Hey everyone, how’s it going? William here. Super excited to be doing this power session with you today. I hope that you’re all doing great. And please um if you can hear me loud and clear, give me a quick hi, hello, hey, something in the chat or in the questions tab.
All right. Anders, Jilly, Derek, David, another David, Oseon, Sandy. Okay, Glenda. I’m not going to go over all the names. Lots of people here today. That’s awesome. All right. Super excited to be doing this power session with you. Uh, it’s been a while actually. I used to do a lot of these webinars in the past and these days uh honestly things have been so crazy and I’ve been so busy that unfortunately our webinars became kind of rare these days. But um well I’m pretty sure that today’s webinar is going to be worth your time because since we haven’t been doing lots of these webinars recently uh now that I’m I’m doing one with you I want to make sure that it’s going to be an amazing one that you’re going to get a ton of value from today’s webinar. All right. So, uh, let me start here with, um, sharing my screen. Just a second.
Recording in progress. All right. And now I’m going to share my screen. There we go. And before we do anything, I just want to confirm that you can see my screen. So, give me a quick one in the chat or Q&A tab if if it’s visible to you. It says, “My seven figure affiliate marketing framework.” Lots of ones. All right. Great. Perfect. Thank you for that. All right. So, um, let me tell you what to expect from today’s webinar cuz as you know, I really respect your time, your intelligence. So, I want to be fully transparent and tell you exactly what we’re going to be doing here today. So this webinar is going to have three different parts. Okay? I don’t know how long it will be because of the third part which is a Q&A session. So it will depend on that one, but it’s going to have three parts. So the third one, the final one is going to be a Q&A session. I’ll stay here for as long as necessary to try to answer as many questions as possible. Uh I allocated a lot of time today for for doing this. So um yeah, that’s going to be the last one. But the first part is going to be what I’m hoping will be a one of the best and most useful um trainings you’ve ever seen had on affiliate marketing. And that includes things you’ve paid for, things perhaps you paid top dollar for. So I’ll really share with you um from the perspective of someone who’s been doing affiliate marketing since 2008. So you do the math, it’s been almost 20 years. and who’s worked with literally thousands of beginners and people trying to start an affiliate marketing business. I’ve managed to help thousands of them do it successfully. We’ve had a many people in the trainings who never implemented the methods or implemented them partially who never got results. So I’ve seen the good side of it, the bad side of it and um well it’s it’s it’s a long experience especially in internet time almost 20 years and internet time is a lot of time. So, uh I’m going to be sharing with you what I believe is the framework every single person here on this webinar today needs uh to get their first real breakthrough with affiliate marketing and sustain that. So, make some money and but do that in a way that you understand how you did it so that you can do it again, right? And so that’s going to be the first part of the webinar. The second part of the webinar, I’m going to be doing a uh and that that’s going to be the shortest part. I I’m not going to spend a lot of time there. Uh but I’m going to be doing a quick reopen for the Wealthy Minds partner program. It’s a done for you solution. Our top solution for in in the Wealthy Minds group and it’s always very limited. Last opening was actually when we first launched it uh 6 months ago and I’ll be talking a little bit about that. It’s not for everyone. It’s not for most people actually. And as I said, this is going to have a very solid training. And when we enter that second part, I’ll let you know. And if you don’t want to stay on the webinar, it’s fine. Uh but if you decide to continue here on the webinar, then um you’re going to get uh more information on that as well. And then after that, it should be 10 15 minutes long. That part, the second part of the webinar, we’re going to uh go to the Q&A. Okay? So, just being fully transparent here just so you know exactly what to expect and you know that uh you should stay here definitely because uh what we’re going to be talking about in the next minutes will be very important if you are into affiliate marketing or honestly if you are into uh any kind of business that can be considered a direct response type of business. Okay. So, all right. So, let’s get this going. Okay, Anders. Uh yeah, I always record the calls no matter what. Then I decide if I make them available as replays or not. This will actually depend um on on that second part of the webinar because if that’s not no longer available, I I probably won’t make this u available as a replay. Okay. All right. So, but I’m not saying yes or no. And just my emails, I like to, you know, cuz that’s the thing. Uh just to explain that in some of my emails I say okay don’t ask me for a replay cuz every time I say I’m going to be doing a webinar I get uh I know that from the your perspective maybe it’s just one email from my perspective it’s impossible to answer to all the emails cuz it’s literally hundreds of emails asking about that and I know people have their personal stuff they have things to do they have their plans I understand that because I’m a human being as well and I have a family and I have a wife and I have a [clears throat] kid and I have lots of things to do and take care of. Uh so I understand that uh the thing is that uh I I cannot always guarantee that a replay will be available for different reasons. In this case it’s the reason that I just mentioned um in other cases could be other reasons. And second uh I see that uh some people like they just want to procrastinate on the replay. Oh, there’ll be a replay and then they get the replay. Okay, I couldn’t watch this later. And then they end up never doing it. So, I always do uh my best to take the time to put together the entire training you’re about to see, then to come here and to present the training to you, answer your questions, and help you use it in the best way possible. And I don’t want a single dollar for that cuz uh I’m doing it because I truly believe that uh I want to just help people the best way I can. And obviously uh that’s something that uh always comes back that you know when you’re helping more people, many doors open to you as well. So, it’s always a win-win, but uh that’s the spirit. Okay. So, I hope that uh I answer your questions. So, let’s get this going. And I’m not going to do that. Where are you from? And all that kind of stuff that uh people normally do in the beginning of the webinars, but uh if you have questions, go ahead, put them in the chat or in the questions tab. I may answer some questions as we go depending on [snorts] um if they like uh are relevant at the moment, like when I when I receive the question. If not, I’ll still answer the question when we get to the Q&A. just so we do not deviate and and and break the flow. Okay. All right. So, let’s get started. And right now, let me tell you what you’re going to learn from this training more specifically. So, first, uh I’m going to explain to you the affiliate marketing business because most people they get started with affiliate marketing because they want to make money, which is it’s a good goal. That’s the same goal I had when I started working on the internet. However, that is a a goal and in some cases it’s even too abstract to be called a goal. It’s more like a dream or or an idea or you know an ideal uh situation that people would like to get to and they don’t really understand how to do that. And then because they have that abstract goal, they get involved with uh methods, different trainings that cover different methods and that’s absolutely fine. I have courses, I have trainings, I teach methods. You need a method to get results. So, I’m not saying otherwise. However, that in itself is not the business. That’s a method is something that can help a business achieve better results. It’s not the business. And if you don’t understand the business you’re in, obviously, you’re not going to get results. So, I’m going to make sure that you understand the affiliate marketing business because it’s actually affiliate marketing in itself is a small thing that’s part of a big thing. And if you don’t understand the big thing, then you’re not going to be able to play the affiliate marketing game effectively. Second, uh I’m going to share with you which I believe is the only strategy that can take you to seven figures a year. Obviously, I’m not saying it’s the only way to make money in internet, but I’m talking about making seven figures a year consistently with affiliate marketing. It’s something I’ve been doing for uh not too many years, not in my initial years. It was not like that but for several years and I I know many other people doing the same. I know people doing much better than I do and all of these people they’re using this same strategy. So I think that uh it’s the only strategy that can take you there well and I of course always open to see new things but in all this time I haven’t seen something else that can produce that kind of results consistently. I’m not talking about having one profitable campaign or something like that. uh if you’ve been trying to to get results with affiliate marketing, you know, slash direct response like just driving traffic to offers and getting sales, if that’s your business, and it it could be ecom, it could be drop shipping, it could be uh selling your own products or courses as a coach, as a consultant, I don’t know, like anything that’s really direct response that’s trying to get a sale on the internet by driving traffic to an offer. If you’ve been trying that for a while and you’re not getting results and it feels like you’re just running in circles, I think that uh what I’m going to share with you will help you understand what the real problem is. Because if you’re just trying different methods thinking that you’ve, you know, that none of the other methods, the dozens of other methods you’ve tried were good or worked, then probably you’re not going to get results until you understand the real root cause of the problem and fix that root cause of the problem. It’s like when you have a headache and taking an aspirin just to uh have some relief and yeah, it may work or may not work, but you’re going to continue to have the problem because that is addressing the consequence, not the cause of the problem. Not a doctor, but hopefully that was a good analogy. And uh I’m going to share with you how to achieve better results in your next seven days. And obviously this is not a um just as a disclaimer. This is uh just an expression like better results in the next seven days than you have in the last seven months or maybe even seven years depending on how long you’ve been doing this. And obviously 7 days, 7 months, that’s a an expression just to give you an idea on how this can speed up the results for you. Uh I’m not promising you any specific results here. I’m not promising that you will earn anything. Most people here probably won’t even implement what I’m what I’m going to share and will get no results at all. All right? So just being fully transparent. All right. So, let’s first uh talk about the affiliate marketing business. And this is very important for you to understand. Sorry, I’m I’m coughing. I had a serious asthma crisis a few days ago and I’m still recovering. So, I’m going to have to cough and make drink some water as we go. So first thing to to um understand and I can tell you this as someone not only who’s been doing affiliate marketing for a long time but for quite some time now I’ve also been on both sides uh for at least a couple years consistently. I’ve been like on the vendor side and on the affiliate side. So this uh that I’m going to share with you uh it’s it’s uh from from both perspectives. So affiliates for a business that’s recruiting affiliates, the affiliates are simply an acquisition channel. The online marketing game is something that goes beyond affiliate marketing. So affiliate marketing is uh it’s literally that just an acquisition for a a bigger machine, a a bigger engine. So let me give an example uh with a different type of business and then we’re going to bring this to to to affiliate marketing. So imagine a subscription business. Let’s say a SAS business or even a streaming service like I don’t know Netflix for example or Disney Plus or whatever. Let’s let’s think about a SAS business. So suppose you have a SAS and your goal is to get more paid users on your platform. More people joining your service and paying a monthly fee to remain your client and using your platform whatever platform is right. So that’s your goal. That’s your whole business. And for you to achieve that you have to do a bunch of things. You have to improve your product. So you have to take care of their customers. You have to assist them. You have to provide value. you have to address their complaints and issues they face. Uh there’s a you know a bunch of different things you have to get funding for your business. Uh etc. So there’s a lot of stuff. One of those things is to acquire new users. That’s one one small gear in in a big engine, right? And you need that acquisition. And then you create acquisition channels. And one of the channels you can have is to run online ads. It could be advertising. So you could go to Facebook for example and start running ads there to acquire the new customers. When you do that, you need to understand your numbers to do that successfully. Again, keep keep in mind that you’re a SAS business. Then you understand how it works for affiliates. So a SAS business
has all those metrics and with all those metrics uh they determined a very key metric for anyone advertising online which is their CPA their cost per acquisition or sometimes some businesses use CAC uh customer acquisition cost. It’s not the same but it’s almost the same. For the sake of our example here, let’s say it’s the same. So that’s how much you’re paying to get a customer. And that math exists even for free traffic because when it’s free traffic, you’re deploying resources there that also have a cost. People working on it and their time there. There’s a cost. You’re going to end up getting and having a a CPA for that as well. I’ll just use paid advertising to make it simple. So let’s say that your SAS uh is a $100 a month subscription. people pay $100 per month to use your platform and your turn your average uh turn is 18 months. It means that every person who subscribes to start using your platform normally remains as an active paying customer for 18 months. That’s the average. Some people stay for 36 months, others stay for one month, but your average is 18 months. So you know that if if you do not consider even upgrades or changing your pricing or anything like that. Each customer that joins is worth roughly $1,800 for you, right? $100 per month times $18, $1,800. So that’s how much you make. So let’s assume that um based on that, if you pay $1,000 to acquire a new customer, so if you have a $1,000 CPA, you would be doing fine. Obviously, there are fixed costs and everything for a business. The math is not that simple. But again, it’s just an example. So, if you’re paying $1,000, making $1,800 back, that’s $800 profit. That’s uh a healthy 80% margin, right? Well, the problem is that it takes 18 months for you to make that money. So, you pay $1,000 today and you make only 100 back. You are $900 negative in your balance. And then over the months, you start recouping that money until you turn a profit. and then get to that $1,800. But if you’re buying dozens of customers every single day, what happens? You have a cash flow problem. So that’s why you get funding because with that funding, you can create cash flow to acquire those customers and in the long term you can have your profitability. That’s how it works roughly obviously in a very in very simple terms uh for a SAS business. So when they do the math, they see, okay, I can pay up to $1,000 considering how much I make. However, uh to keep my cash flow healthy, I need to reduce that to $500. So they go to Meta, Google, Tik Tok, native ad platforms, whatever, with uh $500 to acquire a $100 customer. The customer is going to pay $100 and and then we’ll remain with them for an average of 18 months, but it’s $100 initially and they can afford investing $500 because that’s is still health a healthy margin for them and that is uh in accordance with their funding and their cash flow. Now what you need what the reason why I’m telling you this is because now think about you as an affiliate. Let’s say you’re promoting a product you got from ClickBank or Dig Store or it doesn’t matter and it’s also $100 per sale. And let’s say you’re having a 50% commission. Obviously, that 50% commission is not necessarily the maximum you can get. You can get more than that. Like sometimes 7 70 75 I’ve seen 80%. Uh that are offers that pay a fixed commission that are upselles. But on average it’s $50 commission. So, let’s say $50 for a $100 sale. And you may think, “Oh, but there’s a funnel and people will take some offers on the back upselles and then I I’ll get paid for those.” Yes, that’s also right, but then it’s no longer a $100 sale. Then you need the effort to get people to spend more than $100. So, to keep it simple, let’s imagine it’s $100 versus $100. The difference is that they can afford spending $500. And if your commission is $50 on that sale, well, if you spend $50, then you’re at break even point. So, you wouldn’t run campaigns if you’re not profitable, right? So, that doesn’t work. So, imagine that uh you want to work with a even a tiny 20% margin. So, your CPA, your limit to get a sale would be $40. Now, one side has $500 and the other side has $40. If do do you see the difference? So, if you just compete with the against those businesses directly, you’re going to lose on the economics. So, that that’s the the point affiliates need to understand because you are as an affiliate an acquisition engine. So, you are part of a business and you’re only involved with the sales part of the business, the init, the first sale. So just the acquisition, you’re not doing the support, you’re not engaging a customer, you’re not upselling the customer, you’re not having a sales team like a a setter and a closer to call them and all that stuff. You don’t have that. You’re just working for that initial sale. So if you understand that, then you understand the macro game, the online marketing game. That’s and these days with so many businesses on the internet, it’s literally a war zone. So, if you’re going to enter the war zone, you need to know what’s happening there, right? Who is the enemy, what they got, and if all you have is a knife, well, maybe you should be very very careful with what you’re going to do there, cuz um it could be like a an unfair battle, right? So, you need to understand the situation. And then you may think, oh, so you’re saying affiliate marketing is bad. No, affiliate marketing is great if you do it the right way, which is what I’m going to show you here. So, if you’ve been doing this and then you just like think that, oh, okay, I’ve been uh trying to run ads and when I run ads, I always spend a lot of money. I don’t make any money back or like get a sale here and there, but spend like 10 times more. It’s because you’re playing this game and you’re playing it wrong. Obviously, SAS businesses is uh that’s one example. Then we have huge companies and we have local businesses and agencies and like the economics change for all those businesses, but the concept is the same. So once you understand that um and you understand that the vendor the guy the company who owns the offer you’re promoting they are playing that lifetime value game that LTV game even though they don’t have a subscription in turn in most cases like a SAS platform it’s still a similar concept because they know that once they get a customer to to take one of their offers then they can present other offers to that customer and they have a second offer and a third one and a fourth and a fifth one and then they have an ongoing system for promoting other things to those customers and that creates the lifetime value the LTV of those customers. So they have that number so they know that on average a new customer uh that crosses the entry point which is the offer you’re promoting is worth on average I don’t know $500 for them over the next 12 months. So that’s their game. You as an affiliate, you’re just working on the acquisition. Now, with that being said, uh what uh is is crucial that that’s clear for you here that your biggest thing advantage here is flexibility. You’re not attached to a business. You don’t have your own product, your own fulfilling system. You don’t deal with suppliers. You don’t even have to worry about branding. You don’t have a brand. you don’t have anything. So, you can easily go from offer B to offer A to offer B overnight. And that’s the easiest thing in the world for you. So, that’s great. You’re you’re asset light in in the uh you’re extremely asset light. Like you’re very flexible. But your problem, your that’s your strong point. Your weak point is that you have the worst margins in the game. Your margins are the worst ones. Every single one competing with you will crush you in the economics. Even the an unprepared business is going to have at least like two three times your margins. So that’s what you need to understand. And now as we move forward with this uh presentation and I share my framework with you, you’ll understand why this understanding is absolutely crucial for you to get results. All right. So uh everything clear so far? Any questions?
Do you pay to get a customer? I’m not sure if I understand that question, Hillary, but if you want to elaborate a little bit better, I’ll gladly answer it. Okay, so no questions so far, so I’ll keep moving here. All right, so uh this is just an illustration that talks pretty much about what I just described. So most businesses, they have these three pillars in slightly different ways and sometimes different names, but it’s something like this. have the acquisition pillar, the monetization, which is a strategy that allows you to instantly monetize the new customers. So, for example, the acquisition could be an offer that an affiliate is promoting. The monetization could be an immediate second offer that is like 10 times the price and they have a setter trying to get those people on a call and a closer closing that sale. That’s the monetization. And then retention would be like uh other product launches and things that they do over time and that they can use that same customer base uh and and monetize that customer base and keep monetizing it over time. And you as an affiliate, you’re in that acquisition pillar. So that’s where you are. And this is interesting actually because uh I I’ve seen some people saying, “Oh, very soon like companies will no longer need affiliates. uh affiliate marketing will is going to be something from the past. This will never happen. And I’ll tell you why. And it’s a it’s mathematical. Uh and again, I can say this from the perspective of someone who’s on both sides like affiliate and vendor. For the vendors, um they can have internal traffic. For all the offers that I run, I have an an internal traffic team and I have at least two three media buyers taking care exclusively of those offers. However, that will never mean that I don’t want other acquisition channels. Because here’s the thing, when you are an affiliate, you’re doing something very important for the business that you’re promoting, for the vendor, which is to take the risk of their business and put it on you. because you know they have that uh system in place acquisition, monetization and retention. Okay. And okay that it’s there that’s their their um their business and they have a number there. They have an LTV and everything when they go out there to acquire customers via any acquisition channel. They could run ads on Meta or second tier platforms or Google or YouTube or Tik Tok or they could advertise on TV or on a magazine. It doesn’t matter like produce content, hire influencers, all of those things are acquisition channels that will have a specific science and math there. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to that number that I mentioned to you, a CPA. And it’s very simple. You hit your target CPA, you’re profitable. If you do not hit that number, if you fail to do it, if you overspend to acquire customers, you’re unprofitable. You could be at a loss. That’s the game. So when you say when you approach a business and say, “Hey, give me your acquisition offers. I’ll promote them for you. I’ll bring in new customers, bring them to your business, and I’ll do the acquisition thing. I’ll take care of that CPA. It’s on on me now. You just get the customers and pay me a commission.” What’s the the downside of that deal for the vendor? Uh I I’ll tell you as someone who’s had issues with affiliates before, it’s like normally compliance affiliates because they’re just playing a game, they can violate lots of compliance rules and do an ethical thing. So the legal aspect that’s something you have to take care of. But commercially speaking, like talking about numbers here, there’s no downside because the affiliate is taking the risk. And again, as I said, the thing about affiliate marketing is that it’s you’re flexible. And the flexibility not just gives you the possibility to move fast but when you move fast you catch opportunities fast and you can easily find something that’s a big opportunity and explode your business and you can do that very frequently. Normally for a business they do one thing they sell one thing they are in one market. If an opportunity appears there they can catch it and have explosive growth normally once in in the business lifetime. for affiliates that can happen every few months to have an explosive growth because you can catch opportunities in all different markets. So, and and this is already me hinting on on how you play this game. But more about that in a moment. But yes, exactly. There’s no downside pretty much. Exactly. So, that’s why affiliates will never stop existing. No one will ever say, “Oh, I think that ail uh recruiting affiliates makes no sense.” I’ve seen brands do that because of legal and compliance problems, things like that. But no one will ever get to a conclusion that it’s more profitable for them to have just internal traffic versus having affiliates. That that that’s nonsense. That doesn’t exist. All right. So, they always have what happens is that some businesses, they do not have a a a model that allows affiliates to um to work effectively with them. Like for example, SAS businesses, they can have affiliates, but normally those will be affiliates uh with an an existing audience. So they can market their offer and then then they then can get a commission on that recurring fee and for the affiliate in 18 months they will make decent money but they will not but but that that’s very is low growth via affiliate like that that slows down that acquisition channel. The big affiliates are the ones who can take your offer put it on paid traffic and bring in thousand new customers uh to your business tomorrow. And if depending on the type of business you have you cannot offer uh something to affiliates that will make it possible. So you’re not going to have those affiliates. Therefore, that affiliate marketing acquisition channel is going to be small for your business. That’s also the case. But for businesses that can properly accommodate affiliates, it’s the the dream scenario for them. So affiliate marketing will never stop existing. So whenever you hear someone say that, it’s wrong. Okay? It’s scientifically wrong. Any business wants to share the risk, right? All right. So now um let me explain how you play the game now that you understand the game better. Now you understand that the re like I I see people all the time saying oh my problem is traffic. Yeah traffic could be your problem because that’s one of the biggest pillars for affiliates that are too and that’s one of them. However, when people say that, I go check the offer they would be promoting and it’s a horrible offer and they think it’s traffic because they try to promote that offer on Facebook or Google and got no sales and they think my traffic’s broken. No, your traffic would be broken if you were getting sales for a good offer, highly optimized campaigns, ads, everything in place and still your margins were too tight to turn a profit for you. So then you had the audience offer your marketing dial in but your profits are not um appearing because your margins are too tight. Maybe you have a traffic problem in that case and it happens super frequently as well. But for very for beginners often times it’s not just the traffic. They have more things that are broken. They just do not know how to properly diagnose their business. So they think it’s just traffic. It’s easy to blame a traffic source when you have no idea on what you’re doing. Well, now that you understand this, you understand that your advantage is flexibility, your disadvantage is margins. So, when you understand this, then you’re going to navigate this um war zone that is the online space in a much more intelligent way. So, let’s let’s keep going here. And here’s how you have to think to play the affiliate marketing game.
There are two ways you compete for traffic on the internet. Two ways you can do it. One way is marketing and another way is what we call economics. So economics is pretty much what I have explained to you so far. So again think about that $100 product. You got a 50% commission or 70% 70% commission doesn’t matter when you get a sale for that product. And you have the SAS company also selling $100 product, but they can afford spending five times that much, like $500 to acquire that customer because their economics, what they have that comes after that initial sale is far superior to yours. So even uh if they like if they don’t do for you to if if you spend like $200 to get a $100 sale, you’re going to think you’re not doing a good job for them. they will think they’re doing a great job and they will scale because the mar when the margin is is too good a business will naturally scale because it means that when you scale you reach more people more unargeted traffic less aware uh potential customers and that will conversions and tighten your margins. So if you have really big margins it makes sense to scale because uh then you’re going to find your ideal point. Normally, you don’t want a huge row as because if it’s a huge rorow as it means you’re doing very tiny volume and if you have a very tiny row as you’re doing too much volume and if you’re not doing volume and your row as is bad then it means you’re doing the whole thing wrong. So that’s the logic. So a $200 CPA a company in that scenario would scale for you would go broke. So that’s it. The difference there is in the economics. They have a product or a business that extracts more value from each customer. So they can afford having worse ads, worse pages, losing for you on the marketing side because they are competing on the economics side and the affiliate does the opposite. Competes on the marketing side. So the way you beat your uh competition is by being better at marketing. And there is a a caveat here because you don’t want to just like think that okay so if I bit them on marketing I’ll just create better ads better page I’ll just study copyrightiting and I’ll read all the classics. I’ll read the books by Clay to make peace and uh Eugene Schwarz and Brian Kurts and I’m going to, you know, just become a master at writing copy and ads that convert and I’m going to beat them to the punch when we compete on the traffic sources. No, because normally the economics will beat the marketing and that that’s by nature, you know, that’s that’s the economics t because again, let’s just stick with that example in the that I gave you in the beginning. every time you try to compete directly with those guys, you’re going to have to do 10 to 20 times better than them to beat them. If you’re a great marketer and you can really do much better than their whole media department, which is a possibility because uh their media department also will have lots of limitations. Their branding is important, how they position themselves, the kind of things they say to customers, like if they hurt their reputation, then that 18-month turn becomes a two-month turn and their business goes broke. So they have more limitations than you. Again, you’re always more flexible. So maybe you can beat them, but 10 20 times better, that’s that’s a challenge. So I I wouldn’t count on that. So on the marketing side, creating better ads, creating better pages, that’s one thing that you want to do. That’s one of the things that that’s uh important. You want to do that. That takes care of part of it. But the other part of it is to beat them on traffic. And here’s an interesting thing. Most of the super affiliates I know their origin is in on the media buying side because we have like for direct response operation will normally have three or four key roles. I I’ll say three uh main initially uh roles. the copywriting guy, the media buying guy, and the video editing guy. So, if you’re going to start like a direct response business from scratch, you need these three guys like the copyriter, the video editor, and you need the media buyer. And then the fourth one would be uh your project manager to manage that team. But already the project manager is going to come from one of these three positions. Maybe it’s going to be someone who started as a copywriter and then start doing really well and then became a project manager or it’s going to be a video guy or it’s going to be a media buying guy. It’s always one of the three. So what I what I’m saying here is the these three guys they are very important but most of the super affiliates I know they started as media buyers because a great thing about um you being the affiliate is finding the right traffic and it doesn’t mean just going to a different traffic source. It is going uh it’s using a strategy where you target the right people. Your targeting makes a lot of difference because the way you buy your traffic makes a lot of difference. The way you’re going to do it, it depends on the platform, but the traffic does make a lot of difference when it comes to this uh to competing uh on the marketing side. Uh most uh companies and most businesses what they will do is go to the top of the funnel. So like imagine Netflix, they will just try to get all types of people to to become a customer. On the other hand, um you as an affiliate, you can be way more specific. You can work with more specific offers and that already will allow you to pay for traffic that will in convert better. Just in doing that again, you diminish the disadvantage. So better advertising, pages, ads, better traffic or targeting. And there’s a third component that’s where most people go wrong, which is having the right offer, having your piece of taking your piece of the economic spy. How you do that in the affiliate marketing space that are selecting the right offers to promote is very important. So, when you just go to a marketplace like ClickBank or dig store and you grab any random offer for from there, chances are that you’re going to be picking an offer that doesn’t give you uh that doesn’t share the potential other economics with you or that doesn’t have good economics because many vendors there, they don’t do this part right because at the end of the day, they’re not taking the risk. You as an affiliate, you’re taking the risk. If you bring in a customer and like with a highly optimized company, they could make $500 off that customer. Uh, and if they’re making just $100, it’s still like that’s a free $100 for them. They will take it and just be happy. So, they don’t have a lot of potential. Or some companies do, but they do not share that with affiliates. However, these days there are many companies sharing that potential. uh companies that pay a fixed rate that’s higher than the initial um the the initial uh uh payment the customer makes. So like you can sell a $100 product, but your commission is $180 is $200. You got a $100 sale, but uh that’s what the customer paid for the product you’re promoting, but your commission is twice that much. And this is uh these are the companies recruiting the top the best affiliates out there. So finding the right offers becomes one of the most crucial things for you because that significantly diminishes the disadvantage you naturally have as an affiliate uh when when on the economics side of the thing. So the right offers, the right traffic, hearing the right traffic. It’s also about like the um catching different trends and finding different opportunities that you can um like sometimes a celebrity says something and you can use that in your marketing to catapult your results, that type of thing. And better advertising, better copy, better ads, better landing pages, better advertising strategies if you’re doing remarketing and other things. So these three things together can give you a great advantage. Traffic offer and let’s say copyrightiting or advertising. Okay. So when you understand this then you’re going to focus on the on developing the right skills which doesn’t mean you have to become a genius and for each of these areas that I’m showing you here. Now that’s not what I meant by when you understand that these are your your superpowers. Of course, you can use like AI to do some of these things and it’s it’s right. But when you are when you understand that these are your your superpowers or should be your superpowers, then you start developing them and then you start getting better results as an affiliate because you understand that you are competing on the marketing side of the thing. So you get the best offer you can to diminish as much as you can that disadvantage you have in the economics and then you start working on the marketing side to get better results. So catching markets uh market tren market uh trends in different markets. So uh anything could could be that like a new meme or something that a celebrity says and that people talks about and some people hate it and others love it. It doesn’t matter. Those things can be used in your marketing. If um Elon Musk says that AI will extinguish humanity in 5 years from now, that is something you can use in your marketing. That grabs attention and that’s something that maybe for a company, a brand to use that in their advertisements maybe not so simple like they have way more rules. Again, remember your advantage is flexibility. You’re you can do more than they can. So you can use that grab more attention, increase your clickthrough rate, lower your cost per click, get cheaper traffic because you can catch on those trends and they cannot do it so easily. Or maybe a new market explodes like since Ampeic became a thing and lots of offers uh GLP offers started to pop up and affiliates made a ton of money with that, myself included, because that was just a huge market trend. Now for someone who is in just in in one uh business that has zero flexibility that’s unrelated to that that’s that’s nothing that that means nothing but for an affiliate when you see something exploding you go there and you make your money there. Then something else explodes and you go there and you make your money there. You have that flexibility. Uh second skill that so catching uh markets uh uh understanding markets and trends that’s very important. Uh you can do that just by being active on social media or you can use uh several tools to do that. There’s a tool called Rival IQ that allows you to monitor different pages and different um accounts and social media to always know what’s trending. So you can you can use things like that. Second thing, research and spy. You never come up with something out of nothing. You never have an idea for a page or for a an ad and you just put up the page and the ad and put that on the traffic source and pays for traffic for that thing. Like your chance of succeeding doing that is one in a million. It’s nearly impossible. What you do is to work on what already exists out there. Part of your marketing is not to reinvent the wheel. So if you want to use your flexibility on the marketing side to win that game, what you do is to see what’s already working. Pages already converting, angles already converting for other companies, other affiliates for in in your niche, and then you just remodel that and use that with your offer. You do not create things out of nothing because if you do that then you you’re going to need either huge talent or you or you’re going to have to be the luckiest marketer on earth to get things right and have a good uh uh success rate with your campaigns. So you really want to focus on research and spy. You can use free tools like Facebook ad library, Google um Google’s transparency portal. Um or you can use like some uh paid tools like uh foreplay or like uh deep tube uh like so many others but spy hero but you want to make sure that you do your homework and research and spy before spying her here. I’m not saying this in in a bad way like it’s just really market spying is part of marketing and it’s always been and it’s not just for affiliates. All businesses want to know what their competitors are doing and what’s working and what is not. That’s their business intelligence, right? So, uh that’s what you want to do. Uh then you want to write good copy and good copy comes from the research as well because good copy is not the ability to write copy. Claude has that ability to a level that is much better than what I can do and probably you’ll never beat Claude. So you can just get a Claude plan or even Chat GPT or any AI these days Gemini whatever and it’s going to write copy better than you can and you can study for 5 10 years and you’re going to go there and it’s going to write better copy than you. So good copy here is understanding what are the elements your copy needs to have. Who you’re going to talk to? What are their pain points? What are their expectations? What they want to get from you? what are their what can make them take action or what can make them hesitant to take action and then you feed that information into AI and then it’s it’s going to return amazing copy to you traffic strategy it’s what I mentioned before ad creation landing page creation that’s basically what you do and you try to improve as an affiliate um if you have these things in place you can really compete as an affiliate and what you normally what your game will be is you’re going to be running several campaigns. Some campaigns will not work. Some campaigns will work and you make good money from those campaigns and from time to time you’re going to find a campaign that is just in incredibly profitable. So if you make a million dollars in a year and you run 50 campaigns, chances are that half a million dollars will come from one or maybe two campaigns and the other half million dollars will come from the other 48 campaigns that you run because this is how the the this is the nature of this business and we never know which one is is going to be like the gold mine. It’s hard to say uh beforehand. So, we always follow the right steps, create campaigns, find things that are um that have potential in when we’re studying markets and trends. We tap into that and sometimes we make some money, sometimes we get it wrong and we don’t make money and sometimes we make a ton of money. So, that’s that’s how it works. So, when you see someone say that, oh, I made a huge amount of money in one month like uh it can be true. It doesn’t mean that they are making that kind of money every month because this business it’s naturally very unstable. All right. Um so this is um how it works and I want to share now a step-by-step execution um to apply this in practice. So here are the steps you would normally um have to follow to execute these things and implement like my my framework would be what I just showed you but for you to implement a framework. So first put your focus on finding offers that are performing well for others. You want to find the right offers in the right markets and that are trending now because that that’s already 80% of the thing that helps you uh soften that disadvantage you naturally have on the economic side of the business that already puts you in the right place. A market that’s growing um where you have different trends that you can use in your advertising to grab people’s attention, engage them um and and that that already is 80% of the thing. if you can get it right. So, if you just pick any random offer and you’re clueless about what you’re doing and you start with the wrong like with the left foot, it’s going to be hard to make up for it even if you do all the other things right. So, that’s your starting point. Then you gain access to those offers. So, normally the you you have some some tools for doing these things. So, here I’m suggesting for you to find offers. You can use the Facebook ads library. Even if you’re not using Facebook, doesn’t matter. But but you can find offers there. You can use this tool that I really like, deep tube.io. I’m not an affiliate or anything. I’m just letting you know because I like these tools. Uh, anstrax is a great tool for um spying on native ad platforms like Tibula, Albrain, uh, Rev content, etc. And so there you can normally get a good assessment of your of the markets, what what’s trending, what’s big, what’s not, what’s working for others. uh do not have any um concept that set on stone in your mind. Sometimes you’re going to look at an ad and you you’re going to think no there’s no way this is doing well. But if the numbers there say the contrary numbers uh are always the king. You know if the numbers show that something is working it’s working. Um then once you understand the markets and find some offers that others are promoting successfully you access those offers. Sometimes you’re going to find them in the marketplaces and it’s not going to be hard because now you already know which offers you are looking for. In other cases, those will be private offers. You’re going to have to contact them or the vendors and ask for access. Uh there are some tools that can help you here as well. Uh offer vout, o digger, researching the marketplaces. And if you have affiliate managers, they can be very very helpful because even in case when they don’t have the exact same offer, they can have a similar offer with a similar commission which can be also a starting point for you. So um networking is is always an important thing. We normally in the beginning neglect that side of the thing like we do not talk to anyone. We think we’re going to get a computer and just make money. I used to do that for several years and these days I see how much money I left on the table because I completely neglected the networking side of my business. Um, and then you prepare validated ads and landing page. How you do that? Simple. You did your research or spying in the beginning. So, you saw ads and landing page that were doing well for others. Now you have references. I’m not telling you to steal their ads and landing page. In some cases, uh, that won’t even work. Like sometimes you’re promoting a similar offer, not the same. So, you don’t want to steal their stuff, but you’re not starting uh from scratch. You have a reference. There’s an angle there. There’s a persona. If you can’t extract that information from their pages and ads, you can upload that into AI and AI will give you that information. So, now you’re using AI more effectively. Then you set aside a testing budget because you’re going to start running the campaign. Now, this this one here is really the one I I don’t want to give you numbers here cuz this will really depend on your traffic source, what you’re doing, and what kind of guidance you have. There are so many factors here, but on average, it’s four to seven times the offers payout. This is just a please don’t don’t take it as the absolute truth. If you are going through a training and they give you another number, their number is right because that training has a specific methodology and um the number that makes sense there may be not this one. Okay? And then you set up your tracking because you want to know your numbers. You want to know which ad is bringing in uh sales. And so like if you’re running ads on meta, you want to have some sort of thing that reports conversions to meta. So you see the campaign, the ad generating conversions. you do not just see that you spent this amount of money and made that this amount back but you have no idea on what to do from there and that’s what you do like some good trackers are I like red track and volume uh but be mob is a good option if you are getting started on a budget because they have a free plan so with these five steps and let me just go back here all these six elements in place you can compete in the arm marketing or let’s say online like not just internet marketing like the the online marketing space that’s really a war zone and you can address that weak point you have which is your low margin and you can amplify that strong point you have which is your flexibility and then you can really become successful as an affiliate and making seven figures a year will naturally happen if you do this consistently oops if you do this consistently it will naturally happen cuz you’re going to find a campaign that makes you like that makes you $5,000 $10,000 in a month. Um, then you’re going to find another one that makes you 2,000 and another one that makes you $5,000. You’re going to have some campaigns that lose you a few hundred cuz they those campaigns don’t work. It’s part of the game and you’re going to be playing that game and making some nice money and then eventually you’re going to find something that is a cash cow that’s printing money for you and then you’re going to scale that one and and then you’re going to make half a million. I’m not saying like I’m not promising you any results. I’m just telling you how how this whole affiliate marketing thing typically works from the perspective of someone who’s been doing this for a long time. Now, another thing I want to tell you before we go to the second phase and then before I answer your your questions is and this is very important because sometimes people don’t understand why they’re going through courses and courses are not working and they think the courses are bad or they think the the people selling or marketing those courses are bad. um they they blame everything they can but the truth is or or sometimes they also blame themselves but for the wrong reasons they say oh I’m not good enough I’m not intelligent enough I’m not smart enough I’m not tailored to do this I’m not good at marketing I’m blah blah blah normally it’s not that you’re just not understanding the foundational aspects so imagine that and this is very easy to understand imagine that if you want to build an online business and you want to make x amount of dollars per month as uh your income and you’re not now not making any money online. So you’re at zero and you want to get to let’s say $10,000 a month example. So you are at point A zero and you want to get to point B 10k a month. So imagine this as like just like if if you wanted to travel to a different place and you want to go from where you are now to that place. So for you to do that you need a vehicle. So, let’s assume it’s a car. And for you to do that, you’re going to have to drive the car from point A to point B. And that’s not that rocket science. Most people can drive cars. Let’s forget the the cars that can drive themselves now. Let’s stick with the old cars. Uh so, most people could learn how to drive a car. Uh sometimes even people with physical limitations could have an adapted car that they would be able to drive. So, you know, it’s not rocket science. Now imagine that you not only have to drive the car but you have to build the car first and then you start buying different components of that car. You buy a wheel, some a tire, an engine, a windshield, a bumper, a I don’t know like you start buying the different parts of the car and you start like the brakes and you start trying to put everything together and then it doesn’t mean that the wheel well you bought is not good but perhaps it doesn’t work with that tire that you bought. they’re just they don’t match each other. So, they’re good, but they don’t work together. And then after all the test and all putting everything together, sometimes there’s something like very like a small hose or something something you missed and that when you try to start driving the car, for some reason it doesn’t work and you have no idea on what it is because everything seems to be in place. So, that’s the process of building a business from scratch. And when you buy different trainings and courses, you’re normally buying those different components. And it doesn’t mean they’re good or bad. You can buy some bad courses eventually that are many out there. And you’re if you buy several, you’re going to buy some good ones as well. The problem is that you don’t have a blueprint for that shows you, okay, so this is what you have to do. This is what works together and this is what doesn’t. So when you don’t have the blueprint, you’re doing things randomly. So you think that you are in a hush in in a rush and you need results as soon as possible and then you just want to get something that will give you results tomorrow. But the problem is that that’s the slowest way to build an online business. [snorts] The people I’ve seen take the longest to make money online are the ones that keep saying that they need to make money online fast. And I’m not saying that it’s not possible to make money online fast. What I’m saying is that if you take a few days of your time to organize this the foundation of your business and you understand okay so this is the business I’m going to build and you understand that and you internalize that and you um uh uh uh have a mindset where you understand that you’re going to have to make adjustments but you don’t want to build a different type of business. So, let’s say you’re building a car. So, you know that um you’re going to have sometimes to change uh a component and make some adjustments, but you don’t want to switch from building a car to building a boat because a boat is a completely different thing and it has a different purpose. And it doesn’t mean boats are better or worse than cars. It just means that you’re building a car, not a boat. So, that’s it. So, that creates focus for you. So you do not lose focus when someone comes and shows you a plane and that because it’s awesome because with a plane you can fly and then it’s much faster and all right there are benefits and they make a plane better in some cases but in other cases a car is more useful than a plane and when you want to like go visit your mother that’s 5 miles away from you don’t want to have a plane you want to have a car. So depending on what you’re doing a car could be better. So you’re building a car, you stick with building your car. So you at the same time you have the flexibility to make adjustments, but you’re not jumping from one thing to another in a random way without having a clue on what you’re doing. All right? And um understand your whole in the process if you’re an affiliate because I like to say that money is always a consequence. So you for you to make money, you’re not going to make money because you want to make money. You’re not going to make money because uh you need to pay your mortgage. That’s not a something that’s not a cause for the consequence you want, which is money. The cause for money is always value. So, if you’re not creating a product or creating something for the final customer, it’s fine. But you’re connecting businesses with customers. You’re helping businesses acquire customers and you’re helping customers uh discover useful products. When you understand that, you can provide value. You’re going to write choose the right products. You’re going to target the right customers. You’re going to work with the right businesses and that is going to help you create value and money is going to be a natural consequence of that value. So when you have this um understanding, you stop going crazy and jumping from one thing to another being totally clueless about what you’re doing thinking that you’re going to push a button and make money which realistically as adults we know that that’s not how the world works. So uh and then you you understand what you’re actually doing and then you do it right and then you start getting results. All right. So that’s the first thing I want I wanted to share with you the first phase of today’s um webinar. So I don’t see questions here in the chat yet. Uh I saw some messages. Christopher said, “Oh my god, my brain is jamming up.” All right. Uh, but if you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the chat. And right now, I’m going to have to drink some water.
I’ll go ahead and enter that 10 15 minute phase before the Q&A where I’m going to share uh our partner information about our partner program where we basically do these things for you. Okay? And then you no longer have to build the car. You just get into the car and then you drive the car. So, you’re still driving the car. So, it’s not that you’re not doing anything, but it’s typically easier than building the car, right?
All right. I find this all fascinating, but I think this it might be a bit over my head. Thank you, Cass. Wish uh for your feedback, and I I understand what you’re saying. Uh unfortunately, our time here is limited. cannot spend the entire day going over everything with examples and you know so I have to kind of pack everything in a in a very uh summarized way but I hope that you I mean again this is something I uh this is how I understand affiliate marketing business you don’t have to understand it like I do but hopefully you can grab some value here things that will be spec useful specifically for your situation so maybe some of the things I said here will be helpful for you, but a few things um will help you in your business. Uh Mercedes said, “Wish I had you around when I was starting out. Very good teacher. Thank you for your time.” Thank you, Mr. Andrew said. Very confusing. Not bad. It’s a lot of information. Yeah. Well, that’s the think about it like the good side of it is that uh you know this is what what I did here is a lot of information because I I’m not talking about one specific thing about affiliate marketing. I’m telling you what affiliate marketing is as a whole. So obviously I believe that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. So you don’t want to over complicate things but simplicity doesn’t mean uh ignoring things that are there and exist and are real. So if you don’t understand the business as a whole and then you’re just hopeful that one small thing is going to work without connecting it to the other things around it then that can be just an illusion. So my idea here is to show you the reality if it’s good or bad. Well, um it’s possible to make seven figures a year with this. It’s possible to start a business like this working from home as a one person uh as a one person business. So, I think that this is positive, but obviously uh if if this whole thing is good or bad, it’s something that each person has to to to determine for themselves. All right. Uh okay. So, now uh let me go to that second phase that I mentioned. So, just letting you know, I hope that you’re going to stay with me and we’re going to have a Q&A and I’ll share more things with you later.
But, uh, all right. So, now here’s the thing. Uh, the truth is that unfortunately, you can’t pretend you don’t need a real working business to make money. You need a business. It has to have all the components. Obviously, you can have a minimal viable version of your business initially. You can take care of everything yourself and some AI tools maybe, but still you need the whole business to make it a work. And I see that some people sometimes try to pretend it’s not necessary and they just want to push a button and make money. And it doesn’t work like that. Not in affiliate marketing, not in anything. Like the only kind of push button solution I’ve seen to make real money, it’s been winning the lottery. But then of course you don’t need a lot of effort to do that but you need a lot of luck. You have to be one of the luckiest people on earth to win a big lottery prize. So I wouldn’t count on that. So the other way is by building a business. That’s that’s how it is. So it’s not possible to pretend that oh I’ll just like do this one small thing here and then I’ll I’ll I’ll make like $50,000 a month and I’ll change my life. That’s that that’s just not that’s unreal. So you need the business. So the first step is to accept it and then finally build the business. Do not just implement a method but build a business and then use the method to improve your business. I can share with you a method for creating better ads. That’s going to be super helpful if you apply that to your business strategy. Like if you’re doing something wrong like in terms of wrong offers, wrong traffic sources, my method for creating better ads is not going to save you. So you need the business to apply the method and not the method to build the business. Hopefully that’s clear. But the other alternative you have is to have someone build that business for you. And there are a few different solutions out there. Um, and I’m going to present to you which I believe for anyone doing affiliate marketing is the best and I created it to be the best solution for that. Obviously, my opinion is biased because it’s my solution, but um I truly believe it and obviously there are agencies that can build a business for they can build offers for you. that can help you like consultants that can help you understand how you acquire customers, how you structure your business better, how you understand the economical aspects of your business. Like there are people who can help you build a business out there. Typically, it’s not very affordable. So, that’s the main disadvantage, but that’s possible. But I want to um show you the solution we have inside Wealthy Minds that can be a big shortcut if if this this is what you’re trying to do. And again uh it it doesn’t mean that you sit and wait for the money. It means that after the solution you have a business. So you have the car in that analogy. Now you have still have to drive the car from point A to point B but you’re no longer trying to put the different components and parts together. So this is called the wealthy minds partner program. And uh so real quick how I created this program in first place. So, I’ve been training and coaching people um in in the affiliate marketing and internet marketing space for a long time, not just a specifically affiliate marketing because many of the things I learned or many of these skills I developed over the years doing affiliate marketing can also apply to other businesses like generating traffic for example. So, I have traffic trainings that are not just for affiliates. So, I’ve been uh working with people and helping them build an online business for a long time. Um, however, there was a point when I realized that and and it’s a funny story. Uh, I told this story when I launched this program six months ago. So, real quick, uh, I was actually working with a member of one of my programs and was helping him do what I just explained to you. Select the right offer, create the ads and landing page based on references, launch the campaign, validate ads, and and um, go from there. So I assigned him the the initial tasks which was basically to research, find the offer, create the landing page and ads for us to set up the campaign. And almost one week later, he came back to me with the offer, the landing page and the ads for me to review. Very normal. Uh had already done that a thousand times with a thousand different people. But the things that when I got his information almost at the same time, I received a weekly briefing that we used to have and still have in my business um that um my team basically sends to me with everything we did for the week. And like this person uh I’m gonna call him John. Obviously, it’s not a real name that it’s a different name, but let’s say John. So, John um sent me the offer, the landing page he created, and I don’t know like five or six ads that he wanted to use. He hadn’t tested anything. He hadn’t set up the campaign yet. Even tracking was not set up yet. The report from my team uh was showing that we tested I don’t I don’t remember exactly. I think it was five, six or seven offers in that week. We created more than 300 ads, a bunch of different landing pages. We had a spent over $70,000 in ads during that week. We had made $180,000 in revenue, so more than six figures profit uh during that particular week. And uh all of that during the same time that it had taken John to just research an offer, a landing page and a a handful of ads. We had some winners that we were scaling. we had already discarded some losers and um I you know and that report always used to come with some analysis from uh our media buyers and the the u our manager with like their insights and their statistics and what they saw others doing and what we should do the forecasting all that stuff when I look at that those two things I I thought John is a highly motivated guy he he’s really serious about what he’s doing. He’s determined. He He’s got everything he needs like internally as a person to to be successful. He’s a true entrepreneur, but he lacks the infrastructure. And when we go out there and we compete for traffic, because that what happens like traffic is a limited resource in this world. So, we’re always competing for it. So, when we go out there and we compete for traffic, we’re going to absolutely crush uh we’re going to absolutely crush John because we’re going to crush him cuz there’s no way he’s going to compete against us. And there are other businesses bigger than us competing there. And he’s just picking like his one offer, his one landing page, and his five ads. And he wants to launch a campaign. And you know, then u did I think that John had a no chance? No, he had a chance. He could find a good offer with a good landing page and good five ads and start making some money, take that to a few thousand a month. Then the campaign would eventually stop working, but then he would have a better budget and a validated process. He would repeat that and go from there. And eventually he would be able to hire some people, get better tools, and start grow. And eventually he would get to a point where he would have a business like ours. I I I I thought it was completely possible. But the thing is that the most precious thing we have in this world is time. And he would need years to get to our level naturally. It took me years to get to this level. Like I’m not a genius or anything. Far from that actually. So uh it takes years for a normal person like me and most people here to to go from that point initial point that John was at until having a real business and infrastructure. And then I thought, okay, so uh and also by coincidence or maybe not so much, I don’t really believe in coincidence. So uh uh not too long ago, I had a had a horrible experience recruiting affiliates to promote some of our own offers. We were in and during that time having that uh boom on AI and lip syncing and we discovered that those guys were using some celebrities and uh other things like and and changing our VSSLs and ads to promote our offers. uh we started to have legal problems basically with what they were doing. And when we discovered what they were doing, we immediately interrupted that we were able to uh uh um interrupt it uh uh in time to avoid bigger problems, but um it was a horrible experience. So I knew affiliates could do a lot of u volume. We had a affiliates generating over 10k a day in sales or our offers like 10 15k a day. one affiliate but we were facing all that problem. So I thought okay I wish I could work with people like John who were seros who were ethical who had everything that they needed but those affiliates they already had an infrastructure as well. They had a direct uh a direct response marketing operation and John didn’t. So um and that’s when you know kind of all the things uh started to work in my mind and I said okay I have to put together something that will allow John to work with us using our infrastructure. We’re going to save years of John’s time, money, energy, and uh help him have a real business much faster than he would be able to do like working on on his own. But on the other side, uh we’re going to have John and people like him motivated uh serious about building a business, helping us build a better acquisition engine. So, I created the partner program and I’m going to show you what the partner program includes now. But the thing I want to say even before I go over all of these components, and that’s very important, is that the partner program was not designed just to be a premium affiliate program because there are many other premium affiliate programs out there. And you can find those and uh normally you’re not going to uh be able to join those for free, but I know some premium programs that you can join to access offers with great commissions is starting at 50 bucks a month. So it’s not something I’m from out of this world. So premium affiliate programs uh exist. The thing is that I wanted to do more than that because I wanted to have partners and not just affiliates because affiliates as I showed you before and it’s easy to understand that they’re just an acquisition engine. They work on a small part of the business and they have that strong limitation that’s their uh weak economics. I wanted to have partners who would be partners for the whole thing for the entire business that would make money with us, not just on that initial sale or upselles or whatever, but that would share the whole LTV with us because that would give them the margins of a vendor with the flexibility of an affiliate. And then beyond that, because our infrastructure is already done, it’s there. It’s working. We have offers that are proven. They’re generating sales as we speak here. And they would be able to tap into that and use that existing infrastructure without having to come up with ads or research markets or discover trends or test and validate things with their own money. So instead of doing that, we could also hand all of that in a done for you format so that they could use that existing infrastructure and just really plug into the business and start running it. So that’s how uh I created the partner program with my team. And uh when I say this, it may sound like something that’s simple, but it was not easy. It took us over six months of hard work to make this um this whole thing work technically because it’s not so simple. Uh and what the partner program includes is um our whole business basically. We have private offers, our own offers, tested and validated offers. And it’s not just the offer, but it’s the whole thing, the upselles and everything. And we have that back backend offers, second offer, third offer, etc. And the way we work with partners is that we give them access to those offers. So they’re not promoting the same offers everyone in their mo is promoting. They’re promoting private exclusive offers and they get 100% commission on the sales they generate, plus a cut of all the back-end sales. For doing that, we provide them with the entire infrastructure. They get the tools, they get the pages, we do the ads for them. So they don’t have to create pages, edit videos, configure, tracking, um, whatever. Like we handle autoresponders, we do all of that for them. Automations, customer ascension, webinars, we do all of that for them. Our professional team is developing that and doing it for them. So the same copywriters that write my ads, my ad copy, my landing page copy, that create our VSSLs, that create our upsells, that create our downells, that create our uh ascension webinars, that create our um everything basically are the ones creating the same stuff for you. The same video editors editing videos for our business, DSLs, ads, everything. Same video editors working for you. data analysts, project managers, etc. the exact same team. Also, because this is a partner program, partners get to retain their data. One of the biggest things for a vendor is that and when we think about affiliates and vendors that the affiliate goes out there, generates a sale and that information, that customer, that email, that phone number, whatever, goes to the vendor, not to the affiliate. The affiliate sees a sale on their affiliate dashboard, but they do not know who the customer is, who made who purchased the product. They just see the sale. Our partners, they build their list. They get the customers. They own the data. So, they’re they can build up their business over the years. They’re not just like going after more traffic. They’re creating their own customer base. They’re every single lead they generate, every single sale they generate is theirs. It’s uh accessible to them. We provide the whole infrastructure like autoresponders and everything but the data is there’s like if a partner wants to download the the the list and use a different autoresponder they can do it. their list and everything like literally everything that’s involved in the process um as I said pages ads everything like the research part uh spying creating different offers adapting to different trends and markets testing and validating things all of that is in done for you format here so yes we still test a bunch of different ads we test a b a bunch of offers 80 to 90% of what we test never produces any results Because that’s how it works. It’s like that’s a mistake that people make to think that seasoned marketers they they are like fortune tellers. They know exactly which ad’s going to perform and which is not before running the ad. No, you we have a a strategy and a formula so that we can find winning ads, but most of our ads they never turn a profit. However, partners only get the ones that do. So that testing and validation is done with our money. And it’s not because uh I’m kind and I want to do this as charity for partners. No, we have and we’ve had the our internal media buying department for several months much. It’s something that we we had a proof uh before the partner program even exists. What we’re doing here is giving everything partners need so that they can play the same game that affiliates play but with a much better margin. the same margin that vendors have much better than many vendors actually because we do a really good job on the back end. They can have the complete infrastructure everything can be in done for you format and they can do that uh and and help us acquire customers for the business. So they they still work as an acquisition engine for for my business as well but at the same time they’re building their business as well. So it’s a win-win in this um uh in this format. And we have the mentorship portion which is where basically uh we have them support dedicated support team we have uh community we um provide uh um weekly training sessions and the exact frameworks and strategies we’re using for running the campaigns etc. So the idea here is that partners they have the business is already there. When someone becomes a partner, they’re no longer building the business. That stops the moment they become a partner. And now they are just following the instructions and using the resources we provide to run the existing business, the same business that we run. So when we get on calls, we can talk about offers and everything and numbers and and basically anything openly because we’re all running the same offers. We’re all business partners. Okay. So um I think that this model beats any other model out there for several reasons. Well, first uh it removes the need for testing and validating offers. You get only winning offers. And when I say offer, it’s not just like the product, but it’s the funnel. It’s the uh second funnel. It’s everything that’s involved in the process. Uh you get reliable traffic strategies. you you’ll never face saturation problems because you you’re not promoting the exact same offers that a thousand or 10,000 other affiliates are promoting because when you’re doing that then you not only have to play that entire game that I explained before but you still have to play better than the other affiliates promoting the same offers. Uh if if if you have that saturation problem you have the best margins possible. You get done for you campaigns. You build your list. you earn across the entire funnel. You can be running your campaign and as you do that you get a sale. That sale uh that customer takes some upselles. Okay, you make a 100% of that money like it goes straight to you. We never touch that money. But then as you keep running the campaign or even if you pause your campaign the next day you may see a 500 commission pop up on your account and you did nothing to generate that one, but we ascended to the customer for you. um proven strategies, proven ads. We give you a swipe file with all the ads that were profitable for us. There’s not a single ad there that was not profitable. I’m not talking about ads that generated sales. Sales with a profit margin. Um you can scale faster. You can just literally go from struggling to build a business to being the CEO of a business. And that’s a big jump, right? and we’ve been generating some amazing results since we started the partner program. Actually, one of the things that I really enjoyed, I don’t know if he’s on this webinar, but if you are here, Jason, I really appreciate. Jason is one of our partners. He was very generous to uh record a it I I told him it was going to be a 10-minute interview, but he was very very generous. Shared everything he was doing and it turned turned out to be a um a a I think it was a 30-minute interview, the full interview that we made available to partners. I think it was 30 minutes or so. It was really long. And Jason um achieved some great results considering his front end and backend commissions uh in his first two months. So uh we’re seeing we’ve been seeing great results in in the partner program and uh yeah well so basically me some messages I get I work with some partners on Zlack and this is a Slack message that I received few days ago. So yeah. So, let me tell you what you need and what you don’t need to work as a partner. And then I’m going to explain exactly if you decide that this could be for you, what you should do next. And then we’ll go to the Q&A. Oh, Jason is here. Uh, hey Jason, I I think that I cannot uh share your message, but Jason said, “Hi, William. Yes, the partner program has been incredible. Really appreciate you guys. Thank you, Jason. All right, so uh it’s great. Uh unfortunately, I don’t think I can make your chat message visible. Yeah, no, Zoom doesn’t give me that option. All right, but thank you, Jason. Really appreciate you. Uh that interview was really amazing. way more than I was expecting when we uh booked that call. All right. So, what do you what do you really what do you need to to be a partner? You need to really want it really want to build an online business. And let me tell you why. Because most people don’t want to build a business. uh years ago I saw uh I think it was an experiment or something and I saw a guy like um saying that like if I don’t remember all the details because it was many years ago but that really uh stayed with me because I I think that that illustrates the situation perfectly. He said that okay if you go out there just you know start approaching people on the street and ask them hey do you want a Ferrari? No matter how many people you ask if they want a Ferrari, from a homeless person to a billionaire, if you offer them a Ferrari, they will say, “Yes, I want it.” Right? That’s that’s natural. However, the guy who gets the Ferrari is the guy who really wants it. And really wanting it means working hard towards that goal. given up weekends, parties, barbecues with his neighbors and and and friends to work to build a business or create something that gets him the Ferrari. And I think most people, and just being transparent, I don’t mean to be offensive with this, but uh obviously I don’t want to lie either, so I have to say what I what I really think. I think most people in the online marketing space, they don’t want to build a business. They just want to keep dreaming of a better day when things will work when they will make a ton of money when their life is going to change. And that hope it gives them strength to continue. I’m not saying that for for people in that situation that it will not not happen. Well, maybe it will happen. Uh I I I’ve seen all kinds of people get results on the internet over the years. Uh the word impossible is impossible for me to use because I uh I know nothing is impossible. Everything is possible. But the truth is that many people just have kind of turned internet marketing, affiliate marketing, whatever into a hobby, into uh something they enjoy being involved with. But when there’s a when they have to prove it that they are really fully committed, they step back. And that’s the type of people who can’t in my opinion um fully benefit even from a solution like this. Because for a business to work, you have to build the business and then you have to run the business. In this case, yes, we build the business for you. It’s true. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that. I can say it and be compliant and legal because I know that this is real and I can prove it. So yes, we build the business for you. But you still have to run the business you know you still have a role in the process otherwise they wouldn’t be here talking to people and saying hey you can become a partner like then there would be no partners right so partners are important so the person becoming a partner they have to really want it they have to decide okay now I had a lot of fun studying different methods and doing lots of things I had ups and downs I learned lots of great things I faced some failures that were painful but gave me useful experience But right now is the moment for me to really build a business, make it work, have a business up and running on the internet. And for the good and bad, sometimes you’re going to have to uh spend some time working on your business time that you wanted to spend, I don’t know, on a Netflix bench or walking the dog or going out for dinner with your husband or what, doesn’t matter. So that’s u the negative side. But the good side is that you’re going to have some big wins. You’re going to find some winning campaigns. From time to time, you’re going to have some campaigns that will explode and will produce great results for you. And that’s that you really want to leave the experience of having the business. Some headaches, some concerns sometimes, but real results, real numbers. You drive traffic, you generate sales, you make some money, you send customers, you do the math, you optimize. That’s really working. It’s not studying. It’s not imagining. It’s not dreaming, it’s doing it. So that’s the most important thing. Something you don’t need specific skills or experience. That’s the whole point of a done for you thing. Like it’s done for you. So you don’t have to be a copyriter cuz guess what? We’re doing the copy for you. You don’t have to be a great media buyer because guess what? We’re testing and validating and giving you these strategies. We’re using the exact same one. So you don’t have to discover any strategies or frameworks or whatever. Um, so you you don’t need any specific skills. You don’t need resources. You don’t need tax skills because we’re taking care of that. That’s that’s our part of the business. So you literally need zero of that. You don’t need a large budget. Uh it it’s because obviously uh we we do pay traffic there. So you’re going to need a budget, but it you don’t necessarily need a large budget. you. I think that a much larger budget is necessary when you’re validating things from scratch than when you’re getting things that have been tested and validated to test. It means that uh you you can get started with 50 bucks. Of course not. But you don’t need a huge budget to do it. A large bud, a lot of money like people, oh, you’re going to need like $10,000 investing. Of course not. That’s a that would be crazy. Like that you don’t need all of that. uh if you want to invest all of that in your traffic, then you can discover and validate things on your own maybe because that’s a that’s a lot of money. So you don’t need a large budget and you need to commit. The idea is that once you become a partner, I’m I’m not going to say you’ll never buy an hour marketing course again in the future because you can always do that. Like I don’t think buying courses is bad in itself, but the problem is that you people buy a course thinking that uh they’re not going to have to build they’re going to skip the whole thing. they’re not going to have to build the business, put in the effort or anything. The course is going to do it for them. That’s the wrong mindset. And I can tell you, you’ll never have to buy a course thinking like that again. So, if eventually you buy a course on copyrightiting, yeah, you can learn more about copyrightiting because partners also have the freedom to make changes to ads and things and u and they have control over the pages and everything. So, you can you can after you’re making some money, maybe you want to test your own stuff and then you can do that and it’s fine. We actually have training there. I share lots of training materials. Um, we have weekly calls. I I I we have a mentoring person inside the partner program. That’s very important. It’s important that partners learn more. When you’re the CEO of a business, it doesn’t mean you’re the guy doing every single task, but the more you know about the business as a whole, the better uh uh you’ll be able to make decisions and conduct the business in an effective way. So, learning is fine, but uh you don’t want to be like jumping from one thing to another anymore. This is the final thing. This is the last jump. Once you’re there, that’s the thing you’re going to be doing. And if you don’t do it, uh, it’s going to be bad for us because you’re not gonna be that acquisition machine that we need and it’s going to be bad for you because you’re going to have an entire business sitting there just, you know, taking dust. So, um, you need to commit. All right. So, with all of this being said, let me tell you how you can get started. So, I’m going to give you a link now, and it’s very simple. First thing, you submit an application because obviously this is a true partnership. I’m not inviting any random person into my business. Um, sorry. Right. But but this is the reality. That being said, I don’t want this to be uh to sound like, oh, uh, it’s probably too hard. I don’t qualify. No, it’s we have a small screening process and um that’s it. Okay. So, you don’t have to think it’s too complex. It’s not. But, um, we have that. Then we book a quick call and we talk. And I know that some people don’t like to jump on calls because they think, “Oh, they’ve had experience with high pressure sales calls or anything like that.” No, you’re not talking to a closer. You’re talking to me and I’m not a closer that I I’ve never been one. I don’t know like I I’m not even a native English speaker. I don’t think I would have the skills to do that. So, that’s not the goal. And actually uh those people like pushing hard to get a sale that that’s pointless first because if I want a bunch of people to join I could put a buy link here now and would have more people joining than if doing all of this stuff. So um that’s not the point. Some people uh we may talk and may get to the conclusion that okay I don’t think it makes sense for us and fine then we remain as friends and it’s okay. If it makes sense we can talk about it and see if we can move forward or not. there’s no sales or high pressure or whatever all kind of stuff. I want to work with intelligent people here. So, I don’t want to disrespect your intelligence by trying to do that type of silly stuff. So, that’s not how how it works. It’s just really a real chat, just an opportunity for us to talk like getting to know each other a little bit better. Then, if it makes sense and we decide to move forward and um may happen or may not happen, but if it happens, then we have an onboarding process. We get you set up. It takes a few days, but we do everything on our side and then you get ready to to join the other partners basically and then you start running your campaigns. All right. So, this is the process and uh this is the link you have to go to if you would like to apply and uh obviously I said it’s just a relaxed conversation and that’s exactly what it is. But obviously it has to be like for [clears throat] us to see if the partner program makes sense for you and for us and uh so obviously it’s not cheap talk like it’s it’s uh it’s about the partner program. Okay. So just so uh people booking calls or booking a call to talk about this, right? So let me put this link for you in the chat. There you go. It’s in the chat. You can go ahead click it and uh it’s a type form with a few questions and those are very simple questions. You’re not going to be asked for uh your income or that those things that I know people are not comfortable with and there’s no reason for asking about that. Uh okay I’ll be answering questions. I already have the first one here. Uh and go ahead and ask any questions you have. Okay. So let me go to this first one. So, are we running Facebook ads or Google? So, for the right now, we’re mainly focused on Facebook ads. That being said, the partner program is not attached to one traffic source. I’m not going to say, “Hey, this is Facebook ads or this is Google or this is like we’re running Facebook ads. We have a solo ads um portion of it that’s that will be started early this week like uh maybe even during the weekend actually and partners already know that because I told them about that. So it will be solo ads and Facebook ads initially. We’re not running Google ads at the moment uh for several reasons that uh we cover inside but basically eventually if that becomes what’s making us money then I’ll just say go to to u jump on a call with partners and say hey everyone now we’re making money with this traffic source here are the ads here are your links here’s how you upload your ads let’s do it and then we start using it because I don’t want to say it’s about this or that traffic source because this can always change uh it’s about what’s working now for our offers.
Uh great question by Brad here. Why wouldn’t you give us some idea of cost before asking us to take the time to go through the process? If it’s out for uh of our budget, then it would be a waste of both of our time. Yes, that’s a risk. But here’s the thing, we can be flexible with pricing. That’s the truth. Because I I want to um let me give an an exaggerated example. But let’s say your neighbor knocks on your door and says, “Hey, I want to be a partner in your business and I have a million dollars to invest in your business.” What would you say? Well, maybe you would say yes. I don’t know like but maybe like the million dollars you can do a lot of stuff with that, right? Or maybe I don’t know like Elon Musk and I don’t know if you like him or not. So, let’s it’s just an example. Okay. Knocks on your door and says, “Hey, I want to be a partner in your business, but I’m investing $1 to uh to take that equity.” Would you say yes or no? Well, for me it would be an immediate yes. I could pay him a million dollars to become a partner in my So when it’s a partnership, uh it depends. And that’s why we can have some flexibility. Obviously, I can tell you because I don’t want to like say, is it more than a course or a normal webinar offer? Absolutely. Is it something that’s going to cost you like an agency price point? 15 $20,000? No, not even close. So, um because it’s for for normal people. It’s not for people with a business and an enterprise budget. So, um but it will depend it will depend on different we have different partnership tiers as well and what changes is a few things but mainly the backend commissions you get. So that changes the margins we have on the customers you acquire. So that’s why we really need to talk. Uh, honestly, if you think that this is for you, I think that risking half an hour is probably not bad. I I’ll be talking to more people that will not become partners and not necessarily because of budget, but just because of fit. Uh, and it’s fine, but I know that I’ll walk away with a few partners that will that will allow me to grow my business and that I’ll be able to help them grow their business. Uh, and now timing is perfect. Q Q4 is approaching. So Q4 and one are always the biggest ones in online marketing in general. So I know that it will be worth it for me. So but obviously I’ll have to have some calls that will not uh lead to that and it’s fine. Uh that’s why I said it’s really just a conversation. Uh and I totally understand if you’re not willing to take like literally 30 minutes to jump. You don’t have to bring your credit card with you if that’s what scares you. Like that’s not the idea, right? But um if you’re if you taking 30 minutes to just chat with someone to join their business, if that’s you feel that’s too much, I understand it. But then this is already that’s already a filter. Like it means it’s probably not for you cuz we jump on calls and talk with partners all the time. So if that’s a problem, uh fine. But then um maybe that’s that’s what will save time.
Uh uh can I ask what type of budget might be required to set aside for ads? Um yes you can ask of course I’ll give you a number but again uh we have different offers and the budget depends on the offer like we just released a new offer and we have another one that will be released in the next days. Uh, let’s say $500 is is a number that will definitely get you going with the first ads, especially with these offers we’re releasing now that have a lower price point. Um, you can you can use that number as a reference. I’m not like again when we talk depending on what you’ll be doing it could be uh a bit more or even a bit less but um because I can share results of partners with you and then you can have not names but just results without names for partners. were here like I’m not going to share your name and your results uh obviously but uh results without names and basically and then you can have an idea and we can see best case scenarios worst case scenarios that’s that’s absolutely fine. So just giving you a number uh but that number could change when we talk.
[snorts]
Uh okay let me I’m getting lots of questions here now. Let me do my best to answer as many as I can. So another one here. May I ask if a total beginner might do better to start with your traffic mavericks training? These are completely different things. It’s like asking me if you should buy a house or a car. Well, both can be really nice, but it depends on what you’re trying to do. Traffic Mavericks is a training about traffic. I think it’s pretty good, and I’m always doing my best to keep it updated and deliver as much value as possible. It’s a training on traffic. So if what you need is a training on different traffic sources and that’s all you need and that’s all you want, Traffic Mavericks can do it for you and it should be the best option. Now if what you want is a done for you business, then Traffic Mavericks is unrelated to that. So again, it’s like comparing like an apartment with a car. Which one should I buy? Well, I don’t know like or maybe not. It depends like on what what do you need for your business? If your problem is not traffic, then why would you buy traffic mavericks, right? So, it depends on what you want and what you need.
I’ve been following for years now and I can say that this is the best offer I ever sent from you till now. But unfortunately, I need four, six weeks from now to be ready for this. I always wanted a real business that I can depend on after several previous failing attempts. Uh yeah, obviously uh unfortunately Ashra, we’re not going to be doing this in four or six weeks from now. That’s unsure. Uh I’m sure about it. When will I be reopening this in the future? Most likely yes. When? Probably within a year? I don’t know. Like uh I wanted to do a small launch and reopen it like 3 months later and we’re here now like 6 months later, but uh I don’t know. It could be six months from now, a year from now. I I’m not sure. uh the the things that it’s really up to you like um if if this is not the right timing for you, it’s not the right timing. If this is not what you need, then this is not what you need. If it’s what you need, then a year of your life can be a lot of time and sometimes a lot of money uh gets lost in that process as well if you’re not doing it right. So yeah,
I love how how transparent you are. Really appreciate it. Thank you, Cass. Sometimes it’s a bit hard for me to read the message here because every time I get a new message the it moves. So So I’m reading something and then it moves.
As I understand uh again it moved as I understand the program my responsibility is to run a paid ads. You’ll provide the rest of the steps for the business. Right. Right. But um again I like to be fully transparent. We should not oversimplify this. Like if you’re just like hitting the upload button. No, I I couldn’t I don’t know use a Grock agent to do that. Um imagine you Yes. Like if we think about like those roles that I mentioned before, yours would be the media buyer. So that’s correct. What you said is correct. But now it’s your business. You’re a partner. you’re joining as a so imagine like uh and I have to be careful saying this because this is not what it is I don’t want to have legal problems so this is not a franchise but imagine a franchise so when you get a franchise um you have lots of things that are already done for you like we have more things that are done for you than a franchise but uh still you get lots of things that are done for you and uh you still have to to run the business right and yes you you get everything but um you’re still making decisions. So for example, when you’re running a campaign, you’re deciding if you scale a campaign, if you kill a campaign, you’re you’re making that kind of decision. And um that is important that makes a difference. What I can tell is that not all partners have the same results for I can’t I can’t come here and say, “Hey, uh you’re going to make exactly what Jason made in two months from now.” I can’t say that. I think it wouldn’t even be uh legal for me to say that. But regardless of that, uh it wouldn’t be true cuz I don’t know, you could be make make more than him or you could make less. So, and it it’s different. Partners have different results. So, uh yeah, that’s that’s just to say that your role is important because if it wasn’t important, then everyone would get the same results, right? But yes, roughly you’re doing the media buying thing. just and and you’re not doing it uh that full thing like cuz normally a media buyer will get get an offer and then go from there. Should you go with like if we’re talking about meta ads CBO 111 or should go with bitcap campaigns or cost cap campaigns or should you try to uh use some exact uh strategy there or should you just follow the Andromeda structure how many texts you’re assigning per per ad and offer like all of those decisions a media buyer would have to figure out right so you’re getting all of that like we’re giving you the game plan okay so this is how you run the campaign this is what you do this is when you scale an ad this is when Pause and ad. This is You’re getting that, right? So, we provide that as well. No, that’s not $500 a day, Cass. No, absolutely not. No, no, that it was not a day or a week or something. Your screen isn’t shared. Oh my gosh. Let me see why. It should be like, is it just Thomas? Can everyone else please I’ll keep going through the questions. I know I haven’t answered several of the questions here but just give me uh yes in the chat if you can see my screen.
Okay, Thomas. So it’s something on your side. Try to play around Zoom and figure out what is causing it cuz I don’t know like people are saying that they can see the screen and Zoom is telling me that I’m sharing my screen. Okay, let me go back to the questions. Are we building a Tesla?
Yeah, hopefully yes. Uh, you know, the way I see the partner program is I see this as my biggest project ever in my business to be honest because the way I envision this uh progressing is um obviously as I said before I I this is the perfect timing now. There are periods of the year that tend to be much better than others. And this is not for the partner program. This is for and not even for affiliate marketing. This is in general. Whatever you’re promoting or running traffic to on the internet, Q4 and Q1 are the are much better like nearly 10 times better than Q two and three. I know many top marketers and affiliates who do not run any paid campaigns during Q2 and three. Their strategy is basically to let others do it. Validate campaigns. Then they they come on Q4 and get their validated ads, campaigns, offers, put a bunch of people to work on that, recreate the offers and launch their campaigns and stuff and make a lot of money during Q4 and Q1. And then Q2 is vacation time for them. Then they just take some time off and go drink some margaritas uh in Thailand, right? But uh so and and that that’s real like many people I don’t do that but many people do that. So time is great. I want all partners to achieve short-term results. That’s the goal. All of our funnels are designed to produce a short-term row uh a row as we before the back end. So it’s not that you’re losing money when you’re acquiring customers to try to turn a profit on the back end. No, that’s not how it works. That’s not none of our funnels are designed to do that. But at the same time, I envision a huge long-term potential for this. Right now, we’re a very small group. Over the years, that group’s going to grow. We’re going to release more offers. We’re just doing Bisop now. I think someone asked about niches, and it’s it’s uh we’re in the running bisop offers now, but we could expand that to other niches in the future. Partner with other businesses, other vendors. Um, you know, it’s it’s the potential is virtually unlimited. And I think that this is a huge project. Like I’ve been an affiliate marketer for almost 20 years, as I said before, since 2008. And even before that, but like making money, let’s say 2008. Before that was just like a wannabe. And and and I’ve always like affiliate affiliate marketing has always been my thing in different ways. There was a time when I was doing only almost lead generation offers. Um then a time when I was running a bunch of neutra offers and I’ve done all kinds of things. That’s the flexibility thing I said. I would just go where the biggest opportunity was basically. But now um I’m starting to put more and more focus on our internal offers and all of our offers that validate become profitable they are being made and will continue to be made available to partners. Not only the offers, ads, campaigns, everything. And I I think that at some point in 2027, next year, I’ll be able to get on a call like this and say, “Hey, now the affiliate portion of my business is 20 30% of my business and 70 80% is our internal offers. Right now, I’d say it’s the like 70% still like the affiliate marketing campaigns have been running for 20 years because the partner program was launched for the first time 6 months ago. So it’s a relatively new thing. Um yeah in April 6 months I think and uh but already it’s like uh not just the partner program but our internal traffic for our offers is already representing like uh this is not an exact number but let’s say 30% of our business 25% 30% something like that. Uh I see this in another six n months I don’t know uh being the the biggest portion of our business. So um yeah, that’s why I also want to make sure I work with the right people and I think the right people uh will really benefit from this program more than any other course, training or anything.
Uh
will your team help us if we have questions about our campaigns? Yes, 100%. partners have very easy access to me but we also have a dedicated support team for um for partners actually let me explain this in a level of detail how this team works that I I don’t think I have even explained all of this to to partners basically um so they have it’s very easy for partners to have direct access to me any partner can confirm that but uh we have another person who is dedicated to providing support to them and she is the direct point of contact with partners and she helps um them with situations as well but she has direct access to other team members. So for example, there’s a question about a campaign that she doesn’t feel confident answering. She has direct access to our chief media buyer, the guy running our campaigns, our internal traffic, and she’s one Slack message away from him. She’s going to send him a message. Hey, I have a partner who’s facing this issue. What would you do in the situation? Or have we seen anything similar in our campaigns? How you handle that situation? And he’s going to provide a detailed response and she’s going to forward it to that to to the partner. And we try to do that obviously in a time timely manner. So it’s it’s fast. We have weekly calls like technically uh I commit to uh one call every two weeks. That’s what we had in our initial agreement with the first partners. But I’ve been uh doing weekly calls with a couple of exceptions when I was seeking I could do it. But it’s weekly trading calls. Uh we jump on those calls. I share data information about our campaigns. Uh I sometimes share our uh the screen information like data from what we’re testing and basically uh partners can take the microphone and just talk and ask questions. we uh it’s possible if you want to share your screen or like everything like we have those calls in a very um they’re very like private calls like it’s not just like a webinar like this where I’m I’m here talking to a bigger audience it’s not like this um and uh yeah so dedicated support team uh we have a community so you can interact with the other partners it’s not like if you’re doing this without knowing what others are doing or being able to talk to them or ask a question or see if anyone has ever had the same situation you have easy access to the other partners as well.
How safe are we with Facebook not closing our account for whatever reason they usually have? If we totally depend on Facebook, what happens next? That’s a great question. So, one of our commitments, I didn’t mention it here, I should have mentioned that uh is to help partners with that to always have healthy accounts. So when we started the program, we had providers, people who would provide accounts. So partners could use their own accounts or get an account from a provider and just replace those accounts if necessary. Recently, for those of you who are running Facebook ads, you probably know that uh Facebook changes the rules and uh restricted several accounts, uh start rejecting more ads. Um and um that that happened um in and over the last 60 days, I don’t know exactly, something around that. And even like we used to connect partners with agency accounts that would allow them to run ads on agency accounts at no fixed monthly fee. So just a small percentage but since agency accounts historically have a lower CPM um it was a great option but some of those accounts started having issues as well. So right now we’re deploying a new solution for partners. We had a call literally yesterday at the same time with partners. We’re doing the calls currently on Friday. That’s not set on stone. You can always change that. But we had a call yesterday and I announced a few things we’re doing. Uh, one thing we did to reduce ad rejections, which is normally what will get your account restricted to many ad being ads being rejected by over 90 95%. And the next thing we’re deploying is an integration and I can share this as an information that will maybe will be helpful for those of you who are struggling with Facebook uh campaigns. Well, uh, an integration with WP ads. I don’t know if you know about WP ads. WAP ads is a, um, platform like if you sell your own products via [ __ ] So, this is if you’re if you’re an affiliate, it’s possible. Then you have to do the technical stuff. That’s what we’re doing for partners and we’ll be deploying this next week. Uh, an integration for all the partners to run uh, campaigns with Bob ads. Uh if you are u let’s say selling your own products, you can put your product on [ __ ] and then you can use [ __ ] ads and basically you run your ads via W’s account and they publicly guarantee zero account bands. So uh because they have a high a high account, high value account where you do not have account bands basically. So you just you can still get ads rejected of course but your account doesn’t get banned. So well I’m not going to provide you with a tutorial on that. you can research and discover how it works, but you can work with [ __ ] ads and we’re enabling that for partners. So, in a nutshell, what partners will be able to do now is just to register for a free [ __ ] account. Uh they will provide us uh some information for their account. We’re going to set up the integration for them. They’re now running ads via WOP’s account. So, say goodbye to account bands. This is the solution we’re deploying literally now this week, this coming week. Now, um what if it changes in 6 months from now? Then we have some other agencies that have hive accounts as well. Uh we we always like this is always happening. We’re always solving that kind of problem on our business. We just deployed that in a done for you way for partners. That’s the goal.
So these just saying that these solutions they change from time to time. Right now this is a good solution for any of you like who would like to to try it. If you’re an affiliate, if you’re an affiliate, I don’t know if you could do that. Like if you’re pro processing payments, let’s say with uh Stripe or any other payment processor, you can configure an integration. This is more [clears throat] technical like an API that will report conversions properly to [ __ ] and then you can have [ __ ] report that to Meta and technically you can make it work. That’s what we’re configuring for partners. We have a tech person full-time working on this now. Uh technically you could do that but I think it would be easier just to list your products on [ __ ] and WWOP. So if you’re selling by Stripe or Digi Store or I don’t know like just put your products on [ __ ] and then you can you can do that. Okay. Like if you’re an affiliate then uh that may not work. Uh if you’re doing volume, you can work with some sort of uh search for HIV uh agency account uh high value uh accounts and agencies that rent those accounts for you and then it’s not going to be free like the W account like what we’re going to provide to partners but still you’re going to be able to have an account that won’t face lots of restrictions. Obviously uh if you try to promote like I don’t know gambling or drugs or some nonsense stuff that that’s uh that will still be a problem, right? So, I’m just in case I’m assuming you’re doing something normal, right? Like we’re doing. Yeah, screen’s paused. It’s uh my last u slide. I can unpause it actually, but I just pause it because it’s easier for me to see the message here. Uh let me see. Yeah, I just resumed it, but it’s it’s just like uh now I’m doing a Q&A, so there are no slides for this. Okay.
The support for partners is top notch. It really makes you feel like a VIP. Thank you, Jason. Really appreciate it. Um I I would be more than happy to unmute you like if you’d like to say anything about the partner program, but I even feel a bit ashamed to even mention this possibility cuz um you’ve been so generous with that interview that I feel bad even saying something like this. And it’s totally fine if you I I know that it’s not the type of thing like most people like to do, but anyways, if if you like to just say anything, uh just let me know, okay? That would be great.
Um
yes, Anders, it’s not possible to book it for next month. I’m doing this for I don’t know. That’s why I said in the beginning, I don’t know if I’m going to even make a replay for this. I have no idea. I’m not checking like appointments. Now, depending on the number of appointments, I’m pretty sure we’re going to be um getting like all the partners will be joining and I won’t even make a replay available. If I feel that not enough appointments, maybe we could have a few more to um to make sure that all the seats are taken. U then I’ll I’ll I’ll I might make a replay available. But it’s going to be like uh in any case I’m not going to go like beyond I don’t know let’s say Monday or Tuesday sharing this and allowing people to book appointments after that we’ll close the doors like this is not like a training or course we on board groups of people like one time I don’t think I can right now I’m still setting up my computer just now the power supply died on it yesterday. Absolutely, Jason. Absolutely. But I really appreciate you being here. That’s any all partners can see that interview. So, cuz I know that some people may think, “Oh, Jason is not real or anything like that.” Jason is absolutely real. You’re going to be able to send him a a heads up in the in the community if you if you join [clears throat] us.
Uh, will we talk to you on the discovery call or to one of your your team members with me 100%.
You’re going to be talking to me.
You know, uh, I guarantee I I’m nice. Like again, even if I wanted to do that ridiculous thing of trying to do a some high pressure sales call, um I don’t think I would be able to do that. I I would have to to learn how to do that first and that’s just not uh so don’t worry, it’s just really conversation. And perhaps we’re going to talk for 30 minutes, 45 minutes. We normally reserve an hour just to be safe. Maybe we’re going to talk for 5 10 minutes and we’re going to say, “Okay, I I don’t think it makes sense for us to move forward at this point. I’ll let you know. I I always uh try to prioritize people who applied like I can’t say this yet cuz it’s just new but in the future I’ll always prioritize people who applied first before any consider doing another opening. So if we have let’s say I don’t know 50 applications um and some people are not a fit or something or I maybe um depending on the number of applications I won’t even be able I’ll have to maybe cancel like some of the calls I don’t know but uh I’ll make sure to um reach out to those people first before we do any u other opening in 6 months like I know I don’t know a year from now okay but it’s just really a normal conversation
Um,
willing, just to clarify the partner’s role, what specific tasks should I personally be doing each week once everything is set up? Uh, you would be running the campaigns on your account, following our training, our frameworks, doing what we instruct you to do. And if you have questions, asking us about that, but you’re going to be running the campaigns. And then the tasks that involves that like pausing ads, increasing your budget for winners, and you know, managing the campaigns initially that that’s what you’re what you’re going to be doing. Uh in the future, like as you get more sales, that’s going to naturally grow your list. Then you’re going to be managing your list as well. Like it’s it’s a business like it’s going to evolve over time, but initially that’s what you should be what you should expect.
Uh so all the conversations are with you or some of your staff. All the conversations are with me. That’s another reason for me not to let so many people in. Uh let me actually see because if any of you I’m not checking like um appointments. And I I I just made like the next two days available to do this. So my calendar is block I decided to block out my calendar just so I can do these calls myself. Uh, so I can’t even be doing calls for several days. Like then we would all go bankrupt, my business and partners, because then I would be just doing calls instead of running the business, right? So it’s just for for really a couple of days.
Uh, William, roughly how much did Jason spend on ads to achieve the results you showed us? Uh, let me see if Jason is still here. I I know the number because Jason mentioned that in in an interview, but that was a private interview. I’m going to say this here uh openly to everyone. Give me a yes, Jason, if you’re fine with me just saying how much you spent on ads.
You can remember. I remember that. But yeah. Yes. Feel free. Yeah. So, he spent 15k to make 31. And actually he thought he had spent on the call like when we had a call 15k to make u 26 but actually it was 31 because there were the back end commissions that I think he was not checking. Yeah I made even more on the back end. Yeah. No 31 just for full transparency. You said 26 but then the uh uh I I checked the numbers uh later and I saw that it was an additional 5k on the back end. So that’s where the 31 comes from. Obviously 31 is a round number. It was 31 something. And uh you said 15k which is also a round number. Maybe it was a bit more. I don’t know around 15k.
And uh just again another thing we’re doing now. I announced it literally yesterday that obviously when we recorded that interview it was not the case yet. Uh we are making the back end way more robust. Initially partners used to have like that’s the acquisition funnel then there’s the immediate monetization funnel. Let me actually go back uh here in these slides here just so you can understand because what I shared with you is the logic behind it like so initially partners would be have 100% of the acquisition plus a percentage of the monetization now which would be the first big ascension funnel. Now we have uh we’re deploying other offers and partners will um have a commission on all of those offers. So if it was already like that when Jason recorded the interview, I am pretty sure that 5K on the back end would be much more uh can’t say a number because it it wasn’t the case that didn’t happen but uh it will start to happen now. The reason for that is because I not uh partners have the email so they can promote offers. We provide done for you uh emails and offers for the email portion of the thing as well. But I realized that we could squeeze more value from those customers than partners were being able to do. So, um the idea is always to increase the potential for partners because then they acquire more customers and we grow together. It’s a a win-win thing. And so I decided that with now we’re going to be adding more funnels. the funnels already exist but the deal was that we would do the that monetization thing and then for the retention partners do their on and we do our on uh so we expanding that uh into our retention stage uh so that partners can win commissions on several other backend offers as well so this will maximize significantly what partners uh can make okay and this is news so when we we recorded that interview with Um, that that that was not happening yet.
After 400 p.m. Central time, US. Yes, we can do that, Brett. I’m sorry if none of those appointments work for you. Well, if you if you tell me, Brett, that I uh that give me a time after 400 p.m. Central uh time and uh 400 p.m. Central time should be that’s two hours ahead. Uh central time is 1 hour ahead or two hours ahead of Eastern time. I don’t remember to be honest. Uh let me see. Central time. No, I always use eastern time as reference. Okay, so if you’re in central time, one hour behind. Yeah. So, you’re 2 hours behind me. So, 400 p.m. for you is 6 p.m. for me. So, yeah. So, what would you say like 400 p.m. Central time? I can send you that invite manually. Okay. 4 p.m. on like Monday, Tuesday. What’s the best day? Again, I can’t do this like Thursday or after that.
Okay. Either works. Okay. So, I’m going to send you that that Zoom invite, okay? After the webinar, I’ll get your email. If you’re authorizing me to do that, I’ll send it to you. No problem. Let me just just create a note for myself here because sometimes I have so many things in my mind that I end up forgetting things. So, uh yeah, got your email here. Great.
400 p.m. Central time. Monday or Tuesday? Monday.
Uh let me go to the next question.
I have so many questions. I said I was going to answer all the questions. I don’t think that will be humanly possible, but I’ll I’ll try to answer as many as possible. Uh I see some repeated questions, so I’m going to try to answer questions that are different. Um, I think that’s more productive. So, if I have to choose, how many hours a day is needed considering a minimum? I I don’t think the partner program is is time consuming. Uh, what what do you don’t need a lot of time uh let’s say an hour a day. I I think partners some partners need less than that. Now, um you could put put in more time if you want, but you don’t need a lot of time. What you what you need is you can’t set up your campaigns and go to Disneyland with your family and spend two days there without checking your phone or your laptop. That’s that’s something you should not do because the campaigns they demand active management. It’s not complex like but if an ad is not working on your account as you would anticipate it, you pause it. If an ad is working extraordinarily well, you scale it. And um we do that like uh even in my business. I know some people say, “Oh, but you can have Claude do that.” Um yes, I think that might be possible, but don’t don’t count on that in the beginning. Like you’re not going to get Claude to do something unless you master that something first. So you should be the one actively managing your campaigns. We still you still manage our campaigns with humans here. So, and um so that’s that that’s what you should commit like not to set it’s not a set and forget type of thing.
[clears throat] Uh
okay. So,
okay. So, I I’m going to read your message, John. I’m assuming you put it sounds a bit personal, but since you you put it here, I’m not going to u mention your last name. Uh I’m assuming that I can read it. So, John said, “I just signed up. I’m praying that this is different than past experiences that I have had and that I can remove myself from the 9 to5 job for real.” That’s absolutely the goal. Uh again, I I like to be fully transparent. So this is not a push button thing. The business is done for you. It’s true. And once you’re inside, you can talk to any partner and they will confirm that to you. You’ll see that. Now, you still have to run the business like uh like any other business. Again, like like any other direct response business, uh we’re going to have ups and downs that do not depend on you and me, depend on the industry as a whole. uh and we have already experienced that inside and my commitment is always to come to partners and say hey and again this is the game plan I normally suggest to people when we have an offer or something that is printing money I’m going to jump on a call with you and say hey folks here’s an offer it’s printing money these are the ads we’re using these are the page they are already in your in your marketing center which the platform uh partners have go there this is the campaign structure we’re using do this do that like do all the instructions We provide support. Okay. Go there and print money with this thing and then that can stay for one month for two months. We never know like okay and then eventually something changes and okay this offer is no longer printing money. Now our best offer is this one but it’s not printing money like the previous one. It’s doing like 20% of what that one was doing. So this is a slow down time. and I let you know because we’re running the same offers. So, I can tell you without you having to discover that. And that’s what I do. And then the cool the the the plan we normally have is like this because partners on the data when it’s printing money season, uh you have to go out there and print money. The money is there on the table. It’s up for grabs. It’s not going to stay there forever. I’m not saying that it’s a one day thing. No, but it’s a few months like one, two, three months where you can I’m not going to give numbers here cuz I I think that always vary from one person to another and I don’t want to take the risk of do like making it sound that I’m promising you a specific result but you can you can print money right and then uh and then when it’s and then when you do that not only you get the commissions and the money and the wires and all the stuff that’s cool but you get the customer base if you have a slowdown and okay out this month there’s uh uh this offer. It’s still we it’s never happened that we don’t have a campaign that like that’s profitable. We always have but they vary. Okay. So this the campaigns we’re running out like if we were internally making I don’t know with that offer uh $300,000 a month. With this one we’re making 60 now around 20%. So um it’s it’s a smaller offer but you have all the emails you got from the first one. So now you use your email marketing to keep a proportion there. It will never be like a job where you have a fixed salary and it every month is the same. It will never be like that. Never. Forget that. That’s that I know people said I go I want to make 10K a month. Okay, that’s a nice goal. But if you want to make 10K a month, be prepared to make 5K in one month and 15 in the other. And then when you look at at the end of the year like to that, okay, then it’s 10K a month. It’s not going to be like 10K every month. But with that strategy, you can you can balance things. So when an offer is exploding, forget all the rest and just run that offer like crazy, like like a maniac. Then you run that offer and then uh when it slows down, okay, now you have a bunch of emails from that offer. Now start marketing to those emails. Not that you’re not always marketing to the emails, but then put special focus on that. Then another offer exploded. Okay, maniac mode again. Run that. That’s how the right response works. That’s how it is. If you’re doing this on your own with your own offers or as an affiliate, same thing. It doesn’t change because it’s the nature of our industry. It’s not this particular behavior of the industry. It’s not the partner program or it’s not this or that offer or this or that niche. It’s always like this. If you’re going to run neutral offers, great. This is your mindset. Same thing. It’s always the same. Okay. So that’s um that’s how it works.
Yes, you’re going to own the list. We provide the autoresponder and everything even domains. We do all the technical stuff for you. So you can be a like a zero tax skill person. We handle that for you. But you own the data like if you another important thing to mention as a partner, you also own your license. Let’s suppose something here. No partners have ever decided to do that. Technically, uh, let’s say in a few months from now, you have some campaigns you’re running, uh, and you have, um, an email list that’s generating X dollars per month and something happens in your life and you want to exit the business. We hope that never happens, but for example, I don’t know, like a health, family situation. Hopefully, it’s the type of thing. We hope it would never happen, but let’s say like, you know, just just in case. So, something like that happens and you want to uh, so you so what what do you do? Like do you just like quit the business because you you you don’t want to do it anymore or you can’t do it anymore for any reason and and then okay like we keep all the potential you generated you walk away empty-handed. No, that’s your business. So you can uh sell that license to anyone uh you want like I say anyone we have a screening process it’s very basic like I don’t like to check legal background and things like that but um in practice like you can sell it to any person you want. You can sell that license for any price you want. Obviously, a license with emails there and a certain income already at a certain income level, it’s probably worth more than a brand new one, right? So, but you you can make your price and you can offer that to anyone you want. Oh, but I don’t have anyone I can offer that to. And by the way, we don’t take any cut or charge you anything like that’s your license. You sell it. If you sell it for a dollar or a million dollars, you make a dollar or a million dollars. But if you need our help, we can help you do that. Um then if we need someone like u salesperson to take care of that, they will need a commission. So we we’re not going to make any profit on assisting you with that. Uh but then obviously if we have to do it, there may be a cost for for doing that. But still, um you can do that. All right? So uh I I can’t say and our lawyer was very clear about this. You should never say well that it’s an asset like a stock or something cuz it’s not. So just a disclaimer for legal reasons it’s not like that but you own the license and you can do it and we have an agreement that says that you own the license you own the data uh etc. Okay.
[clears throat]
Uh JL, yes, we can talk. Uh I don’t know who is JL. Can you give me your name? I Zoom won’t allow me to see like someone’s name or email here.
So, if you can just give me your name. Uh,
uh, Cindy say, “How often do you offer the partner program? Will when will you make this offer again?” Well, this is the second time I’m doing it. I don’t know when I’ll be doing it again. Uh, all spots seem to be gone already. Uh yeah, that was a possibility because uh I’m doing the calls myself.
Uh what I can do is anyone who uh couldn’t book the call, please give me a um a quick me. No, not me. Let me give you another word because I have to find it in the Zoom report later. Um [clears throat] put um gone. Just put gone. gone in the chat. In the chat, not the Q&A tab. In the chat tab, put gone. G O N E. Gone. And then I’ll just uh see if I can reach out to you and maybe we can arrange something. Uh Zoom meetings when you book the call like the the you get an email from Zoom with the link. But we can use video or we can use just audio if you prefer like it. I just think think that Zoom is is just easier. You don’t have to to to get on camera if you if you don’t like it. Okay.
Oh, Yansen. Yeah, Jansen, of course. You I you have me on Slack. Just send me a message there. I’ll get back to you right after the call. Sorry. Um JL Okay. Absolutely.
Um,
all right. I don’t Yeah, I’m getting lots of guns here. So, I’ll reach out to those um who I can. So, about I was answering the question. Oh, yeah. Here’s the question. I will answer about when I’ll reopen this. Uh [sighs and gasps] I don’t know. I’m like my plan is all like if eventually any we feel like offering more seats uh I’ll probably reach out to those who applied and couldn’t join for any reason first and then we we’ll probably do like most likely public reopenings again. If it’s going to be in 6 9 12 months from now I have no idea to be honest. So I won’t commit to any time frame.
Okay. All right. So, uh, yeah, just checking all the methods that say gone to see if the there’s not a because if the spelling is not correct, then I’m not I’m going to I’m not going to find it. I’m going to pull the data based on that.
What other products do you have that you use affiliates for? Uh, none. [clears throat] We know that we don’t have affiliate programs for our products. We have now let me actually correct this like what we do is we have that traffic mavericks training that someone mentioned before and for that one uh when we have a partner who has an audience and wants to promote it to to to their audience we’re going to make it possible and available and obviously they get a commission for that. uh it’s not an affiliate program that they can become an affiliate for and drive any traffic to. It’s just for people we know in our circle and we know have an audience. So like technically they are affiliates but like I know what you’re that’s not what you’re talking about. You’re talking about like a normal affiliate program. So we don’t have that and have zero plans to do that. My plan is always to focus on the partner program just partners because then I make the offers available to partners only and we work together in the partner program and that’s it. Okay. So, uh I don’t see that happening in the future.
All right. So, it’s been [sighs] oh my god 2 and 1/2 hours almost really long session. Uh well, I’m a bit exhausted to be honest. I believe that’s the case for most of you as well. So, uh I think I’ve answered most of the questions. Uh I’m sorry if I missed any questions. Some of repeated questions. I tried to like focus on you questions because I thought that would be more productive. I really appreciate all of you joining and if you have questions let me give you an email here that you can reach out to. It’s helpyminds.help.
So helpwealthyminds.help
it’s in the chat. You can save that email address and then I think we can after this we can wrap things up here. All right. Uh well, most important thing, I really hope that you got value from the first part of this webinar. I really tried to share with you how the affiliate marketing business truly works. I saw that some people thought it was a bit overwhelming and confusing. I think we had a few other words there, but I know that um you know perhaps it was not what some people were expecting like especially when people like just like a method or something, but I try to be 100% honest with you. That’s how it really and truly works. I know many people making a lot of money with affiliate marketing. I am not the biggest affiliate I know, not even close to that. There are guys who are much bigger than I am in the affiliate marketing space. uh there are numbers that uh most people wouldn’t even think I’m lying if I were to share those numbers. So the affiliate marketing industry has a lot of potential. I’ve seen people achieve like I have a team of now that’s um or a direct response business it’s relatively big but uh I know people like working alone or with a very small team just two or three people generating insane results. So, it’s possible, but it comes down to having a business. And I hope that the first part of this webinar was useful to give you a direction on what kind of business you need to really get results as an affiliate. It’s possible to do that. I’m not saying, and I don’t want to any uh mislead people into believing that, oh, you should not get a chance to join a partner program. Forget it. You’re not doing it. Absolutely not. You can do it. You can do it on your own. It’s absolutely possible. partner program is something that can give you a shortcut and potentialize your results. But I’m pretty sure every single person here can do it if they really want it, if they make the decision, if they commit. And it’s not just saying it. It’s saying it today, then saying it again tomorrow, and then saying it again the next day and the day after and the day after. Say this saying this like I commit to making this work every single day. I’ll face the challenges. I will not feel frustrated or disappointed. I’ll not procrastinate. Because if you do that, then that’s you saying that you you don’t want it. Okay? Maybe your your mouth is saying that you want it, but your attitude, your mind is saying that you don’t that you don’t want it more than you want to um have an extended holiday. That you don’t want it more than you want to go out uh to dinner tonight. That you don’t like. So, you have to really want it more than anything. And then you can do it. It’s possible. All right. Uh yeah, there are no slots available. So I I believe all the slots are gone. So yeah, Andreas uh if if you already put gone in the chat. If not, just do it because I’ll be getting the report from Zoom and I’ll have um I’ll extract all the messages with gone. G O N E gone because it’s gone, right? Gone. and uh I’ll see if I can accommodate a few more people. All right.
Okay. So, um that’s it for today. Thank you for attending and staying with me for two and a half hours. It was a really long session and I really appreciate you staying with me until the very end. It was a great one. I hope you got value from it. And for those of you who booked a call, uh I’ll talk to you, I don’t know, Monday, Tuesday, whenever, uh is a spot that you selected there. Okay. Thank you and uh enjoy the rest of your weekend. Take care. Bye-bye.
