  • 40 Days of Mimosa Pudica Seed

So, mimosa pudaca seed after 40 days has actually been the best antiparasitic that I’ve seen out there and I’ve eliminated a lot of stuff that I was really shocked by how effective this stuff was. So, uh I’ve if you’ve seen my other videos, I’ll put some links around here. And I took 20 capsules like almost on the first day. Uh, basically it was the second day and that left me with some heavy detox symptoms and you probably shouldn’t do that unless you want to be on the floor for about a week or something like that. But anyways, I also noticed that after taking that large amount, the capsules, whatever they’re made of, basically feeds the large parasite that I’ve been working hard to get rid of that I’ve I’ve seen it like break off and parts and pieces of it break off. And there’s some of my other videos that have that in there. The mimosa other videos have that. I’ll put some links up. But anyways, so the gel capsules, like I said, it just feeds the parasites. I can feel it like feeding on me as after I take it a little bit afterwards because it goes into my bloodstream, etc. So, [snorts] I was like, “Okay, I’m just going to take them the pudica seed, mimosa pudica seed straight and then drink a lot of water.” So after seeing the slice of lime down this stuff after it been after it congealed into a mixture of water and how she talked about it almost choked her then I made sure I had like a big 24 oz glass of water right next to me and I almost drank the entire thing to get down the powder without the capsule because this stuff does become extremely sticky. It it stuck to my throat. And the weird thing is the first time I did it, it stuck to my throat and then my sinuses cleared up. I always thought there was some kind of relationship between my sinuses and the parasites. Like it seemed like they were always somehow able [snorts] to induce mucus flow to better protect them cuz I think that’s the beginnings of the bofilm that they end up protecting themselves with. But anyways, it was crazy, too. After the first night of taking the powder without the capsules, I took four and then down 24 ounces and then took another four. I noticed how it significantly reduced overall oxygenation throughout my body because I guess it’s supposed to suffocate these parasites and stuff. So, I don’t know. It’s weird because there’s definitely a gut brain connection between you and the parasites and between all that stuff. So anyways, um I listened to it kill off some of these worms and then it’s like a whole bunch of them moved out of my small intestines into the large intestine and one of the sore spots on my side actually that was not completely healed but didn’t have any other parasites eating at it for a couple of days started getting that feeling back again because they were just working on it. You know what I mean? I mean they found the weak spot. That’s what they do. They worked on it and overall they were smaller ones and I eliminated those ones pretty quickly afterwards. But it’s crazy because there’s this one lazy large parasite that pretty much just hangs out at the bottom of my descending colon, the little turning point right past your

um anus or whatever. I was at a hydrocolon therapy place and they were like they call that the parking spot or one of her co-workers did or something like that. But [sighs and gasps] yeah, so that one’s proved much more difficult. I actually made some coconut mimosa pudica seed um suppositories, homemade ones, and that really didn’t seem to help. So, man, just getting rid of this large one has been one heck of a hassle. The zapper that I used ended up being defective and was just burning through batteries left and right, which I made a video about that the other day. So, I’m just going to order a new one. And [clears throat] it’s just been difficult because, you know, got to wait till payday to get those other things done. And in the meantime, you know, it’s an uphill battle. It’s may have won the last couple of battles, but you know, there’s still a war going on. And I’ll show you these pictures of the most recent things. The uh uncapsulated form kicked out of me. And I I’ll I’ll even talk about some of the issues. Some people talk about is it just the mimosa pudica seed? And I think I got a picture that I can show you what the mimosa seed looks like compared to what the actual worms look like. I mean, it should be obvious, but I guess it’s not. I’ll try and find them. It’s It’s not that time. Honey, hold still. So, just this is before really examining with the um scrub brush that you’re about to see coming into the scene, but you can tell that there’s worms in there. That’s the bottom line.

And yeah, that’s it’s a massive clump of worms. It’s worms on worms. It’s big ones, small ones, a lot of small ones.

And yeah, so graphic, disgusting. Tons of big ones. And like down here in that area, you can see like that’s definitely a worm.

It doesn’t look like I actually got the picture of what the seed looks like. So, the bottom line is um yes, sometimes it does come out as a clump, but it’s very noticeable after you’ve been staring at these things in the toilet for a year because I’ve seen I’ve passed so many of these. And let’s just go back to a different image. So the bottom line is you you can end up seeing that the seed kind of separates. There’s little itty bitty seeds that are very tiny and very distinct to the mimosa pudaca. And if you really want a better idea of what it actually looks like, because it does to some extent become stuck all over these nematodeses. So if you want a better idea of what it looks like, then you could just open up the capsules, put it in the water, and take a look yourself because you’re going to notice a difference. And even if you want to take another step, you can throw them into the toilet and then watch after it’s been mixed up because yes, it will stick to things. It has a distinct different look than the nematodes do, etc. And anyways, guys, the most pudaca is probably the best investment and definitely makes a huge difference. If you’re going to try take it uncapsulated, you should definitely have lots of water and probably only do one capsule first. And if you have any problems with like swallowing in the first place, don’t do it cuz it’s risky. It could seriously uh cause some swallowing problems. So, I don’t think it’s probably the safest thing for people that may have easy gy reflexes or people that have trouble swallowing. Bottom line.

  • 10 Common Smoothie Mistakes – What NOT to do!

Oh, I got rid of my spoon. Come here. Come here. Come here. Up.

    Get down. Can you see?

Hey, health nuts. Welcome back to my channel. My name is Nicole. If you’re new here, hello. Welcome to the channel. If you are new here, you may not know that I love me a good smoothie. Mostly green smoothies. That’s Cashew in the background with a squeaky toy. Cashew. Cashew. We’re filming. We’re filming. And you guys have actually titled me the green smoothie queen because I love them that much. And today’s video, I thought I would talk about some common mistakes that people are making when they make a smoothie at home. By the way, we actually have a full free downloadable guide to how to make the perfect green smoothie, which I’ll have a link down below. You guys can grab that. It’s free. You just enter our email and you’ll get it right to your inbox. Uh, so that is your resource to make the perfect smoothie. But I’m going to share 10 common mistakes that people are making or that I think people are making when blending up a smoothie. So, let’s hop right in. Number one, the first common smoothie mistake in my opinion. By the way, these are all like just in my opinion. I’m not a professional or doctor or nutritionist. These are just things that I’ve learned over the years of making lots of smoothies. So, just, you know, take what you want, leave what you don’t want. Uh, but yeah. Anyways, first tip is that I think people are adding in too much box nut or seed milk or just like plant-based milks or regular milk. I prefer to do more of like a half and half uh style with my smoothie. So, I’ll do half nutmilk or oat milk and then I’ll do the rest filtered water. You could also do just filtered water. I think it’s fine to add water into your smoothies, especially if you’re adding fruits like banana or mango or you’re adding in a protein powder. That’s going to give you that milky texture and taste that you want without adding so much boxed plant-based milk. My next tip is to not overdo it with the fruit. I feel like people are adding in way too much fruit into their smoothie. It’s making it way too sweet and sugary. And honestly, it’s not necessary. You can cut it down. You can use vegetables. It doesn’t all have to be sweet fruits. You can use things like celery, cucumber. You can of course add in some greens, ginger. Uh you can just add in more ice if you want it to be that texture and still cold, but you don’t want to add too much frozen fruit. I also use steamed and frozen cauliflower and zucchini. That is my go-to. I’m not about a super sweet smoothie. Then it’s more like a dessert than a breakfast to me. So, switch it up. try to add in more of those vegetables that you may think are more savory um but aren’t going to add they’re going to add like nutrients and texture to your smoothie without overdoing it with the sugar. So, I actually have some awesome veggie smoothies that I will link down below if you guys want to check them out. Uh there’s some unexpected vegetables that you may not think of using. Uh but zucchini and cauliflower are definitely my go-tos. The next common mistake with smoothies that I personally find is people are not adding in healthy fats and fiber. These are two things that are going to actually make your smoothie filling and satiating when you drink it. When people are like, “Oh, I have a smoothie and I’m hungry like 2 seconds later,” it’s because you’re not adding like substance to your smoothie. Like, yes, protein is important, but fiber and healthy fats is what’s going to help you keep help keep you full and also just like help move things along. And I my go-tos are like flax and chia seed for fiber. And for healthy fats, I love avocado. You can put in some flax oil in there. you even like chia seeds and flax are they have healthy fats in them too. So they’re kind of like a duo combo. Even just adding those in are going to be amazing. Uh nut and seed butters are awesome. So just think about healthy fats and fiber. Add those into your smoothie and they will keep you full longer. My next common mistake when it comes to smoothies is adding in liquid sweeteners. There is no need if you’re using nice ripe fruit, which I’ll talk about in my next tip. Uh you don’t need extra sweeteners. You don’t need honey, maple syrup. You don’t need sweetened yogurt, sweetened almond milk, even juice. I don’t think you need to add juice. Sometimes if I’m craving like a sweeter treat for a smoothie, I’ll add in a little bit of fresh squeezed orange juice, not boxed orange juice, I’ll add that in. Uh but for the most part, I’m not adding any liquid sweetener. Uh fruit is sweet enough, and I don’t feel like you need to add anymore. So, I like you may see on my channel, I may time to time add a little bit of maple syrup or something if I’m trying to make it more of a dessert smoothie, but we’re talking about healthy breakfast smoothies here, and I don’t think you need liquid sweeteners. The next common mistake is adding a protein powder that is full of sugar. You do not need it. Look for ones that are low in sugar, low on the GI index and are either sweetened with a little bit of coconut sugar or stevia or monk fruit is another awesome sweetener that I’m really liking right now. And this is just going to help it still give your smoothie sweetness but without spiking your blood sugar. So just look at the ingredients in your uh protein powders and make sure you know what’s in there because they can be chocked full with a lot of kind of different processed ingredients. So, know your ingredients, know the brand, trust the quality of the ingredients that they’re sourcing it from, and just do your research on like protein powder is expensive, so make sure you’re buying a good one. My next smoothie mistake I think people are making is not adding in real fresh leafy greens. I know that there’s all these like awesome green super powder powder powder power powders. That was a tongue twister. I know that there’s all these awesome green powders out there uh that are great for if you’re traveling or if you just ran out of greens that day, but guess what? Just fresh, raw, beautiful leafy greens are amazing to put into your smoothies. And I always have either spinach or kale or romaine or just like a spring mix or something cuz you want to like rotate your greens. I will always have something in the fridge uh to add into my smoothies. I personally like I feel like I only really make green smoothies. I have non-green smoothie recipes on my channel and on the blog. Uh, but I personally think you should add greens to like every smoothie if possible. Um, yeah. So, try to get those fresh leafy ones. Obviously, like in a pinch, you could use frozen if you have ones that are about to go bad. Um, but yeah, the the powders, there’s a place and time for them, but I don’t think that they should completely replace the real raw stuff. The next mistake is not having a variety with your smoothie ingredients. So, same thing like I was just talking about putting greens into your smoothie. Even myself, I can get into a rut of only using baby spinach because it’s just easy to buy and throw in. Uh, but you really want to rotate your ingredients, rotate your greens, and have a variety of ingredients when it comes to making your smoothie. So, some weeks I’ll do chia seeds for my fiber and healthy fats. Some other weeks I’ll do flax. Sometimes I may add a handful of dried coconut. Um, then for my greens, I’ll alternate between kale, uh, spinach, romaine. With my fruits, I’ll alternate between berries and mango and banana. You don’t always want to be doing the same thing. I definitely have my go-to ingredients that I’m even known for just repeating putting them in my morning smoothie cuz they’re just so good. But I really do try to like swap out turmeric for ginger or swap out um, zucchini for cauliflower as my base. So, just have fun with it. You can use my smoothie guide. There’s lots of different ingredients for different sections of your smoothie when it comes to fruit, uh, ve vegetables, uh, milks and fat, fats, and protein and fiber. It’s all there. So, you can kind of just like rotate each week and try different ingredients and different superfoods and just have fun with it. Spice it up. You’re going to get bored if you’re drinking the same thing every day. Okay, this next tip is so important. You guys ask me all the time how I get a super smooth smoothie. And really, it’s all in the blender. Having a good blender is so important when it comes to making a good smoothie in my opinion. Honestly, like I have my mom I won’t say what what blender it is. My mom has a blender. It’s not my favorite. And every time I make a smoothie there, I feel like I’m a smoothie snob at her house cuz it is so pulpy and I can just feel the the texture still from all the the greens. I get like kale in my teeth and I don’t want that when I’m drinking a smoothie. And it’s just too fibrous. Like it’s too there’s too much texture. And I personally love a smooth smoothie. And honestly, it’s in the blender. And I will actually link a higherend blender as well as a affordable blender cuz I know not everyone can just go out and buy like a $600 blender. I get it. I waited years before investing in one. And even still, I was like, “Okay, should I make the should I make the investment?” And honestly, it was the best thing ever. But there are definitely options for uh depending on what your budget is. So, I will link my two favorite down below for you guys to check out. So yeah, a smoothie matters. A lot of people ask me that. Yes, get yourself a good smoothie if you know if you know you’re going to be making a smoothie every day or salad dressings or soups or like I mean ice cream. You can make so many things in a good high-speed blender. So check the links down below. Get yourself a good smoothie maker blender. Yeah, that’s what they’re called. The next common mistake is not using ripened fruit. So if you want your smoothie to be delicious and sweet and easy to digest, you want to make sure you’re using ripened fruit. So, at all times, yeah, I have one right there. I will have a bundle of bananas just ripening on the counter, and I will just have them in like rotation. One’s ripening, then once they’re ripe, I will just peel and chop them up and throw them into the freezer, and then that way they’re ready to go. I like never out of frozen banana. And you just want to make sure you’re using nice ripe fruit. So, a lot of times when you’re buying frozen fruit, they are freezing them when they’re nice and ripe. So, that’s the nice thing about getting frozen fruit. You don’t have to worry about that. Uh, but with banana, you can’t really buy frozen banana in Canada at least. It’s really hard to find. So, I just do it myself and it’s like the most cost effective just to like bananas are so cheap and they’re a great base for your smoothie. So, um, yeah, I will never eat an unripened banana. I find it it’s a little it’s too starchy. It upsets my stomach and it’s just not sweet and not delicious. So, let your fruits ripen if you’re going to freeze them or just buy frozen fruit that’s already ripe. Right. Last but not least, the final mistake is people are not adding in protein. Now, I get it. Not everyone wants to add protein powder into their smoothies. And I don’t always add protein powder into my smoothies. I feel like I kind of go into phases where I like want protein powder depending on just like if I’m going to the gym a lot or if I’m just feeling extra hungry. Uh but you it does not have to be a protein powder. There are other foods like technically protein isn’t like so many foods, so many fruits and vegetables, but obviously you want something that’s higher in protein if you’re going to add it as a supplement to your smoothie. So things like hemp seeds are a great source of plant-based protein. Obviously protein powder is a great one. Um even sporolina powder, it’s one of my favorite superfoods. Now I’ll have to double check this, but I believe sporulina powder actually has the highest amount of protein in plants. So, it may look like a small thing you’re adding to your smoothies and it makes it really green and fun. Uh, but it also adds a lot of nutrients and protein in there as well. If you’re going to buy sporina powder, make sure it’s the it’s one from Hawaii. I personally find it’s the best quality, best tasting. It doesn’t have this like nasty fishy smell and taste. I throw it in my smoothie. I don’t even notice it. Some other protein sources would be like nuts and seeds. Uh, you can throw in a small handful of some raw almonds or Brazil nuts. They’re also going to add in some healthy fats. I also love to do collagen powder. That’s like another go-to if I don’t have protein powder on hand or if I just want my hair and skin and nails to look really awesome and strong. I will add in a scoop or two of some grass-fed collagen. I’ll link my favorite down below. And it honestly does work. Like I I need a haircut so bad. I’m getting one on Sunday. Uh but yeah, so make sure you’re getting a protein in your smoothie in some way, shape, or form. whether it’s in a whole food or it’s in a powder form. Make sure the quality is good and that’s what’s going to keep you full. Protein, healthy fats, fiber. You want to get all of the food groups when it comes to your smoothie so that you feel refreshed, energized, and full until lunchtime. There you have it. Those are my 10 common smoothie mistakes I feel like people are making when blending up their

  • 8 Unexpected Benefits of Iodine

Let’s talk about the eight unexpected benefits of iodine. Now, iodine is this trace mineral. Now, you don’t need a lot of it, but you definitely need the right amount. And if you don’t have the right amount, all sorts of things can happen in your body simply because every single cell in the entire body needs iodine, not just the thyroid. Now, your thyroid is the iodine hog. It’ll tend to suck up a lot of the iodine that you have and not leave much for anything else. So just because your thyroid is working and you don’t have any thyroid symptoms doesn’t mean you have ample amounts of iodine. So it’s not just about having adequate amounts of iodine. It’s about having enough for all of your cells. And unfortunately the current um RDAs for iodine are way too low. It’s recommended that we need about 150 micrograms per day. But people in Japan which have very low rates of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer are consuming 100 times that amount. But it’s mainly from seekalp because seekalp is one of the best sources of iodine. Now I want to be totally transparent with you. I do have a Dr. Berg brand seekp. And yes, I do have a very strong bias on my own brand as far as the quality and where it’s sourced from. But here’s my point. A lot of people are deficient in iodine and unfortunately it’s just not in our foods anymore unless you’re consuming foods from the ocean like shellfish or sea kelp like seaweed etc. Now there’s a really simple way to determine if you’re deficient in iodine. Simply go to your local drugstore and get a little bottle of iodine and some cotton balls. Okay? And then what you do is you take a little iodine, put it on a cotton ball, and rub it either on the inside of your upper arm or your forearm or the inside of your leg roughly in about a 2 in diameter. Now, make sure it doesn’t touch your other clothes because it can stain your other clothes. And you could put a band-aid over it if you want, but if you’re deficient, within 1 hour, it’ll be gone. The stain will be gone because your skin absorbs it. So, if after an hour it’s still like orang-ish yellow, then you’re usually not deficient. But I would say probably over a billion people on this planet have an iodine deficiency and a lot more of them have a subclinical iodine deficiency. That might not show up um if people are just focusing on the thyroid symptoms. I mean, our bodies utilize iodine for many different reasons. Um, one really uh interesting way it uses iodine is detoxifying mercury, lead. When you get enough iodine and you’re exposed to lead and mercury, you’ll see higher levels coming through the urine because your body’s able to get rid of it. Also, in your body’s ability to detoxify fluoride and broomemide, okay, which is in a lot of the flour products, which has the ability to deplete iodine. But of course, if you’ve been watching my videos, you don’t have to worry about that because you’re not consuming refined grains. So, what I want to do with this video is show you all the unexpected benefits of having sufficient iodine that really don’t have a lot to do with the thyroid. Okay. Number one, its ability to shrink cysts. Okay. Cysts that are developing in the breast tissue like in fibrocystic breast, cyst on the ovaries, cyst in your uterus, and of course, cyst even on the thyroid. These cysts that are created uh if they just don’t have enough iodine over time they develop into nodules and they can also develop into cancer. That’s why iodine has anti-cancer properties and iodine is really good at regulating um estrogen dominance. You have too much estrogen. iodine can help bring that down to a normal level. Okay. Number two, I’ve done a whole video on this. Iodine helps to reduce the size of skin tags and warts. If you haven’t seen my video on that, I put that down below. All right, next one is in its ability to help break down um connective tissue in a condition called duperton’s contraure. That’s a situation where you have scar tissue on some of your tendons and your finger and your finger is just like stuck. you’d want to put topical iodine on there each day and within about a month you should see some pretty good results and that relates to the next benefit uh scar regeneration. So let’s say for example you have a koid or some surgical scar and you put iodine into that scar each day over a period of about a month, you’re going to see some pretty cool results. You might even see hair growth that occurs right over the scar. Now, if you’re concerned about uh it staining your skin, they do have a type of iodine that is clear that doesn’t stain your skin, but iodine helps break down scar tissue. All right, the next unexpected benefit would be on your mood. If you have depression, iodine many times can improve it. Now, they don’t know exactly why. It could be because it’s improving your thyroid gland which can bring up your mood or it could be involved in certain um neurotransmitters in your brain. They don’t know but iodine can actually bring you up moodwise. All right, next one. It can help shrink uh stones in your parotted glands. Now, your parotic gland helps you make saliva. So, having enough iodine can even prevent those stones from occurring. Iodine can help reduce hot flashes as well as heavy menstrual cycles because of what it does to estrogen. It helps to balance estrogen. And last very cool effect is it can help reduce cystic acne, which by the way is many times related to too much estrogen.

  • Juicer Breakfast Tip

Y’all, they sent me the 58 800 in white. In white. They now have it in white. Oh my gosh. And check this out. It comes with the sober and smoothie strainer. So now you don’t have to have the J2 if you wanted to do smoothies. You can do it directly from the 5800, which is pretty cool. That’s so awesome. So, this is great because my black one has scratches all on here because I would like cut up fruit on this thing. Do not do that. Like, just don’t do that. This is a big deal. The 5800 now comes in white. Freaking dope. Okay, let’s put these two juicers side by side. First up is gonna be the J2. Because this is a widemouth juicer, there is not a juicer that’s going to be able to really touch this juicer because the way it saves time by just being able to toss everything in there, that makes this thing a game changer. It’s a beast. However, if you are new to juicing and you’re not 100% guaranteed or sold that you will be juicing all the time, this is a great juicer to start with. This beats the Omega. Check out some of my other videos. It beats the Omega. It beats the centrifugal juicers. Like if you’re a brand, if you’re brand new to juicing and you just want to get your feet wet with juicing, this is the machine. A slow masticating machine, this will get you right. So y’all, everything starts with the gut. If you are trying to get your body right, if you are trying to heal and bring your body back to life, every single meal you have the opportunity to either feed your gut something that is going to help your cells thrive or something that’s going to do the absolute opposite. So that’s why many people juice. Me personally, I juice to keep my weight under control. I do a juice fast. I bring myself back in. I’m feeding my body nothing but fruits and vegetables every single day and my body comes back to where it needs to be. So in the morning people normally juice 16 oz of celery juice which is a good way to start. So you can do 16 oz of pure celery juice. Right now I’m doing celery juice and apples. So you would just cut up your apples and just throw them in here. Now, they say that they have this here to help so that if you had a little toddler like myself who wanted to help you juice, you don’t have to worry about any dangers. It just has a small little mouth. And there’s also a measuring cup basically attached to it. So then you know just how much juice you’re getting. If you were trying to do 16 oz, you would stop right there. If you’re trying to go to 32 oz, you would just keep going. One thing about the pulp, it comes out real nice and clean. The pulp is dry. As you can see, it’s not bone dry like a cracker, like it’s been in the oven or dehydrator, but it’s definitely dry. As you can see, you don’t see any moisture on my fingers or anything like that. You have a beautiful color here. And just pouring it in. Look at that. Look how pretty that is. Green apples with celery. This stuff tastes amazing. This is low in sodium and high in fiber. This is good for your cholesterol. This is good for your blood sugar. This helps with constipation. There’s so many things that celery does. Make sure you drink it. If you can’t drink it straight, then just add green apples. And it just makes the perfect combo. You guys, make sure you invest in a great juicer. Make sure you invest in your health. Now, both of these juicers are an amazing work of art. Now, let me show you how easy this juicer is to clean. Heat.

    Heat.

So, there you have it. Juicing has changed so many lives for the better. Make sure you invest in a good slow masticating juicer. Use my code Janine 10 to help save you some money. Get your life back on track. Take your life back. And I will see you in my next video. Thanks for rocking with me.
