Uh, we will do uh we we always read them afterwards and and take what you guys say into account. Um, so appreciate your feedback either way. With that being said, let’s go ahead and get started. So, how to grow and make money on YouTube in 2026 without fancy gear, without techy stuff, and without spending hours on each video, provided you use this hybrid model and follow one simple rule. I think it’s shown on the screen right now. Um, but let’s go ahead and talk about why you’re here today uh today, guys. So, go ahead and do the thumbs up thing, right? If you’re excited about one of these things. So, first one is going to be views. So the thumbs up uh should be on the bottom right. So go ahead and do the thumbs up if you are excited about getting views.
All right, seeing a decent amount of people here. Decent decent amount of people excited about getting views. Um but uh what about this second one here? What about this second one? Money. Are you excited about making money? Okay, there we go. A lot more emotion there. A lot more people giving thumbs up. A lot of different emojis. I’m seeing the hearts, the confetti, the clapping. Okay, good stuff. Good stuff. All right, but how about this third one? Okay. Um, having an impact, basically creating a business that you can be proud of and helping a lot of people. Okay. Wow, that one is the best by far. Awesome. Okay, so basically this third one, having an impact. If you take care of this one, the other two take care of themselves. The views and the money will just take care of themselves. So I love to see that. And uh you guys are definitely the types of people I like to work with as well cuz that’s what I teach. I teach people how to actually solve problems out there, which is great. Okay, awesome. By the way, we are giving away free stuff at this workshop. uh you will get the niche validator at the end and then also you’ll have a chance to walk away uh with the niche validator pro pro the chat GPT or the cloud AI version whichever you like to use and this is the newest version yet a massive upgrade over anything else and also a chance for $64,497 worth of bonuses but only for those who stay until the end offer. All right, happy 4th of July. Um I guess it’s it’s the day after. It’s 5th of July, but you guys had it yesterday. So, uh, YouTube just put up, uh, put this banner up front and center. Um, how to celebrate America’s 250th birthday on YouTube. Okay, this is pretty awesome. So, the whole country celebrating at once. And YouTube is where people are going to figure out how to do it. Recipes, fireworks streams, party ideas, hosting tips, all of it right there. And every one of those is a person looking for help. What do I cook? Where do I watch the fireworks? Etc., etc. Someone answers each of those questions and that someone gets the views, the trust and the money. People come to YouTube to solve a problem and the creator who solves it wins. So, one thing I always like to say is this is a maze. You start here at the top and you finish here at the bottom. And your goal is to finish as fast as you can, whatever that goal is. And most creators start with good intentions and then they fall into the maze. They end up burnt out, overthinking, stuck in analysis paralysis with zero views and zero income and then they just give up and uh but actually most people don’t even start in the first place. So if you’re here watching this right now, you are already ahead of the majority of people. So congratulations. Now, additionally, one thing I like to say about this maze part, anything you’ve heard about YouTube outside of what I teach, chances are it’s probably you entering this maze, because most people go into the maze and they get lost and they put their hands up and they’re like, “Mazekeeper, come and get me.” And getting lost in the maze is focusing on all the stuff that does not matter. Like all the YouTube coaches that have entire channels about reviewing YouTube gear when that makes like 1% of a difference in the success of your channel. And that’s the maze. that’s the reason why you don’t get results because you’re focusing on all these things that do not matter when in reality you could just focus on the few things that actually matter and actually get you results. But let’s just say hypothetically you go into the maze, you just navigate it perfectly. Let’s say you’re an absolute pro. Okay, here is the fastest way that you could get from start to finish, right? I’ll kind of trace it here with my my mouse. So yeah, that’s the that’s the fastest way. no mistakes uh that you could get from start to finish. But actually, it’s not the fastest because there’s another way. You can just go around. It’s faster, easier, and safer. You’re basically just going around the maze. And yeah, pretty clever, right? But even this isn’t the fastest route because this is we learned from a young age that the fastest way to go from point A to point B is a straight line. And what if I showed you a way to do just that? skip the maze completely and you literally just go from start to finish straight to the results. And one thing I want to say about this part right here, um, a lot of other YouTube advice out there, I don’t think they’re purposely giving you bad advice, right? Some of some of them might be, but a lot of them give good advice, but they give good advice for like a gaming channel or a Prague channel or something like that because there are a bunch of different types of YouTube channels, but I’m going to be talking about the type of YouTube channel that is the easiest to get results with. And it’s the type of YouTube channel that you can pivot to anything else later on down the line. And that’s why when it comes to winning on YouTube, I have the straight line for you today so that you can get there the easiest, quickest, safest, and most comfortable way possible. And specifically, you’re going to gain access to the hottest opportunity to exist in the content creation uh business. Now, these are the newest stats that just came out. So before they were saying, you know, this was last year, before they were saying by 2034 the creator economy is going to be about $1 trillion, you know, and then 6 months later they updated it and they said by 2034 it was going to be $1.6 trillion. Okay, so in just a 6-month period, they updated it by over 60% 60% higher. Um, and that’s that’s pretty that’s pretty wild. And they said by 2035 it was going to be over two trillion. So basically, it’s going up way faster uh than the experts expected. It’s growing at an unprecedented rate. And look at this going up while so many other things are going down. It’s harder than ever to get a job. There’s so many industries that are being disrupted. Meanwhile, content creation is just going up and up. And that is a sign. And this is one of the biggest opportunities that I want you to get access to when it comes to content creation. And I want you to do it while bypassing all the traps, the gotchas, the limitations, and the barriers to entry that otherwise would lock you out, forcing you to stand on the sideline as you watch generational wealth pass you by, helpless to do anything about it. And you will definitely want to take advantage of what’s happening right now in the creator economy because you are in the perfect place and time to start. And mind you, YouTube pays out billions every year, but it’s not going to lifestyle bloggers and entertainment channels anymore. And today you’ll be handed the key to unlock that prison cell that’s keeping you trapped and away from the YouTube growth that you’ve been wanting for a very long time. And seriously, we’ve helped online businesses of course, but also coaches, freelancers, job seekers, stay-at-home parents, um 95ers, grandpas, grandmas, agency owners, service providers, digital product sellers, failed YouTubers, YouTubers uh getting views but struggling with monetization, uh successful YouTubers who are crushing it but want to crush it even harder. people that own software companies or SAS, location specific uh businesses, people doing paid ads that want to stop doing paid ads, people doing paid ads that want to make their paid marketing two times more effective by having a YouTube presence, right? Even physical brick-andmortar business owners, even people with disabilities do this, right? And this works for almost any niche and almost any situation because we designed this type of YouTube channel to be flexible, to be able to evolve so that you can go in so many different directions. And the good news is you don’t need to be a YouTuber or an influencer to win on YouTube. But to get there, I’m going to be exposing the dark side of YouTube and creators who are now slaves to the platform. So here’s an example. Boogie2988. Now, by the way, not trying to make fun of him at all. Actually respect him a lot for revealing his public income, which he basically did on a podcast tour that he went on last year. But basically, he’s got 4 million subscribers, and he makes uh he made about $44,000 last year. And that’s about $3,700 a month, which is less than the average income for an American with 4 million subscribers, right? And he is one of the hundreds of thousands of creators who are promised success through views, but views do not automatically equal money. Meanwhile, I work with people who get 500 views per video and they’re making $10 million a year on YouTube. But there are also people who get a lot of views and don’t make a lot of money because they’re doing things wrong. And seriously, I know there’s a lot of people in this crowd that are frustrated, burnt out, stuck because you were promised a gold mine and yet you found nothing. You’ve been uploading videos or you’re frustrated because you can’t even get started uploading videos because you’ve been told that you need to buy this camera first or that gear first or you need to be really good at editing or any of those types of things. But basically, you found nothing but regret. So, let’s talk about who this is for. This is for you if you’re a total beginner who wants to finally start and not burn out. And by the way, go ahead and drop your profession in the chat. I’m curious what all of you do for a living. So, here’s an example of uh a total beginner. My brother Zach. Okay, so Zach comes from the trades. He’s been in the trades for about 30 years. He’s an HVAC specifically. Uh so, he was a total beginner. So, yeah, let’s read a few of these uh professions here. Um
gyms and consulting. Mity is a pet groomer. Patrick educator. Phillip run a golf academy. Awesome. Phillip Jessica accountant DP aerospace. Awesome. My dad’s aerospace engineer. Uh well, aeronautical. He got he got it back when it was aeronautical engineering. K registrant uh special education teacher and freelance editor. Seth, tutor for college. Chandan, software engineer. Drew, realtor, wholesaler. Natalie, teacher. James, teacher. Corey, electrician. Darcy, counselor.
Brian, pastor. Lily, AI, human systems architect. Christian, anesthesia. Rebecca, bartender. Hayden, food festival host and planner. Zachary, insurance. Stacy, real estate. Melissa, admin assistant. Lexi, traffic. Ryan, computer programmer. Emily, geotechnical engineer. Trisha, metaphysical author. Zachary, military. Felix, engineering. Walter, educator. Carol, arudic chef. Nice. Rob, project manager, engineering. Uh, Sajid, IT support. David, comm’s tech. Anthony, interviewer. Uh, Georgie, nonprofit organizer. Awesome. Okay. Um, so yeah, my brother, um, he has been in the trades for 30 years, HVAC specifically. And I’m so confident in this system that I literally use it on my brother who’s in his 50s who isn’t techsavvy and he never made a video in his life. And first of all, for context, I use this system to start a channel every single year. And the reason I do that is because I want to make sure that I’m updated on what the algorithm is like for a new channel. But last year, I decided, you know what? I’m just going to make a channel for my brother instead. Because he basically came to me and he said, Shane, I’m 50 years old. My body’s starting to wear out, and I need to figure out how to make money without wearing out my body. Now, he’s in the trades, right? And he thought I was going to recommend a remote job or some type of certification. And I was like, “No, you should just start a YouTube channel.” And he was really surprised. He’s like, “Oh, well, I’m not tech-savvy. I’m not good on camera. I’ve never made a video in my life. I’m in my 50s. No one wants to listen to a 50-year-old.” All these excuses started popping up in his head for why he couldn’t do it. And I told him, “Just trust me, bro. Just do it. Just do what I tell you. Use our system. It’s going to work for you.” And the very first video that he posted blew up. got 800,000 views in less than one month later, 29 days later to be exact. He had a $214 day in a single day. And that’s a $78,000 a year run rate. So yeah, it works for beginners even with no tech experience. And uh update on Zach, by the way, it wasn’t just like a one-mon thing, you know. Um he had an $18,000 month last month to finish out his first year on YouTube. Plus, he’s getting a lot of money from affiliate marketing. So he’s not just making money from AdSense. And that’s one thing we’re going to talk about. AdSense is not the only monetization method on YouTube. There are a lot of other ways where you can make more money. Sometimes you can make a hundred times more than what you make from AdSense. Okay. So, yeah, Zach’s crushing it. He went from zero to a full-time income in less than a month on YouTube. And he only had to spend 4 hours or less per week for the entire time that he did it. This is also for you if you’re a faceless creator. You want to use YouTube automation, but only in a very specific way. Okay. So, here’s an example of how to do faceless content, right? Uh, so Whiz was one of our clients. When Whiz first started his YouTube channel, it was a totally faceless channel, and he actually scaled his business to seven figures a year just being faceless. Then, he did a face reveal, and now he’s making multiple seven figures a year. The point is, he said that almost all of his clients watched his YouTube channel and either directly or indirectly, he got almost all of his clients from YouTube. So they might have originated from other sources, but then they watched his YouTube channel and that’s what helped prospects make the decision to buy from him. Now he runs an agency and he did make the decision to reveal his face later on, but he built his faceless channel in a very specific way where you can do that because again he used the hybrid personal brand method which means you have a lot of options in the future and we’ll get into how to do that. So if you’re making a faceless or YouTube automation channel, you need to listen to this because it’s very important you do this the right way. If you don’t do it the right way, you’re going to have a ceiling in terms of how much money you could make, and you’re also not going to have options in the future. This is also for you if you’re a business owner, freelancer, or coach who wants inbound clients without paid ads. An example of that would be Davis. So, Davis’s sales went up by 400% and after working with me, he’s making 100K per month. And basically, Davis owned a portfolio of companies and he was spending about 20 hours a week on just one of his companies. So, just one YouTube channel. own for one company and that’s obviously not sustainable. Now I’m actually going to Davis’s wedding here pretty soon too. So excited for that. But eventually uh he outsourced everything on his channel to the point where he’s not even recording the videos anymore and he has other people recording the videos and now he spends zero hours a week. Even though he has multiple channels and for multiple different companies, he’s spending zero hours a week on his YouTube content. So, if you’re a busy business owner, okay, you’re super busy, you have a portfolio, uh you can actually have other people record the videos for you, or you can get it to where you just record one time per month for a few hours, and that’s your entire month’s worth of content, right? But of course, you have to have systems and processes in order to make that happen. You have to and we have to help you set those up, right? Um but yeah, you can have a system that just takes care of everything. And we help people with that as well. This is also for you if you want to network so that you can land high-paying jobs, find career opportunities, or become an authority in your niche by standing out with your YouTube channel. So, here’s a really good example of networking. Josh basically just started making really useful videos on his channel for people in the IT and cyber security industry, and he talked about how to get better jobs, which certifications are good to take, what skills to learn that are valuable in the job market, etc., etc. and he was able to go from making less than $1,000 a month with his channel to actually getting offers from Fortune50 companies, including companies that are part of Fang, Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. And these are some of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the world, where is literally harder to get into a fang company than it is to get into Harvard or Yale. And usually, you have to apply to these jobs for years before you maybe get accepted, right? But the companies were actually reaching out to him. He didn’t even have to apply to them. They were reaching out to him and he got an offer from multiple different fang companies and Fortune50 companies and he ended up going with one of them for his dream job where he got to travel the world. He lived in Japan. He was working a remote job making multiple six figures a year, right? That was his dream. That’s what he wanted to do. And then the YouTube channel just kept going. So, it got to 5,000 a month. So, now it’s making pretty much a full-time income uh even though he’s only working part-time. Then it got to 10,000 a month. Now it’s making almost as much as a full-time job. then 30,000 a month. Now it’s making more than his full-time job. Again, he’s only doing it part-time, but it’s making more than a full-time job. And eventually, he scaled it all the way up to $186,000 a month using my strategies. And of course, he quit his dream job because it just didn’t make sense for him at that point when he’s making more in one month than he than he makes in the entire year uh for his dream job. Uh just doesn’t make sense for him to continue doing it, right? So, I like his example because it goes over every single stage. just getting started as a beginner, using it to become an authority in his niche for networking and getting his dream job, starting a side hustle, making a little bit of money on the side, starting a full-time business, making 10 to 30K per month, and then scaling his business. But you might be thinking, “But Shane, if it’s easy, then why do most people fail?” Well, it’s because they believe in these myths. One, you need to be an influencer. Two, you have to show your face and have a fancy camera. three, it takes 40 hours to create one video. Or four, you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. So, these are some of the biggest myths that people believe in that cause them to fail. Now, the last one specifically, the reason that most people think it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube um is because they think they need a big channel that has lots of subscribers and lots of views to make money. If you choose the right niche, you do not need a big channel. Just as an example, when I started my second channel, Shane Hummus, the content growth engine, we actually made over $30,000 in the first month starting the channel. And a lot of that money was made before we even got to a,000 subscribers as well. We’re going to talk about that here in a minute. And these are the myths that people believe in that stopped them from having success on YouTube, right? But in reality, one of the biggest reasons that you failed is because before today, you lacked the leverage to invade this soontobe trillion dollar opportunity. And I’m going to help you mine this opportunity so that we can grow rich together fast. First though, who am I? My name is Shane. I’m an ex-farmarmacist. I have a 1.5 million subscriber YouTube channel. You can see it down here. Uh I’ve helped over 20 businesses get to 100K per month on YouTube from scratch. And I’ve helped 20 businesses that were already profitable. I helped them scale. Okay. Um well over that at this point. I’ve helped hundreds of people make it to full-time incomes on YouTube as well. So, I’m also industry recognized as an expert on growing and making money from YouTube for businesses. Here’s a company that I worked with, just as an example. Course careers, uh, they liked working with me so much that I actually got equity in the company because I gave that much value to the company and we were able to over 30x the amount of money that they made. With that being said, this is a startup and I usually like to work with individuals. And one of the reasons I like to work with individuals is because you guys remind me of myself. So, let me go ahead and get into my story. This is me working as a pharmacist for 15 hour shifts. Um, I came from a poor background before this. I lived in section 8 housing, lived in trailer parks, and I was even homeless at one point. And I did what society told me to do, right? So, this is the actual uh Salvation Army that I lived in for over 6 months. Um, but yeah, I did what society told me to do. I went to college. I got a doctorate even. So, I went to the highest level of college. And then I became a pharmacist. I got a good job, a good six-f figureure job. And of course, I also had to take out a lot of money in student loan debt in order to do that. I went over $300,000 in student loan debt. And the thing is, when I was poor, I had a lot of time, but I didn’t have any money. So, I couldn’t really do anything besides play video games, watch movies, whatever. But when I became middle class working as a pharmacist, I didn’t have both time and money, right? Because I was spending all of my time working and all of my money paying down my student loan debt. So, it was kind of like an out of the frying pan and into the fryer type moment. Um, and it was really a terrible situation because I started as a pharmacist right before the pandemic hit. And just to emphasize how bad this was, we got robbed uh three times in a 6-month period. So overall, I can’t describe how stressed out, how depressed, how anxious I was, how burnt out I was in this situation. Um, you know, a lot of my staff quit. Uh, so I was I was doing the work of like five people at a certain point during the pandemic. Um, and then I was in fear of my physical safety on top of all of it. And like many people out there, I started wondering, wait a minute, is the stuff that society told me to do actually a good idea? Maybe I made a mistake. This is a actual video, by the way, of us getting robbed right here. And because of that, I tried uh just about every side hustle out there to make money. Shopify, Amazon FBA, SMMA, coaching, consulting, courses, digital products, real estate, white label labeling, SEO, flipping websites, flipping physical products. Here’s one of them that I tried, the booty kit. Okay, I it’s a little bit funny, I know. Uh, it’s basically an at home workout thing so that you can work out your booty. I tried selling this on Shopify and Amazon FBA. And yeah, I I pretty much failed at all these, right? I couldn’t make any of these sustainable. And a lot of it had to do with me having ADHD and just always trying a bunch of different things and kind of just having shiny object syndrome. Um, but as you can see, my bank account was constantly very close to $0. And I think that a lot of people can relate to that, having shiny object syndrome. You try something for a week and then it doesn’t work out right away. You try something else. I think almost everybody does this at some point, but I think I had it a little worse than some people. But YouTube was different than all these other side hustles, right? See, all the side hustles that I tried, they actually work. Okay? There’s countless examples of people making them work, but they only work if you have traffic, aka views. If you don’t have views, it’s kind of like trying to sell something without having a store. It’s almost impossible to sell. And so, I realized one that I really enjoyed YouTube, but two, I realized that I could make any of these other business models work if I just focused on YouTube and getting views. And because of that, I gave YouTube another shot. And after I tried it again, you know, at the time, I was basically in a house full of seven guys. And one of the guys moved in from Lebanon. His name was Sam and he started a wedding photography business and he barely even knew English. And he started his YouTube channel where he was making about$10 to $20,000 a month from his 10,000 subscriber YouTube channel and his wedding photography business. And he was doing wedding photography in Las Vegas and on the West Coast because before this I’d spent some time in LA and met influencers, you know, who didn’t have any money, right? So they had lots and lots of uh views, subscribers, followers, whatever, but they didn’t have any money. They weren’t making any money. So, I was like, “Sam, how in the world are you making so much money from a YouTube channel even though you have a tiny channel, right?” And he showed me what a proper monetization method looked like. He showed me how I can monetize a channel without having that many views. And he initially taught me how to make money from a small channel like 10 to 20,000 subscribers. But I took it to the next level to the point where there are some channels that we work with that only have a few thousand subscribers and they’re making seven figures. Um, because there are some niches where you’re talking to an affluent audience and you can literally get a couple hundred views and make like $10,000 from a video. So, this is where I found the secret formula of YouTube success where everyone else was not talking about it. And so, basically, I started posting videos and just to put this in perspective, I have gotten a lot of views. 6 million, 1.2 million, 1.7 million, 4.3 million views. I know how to play the views game with the best of them. But this video right here, just as an example, the most useless degrees. This was one of my first ever breakout videos. Uh it got over 4 million views and in its whole lifetime it made about $31,000 from AdSense because it wasn’t really making money outside of AdSense. And I’ve had several videos just last month for instance that got you know I I get many of these actually that got less than 10,000 views and make more than like 40 or $50,000 from all income streams. So here’s just one example. Top 10 richest YouTubers in the world. New number one revealed. This video got about 8,000 views, made over $48,000. And the craziest thing is this video right here took six years to make this $31,000. This one right here made 48,000 in 6 months. And so it’s way easier for me to reproduce this video right here than it is for me to reproduce this one. Way easier. This one right here is quite difficult. It’s hard to get a 4 million view video. This one here is not that hard. I can reproduce these videos all day long. It’s quite easy for me to do that. And so that’s why I recommend uh just focusing on making the videos that actually make money because it’s a lot easier to actually get the views and it’s a lot easier to make money with them and they’re a lot easier to reproduce, right? And just to show you guys proof, here’s how much I made about two plus years ago. So this was before I ever taught anybody how to do YouTube. Okay? So about two plus years ago, this one right here, I was uh basically helping people get into careers, specifically uh sales and and marketing related careers and then IT careers as well. So technology careers and we made about $283,000 uh in a single month. Uh this was about three September ago. Okay. Then two Septeers ago, this was just after I started helping people uh get into uh uh YouTube, made about $325,000. And then this last September, made about a million in cash collected. Right? So, um I’m not saying this to try to make people jealous. I’m just showing you the receipts so that you know that I know what I’m talking about because there’s a lot of YouTube coaches out there that are just uh coaches, coaching coaches. They’ve never actually started successful YouTube channels them uh themselves and they’re basically cosplaying as successful YouTubers, right? They’re teaching you how to be successful at YouTube when they have never actually started a successful YouTube channel outside of just teaching YouTube. But me, I actually started a successful YouTube channel and business that has nothing to do with YouTube before I started teaching other people how to do it. And the craziest thing is I did all of this while being able to travel the world uh and only having to work about 4 hours a week. So here’s a picture of me in Tokyo. I’m about to actually go there tomorrow. Uh actually we might go there today. This is the famous Shabuya Crossing Square uh with the famous Tokyo taxis uh in the background there. Um here’s a picture of me in Singapore. And here’s a picture of me in the San Juan Islands uh whale watching right just off of Vancouver, British Columbia. And I only had to work about 4 hours a week during this whole time. Now I choose to work more than that sometimes because I genuinely enjoy YouTube and I enjoy helping people with YouTube. I just enjoy what I do in general. So, I choose to work more than that. But the whole point is I only have to work 4 hours a week. And there’s been many cases where I’ve gone weeks or even up to a month without working. There was even one time I went over 2 months without working at all on my channel, spending pretty much zero hours on my business. So, I have an online business where I don’t have to have any in-person employees or anything like that. I can travel the world. I can do whatever I want. And my business just keeps going up and up and up. But something kept bothering me because I got the life that I dreamed of. But once in a while, I would create a video and post on YouTube just telling people what I was doing because I was seeing YouTube advice online and I would watch it and I’d be like, hm, I don’t really think this works for most people. Maybe it would work for a gaming channel, but it wouldn’t work for most channels. And so I decided once every 6 months, uh, once every year or so, I would post a video about what I was doing on YouTube and what was working for me. And every time I’d do that, I would get comments, emails, DMs. Everybody would be reaching out to me being like, “Hey, can you coach me? Can you help me grow my YouTube channel?” Uh, just stuff like that, right? And I turned them all down because I was too busy or I just didn’t really want to do coaching or I thought, you know, hey, maybe it works for my niche or my type of content, but it doesn’t work for other people’s niches or their types of content. And so, I turned them down, but I felt bad about it and I shrugged it off for years until one day I decided, you know what? I’m going to do it. And the reason I decided that is because a good friend of mine who who I’d met who was a YouTuber reached out to me and they were struggling financially. They were really struggling and they were thinking that they were going to have to go back uh to getting a job and you know uh they were just having a really bad time and they asked me to coach them and I was like okay well hey if I’m going to coach this person it’s not that much harder for me to just coach a group of people and so that’s exactly what I did and so I reached out to a bunch of those people and I decided to do a cohort where I worked with them and it was a very diverse set of people. So there was a professional truck driver for 28 years, a fresh graduate engineering student, a current engineering student, Amazon FBA business owner, a coach, a freelancer, a failed YouTuber, a successful YouTuber who was crushing it but wanted to crush it harder. Um, uh, a content creator for 11 years who wanted to shift over to YouTube, a tech salesperson, a girl in cyber security, a coach, an agency owner, an online service provider, a fitness dude, a finance guy, a physical business owner, just on and on. The point is, they were all different. Some had YouTube experience, others had zero knowledge of how YouTube works. And then we applied the exact same format that I found to be working on my YouTube channel. So, same YouTube format, same proven way of making thumbnails, titles, and intros, same strategy for coming up with winning video ideas, and of course, a little bit of tweaking here and there because every single niche is a little bit different. There are a lot of underlying principles, but they all do need a little bit of tweaking. And the crazy thing is, every single one of them blew up. And the best part is they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And that’s the thing that made me feel so happy, right? Cuz I can only have so much impact with my channel. But I got uh to help pe other people have impact with their channels, right? And so, you know, there’s millions of niches and subniches out there, just probably tens of millions, maybe hundreds of millions, right? Uh but I can only cover just a few of them, right? And so I got to help other people cover a bunch of the other ones. And so basically I was spreading my impact to so many other people. And then they were able to impact hundreds of millions with their YouTube channels. And they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And the reason that uh for that is because I taught them how to make a very specific type of content which is niche educational content. And the channels that are winning today are educational niche channels. In fact, educational channels make 10 to 20 times more money. And there are more opportunities for every 1,000 views than any other type of content. In fact, the first month that we launched my second channel, uh we were able to make about $1,736 uh per 1,000 views. So, it got about $24,000 views in the first month right off the bat. And it made $42,000. So, that’s about $1,736 per 1,000 views. And to put that in perspective, entertainment channels in general make about $1 to $3 per 1,000 views. So, if I started uh as an entertainment channel, I would have made somewhere with that same amount of views, 24,000 views in the first month, I would I would have made about 24 to $73 in the first month, right? Uh and then if I would have started kind of like a a mass market education channel, you know, like a typical, you know, TEDx style like mass market education channel, um with 24,000 views, I probably would have made about $20, right? So, $484 per 1,000 views. So, that’s a heck of a lot better. That’s still literally 20 times better than this one right here. But still, it’s like 10 to 20 times better. But still, it’s um you know, not a full-time income, right? But with my niche authority channel, my niche education channel, I got 24,000 views. Uh which it really isn’t that much, honestly, guys. 24,000 views is not that much. That’s not even a,000 views a day. It’s it’s really reasonable to get that amount of views. um made $1,736 per 1,000 views and made $42,000, right? And people were happy to pay me that money and they got way more than that in return, right? And this is the power of niche educational content cuz I was solving a very specific problem for a very specific type of person and they were happy to pay me uh to solve that problem. Right? So there is uh so with educational content right off the bat, you’re making like 10 times more than entertainment content. So that’s a good place to start. But there’s a better type of educational content which is niche educational content where you are properly monetizing your channel. Uh now you can do more mass market education channel and properly monetize your content. And then also you don’t have to stick with the same niche, right? And you you can still make a heck of a lot more money than this. So just as an example on my main channel, Shane Hummus, of course, that is more of a mass market channel, 1.5 million subscribers. And that channel uh makes more or less around $400 per 1,000 views. but it still makes a ton of money and I basically just talk about whatever I want on that channel. So, of course, it started off as a niche educational channel. That’s what I recommend that everybody does is they start off like that. But eventually, it just became something where I just talk about whatever I want. And so, whatever subject I happen to be obsessed with at the time, right now it’s Claude uh AI. Like, I’m I’m extremely obsessed with Claude AI right now. So, I’m talking a lot about that on my channel um because we’re using it so much in our business, like every aspect of our business. Um, and uh, you know, so that’s what I’m talking about a lot right now on the channel, but I might decide to change to something else. Like I it basically is just whatever I want, you know. Um, but yeah, you can make way more money if you just stick with niche education content. And that’s what I recommend that people start off with is just talking about a very niche subject and doing that first and then later on you can make the decision about whether you’re going to pivot to something else or just talk about multiple different subjects or whatever you want, right? And I’m going to get into that here in a moment, how to do that because, you know, you don’t always have to stay with the niche subject if you set your channel up with the hybrid personal brand method, uh, which we’ll we’ll talk about here in a moment. Okay. So, let me give you some examples of niche education content. So, this is the organic chemistry tutor. Um, he makes about $36 to $100,000 a month just from AdSense alone. Okay, just from AdSense alone, uh, according to Vets. Okay. And that’s just from AdSense, like I said. So, those are the ads that pop up on his channel. Now, if he’s properly monetizing, he’s easily making far more than that. So, if you just do that, $10 to $20 per 1,000 views, he’s and that’s very conservative. Uh he’s making about 136 to $250,000 a month from this channel. Extremely conservatively. He’s probably making more than that, but we’re we’re just we’re just being conservative there. So now the interesting thing is he didn’t upload in 62 days and he was still making that much money from the channel and that is because he’s been uploading these videos for a long time. So if you look right here it says 62 days. So uh each video that he uploads you know he’s been uploading these for a long time and each video that he uploads is like a little soldier that just goes out gets him views gets him subscribers and makes him money forever. And who knows how long this is going to last. There’s actually a lot of talk that because of the fact that the AI models are training their models based on YouTube data that YouTubers are actually going to end up getting royalties. Like somebody who makes a song or somebody who writes a book, they’re going to end up getting royalties every single time somebody uses uh the AI models or every single time somebody uses uh you know what like consumes content on the internet, which is pretty wild. And there’s a very good chance that’s actually going to happen. So, it might be that your kids and your grandkids might end up making money. And and you know, people think I’m kidding about this. Well, we’ve made sales from videos that we posted 5 years ago. Um, there’s one sale we made that was over six figures from a video we posted over 5 years ago. And, uh, this is there there’s a very good chance that these videos are going to start getting royalties for a very long time. Here’s another one. Scotty Kilmer, right? He’s in his 70s and he makes content helping people save money on their cars. Now, one of the great things about him is he is quite entertaining. But, uh, when I say make educational content, I’m not saying by any mean any means that you cannot be entertaining. Just to be very clear. And I get that question all the time. It’s like, Shane, I you know, you tell people to make educ education content, but I’m I I have a sense of humor. I want to make my education content entertaining. You can definitely do that. That’s totally fine as long as you’re solving people’s problems. That’s the whole point here is you want to solve people’s problems. Um, now Scotty is is hilarious if you ever watched him. So, he’s, you know, he makes enter education content solving people’s problems when it comes to their cars, but he makes it entertaining, which is great. And he basically made $24 million from YouTube. And he even said in an interview that he made more money in one month on YouTube than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic, okay, which is pretty nuts. So, um, basically what he does is he just helps people pick the right cars. He helps them maintain their cars. He helps them fix their cars. And he helps them with different car related products. So that is his whole channel. And basically this stuff is dead simple for him. And that’s one thing that I want to point out with the organic chemistry tutor as well. This stuff is dead simple for him. He’s just talking about stuff that he was already tutoring people on and he just did the same thing, but he recorded it with a camera and posted it online. Now this is the this is one of the craziest stories right here. Physics swallow. He came from a small village in India and his first videos were in his parents’ basement. And you can see how bad they are, right? like blurred face etc. you know, uh, dark, you can’t see it, just really bad, bad lighting, but didn’t matter. He started making videos about these standardized tests in India, and the standardized tests are incredibly important for your future. So, it’s kind of like the ACT and the SAT in the US, but it’s kind of like on steroids. Um, it’s even more important in India. So, he just made videos about these certifications and standardized tests. And at first, he was talking about physics and then he expanded to other stuff. So let’s just put this in perspective how specific he started physics India standardized tests only very specific how he was tutoring people then he started making these videos and he kept going and he launched a company that’s now worth $5.2 billion called physics wallet it’s an educational app and it’s now worth $5.2 billion and it all started in his parents’ basement just making physics videos and he is probably richer than Mr. beast and that is the power of educational content because you’re solving people’s problems. So now I’m going to hand you the formula for how to do all this and there is a secret formula and these are the most important things. So if I don’t talk about it it’s because it’s not important. So the first thing you need is what’s known as a niche hypothesis statement. Now generally speaking there are three niches out there that are the most profitable niches and that is health, wealth, and relationships. With that being said, there are a lot of great niches outside of that and you can make money in all of those niches as well. But generally speaking, if you are confused about what niche to go into, right? If you if you don’t have a niche yet and you’re confused about what niche to go into, you should be uh looking into health, wealth, or relationships. And the reason for that is because almost everybody in the entire world has a problem in one or more of those three areas. And then you need to go ahead and make what’s known as a niche hypothesis statement. So, what you want to do is you want to pick a niche. And by the way, we’re uh uh while we’re doing this, go ahead and comment what you think your niche is. So, go ahead and comment in the comment section what you think your niche is. And I’ll probably read a few of them while we’re going through this. And I’m actually going to do this to illustrate something as well. So, comment what you think your niche is in the comment section. Okay. Uh
wealth, health, no idea. Money and business, relationship, men’s health, I have no clue. That’s the problem. Uh, William, automotive diagnostic, uh, diagnostician, levelup, sober, astrology, health, guns, real estate, sales, creating wealth, living in Japan. Awesome. Okay.
Relationship, health, Kathleen, health. Uh, Chris, ‘9s 2000s film, TV, pop culture. Um, Justin, upholstery cleaning, fine fabrics. Uh, Sean, I help introverts become more social. Jill prepping, Charles baking, Robert health and wellness fitness. Uh John honestly have no clue. Ian software development. Uh Arav making videos about SAT math. Ryan health uh health wealth. Dave postcrisis trauma recovery. K fitness. Corey education and electrical and sobriety. Lynn possible guinea pigs. Joshua chess coaching. Awesome. We have a chess coach in the program. Nathan, Belinda, health, intermittent fasting, Andy, union stewardship, Sharon, relationships. Okay, awesome. So, I know that a lot of you are going to end up saying one or two word answers when you comment your niche. And I don’t blame you for that. Okay, that is kind of what happened, right? But that’s incorrect. And let me show you why. So, the niche hypothesis statement goes like this. You select a market or what most people refer to as a niche, but I like to call it a market. Um, and then you pick one specific problem that that market has. Okay? You’re not going to pick all their problems because they might have 20 problems, 200 problems, 2,000 problems. You’re not going to solve all 2,000 problems for people in that market. That is a huge mistake that a lot of people make. Okay? You’re going to solve one big problem, preferably a painful problem, and you’re going to solve that problem extremely well. Okay? And then you find a specific solution for that problem. And that is your niche. So it’s going to look like this. I help X do Y. So this is X Y. Or I help X overcome Y. Okay? Or I help X overcome Y by doing Z. Now the Z part, first of all, that’s optional in many cases. It’s something that you should probably know for yourself, but it’s not necessarily something that you should like give to the public. Um, but it it’s optional and it’s really not necessary in a lot of cases. And to be honest with you, just for the sake of time, we’re not even going to worry about that right now. The important thing is that you establish that there’s a market of people and they have a problem that isn’t being solved very well. So the X and the Y are the the most important things. The who and the what, the what problem that they’re they’re solving. Okay? Um, and you’re going to help them solve that problem. And that is the foundation of how markets work. Markets are all about solving problems efficiently. And if you want to give value and receive money by giving that value, then you really just want to focus on solving as many problems for people as possible, which is what YouTube allows you to do. Okay. So, let me give you a few examples of how this works because um I think it’s really important to kind of give examples and show you how many different niches there are within one niche. So, we’re going to use the accounting market specifically because for some reason, I’ve worked with so many accountants. So, I’m going to use the accounting market, right? So, I’m going to show you a bunch of different levels. And all these people, by the way, are either people that are my clients. I’ve worked with them or they’re business owners that I’ve met that are crushing it on YouTube. So, at the very first level is just teaching students basic accounting concepts. So, that is more of a mass market channel, but it’s teaching people basic accounting concepts. So, it’s kind of like the organic chemistry tutor, but for accounting. Now, this person is making really good money, probably pretty close to seven figures a year, and they’ve been doing it for a long time, and they’re making really good money. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like, “What is a P&L?” Just as an example, right now, let’s go to the second level, one level up. And by the way, I’m going to go over five here, but I could probably do 50, 500, maybe even 5,000 within just the accounting niche alone. Okay? So, but we’re just going to do five for the sake of time. So second level which is accounting specifically for existing accounting students or someone who just graduated with an accounting degree. So they got an accounting degree and they are trying to pass standardized tests or pass certifications. So that would be like physics walla but for accounting right because he was helping people pass standardized tests and certifications. So physics walla but for accounting and in the US of course typically. So, that’s the second one. And I know for a fact that this niche is making multiple seven figures a year, and people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a CPA. Okay. Third level, helping people land their first ever entry-level accounting job. So, that’s another business owner that I know who’s making multiple seven figures a year. So, who’s in the market here? People who just graduated with an accounting degree and they’re trying to get their first ever entry-level job. That’s the market. So that is different than all of these other ones, right? It’s totally different content than all these other ones. People who are trying to refresh their knowledge on accounting do not want to get an accounting job, right? Totally different content. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to land a bookkeeping job. Okay. Then the fourth level, these are uh the people who are already accountants and they’re making 50 to 100,000 a year and they want to become what’s known as a financial controller, which is a very specific type of accounting and it’s a very specific accounting position uh that can make a lot of money, right? So this is one of my clients as well. So he helps people who are already accountants making 50 to 100,000 per year become financial controllers who can make 200,000 or even $300,000 a year. So this is a totally different type of content when you’re targeting that audience, right? And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a financial controller. And finally, the fifth level, which is basically helping businesses hire accountants. So hiring and placing accountants in businesses. So in that particular case, it’s either accounting businesses or big businesses that need accountants and they are actually trying to hire or place really good accountants in their businesses. So even though you’re talking about accounting topics, it’s still a completely different audience and the type of content you’re going to make is going to be completely different for all those different ones. So I hope you understand why it’s so important to have a niche hypothesis statement even though it’s all the same niche, right? It’s all accounting. It’s all the accounting niche. Cuz if I would have asked you if you’re in one of those niches, hey, what’s your niche? You probably would have said, oh, I’m in the accounting niche. Just like all these people for instance that commented their niche, they probably said something relatively short like plants education or marriage relationship or teaching etc. And that’s why you need to have a niche hypothesis statement. Uh if you don’t know your niche hypothesis statement, you’ve lost them from the beginning. It’s so important to have a proper niche hypothesis statement. I can’t emphasize that enough. Now, did you find that valuable? Give a thumbs up if you thought that was valuable and if you want the niche validator GPT as well as the cloud version that we’re going to be giving out here in a short while. Um, and uh, that’s going to help you lock in your niche hypothesis statement further. Okay, we’re going to get back out here in a little bit. Okay, awesome. Awesome. Good stuff. Um, by the way, people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to hire the best accountants. Okay, so now I’m going to be handing you the blue pill to make you invincible as a creator because I just showed you how to be very dangerous. Like picking your niche is super important. That’s one of the things that people so many people mess up on because it you need to pick your niche to make sure that people know what the value proposition of your channel is. Okay. So, now that you’re dangerous, but because you uh have the ability to pick your own niche, now I want to talk about the other side. We we just talked about how to play offense. Now, I want to talk about how to play defense. I want to talk about how you can make your channel almost invincible and how you can make your business in general almost invincible. Okay? Um because once you have your niche down, you’re already way better than most people. But you need more than that. You need what’s known as a hybrid personal brand because you probably know what personal branding is. But when you mix personal branding with the correct niche and our YouTube automation AI system, you have what’s known as a hybrid personal brand. Now, one thing you need to understand is I just told you that you have to have a niche hypothesis statement, but I’m going to say something that’s probably going to confuse you a little bit, and that is you are the niche. So many people get this wrong. They think their niche is what makes them successful as an educational channel content creator. But when you have a hybrid personal brand, you are the niche. So yes, you are going to start extremely niche with iHel XDY. But once you get traction, when you build your channel in the correct way, uh where you’re building a hybrid personal brand, you can then easily pivot to something else. Let me show you an example. Alex Herozi, when he first started posting on YouTube four years ago, his niche hypothesis statement was, “I help gyms do marketing and sales.” And now he can talk about anything. Now obviously he’s really well known for his business stuff with all the different types of businesses. But now he can talk about his unconventional diet. This is why you’re not happy. He talks about his book launches. He talks about how to stop wasting time. And yeah, I mean now he can talk about anything that he wants. But he started niche. And if he tried to do that from the beginning, he probably wouldn’t have had nearly as much success as he has right now. So he started off being the king of a puddle. Then he became the king of a small pond. Then he became the king of a lake. then the king of a river, then the king of a sea, and the king of the ocean. But the point is, you got to start small. You have to start niche. But don’t make your channel in such a way where you can’t expand it later on, right? And that’s how we teach people to do it with the hybrid personal brand method. Because when you create a hybrid personal brand, there are so many different ways that you can monetize your channel. And there’s so many different directions that you can go both in terms of the content, the topics, as well as how you make money with your channel. AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, networking, memberships, SAS, high ticket offers. Alex Ramoszi opened up basically like an investment fund, right? He had a portfolio of companies that he invests in and he gets his deal flow from YouTube. So, he’s making money from eight and nine figure business owners and making millions from each one all the way down to doing a SAS that cost a few dollars a month, right? You could do memberships, you could do courses, digital products, and so many other things, even physical products. The point is all of these different business models work when you have a hybrid personal brand traffic and you have distribution people that actually know, like, and trust you on your channel because you built it with the hybrid personal brand method and you help them solve a bunch of their problems so they see you as an authority. And not only that, you can even sell the brand or step down as the face of the brand in some cases. So, let me give you an example of that. Doug Deir launched his website called carsandbids.com. This is what it looks like right here. Cardsands.com. Uh, and he sold it for $80 million. And he launched this from his YouTube channel, which is Doug Demiro. Uh, that’s that’s the name of the YouTube channel, where he basically reviews cars. Okay? And, uh, the reason they were able to do that is because of the fact that they built their channel with the hybrid personal brand method. And this is a secret way of building your channel that makes it so much easier to do whatever you want in the future. Because none of us can predict the future. But what we can do is build a channel that can evolve as things change over time. As we evolve, as the market evolves, as things happen in the world, you can build a channel that has the ultimate advantage, which is that it adapts to changing circumstances, right? Maybe there’s a certain type of monetization that works really well right now, but it doesn’t work as well a few years from now. Well, great. If you build your channel the right way, you can adapt, right? So, what you really want to do is you want to have your channel is the golden goose. And then you can lay eggs, which are the different monetization streams. And if you want to, you can sell the eggs like Doug Demiro did. He sold cars andbids.com. Um, but you never want to sell the golden goose because the golden goose is the thing that can adapt to anything else, right? You sell the eggs, but you never sell the golden goose, right? And this gives you the ultimate advantage, which is it can adapt as things change over time. And also, you will change over time. you are a growing, changing, evolving human being and you want your business to be able to grow and evolve with you as well. And that’s one of the biggest reasons I found that people actually fail is not because they aren’t capable enough. It’s just that they kind of lose interest in whatever they’re doing and they just get a bit bored with it and they just start doing other stuff. And that’s not a problem with this because you can easily just adapt and pivot to something else if that happens. And if you think this only applies to big education channels, well, that’s just wrong. Here’s some examples of our clients. So, this worked for Waqin. So, Waqen is uh was 18 years old when we first started working with him. He was a freshman in college and he was making all kinds of random content on study skills, productivity content, all kinds of stuff like that. And he was making content on engineering as well because he was basically a business and engineering double major and he wasn’t really making any money, right? But we basically sat down, we hashed out his niche and it became very clear that he should help foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the US. Why? Because he was a foreign exchange student that got into an elite university in the US. So, we really dialed in his offer and the very first month that he launched or very close to the very first month, he made around $80,000. So, he actually got so many client requests that he was oversubscribed and he had to stop making YouTube videos and weightless customers trying to buy his program because he just had too many people who wanted to work with him immediately who literally wanted to give him money. And he was like, “No, you can’t give me money.” Right? And that’s a pretty good place to be as an 18-year-old business owner, right? And we joked around that he was making more money than the president of his university, which he was, which is pretty crazy as a freshman. Here’s another example. Richard, we helped him go from making almost no money whatsoever on YouTube and also being one of the busiest clients I’ve ever worked with, right? He was a product manager at a Fortune50 company. He’s basically working like 60, 80 hours a week, had a brand new baby, lots of investments, like real estate investment properties, etc., etc., all kinds of different stuff like that going on. just a super super busy guy and he was basically able to grow his channel to $12,000 in a single month despite the fact that he probably could only work about 2 hours a month. So yeah, I’m very proud of this case study because it was quite difficult to get him results because he could only work a couple hours a month. Here’s another example. Guy, this one’s a really cool story. So he’s actually disabled and his goal before he worked with us was just to make a couple thousand extra dollars a month and also help people uh who are suffering from tinitus, right? So, he wanted to make a couple like 1 to2,000 extra dollars a month because he’s close to retirement and uh that would supplement his income in retirement and it would make a huge difference in his quality of life. So, like I said, he’s disabled. He has what’s known as tenitus, which is constant ringing in the ears and he has a very extreme version of this. Um, and uh this is something that a lot of veterans have. My dad has it as well. He’s a veteran. And it’s also very debilitating. And so, he made this channel where his goal was to just make a couple extra thousand a month in retirement. And that was his version of rich, right? So he made $1,500 a month with less than 500 subscribers, $446 to be exact. And this was a brand deal for $1,500 a month. Now, he’s getting close to about 10,000 subscribers. So, he’s crushing it now. But before he even got to 500 subscribers, never mind a,000, he was making money just from sponsorships alone. So, if you don’t think you can get sponsorships with a small channel, you can. And this was his actual brand deal, which is an ongoing sponsorship for $1,500 a month. Now, like I said, he’s making a lot more than this now, but the point is he met his goal before he even got to 500 subscribers, never mind a,000. He met his goal of $1,500 a month. So, one simple rule, guys, to make this happen, start simple and scale fast. You do not need to show your face all the time if you don’t want to. A fancy camera, fancy editing, a million-doll studio, high production quality, top tier video editing skills, and you definitely do not need to make highly entertaining content. Here’s what you do need, and these are the most important things by far. Viral video ideas. Okay, this is the this is the most important thing after dialing in your niche. Then you need t and by the way, when I say viral video ideas, I don’t mean getting lots of views. I mean getting lots of the right views, just to be clear, right? Um, then you need titles and thumbnails to get clicks. Then you need an effective intro for video retention. And then you need to just deliver value to your audience. That’s a lot easier to do than you think. Now, let’s talk about the most important out of all those things, and that is the viral video ideas. So, I got this from Carl Icon. He’s in the finance industry, and basically, he would find businesses that were making a ton of money despite being ran terribly. And I took that idea from the finance industry because I think some of the smartest people in the world work in finance. And I applied it to YouTube. So, I was the first person to ever do this. And so, what I did is I found YouTube videos that had a lot of views despite not having that many subscribers. That’s important. It’s important that they don’t have that many subscribers because if they have a big channel and they have a big audience, they’re going to watch just about anything that they put out, right? So, you find videos that have a lot of views despite coming from a small channel and despite the video itself being either mediocre or preferably bad. Okay, so just as an example, this guy right here, you can see his face is blurry. The door is in better focus in the background than his face is. His audio in this video is really bad. It sounded like it was recorded with a potato. Quite bad. and he was drunkenly ranting about college degrees while drinking beers for 25 minutes. Now, this is coffee, not a beer, but he was drunkenly ranting about college degrees while drinking beers for about 25 minutes, right? So, objectively kind of a bad video, right? And yet, he still got 760,000 views despite the fact that it came from a tiny channel of 10,000 subscribers. Okay? And this was the thumbnail, by the way, right here. Um, and then what you do is you steal the idea of the video and you make a better version of the video. So, the most worthless college majors. You could change the keyword a little bit or just keep the same keyword and bang, the most useless degrees. Boom. Right? That’s what I did. The point is, you just keep the title very similar. You change it slightly, make a better video, and boom, that’s what happens. So, I made a better video with almost the same title, right? The most useless degrees versus the most worthless college majors. Very similar. and I made a better thumbnail, a better video, and it blew up and got a million views. So, this is what I’ve been doing for the last 6 years now, guys. This is my secret. The icon method is the most powerful way to do it. Now, there’s a bit more to it, but that is the gist. So, once you get these down and you join our program, finding video ideas will never be an issue for you ever again. And once you get this down, uh giving the value, quite literally, uh your videos will do all the work for you. Now, let’s talk about what it takes for you to be a part of this YouTube gold mine with no daily uploads if you don’t want to, no complicated editing, uh, without having to show your face all the time, no expensive gear or software, no burnout or guesswork, no algorithm chasing, no spending months without monetization. Instead, you’ll get an ondemand content plan tailored to you, a hybrid model that works with or without your face, proven video templates, plus AI assisted scripts, automated systems for publishing and repurposing, one day per month content workflow, scalable monetization from day one, and top tier coaching behind sevenigure YouTube brands. Introducing the content growth engine. This is the easiest and fastest way to grow a cash printing YouTube channel, even if you’re not an influencer. So, click the link in the chat to get access to this early because there’s a few bonuses that we’re only giving uh to people that get this early access to and you’ll have a higher chance of getting the bonuses if you actually book a call uh now. Or you can type in go.sh.com/coaching, scan the QR code with your phone. So, here’s what you get access to inside of CGE. And by the way, guys, we are going to go over all these bonuses here. You’ll get all these when you join the program, but some of them you don’t even need to join the program to get. And by the way, who is booking a call right now? Go ahead and comment in the chat if you’re booking a call because we have a special bonus for you. First, we’re going to help you pick a profitable niche. So, we have a bunch of YouTube coaches with 100K subscriber plaques, the absolute best of the best that will help you find and pick the best niche. And that niche will be in between being the most profitable one where it’s sustainable, it’s profitable, and also something that you’re passionate about. Next is the mindset section. So, you might be having a hard time starting even though you just have to make videos consistently to be successful on YouTube. And I get it. It sounds easy, but it’s hard to put your mind into making videos or having success on YouTube. And you probably would have started YouTube or you would have had success on YouTube already if it was that easy, right? Even business owners face mindset issues. And this module helps with that. This helps remove all the overthinking, all the imposttor syndrome and it helps you take action fast. And this is actually when I ask people, these first two are usually their favorite modules. the niche selection. People are just obsessed with this. And then also the mindset section. And even though a lot of people uh don’t really think that they need the core foundations, another thing that I’ll say about this is it’s going to help you understand that if you follow our system, success is inevitable. Right? So if you follow the system, you’ll understand when you go through this on a deep, logical, emotional, almost on a spiritual level that if you follow the system, success is inevitable. For some people, like my brother, it was his very first video that he posted. For some people it takes 5, 10, 50, 20 uh 20 plus videos, right? But if you follow the system, success is inevitable and you will understand that on a logical level uh when you go through this module. Number three, the content genesis system. This shows you how to find viral video ideas in your niche that will have a higher chance of getting views and going viral. And in my opinion, this is my favorite module because I think this is the most valuable one out of all of them. This is where the secret is right here, finding the right video ideas. The next is the holy trifecta where we go over how you can make your thumbnail, title, and intro to package the viral video idea to have the highest chances of success for your video to get views. So, all three need to be good and you want to make sure that they’re congruent as well. Next is the script writing alchemy system where we help you write scripts with the help of AI to get your writing time down to less than 1 hour per video or in many cases way less than that. So, just as an example, my brother who got his video to 800,000 views only spent about 15 minutes on the script. In fact, it was less than 15 minutes and we show you uh that exact same system exactly how to do that. Next is the viral video creation system where we actually turn things into a system. And this is what makes it possible to only work one or two hours a week on your YouTube channel and in some cases if you’re a very busy business owner, zero hours a week or a couple hours a month. And this is done with systems and our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use. So, the niche validator that we’re going to be dropping here in a minute is just a fraction of a sample, just a taste of the power of the AI systems that we give to our clients. And we have systems for every problem that you can imagine on YouTube. And lastly is the cash code system. So, this is where we actually make money out of the views that you’re getting, even if you’re not getting a lot of views. And it’s very, very important that you’re actually monetizing correctly. Um, I mean, cuz if if you’re getting a lot of views, but you’re not monetizing correctly, what’s the point, right? And you’re just you’re just basically wasting potential there. And that is just a taste of what’s inside of the community. So you don’t just get one or two tools, you get the entire arsenal. Custom GPTs, Claude skills, all built for one thing, growing and monetizing your channel. And our clients are getting the updates in real time and they are loving it. And the tools that we don’t build ourselves, we tell you exactly which ones are worth your time. Gemini, Descript, Pixels, and much more. So whether you run Chad GPT or Cloud, there’s a tool sitting there ready for you. No guessing, no piecing it together yourself. This is just a taste of what’s waiting inside. Plus, you get one-on-one coaching calls and a dedicated client success manager, one-on-one dedicated chat support with all of our coaches, multiple weekly group coaching sessions, access to an exclusive group of hybrid personal brand YouTubers, access to the most powerful content creation AI systems on Earth. And this is just a peak inside of our private community. Real wins coming in every single day. Uh, one member just hit 10,000 subscribers and 1 million views, grew 5x in a few months. Another one finally uh landed their first 10 leads straight from YouTube. Another one just closed a $75,000 year contract inbound straight from the platform. Someone else made their first $10,000 from YouTube. Someone else 4xed their subscriber count in a single month. Another one crossed 5,000 subscribers. Another one got 39,600 views on a channel uh with just uh uh just a very small channel right off the bat. And this isn’t a course that you buy and forget about. This is a community of people winning together every single day. And these are just a few, right? This is what our group looks like on any given day. And this is the exact system that’s responsible for 0 to 10K in just 18 days. Here’s an example, bro. I just hit my first 10K within 18 days of launch. I don’t even have 1K subs yet. This is nuts. Thank you, man. This is uh this is also the system that’s responsible for these results as well. So, you’ll notice this one right here. Um there’s usually a shaded graph right here. Right? So,
uh this is what it typically looks like. You have this shaded graph, right? So, right here, there’s no shaded graph. And this is what was funny is like I looked in there uh my client account and I noticed, hey, there’s no shaded graph. What’s going on here? Right? And what I realized after looking at it for a little bit is there actually is a shaded graph. It just is so close to the bottom that you can’t even see it, right? And the reason for that is cuz this client had been posting for over 5 years on YouTube and never had a single video pop off and get more than 100,000 views. In fact, I think their best video was maybe like 20,000 views. And most of them were getting like, you know, 500 views, a thousand views or even less, right? And their very first video with us popped off and got over 180,000 views, right? This client right here, uh, almost immediately after starting, you can see 1,456% almost immediately after starting um, uh, with us, they immediately got to, you know, 8,000 subscribers and making over $900 a month just from AdSense alone. And of course, they’re making a lot more money from from other things outside of AdSense. This client right here is wants to remain anonymous, but they are a category king. So, they are literally number one in their niche and this is a very competitive niche. In fact, it’s an exceptionally competitive niche. Um, but you know, a lot of our clients, they want to remain anonymous. I respect that. Uh, but we have a ton of category kings and category queens. We have people who are literally number one uh in many, many different niches out there. Um, and these are very competitive niches. Of course, we have people that are number one in like micro niches, but we have a lot of people that are number one in very competitive niches. Um, this person right here booked their first five calls, five sales calls ever from YouTube, and they closed 80% of the calls, which if you’ve never uh if you ever done sales before, you know that when you first start, you’re probably closing like maybe 10 or 20% if you’re lucky. And uh they closed 80%, which is pretty awesome right off the bat. And that’s because YouTube was sending them leads where they were basically just like a cashier. they they didn’t really need that much skill in order to to make the sale because they were so hot coming from YouTube. Here’s another one. Bill uh he transformed his YouTube channel’s impact among 177k subs and now he’s making over 30k plus per month at the time of this testimonial. And basically he said that Shane helped me with his keyword research, titles, and thumbnails, as well as turning my YouTube channel into a business. So he turned his YouTube channel from a liability, sucking up all of his time to a business that works for him while having a full-time job. Shawn was stuck making about 30,000 a month and he scaled all the way up to over 500,000 a month. So he said Shane knows what he’s doing. He’s not another fake guru. His program goes beyond just tactics, teaching you how to build a personal brand and master the back-end systems that actually drive revenue. Next is Cheryl and she helps people through spiritual awakenings. And before joining us, she was stuck under 50 subscribers for years with a great message but no strategy. We gave her the system, the content strategy, the title and thumbnail frameworks, and the hands-on coaching. And she immediately grew to 9,000 plus subscribers and got monetized in months. One video hit over 128,000 views, and now she’s landing brand deals and making money. So, this is what happens when you stop guessing and start following our system. Uh, just like Jyn here, she’s a healthcare professional who recently joined our program. And before joining us, she was a complete beginner. No idea what to make, no experience whatsoever. But in her own words, she said, “I hadn’t dipped my toe into YouTube.” And now she has 22,000 subscribers. Her channel got 2.4 million views already. And two of her videos already went over 500,000 views. So these are numbers that most creators chase for years. And she built it all on what uh she already knew, which is healthcare navigation. Um, and this is what she already talks about on a day-to-day basis to her clients is how to navigate the US healthcare system. So again, another example of stuff that’s very simple to her, but it’s very valuable to other people. And so if you’re a health care professional, this could be for you. But also, if you’re just a professional in general that just gives advice to people on random stuff all day long, you can easily just give advice online and and make good money from that. So this is a perfect example of that. So this is what happens when you follow the system and she’s making a full-time income from this as well. So I know all kinds of different people who work in the YouTube industry and basically I know all the different coaches, the consultants, the agencies, etc. And I’ll kind of tell you how this industry works, right? Usually the highest paid people, the best of the best work with big corporations, right? And so they’re going to be doing like seven figure contracts a year working with these big companies. And in many cases working with these big companies, it’s at least a six-figure contract. Right? Now, the second highest tier of what you can offer is probably what’s called a build and release offer. Now, I have some friends that do this as well, and basically like one of the very few people that are actually really good on YouTube besides myself that really knows uh what they’re doing, right? and they charge $300,000 to do a build and release offer. And this is basically where they work with like seven, eight, nine figure companies and they help build out their YouTube channel for the first 3 to 6 months. They hire everybody for the channel. They build it out. Uh they build out all the systems, the SOPs, everything. They figure out exactly how the channel works and then they get it working and then they release it to them once everything is working and they’ve hired the team out to them. And they usually charge $300,000 to do that. Now, I myself have attended four masterminds that are $50,000. Last year I was in two. This year I’m in another two and these are also extremely valuable and I learn a ton of stuff from these masterminds and I pass it down to you guys. So there’s lots of YouTube masterminds out there that are like $50,000 and it would easily cost you 35,000 mistakes if you were to try to do it on your own. And 25,000 is more than a fair investment to make to even get one of the knowledge contained in the content growth engine. But a special offer only for this workshop when you book a call within the next 24 hours. We’re going to be offering something that we’ve never offered before. We’re going to talk about some bonuses that we’re giving out. And by the way, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching. Click the link in the chat or you can scan this QR code right here. Bonus one, this is a big one. You get a one-on-one niche uh YouTube niche success call with me personally. Now, let me tell you why this matters. When I was starting out, I had a mentor named Sam. He was doing YouTube for his wedding photography business. And Sam showed me how to actually make money on YouTube, even with a small channel. And that changed everything for me. That is when I started earning big. Not because I got lucky, but because someone who already figured it out showed me the ropes. And that one relationship changed the entire direction of my channel. And that is exactly what this call is. Everything that I have learned building a channel to 1.5 million subscribers and over 1 million in revenue applied directly to your niche, your channel, and your situation. And this is worth $12,000 easily because I do pre-work, I do the call itself, and then I do postwork, and I follow up after the call, right? But this is only for five of the first people who sign up within the next 24 hours. So go to go.shanehomus.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And this is what the actual coaching looks like, right? And I can already see people signing up as I’m talking by the way. And we almost always run out of spots for this. We’re always over subscribed. Uh but I can um basically this is what the coaching looks like. So go to go.shenh.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus two is the 30se secondond uh video idea generator. And this one is easily worth $7,500. Now, if you sat down to find winning ideas yourself, researching what’s working, checking view counts, studying channels, etc., etc., you’re looking at weeks of trial and error, and people still pick the wrong ideas.
Hire someone to do it, a real content strategist who knows YouTube, you’re going to be paying $7,500 easily. So, we built a custom AI tool that finds proven video ideas for your niche in about 30 seconds. Now, this isn’t generic AI spitting out random titles. It’s built on the icon method. It finds what’s already working and it hands you a better version. The titles, the hooks, the angles, all of it. And you get it both ways, a chatbt version and a cloud skill as well. So, whatever AI you already use, you’re covered. And this is included as a bonus. So, go to go.chainhome.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Now, here’s what it actually looks like. And uh whether you use chat or cloud, we built it for both. So, you give it a video that’s already performing. It reverse engineers why it works. And then it hands you five high-converting titles and hooks for your channel. No guessing, no staring at a blank screen. The winning ideas are already out there. This tool just finds them for you. So go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code, or click the link in the chat. Bonus three is the winner thumbnail vault plus premium templates worth $10,000. So this is my personal collection of thumbnails that actually get clicks. Not generic templates. These are real thumbnails that have generated millions of views. and you get to see exactly what works. The colors, the faces, the text, the layout, all of it broken down. Most creators spend hours guessing what their thumbnail should look like. With this, you just model what’s already proven. If you hired a thumbnail consultant to put this together for you, you’re looking at $5 to $10,000 easily, right? That’s $60 to $120,000 a year. You get this as a bonus. So, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Uh this is what’s inside. You get the full guide, the psychology behind why certain thumbnails get clicks and others don’t, plus my personal library of top performing thumbnails, uh, ones that generated millions of views. And here are the actual templates, fully editable. You click file, make a copy, and it’s yours. And you see those annotations on the right. That is me breaking down exactly why each thumbnail works, where the face goes, um, how big the text is, what colors pop, etc., etc. So, you’re not just getting templates, you’re learning the framework so you can build your own. And there is a real psychology behind this because you don’t necessarily just want to get the most clicks. You want to get the most of the right clicks. So there’s certain things you might do on your thumbnail that get more clicks, but they get the wrong people attracted to your video, right? So there’s there’s more that to it than just get the click-through rate higher, right? And and we go over all of that here. So go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus four is the tube tech stack. This is the best gear and tools to start on YouTube and it’s all under $500 and it’s valued at $3,997. Now, here’s why this one matters. One of the biggest excuses I hear is I don’t know what equipment to buy. So, people do uh one of two things, right? They buy nothing and they never start or they blow somewhere between $5 to $10,000 on gear that they don’t actually need. Both are going to kill your channel before it even begins, right? So, this stack fixes that. It’s the exact gear and tools that I recommended to start in scale and it’s at every every single level as well. A lot of it you probably already have on you right now, but for sure it’s all going to be under $500 at the absolute maximum. Okay, so to try to figure it out on your own and you’re, you know, easily going to spend like three, five, maybe $10,000 on stuff that you won’t even need and it won’t even move the needle and it’s also just going to you’re just going to waste hundreds of hours trying to set it up and use it properly as well. Okay, so it’s a huge pain in the butt. So, we’re going to help you get it right the first time. So, go to go.shenomomas.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. And look at what’s inside here. Uh, recording essentials, software stack, research and optimization tools, content resources, uh, complete starter setups, and the exact tools for making videos. Everything laid out. No guessing, no wasting money on the wrong stuff. This is the same gear uh, list that we give to our clients on day one. The stuff that actually matters, nothing extra. So, go to go.sh.com/coaching, com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat if you want. This bonus five is the Vibriter content creation AI Deluxe worth $10,000. This is the ultimate content creation tool. You tell it the goal of your video um to inform, to entertain, to sell, uh and it turns your spoken ideas into a polished, attentiongrabbing YouTube script. And um it captures your tone, your style, your voice. So it actually sounds like you. And just like the last one, you get it both ways. Both ChachiPT or Claude, whichever one you already use. We we recommend Claude. We like Claude better. Um, but you can use it for Chachi PT if you’d like. And if you hire a professional content team to do this, like a script writer, a content strategist, someone who understands YouTube, you’re paying 3 to5,000 a month minimum. That’s for part-time. Okay, minimum. Okay, so that’s, you know, $50,000 plus dollars a year. This does all of it in seconds. So go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. And this is what it looks like. The same tool running in both chat and claude. It walks you through niche validation, your audience, your format preference, dialing in exactly who you are. Then you tell it the goal of your video and it writes the full script for you. A real YouTube script with hooks, structure, and a tone that matches your channel. So go to go.shenhum.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus six is the secret niche vault with live updates. This is valued at $6,997. And this is the one that everyone asks me about, right? What niche should I start in? What’s making money right now? What’s still untapped? This vault answers all of it. It’s a curated list of profitable YouTube niches that we update live. So, you’re not looking at what worked 2 years ago. You’re seeing what’s working right now. Now, think about what this could, you know, would cost you on your own. Right? If you hired a market researcher to find profitable niches and keep tracking them live, you’re paying a full-time analyst easy 50 to 80,000 a year. and they still wouldn’t have the YouTube data that we have, right? So, you’re getting it all of it right here updated live, you know, in perpetuity um for for, you know, in perpetuity, right? So, go to go.shane.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat for that. Now, for those of you who stayed until the end, we made something special for you. This is the YouTube niche growth AI, and this one is different than all of the other bonuses. This is an AI tool that takes your niche and it maps out exactly how to make money from it. Not just AdSense. We’re talking affiliate deals, digital products, coaching offers, sponsorships, the full picture. Because here’s the thing that most people get wrong. They pick a niche and then they hope the money figures itself out later. That is backwards. This tool shows you the money map before you uh even record your first video. So, you know exactly what you’re building towards from day one. And like every tool we give you, you get it in both ChatgPBT and Claude, whatever you already use. Now, here’s the catch. This bonus is worth $12,000, and you get it just for showing up to the call that you booked. That’s it. You book the call, you show up, and you get it. So, go to go.sh.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. The second you show up to the call you booked, you get instant access on the spot. And whether you like Chatb2 or Claude, you can use this either way. This isn’t some watered down freebie. It’s the same tool that we use inside of the content growth engine and it is yours for life. So go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus 8 is the 90day founders confidence guarantee. This one is priceless. Here’s how it works. You have 90 days, you follow the program, you do the work, you show up, and if it doesn’t work for you, you get your money back. This last month, we had less than a 1% refund rate. Okay? That’s how happy people are with the program. Um, plus we surveyed all of our clients inside the program. We asked them one question. Do you feel like you got an ROI from this? 91% of them said yes. So, I’m not asking you to trust me blindly. I’m asking you to test it and see for yourself. So, go to go.shome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. So, let’s add this all up. Eight bonuses. Total value $62,497. Now, remember bonus one, the oneonone session with me personally. That is only for five of the first people who sign up today. Once the spots are gone, they’re gone. Okay. Bonus seven, uh, the YouTube niche growth AI. Uh, you only get that if you book a call and actually show up to it. That’s it. Everything else is included free when you join. Now, this workshop special is only available for the next 24 hours. And after that, these bonuses go away. So, this exact package at this exact price with all bonuses, you will not see it again. And let me clear something up really quick because I get this question every single time. The 24 hours is for booking the call, not for attending it. So, if you book right now and the next open salt on my calendar is 3 days from now or even next week, that’s totally fine. You are still locked in. You still get every single one of these bonuses. You just have to schedule the call within the next 24 hours. So, if you’ve been going back and forth on this one, now is the time to move. So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching or scan the QR code right now. Book your free strategy call and we’ll figure out if we’re a good fit to work together or not. Worst case, you get on a call and you get some clarity on your niche and you walk away with a plan. No pressure, no hard sell, right? But if it’s the right fit, we go to work. So go to go.strainhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Now, one last thing, and this is important. Once you book, you’re going to get two emails. One from Calendarly and one from the consultant that you booked with. Both are titled CGE Masterclass Call. So check your inbox right now. If you don’t see them, look in your promotions, your spam, your junk, or your all mails folder. It’s called different things on different um emails, you know, whether it’s, you know, Google, Yahoo, uh Microsoft, etc., etc. Uh but basically all mail, promotions, etc. Um sometimes they hide in there instead of your main inbox. Those emails have your call details, so find them and open them. All right, awesome. So, let me go ahead and answer some questions now. Um so, somebody did ask about what the price is. So, I will go over the price one and only one time. We’re totally transparent about the pricing. Um, but but it is different for depending on what your needs are, right? So, we’ll I will go over this one time and one time only. And if if uh if you’re went to the bathroom or whatever and you ask in, I’m sorry. I’m just not going to go over it. You’ll just have to watch the replay. So, uh we always have a few people that apply to us that are in like bigger companies. They either own the bigger companies or they’re high up in bigger companies like a marketing manager or a CMO. and the you know these people are trying to get YouTube rolling. Okay. So uh for that type of job typically what that involves is us hiring a lot of people us consulting directly inside of the company us doing trainings in the company. Often times it’ll result in us you know implementing SOPs and and systems and processes inside of the company designing their AI systems in some cases. So that that is a lot of work from us. That’s a lot of like manual work from us and uh for that type of job typically we charge at least six figures for that. Okay. Um down from that is like six 7 8 figure companies. A lot of the time we have many of those probably about 20% of you watching are in that category. And uh with that type of company a lot of the time what they want us to do is they want us to hire at least one person for them like a video editor. um they want to um get a lot more done for you work. So a lot of the time they want us to just do the work for them. Um and uh they want us to help them build out their systems and their processes etc etc. And a lot of the time I’ll work directly with the team. So I might be working with the operations manager or the CMO or something like that. Um and yeah just just working directly with their team because the CEO is too busy. And uh yeah, so with that type of uh business, typically depending on their needs, we’re going to charge anywhere from about 12 to $60,000 over a six-month period. Um so that that’s for those types of businesses, that’s what we charge. Then for people who are just getting started, you’re trying to select your niche, you’re trying to get monetized, just getting started, um typically what we do is we charge about $9,800 for the entry- level coaching program. That’s one-on-one coaching. You also get the group coaching experience as well, so you go through it with a bunch of other people. Um, and it’s about $1,000 a month. You can even get a little bit less than $1,000 a month with uh payment plans, right? So, that is that is the pricing. Um, that’s kind of the flagship program that people start off with and then, you know, they’ll send to some of the other programs sometimes. Um, but yeah, that is the pricing and uh yeah, so so that’s that’s how much it costs and and we very likely will be increasing the prices soon. In fact, we increase the price on one of the um things that we do where we basically find video ideas for people. We increased that price by about $3,000 very recently. So yeah, that is the uh pricing on that one. So I answered that question one time. I won’t be answering it again. With that being said, let’s go ahead and take some questions. All right. So Jonathan, I have ideas. I have motivation. I have time. I need a place to live.
I have the equipment, the base knowledge. And then s I think uh saying my first goal was 2k limited my eligibility in the first five spots. I couldn’t even register for the call when it rains it pours. Um I I love the uh Jonathan I love the the confidence my man. That’s awesome. Listen, if you can’t get started right now just enjoy the free training. So I I highly encourage you guys to check out Isaiah’s testimonial on my channel. So Isaiah is awesome. He’s a singing coach and um he was uh fired from his job and he was really struggling and he couldn’t afford to to work with us at first and um basically he just you know watched all my my live content, watched all my content both on my first channel and my second channel. I do have a second channel by the way. Um Shane Helmus the content growth engine. And the second channel usually is a little bit more I dive a little more deeply into the the business stuff um on the second channel. So you can check that out too. So he so he dived into my deep content. Um he attended all my live trainings. He downloaded all the resources that we made available to him and he was able to get to 20,000 a month just with the free stuff alone. Okay. So Isaiah is a perfect example of someone crushing it uh with that. And then of course he joined the program after he made 20,000. He was able to join the program. So Isaiah is like a perfect example of that, right? So highly highly recommend you check out his stuff. I totally understand if um if you uh uh can’t make it happen. With that being said, the reason that the system rejects people, like we listen, we we had people come in, we had people design the system. There’s nothing we could really change at this point. But the reason the system rejects people is is one of two reasons typically. Okay? The first one is if you say you can’t get started right away, it’s going to reject you because we only want to work with people who want to get started right away. If you want to get started like two or three months from now or 6 months from now, like uh it’s it’s going to reject you. The second reason it rejects you a lot of the time is um if you say that you have zero money to get started, right? Um it’s it’s probably going to reject you in that case as well. Okay? So do with that information what you will. Um maybe maybe you can sign up with it uh uh uh again if with that information. Um anyways uh I think we’re pretty close to running out. If you could uh send me the message on the dashboard if we’re close to running out. I appreciate that. Let me let me let me give me an update on that. Okay. Tim, how long? Okay. Got it. Got it. Six months. Tim.
Okay. Ken, what do you think of reaction videos? Reaction videos can actually work for educational content. The whole thing with reaction videos, Ken, is you have to make them educational. So, most reaction videos by definition are entertaining, right? It’s just kind of drama, reaction, whatever. You have to do it in such a way where it’s educational. So, you can’t just be like, “Haha, that guy’s so funny. Look at this guy. He’s weird. Uh, look at this person. They’re strange.” Whatever. You have to make it educational. Okay? So, you can do the reaction videos, but make it educational where you’re actually solving people’s problems and helping them solve problems. And reaction videos, I think, are super underrated for uh education channels. Um, I I honestly think they’re super underrated, but they’re people if they try like they just do them wrong because they make them entertaining instead of educational. It can be entertaining and educational at the same time. Gregory, uh, please explain how AdSense and affiliate marketing sales works with YouTube channel. Yeah, AdSense are the ads that pop up on your channel and, uh, you get paid a certain percentage of money every single person that watches, right? So, yeah, that’s that’s how AdSense works. and then um by by YouTube. So you get 55% of the of the money. And then um affiliate marketing is uh let me see um affiliate marketing is where you put in a a product that you already know like uh yourself know and like yourself and you put it in your description, you mention it in your video and you’re like hey if you want this product check it out. Uh so as an example of that I could say you know Vid IQ for instance I like Vid IQ. I like one of10.com as well. Those are two tools I use. And I I forgot if I even have an affiliate link. May maybe I do, maybe I don’t. I usually just, you know, do it without the affiliate link. But uh Vid IQ and one of 10.com are two good ones I use. I could have put those in my description and then get uh affiliate income from those two. Um Omar, I thank you for this. Can you explain the 90-day guarantee in detail? I already explained it in detail. Um you do the work. If you don’t get results, um you can ask for your money back and we will we will give it back to you. We have very very few people who ask for their money back. Like I said, we had a 1% re uh refund rate. Just to put that in perspective, this industry typical refund rate is anywhere between 7 to 15%. And also to put in perspective the 91% uh of people that said that they felt like they got an ROI. uh in this industry less than 10% of people even finish the courses. Like people will buy courses and less than 10% of them finish the courses. So of course they’re not going to get results if they buy a course and then less than 10% even finish them. Right? So 91% of people being satisfied, feeling like they got an ROI is absurdly high. Absurdly high. Right? If you need to know more information on that, you can ask somebody on the call. Dennis, how do I make money with the newsletter I already have? Do you have? Um, I mean, there’s a lot of ways you can make money with the newsletter you already have. I mean, do you have do you have people following your newsletter? Like, do you have like a lot of followers on your newsletter? If so, one easy way would just be for you to recommend all the tools that you like using, right? Um, so if there’s tools related to your niche that you like using, whether it’s like physical objects or software or whatever, just uh sign up to the affiliate program for those tools and recommend them to your newsletter and I I bet you’ll make, you know, you’ll make some money doing that. I mean, that that’s that’s pretty obvious way. Um, yeah. So, anyways, guys, uh, go.shenhome.com/coaching. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. This is this is I mean, this one is about YouTube, though. It’s not really about newsletters. It’s about growing on YouTube. But yeah, newsletters are a great way. You can also send people from YouTube to to your newsletter. Um, which which is another great way of doing it, which is nice because then you own the audience a little bit more. We have over 100,000 people on our email list. Um, so, you know, it’s it’s definitely something we do. Charles,
I’m interested in getting my wife into YouTube. She’s a native Japanese speaker and has a strong background in funu fun. uh thoughts. Yeah, I mean people are uh fascinated by Japan definitely. Um you there’s a lot of different niches that you could do there. Um and yeah, you know, obviously, you know, there there’s um the uh minimalist stuff, Marie Condo um stuff that that that’s that’s really big. people are kind of obsessed with uh how the Japanese use space efficiently and um there there’s there’s a lot of different niches there. Yeah. Like traveling to Japan obviously there’s a lot of different niches there. Um you know obviously without any any more context I can’t really um I I can’t really give you too many um examples there. That that’s that’s why you guys book a call so we can ask questions, get information, go back and forth, etc., etc. That’s the that’s that’s the idea there. But yeah, it sounds like definitely something that you guys could maybe do together. So, book a call. Gina, so is there no niche training specific direction for me to discover what my personal niche is? Is that free? I do not even currently have a mic for my computer, no YouTube channel yet, etc. We uh that is one of the things that we specialize in, Gina. I’d say that’s the thing that we’re most well known for, especially that um that flagship program is we’re most well known for helping people select their niche. Like that’s the number one value proposition is either helping people select their niche or people think that they have their niche and we help them dial it in because they think they have a niche, but in reality they’re just talking about a market, not a niche, right? And so they’re they’re not able to differentiate themselves from other people. We help them dial that in. So yeah, 100% we we can help you with that. Kelly, thanks so much for explaining, Shane. It must have been where I mentioned my less than 1,000 a month income potentially. Yeah, Kelly. Um, that that that’s that’s just in the system. We can’t really do it. And the thing is, will we change anything at this point? We’ll just mess up our data. So, K, I would like to get income with YouTube in the next 30 days. How can I make that happen? Um, yeah. I mean, uh, it’s it’s uh you you would if you absolutely 100% wanted to make sure that that happens, you’d probably want to do a 30-day challenge where you post a video every single day for 30 days. Um, but I I would want you to temper your expectations. It’s usually around like month 2 to 3 is when people start making money. YouTube is more of a long-term game, guys. Like, it’s it’s uh it grows over time, but it’s more of a long-term game. So, I’d like you to temper your expectations if possible. Uh just being realistic. Ameiliano,
my niche, restaurant owner, over two years sober, iron man in training, a dad of two, building content around combining all three, showing how discipline and recovery, business, and endurance feed each other. sober dad doing the hardest things at the same time. That okay, loved. I love all that stuff, Ameliano. That’s great. With that being said, that is definitely not a niche. That is definitely not a niche. You you need a lot of help with with your niche. That is that is not a niche. Those are characteristics of you and your personality. That is not your niche. So, just as an example, I like history. I like animals. I like traveling, you know, um, and I like coffee, right? Those things are all characteristics of my personality. None of those are my niche, right? So, you don’t get these two things mixed up. You can integrate those things into your content. Integrates characteristics of your personality. You guys notice that in my videos a lot of the time I’ll, you know, so cheers the like button and I drink coffee right at the beginning, right? That’s me integrating my uh you know love for coffee into my videos, right? Um I I share uh B-roll sometimes of me traveling. I talked about how I’m in Tokyo right now. That is me integrating um my love for traveling into my content, right? Uh but I’m not making the traveling my niche. The traveling is not my niche. Okay, that you really need to understand these things. This is very important. You need to have a very clear value proposition for the value that you are going to give the other person, right? And uh that is what the niche hypothesis statement is all about. Who are you helping? What is the outcome you’re helping them get or what what is the problem you’re helping them solve? Right? That’s why you need a niche hypothesis statement. It’s so important that you have that because all this other stuff will just confuse you and it’ll confuse your audience. Okay. Lynn, uh can you say more again about the personal call with you? Yeah. So, it’s for five of the first people who sign up. So, it’s it is randomized, but the sooner you sign up, the higher the chance of you getting that call. So, it’s for five of the first people who sign up. Um, and so, yeah, go.Um.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. Um, if you’re seeing this right now, you’re still super early and you still have a great chance of landing it. Um, and so, yeah, I would highly recommend uh booking that call. Okay, this needs to be charged this at 5%. Um, so uh let’s see.
Awesome. Lelay booked. Good stuff. Uh, who else booked? Comment in the chat if you booked. Shanden, I have been a software engineer and can only teach software development, but I don’t enjoy that. How should a person like me find the right niche? I’ve been a software engineer and can only teach software development, but I don’t enjoy that. How should a person like me find the right niche? Well, do you enjoy helping other people, Shandan? Do you enjoy helping other people reach their goals?
So, maybe you don’t enjoy software development, but you do enjoy helping your friends or co-workers get promotions so they can make more money, right? or or you enjoy um navigating the corporate system so that you can you know make more money from your company or something like that or get the most get the most out of uh your career you know that kind of thing right so uh of course uh just just if you don’t enjoy the actual subject itself that’s fine but maybe you can help other people um get into it that do enjoy the subject right or or something like that so yeah there there’s a lot there’s a lot obviously there’s a lot to go there uh Shanden but you know We again, we’d have to go back and forth, which is why we have you guys book the calls. And people do dial in their niche a lot of the time on those calls. So the the calls can be super good and people do dial in their niche a lot of the time on those calls. Um, awesome. So, uh, James question, I’m a very similar spot as Josh was. Lots of knowledge in my domain domain, but I don’t know where I should start. um if the goal is to help people be successful or educate people and companies in the niche uh it it is cyber security focused but there’s nothing out there anywhere about how to be successful in the space that is that’s the perfect example James of of why you should start a channel like that right so that’s that’s exactly what Josh and so many other people that I’ve worked with like think about how many careers careers and subcareers there are out there are probably millions of careers out there and and subcareers, right? Like careers within careers. Just as an example, how many different types of pharmacists do you think there got there are, guys? How many different types of pharmacists? You probably think there’s like two, right? Hospital pharmacists and and retail pharmacists, right? There’s actually over 50. There’s over 50 different types of pharmacists alone. Okay, that’s just pharmacist. Okay. So, when I say there’s millions of careers and subcareers out there, there literally is like millions of careers and subcareers. So, um and and think about all the different careers and subcareers and then there’s people that need to help other people get into those cuz there’s really just no one out there. And there’s stuff that when you get into the career, it’s so obvious to you that you need that thing, right? like whether it’s a skill that you need to learn or a certification that you need to get or uh you know people that you could network with like an organization that you could join that’s going to make super easy for you to get a job etc etc. Once you’re already in the career, it’s super easy for you to know how to get into the career. But that’s the catch22 situation is you had to get into the career to know how it’s easy to get into the career, right? And so if you had a time machine and you could go back to the younger version of yourself and tell that person exactly how to get into that career, how much easier would it be for you to get in? Probably significantly easier. You probably would have made way more money because you would have gotten in earlier. You might have even gotten a higher salary right off the bat as well. um you know how much time, effort, and money would you have saved yourself if you had a time machine like that? Probably a lot. If that is the case, then you can save other people a massive amount of time, effort, and money as well. And they will they will pay you in in turn for that. And it makes a lot of sense because they pay you, you know, like $1,000 or something. And you help them make a job that’s going to make them millions of dollars in their lifetime of extra income, right? So, it’s an absolute no-brainer for them to pay you. It’s a totally a total no-brainer value proposition, right? So, I’ve had probably 50 plus clients at this point, maybe even higher than that, might even be over 100 plus that have done something similar to that in various random different careers. They help people get into a bunch of different random little careers, right? So, that’s one of my favorite niches to help people get into. Um, so yeah. Yeah, it’s it’s really good opportunity. It is a bit boring, right? It is a bit boring, you know? It’s like you’re helping people get into, you know, careers that sometimes it’s it’s boring. You’re you’re helping people with the same resumes over and over again, but there’s billions in the boring. That’s what they say. James, I have an animal channel and thank you. What is the uh best uh solution for opening the niche to all of my 76 years of working uh many different skills. That’s awesome, James. Um yeah, so there there’s a lot of different directions you could go with that. Um, you just got to make it educational. That’s that’s the biggest thing. If it is an entertainment channel where you’re just showing stuff, I we typically don’t work with entertainment channels, but as long as it’s educational where you’re helping people solve problems, um, we can definitely uh help you with that. So, yeah, that’s that’s why you’d book a call. We can help you dial that stuff in. Obviously, I don’t have enough information to to help you with your niche uh with just that little bit you gave me, but um, yeah, that’s what we help people with. Tyler, realistic timeline to hit monetization requirements from zero to 1K. Yeah, I mean, my brother did it in less than a month. I would say the average person goes, you know, starts making good money within like 2 to 3 months. That’s that’s that’s typical for the average person. And a lot of that just has to do with them not getting started right away. Um, but after they get started, a lot of the time it is within like one one month or so. But a lot of people just like delay getting started and we we do everything we can to get them started. But um yeah, Gawker Claude link is not working. Make sure you’re signed into Claude and or ChatgBT before you click on the link. K. Would it be possible to talk after the meeting? It would not be possible. Okay. Nope. I am in Tokyo. I’m on vacation and I am going to go enjoy myself after this. Frank, what about music channels using a mix, but you can talk to uh my team, which is what we’re allowing you to do with the with the calls. Um and yeah, guys, um go.shane. shanehome.com/coaching. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. We did run out of slots, but we just opened up a few more slots. So, we have it looks like we just opened up 11 slots. So, we have exactly 11 calls left. Um, so those are going to run out here in a minute and then I’m going to jump off. So, definitely uh go to go.n.com/coaching, scan that QR code, uh, click the link in the chat cuz those are going to be running out here very, very quickly and I’m going to jump off. Okay. Um, and by the way guys, just just to be clear, I I you know, I say this and a lot of people don’t believe me. We only accept like less than 18% of people who apply. We accept. Uh, additionally, um, we we can only take on a limited amount of people at a time, right? So, this is a intensive one-on-one coaching program. Uh, we hire the best of the best people. They’re hard to find. Uh, we pay them a lot of money. It’s very expensive to run a coaching program like this. We can only take on a few people at a time, but that’s how we get people great results, right? So, uh yeah. Um that’s that’s why we have the best results in the industry is cuz we keep our standards so high both internally as well as the people that we take on as well. So, uh if we don’t if we think we can get results for you, we’ll give you an offer. If we if we don’t think we can get results for you, it would be very difficult for us to get results for you, then we won’t give you an offer. Okay. Um, Vicram, do I have an h do I have to knowledgeable about my niche? Yeah, you have to you have to know stuff about your niche. You don’t necessarily have to be an expert. I think a lot of people are actually experts and they don’t even realize they’re experts. You know, if you do a job, for instance, 8 hours a day and you’ve done it for like a year, you are an expert on that job. Like whether you realize you’re an expert or not, you know, you might compare yourself to someone who’s even better, but that doesn’t mean that you’re not an expert. That just means that they’re a better expert, right? Um, so somebody who is in the NBA would probably compare themsel to LeBron James and be like, “Oh, I suck at basketball.” Right? But in reality, they’re actually way better than 99.99999% of people. They’re just not better than LeBron James. Right? So, okay. Um,
Suhib, hello there. Ginger, can you explain what the dollar I paid before this call began, please? What? You shouldn’t have paid anything. This is totally free. Are you talking about the VIP session? Please read your emails, Ginger. Read your emails. Okay, we explain in great detail about the VIP session. It is going to be Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Okay, that is the VIP session. Tuesday night, 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Okay, if you signed up for the VIP session, read your email. If you paid the $47 and you signed up for the VIP session, read your email. Okay, very important that you do that. You’ll know the details of it, okay? It’s it’s on the page. After you buy, we put it on that page. Then we send you multiple emails telling you exactly what to do, right? So, you need to read your emails and and you’ll know exactly what to do. All right, Frank. Awesome. Okay, Greg, how do you run commercial ads during your broadcast? How much are you paid when a click results in a purchase? Yeah, it it’s it’s not really like how much you’re paid when a click results in a purchase. Um, you’re talking of uh the Yeah, they don’t really track that. So, uh they you get paid in the basically money per 1,000 views or RPM. And it depends on the niche, but we make about $20 RPM. So, we make about $20 per 1,000 views just from the ads that pop up on our channel. But that’s just a tiny fraction of the money you can make. So, I think this last month we made about 33,000 from um just the ads that pop up on our channel, but that’s just a tiny fraction of the money that you can make. Okay, Gella, um will you be sending the chat and Claude link in an email? No, we won’t. No, it’s only on on this call. Yep. So, just scroll up and scroll down. James, is the VIP call this week as well? Yep. It’ll be Tuesday night at 600 PM Eastern Standard Time. Daxton, is making simple explainer videos about personal finance for beginners a good niche to start? Yeah, could be good. But you need to get more specific than that, right? Like a million people out there are making personal finance videos for beginners. Like what makes you different? Like that that’s what the niche hypothesis statement is all about. Like you can’t just make personal finance videos for beginners, right? What what specifically are you going to talk about? What makes you different? Kelly, I finally been accepted. Just got to book now. Awesome, Kelly. Super happy for you. Good stuff. Great info. Need to run for dinner. Awesome, Tiffany. Good stuff. Okay. Um, guys, I’m going to stay for a few more minutes. All right, we saw a few more people tried to sign up here. Um, so I’m going to stay for a few more minutes. So, again, go.shenhome.com/coaching. Scan that QR code. Click the link in the chat. Vlad, I want to make food review videos in Japan. Is this a viable path? Yeah, that could be good. Yeah, definitely. There’s a lot of opportunity for review videos. Uh food reviews specifically. Um, Charles was thinking material for the Japanese speaking market. Fenche uh instruction material for the J. Okay. Material like as in content content for the Japanese speaking market. Fenue instruction could be good. Yeah. I mean the Japanese market has a lot of money. They have a lot of disposable income. And I’ve seen a lot of people, Charles, actually to to be honest, Charles, I we haven’t had a client in the Japanese market yet, but we have had clients in uh Portuguese, uh Spanish, both Spain and Mexico, uh German, Netherlands, so Dutch, uh French. Definitely add it to your existing channel. 99.9% of the time when people ask me this question, guys, I just tell them add it to your existing channel. The only exceptions are if you have a massive channel already and you want to start a second channel that that goes more niche. That is the only exception. Okay, only exception. There’s people crushing it, teaching guitar, all kinds of different instruments. Absolutely, you could definitely do that. um that depending on the instrument you’re teaching, you might um some of them are a bit more popular than others. So, some of them you might have to niche down a little bit more, right?

I think that’s a phenomenal niche actually, Kay. Just like the whole niche could just be about improving your posture. Yeah. Yeah, that could be that’s a phenomenal niche. Yeah. Um the whole niche could just be about improving your posture. I think I think that’s something that people would love to uh make more or see more content on. Um Mity, how do we use affiliate marketing? Do we find the item we are recommending and then sign up somewhere that sells it? Yeah. Uh there’s many different ways. There’s affiliate marketing websites. Share a sale is one of them. uh Clickfunnels or not Click Funnels. Uh uh shoot, what’s it called? Oh man, forgot. Yeah, share share a sale is one of them. Impact is another one. Um you also one of my favorite ways is just to go to the website, scroll to the bottom of the website and look for partner, affiliate, sponsorship, etc. That kind of thing. And uh usually that’s where you can sign up to become an affiliate for them. Gregory, create a vlog about travel focusing on rare animals. Uh spec a species with coffee affiliate ad. okay. Uh, okay. My YouTube channel is about discussing, analyzing nostalgic millennial movies, TV, video games, and culture. Is there a way to turn this into solving a problem?
It’s a good question. Obviously, you could talk about how to make those types of that type of content. So, you could definitely talk about that. Um, you could also talk about the sociological effects of content. Both how society affects the content, but also how content affects the society. You could talk about that. That could be uh uh educational. Um,
yeah, there there could be some ways. It’s um
there could be some ways to to make that into solving a problem. But um
also also just like the the business of media in general. I would say like the business of media like how the actual business of media works. So that I would I would be interested in the economics behind like different media. So for instance like Friends I think is the highest earning TV show of all time. uh from the research that I did and they they made money from uh a lot of like royalties and stuff like that. And why why was it such a high earning TV show? I think that’s kind of interesting. It’s it’s very uh serialized. It’s very nostalgic. Um people can watch it at any time. They can watch it multiple times. Um it’s kind of addictive to watch it. Um there there’s a lot of things that make it such a successful show. Vicram, will specific problems I have be a niche? Yes, a lot of the time the problems that you’ve had in your life are end up being your niche. Yeah, like when life gives you lemons, that’s you can actually make it into lemonade. That a lot of people I’d say like over 50% of uh clients that that’s that’s actually what ends up being their niche is problems that they’ve had. Okay, awesome guys. Like I said, um hey, go.coaching. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat, guys. Um, also if you’re driving or you’re just busy for now for whatever reason, go ahead and just screenshot this and you can have it for later. Or, uh, even better yet, you can, um, go ahead and just click on this link. I’m going to put the link in the chat right here. Okay? So, uh, just just save that link. So, copy and paste that link. Additionally, guys, um, there are some thank you page. Uh, these are the thank you pages after your call. So, I’m going to drop these in as well. So, let me just click on these really quick. Um, so I highly recommend, okay, the thank you page is going to look like either look like this or it’s going to look like this. Okay, and I highly recommend you follow the instructions. This video is only 28 seconds. You need to watch the video, okay? And then you follow the instructions. It’s very important you follow these instructions. If we see, we can see, by the way, if you if you follow the instructions or not. If you don’t, if you don’t watch the video, if you don’t actually do the things we tell you to do, there’s a very low chance that we’re going to accept you into the program. And that’s just simply because if you can’t follow basic instructions, then there’s just no way we can get you results. Okay? So, make sure you follow basic instructions. Uh, watch this video. Uh, follow these instructions. You know, mark I know the sender in your email, for instance. And then just check this out, right? These are a bunch of different examples of people who’ve gotten results. Some of these people you’re going to relate to. Like you’re going to be like, “Hey, I’m in a similar niche to this person or I’m in a similar industry or I came from a similar background or this person is uh, you know, an uncle. I’m an uncle. I’m a I’m a grandpa. I’m a you know, I’m an aunt, you know? Um, or they have a similar business model to your business model, right? There’s going to be something that relates. So this, for instance, Tiffany, uh, she sold physical products, right? So you’re going to be like, “Oh, yeah. I sell physical products.” Right? So, um, you’re going to relate to these people. So, I highly recommend watching these videos. You’re going to find somebody that you relate to that’s going to really inspire you and you’re going to be like, “Yeah, I think I could do something like that.” This will give you good ideas for how to pick your niche, how to monetize things as well. Also, mess around with a niche validator that’s been dropped in the chat many, many times. Uh, make sure you copy uh those as well because we, you know, it may not be available after that. Okay? So, follow these instructions. This one is a little bit longer, right? But still, you you know, 10 minutes, watch that video. These are also commonly asked questions that we get. You can see these questions right here. Commonly asked questions. So, I highly recommend you uh watch these videos. They’re just like 30 seconds each. Follow the instructions. You know, make sure you click uh accept the invite, etc., etc. And then again, you can look at all of the different results that we have gotten people. Okay, so with that being said, highly recommend that you copy and paste that. We dropped the niche validator at least 30 times. Okay, so we’re going to drop it one more time. If you don’t get it this time, sorry. Uh you’re just not going to get it. Um but we’ve dropped it at least 30 times at this point. So you got to make sure you read the comments. Um but yeah, so uh with that being said, I think that’s going to be it, guys. Copy and paste those to save them for later. Make sure you copy and paste those. Uh I do have to jump off right now cuz we have plans today. Uh we have to go meet up with somebody. But anyways, guys, thank you so much. Have a good one. Cheers. Uh talk to you later and enjoy the rest of your day. Domo origato. I think it’s orato go if you don’t know somebody or something like that. I’m sure I said that wrong, but something like that. All righty. Have a good one. Cheers. Thank you guys. Take care, guys. Bye. Have a good
