’ve called it the AIOS, which is my my AI operating system, but um because I’ve taken it and I’ and I’ve really kind of pushed it into a specific um use case because again, this initially was an open was an open source project that they that means I can take it and build an add-on to it from there. So, I can take this AI tool and then have it do custom things that I wanted to create it for that I then want to give to you guys um as a part of this in a way. So, um but this is the cool thing. It um works without me needing to be here literally daily. It does probably more work than I do now in my in my day-to-day week. Well, it 100% does. It it 100% does more work than I do for my company now every single week, right? Every morning before I wake up, it’s already done more than I I’ll do probably for the day. Um but again, uh how can the how how much can these other tools work without me being there? Really, there’s not too much work they can do. They can work in the behind the scenes, but eventually they’ll need me to approve something or they just need if I remove all of the security, um, all of the safety, then it’ll, you know, it still will eventually then have to ask me to say yes or to confirm something. yeah. So again, this is again working completely without you being there. And and what I mean by working is not just responding to something you’ve asked it to do. I also mean it going out and being proactive. Like it’s weird using that word with AI tools, but that AI can now be proactive to a goal or to an overall mission. And it can on its own I don’t want to say will, but it’s on its own coding. it can literally make it go and do whatever it is that you’ve that you’re trying to do and and find and just overall just work in the time it has to improve the chances of you hitting that goal. And you know, it’s one it’s one of those things that if you ever have a bad day where you just aren’t motivated, you’re feeling like crap, um and you but you you know that you should be really getting a lot done. knowing that you’ve got this set up and and running for you. Um you like and you can even just say to it on that day, hey, can you just go into like triple threat mode like and 300x your output today for me? Thanks. And it will and then it’s probably going to do better work than you would have done anyway that day. So yeah, uh it acts across all of your tools. No API required. Now with other tools, you need to have uh an API connection or an oorthth connection which is still an API connection. You need a way that that that app has approved you to working in its um in itself, I guess, right? this is a way you can do that without those um direct requirements. Now in saying that um it’s if there is the option for a CLI connection or an API connection um then definitely connect that up because it’s what that that that’s then something that um can work completely in the back end and it’s made specifically for that task of doing jobs in the background and not having um and while while what I’m about to share with you will still work in the background, it’s doing it in a um in a more manual way. It’ll it’ll try the different methods and ways that we um that we would. So, moving forward quickly here, it improves itself the more you run it. Now, this is huge. itself improves and learns from its mistakes and then improves on them uh every single time um that you run it. Now, who here has ever seen an AI tool make a mistake? Probably everyone. AI tools probably have told you the wrong thing. And um but this one is isn’t just um improving itself when it makes mistakes. it’s improving itself um whenever you ask it to do anything because it is always going to plan and research a plan first before trying to do whatever it is you are trying to do. And um I think this is one of the one of the best um uh features of this tool is because it literally um it it literally means that if you face a problem once, you won’t face it again cuz it’s going to find that solution. I love it because I if I run it at night and it finds a problem, it doesn’t stop at the problem and say, I don’t know what to do now. It goes out and it goes, I’m going to find a solution proactively and keep going until I found that solution. And then once I have, I’m going to note that solution down so I never need to face it ever again. Now the whole picture here, this is essentially what the AIOS does um as a whole, right?

Here’s the spec. It’ll build it, test it, fix what it fails, and then has it um ready plus a recap by morning. So, it’ll build anything overnight for you. the morning revenue brief. Pull yesterday’s sales, refunds, and MR flag anything off trend and and uh brief me in five lines. And the then the invoice chaser. So, chase up unpaid invoices on schedule and stop when they uh when they pay only uh tell me if one needs me. And then the abandoned cart closer. uh catch every abandoned checkout and follow up within the end of the hour until they buy or clearly opt out. Who here would love to be able just to do these things right now uh or or never have to even do them really? who he would love AI to be able to take over these tasks for you to the point that it’s literally um literally running these different sections for you. It’s figuring out who are the people that it might refund. Imagine if you were a trader and I could set this to being like watch the top five uh um AI stock traders um wallets and monitor signals in real time and let me know whenever traders X ABC and D uh invest in anything um where three out of the five uh people uh have invested in that stock or something like that, right? It would then have that be a rule that every day it would look for that and not just like every hour you can have it be like consistently whenever that rule then applies if it ever applies it will then tell you with however you ask it to. But um for for some reason I clawed no AI tool that I found yet connects directly into Get Response and I can’t actually take like I can’t actually um send an actual email from uh Claude. Claude will draft actually it’ll draft emails in Gmail. It’ll then draft an email sometimes in Claude. So Claude would Claude will sometimes draft an email in Get Response um but it won’t send an email there and it won’t send a draft email in um inside of Gmail either. But say if I wanted it to do that let’s let let me let me get it to do that step first. Right? And there’s a little add-on to this. Right? So, I’m going to share with you inside of my um my chart here. So, this is what I had to do. This is my morning play today that I did. So, I woke up this morning says that we’ve got some some sales, some unpaid carts from people. Which ones are recoverable? Um,

There’s some examples that I’ve used it in the past few days. And I just talk to it back and forth like it’s a person. And you guys might have seen what it is. I want to share with you how I made the template, right? See, it made me these domain names in in Namecheep. It went and took my domain name, made me the learn.luke magguire.ai. Um, it’s, you know, I could go on for ages with this. Where’s the something bigger that I asked it to do?
This is when I was checking out people who who were on track with payments earlier in the month. Um, I need to get the buyers list of people and what that’s something I needed it to do that I couldn’t get it to do where I couldn’t get other AI tools to do. I essentially wanted it so whenever anyone bought, right? Whenever anyone bought, what it would do is it would go from say it would the purchase would come in, it would land in go high level. I wanted it to go from go high level to be added into the back end of the actual product that I’ve built to then also at the same time be added over into my Gmail um sorry over into my autoresponder get response and I wanted it to send an auto email out. But to do that normally, you’d have to know how how to use all these different tools and use Get Response and use like forwarding IPN and all these coding stuff. I didn’t know how to do it. Didn’t matter. I asked I asked um uh my Telegram bot here to do it and it went and did it completely on complete autopilot. Now, let’s take it to that next level. Now, let’s go that let’s go to that next level while that runs. Right. I’m going to let that continue to run down the bottom there. But um let me just quickly show you actually an example of it it actually going out and telling people their cards are about to bounce. Look at this. Saying uh your card’s about to bounce. Um 10 seconds to fix this. So it’s actually saving saving money. Um as well as let know when people’s payments don’t go through. Here’s a link to fix it. It’s creating the links live to fix it if the payments don’t go through. It’s massively working behind the scenes for me daily. So 85% it stops the refund before it happens. Every recent buyer drifting towards a refund gets ranked by a risk and sent a warm nudge automatically. 85% of refunds land inside a window that you can still close. You wake up and to you wake up to saves not chargebacks.

$65,000 in recurring revenue watched um 24/7. It’s tracked every subscription of mine. It’s spotted the rebuilds that are about to fail and then 30% 7% of churn is just dead cards. Like I shared just with you just then, a card expiring is what results in 37% of cancellations and not happy customers. And this cues um the exact um automation to make sure anyone’s card that’s going to expire, we contact them to let them know. They’re so thankful from us as a actual uh brand to do that for them. So then they realize for all their other transactions that if they they got to fix it, they got to update their cards otherwise they’re going to get smashed with things that don’t rebuill and then they lose their subscriptions and they’re angry, right? So this saves around um it saved around uh 921 bucks this month or no this week each with a one-click recovery email. So, that’s how many people have have gone, “Oh, [ __ ] I better change that.” And they’ve this week alone, they’ve uh updated their cart and that $47 purchase, that’s 47 a month. That times however many times it takes to get into, you know, 900, right? Um 20 times or whatever it is. Now, it knows exactly when when my when your buyers will buy. So created this tool here that it um reads a year of sales and it found out that 70% of all revenue closes inside one one threehour window uh every day which is the weirdest thing. So but it means stop guessing when to send. If I was sending emails at the complete opposite time zone, um, I’d be doing myself a disservice because people would open them and not be in a buyer’s mindset because it’s not the prime time of when they are. And again, when you start to get people at scale, there there’s trends that appear. There’s better times to do things than others. Um, and um, this literally took every sale I’ve ever made, looked at all the times, put it all in a giant spreadsheet, um, and gave me some wild results here. So, um, yeah, I thought that was pretty sick. Then it finds money that I’m leaving behind. It rebuilds every funnel, measures measures the take rate on each upgrade, and then points at a single biggest leak and with uh the exact way to fix it. One funnel alone here, there was 29 grand that it left on the table. It found it there was uh it looks at at different funnels overall, looked at the conversion rates, and then it looks at where um there might be one specific upgrade that is just not performing. And you wouldn’t know this without it without being able to look at the numbers of people that have come through it and either converted or not converted. And this just shows you it. You don’t need to do any working out. you can go, okay, I need to change that now because this is really underperforming of what my average would be. And then you can literally become better and know you’re becoming better because um it’s now now you can actually track what you’re doing. Um it also grades there’s another one I did. It graded every discount ever made. It’s it’s um decoded a year of coupons and proves that discount depth um quietly drives the refund rate. Each code graded with an A to an F to the ver verdict. So some of these actually killed the actual coupon because they’ve really resulted in um in um in some refunds which which is quite interesting. Uh daily I’ve got it creating daily tools for me. So think they say things that it can I can use daily from um a complete ready to shoot um real real uh um maker. So I shared this one earlier. I told you guys about it. The daily reel engine. It’ll create the hook. It’ll create the comment. It’ll create the onscreen text, the post in the caption, the real scripts, the auto DM message, and it’ll even make the lead magnet for me. Right. Um,
and this is the crazy thing. Everything that you just saw, it is built by like by itself. So, while you sleep, your AI OS designs, builds, and tests a brand new working tool uh aimed at a real goal to your business. And then you can just leave it and then it leaves on your desk in the morning. Those dashboards were not made by hand. They were all made uh by what I call the night shift. It’s a nighttime pro programming of that, which is crazy, right? Um and and who here would like to be able to do that? Would like to be able to set their AI tools to go out and actually do that for them live, right?

now from the lens of a um of a marketer, right? You guys picked up the agent 72 system and um we’ve still got another one or two sessions on that. But you can see how tying this in right with wi-i with with that it’s just you know anything that you get stuck on that that you then can’t do like say you get you get ready you get to the page you got your sales page ready but when a purchase comes in you want that you want them to get an email well you might not have an autoresponder so you just want to use Gmail for the time being previously you’d have to manually be there and look for the sale that comes in and grab it and then actually go to Gmail and and then go, okay, well, um, this person bought this on manually. Send it send them an email with their login and whatnot. Now, you don’t have to. You just say, um, say to to the to the AI operating system, hey, go out and just do it. This is what I want you to do. Do it. Now, he gets I got one more like really like insane um, surprise for you guys here. Um, this is all done through something that I started building out for me called um, it’s essentially my AI like cockpit of everything, right? It runs every agent, every number, every money wave, every money move on screen. It surfaces um, my ranked money moves. It shows me the biggest things to do first. It shows me my project process, where I’m at with things. Um, it doesn’t just do reports, it acts, it builds. It’s like it’s live and I’ll share this with you live in a second here. Um, but again, it’s got a living memory and this is insane, right? This memory works connects directly with every AI tool that I use. and it’s not just info products and just different physical products, right? You can, this can be used for anything. So, one agent can go does the work for of a team. You can pick a niche. You can build you can build funnels, write the content, all guided, no overwhelm, local and offline marketing. It can get no show recoveries to meetings, uh, review requests, it can rebook nudges, it can do lead followup, and it never sleeps. uh for you or your clients, coaches and course sellers. You can win back dead students. You can save falling subscriptions and turn your knowledge into a daily content engine. Ecom and physical products. It’s abandoned cart recovery refund firewall and best time to send and um setups and yeah daily reels for every product. Again, affiliate marketers rank which offers to promote when to mail and which partners convert the best. So every send is your best send. It’s so important in affiliate marketing. You’re only as good as your last uh uh last email campaign. Um because every time you mail, you’re going to lose subscribers. You’re going to lose people that are opted in. Even no matter what I do, even if I’m giving away so much for free and there’s nothing I’m selling or anything like that, people still unsubscribe every time. Uh so you just got to make sure you got more people coming in than you do uh going out or or making sure the value is huge. so that you have a loyal audience ongoing. Um it’s also why I don’t promote many third party offers from people because um I just don’t see them getting that in that good of results or any results in a lot of cases. Um but yeah, agencies lead nurture and onboarding uh to onboarding on autopilot deliver more without hiring. You can literally not have you don’t need people now. It’s insane. Um,
so it’s not theory, not a generic template, a system that runs for you and your business. It runs on your tools and your data. Plug into your real sales, your customer info and not your demo. It does the work. So you don’t uh agents act on on a schedule, hands off, ping you only when it matters. You only get spoken to when when it’s done, right? You don’t need to like have it do anything. It then it costs cents, not a salary. Um, this is it’s built to run on your local machine. So, you can use your computer to run this. You can also have it run on the cloud and you can do that for it’s about you can get a I can show you how to do it for like five bucks a month. Um, I think that’s what it is. Five bucks a month. 5 to 10 bucks a month roughly if you want it on the cloud. But I’ I’ve run mine just on my computer here. I just leave my computer on and it does the work. The only other cost um is like you you could have zero subscriptions to any AI tool and you can actually pay um if you say if I wanted to use Claude code for something. Um, I I could use their Opus model, like their very high-end model, and I could do, I don’t know, like a like a hundred different like uh daily searches and provide and prov like providing you you all of the uh daily moves you need to make and scans of your refunds and and your customer data and where to save money and whatnot and give you that morning report every day for a month and it might cost me two bucks. like it’s not it’s nothing. Alternatively, I could use the I could use the Claude Sonnet model and it would be 2 cents. Or if I wanted to use a completely free AI model, then I could do that and it would be free, right? Um you only need to use higherend models when you’re trying to do a higherend task. So this is what we’re going to do. I’m going to share this with you guys. This is uh going to be essentially next week it’s going to be starting and this is why I’m sharing it with you guys, my top audience members first, top 100 people. We’re going to go uh do kind of like we’ve been doing with the agent 72 system. I’m going to be taking you through how to do this from creating your very first agent. uh on the very first session. Uh we’re then going to go ahead and build the revenue agents, the ones that are about money and to ensure that you are going to be fully aware of where things are in your business. So you can literally run all of this directly through your Telegram or through WhatsApp or even through SMS through iMessage if you want to as well. Um now here we go. Uh, if not, then no. Or like I could take a picture of a 100 CDs or DVDs or video games and it would tell me if any of them are actually rare. It tell me what tell me what they’re all worth together. That was the idea of this concept. I mean, I did it for a webinar. Um, so it wasn’t something I was passionate about, but um, it’s saying here, these are the next steps I need to take. And I can then actually choose to activate them by locking them in and, um, then have AI go out and start to build these out for me, which is pretty cool. We’ve then um, I see under the command section, I can ask it anything. I can say from priorities, from revenue scans to stored projects, um, Chase payments. I can say outstanding invoices. I can show me show me mean mystalled projects. Um so there’s my white label and my tax guide one which is two-hour block to ship it and highest revenue impact and right away. Right. Um then here’s a bunch of my projects here that are stalled right now. Here’s ones that are less stalled. And again, I’m going to have to go through some of these and clean them up a bit because some of them aren’t finished. They’re just ongoing, right? Um, but some are definitely just hanging out doing nothing. Um, and then quick wins, things I can do quickly to make some, uh, money back. So, um,
keep the studio kit moving, keep my agent 72 replay demo moving, um, activity feed. These are things that are happening right now um, in my, uh, company. down the bottom it says projects revenue and then customers. So let’s go to projects first. This shows me my active projects that I’ve got right now. It shows me the links that I’ve got set up, any resources connected to them. And then it’s it shows my stalled ones and then ones that when they’re shipped, they’re going to be over here. And then when I’ve got new ideas that they’re at the idea stage, I can come over here and add in a new project. Right? Let’s say with the webinar live poll from earlier, it shows me um I can show say where we’re at with it. What’s the next step? Um and if I hit the next step, it’ll then actually give me the option to run it and have my AI tool that of my choice start to build that out further. Um, but again, it’s a good place to visually see what I’ve got going on. And I’ve got way too many things happening in here that I need to clear some out, whether it’s abandoning them for now and, um, or whether it’s just refocusing on what the the core setup is. Then we’ve got over here, uh, revenue. I’m not going to share that too much, but I’ll share with you what it does. It’s overall cost, different milestones here. Um, and so it says here now that I’m I’m at a certain amount. It says I need to hire my first team member. I don’t want to do that. So I’m going to skip that for now. But it’ll say scaled the marketing budget, financial freedom to empire mode. Um, and so it gives you goals to push for depending on what what you’re trying to do. Customers, I’m not going to share this information too much, but you can see relationship building tools for for everyone. I can see my most popular my most um warmest leads, my my the cold leads down here as well. I got the who the best hot warm leads are integrations. This is a really cool a cool place but again I’m not going to share it directly but this is where I’ve got you can put in your API keys to connect directly to certain platforms and you can manage them all here because normally you have to open up deep links in the settings of these different tools. And then here’s you can now finally have one place that stores all of them and then if they ever go expire you can refresh them and update them very quickly. Then my favorite part of all of this is the agent OS. This is the core part, right? This is where it does the work for you. Now,
this is like connecting like a transformer almost. It’s connecting a bunch of different tools behind the scenes without you needing to do the work for it where it can then build and work and monitor. So, right now I’ve got 12 different builds that are shipped. I’ve got briefings here. I’ve got um agent agents agents that are building right now and briefing things right now. Um I’ve got this here, this live agent here that I’m using under um under safe mode right now. So, I could say um describe a mission. I could say I want to um create a proper promotion um flow that when I enter a product JV page I want to promote that you create a preview page with a video slot that I’ll record and put in. it can help me with my own business. So, it’s thinking it for itself for different ideas consistently that it can build like like it’s it’s offering this. It says offer offer momentum a single self-contained offline dashboard that answers one question every morning. which offer has momentum right now. So, where should today’s traffic and pro promo push go? It compares each JV Zoo offer family’s real net earnings over the last 30 days. It flags each one with heating, cooling, and steadies dormant and surfaces a single offer to point traffic to based on um the biggest dollar leak there. Right. Pretty cool. Now, here’s a visual of the brain um of my actual like overall brain include code here, I guess. Um not include code, just as a uh as a setup. And again, this is how this is everything that that your tool will run off. Um so it knows about you. Again, it’ll ask you if you’ve already got interview set up in Claude, you can use that here, too. Um and I’ll help you do it all. Here’s a here’s a breakdown of how everything connects to each other. Um,
which is uh pretty cool. And then studio. This is where we can start. So I can choose I can choose any AI model. So Claude, Chachi PT, um, Grock, Kimmy, whatever it is. And I can ask it anything on onto a specific model. I can then also um use my own voice to draft anything I want want to hear as well. This will write things in my actual um like in my voice exactly sounds exactly like me. Uh and it’s so much more like on point than like AI tools like try to make it make make your voice sound like. Uh image generation. So I can generate all my images in here too. uh and any content that I need for anything all in the one suite. And then loop builder. Again, this is again that you then have a custom uh loop, which means if I want to uh I say I want the the the I want the builder to produce a daily or like it might be a weekly promotion um schedule a weekly promotion uh sales page template that I give away to my audience as a free optin slash value generation tool. So every week I wanted to give you guys a new HTML template that you can use inside of your uh sales page builds, right? It says definition of done. So I could say um that the sales page must focus on benefits first sales page. Uh copy. Um so what will happen is once it’s completed the sales page it will then go through the list of these goals that we put here uh and it will then have to meet that criteria. So then I might say it must include a free optin um must include a exit pop with a lead magnet included.
Um, and then each one of these being a goal, it’ll mean that every week, it will then have to double check to make sure that does this template we’ve just created have an exit pop when the user goes to exit and is there a pre-made uh lead magnet already there created and installed? If no, it’ll send it back. It’ll it’ll deny it to be completed and it’ll send it back to the drawing board to go and do that. and it will continue to do so until it’s satisfied that it meets the those requirements. I might say here um it is delivered in my voice and it will then say see if the way it’s created it or the AI tool might have created it is going to do it in my voice or not. Right? Really cool way to do that. Same here with our with a cananband board. So we can go ahead and put in any task. So, I could say a task might be to um update me daily. Update me. I could say create me a new um
JV page for agent 72, right? agent 72 um program for the upcoming launch. I can have it be default. I can have it go to the builder or to the judge. But I can say, let me just say I go and add this in now.

He’s instantly that I can grab and use right away. These include the nightly builds that I was telling you about as well. So, um pretty cool how they’re it’s all nicely um set up here, right? and look at this automation mapper. Tell it tell us about your day. It finds the most repetitive tasks in your day for you to then um map the time wasters and automate them for you. Pretty cool, right? Now, that’s all in here. It’s all included for you, including your actual um subscriptions down below. And the best thing about this guys is you can add in any tools and tabs that do whatever it is that you want. I’m going to give you the build to get this to what I’ve done and and I’m going to show you how to build this out over a couple of sessions. What I’m going to actually try to do is just give it to you as is. its own output, right? Whereas I I’m not trying to be like we’re not trying to be any other tool. We’re trying to be we’re trying to work with all of them and get the best out of all of them to give you a single best outcome. So, there might be some similarities. I think maybe like with like a unified memory and stuff. Um I believe his might have a unified memory. Uh, but it’s it’s I’m pretty sure they’re completely different in the sense. his here is a Yeah. Like you can see it’s about doing like little small little basic random random tasks, pipelines, conversations, uh,

Um and I guess the difference with this is this is like mine’s like very like what we’re doing on air. And again, I haven’t gone through his whole tool completely here. Um, but again, 73 assistance seems like a lot of assistance for different things, right? Like is it like pitch a pitch assistant, a a career strategist assistant? See, things like that. Like my goal is to have as minimal tools as possible where you can literally set something up, have a have a onepage home setup here and where you can manage your different jobs and then use Telegram just to talk to your agent, right? You can be on the fly, do it all on your phone. It can update you when it’s done, right? Um,

So like literally the training is going to be literally on building this and setting this up, but also on how to like set up every single step from installing the um anything that you need, connecting it to Telegram, uh connecting it if you’re using it on your desktop as a computer tool versus using it on your uh actual web browser um as a like on the cloud. Sorry. So, if you want it just to run on your computer 24/7 or if you want it to run on the cloud and then we’re going to set up your custom goals and products and projects and anything to just to get this uh working as your one-stop shop for anything that you need. Uh and so you can have an onthe-go task manager that you can continuously create uh content on the fly and you can use telegram to be your one-stop shop that every day it will it will be the place where your orchestrator will come back to you and man and talk to you on what it is um that um that you’re trying to build. So it’ll update you every day um on those morning automations. You can set up your own custom ones of what you want. That’s what the training is going to be on getting it so you get set up things for you that you want to learn about. You might not care about AI notifications every day. You you might care about learning about what’s happening in your favorite industry or field or um or you might want your emails responded to and done and you want to be told the top three most important emails that you’ve got and that that be it. You might want to be um you know, you might want to have any an instead of getting emails on something, if an email comes from a certain person, like I’ve done this with my partner. If we get an email from from my son’s school, it then comes through as a text message and a push notification on our phone and a telegram message to make sure we don’t miss it because they like to send emails and then they end up in junk folders and frustrating things like that at times, right? Yeah. So,

Uh, the only other cost is it depends on if you want to link all of the AI models like if you want to have Claude code um, sorry, Opus 4.8 8 and chat GPT 5.5 and any of these tools like if you don’t have a subscription to them if you want them to run for you um and do jobs for you you’ll pay the API costs which are cents it costs like like if you’re generating an image it can cost like less than two cents for the image so text is a lot less than that so yeah you can it’s next to nothing um the only ones that end up costing a bit might be um the latest Claude 4.8 Opus edition that can be you might you can easily spend $5 a day easy um doing that but you know um over a month for what you get like depending on what you’re trying to use use it for right like and over 4.8 Okay. You don’t need to use that for absolutely for most things you you don’t need to use it for. Only for like final builds of customerf facing resources or code. I find that it’s um not even code actually just the planning of the code. Um so yeah, alternatively you can use completely free AI models to do everything, right? Or you can have um you can have it use um use your uh you can you can have um your telegram give you instructions to then port over into claw. That’s what I often do. I’ll have things I’ll have it so if a job’s too big for to be doing inside a telegram that it will then actually save the the actual instructions of what it what Claude code needs to build or what chat GPT needs to build for me into the shared brain file. I then then just jump over into claude code uh on my phone as well. I can do it and and say, “Hey, just check the shared brain files uh for what I need you to build me.” And it’ll build it. save the information back into it. So then you don’t even need to use the um uh token side of uh of the API key for cord. You can use the actual subscription if you got a subscription with cord. So it just depends on your own setup.
Um if you create a desktop version of a build, can you come behind it and set up a mobile version also? Do you mean like an app? like you want to have an app and a desktop version. That’s kind of why people build web- based solutions, web- based tools, so you don’t have to uh do that, right? Um
but yeah, I’m technically you can you can create Chrome extensions, whatever it is you want to do, you can do. Um

Yeah. The cool thing um Sean about that linear. So, anyone that’s been using linear, I’ve Where’s linear? um
where I’ve been teaching you guys about building out, you know, inside of linear having it create your jobs and individual like for each tool that you’re creating. Uh have a section in here um where it has your issues and then and then have Claude go through and complete each job and add add new issues as you go. Um, I actually built out a lot of the agent OS in linear here doing this exact same thing and I’ve still got more things to go over more features that I’m trying to add in now for everyone. But um, but yeah, the cool thing is now I’ve got a you can add a feature in that in you can just say in Telegram, hey, when I at night between 11 and 6:00 a.m., can you just go out and finish tasks inside the linear board for different jobs just to push all the projects ahead? So, it’s like having your own developers working all night every night, right? And you can have it set so that it does that on autopilot every night if you want it to. You can set it up as a permanent thing. Um, even the even the smallest things that that I find that it helps with. I’ve connected my Telegram or like the the my Telegram with my namecheep, which is my where I buy domains from, right? And I hate setting up domains like and connecting them to hosting or to different different services like Netlefi or wherever I’m trying to connect it to a go high level. Now I can just ask Telegram to do it. So hey, can you just make this like I put a site live on this domain for me and because it’s got access into here just by giving it an API key in this case it can do it. But if it didn’t have an API key, it can use my browser and log in with my saved data and do it that way if I if I ask it to, right? And the cool thing is it’ll only ever do what you ask it. You don’t need to be worried about it doing anything else. Um, okay. Let’s go into Claude. Is this done? I’ll say give me the copy and paste

And by the way, when if you ever get a project like this, you can see this little arrow up here in Claude, if you hit the arrow and you add on click on a section, you can then directly talk about that section in the chat if you want to change something. All we do is install Agent Suite into your Claude, this screen here, and it will install every single plug-in, skill, automation, everything in in the back end for you. So your Claude will work differently from every single prompt after that. It’ll code better. It’ll fix things. It’ll manage things better. You can say re um go over over my current build with a code fixer. It’ll do it because there’ll be one installed already in my in the agent suit. And you can then let it run. That’s the agent suit.
