With that being said, it’s going to be very different depending on the scope of what you want us to do, right? So, if you want us to do done for you stuff, it’s going to be more expensive. If you want us to just teach you how to do it yourself, it’s going to be less expensive, right? But yeah, $9,800 or $1,000 a month, I’m not going to answer the pricing question again. Uh that will be the only time that I answer it. I also saw a couple people say that uh they were rejected from the call. There’s usually two reasons why you get rejected. One is that you indicate that you don’t want to start right now or two is that you indicate that essentially um uh you you have no money to get started, right? You you you need some startup capital to get started. The the program costs money. Of course, we hired 20 people uh 20, you know, coaches, CSMS, customer success managers, etc. uh support people to take care of the the clients in the program that it’s very expensive to do that and we had to do that to get people the results that we wanted them to get which is why we have the best testimonials etc etc in the industry but you know it costs a lot to do that so of course we have to charge a decent amount of money to do that right um but uh yeah so uh you know it does cost money to get started on YouTube it costs a little bit of money to start the program so that’s another reason why it might reject you but yeah we only accept about 18% of people apply historically It’s actually lower than that now. Um, but yeah, 18% of people who apply historically we accept them. Um, and I totally get it. If if uh if you’re not a good fit to work with us, it’s it’s no problem. Some people aren’t a good fit at first and then later on they come back later and they are a good fit. Um, but uh yeah, basically if uh if you want to try to apply again, you can. Um, but uh we have to be very strict on who we allow into the program cuz we want to make sure that we can get results for you. So we only allow people into the program that we think we can get results for. So one of the biggest things that we look at is your niche. For instance, on the call that you book, we actually help you dial in your niche a lot of the time. But that’s one of the biggest things that we look at is um if you’re, you know, just trying to do some sort of entertainment or passion type thing or if you really want to try to help other people because if you choose the right niche where you’re actually helping other people, it’s going to be a lot easier for you to monetize. So that’s one of the biggest things that we look at and that’s why for those types of people, we even allow them to do payment plans where you can get it less than $1,000 a month if we think you’re a good fit to work with us, right? So for instance, right now, obviously this is the real me, right? But I I could take this and kind of turn it into an AI avatar and it would kind of look like me a little bit. That sometimes works. Uh it’s a very case by case basis. I’d say maybe like 10% of the time you can make that work. Um it it really depends on the niche and like what you’re doing. Um but that does make it easier because you don’t have to really focus on, you know, talking to the camera. you can kind of just like read the script and then your AI avatar does the actual talking uh or or does like the you know that kind of thing. But it also is kind of hard to pull off and make it look right. Um you have to have very skilled video editors to make that look right or or just edit it yourself. Um but yeah, the AI voice definitely don’t recommend that in 99.9% of cases. Like you are very likely going to get your channel banned if you use an AI voice.
So yeah, generally speaking, don’t recommend that. Uh YouTube is pretty clear that they do not want inauthentic content and AI voice is one of the indicators that it is inauthentic content. I I do recommend using your own voice or or a voice uh to do it though. So, hey Jen, you can kind of get away with cloning your physical picture. Um, especially if you make the types of videos where you’re in the bottom right corner and if you do that, it’s kind of hard to tell it’s it’s hen. Um, there are definitely ways of doing that. We we’ve also had a lot of luck and success doing it with uh uh ads as well. Uh, but on YouTube specifically, you really want to use a real voice. they can detect if it’s an AI voice. They can just detect it automatically.
And so you really want to use a real voice um in 99.9% of cases. Um if you look at all the channels getting banned, I mean it’s almost all AI channels. I mean it’s just like people who are posting AI videos, those are the ones that get banned left and right. Cindy, thanks for the info. Have an appointment. Awesome. Cindy, good stuff. Edna, let’s talk insurance. It’s a way to take unknown and bring in clarity to understanding of basic level insurance, auto and home, how the claims process works. Does that sound like I am going in the right direction? Yeah, Edna, absolutely. I mean, in listen, insurance is like one of the biggest industries in the entire world. If you can make a channel that just covers insurance and all the the ins and outs of getting the most out of your insurance, I mean, that’s huge. I mean, Edna, check out just just in like you could even go more niche than that. There’s entire channels on YouTube that are making tens of millions of dollars a year just telling people how to get the most out of Medicare. How how how specific is that? So, not just insurance, but Medicare insurance, which is sorry, not just insurance, but healthcare insurance. And not just any healthcare insurance, but help a very specific type of healthare insurance called Medicare. Okay? Entire channels just about that alone. Look up the Medicare channels on YouTube if you don’t believe me. Those channels are making tens of millions of dollars a year and and they’re earning every penny because let’s just say someone doesn’t know how to properly use Medicare versus someone who does know how to properly use Medicare, which by the way, I think it’s really dumb that it’s that hard to use. But I mean, that’s just the reality of the situation. Um, but if somebody does know how to properly use Medicare, they’re going to save hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe even millions of dollars, uh, by doing that, right? So, it’s it’s an absolute no-brainer. You’re helping a lot of people if you do that. So, yeah, definitely the insurance industry directionally. You’re super going in the right direction there. You could maybe cover all of insurance or you could niche down and cover specific types of insuranceances uh even as much as like Medicare niching, right? Okay. So, hopefully, but uh I would I would book a call just to to dial that in even further. Edna. Uh, Veronica, when do the uh, what do you scroll up and scroll down? Veronica, me. So, highly recommend checking out these videos as well before you attend the call and you might also get a good idea for for what your your niche is as well. Um, thoughts on AI clone videos? Kind of already gave those thoughts. Uh, pretty pretty bad idea. Usually, you can you can clone the um your likeness, but definitely don’t clone your voice. That’s a bad idea.
Richard, so are YouTube shorts as import uh as important as people are saying?
No. Gosh, no. Yeah. Yeah. YouTube shorts are not as important as people are saying yeah YouTube long form content is where the money’s at guys you YouTube long form content is where the money’s at. So um don’t get me wrong like you you know shorts can still be good but YouTube long form content is definitely where the money’s at. Um ju just you know like that’s kind of obvious but but yeah uh you you shorts are a nice to have. You can do shorts if you want to. We do have training inside the program on how to redistribute content and do the shorts, but they are not a necessity. Long form content absolutely is a necessity. I would actually personally say that I think uh live I’m I’m much more excited about live uh streaming like live content on YouTube than I am about shorts. Um but long form content is is where the money’s at. That’s the best one by far.
Nicole, um, can you talk about the viability of a learn with me kind of channel? For example, I don’t know what I’m an expert in anything. You definitely are an expert in something. Everyone has this same issue where the, oh, oh, I don’t think I’m an expert in anything. This is what we help you unlock. You 100% are an expert in something. With that being said, we can definitely help you to make kind of like a a channel where you document your journey of becoming an expert in something. We’ve helped a lot of people with that as well. Milin, you said YouTube is cutting down on AI slop. Define slop. No, I’m not going to define it. It’s pretty obvious. Um inauthentic AI slop content. Um if it’s not valuable, if it is um deceiving, uh YouTube is cutting down on that. And like I said, one of the biggest ones is if you don’t use a real voice. U YouTube is much more critical of that versus um the the actual visuals. the visuals they don’t care as much about, but the the voice um they they really care about. So, do not use an AI voice. Do you have designation? Personal brand looks to be closely if not uniquely associated with you. It seems to be a great way to get set up or to eventually pivot or sell the business created. So, someone is not permanently locked into the business. Is that the main benefit of your model or is it something else? Thanks. You got it. Yeah, great question, Jim. So, uh, if you if you look back through history, like so many of the greatest businesses in history started off as a personal brand. Just think about it. Ford, Hershey’s, like I could just go on and on. So many of the fashion brands, for instance, like Balenciaga, right? Uh, so many of the of the great uh brands throughout Carnegie Steel, you know, etc. Uh, they they started off as a personal brand, okay? And then they pivoted into a business. So you can kind of see like an example of someone doing this um in the uh in the uh uh content creation space is Dave Ramsey. So Dave Ramsey, it was the Dave Ramsey show for a very long time. Obviously that’s a personal brand. Um and then he pivoted to now it’s like Ramsay Solutions, right? Ramsey Solutions or the Ramsy Show or something like that. Um so it’s quite easy to actually just pivot from your personal brand to a business. Sometimes it does take a little bit of a time. uh to pivot. You know, it’s not like instant. Sometimes it can take a little bit of time. Um but, you know, it is something where you can pivot from your your personal brand to a uh uh business that you can actually sell if that’s what you’re interested in. Another really good case study on this is Huffington Post. So, Huffington Post originally started off as a personal brand, Ariana Huffington. Then it rebranded to Huffington Post and then it rebranded to Huff Post and they sold it for $100 million. So, it is there’s a lot of advantages to starting off with a personal brand. Much easier to grow your channel, much easier to uh you know, for people to know, like, and trust you, etc., etc. Um, and then there’s uh, you know, later on you can kind of pivot and then, you know, make it into more of a sellable business. And that’s all we we talk about all that stuff inside the program. But great question. You’re you’re asking the right questions. I like that. Jim Vikas, what about faceless channels? Already talked about that. Corona, what can you suggest I change on my videos to train YouTube that my audience is NT in news not in New Zealand?
N I have put over ease specific countries in my title, descriptions and tag. Always talk about people wanting to relocate to immigrate or move to New Zealand, but YouTube keeps showing my videos to people in New Zealand. I don’t think it really matters, Rona. I really don’t think it matters that much at all. Just just get more people to watch your videos. Yeah, it really it really doesn’t matter at all. Yeah, don’t don’t worry about that, Rona. Just be like, uh, reasons why you should move to New Zealand. And if a lot of people from New Zealand watch it, that’s great. Uh, and then other people from other countries will also watch it, that’s great, too. It doesn’t m I don’t don’t worry about it. Just just make more videos and make like you’re worrying about stuff that doesn’t really matter, right? So, if you get like, let’s just say you get uh if you try really hard to not get people from New Zealand to watch your video, you might get a thousand views and all thousand are from people outside of the US. Or you could just make your videos better and make more of them. Get a million views and only, you know, 200,000 of them are from outside of the US and 800,000 are from New Zealand. But guess what? you still got 200,000 or 200 times more views by doing that than you did by hyper obsessing over uh you know uh getting less people from New Zealand to watch your video, right? Doesn’t really matter. It really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. What matters is you’re getting more of the right views. So optimize for getting more of the right views. Whether that’s getting a million views and 200,000 of them are the right views versus getting a thousand views and all thousand of them are the right views. Which one do you want to do? Obviously, you want to get 200,000 of the right views, right? So, whatever your strategy is, you want to optimize for getting the most of the right views. Jeff, regarding the topic of don’t use AI voices, is there a valid use to translate your video? Okay, that’s a great question, Jeff. Okay. So, YouTube has an internal translation tool where you where you actually upload it in internally and it’ll actually do the the the voicing for you and uh and it does it automatically. Additionally, it allow it allows you to to use uh your your own translation uploads. So in in the case of AI dubbing, I think that would be the one case where right now YouTube is okay with it. Okay, AI dubbing. All right. Um, so YouTube is okay with AI dubbing right now. But in most cases, like with English content, if you’re if you’re English creator and you’re serving an English audience, English speaking audience, uh, they don’t really like that. Okay, that they have a lot of issues with that. All right, but AI dubbing would be the exception. So good, great question, Jeff. Eric, thanks Shane. I have a call for Thursday. Awesome. Um I would say yeah you probably asked it different questions. With that being said, um generally it oof it’s it’s really tough. It’s a case by case basis honestly Aisha but usually we say to start narrow then go broad. Usually we tell people to do that but there are exceptions. It’s it’s a case by case basis. Um, yeah, I would I would say that Claude uh knows you a bit better and that’s probably why it had that additional context to to give you a different answer. Um, but it is a case by case basis. I I would personally say probably start narrow, but honestly, it’s probably best if you just uh ask the coaches a question. So So sign up for a call and you can ask them. yeah, it could be okay. I I’m not that that one doesn’t really excite me too much, Casey. To be honest, I would say pharmarmacology knowledge could be a good one because there’s a lot of students who take that. Not just pharmacists, but like nursing students, etc. or people that just take pharmarmacology classes could be good. Um, so that that’s one option. Another option, um, you know, and then you could also, of course, like, you know, teach people how to pass the PCAT or whatever. That that’s actually a niche in and of itself is just passing the PCAT. Um, that would be super niche, but you you can monetize really well with those. Um, another one would be um,
uh,
helping people get into different pharmacy careers. You can also get specific with that. Of course, you have to get into the career yourself first. So, a good example of that would be um like industry careers, of course. Uh, another one would be um just educating people on like how the health care system works. I think there’s always a lot of opportunity for that. So, just as an example, like educating people on how the health care system works, different you could talk about different scandals that happened in healthcare like Purdue Pharmaceuticals, uh, getting a lot of people addicted to opioids, etc., etc., uh and just cover those kind of topics like the US health care system type topics. Another one is I I I this is a little noty related but um just uh using international healthcare. Um so we’ve used healthcare for instance in um almost everywhere I go I try to use the healthare systems just to get an experience of that. Um so we’ve used healthcare in Thailand for instance it’s really really good in Thailand. Singapore extremely good in Singapore as well. Uh, and to be honest, I’d say it’s it’s better. It’s honestly a lot better than the the US healthcare system. Uh, especially for the the value and the price that you get. It’s it’s quite it’s quite good. Um, but yeah, there there’s a lot of opportunities there, Casey. Um, the reviewing OTC medications in general, it’s like could be okay, but I I just think there’s probably better opportunities. Rey, not understanding how Faceless works if no avatars and no AI voices. What? What? Man, no. You use a real voice from a real human being and you can use an avatar, right? And Ray, to to be honest, if you’re having a lot of trouble understanding that, I just recommend just don’t don’t sign up for a call. Just don’t don’t sign up for a call. Yeah.
