I mean, there’s so many niches inside of education you could go into. I mean, I can’t tell you how many conversations I have with, you know, like for instance, like successful people who are like, “Ah, I don’t know if I want my kids to go to public school or if or if they do go to public school, I I want them to, you know, go in a specific way or or something like that, right?” It’s uh yeah, it’s uh yeah, def definitely something that a lot of a lot of people are concerned about. George knowledge razul echco problem or echo problem is echo for anybody else. Kimberly fear of failure. Caroline I am new to YouTube and I have no idea what to do to be successful.

Um let’s see here. Okay Justin thumbnails and title and knowledge. Okay. Well, I think uh Eric Eric says fear of can cancel cancel culture cyber bullies. Uh it’s like that that will only happen once you get really really big, right? So, and even even if you’re even if you’re really big, it’s probably not going to happen. It doesn’t hap it only happens to a very small percentage of of people. And if you handle it the right way, like it’s actually probably good for you. If you handle it the wrong way, it can be bad. But if you handle it the right way, it’s probably actually a net positive if you if you get cancelled. Um, but most people don’t handle it the right way. Okay. So,

all right. Good stuff, guys. So, uh, really appreciate all the responses. I can’t read all of them, of course, but uh great responses today. I can tell you guys are this is this is a good crowd here. Um but yeah, let’s go ahead and get started. So, how to grow and make money on YouTube in 2026. Hopefully, you guys can all see the screen here. Let me know if you can’t. Uh without fancy gear, without techy stuff, and without spending hours on each video, provided you use this hybrid model for one for one simple rule. Now, uh, provided use this hybrid model and follow one simple rule. Excuse me. Now, one thing I’m going to say about this very quickly because I always get this question right off the bat. I do address it later on in the presentation, but I just want to say this right off the bat. This is for you if you’re a complete beginner, right? I want to teach you guys the right things from the beginning. The stuff that I’m going to teach in today’s presentation is actually the most important stuff because it’s the fundamentals. It’s like the first principles most important stuff on YouTube. You’re going to have to forget a lot of the stuff that you’ve learned up to this point because a lot of it just doesn’t apply to this particular type of YouTube channel. And a lot of it is the reason why you’re probably spinning your wheels and overthinking things and stuck in analysis paralysis, right? So, that’s one thing you’re going to need to do. So, this works for absolute beginners because I’m just going to teach you the right stuff from the beginning and that way you don’t have to unlearn, you know, bad stuff, right? This also works if you’re already having some success, like you already started a channel, maybe it’s a dead channel, or maybe you haven’t gotten results with it yet, or maybe you’re getting views, but you’re struggling with monetization. This is still going to work for you. Okay? This is also going to work for me for you if you’re a big YouTuber and uh you want to you’re crushing it and you want to crush it even harder, right? This can work for you if you’re a YouTube channel that wants to pivot niches as well. So, you’re in a niche that you don’t like and you want to pivot niches or or adjust to a different niche. We’re going to talk about that later on. We’re going to talk about exactly how to do that with the a combination of niche 2.0 and hybrid personal brand which we’ll talk about. Okay. Uh this also will work for you if you’re a business owner, both an online business owner or a um you know in-person business owner like a realtor or a um uh cosmetic uh dental clinic or a uh financial adviser or a law firm, right? This will work for all of those as well. Um, and it works if you’re doing it as a side hustle or a second income or a oneperson business or you’re using it to like scale your existing business or you’re using it to help help your other marketing efforts. Okay, that’s this system is designed to help people solve problems on YouTube. So, as long as you are making a channel where you are helping people solve their problems, you’re making educational content that helps them solve their problems, that is what this system is designed for. So, we will give a lot of examples later on. And uh this is the best way in my opinion, and it’s really not my opinion. It’s really just the best way to grow and make money on YouTube in 2026 without having to have fancy gear, without having to have techy stuff, without having to spend hours and hours on each video without having to become a master at video editing and uh you know some kind of genius when it comes to ideiation and and packaging and strategy and all that kind of stuff because you’re making a particular type of content where you’re helping people solve problems and so they don’t really care how fancy your content is. All right. So, why are you here today, guys? Go ahead and do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about one of these things. It should be on the bottom right of the screen. So, first of all, views. Okay, do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about getting views.

All right, good amount of people excited about getting views. But how about the second one? Do the thumbs up emoji if you are excited about making some money.

Yeah. Okay. Okay. People are more excited about that for sure. All right. You guys have watched my content before. I kind of try to trick people. I like I like to see like, okay, how many of these people haven’t watched my content? Yeah. So, obviously, you can get lots and lots of views without making any money. Uh you can also get a tiny amount of views and make a lot of money, right? So, at the at the end of the day, like you probably just want to make some money, right? Um, but how about this third one, which is having an impact. Basically, creating a business that you can be proud of that helps a lot of people. Do the emoji if you’re excited about that as well.

Okay, that one’s also quite uh quite up there for sure. Love to see it. Love to see it. Okay. So, you know, this is kind of the secret right here is like, let’s just say you post some kind of like, I don’t know, prank video and it gets 500 million views. Oh my god, it’s a, you know, a prank video that gets like 500 million views. Are you actually giving any value to the world? Like the people that click on that video, it’s a little bit of mindless self-indulgence. You know, maybe you make them chuckle a little bit, but are you really giving them any value? Arguably, you’re probably wasting their time. Arguably, right? Because they’re just it’s just another brain rot piece of content that they’re they’re scrolling through, you know, doom scrolling, right? You know what I mean? So, you’re arguably you can make an argument that you’re actually wasting their time. You’re not really making an impact on them. You’re not really giving them any value, right? And so, I don’t I don’t really want to teach people how to do that. When it comes to impact, you’re actually solving people’s problems for them. you’re tangibly giving them really good advice on some sort of topic that they have problems on that they’re trying to get better at and you’re actively solving their problems, right? So, when you do that, it becomes much easier to get views and not just any views, but the right views, but more importantly to actually make money because you’re actually giving value. And that’s why you see these videos. There’s a lot of YouTubers who get, you know, 30 million views with some kind of prank video and they end up broke, right? Cuz they’re they’re not making any money. and it’s because they’re not actually having any impact at the end of the day, right? But you guys want to have impact and you’re the type of people I want to work with. Now, before we start, let me be straight with you. I’ve got two jobs today. Job one is to teach you the best YouTube lesson that you’ve ever gotten for free right here with no catch. Job two at the end, I’m going to offer you a way to work with us directly, which is our coaching program. This is where my team and I handhold you to grow and make money on YouTube, just like the 1,000 plus clients that we have winning inside right now. And I’ll be honest, it is not cheap. It’s expensive. and we will only accept a few people, right? We only accept a few people every time we do these. Uh so here’s the deal. If I don’t give you uh the best lesson today, don’t book a call. Don’t don’t give me a dollar. But if I do, if I actually change how you see this, then you owe it to yourself to take a look. And if the paid thing isn’t for you, that’s totally fine. Stay anyways. Learn everything. It is yours for free. If that sounds fair, drop deal in the chat. Right? That is that is my business model. I give the information away for free, but then I sell the implementation. Okay. So that that’s that’s how the business works. All right. Deal. Good. Good stuff. Okay. And that’s how I recommend to my clients to do it as well. Now, by the way, we are giving away free stuff at this workshop. At the very end, you will get a chance to walk away at the Niche Validator Pro, both the Chat GPT or the Claude AI version, whichever one you like to use. And this is the newest version yet. This is a massive upgrade over anything that we’ve put out before. Also, you will get uh $61,494 worth of bonuses, but only for those who stay until the end offer. So, type staying in the chat if you’re staying until the end for the niche validator pro.

All right.

Awesome. Good stuff. Good stuff. Awesome. Now, before we start, I’m also going to ask you to type things in the chat the whole way. And here’s why. This is the forgetting curve. It’s been studied for 140 years at this point. If you just sit and listen, roughly half of what I say is gone within the hour, 2/3 by tomorrow. Now, the same guy who discovered the forgetting curve also discovered the fix to the forgetting curve, and that is active recall. Um, and also on top of that, not just listening, but actually visually watching as well, right? Um, so every time you pull something back out of your head, this line resets so you can retain more information as we go. So every time I say type it, that’s not me being cute. That’s a repetition and you’re resetting your curve. And also, I’m wanting you to actively engage and like actually watch, right? So do that 20 times tonight and you’re going to walk out with knowledge in your head instead of that knowledge being gone by breakfast. So type locked in if you’re with me. type locked in in the chat if you’re with me, guys, cuz really like you should be actually watching this as well. I’m going to I’m going to trick you a little bit later on and we’re going to see some some people that are listening but not watching. Okay, I’m going to trick you later on cuz I’m going to you you’ll see exactly what I mean. All right, so uh but yeah, type locked in in the chat. All right, we’re we’re going to see who’s listening but not watching later on. Uh the date for me is Friday, September 25th, 7:10 a.m. because there’s this little thing called across the world. Uh people, some people are across the world, and it’s a different time zone for them. That’s so that’s the date for me, the person who typed that in. So, no, I am not from the future. I’m just across the world. I’m in Asia right now. Okay. Goofball. Some people are like, “Oh, I saw you you pre-recorded this.” Yeah. Oh, I pre-recorded it ahead of time on Friday, September 25th. What? Like, great conspiracy theory, bro. Nice. Okay. All right. So, look at this. Uh Disney, the biggest entertainment company on the planet. Uh this is Mickey Mouse, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and who are they signing deals with right now? Uh a YouTuber, right? Like, uh Nastia, a kids creator. over 450 million subscribers across 25 channels in 22 languages, more than 275 billion lifetime views. Um, Disney is building her an original animated series for Disney Junior and Disney Plus. And this isn’t a one-off. Disney has already done deals with Darmman Studios, Graciey’s Corner, Lenny Pierce, all YouTube creators. Think about that for a second. It used to be that you would uh uh get discovered by Hollywood. Now Hollywood is coming to you to find the talent. And the creators are the studios now. So here’s the part that matters for you. Every one of these creators started with one video, one channel, one niche. Nobody handed them a deal. They built an audience first and the deals came to them. So you do not need 450 million subscribers. You need the right people watching you in the right niche. And that’s exactly what I’m going to show you today. Disney tried to make all these different people, you know, big stars, but you know what? At the end of the day, they’re just like, we’re just going to take the stars that are big on YouTube already. So, type creator in the chat if you’re ready to build yours. Right. So, they’re like traditional media is actually coming to YouTube uh to get stars that are that are big already. Hold on. Hold on.

All right. Now, okay. Very cool. creator.

All right. Awesome. Now, one thing I always like to say is this is a maze. You start here at the top and you finish here at the bottom. Your goal is to get to the finish as fast as you can, whatever that goal is. And most creators start with good intentions and then they fall into the maze. They end up burnt out, overthinking, stuck in analysis paralysis with zero views and zero income, and then they just give up. But actually, most people don’t start in the first place, right? So, if you’re here watching this right now, you’re ahead of the majority of people. So, type burnt out if you’ve ever felt this or not yet. If you haven’t even started, type burnt out in the chat if you ever felt this or not yet if you haven’t started. Let’s see what the the mixup is here.

Okay, I see good amount of burnt outs. Good amount of not yet. Yeah. Okay. Solid. Solid. Uh,

very cool. Very cool. All right. Yeah, I think I see a little bit more not yes than burnt outs there. Cool. Cool. Okay. Additionally, one thing that I like to say about this maze part, anything you’ve heard about YouTube outside of what I teach, chances are it is probably you entering this maze because most people go into the maze, they get lost, they put their hands up and they’re like, “Mazekeeper, come and get me.” Right? And getting lost in the maze is focusing on all the stuff that does not matter. Like all the YouTube coaches that have entire channels about reviewing YouTube gear when that makes like 1% of a difference in the success of your channel. And that is the maze. That is the reason why you don’t get results. you’re focusing on all these things that do not matter when in reality you could just focus on the few things that actually matter and actually get you results.

But let’s just say hypothetically you go into the maze and you just navigate it perfectly. Let’s say you are an absolute pro. Here is the fastest way you can get from start to finish. I’ll kind of outline it with my mouse here a little bit and boom. That’s the fastest way if you made no mistakes. very unlikely you’re not going to make any mistakes, especially if you, you know, do it on your own. But that would be the fastest way. But actually, it’s not the fastest because this is the fastest right here. Just going around the maze, right? There is another way. It is faster, easier, and safer, and that is just skipping the maze entirely and just going around it. Uh, pretty clever, right? But even this isn’t the fastest route because we learned at a young age that this is right near uh right here, right? The fastest way to go from point A to point B is a straight line. And what if I showed you a way to do just that? Skip the maze completely and you literally just fly over it and you go in a straight line from start to finish, straight to the uh results. Okay? So, type straight line in the chat if you want the straight line because that’s what I’m going to be teaching you today. But I do have to ask you to forget a lot of the things that you think you know about YouTube. So, we’re going to talk about some of those common myths and some of those common beliefs that people have about YouTube that are just incorrect, especially if you’re doing it in this particular way that we teach, right? Okay. Andrew says, “Bend the paper.” Okay. Uh, it’s like a event horizon. Nice. Okay. Cool. It’s a straight line. And one thing I want to say about this part right here is a lot of other YouTuber advice out there, I don’t think they’re purposely giving you bad advice. A lot of them give good advice, but they give good advice for gaming channels, prank channels, etc., because there are a bunch of different types of YouTube channels. But I’m going to be talking about the type of YouTube channel that is the easiest to get results with. And it’s a type of YouTube channel that you can pivot to anything else later on down the line. And that’s why when it comes to winning on YouTube, I have the straight line for you today so you can get there the easiest, quickest, safest, and most comfortable way possible. And specifically, you’re going to be gaining access to the hottest opportunity to exist in the content creation business. Now, uh uh the this is the newest data. Um these are the newest stats that just came out. Um basically, they were saying in mid 2025, like March of 2025, they’re saying that the creator economy in YouTube was going to be worth about $1 trillion uh by 2034. And then 6 months later, they updated it, right? September 2025 and they said it was going to be worth $1.6 trillion by 2034. Now, we’re we’re probably going to get some some good updates on this here pretty soon, but just think about that. The biggest experts in the world were off by 60%. In just a in just a six-month period, it jumped by 60%. Right? So, this is growing. This is a sign, guys, that is growing way faster than even the experts expected. Okay? And then by 2035 it’s going to be worth $2 trillion. So this is growing at an unprecedented rate. And look at this going up while so many other things are going down. It’s harder than ever to get a job. There’s so many industries that are being disrupt uh disrupted. Meanwhile, content creation is just going up and up. And that is a sign. And this is one of the biggest opportunities that I want you to get access to when it comes to content creation. And I want you to do it while bypassing all the traps, the gotchas, the limitations, and the barriers to entry that otherwise would lock you out, forcing to stand on the sideline as you watch generational wealth pass you by, helpless to do anything about it. And you will definitely want to take advantage of what’s happening right now in the creator economy because you are in the perfect place and time to start. And mind you, YouTube pays out billions every year, but it’s not going to lifestyle bloggers and entertainment channels anymore. So type money if you want a piece of that $2 trillion pie. Type money in the chat if you want a piece of that $2 trillion pie.

Cuz even if you get a very tiny slice of that pie, it is going to be a significant amount of money, right? Money in the chat. Okay. I love YouTube. It’s my favorite app, says Andre. Nice. Okay. Very cool. And today you will be handed the key to unlock that prison cell that is keeping you trapped and away from the YouTube growth you’ve been wanting for a very long time. And seriously, we’ve helped online businesses of course, but also coaches, freelancers, job seekers, stay-at-home parents, uh nineto-fers, grandpas and grandmas, agency owners, service providers, digital product sellers, failed YouTubers, YouTubers getting views but struggling with monetization, successful YouTubers who are crushing it but want to crush it even harder. people that own software companies or SAS, uh, location specific businesses like again law firms, cosmetic dental clinics, lots of real estate businesses, um, financial advisors, etc., etc. People doing paid ads that want to stop doing paid ads, people doing paid ads that want to make their paid marketing two times more effective by having a YouTube presence. Even physical brick-and-mortar business owners, and even people with disabilities, we’ve helped do this, right? So, this works for almost any niche in almost any situation because we designed this type of YouTube channel to be flexible so that you can go in so many different directions. And the good news is you don’t need to be a YouTuber or an influencer to win on YouTube. But to get there, I’m going to be exposing the dark side of YouTube and creators who are now slaves to the platform. Here’s an example. Boogie2988. Now, I’m not trying to make fun of him at all. I actually respect him a lot for revealing his public income, but he’s got about 4 million subs. And he revealed on a podcast tour last year that he’s only making $44,000 a year, which is less than the average income for an American. He and he is one of hundreds of thousands of creators who are promised success through views, but views do not automatically equal money. Okay. Meanwhile, I work with people who get 500 views per video and they’re making $10 million a year on YouTube. But there are also people who get a lot of views and don’t make a lot of money because they’re doing things wrong. Okay? very very common. So, type got it. If you get the views do not automatically equal money, right? You don’t just want to get views, you want to get the right views. And that’s what we’re going to talk about how to do, right? You don’t just want anyone watching your content. You want the right people watching it. Okay. Very cool. And seriously, I know there’s a lot of people in this crowd that are frustrated, burnt out, and stuck because you were promised a gold mine and yet you found nothing. You’ve been uploading videos. you’re frustrated because you can’t even get started uploading videos because you’ve been told that you need to buy this camera first or that gear first or you need to be really good at editing or any of those types of things, right? But basically, you found nothing but regret. So, let’s talk about who this is for. This is for you if you are a total beginner who wants to finally start and not burn out. And by the way, go ahead and drop your profession in the chat. I’m curious what all of you do for a living because one example of a total beginner is my brother Zach, right? He was in the HVAC uh profession uh specifically the trades for 30 years. He did a little bit of welding as well, but mostly HVAC, which is heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. And uh he was in his 50s and he started on YouTube as a total beginner. Okay, we’ve got realtor. Uh let’s see. Uh filmmaker. Nice. Another realtor, structural engineer. Uh payroll clerk. Darren IT, Becky, realtor. Chris, mining,

Christine, real estate. Paige, UX researcher. Christy, loan officer. Michelle media buyer, Gina, OT, Rhonda, nurse. George, IT, Aaron, security officer. Wanda, teacher, Sherry, realtor. Kimberly, janitor. Anton, retired. JJ, delivery. Terrence, laborer. Larry, architect. Christopher, retired. Nate, software developer. Shannon, illustrator. Phil, got it. Uh, Dave, retired. Eric, cashier. Justin, insurance underwriter. Jeremy, finance manager. Uh, Gayen, software engineer. Steve, uh, healthcare leadership training. Mark, IT. Um, Karen, pest control tech. Man, there’s a lot of money in pest control, guys. There’s a lot of money in pest control. Um, Jess, cyber security. Eileen, international learning. Elaine, physical therapy. Sherry, retired. Kimberly, financial adviser. Carl, engineer. Rory, RN. Matt, automotive service writer. Mark, pharmacist. Benjamin, retired military. Chris, uh, Kristen. Got it. Okay. Very cool. Very cool, guys. Yeah. So, we’ve got a lot of people here that are, you know, real in the real estate industry or, um, we’ve got a lot, you know, medical workers here. We got some RNs. Rory’s an RN. etc. Uh people or other medical careers like physical therapy makes a lot of sense. I came from a medical career. We got a lot of people in different IT or you know coding related careers or techreated careers, cyber security, tech, uh that kind of stuff. A lot of people in different you know finance related careers or business related careers. Basically we got a lot of people that have a lot of experience right you you guys are you know you guys have a lot of experience sales careers as well. I see you know government jobs as well like firefighter. uh really cool stuff and then retired as well. So, we have a lot of people that have a lot of experience, which is great because this type of YouTube channel that you’re going to be making is something where having experience actually really matters, right? And I’m so I’m really so confident in this system that I literally used it on my brother who’s in his 50s and who isn’t techsavvy, who’s never made a video in his life. So, first of all, for context, I used this system to start a new channel every single year. I started a second channel and I documented it about two years ago. Um, and I grew that channel up and of course, yeah, I have my first channel and that channel is super successful. And then I started my second channel. I documented and I grew it up. Um, and uh uh uh you know, a lot of people were like, “Well, Shane, you know, you’re really good at YouTube. You’re you’re, you know, charismatic, whatever. Uh people know who you are. That’s why your second channel was successful.” So, I was like, “You know what? I I don’t think that’s true. I don’t think, you know, cuz I didn’t really tell anybody about the second channel, but, you know, just just for the people that are skeptical, I’m going to pick a random person in my family and blow up their channel, right? So, uh that’s what I did. I picked a random person in my family, my brother Zach, and I blew up his channel and uh just so there’s absolutely no excuses that anybody could make, right? And I and I documented all of it, but it but it was at first it was it was secret, right? Um, so I because I didn’t want anyone saying like, “Oh, he had an advantage because people came from your main channel.” So, first it was secret, but then I I documented the whole thing and and you know, showed the results. And basically what we did is this is his first video ever. May 26, 2025, 8 it got 800,000 views, right? Blew up, got 800,000 views. 29 days later, June 25th, uh, he made it to $214 in a single day, right? That is a $78,000 year run rate. So, he went from zero to a full-time income making 200 bucks a day uh $214.19 a day uh in less than one month. And then he finished off his first year at even more than that. Right? So, yes, this works even for beginners, even with no tech experience, just like my brother. He had all the same doubts that you have. Right? When I first told him to do this, he he was like, “Oh, well, I’m not tech-savvy. I’m not good on camera. I’ve never made a video in my life. I’m in my 50s. No one wants to listen to a 50-year-old.” like all these excuses started popping up in his head for why he couldn’t do it. And I told him, “Just trust me, bro. Just do it.” This system actually works better for older people. We do have young people that are kind of overachievers that, you know, that that use this system, too. But it actually works better for older people. Why? Because of your experience and your wisdom. Something that younger people can’t as easily copy, right? Because there’s a lot of copycats on YouTube. And that’s one thing you can’t copy is your experience and wisdom. And it actually works better for older people, right? and he finished off his first year, made, you know, 18,000 uh in a single month. That was that was finishing off his first year and he’s still crushing it, right? So, uh yeah, he’s he’s making a lot of money outside of AdSense, affiliate marketing, um you know, promoting other people’s products and services, that kind of thing. And that’s one thing we’re going to talk about, AdSense, guys. Like, a lot of people think on YouTube that AdSense is the only way you can make money. So, when they think about making money or monetization on YouTube, they think that it’s AdSense. the those are the ads that pop up on your channel and you just get paid for those ads, right? And uh that is one way of making money and that’s great, but that’s a very small portion of the total ways that you can make money on YouTube. There are many many other ways that you could make money, right?

Sometimes you can make a 100 times more than what you make from AdSense, right? So this is also for you if you’re a faceless creator. You want to use YouTube automation. So, there’s a very specific type of faceless channel that we recommend if you do it uh want to go faceless. And I actually started off faceless myself. So, type face or faceless in the chat, whichever one you prefer. Now, we do recommend that you start off by showing your face because there are so many advantages to showing your face, right? But there is one way of doing it faceless that you can uh do it, right? You you can do, right? There is one way and I’m going to show you guys right now. So, it looks like most of you do want to show your face, but there are some faceless uh ones out there. So, but let’s let’s talk about this. So, Whiz is an example of doing like starting with faceless content. So, he started with faceless content. This is what his channel looked like. He was anonymous. He was faceless for a, you know, quite some time. And he actually scaled this channel to about seven figures a year. So, it was very, very successful. Um, but then eventually he did do a face reveal. He revealed his handsome face there. and you know like uh uh you know the channel got even better then. But if you are going to do faceless content, here’s really how we recommend that you do it. And really this is like it’s not really a recommendation. Like this is the way to do it. Like YouTube has been very very clear on their stance on faceless content. You’ve probably seen a lot of faceless creators on YouTube that have been actually revealing their face lately and they’re it’s because they’re kind of scared like they’re extremely scared that YouTube is gonna delete their channel or demonetize their channel if they don’t, right? But here’s how you actually do faceless content, right? The right way. So, you have a cartoon character that represents you. You use your real voice, not the AI version of your real voice. Your real voice, an actual real voice. Um, YouTube does not like noise pollution. I don’t think anybody else does either. Um, when you use these fake AI voices, that is noise pollution. If you can create massive amounts of sound uh with the click of a button, that is absolutely noise pollution, right? And and YouTube doesn’t like it and most people don’t like it either, right? So, uh, and and we we, you know, some people say, “Oh, well, it’s it’s high quality content.” Yeah. I if if you can really create that much noise in a short period of time, it’s not going to be high quality content, right? Um, so use your real voice. You use a cartoon character that represents you and you have this air of mysteriousness about you because you are anonymous and you use that to your advantage, right? So, people really want to figure out who you are, right? And so you kind of basically say that like, “Hey, I’m going to do a face reveal when I get to a certain subscriber count.” Okay? And then you do the face reveal when you get to that subscriber count, right? So people will subscribe to you and follow you just to figure out who you are later on cuz there’s like it’s a little bit of like, “Oh, who is this guy? I want to know who he is.” Right? And so yeah, that’s how you do it. That’s how you do a faceless channel the correct way if you are going to do a faceless channel. And that worked really well for Whiz. Um, and he basically started a sevenfigure business. Um he said that we helped him get to uh you know almost all of his sales came directly from either directly or indirectly from YouTube. He said almost all of his sales uh came from that. So they might have originated on other platforms but then they watched his YouTube channel and that’s what helped nurture people and helped them make the decision to buy from him. Right. And so yeah this was uh he’s crushing it because of this. This is also for you if you’re a business owner, freelancer, a coach who wants inbound clients without paid ads. So type clients if that’s you. If you want inbound clients without paid ads, type clients in the chat.

This works especially well for people who want to get clients.

Yeah. And if guys, but just to be very clear, just to be very clear on the faceless content, if you’re not willing to do content like this the way that we tell you with faceless content, then just don’t even don’t even consider doing our methods or consider joining. We don’t want to help people who want to make AI slop. We we we don’t want to work with people like that. Just to be just to be very clear. So, uh, yeah, that’s that just yeah, if if you want to make AI slop or, you know, just like make massive amounts of AI content, you you got this like dream that you can just, you know, never interact with another human being, just push a button and money just starts printing out of your printer, uh, you know, all this all this nonsense. Um, because you’re spamming the internet with AI slop, then like if if that’s if that’s really what you think, then you’ve got a lot of uh development to to do. um because you know that’s that’s obviously doesn’t work. And plus, if you make faceless content that’s truly faceless and you know it’s like AI created content, you’re now competing with billions of extra people all over the world, right? Cuz there’s absolutely no reason that somebody in India or Bangladesh or, you know, all these other countries where there’s billions of people can’t make the exact same content, right? So, but if you show your face and you actually use your background, which other people can relate to, uh, like you know, the American market, which is the market that, you know, pays the most and has the most money, um, that’s actually a massive advantage, right? And like, why would you not use that advantage? But like Western markets as well, Aussies, you know, Australia, American, European, etc., right? So, just to be very clear, like that’s that’s our stance on it. Um, we don’t accept people into the program that want to do faceless content unless they’re willing to do it like this. Okay. But a lot of people want clients. Good stuff. Awesome. Good stuff. Yep. So, uh this is also for you if you’re a business owner, freelancer, a coach who wants inbound clients without paid ads. So, uh example of that would be Davis. So, Davis was a career coach, a very well-known career coach. Uh he was basically teaching people how to get into into management consulting, but he also had a portfolio of companies, right? So, he that’s not his only company that he has. and he was spending about 20 hours a week on just one of his companies. Very very busy uh on just one of his companies. So just one YouTube channel and one company and that is obviously not sustainable. But eventually he outsourced everything on his channel to the point where he’s not even recording the videos anymore. And he has other people recording the videos and now he spends zero hours a week. Even though he has multiple channels and for multiple different companies, he is spending zero hours a week. So, if you’re a business owner, you’re super busy, you have a portfolio, you can actually have other people record the videos for you, and you can have a system that just takes care of everything. And we help people with that as well. This is also for you if you want to network so you can land high-paying jobs, find career opportunities, or become an authority in your niche by standing out with your YouTube channel. So, type authority in the chat if that’s you. If you want better opportunities or to be an authority in your niche,

type authority in the chat.

All right.

Very cool. Very cool. Okay. So here’s a really good example of becoming an authority and you know networking for instance because that you know there’s a saying your net worth is your net worth. So you know it there’s some truth to that. There’s definitely some truth to that. So let’s talk about an example of that. So Josh basically just started making really useful videos on his channel for people in the IT and cyber security industry. He talked about how to get better jobs, which certifications are good to take, what skills to learn that are valuable in the job market, etc., etc. He was able to go from making less than $1,000 a month with his channel to actually getting offers from Fortune50 companies, including companies that are a part of Fang, which is Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. And these are some of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the world, where it is literally harder to get into a fang company than it is to get into Harvard or Yale. Now, usually you have to apply to these jobs, but the companies were reaching out to him. So, he got an offer from several different fame companies and he ended up going with one of them for his dream job where he got to travel the world. He lived in Japan and he was working a remote job making multiple six figures a year. But then the YouTube channel kept going 5,000 a month, then 10,000 a month, then 30,000 a month, all while he’s just working part-time on it, you know, while doing his job. And eventually, he scaled all the way to 186,000 a month using my strategies. And of course, he quit his dream job because it just didn’t make sense for him at that point. Now, I like this example cuz it goes over every single stage. Just getting started as a beginner, using it to become an authority in his niche for networking to get his dream job, starting a side hustle, making a little bit of money on the side, starting a full-time business, making 10 to 30K per month, and then scaling his business. Okay, so this really does show the power of becoming an authority, right? like when you become an authority in your niche, when you become the go-to person for that niche, um it opens up so many opportunities for you both directly and indirectly. So, just as an example, guys, um some like you know the the tangible benefits that I’ve gotten from YouTube obviously, you know, made millions of dollars, even tens of millions of dollars from YouTube. Um but the intangible benefits are actually much much more than the tangible benefits. So, the intangible benefits of YouTube are I’ve gotten to meet people that I never would have gotten to meet before. Um, I’ve gotten some absolute rock stars on my team that want to work for me. There’s tons and tons of people who want to work for me because of my big YouTube channel, right? So, anytime I I need to hire somebody, like this is a big business owner, like one of their biggest headaches is hiring, but anytime I need to hire somebody for a certain position, I’m able to get the absolute best of the best on my team because of my big YouTube channel, right? Um, I’ve gotten invited to masterminds that are $50,000 plus dollars and I got invited for free and I got to speak on stage where I ended up probably getting more clients and more business because of that uh speaking on stage. So like my trips pretty much pay for themselves because people want me to speak on stage and then I speak on stage and then a bunch of people want to work with me, right? So stuff like that, right? Just these are intangible benefits where other people might have to pay somebody else to speak on stage. I get to go for free and I get paid to do it in some cases or I get to, you know, at least the the price of admission I don’t have to pay, right? Um I’ve gotten to meet people that are uh you know, I never would have gotten to meet without my um YouTube channel. And I’ve even gotten uh uh equity in big uh a company that might sell for hundred million or even a billion dollars, right? And I’m on their board of adviserss, too. I’ll actually talk about them here in a minute. So, the the point that I’m trying to make here is the intangible benefits of YouTube are actually bigger than the tangible benefits, right? But a lot of people don’t really realize that. But you might be thinking, “But Shane, if it’s easy, then why do most people fail?” Well, it’s because they believe in these myths. One, you need to be an influencer. Two, you have to show your face and have a fancy camera. Three, it takes 40 hours to create one video. And four, you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. So, these are some of the biggest myths that people believe in that cause them to fail. Now, the last one specifically, the reason that most people think it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube is because they think they need a big channel that has lots of subscribers and lots of views to make money. If you choose the right niche, you do not need a big channel. And guys, go ahead and type the number of the myth that you believed. One, two, three, or four, uh, in the chat. Um, and I’ll I’ll look at it here. Yeah, let me let me scroll down. I’ll I’ll take a look at it. Type the number of the myth that you believed. So, one, two, three, or four in the chat. All of them. Okay. I’m seeing a lot of fours. Uh, I think I see a good amount of ones. So, one is you need to be an influencer. Four is you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed. Yeah. And then, and then two and three are Yeah. Two and three are kind of tied, I’d say. Nice. Nice. Okay. And just as an example, when I started my second channel, Shane Humus, the content growth engine, we made over $30,000 in the first month after starting that channel. Our goal was to make um $10,000 in the first month. We ended up our our stretch goal was 30,000. We ended up making about $42,000. We’ll talk about that here in a minute. And a lot of that money was made before we even got to a,000 subscribers as well, right? So, because the these are the myths that people believe in that stop them from having success on YouTube. We were making money right away on that channel. But in reality, one of the biggest reasons that you failed is because before today, you lacked the leverage to invade this soontobe trillion dollar opportunity. And I’m going to help you mine this opportunity so that we can grow rich together fast. First though, who am I? My name is Shade. I’m an ex-harist. I have a 1.7 million subscriber YouTube channel. You can see it down here. And I’ve helped over 20 businesses get to 100K per month on YouTube from scratch. I’ve also helped countless businesses that were already successful uh or YouTube channels that had some success but then kind of died down. I’ve helped countless amounts of those types of people have success on YouTube and make lots of money from that. And I’ve also helped tons of beginners get to part-time income, side hustles, second incomes, one person businesses, things that build into full businesses later on, but make money right now, too. I’ve helped countless people in that situation as well. I’m also industry recognized as an expert on growing and making money from YouTube for businesses. Here’s a company that I worked with course careers. Uh they actually liked working with me so much that I actually got equity in the company because I gave that much value to them. Hey admins I I I don’t know how many times I have to say it. You you guys see this slide, right? Like I said it last time and it still didn’t get fixed. Like I think I think this has been like the last two or three times and it still hasn’t gotten fixed. Okay. Like actually fix it please. Okay. So this is uh this the slide was duplicated. Come on admins. Okay. So uh this is my YouTube channel right here. 1.7 million subscribers. Um so yeah uh I work with Course Gurus. Course Gurus is uh one of the companies. They like working with me so much that I actually got equity in the company because I gave that much value to them and we were able to help them over 30x the amount of money that they made. With that being said, this is a startup and I usually like to work with individuals. And one of the reasons I like to work with individuals is because you guys remind me of myself. So, let me go ahead and get into my story. This is me working as a pharmacist for 15-hour shifts and uh very burnt out. Um and before that, you know, before I became a pharmacist, I came from a very poor background. I lived in section 8 housing, lived in trailer parks. I was even homeless at one point. This is the exact Salvation Army that I lived in in Lawrence, Kansas for about 6 months. Uh, and then I lived in this dingy basement that was behind the Salvation Army, which is arguably even worse, that had uh cockroaches and giant wolf spiders all on the ground. Uh, and the kitchen was attached to the bathroom, so when I take a shower, like the water would flood the kitchen. So, so yeah, so pretty bad situation, right? Um, but yeah, Salvation Army for about 6 months. And I didn’t want to be poor anymore. And so I did what society told me to do. I went to college. I got a doctorate. I became a pharmacist. And I al also had to take out a lot of money in student loan debt. I went over $300,000 in student loan debt to make this happen. And the thing is, when I was poor, I had a lot of time, but I didn’t have any money. So, I couldn’t really do anything besides play video games, watch movies, or whatever. So, but when I became middle class working as a pharmacist, I didn’t have both time and money because I was spending all of my time working and all of my money paying down my student loan debt. So, it’s kind of an out of the frying pan and into the fryer type moment. It was really a terrible situation because I started as a pharmacist right before the pandemic hit, right? And just to emphasize how bad this was, we got robbed three times in a 6-month period. So, on top of being burnt out and everything else, I was in fear of my physical safety. So, overall, I can’t describe how stressed out, how depressed, how anxious I was in the situation. And like many people out there, I started wondering, wait a minute, is the stuff that society told me to do actually a good idea? Maybe I made a mistake. And by the way, this is the exact video of uh us getting robbed, right? Uh uh at at my pharmacy, right? So yeah, maybe I made a mistake, right? That’s what I started thinking. So because of that, I tried just about every side hustle out there to make money. Shopify, Amazon FBA, SMMA, coaching, consulting courses, digital products, real estate, white labeling, SEO, flipping websites, flipping physical products. Here’s one of them that I tried, the booty kit. It’s basically an at home workout thing so you can work out your booty. I pretty much Yeah, I I know it’s it’s kind of funny, I know, but pretty much failed at almost all of them, right? Um I tried selling that one, the the booty kit on Shopify and Amazon FBA, but I pretty much failed at almost all of them, right? I couldn’t make any of these sustainable. And a lot of it has to do with me having ADHD and just always trying a bunch of different things. But as you can see, my bank account was constantly very close to $0. Okay, but YouTube was different than all these other side hustles. See, all the side hustles that they tried that I tried, they actually work, but they only work if you have traffic, aka views. If you don’t have views, it’s kind of like trying to sell something without having a store. It’s almost impossible to sell. And so, I realized one that I really enjoyed YouTube, but two, I realized that I could make any of these other business models work if I just focused on YouTube and getting views. Another way of saying this is you need distribution. This is a term that they use in business. When you have a YouTube channel that’s helping people solve their problems, you have distribution because people know that you exist. So, type distribution in the chat if that makes sense. None of those work without distribution, right? Type distribution in the chat. Let’s see here. Takes me a long time to scroll down here. Distribution.

Nice. Nice. Good stuff. Good stuff. Okay. Yes. So, because of that, I gave YouTube another shot. Now, and one thing I’ll say about distribution, guys, is it’s kind of like owning the store and then the the products that people sell on the shelves, like like people are going to buy those products cuz people go to the store to choose what to buy, but they have to buy one of those products essentially, right? If they’re going to the store to buy a shampoo, for instance, well, they’re going to buy one of the shampoos on the shelves. You know what I mean? And so if you own the distribution, then you like you’re you’re going to win no matter what, right? So owning the distribution is very important because it’s kind of hard for people to buy from you if they don’t know that you exist or if they don’t even know that you have a product. And after I tried it again at that

was less than 10,000 subscribers at the time as well as his wedding photography business and he was doing wedding photography in Las Vegas and on the west coast. Now before this I’d spent time in LA. I’d met influencers who had a lot of followers, had a lot of subscribers, and they were getting millions of views, but they weren’t making any money. And so I was like, Sam, how are you making money from YouTube even though you have a small channel, right? Like, how are you doing it? And he showed me what a proper monetization method looks like. He showed me how I can monetize a channel without having that many views. And he initially taught me how to make money from a small channel, like 10 to 20,000 subscribers. But I took it to the next level to the point where there are some channels we work with that only have a few thousand subscribers and they’re making seven figures a year. I’m actually going to show one of them later on because there are some niches where you’re talking to an affluent audience and you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. Now, you might be thinking, Shane, you’re exaggerating. There’s no way you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. And you’re right. I am exaggerating, but in the opposite direction because here’s somebody who got a couple hundred views and made over $100,000 from a video. This is Carla, right? So, she made a video that got a couple hundred views from a small channel, about 1,500 subscribers, and she landed $106,200 a year ongoing contract, right? So, here’s her talking about it right here. Uh 1 point about 1.5K subs. You can see all of her videos. She’s getting like, you know, 200 views max. This one right here is like 200 views. And she landed a uh $100,000 a year contract. Now, if that renews for the next year, which there’s which there’s a very high chance that it is going to renew, then that’ll be $200,000 next year. And if it renews the year after that, it’ll end up being $300,000. So, it could be that she ended up getting uh $300,000 or more, right, from from this one video if if you know, cuz she I know that she does really good delivery cuz I’ve actually uh hired her before, right? So, um there’s a good chance that they’re going to renew. And why is this? Why is she able to make so much money? Well, it’s because she is hiring for CEOs. And that is one of the biggest uh pain points that CEOs have is hiring good talent. And so, she helps them hire specifically for, you know, specific types of positions. And then a lot of the time, these are positions where they have to continue hiring into the future, right? So, they have like there’s there’s turnover and they continue hiring these positions into the future. So, it’s a lot of it is recurring, right? So that’s how she’s making so much money doing this is because she’s targeting a very affluent demographic that has a painful problem and they’re willing to pay a lot of money to get that problem solved, right? So this is where I found the secret formula of YouTube success where everyone else was not talking about it. Right? Um and so basically I started posting videos and just to put this in perspective, I have lots of views. 6 million, 1.2 million, 1.7 million, 4.3 million views. I know how to play the views game with the best of them. But this video right here, the most useless degrees, this was my first ever breakout video. Got over 4 million views. But in its whole lifetime, it made about $31,000 from AdSense, right? Because it wasn’t really making money outside of AdSense. So again, AdSense, those are the ads that pop up on your channel, right? And you as the creator get 55% of the revenue generated. So my 55% split was 31,000. So that means that it probably generated around 60,000ish, but I got 31,000, right? Um, and so yeah, this is uh the thing that you want to understand is this video right here. It’s hard for me, even as somebody who’s really really good at YouTube. It’s hard for me to replicate the success of a 4.3 million view video. I’m I’m pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to the educational space. And I cannot on demand replicate the success of a 4.3 million view video. It just it’s just not possible, right? But what I can do, what I can do over and over again is replicate the success of a video like this. So this video only had to get 8.8,000 views to make $48,000. And I get videos like this all the time. Probably every week I have a video like this where it doesn’t get that many views, but it makes, you know, ends up making tens of thousands of dollars, right? And so it is quite easy for me to replicate the success of a video like this. But this video is very, very difficult. And that’s kind of the secret, right? Um, so I can I can get 8,000 view videos all day long. It’s it’s quite easy for me to get 8,000 view videos or 10,000 or 15,000 or 20,000. That’s not that difficult. But it is very difficult for me to get a 4.3 million view video. I cannot control that, right? So type more if you want to get less views but make more money, guys, and also have a repeatable process for making videos where you can repeatably know approximately how much you’re going to make. Now, another thing I’m going to say about this one right here, guys, is this has only been up for about six months. I forgot to mention this. This one’s only been up for about six months. So, by the time this one gets to the six-year mark, because we’ve we get sales from videos we posted like 5 years ago. By the time this one gets to the six-year mark, chances are it’s going to be have made like double, maybe even triple the amount of money. So, it’s probably going to end up making maybe a h 100,000 or $150,000 by the time in its whole lifetime, like the by the time it gets to the 6 year mark. So, these videos just sit here and they’re like little pieces of digital real estate and every time someone has a particular problem or every time someone is interested in something, it’s there and it’s going to promote it to them and it’s going to get views.

All right. Yes, it is live. This is actually live, guys. Yes, it’s live. I guess some people didn’t show up before. They decided to show up late and then ask silly questions like, “Is it live?” Okay. All right. Awesome. Uh,

yeah. Okay. And just to show you guys proof, here’s how much I made about three plus years ago. So, three September ago, I made about $283,000. Um, two September ago, I made about $325,000. Uh, and then last September, one September ago, about a year ago, I made about $1 million in a single month. We’ll see what happens this September. Um, but yeah, I’m not trying to say this to make people jealous. I’m just showing you the receipts so that you know that I know what I’m talking about because I have started multiple sevenfigure businesses, million-dollar businesses from YouTube. And there’s a lot of YouTube coaches out there who are just coaches, coaching coaches. They’ve never actually started a successful channel themselves. They’re basically cosplaying as successful YouTubers, teaching you how to be successful at YouTube when they’ve never done it outside of just teaching YouTube, right? But me, I actually started a successful YouTube channel before I started teaching other people how to do it, right? I didn’t have to fake it before I make made it because I started a successful YouTube channel teaching people how to get remote jobs and I helped literally thousands of documented uh verified testimonials from people getting remote jobs, right? And that’s before I ever taught a single person how to do YouTube. And uh the craziest thing is is I did all of this while being able to travel the world and only having to work 4 hours a week. So here’s a picture of me in Tokyo at the famous Shabuya Crossing Square. Here’s a picture of me in Singapore. And here’s me in the San Juan Islands just off of uh Vancouver, British Columbia, whale watching, orca watching specifically. Now, I do choose to work more than that sometimes because I genuinely enjoy YouTube and I enjoy helping people with YouTube, but I only have to work 4 hours a week. So, there’s been many cases where I’ve gone a month or even two months at a time without working at all. And during one of those stretches, I actually had a pretty serious health issue uh and I couldn’t really work, right? So, I spent zero hours on my business that entire two-month period and my business actually grew. Uh, no in-person employees, no offices, etc., right? Um, so yeah, uh, that’s, you know, that’s pretty pretty pretty awesome, right? Um, that I can take weeks at a time, a month at a time. Even one time I took two months off at a single time. So, I can just do whatever I want and my business just keeps going up and up. So, type four hours if you want a business that only needs 4 hours a week once the system is set up. typed four hours in the chat. Now,

very cool. Very cool. Now, one of the reasons I know so much about YouTube, uh, yeah, by the way, Alexis, just delete that whole part. It’s totally redundant. This is another example. Redundant. Um, so, uh, you know, basically, uh, we help thousands of people get verified jobs with testimonials, grow their personal brands, land their dream remote jobs, etc., etc. But something kept bothering me because I got the life that I dreamed of. But once in a while, I would create a video just telling people what I was doing on YouTube because I was

out to me being like, “Hey, can you coach me? Can you help me grow my YouTube channel?” And I turned them all down, right? I was too busy or I didn’t really want to do coaching or I thought, you know, maybe this works for my niche but not for other people’s niches. But I felt bad about it and I shrugged it off for years until one day I decided, you know what? I’m going to do it. And the reason I decided that is because a friend of mine reached out to me, someone who I thought was really successful on YouTube. He had more subscribers, he got more views than me, and I assumed that he was making really good money, but he reached out to me and he said, “Hey man, I’m financially struggling. I’m not making any money. And I saw your video and I saw that you were making tons of money. What are you doing that’s so different than what I’m doing? Can you please help me?” And you know, he asked me for help. So, I decided to help him. And I decided at the same time if I’m going to help him, I can also help a group of people like a small group, right? It wouldn’t really take me any extra time to help a small group of people. So I reached out to a bunch of those people and I decided to do a cohort where I worked with a bunch of them and it was a very diverse set of people. So there was a professional truck driver for 28 years, a fresh graduate engineering student, a current engineering student, an Amazon FBA business owner, a coach, a freelancer, a failed YouTuber, a successful YouTuber who was crushing it but wanted to crush it harder, a content creator for 11 years who wanted to shift over to YouTube, a tech salesperson, a girl in cyber security, a coach, an agency owner, an online service provider, a fitness dude, a finance guy, a physical business owner, just on and on and on. The point is they were all different. Some had YouTube experience, others had zero knowledge of how YouTube works. And then we applied the exact same format that I found to be working on my YouTube channel. So, same formats. Um, so yeah, same YouTube formats, same proven way of making thumbnails, titles, and intros, same strategy for coming up with winning video ideas. And of course, a little bit of tweaking because every single niche is a little bit different. There are a lot of underlying principles, but they all do need a little bit of tweaking. And the crazy thing is, every single one of them blew up, right? And the best part is they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And that’s the thing that made me feel so happy, right? Because I can only have so much impact with my channel, but I got to help other people have impact with their channels. And so I was basically spreading my impact to so many other people. And then they were able to impact hundreds of millions with their YouTube channels. And they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And the reason for that is because I taught them how to make a very specific type of content which is educational niche content. The channels that are winning today are educational niche channels. In fact, educational channels make 10 to 20 times more money. And there are more opportunities for every 1,000 views than any other type of content. In fact, in the first month that we launched my second channel, we were able to make about $1,736 per 1,000 views. So, it got about 24,000 views in the first month right off the bat and it made uh $42,000. So, that’s about $1,736 per 1,000 view. Hey, can you not make money, please? Make make a lot of noise, please. Yes. You’re going to do stuff behind me. Thank you. Uh, so it got about one It made about $1,736 per 1,000 views. And to put that in perspective, entertainment channels in general make about 1 to3 per 1,000 views. So, uh, if I started an entertainment channel, I would have made about 24,000 uh, with 24,000 views, about $1 to3 per 1,000 views. I made I would have made about 24 to73 uh total, right? Not that good, right? With the same amount of views, right? 24,000 views, I would have made about $24 to $73. Not that great. If I started kind of a mass market education channel, that’s about 10 times better, right? That’s about $20 per 1,000 views. That’s about 10 times better. So, if I would have started a mass market education channel, I would have made with 24,000 views, about $20 per 1,000 views, I would have made about $484 somewhere around there, right? So, that’s way better, but it’s still not a full-time income. It’s a part-time income. And, you know, it’s, you know, maybe worth your time, but still, it’s it could be a lot better. But with a niche authority channel that is properly monetized, even in the first month that I started it, no, with having the knowledge that I have, I was able to get that channel with 24,000 views to $1,736 per 1,000 views, which is over $42,000. Okay? And uh by the way, this is all the money not just from AdSense, right? So AdSense are the ads that uh pop up on your channel, but these are from all different methods of monetization. Okay? And so with educational content, right off the bat, you’re making 10 times more money than entertainment content. But there’s a better type of educational content, which is niche educational content where you’re helping people solve their problems and you’re properly monetizing your channel. So, are you guys kind of understanding why it’s so important to build the foundations the correct way? Right? Because I if you don’t build the foundations the correct way. If you start by making the wrong type of channel, it really doesn’t ma like it doesn’t really matter that much like how many views you get or how skilled you are or anything like that. You are simply in a boat where you just like it like it does like rowing harder is not going to get you there much faster, right? Like if you row harder, you’ll get there like 10 like it’ll be 10% better, right? But if you just put yourself in a boat, in an actual vehicle that can get you to where you want to go, it’s just going to be way easier and way better, right? And that’s just setting the foundations the right way. Okay. Now, you can do a little bit more mass market educational channel and you can properly monetize that content. You can still make a heck of a lot of money, right? So, on my main channel, I would say at this point, I am a little bit more mass market. I’ve kind of just decided that I’m just going to talk about whatever I want, whatever I happen to be interested in at the time. It’s not necessarily the best decision when it comes to money. I might have made more money if I just stayed very niche. I’m actually going to show you an example of a niche education channel that made billions of dollars, right? So, I might have made more money if I stayed niche, but this is just more of a lifestyle choice. I just want to be able to talk about whatever I want, right? So, my main channel, 1.7 million subscribers now. Uh, I make about $400 per 1,000 views on average. And this is despite the fact that honestly I talk about whatever I want on the channel now because I can, right? because I started the channel off niche. Uh but I started the channel off niche. That’s the important thing, right? Uh I started off very very niche and that’s what I highly highly recommend that you do as well, right? So later on you can make the decision if you want to talk about different stuff and to expand niches or pivot niches. I’ve probably pivoted niches like 15 times. Um you know, I’ve done that many times on my channel. That’s definitely something you can do. But what I recommend is people start off by talking about a very niche subject and just doing that first. But I’m going to get into that here in a moment because you don’t always have to stay with a niche subject if you set up your channel with the hybrid personal brand method, which is something that we’ll talk about here in a moment. So, let me give you some examples of niche educational content. This is the organic chemistry tutor. He makes about 43 to $119,000 a month according to view stats. And this is just from AdSense alone. So, these are just the ads that pop up on his channel. If he is properly monetizing, even remotely close, you know, educational content, like I said before, it makes about $20 per 1,000 views. Let’s say, let’s assume he’s doing $10 to $20 per 1,000 views. That means he’s making about 136 to 273,000 uh uh a month. And here’s the crazy thing, guys. Look at this right here. He hasn’t uploaded a video in five months, guys. Five months since he’s uploaded a video. and he’s making $136 to $273,000 a month passively. Right? So, this is the power of YouTube. When you build up a portfolio of videos, each video is like a little soldier. It’s like a little piece of digital real estate, right? And they all make a little bit of money every day because there’s people that are searching for these random problems like, “Oh, I I wonder how I can do an inverse hyperbolic derivative or whatever the heck that is.” Right? This is like you’re taking some calculus class and you have to know what uh you know der derivatives of inverse hyperbolic composite trig functions is and you have to know that exactly one time in your entire life when you’re taking that class and then you never have to know it again but you want to pass the test, right? Cuz you want to get your degree or whatever, right? So, uh you know, like there’s people every single day that are coming into this problem. They need to know what how the heck to do that thing. And whenever they look it up, hey, there’s the organic chemistry tutor right there to answer the question. So each of these videos makes a little bit of money every day. And that little bit of money adds up. And it might be a few dollars a day per video, but when you have a hundred videos or a thousand videos, it really adds up. Now, here’s another one. Scotty Kilmer, right? He’s in his 70s and he makes content helping people save money on their cars. Um, now one thing that’s great about him, he is quite entertaining. So, when I say make educational content, I am not saying by any means that you cannot be entertaining. You can definitely be entertaining. Scotty Kilmer is hilarious if you’ve ever watched him, but he basically made about $24 million from YouTube. And he even said in an interview that he made more money in one month on YouTube than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic. And basically, it says right here, right? It says right there. And he said he made $24 million right there. Right. And basically what he does is he just helps people pick the right cars, maintain their cars, fix their cars, and help them with different car related products and services. And that is his whole channel. And basically this stuff is dead simple for him, right? And that’s the thing that I want to point out with the organic chemistry tutor as well. This stuff is dead simple for him. He’s just talking about stuff that he was already tutoring people on and he just did the same exact thing, but he recorded it with a camera and he posted online, right? And so many people, I cannot tell you how many people that, you know, end up, you know, working with us, uh, say like, “Oh, Shane, I don’t think I’m an expert on anything, right?” And then we find out that they have like 5 years of experience or 3 years of experience or 10 years of experience doing something that, you know, for them it’s common sense because they do it all the time. Um, and of course, like what’s common sense to you, it’s going to be common sense to you if you’re an expert at it, right? If you’ve been like fishing your entire life and you’re really good at fishing, uh, compared to the average person, well, yeah, no. Like, that’s going to be common sense to you because you’re but you can’t just assume that everybody else is good if they haven’t spent the hundreds or thousands of hours that you have doing the thing, right? So, this is one thing we’ve noticed over and over again. Like most of the people, most of our success stories think that they like don’t have anything to, oh, I’m not an expert on anything. They don’t have anything to teach. And that’s why we need you need our help like digging it out and like figuring out what you’re actually an expert on and what you can actually get value with, right? Um but yeah, uh this stuff is just dead simple for the organic chemistry tutor. He’s he just doing the same thing that he was tutoring people with all day long. Now this is one of the craziest stories. Physics Walla. So he came from a small village in India and his first videos were in his parents’ basement and you can see how bad they are. Like blurred face looks like it’s recorded with a potato. Terrible lighting. Can’t even see the whiteboard. But it didn’t matter. He started making videos about these standardized tests in India. And the standardized tests are incredibly important for your future. Basically determines what schools you get into, what careers you can get into, etc., etc. So, it’s kind of like the ACT and the SAT for the US. And he just made videos about these certifications and these standardized tests. And at first, he was just talking about physics. And then he expanded to other stuff. So, let’s just put this in perspective how specific this is. Physics India standardized tests only. Very specific how he was tutoring people. Then he started making these videos from his parents’ basement and he kept going and then he launched a company from his YouTube channel that’s now worth $5.2 billion called Physics Walla. It’s an educational app along with training and it’s now worth $5.2 billion. And it all started in his parents’ basement just making physics videos, right? And he is probably richer than Mr. Beast, guys. And that is the power of educational content because you are solving people’s problems. Now, chances are before you guys uh heard about this guy from me, you probably didn’t know that he existed. Um chances are almost all of you know that Mr. Beast exists, right? However, uh this guy much smaller than Mr. Beast, way less views, way less subscribers, and yet Physics Walla uh is almost certainly makes way more money and almost certainly has a much higher net worth uh than Mr. Beast, right? So, type no excuses if Physics Wallet just killed your my setup isn’t good enough excuse. Awesome. Susie said, “Oh, thank you. Light bulb moment. Just figured out my niche.” Awesome. Love it, Susie. Love it. I love I love it when people have these light bulb moments. That’s great. Awesome. Okay. No excuses, guys. If somebody from India in their parents’ basement with a potato camera can start a billion-dollar company from YouTube, you can make a few thousand extra dollars on the side from YouTube. Okay. You can you can definitely do that. Um, awesome. Okay. So now I’m going to hand you the formula for how to do all of this. And there is a secret formula. These are the most important things. So if I don’t talk about it, it’s because it’s not important. So type formula in the chat if you want the formula.

All right. Awesome. Okay. So first thing is you need a niche hypothesis statement. We call this the niche 2.0. Now, generally speaking, there are three niches out there that are the most profitable niches, and that is health, wealth, and relationships. With that being said, there are also a lot of other niches outside of that, and you can make money in all those niches as well. But generally speaking, if you’re confused about what niche to go into, you should be going into health, wealth, or relationships. And the reason for that is because almost everybody in the entire world has a problem in one or more of those three areas. And then you need to go ahead and make what’s known as a niche hypothesis statement. So what you want to do is you want to pick a niche. And by the way, while we’re doing this, go ahead and comment what you think your niche is, right? So comment what your niche is in the comment section. I’ll probably read a few of them while we’re doing this. And I’m actually going to do this to illustrate something as well. So comment what you think your niche is. Now, by the way, guys, please do not say health, wealth, or relationships. Uh this should have been changed to niche category in the in the the notes. Um so yeah, so do that, Alexis. So, uh, do not say health, wealth, or relationships when you comment your niche, guys. That is the niche category. All right. Um, you want to go deeper than that. All right. Um,

okay. Regeneration, Shannon, Marissa, health. Okay. That’s okay. That was that was our bad. We We should have said that in the in the notes here. Uh Millie water. Melissa nutrition coach. Christy VA home loans. Oo that’s a good niche. Yeah. Colobby culinary cooking. Hondo I just don’t know yet. Robert formula. Sandy health. Nicholas health. Kimberly no idea. Aaron no clue. Justin relationship. Bill wealth. Uh Julie self-help. Razul niches. Uh Jeremy RV pro tips. Okay. Very cool. Very cool. Rhonda health. Uh, literacy for seniors. Awesome. Uh, definitely something we could use a lot of help with in the US for sure. Peter, strength training. Ken, excavation safety. Rob, subconscious trauma. Carolyn, mindset for business women. Uh, Jay, Lupus Life. Keegan, new managers. Don, wealth. Brian, health. Colobby, cooking. Matt, law, customer service. Uh, Eric, book review. Lenny, customer service. Samuel, career architect. Sher finding life purpose. Alan creating videos. Vanessa, quilting tricks. Nice. Okay, Renee Grant writing. Awesome. Okay, these are some great ones, guys. Love to see these. Okay, so um I know that a lot of you are going to end up saying one or two word answers. That’s exactly what happened, right? And I don’t blame you for that, but that is incorrect. And let me show you why. The niche hypothesis statement goes like this. You select a market or what most people would traditionally call a niche, but I like to call it a market. And then you pick one specific problem that that market has, right? because they might have 20 different problems. Uh but you pick one problem that the market has. Okay? And then you find a specific solution for that one problem. That is your niche, right? So it’s going to look like this. I help X uh do Y or I help X overcome Y. Remember X is the specific market. Y is the specific problem. Now the Z part uh this is something that we can do later on. Don’t don’t worry about that right now. Uh the important part is that you establish there’s a market of people and they have a problem that isn’t being solved very well and you’re going to help them solve that problem. This is the foundation of how markets work guys, right? Markets are all about solving problems efficiently. A lot of people think when they’re getting into business or you know starting a side hustle that you you know you can like do something cool and uh people will buy it. Like oh I’m going to do something cool and people will buy it. That is not how business works. It’s always all about solving problems. And you might be thinking, well, Shane, uh, what problem are you solving when, you know, people make video games? Well, yeah, you’re solving the problem of boredom. That’s the problem you’re solving. Boredom, maybe a little bit of loneliness as well with some video games. Those are the problems you’re solving, right? So, you always need to think of business like solving problems. It’s not doing something cool. It is solving problems. What problems do people have and how can you solve them? Right? This is something that was a huge unlock for me when I first started in business. I did not understand this concept and this is like the absolute foundational knowledge that you need to know if you want to be successful in business. Um, so yeah, so if you want to give value and receive money by giving that value, then you really just want to focus on solving as many problems for people as possible, which is what YouTube allows you to do. So type niche 2.0 if you understand why a one-word niche isn’t a niche. And you need a market and a specific problem. You need a market of people and a specific problem that you’re helping that market of people solve. Okay? Type that in the in the chat cuz I’m going to give you some examples here. All right? Okay. So, here’s the examples. Um, I’m going to give you a few examples of how to do this. Now, I’m going to use the accounting market specifically because for some reason, I’ve worked with so many accountants. So, I’m going to use the accounting market, right? So, I’m going to show you a bunch of different levels. And all these people, by the way, are either people that are my clients. I’ve worked for them or they’re business owners that I’ve met that are absolutely crushing it on YouTube. So, at the very first level is just teaching students basic accounting concepts. So, that is more of a mass market channel, but it’s teaching people basic accounting concepts. So, it’s kind of like the organic chemistry tutor, but for accounting. Now, this person is making really good money, probably pretty close to seven figures a year, and they’ve been doing it for a very long time. Very long time, and they are making really good money. Very long, Tom. Very long time, and they are making really good money. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like what is a P&L. Now let’s go to the second level which is accounting specifically for existing accounting students or someone who just graduated with an accounting degree. Right? So they got an accounting degree and they are trying to pass standardized tests or pass certifications. So that would be like physics walla but for accounting right because he was helping people pass standardized tests and certifications. So physics walla but for accounting and in the US typically. So that’s the second one. I know for a fact that this niche is making multiple seven figures a year and people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a CPA. Okay. Third level, helping people land their first ever entry-level accounting job. That’s another business owner that I know. They’re making multiple seven figures a year. So who’s in the market there? People who just graduated with an accounting degree and they’re trying to get their first ever entry-level job. That’s the market. That’s different than all these other ones, right? It’s totally different content than all these other ones. People who are trying to refresh their knowledge in accounting do not want to get an accounting job, right? So, it’s totally different content. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to land a bookkeeping job. Then you got the fourth level. People who are already accountants, they’re making $50 to $100,000 a year and they want to become what’s known as a financial controller. This is one of my clients as well. He helps people who are already accountants making 50 to 100,000 per year become a financial controller who can make 200 or even $300,000 a year. So, it’s totally different types of content when you’re targeting that audience, right? And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a financial controller. And then finally, the fifth level, and by the way, guys, I’m doing five, but I could do 50, 500. I might be able to do 5,000 just in the accounting niche alone. That is how many niches and subniches there are uh within every niche out there, right? Um but the fifth level here, this is basically helping businesses hire accountants. So hiring and placing accountants in businesses. So in that particular case, it’s either accounting businesses or big businesses that need accountants, right? And they are actually trying to hire or place really good accountants in their businesses. So even though you’re talking about accounting topics, it’s still a completely different audience. And the type of content you’re going to make is going to be completely different for all these different ones, right? So, I hope you understand why it’s so important to have a niche hypothesis statement even though it’s all the same niche, right? It’s all accounting. Because if I would have asked you if you’re in one of those niches, hey, what’s your niche? You probably would say, oh, it’s accounting, right? Just like all these people for instance that commented their niche, they probably said something relatively short like plants education or marriage relationship or teaching, etc. And that’s why you need to have a niche hypothesis statement. If you don’t have your niche hypothesis statement, you have lost from the beginning. And it’s so important to have a proper niche hypothesis statement. Now, did you find that valuable? Give a thumbs up if you thought that was valuable. And if you’d want the niche validator GPT that we’re giving out here in a short while, right? Cuz people in this market would be interested in a video like how to hire the best accounts, right? Awesome. Oh, whoops. Very cool. Very cool. Awesome. So, yeah, we’ll be giving that out and we’ll we’ll be helping you dial into your niche. You can even ask me if you uh after you mess around with it a little bit, you can even ask me if I think your your niche is good. Okay, so now I’m going to be handing you the blue pill to make you invincible as a creator because once you have your niche down, you’re already way better than most people. But you need more than that. You need what’s known as a hybrid personal brand because you probably know what personal branding is. But when you mix personal branding with the correct niche in our YouTube automation AI system, you have what’s known as a hybrid personal brand. Now, one thing you need to understand is I just told you that you have a uh you have to have a niche hypothesis statement. But I’m going to say something that’s probably going to confuse you a little bit. And that is you are the niche. Right? So many people get this wrong. They think their niche is what makes them successful as an educational channel content creator. But when you have a hybrid personal brand, you are the niche. So yes, you are going to start extremely niche with IHELXY. But once you get traction, when you build your channel in the correct way, where you’re uh when you’re building a where you’re building a hyper personal brand, you can then easily pivot to something else if you want to. Right? So, type I am the niche in the chat if you get it. Type I am the niche in the chat.

I am the niche. Awesome. Okay. Okay. I am the niche. Good stuff, guys. Yes, this is this is important to understand. But you also have to understand that you have to start niche and then once you build your audience up then you can be you know become the niche right. So let me show you an example of this. Alexi when he first started posting on YouTube four years ago his niche hypothesis statement was I help gyms do marketing and sales and now he can talk about anything. Now obviously he’s really well known for his business stuff with all the different types of businesses but now he can talk about his unconventional diet. Uh this is why you’re not happy. He talks about his book launches. He talks about how to stop wasting time. And yeah, I mean, now he can talk about anything that he wants. But the point is is that he started niche, right? And if he tried to do that from the beginning, he probably wouldn’t have had nearly as much success as he has right now. So, he started off being the king of a puddle, then the king of a small pond, and then the king of a lake, and then the king of a river, and then the sea, and then the ocean. And that’s what I recommend that you do as well is to start off as the king or queen of a puddle, okay? And then expand from there. But the point is, you got to start small. You have to start niche, but don’t make your channel in such a way where you can’t expand it. And that’s how we teach people to do it with the hybrid personal brand method because one of the most powerful things that you can have, one of one of the superpowers you can have in business is the ability to adapt and change to a changing environment, right? And we’ll talk about that here in a second. Because when you create a hybrid personal brand, there’s so many different ways that you can monetize your channel. And there’s so many different directions that you can go both in terms of the content and the topics as well as how you make money from your channel. AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, networking, memberships, SAS, high ticket offers. Alex Ramoszi opened up basically like an investment fund, right? He has a portfolio of companies that he invests in and he gets his deal flow from YouTube. So, he’s making money from eight and nine figure business owners and making millions from each one all the way down to doing uh SAS that costs a few dollars a month. You could do memberships, you could do courses, digital products, and so many other things, even physical products. The point is all of these different business models work uh when you have a hybrid personal brand traffic and you have distribution people that actually know, like, and trust you on your channel because you built it with the hybrid personal brand method and you’ve helped them solve a bunch of their problems so they see you as an authority. And not only that, you can even sell the brand or step down as the face of the brand in some cases, right? So comment uh which one is your favorite by the way? The one that’s uh going to you know you’re most excited about making money with AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, membership, SAS, or high ticket offers. Which one’s your favorite guys?

All the above.

Okay. Says I am the quich. I’m not sure. Nice. Okay. Uh, affiliate marketing, high ticket offer, high ticket offer, memberships, all of them. Sponsorships, high ticket offers, memberships, SAS, HTTO, uh, affiliate marketing, affiliate, memberships, high ticket offers, memberships. Start with AdSense, of course. Yeah, AdSense is great, but you know, it’s it’s just a small slice of the pie. Sponsorships, all the above. Not sure. Job opportunities. Nice. Affiliate marketing, AdSense, very cool. High ticket. I’m seeing a lot of high ticket. I’m seeing a lot of affiliate marketing and I’m seeing a lot of uh you know AdSense people are excited about just AdSense in general. Yep. High ticket is for sure it’s one of the best ways if not the best way to make money. Um having some sort of high ticket offer. AdSense is really nice. Affiliate marketing is quite nice as well because it’s just so passive. Um yeah. So the these are all really good. Very cool. But to be honest in different niches it’s going to be a little bit different uh different right? In some niches a membership might be the best option for you. Right. So that’s where the the strategy actually comes in. So let me give you an example of that. Doug Demiro uh launched this website called carsandbbits.com from his YouTube channel. It’s a very large YouTube channel. He’s been doing this for over 10 years now. And he basically just reviews cars, right? You probably a lot of you probably heard of Doug Demiro. And he started the website called carsandbbits.com. Uh and he ended up selling this website for $80 million. He launched the website from his channel of course and he ended up selling it for $80 million. But here’s the interesting part. This is an online car auction website. And when he first started on YouTube, online car auction was such a tiny niche. It was so small it almost wasn’t even worth doing, right? Everybody who did car auctions just did in-person car auctions cuz why wouldn’t you, right? You want to see the car in person. But during co uh you couldn’t do in-person car auctions anymore. And this niche absolutely exploded. It got really big. and he was positioned in such a way that he was able to launch his website, promote it hard on his YouTube channel, and sell it for $80 million. But the whole point here is when Demiro first uh started his YouTube channel, he had absolutely no idea an online car auction website was going to be his big break. There’s he had no idea, right? Um I promise you he didn’t think that, right? So this is a secret way of building your channel whereas things happen in the world. Oh man, you changed it again. You You had it right last time and then you changed it and you got it wrong this time. Okay guys, this is a a secret way of building your YouTube channel where as things happen in the world, um as the market evolves, as the things that you the products and services that you sell evolve, uh as the people’s interests evolve, um as uh YouTube evolves, as you as a growing, breathing, evolving human being evolve, we want a business and a YouTube channel that can grow and evolve with us, right? So you might change your interests over time. You might change what types of content you want to make over time. Right? You want to build your YouTube channel in such a way where it can evolve with you. Right? So you want the ultimate advantage which is a channel that can adapt to changing circumstances. That is the ultimate advantage that you can possibly have and that’s the way you want to build your YouTube channel and your business. Right? And by the way, when we say YouTube channel, obviously this is about YouTube, but we also want to build it so the YouTube channel is the center and you syndicate the content to all the other platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., etc., Instagram, too. Uh, we’ve been doing this with extreme success and AI does like 95% of the heavy lifting, right? And you could just set up a system where it’s almost no extra work from you. It’s pretty much automated or semi-automated. So, but YouTube is the mother platform, right? YouTube is the best platform by a mile. And if you think this only applies to big educational channels, well, that’s just wrong. Here’s some examples of our clients. So, this worked for Waqin. So, Waqen was 18 years old when he first started working with him. He was a freshman in college and he was making all kinds of random content on study skills, productivity content, all kinds of different stuff like that. And he was making content on engineering as well because he was basically a business and engineering double major, but he wasn’t really making any money, right? and we basically sat down, we hashed out his niche and it became very clear that he should help foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the US. Why? Because he was a foreign exchange student that got into an elite university in the US. So, we really dialed in his offer and the very first month that he launched or very close to the very first month, he made around $80,000 and he actually got so many client requests that he was oversubscribed and he had to stop making YouTube videos and weightless customers trying to buy his program because he just had too many people trying to work with him immediately. That’s a pretty good place to be as an 18-year-old business owner, right? And we joked around that he was making more money than the president of his university, which he was, which is pretty crazy to think about, right? As a freshman. Here’s another example. Richard, we helped him go from making almost no money whatsoever on YouTube and also being one of the busiest clients that I’ve ever worked with. He was a product manager at a Fortune50 company, working over 80 hours a week, had a brand new baby, had lots of investments like real estate investment properties, etc. that he had to take care of. All kinds of different stuff like that, right? just a super super busy guy and we were basically able to help him grow his channel to $12,000 in a single month despite the fact that he probably could only work about two hours a month. So yeah, I’m very proud of this case study because he was uh it was quite difficult to get him results. He’s someone that’s so busy you can barely even respond to his emails or his DMs cuz he could only work like a couple hours a month, right? So uh type two hours if you can find two hours for this guys. Type two hours in the chat. Uh if you can find two hours a month for this. Now, just to be just to be clear, we do recommend 4 hours a week. That’s that’s what we recommend. Um, but in extreme circumstances, we have seen people u uh get more uh get results with uh uh uh le less amount of time, but we don’t we don’t really recommend it, right? It will take longer. And for Richard, it did take him longer to get results only working that amount of time. Here’s another example guy. This one’s a really cool story. So he’s actually disabled and his goal before working with us was just to make a couple extra thousand a month because he was close to retirement. So that 1 to2,000 extra dollars a month was his goal. Okay? It was going to supplement his income and significantly increase his quality of life in retirement. Okay? So this would let him go out and have dinners, visit his family more, go on vacations, etc., etc. Now he’s disabled and he has what’s known as tinitus, which is constant ringing in the ears. Okay? So um a lot of veterans have this as well. My dad has it too. He’s a veteran. And it is really debilitating. Just imagine if there was always this shrill shrieking sound in your ears 24/7 that never went away, right? That that’s what it’s like. It’s it’s really it’s actually quite debilitating. So, he made this channel with the goal of just making 1 to2,000 extra dollars a month in retirement because that was going to be his version of rich and to help other people who have tenitus. And he was able to make $1,500 a month with less than 500 subscribers. 446 to be exact. And now, uh, he’s, you know, he’s getting close to 13,000 subscribers. So, he’s he’s making way more money than that. But the whole point is his goal when he joined the program was to make 1 to 2,000 extra dollars a month with with uh and and he was able to do that with less than 500 subscribers. So, a lot of people think that you have to get a,000 subscribers, join the YouTube partner program before you even make your first dollar, and that’s just not the case, right? Uh, you know, so if you don’t think you can make money from YouTube with a small channel, you absolutely can. and he got to his goal with less than 500 subscribers. Now, one more thing about him. This is a really beautiful story and it happens a lot in our program. Life gave him lemons and he turned it into lemonade. So, if you have problems in your life, you can help other people with what you’ve learned solving that problem and and make their lives better, too. So, one simple rule, guys, to make this happen, uh, start simple and scale fast. You do not need to show your face all the time if you don’t want to. Uh, you do not need a fancy camera, you don’t need fancy editing, you don’t need a million-dollar studio, you don’t need high production quality, you don’t need top tier video editing skills, and you definitely do not need to make highly entertaining content um, at all. Right? Here’s what you do need, and these are the most important things by far. Viral video ideas. This is the most important thing after dialing in your niche, right? Niche, dialing in the niche is the first thing. Then you need titles and thumbnails to get clicks. And then you need an effective intro for video retention. And then you need to just deliver value to your audience. That’s a lot easier to do than you think, especially if you’re using the AI systems that we’re going to recommend and we’re going to give you a taste of here in a little bit. Now, let’s talk about the most important out of all those things, and that is the viral video ideas. So, I got this from Carl Icon. He’s in the finance industry, and basically, he would find businesses that were making a ton of money despite being ran terribly, and then he would buy those businesses, flip them, uh, fix them up, and then flip them and sell them for like 5 or 10x more, right? So, I took that idea from the finance industry cuz I think some of the smartest people in the world work in finance and I applied it to YouTube. So, type icon if you want to know more about the icon method. Type icon in the chat. Ah, let’s see who’s paying attention. Remember I said you guys got to be watching. Some people have spelled it wrong. I see Owen. I know who’s not watching. Uh, I know who’s the bad students are. Just kidding. Just kidding. But yeah, he the the name is spelled a little bit different. I c ah n. Um but uh yeah uh icon the icon method. So I was the first I told you guys I was going to trick you. I told you. Right. So I was the first person to ever do this on YouTube. So what I did is I found YouTube videos that had a lot of views despite not having that many subscribers. That’s important. It’s important that they don’t have that many subscribers because if they have a big channel, then they have a big audience and they’re going to watch anything that they put out, right? So, they had a lot of views despite having a small channel and despite the video itself being either mediocre or preferably bad, right? So, the thumbnail, the title, the intro were either mediocre or bad. So, just as an example, this guy right here, you can see his face is blurry. Um, this is the actual thumbnail from the video. The door is in better focus in the background than his face is. Um, he looks like it was recorded with a potato. Both the audio and the video. The video was pretty bad, too. Uh, or that the the audio uh like listening to it was pretty bad. And then he was drunkenly ranting for college degrees for about 25 minutes while literally drinking beers, right? So, it was this is just an objectively bad video, right? So, it’s a bad video. Uh, came from a small channel, only 10,000 subs, and yet it got still 760,000 views, right? So that can only mean one thing and one thing only and that is the idea of the video is a killer idea. People were willing to watch this video even though they had no idea who he was. He had a small channel so he didn’t have a big following and uh the quality of the video was either mediocre or preferably bad. In this case it was it was quite bad. Right? So that’s what you’re trying to look for. Okay? So what you do is you steal the idea of the video and you make a better version of the video. So the most worthless college majors. You could change the keyword a little bit or just keep the same keyword and boom, the most useless degrees. That’s what I did. The point is you just keep the title very similar. You change it slightly. You make a better video and boom, that’s what happens. So, I made a better video with almost the same title, right? The most useless degrees versus the most worthless college majors. Very similar. I made a better thumbnail, a better video, and it blew up and got millions of views. So, this is what I’ve been doing for the last 6 years now, guys. This is my secret. The icon method is the most powerful way to do it. Now, there’s a bit more to it than that, but that is the gist. So, once you get these down and you join our program, finding video ideas will never be an issue for you ever again. And once you get this down, giving the value, quite literally, your videos will do all of the work for you. So, type nice in the chat if you thought the icon method was valuable. Type nice in the chat. Nice. All right.

Very cool. Okay, so now let’s talk about what it takes for you to be a part of this YouTube gold mine, right? So, type ready in the chat if you’re ready to hear what it takes. Type ready in the chat. All right,

people are ready. And I’m going to show you how to do this with no daily uploads if you don’t want to. You guys might notice that we do daily uploads. That’s because we’re experimenting all the time, right? This is literally my job to experiment on YouTube. We’re running like dozens of split tests all the time and experimenting and and stuff like that. You don’t need to do daily uploads like me, right? In fact, we recommend one to three times per week. That’s that’s the sweet spot, right? So, no daily uploads if you don’t want to. No complicated editing without having to show your face all the time if you don’t want to, right? You can start off faceless if you’d like. Uh no expensive gear or software, no burnout or guesswork, no algorithm chasing, no spending months without monetization. Instead, you’ll get an ondemand content plan tailored to you, a hybrid model that works with or without your face, proven video templates plus AI assisted scripts, automated systems for publishing and repurposing, a one day per month content workflow, uh scalable monetization from day one, and top tier coaching behind 7Figure YouTube brands. Introducing the content growth engine. This is the easiest and fastest way to grow a cash printing YouTube channel, even if you’re not an influencer. So, click the link in the chat to get access to this early because there’s a few bonuses that we’re only giving to people to get this early access to and you will have a higher chance of getting the bonuses if you actually book a call now. Or you can type in go.shenhome.com/coaching or scan the QR code with your phone. So, here’s what you get access to inside of CGE. And by the way, guys, we’re going to go over these bonuses here uh right here, these ones that are blurred out. Um, and uh you’ll get all of these when you join the program, but some of them you don’t even need to join the program to get. And by the way guys, if you know somebody who’d be great at this, uh, share this with them. You know, a cousin, a family member, a friend, whatever. Send them this link because we can teach them how to do this the right way instead of spinning their wheels for years. We’ve literally had like two sisters, for instance, joined together before. And I just interviewed uh one of the sisters recently. She’s making about $7,000 a month with a 7,000 subscriber channel. Her sister’s right behind her. Uh has a few thousand less subscribers and she’s making about 4,000 a month, right? So, I’m probably going to end end up interviewing the second sister, too. So, they’re pretty cool, right? Two sisters join. They both got results very quickly, too. We’ve also had a whole friend group of ladies join. Like, their whole friend group joined all together to do it. It’s pretty cool, right? So, yeah. Um, by the way, who’s booking a call right now? Uh, go ahead and comment in the chat if you’re booking a call because we have a special bonus for you. And also, you guys should only book one call, one person, one email, and one call. Booking two doesn’t get you anything extra. The bonuses are tied to you, not to how many calls that you booked. All a second booking does is take a slot away from someone else here on this workshop. And our team cancels duplicates anyway, so you might even lose the time that you actually wanted. So if you accidentally booked twice, keep the time that you like and cancel the other one. And guys, last time we did this, we were fully booked and we couldn’t open up more slots even if I wanted to. So I suggest you book now while you can because once I drop those bonuses, people are just going to swarm the calendar, right? So go to goshomomas.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link on the chat. First, we are going to help you pick a profitable niche. We have a bunch of YouTube coaches with 100K subscriber plaques. The absolute best of the best. I cannot describe how good our coaches are, guys. Uh we we are just like completely elite at finding the absolute best people in the world. And they will help you find and pick the best niche. And that niche will be in between being the most profitable one where it’s sustainable, it’s profitable, but also something that you’re passionate about. Next is the mindset section. So, you might be having a hard time starting even though you just have to make videos consistently to be successful on YouTube. And I get it, it sounds easy, but it’s hard to put your mind into making videos or having success on YouTube. And you probably would have started YouTube or you would have had success on YouTube already if it was that easy, right? Even business owners face mindset issues and this module helps with that. This helps remove all the overthinking, all the imposttor syndrome, all the analysis paralysis. And it helps you take action fast. And this actually when I ask people, these first two are usually their favorite modules, right? The niche selection. People are just obsessed with that one. And then also the mindset section and basically the foundations of how business works. And even though a lot of people don’t really think that they need the core foundations, another thing that I’ll say about this is going to help you understand that if you follow our system, success is inevitable. Right? If you follow the system, you will understand that when you go through this on a deep, logical, emotional, almost on a spiritual level that if you follow the system, success is inevitable. For some people, like my brother, it was his very first video that he posted. For some people, it takes 5, 10, 15, 20 videos. But if you follow the system, success is inevitable. And you will understand that on a logical level when you go through this. Number three is the content genesis system. Right? This shows you how to find viral video ideas in your niche uh that have that will have a higher chance of getting views and going viral. And in my opinion, this is my favorite module because I think this is the most valuable one out of all of them. And this is where the secret is right here, right? Finding the right video ideas. And I just got word the slots are almost gone. Uh uh you know, like uh I think we have 30 total slots open and we’ve already had a ton of people apply to those slots, right? So um yeah, don’t wait on this one. Go to go.omomas.com/coaching. Click the link in the chat right now. Um, and uh, so get your get your slot booked. Next is the holy trifecta. Uh, this is where we go over how you can make your thumbnail, your title, and your intro to package the viral video idea to have the highest chances of success for your video to get views. So, all three need to be good and you want to make sure that they’re congruent as well. Next is the script writing alchemy system. This is where we help you write scripts with the help of AI to get your writing time down to less than 1 hour per video or in many cases way less than that. So just as an example, my brother who got his video to 800,000 views only spent about 15 minutes on the script. In fact, it was less than 15 minutes. And we show you that exact same system. Next is the viral video creation system. This is where we actually turn things into a system. And this is what makes it possible to only work one or two hours a week on your YouTube channel. And in some cases, if you’re a very busy business owner, zero hours a week, uh, or a couple hours a month, right? So, this is done with systems and our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use. Uh, so the niche validator that we’re going to be dropping here in a minute is just a fraction of the sample of the power of the AI systems that we give to our clients. And we have systems for almost every problem that you can imagine on YouTube, right? And lastly is the cash code system. This is where we actually make money out of the views that you’re getting, even if you’re not getting a lot of views. And it’s very very important that you’re actually monetizing correctly. Now, I think we might have a few slots left. We uh yeah, we had 30 I think I said 31 slots open and total submissions is over 70 already, right? So, we’re going to run out of slots very quickly. Of course, we don’t uh just just to be very clear, guys, I do want to make this very clear. This is you applying to work with us, okay? We we don’t accept the vast majority of people who apply to work with us on the YouTube channel. if it’s direct from the channel, we usually accept about 18% of people to to book a call and then on the call we make the decision if they’re a good fit to work with us or not, right? Um so a small percentage of those people are are a good fit on the call. So we don’t offer everybody that that books a call with us. But with that being said, u you know on these live trainings it’s a little bit higher. That’s one of the reasons we do these live trainings because we like to attract the right people. Um but with that being said, um the call is free and it is valuable. you will get value from the call whether we end up working together or not. We’ve helped lots and lots of people that have, you know, dialed in their niche for instance on the call. They say that, you know, they they’ve been, you know, trying to pick their niche for years and they get it picked on the call and they end up not working with us and that’s totally fine, right? Um, but yeah, lastly is the cash code system. This is where we actually make money out of the uh views that you’re getting, even if you’re not getting a lot of views. And yeah, you really need to make sure that you’re monetizing correctly because a lot of people are leaving a lot of money on the table, okay? Um, and they’re really just not even giving the clients what they want, like the viewers what they want, right? So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, click the link in the chat. Um, right now, yeah, and that’s just a taste of what’s inside of the community. You don’t just get one or two tools, you get the entire arsenal. Custom GPTs, cloud skills, all built for one thing, which is growing and monetizing your channel. And our clients are getting the updates in real time. And they are loving it. And the tools we don’t build ourselves, we tell you exactly which ones are worth your time, like Gemini, Descript, Pixels, and much more. So whether you run chatb or cloud, there is a tool sitting here ready for you. No guessing, no piecing it together yourself. This is just a taste of what’s waiting inside. And out of curiosity, type in the chat which AI do you actually prefer to use? I’m actually curious what’s what’s the everyone’s favorite AI right now.

All right, mostly Claude here, but I’m seeing some Chat GBT. Um, chatbt did make a big comeback recently. Um, Astra is quite good, but we still like uh Claude for content creation, but Astra it was was a serious upgrade. Like I we’re I I was using it, you know, we’ve been using it lately. It’s it’s pretty solid. I’d say for coding, Astra is still a little bit better. Um, very cool. Grockbot. A couple people like Grock. Grock is really good for uh new style content. Gemini um it kind of goes up and down. Perplexity is pretty good for like like searching the internet, aggregating data on the internet. It’s pretty good. Okay. Very cool. Very cool. Plus, you get one-on-one coaching calls and a dedicated client success manager, one-on-one dedicated chat support uh with all of our coaches, multiple weekly group coaching sessions, access to an exclusive group of hybrid personal brand YouTubers, and access to the most powerful content creation AI systems on Earth. And this is just a peak inside of our private community. These are real wins coming in every single day. One member just hit 10,000 subscribers and 1 million views, grew 5x in a few months. Another one finally got to 100,000 subscribers. Uh, one disc just closed $75,000 a year contract inbound straight off the platform. Someone else made their first $10,000 from YouTube. Someone else 4xed their subscriber count in a single month. Another person crossed 5,000 subscribers, made, you know, $39,600 views on a channel with just 800 subs. So, this isn’t a course that you just buy and forget about. This is a community of people winning together every single day. And these are just a few of them. So, this is what our group looks like on any given day. So, if you want results like this, book a call with us now and we will look at where your channel’s at. see if you’re a fit and map out what it would actually take to get you results like this. So go to go.shane.com/coaching or click the link in the chat right now. And this is the exact system that’s responsible for 0 to 10k in just 18 days. Here’s an example. Bro, I just hit my first 10K within 18 days of launch. I don’t even have 1K subs yet. This is nuts. Thank you, man. Uh this is the exact system that’s responsible for these results as well. This person has uh been posting on YouTube for well over 5 years. uh they never had a single video get over 100,000 views and then boom, first video right off the bat got over 180,000. All these people uh are crushing it as well. This person pretty much doubled the amount of money they were making almost immediately after working with us. Um this person here is a c what’s known as a category king. Uh literally the uh you know we have a lot of category kings and category queens in uh in our program. This person is a category king in a very competitive niche as well. Uh a niche that you would probably know about. Um they’re number one. They they’re making like over $4 million a month. They’re crushing. Um so yeah, uh this person right here um basically closed 80% of the calls that they booked from their channel. They’ve never taken sales calls before and they closed 80% of the calls they booked from their channel uh immediately. Right? So uh if if if you don’t understand this, like if you’re doing sales for the first time, you’re probably going to close like 10 or 20% of the calls that you booked. and they were closing 80% right away as a complete beginner. And that is because the leads that you get sent from YouTube are redhot. And if you want your sales calls to be easier or you want your sales team to their calls to be easier and they’re basically just cashiers, then start a YouTube channel because the calls are going to be like pre-sold by the time they get to the actual sales call, right? Um, Bill transformed his YouTube channel’s impact among 177k subs. He’s now making over 30k plus per month at the time of this testimonial. Basically, he said, “Shane helped me out with his keyword research, titles, and thumbnails, as well as turning my YouTube channel into a business.” So, he turned his YouTube channel for liability, sucking up all his time to a business that works for him while having a full-time job. Shawn was stuck making about 30,000 a month, and he scaled all the way up to over 500,000 a month. So, he said, “Shane knows what he’s doing. He’s not another fake guru. His program goes beyond his tactics, teaching you how to build a personal brand and master the back-end systems that actually drive revenue.” Next is Cheryl. She helps people through spiritual awakenings and before joining us, she was stuck under 50 subscribers for years with a great message but no strategy. We gave her the system, the content strategy, the title and thumbnail frameworks and the hands-on coaching and she immediately grew to 9,000 plus subscribers and got monetized in months. One video hit 128,000 views. And now she is landing brand deals. This is what happens when you stop guessing and you start following our system. She’s actually making money now and actually getting subscribers and getting views. Just like Jyn here, who’s a healthcare professional who recently joined our program. She was actually in the exact same situation as you guys, you know, less than 6 months ago, right? So, she was watching a live training just like this. And before joining us, she was a complete beginner. She had no idea what to make, no experience, and in her own words, she said, “I hadn’t dipped my toe into YouTube.” And now she’s got over 61,000 subscribers, and her channel got 10.3 million views already. two of her videos already went over 900,000 views. And I spoke with her and she told me that one, she quit her job. Two, she travels all over the US and internationally in her camper van, which was always her dream. And three, she records part-time while she’s traveling into uh inside the van itself. I did not mean for those balloons to uh go up there, but yeah, she’s recording part-time uh while she’s traveling inside the van itself, right? So, um and yeah, last month she made $10,000 from AdSense alone. And these are numbers that most creators chase for years, right? and she started just like you guys just a few months ago. She attended the live training wondering if this is for her or not. Um but she took the leap of faith. She booked a call and she built all of it on what she already knew which is healthcare navigation. And this is something that’s very important for you to understand. If you are on the older side or you’re a professional, you have some experience. You have been answer you’ve been doing, you know, solving problems for a very long time. You probably been answering questions to your customers, your clients, your patients, etc. for a very long time. Uh maybe your co-workers, you’ve been teaching your co-workers how to do stuff for a very long time. Maybe you’ve helped people get into the job that you’re already doing. Maybe there’s a piece of software that’s like very specific to your job uh that you can teach other people how to do. All these different types of things. There’s probably something that you’ve just been doing for a long time, whether it’s a skill that you’ve been doing for a long time since you were a kid or a passion you’ve been doing that you can just, you know, you you are at a level of competence where you can just easily teach other people how to get good at it. Right? So, uh, if you’re a health care professional or a professional in general, this could be for you. We see this all the time where people uh, literally already have the knowledge and all they need to do is just talk about it on camera and help other people uh, get those results, right? This is what happens when you follow the system. So, I know all kinds of different people who work in the YouTube industry. I basically know all the different coaches, the consultants, the agencies, etc. And I’ll kind of tell you how this industry works, right? Usually the highest paid people, the best of the best work with big corporations and so they’re going to be doing like seven figure contracts a year and in many cases working with these big companies. It’s at least going to be a six-figure contract. Right now the second highest tier of what you can offer is probably what’s called a build and release offer. So I have some friends that do this and basically like one of the very few people that are actually really good on YouTube besides myself that really knows what they’re doing and they charge $300,000 to do a build and release offer. This is basically where they work with like seven, eight, nine figure companies and they build out their YouTube channel for the first three to six months. They hire everybody out for the channel. They build it out. They figure out exactly how the channel works, get it running, and then they release the channel to uh the person once everything is working and running fine, right? And they’ve hired the team out and they’ve trained the team and everything’s going great, right? And they usually charge about $300,000 to do that. Now, I myself have attended four masterminds that are $50,000. Last year, I was in two. This year I’m in another two and these are extremely valuable and I learned tons of stuff from these masterminds and I pass it down to you guys. So there’s a lots of YouTube masterminds out there that are like $50,000 and it would easily cost you 35,000 mistakes if you were to try to do it on your own. And 25,000 is more than a fair investment to make to even get one of the knowledge contained in the content growth engine. But a special offer only for this workshop when you book a call within the next 24 hours. We are offering something that we have never offered before. We’re going to talk about some bonuses that we’re giving out. And by the way, go to go.shinhomes.com/coaching or click the link in the chat or you can scan this QR code. And uh I just got note that uh we had, you know, like I said, 31 spots open. We’ve got over 125 submissions at this point. So, we did open up a few more spots. Uh so if you did try to book a call and you couldn’t find a spot uh or if you tried to book a call and there just weren’t any spots available or you tried to book a call and there wasn’t a spot available at a time that’s convenient for you, you can go ahead and uh book again if you weren’t able to book a call the first time. So you just click that link in the chat, go to go.junomomas.com/coaching or scan the QR code. Best to probably just click the link in the chat. That’s the easiest way to do it. Um but yeah, after that I don’t know if we can open up any more slots. So go to go.jun.com/coaching. Click that link in the chat. Bonus one, and this is a big one. You get a one- on-one YouTube niche growth session call with me personally. Now, let me tell you why this matters. When I was starting out, I had a mentor named Sam. He was doing YouTube for his wedding photography business. And Sam showed me how to actually make money on YouTube, even with a small channel. And that changed everything for me. That is when I started earning big, not because I got lucky, but because someone who already figured it out, showed me the ropes. And that one relationship changed the entire direction of my channel. And that is exactly what this call is. Everything that I have learned building a channel to 1.6 million subs and over $10 million in revenue applied directly to your niche, your channel, and your situation. And this is worth $12,000 easily. But this is only for five of the first people who sign up within the next 24 hours. So go to go.shmos.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. This is what the actual coaching looks like. I can already see people signing up as I’m talking, so don’t wait on this one. So go to go.shmas.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus two. This is the 302 title maker GPT. This is easily worth $8,500. Now, if you sat down to find winning ideas yourself, researching what’s working, checking view counts, studying channels, you’re looking at weeks of trial and error, and most people still pick the wrong ideas. Hire someone to do it, a real content strategist who knows YouTube, you are paying $7,500 easily. So, we built a custom AI tool that finds proven video ideas for your niche in about 30 seconds. And this is not generic AI spitting out random titles. It is built on the icon method. It finds what’s already working and it hands you a better version of it. The titles, the hooks, the angles, all of it. And you get it both ways, a chat GPT version and a claw AI version. So, whatever AI you already use, you are covered. This is included as a bonus. So, go to go.chainomomas.com/coaching, scan that QR code, or click the link in the chat. So, here’s what it actually looks like. And whether you use chatb or claude, we built it for both. Uh you give it a video that’s already performing. It reverse engineers why it works. Then it hands you five high converting titles and hooks for your channel. Uh so there’s no guessing, no staring at a blank screen. The winning ideas are already out there. This tool just finds them for you. So go to gosh.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus three is the 30 secondond script writer worth $7,000. This is the ultimate content creation tool. You tell it the goal of your video, to inform, to entertain, to sell. And it turns your spoken ideas into a polished, attentiongrabbing YouTube script. It captures your tone, your style, your voice, so that it actually sounds like you. Just like the last one, you get it both ways, both catchy BT or Claude, whatever you are to use. If you hire a professional content team to do this, like a script writer, content strategist, someone who understands YouTube, etc., etc., you’re paying $3 to $5,000 a month minimum. This does it all in seconds. So go to go.shenh.com/coaching, hummus.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. This is what it actually looks like. Um, you say the script idea out loud and it turns it into a ready toreord script. No typing, no clicking. You just talk. You can even pick your vibe. Friendly, high energy, calm, conversational, authority, whatever fits your channel. It matches your tone so that the script sounds like you, not like a robot. So go to go.shenomomas.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus four is the high converting thumbnail swipe file worth $10,000. Your thumbnail is the first thing that people see before the title, before the hook, before anything. If your thumbnail does not stop the scroll, nobody clicks, nobody watches, and it does not matter how good your video is. If you hired a thumbnail designer who actually knows YouTube, you are paying $1,500 a month easily. That’s $18,000 a year. And they might make a thumbnail that works for gaming but not for educational content. So, there’s a psychology behind every thumbnail, right? This is my entire thumbnail system. The guide, the templates, the swipe files, the frameworks. You get it all as a bonus. So, go to go.shane.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And this is what’s inside. On the left, you get the full guide, the secret of creating viral thumbnails, the psychology behind why certain thumbnails get clicks and others don’t. Um, and also, uh, I should mention here, uh, you don’t just want to get any clicks, you want to get the right clicks, right? This is very important. And there’s ways of making thumbnails where you’re going to attract the wrong audience. you’re going to attract an audience of people who are not buyers, right? And there’s ways of making thumbnails where you might get a slightly lower click-through rate, but you’re going to attract all of the right people. So, on the right is the thumbnail vault. Fully editable templates in Canva. You click file, make a copy, and it is yours. Right? And you see those annotations. That is me breaking down exactly why each thumbnail works. Uh where the face goes, how big the head is, the rule of thirds, the spacing, all of it explains. So, you’re not just getting templates. You are learning the frameworks so that you can build your own. So, go to go.shm.com/ /coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Okay, bonus five is the creator Rolodex worth $6,997. So, this is my personal list of recommended editors, tools, and services that we actually use. Not the stuff that I Googled, not random recommendations, but the exact people and tools that my team relies on every single day to run a channel with over 1.5 million subscribers. So, do you need an editor? It’s in here. Need a thumbnail designer? It’s in here. Tools for scripting, SEO, analytics, automations, all in here. Most creators waste months and thousands of dollars testing the wrong people and the wrong tools before they find ones that actually work. This skips all of that. You get the cheat sheet on day one. So, go to go.shom.com/coaching, scan that QR code, or click the link in the chat. Bonus six is the YouTube niche accelerator. 0 to 100k subs step by step worth $4,997. This is the full playbook. everything you need from day one to 100K subscribers. How to pick your niche using cheat codes that actually work. How to build a hybrid personal brand so you’re never stuck in one topic. How to find video ideas using the icon method. How to nail your title, your thumbnail, and your intro. Uh and what I call the holy trifecta. And it’s really all designed for smaller channels, right? So there’s slightly different things that you do at different levels. So the way you get from like zero to 100, 0 to a,000 subscribers is a little different than what you do from a,000 to 10,000 and then 10,000 to 100,000, etc., etc. So it kind of breaks that down, right? So, most people spend years figuring this out on their own. This lays it all out step by step so you skip straight to the part where you’re making money. And I’m not telling you what to do. These are the video uh I’m not just telling you what to do. These are the video walkthroughs inside showing you exactly how to do it. So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Now, for those of you who stayed until the end, we made something special for you. This is the niche profitability maximizer AI and this is the one that’s different from all of the other bonuses. This is an AI tool that takes your niche and maps out exactly how to make money from it. Not just AdSense, we’re talking affiliate deals, digital products, coaching offers, sponsorships, the full picture. Because here’s the thing that most people get wrong. They pick a niche and then they hope the money situation figures itself out later on. That is backwards. This tool shows you the money map before you even record your first video so that you know exactly what you’re building towards from day one. And like every tool we give you, you get it in both chat GBT and Claude, whatever you already use. Now, here’s the catch. This bonus is worth $12,000 and you get it just for showing up to the call that you booked. That’s it. You book a call, you show up, and you get it. So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code, or click the link in the chat. The second you show up to the call that you booked, you get instant access on the spot. And whether you like Chad or Cloud, you can use this either way. This is not some watered down freebie. It is the same tool that we use inside of the content growth engine, and it is yours for life. So, go to go.chains.com/coaching, scan that QR code, or click the link in the chat. Bonus eight is the 90-day YouTube Accelerator money back guarantee. This is priceless. Here’s how it works. You got 90 days. You follow the program, you do the work, you show up, and if it does not work for you, you get your money back. We have about a less than 1% refund rate per month for the program. Right? That means that 99% of people who join stay because it works. And we surveyed all of our clients inside the program and we asked them one question. Do you feel like you got an ROI from this? 91% said yes. So, I’m not asking you to trust me blindly. I’m asking you to test it and see for yourself. So, go to go.shenhomomas.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. So, let’s add this up. Eight bonuses. Total value $61,494. Now, remember bonus one, the oneonone session with me personally. That is only for five of the first people who sign up today. Once those spots are gone, they’re gone. And bonus 7, the niche profitability maximizer AI. You only get that if you book a call and actually show up to it. That is it. Everything else is included free when you join. Now, this workshop special is only available for the next 24 hours. After that, uh, these bonuses go away. This exact package at this exact price with all eight bonuses, you will not see it again. And let me clear something up really quick because I get this question every single time. The 24 hours is for booking the call, not for attending it. So, if you book right now and your next open slot on my calendar is 3 days from now or even next week, that is totally fine. You’re still locked in. You still get every single one of these bonuses. You just have to schedule the call within the next 24 hours. So, if you’ve been going back and forth on this, now is the time to move. Go to go.shenhome.com/coaching or scan the QR code right now. Book your free strategy call. We’ll figure out if we’re a good fit to work together or not. Worst case, you get on the call, you get some clarity on your niche, and you walk over the plan. No pressure, no hard sale. But if it’s the right fit, we go to work. So, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And one last thing, and this is important. Once you book, you will get two emails. One from Calendarly, one from the consultant that you booked with. Both are titled CGE Masterclass Call. So check your inbox right now. If you don’t see them, look in your promotions, your spam, your junk, or your all mail folders. Sometimes they hide in there instead of your main inbox. Those emails have your call details. So find them and open them. Okay? Very, very important you do that, right? If you can’t, this is this is some of the stuff that we look at, right? So we look at this when we’re deciding if we’re going to pick somebody to join the program or not, right? If you cannot follow basic instructions like going to your email, checking the all mail, checking the spam folder, um, and you know, marking that you, you know, adding it to your calendar and marking it that you’re going to show up to the call. If if you, you know, confirming the call, right? If you can’t do basic stuff like that, uh, there there’s, you know, I don’t know what we can if we can help you, right? If you can’t follow basic directions, I don’t know if we can help you, right? So, you you got to be able to do that. And this is one thing that we look at. If you don’t mark the call confirmed, there’s a good chance we’ll just cancel it, right? So, uh, so yeah, make sure you go into your email, mark the call as confirmed, mark add to your calendar. Uh, if the representative reach out reaches out to you at all, make sure you respond to them, etc., etc. Okay, these are the little things that we look at, right? So, again, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. And with that being said, I am now going to take questions. Shout out to the admins answering a bunch of the questions while I was uh talking and I appreciate that. Uh good job admins and uh I am now going to take questions. All right.

Okay. Um so five people will get the one- on-one call with me. So I’m going to explain this one more time and one more time only. So please listen very very carefully and watch very very carefully. Okay. Five people will get this one-on-one YouTube niche growth session directly with me, right? Only five people. Uh if you sign up early, which you’re super early right now, you will have a higher chance of getting this. It is randomized, okay? But five people who uh who join will get this onetoone YouTube niche growth session call with me. Um the niche profitability maximizer AI, this one you get just for showing up to the call. Okay? All of the other ones you get when you join the program. All right, I’m making it very very clear. All the other ones you get when you join the program. The niche validator uh is something that will be dropping in the chat right now. So if you want the the niche validator, it is in the chat right now. So I’m explaining it. I explained it very slowly, very deliberately. Again, hopefully there’s no more questions on that. All right. So, uh yeah, hopefully there’s no more questions. Um with that being said, uh yeah.

Yeah, explain that in great detail. Um, what if you have never paid for an AI program like Chat GBT? You can use the free version and the free version will get you pretty far. Salvador, thank you Shane for your advice and guidance. Appreciate you Salvador. You’re awesome. Mali Mali, would you ever consider working with someone who may not have the money upfront to join the program? We we don’t. We don’t. Yeah. And and and it’s just simply because like we have payment plans like we can we can get you started for uh like you know less than like $1,000 a month or less, right? $500. We can even get it down to $500 with certain payment plans if we think that it’s like in-house uh funding if we think that you’re a good fit to work with us. So we can we can get it down to a very, you know, reasonable amount of money. And if if someone can’t afford that, then I would highly recommend just watch my jobs videos. I’ve made a lot of jobs videos and and just you know go and land a good job, right? And uh you know, again, I’ I’ve made that I’ve made that totally free to everybody, but yeah, watch those job videos and go land a a good job and uh you’re going to you know, you’re going to be able to afford to to pay for the the YouTube program at that point. Um so yeah. Yeah. It’s uh it’s it’s one of those things like you know people people think like oh like can you give a scholarship for instance? Guys, you have to understand with a scholarship, you’re talking about universities where they might have 300 people in a classroom and 301 people doesn’t really make that much of a difference, right? This is not that kind of situation where there’s, you know, a professor that’s talking to 300 people. This is a situation where there’s literally oneonone uh uh coaching going on, right? So, we hire absolute best of the best people. It’s very expensive to hire these people and there’s one-on-one coaching that’s happening. Um, so they have one-on-one calls with you in the program, right? So, that is not something that we can just give away like a scholarship. That would be like giving away 5 or 10 hours a week of my coach’s time. Like, I can’t just give away 5 or 10 hours a week. This is one-on-one coaching, guys. You know what I mean? So, uh, so you can’t just give these away. This is not like some kind of commodity where it’s like it’s already made and I can just give give it to you for free because it’s already made like a like a course or or like some kind of lecture that like 300 people are are uh attending, right? So, so you know when people ask for disc like we absolutely never give anybody discounts. We never in fact we’re raising the price, right? We’re going to be raising the price soon. Um so we don’t do discounts, we don’t do scholarships, we don’t do free stuff because this is one-on-one coaching. We can’t. We give you a lot of really valuable and really good information for free on the channel with the free resources that we do with these live trainings. We give a lot of the valuable free information away for free like that. We give most of the information away for free and then we sell the implementation. That’s what we do, right? So, uh you know like that that’s the way to do it. Uh so hopefully that makes sense. Alex, so I’m not sure what my niche should be. I don’t have a degree and I’ve done sales for years and I’m currently in the financial space.

I mean, uh, Alex, check out the niche validator. Scroll up. Scroll down. Uh, check out that niche validator and let’s let’s check it out. Um, and, uh, see see what that comes up with. That’s exactly what we made it for, Alex. So, uh, play around with that a little bit and see what see what it comes up with.

Paige says, “I have two very different niches uh, that I’m considering, but I’m stumped as to the direction I should go. One is user research education. The other is retiring as a single woman over 55. Hoping that tool will help me pick my direction. Yeah, check mess around with it, Paige. Definitely mess around with it. Um, user research, education, and retiring as a single woman over 55. Yeah, I mean, I’m kind of leaning towards the second one, but the the first one has a lot of uh promise as well. Samuel, uh, sir, I don’t qualify for the call. How do I access the said resources? Um, just check out that niche validator and um, there’s there’s a lot we we give away so many free resources on the channel, man. It’s like like you you we give away a lot of extremely good sauce on the channel. The only stuff we don’t give away on the channel is stuff where if we told you guys about it, it would stop working, right? And of course, we we have to keep that stuff for our clients, right? Cuz we want certain like secrets that we’ve discovered to continue to work for our clients. If we told people that did not pay for it, it would it would stop working, right? So, we don’t do that. All right. Yeah, scroll up, scroll down for the niche validator. We’ll probably end up posting it about 100 different times. Um, so yeah, scroll up and scroll down. Clon, do you also help with faceless channels? Uh, explained that in detail earlier. You must not have shown up on time for the training. So, go ahead and watch the replay. Uh, I even gave an example of a faceless channel that we helped earlier. So, make sure you watch the replay to see that example of the faceless channel. Lisa, how did you learn to talk so quickly and concisely yet very clearly? Um, hey, thank you. I appreciate it. And just just a lot of practice. Um, yeah, I was, guys, I was terrible at talking when I first started on YouTube. I would stumble over every word. I was awful at talking when I first started on YouTube. I can tell you right now, like really, really bad. Like, you can ask my video editors. I would say cut that part. um probably like hundreds of times per video because I would I’d like like they they even knew the the wave length of of cut that part. They knew what it looked like cuz I would stumble over my words so much, right? So, it’s just practice. That’s it. You just got to practice a lot. It also helps to be an expert on the thing that you’re talking about, right? So, I’m I’m an expert on YouTube. This stuff like it’s it’s so it’s simple for me. It’s very easy. It’s very simple for me. Um, so it’s it’s quite easy for me to talk about YouTube. I can just off the top of my head, I can just pull out an entire just like encyclopedia of information about YouTube because I’ve just been doing it for so long and I’m an expert at it, right? So, it’s like quite easy for me to talk about YouTube. If you got me to talk about something outside of YouTube that I wasn’t an expert on, I probably wouldn’t be able to talk as, you know, quickly, concisely, and clearly. But, I appreciate that. Um, we we do have certain exercises within the program that help people talk better. So, just as an example, um, one thing you can do is you can do a one-way mirror where and you put it in front of your camera and you you position it to where you’re looking directly at the camera at eye level when you look at your at yourself, your own eyes. And so, you’re basically talking to yourself in the mirror and but it looks like you’re, you know, like it still looks like you’re looking at the camera cuz you are. because the camera’s right past the mirror, if that makes sense. So, the the camera sees you, but you see the mirror, right? So, they they don’t even know there’s a oneway uh lens in front of the camera, right? So, that’s one exercise you can do to uh get much better at talking on camera. That’s one thing that I did and yeah, it’s it’s one of those things you can do. So, um did you say how much your offer costs? Yes. Okay. So, great question. So, I’m going to go over it one time. We’re totally transparent about our pricing. With that being said, um we have different pricing at different levels cuz we always have, you know, like 5% of the people, for instance, that come in, they might be like a CMO or a CEO or a um somebody who’s been tasked at their company, like a marketing manager or something like that. They’ve been tasked at their company to create a YouTube channel, right? And so for people like that, for people at that level, um what we highly recommend is uh you know the scope of what they want is probably for us to come into their company, do a lot of done for you work, build out the entire ecosystem and and everything involved with the the YouTube department. Just build out their entire YouTube department and uh we have to make sure that that department communicates with the other department. Sometimes we have to use their CRM. I’ve even had to use a custom CRM, like literally like a custom software CRM and integrate everything that I do into that. Uh just all kinds of stuff like that. It it’s like a lot of work and it’s a lot of done for you work, right? So, in that particular case, okay, that’s going to be at least a six-f figureure contract if we’re going to do something like that. Again, it’s just the scope of the work necessary is a lot, right? Um I don’t usually take on too many of those. That that’s very rare that we do that. Then you’ve got this second level, and this is probably like 20 to 30% of people who attend the calls. Um, people on this level are usually small business owners. So, they’re like six, seven, eight figure business owners. And, uh, they usually want to build out a YouTube channel. Typically, it’s a personal brand, but sometimes they might want to like hire another person to do the content for them. Um, and basically what they want from us is they want a build and release solution. So, we come in, we build out everything for their channel, which is a lot easier to do when you’re working with a small business. Uh, we build out everything that they need. We typically will hire one person to run everything, and then we train that person, we oversee them, and we manage them, and then we release them to the person. Okay? So, that’s what’s known as a build and release offer. And there’s a lot of people out there that charge a ton of money for that, like $300,000 plus dollars. Um, sometimes people just want us to do the hiring, but they don’t want us to do some of the other stuff. So, there’s like different levels we can do, but that build and release offer is going to range anywhere from about like $30,000 to around $100,000 depending on the scope of what you need us to do. And then there’s kind of like the the the lower level, which is probably most people here. Um, but it’s honestly probably the most valuable one because these other two levels, it’s kind of like I’m uh fishing for you or I’m building the machine that’s fishing for you and I’m hiring other people to do it uh to to operate the machine. This one is I’m teaching you how to fish for yourself so I can feed you for a lifetime, right? So, I’m teaching you how to fish for yourself and I can also teach you how to build a machine and I can teach you how to hire the people to to you know operate the machine and and that kind of thing too. So, we teach all that stuff as well, right? But you but the point is we’re teaching you how to do it. So, that’s the most valuable one. Um, but it is us teaching you, but we’re, you know, instead of feeding you for a short period of time, we’re feeding you for a lifetime because we’re really making sure that you know how to do it correctly, right? So, in my opinion, that’s arguably the most valuable offer out of all of them. And that one is going to be about $9,800 or around uh $1,000 a month. You can even get it a little bit lower than that. You can get it as low as $500 a month uh with the payment plans, right? So, um and that’s in-house uh funding, right? So, uh we we won’t give those options to people if we don’t think that they have a good niche. That’s one thing about the call. The call is free and valuable. if we if we’re going to put you in a bad financial situation or we don’t think you have a good niche and we don’t think you’d be successful, we’re not going to give you an offer. It’s just that simple, right? And we need to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us, right? So, so that’s what the call is all about. And uh yeah, hopefully that clears things up. Go to goshomomas.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. Also, um uh I will not be answering the price question again. That is the only time I will answer it. I do not want to sit here wasting my time answering it over and over again. Oh, if you ask the price question again, I will just send you to the replay. Michelle, thank you for the information. I have started a business helping women who have corporate uh and life burnout. I have been an operations leader for 30 years. I’m 62 and lost my job. I’m excited to learn. Hey, sorry about you losing your job, Michelle, but it sounds like this is a very exciting new um uh chapter in your life. So, love love to hear it. Good stuff, Peter. Thank you. Awesome, Peter. Mie, thank you, Shane. Awesome work. Appreciate you, Mie. Thank you, Wendy. Thank you so much for your time. You got it, Wendy. My pleasure. Yes. All right. So, we’ve had over 190 submissions and I guys, I did get note that we did open up a few more spots, right? So, we did open up a few more spots. Um, so you can still click that link, gosh.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. Action is taken with investment. Yes. Yeah. This is one thing for sure, guys. Um, one, this is like a law of the universe that I’ve I’ve actually like discovered like as I’ve gotten older, I I realized this is more and more true. You pay for what you uh care about, right? So, you’re either going to pay with time uh uh effort, blood, sweat, and tears um or or money, right? Like like you’re basically paying essentially you could say like time and effort or money. Those are the two things you’re going to pay with, right? And so you can either do the thousands of hours to become an expert on the thing. Um, and and get really really good at it, and that’s what I did for the most part, right? Um, tens of thousands of hours. Or you can just pay somebody who’s already really good to save you those thousands of hours and get you good significantly faster. Right? So th those are the two options, right? you’re going to pay with your time, effort, or or your money, right? It’s just that simple. So, you you pay for what you care about. If you if you don’t pay for it with your time and effort or your money, then you don’t care about it. It’s that simple. So, it’s like some people are like, “Oh, I really want to, you know, escape my job. Like, I I I hate it and I really want to like make my my second business successful.” And I’m just like, “Okay, how how long do you like how long are you like how much money have you invested in like starting your business?” They’re like, “Oh, I haven’t I haven’t done anything. I’ve never bought a course or or never bought training or mentoring. I’m like, okay, well, how much time do you spend on your business? Like, uh, not that much, like two hours a week. I’m like, okay, well, there you go. It’s because you don’t care about it. It’s it’s that simple, right? So, you you pay for what you care about, right? So, yeah, you’re going to pay with your time or your money. Like, you got to pick pick which one you want. Keegan, good stuff. Thanks, Shane. Awesome. Roberta, Shane, I’ve been on some webinars and someone else sponsors a person, so you never know what angel may be watching. Yeah. Yeah. Well, usually these webinars, they aren’t doing real one-on-one coaching, right? So, real one-on-one coaching, you can’t just give spots away, right? We have way too many people who want to work with us than then we even have spots for, right? You can’t you can’t really just give spots away with one-on-one coaching. That’s like saying, “I can just give you my arm,” or something like that. You know what I mean? Like, they have they have limited hours in the week. They only have limited amount of people they can they can uh uh give coaching to. This is not like us, you we we created a a digital course and we like give give uh uh the course away or something like that. That’s not that’s not what this is. This is one-on-one coaching, right? So, we can’t really give that away. Um

uh Vanessa said, “You just said landing a good job didn’t help you.” Oh, man. What? She She really misses the point. Whoosh. Rw. Roberta, uh, watch and do some other tasks until you can acrew enough. Thanks, Shane. Awesome. You got it, Roberta. James, what percentage, uh, who pay for the service get monetized? It’s impossible to, uh, calculate that. The industry standard for, and you can look this up if you want to, the industry standard for determining like how good a program is is called an NPS score. So, it’s impossible for us to know like what what’s your success rate? What’s your uh how many people got to a,000 subscribers? Just think about like how difficult it is for you to even do like your own taxes for instance. And then imagine if we tried to do like literally get all of the financial information from all of our clients. That’s impossible. It’s literally impossible, right? For us to do that. Like we’d have to hire a 100 people just to collect the financial information uh from our clients, right? You see what I mean? So it’s just kind of absurd to even ask the question like that. Oh, what’s your success rate? How how much money have people made? That kind of on average. So what the industry standard is because this is this is like something that everyone does is like everyone who’s actually good at this does is the NPS score. Okay. So basically you’re asking like what percentage of people thought they got an ROI from the program. That’s essentially what an NPS score is. And ours was 9.1 or 91%. Right? So that is exceptionally high. You can look this up if you want. That’s our NPS score. It’s exceptionally high. Um, additionally, if you look at like refund rates, uh, industry standards about 7 to 15%. Ours monthly is it’s usually like 1% or less. Some once in a while it might get above 1%. Right? So, that’s another example, right? We are absolutely crushing it when it comes to uh refund rates. We’re not getting that many refunds in the program. So, that’s another sign that uh the program is really, really good. You can check out our Trust Pilot. You’ll see a lot of really good reviews on there. Um, and then, uh, the third thing you want to look at is we do once every year or two, we’ll actually, it takes me a long time. This takes me like 2 weeks of like non-stop work, but once every year or two, I will reach out to like all my previous clients and I’ll ask them for an update on how much money that they’re they’ve made uh, from YouTube, right, after after implementing the program, right? Um, and uh, or or from our teachings in general, right? um that we’ve helped them make. And last time I did this, it was over hund00 million, right? I that was a long time ago. That was like a year and a half ago or something like that. So, it’s probably significantly higher than that. Um so, it’s I’m guessing it’s probably around 200 to 300 million, but I can’t say for sure because again, this is a process that takes a lot of effort. You have to document everything, etc., etc. But I can say for sure that we have helped people make over $und00 million, right? Total people in our community, right? So uh so that those are those are three things. Those are things that are actually measurable, right? And it’s not like something where you have to hire a hundred people uh to measure it. Um and NPS is kind of like the industry standard, right? So those are the those are the three things that we can tell you. It’s it’s just it’s just absurd to be like, oh, what’s what’s your success rate? Like one person might come in and we we’ve literally had one guy come in and we uh he he was, you know, a pretty advanced entrepreneur and we helped him get to a million dollars in a single month and he was like, “Ah, I think I could have done better.” And I was like, “Oh, wow.” Okay, so for him that wasn’t success. He was like, “I think I could have done better.” Like he was actually a little upset. I’m like, “Wow, that’s insane.” And then we had another person come in and we helped them like make their first dollar and they’re like you already, you know, or we helped them pick their niche in the first couple weeks or like and then make their first dollar in the first couple weeks and they’re like I already paid for the price of the program, right? So it’s impossible to determine success rate. That’s that’s impossible. People come in at different levels. They have different versions of success, etc., etc., right? So it’s impossible to determine success rate. Yeah. So hopefully that makes sense. Uh, Phil, is history a good educational niche? Um, it can be good. Uh, you do have to tie history into actual lessons, actionable lessons. So, like how can you learn from history, right? Um, but yeah, it can be really good as long as you tie it to actual lessons that you can learn from history. Yeah. Um, like actually helping people solve their problems. So you can tie it back to like things that can like tangibly help them solve their problems right now. It can be really good. I I implement a lot of history into my content. I I love history myself. Lenny says, “Got to bounce. Have to get some sleep. Work early.” Hey Lenny, appreciate you. Thank you. Liz, thank you. This is not the right time. Appreciate your time. All good, Liz. No worries. Alexis with an S. If you can pay, uh, learn and grind. If you can’t pay, learn and grind. Absolutely. Yeah, 100%. Yep. Like that’s that’s the uh that is a way that is definitely a way to do it.

Uh uh let’s see. Jonathan, licensed financial adviser here. I’ve seen you’ve worked with other advisers successfully before. Can you reply with a link to a channel or two that you have helped guide? That’s something we can help you out on the call. So if you book a call, we can show you examples of the channels and stuff. Tons of companies are now pitching to advisers to make AI video clones for their content creation. Thoughts on that? Absolute trash. Uh, total total nonsense. Um, yeah, AI video clones guys are getting banned left and right. All the platforms absolutely hate them. Uh, all the viewers absolutely hate them. Uh, any any position like that where you’re in a position of trust. You’re immediately going to lose your entire reputation and your all the trust that you have. uh if if you if people think that like they think they’re watching a real person and then it ends up that it’s a fake AI clone, right? So, if you are going to do something like that, you need to make it very clear that this is an AI version of you, right? You have to make that very clear. And the chances are when they see it’s an AI version of you, they’re not going to watch it. And even if they do watch it, they’re not really going to trust you because they know it’s AI, right? So, it’s like there there’s even laws and stuff coming out about this. like you absolutely cannot under any circumstances like in in many countries now and it’s it’s really it’s going to be across the board like I pretty much guarantee it just because the total volume of AI slop that’s coming out it’s going to be like this across the board if you are even if it’s your real avatar like it’s you but it’s like the recorded version of you the AI version of you but it’s you and your real voice but it’s the AI version of you uh if you do that you are going to have to market as AI and when you market as AI way less people are going to be interested in actually watching the content, right? So, um yeah, like I I I is I know a lot of companies out there are marketing the stuff. Um there is some credence to it. If you’re doing like Facebook ads for instance, it it can work on something like Facebook ads just because when it comes to advertising, people don’t it’s more of a kind of how do I say like it’s just a different vibe, right? That like you’re just advertising your product to them directly. Whereas social media is more of like, hey, I’m going to give you value. We’re going to develop some sort of relationship. It’s, you know, kind of a one-way relationship, but it’s going to be a relationship. um and then um you know eventually you know you might do business with me that kind of thing where whereas ads is just like hey you have this problem I have a product to solve your problem and it doesn’t really matter as much it’s more transactional um so that’s that’s kind of how ads work so it does kind of work with ads but it doesn’t really work with social media content right so yeah great question Jonathan um you know there’s lots of people like just just always remember in life that there’s going to be a lot of people that try to tell tell you what you want to hear because what you want to hear is I can just make lots of money with zero effort, right? That’s that’s what you want to hear, right? Like let’s be honest, right? Everybody wants that. I want to make lots of money with no effort, right? And that’s what this AI stuff sounds like, right? Like especially like the AI avatar stuff is I can make lots of money and put no effort in, right? Big money, no time, no effort, right? Easy easy button. Everyone wants the easy button. And so anybody who’s pitching that stuff to you, you should be very very skeptical of them. And you know, people like me that are kind of like telling you like the reality of the situation, you should probably listen to me, right? Cuz we we don’t have our clients do this except for ads. Ads would be the one exception. Uh but we don’t have our clients do this. And we’ve had zero clients get banned or demonetized from YouTube. People that teach this stuff right here, I promise you, they probably have dozens and do because we hear about it. We hear about it from people who join our program. We hear about it from like other just like other coaches and stuff. Like people who teach this stuff get lots and lots of people permanently banned or demonetized on their channels, right? So be very very careful with this stuff, right? Your brand, if you’re a personal brand, is the is your moat. It is your power. You don’t want to lose that trust and lose your reputation by posting fake AI content and not telling people that it is. So hopefully that makes sense. Jesse, the only program is for a five. Uh, no, I already already answered that one. Mana, what is what if I’m multi-passionate? How to pick one. Um, check check out the niche validator. We help people with that all the time. Colobby, how many videos should you do a week? Just wondering, uh, start off with one video per week. Try to work your way up to three videos a week eventually. Uh, three videos a week is the optimal. Buckley, haha, good question, Lisa. Awesome. Uh, Eric, uh, does reviewing books count as niche content? Yes, 100%. You can definitely count that as niche content. Uh, probably like a certain like genre of book, like a type of book, of course, but yeah, you can definitely count that. Um, Lisa, right, right, awesome. Uh, okay. Let’s see here. Do you advise, regardless of niche categories, to start with an offer above a free YouTube video in order to make money? I I asked because I’m considering homeschool online faith teaching and kids programming. By the way, guys, go tohome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code. Click the link in the chat. Uh I asked because I’m considering homeschool online faith teaching and kids programming niches and wondering if sales would be spoke a target audience in the beginning. Yeah. So um with with that particular niche, you wouldn’t be selling to the kids, you’d be selling to the parents of the kids. And that’s actually one of the secrets of selling, you know, k kids related content is you’re not selling to the kids, you’re selling to the parents of the kids, right? So you got always got to realize that when you’re making kids related content,

right? Like even even if it’s like helping somebody get into college or something like that, you’re usually actually the people like the people that are actually going to make the purchasing decisions are the parents of the kids, right? So yeah. Um uh yeah, homeschool, online faith teaching, kids programming niches. Yeah, I wonder if sales would uh would spoke a target audience in the beginning. Sales would spoke I’m not sure what you mean by sales would spoke a target audience in the beginning. I’m I’m really not sure what you mean by that. Uh sorry, I I I do apologize. By the way, guys, uh when you sign up, I forgot to mention this before. When you guys sign up, there’s going to be this thank you page. Okay. So, there’s going to be this thank you page that pops up. It’s going to look like this or it’s going to look like this. Okay. So, there’s a short video. This one’s 26 seconds. I think this one’s a little bit longer. Um, but there’s a short video on this thank you page. And, um, basically, uh, there’s going to be some very simple instructions. You want to watch the video obviously. Uh, you know, first first thing is don’t close the page. Keep the page open, right? Watch this video obviously. Follow the simple instructions here like mark I know the sender. Um, yeah. And you will likely miss the call or we will likely cancel it. Um, yeah. And, uh, this one right here, uh, Sean, uh, there’s going to be lots and lots of examples of people that we’ve helped grow their channel as well. So, lots and lots of people here where we helped them grow their channel. You can just scroll down, you can see all the different examples, countless examples, time after time after time, just never ends. Countless examples. Um, and uh, yeah, so it’s just an endless scroll of people that we’ve gotten results for. A lot of these people we don’t even reveal publicly and uh, you’re going to be able to see them here for the first and only time ever, right? So, um, yeah. So, definitely check this page out. Uh, watch those videos. You’re going to get a lot of inspiration from these videos. So, if you’re wondering, hey, does this work for art related niches like singing? Yes, it does. If you’re wondering, hey, does this work for uh, selling physical products? Yes, it does, Tiffany. Right? If you’re wondering, hey, does this work if you’re uh marketing to women? Yes, it does. Nicole was. Uh if you’re wondering, hey, does this work if you’re uh very busy and you’re doing a coaching channel on the side? Yes, it does. If you’re wondering, hey, does this work in the productivity niche? Yes, it does. If you’re wondering, hey, does this work in the spirituality niche? Yes, it does. If you’re I think it just going on and on, right? If you’re wondering, hey, does this work in the German market? Uh, yes it does. If you’re wondering, hey, does this work in the French market? Yes, it does. Right? You see what I mean? Or or fitness. Hey, here’s a fitness example, right? So, I think you get my point. You know, I could go on and on. You’re going to see different people at different levels from different backgrounds selling different products and services, all kinds of different things. And some of these people are going to um uh inspire you, right? They’re going to inspire you. They’re going to motivate you. And uh you know, this will give you a really goodam good ideas of what to talk about on the call as well. You’re going to have a really good idea of what your niche is and what maybe what you could sell and stuff like that. So, you’ll be more prepared for the call. So, I highly recommend this is like one of the best ways to prepare for the call is to do this. This page is a little bit different, right? It’s got a little bit longer video. It has some FAQs as well, so it’s a little bit different. I do recommend you do all that as well. And then at the bottom, there is lots and lots of uh really great um uh uh testimonials. Yeah. So, check those out. Right. So, uh here’s a really good one. Nathan, he makes uh a full-time income. It was 5,000. Now, he’s making more than that. and he’s pretty close to six figures teaching chess. He’s teaching people how to do chess, which is awesome. So, yeah. Um, so check that out, guys. Um, I am going to put that in the chat just in case you closed the uh uh uh closed everything down. I’m going to go ahead and put that in the chat. And also, guys, uh comment in the chat. Uh if you are on the fence, go ahead and comment in the chat while you’re on the fence. So, I just put the thank you page in the chat. So, if you close those down, you can um you can just go ahead and save that and open that and look at that later before your call.

Uh Richard spoke should have been spooked. Sorry. Sorry, Richard. I It’s It’s so It’s so far up I can’t I can’t read it anymore. Yeah. Um Yeah. Apologize. Maybe you could just uh redo the whole message. Just copy and paste the whole message. Redo it, Richard. Then I can see it. Um but uh yeah. Uh, admins. Yes, Esther says, “Thanks to the admins.” Aaron, Alexis, Stephen, Kevin. Um, even Justine. Even Justine. Thanks to all the admins. Appreciate Appreciate the admins. Um, yeah, admins are awesome. Um, so, uh, yeah, that we put a lot of effort into this. Uh, guys, the admins, you know, we have five full-time people working on these live trainings, making sure all your answers, all your questions get answered. Like, we can help you as much as possible. So, by the way, guys, if you did have questions and and I didn’t answer them, you can scroll up. Chances are an admin answered those questions as well, just FYI. Um, okay. Uh, let’s see here. Rowena says, “Thank you. Janet, are meditation videos a good niche?” Um, only if you are helping people solve a problem. So, if you’re helping people like meditate better, for instance, then that can be a really good niche, right? Um, but yeah, if you’re helping people solve a problem, it can be a good niche. But if it’s just like, you know, follow along meditation videos, you could maybe make some of those on your channel, but I wouldn’t make that your whole channel most likely. Um, yeah, hopefully that makes sense. Phil, I’m not on the fence, but I’m having problems installing the Claude version niche validator. Make sure you’re logged into Claude, Phil. Hector, thanks, Shane. Awesome. Hector, you got it. Alexis with an S. I can use a funnel on a brand new channel. Yes, you absolutely can. Okay. Um, you you totally can. You can you can definitely use a a funnel on a brand new channel. That’s exactly what we did when we made $42,000 in the first month on the second channel. Nicholas uh Nicholas Nicholas Nicholas got to go Shane. Thank you in the admins. Awesome. Appreciate you Nicholas. Have a good one. Enjoy the rest of your night. Esther, thank you Shane as well. It’s been a pretty interesting journey. Awesome. Glad to hear. Richard, I wonder if sales would spook certain niches. Oh, not at all, Rich. 100% not at all. No, no, no, no. Abs, absolutely not. Absolutely not. No. Um, yeah, it’s like there’s there’s always in every given niche there’s going to be an affluent demographic and a semiaent demographic. So semi- affluent would probably be like, you know, people who make over 100,000 a year. Affluent is, you know, people who make like, you know, hundreds of thousands of dollars a year plus. Um, there’s always going to be that demographic that actually cares a lot more about their time than their money, right? So they actually don’t care like in a very paradoxical way and this is something that a lot of people have a lot of trouble understanding and by the way goshomomas.com/coaching scan that QR code click the link in the chat guys this is something that a lot of people have a lot of trouble understanding is affluent demographics people who have money actually don’t care about money like like that’s what that’s what a lot of people don’t understand people who care about money are people who don’t have money right people who uh people who have money don’t really care that much about money they’re much more concerned with convenience ience time, uh, certainty of outcome, etc. That kind of thing, right? And so, when you’re, uh, targeting an affluent demographic, sales is not going to spook anybody like that. In fact, they’re they’re going to be like, “Oh, thank goodness someone sells this, right?” if you’re dealing with the right type of demographic. Um, you know, affluent demographics will pay $60,000 to travel planning companies uh for a trip that costs, you know, $10,000 uh just because the travel planning company saves them a little bit of headache here and there, right? Like they get they they book the they book the hotels for them. They, you know, they have someone who can call who can fix anything that they need if anything goes wrong. Uh all the flights are booked for them. uh like they did all the research on like really fun things to do so they don’t have to think about fun things to do. You know what I mean? Like it’s just it’s one of those things where and that might have only taken them like 10 or 20 hours to do on their own uh if they if they did it on their own, but they literally will pay an extra like $50,000 just for somebody else to do those things for them, you know, cuz their time is worth so much, right? So, you have to understand that affluent demographics think differently than normal demographics. And of course, like we’re we typically do try to target like semi- affluent or affluent demographics uh w with uh with the content that we are uh uh w with uh what we recommend, right? Um now there’s more to it than that. Um but but yeah, like definitely in every single market there’s affluent demographics that buy in that market. I promise you that people who are affluent definitely care about the quality of education that their kids are getting. It doesn’t it doesn’t magically change when you’re affluent. like they absolutely do care about the quality of education that their children are getting, right? And they are maybe concerned about that. Um if if you know thinking about sending their kids to public school, right? It so sales would absolutely not spook certain niches. No. Erica, smart thinking because I totally closed it out too. I’m excited about the call and so thankful for the admins, too. Awesome. Appreciate you, Erica. You sound like an awesome person to work with. So, we we’ll we’re excited to to see how the call goes. Esther, what will be going on? uh in the 15 minutes on the call uh we’ll be uh determine your situ all that is explained in great detail if you just literally click on the thank you page and then watch the videos all that is explained in great detail if you read your emails for instance and and we explained it on the on the call already too uh awesome Steve great talk thank you you got it Steve my pleasure hey guys I’m just going to say it one last time gosh.com/coaching scan that QR code click the link in the chat um one last time, guys. Uh, this will be your last chance to get it. Uh, after this, I will uh I’m going to be I’m going to be heading out here in a few minutes. Rachel, would there be a way to have them download their papers where they can have them proofread? Download their papers.

Download their papers.

I I have no clue what you mean by that, Rachel. I apologize. I’m I’m trying to figure out what what that could possibly have anything to do with. Uh Eric Besser, thanks for the webinar. You got it, Eric. My pleasure. Uh oh. Oops. Uh

Allan, uh as a 50 plus year old, really appreciate your videos for job searches. Hey, appreciate you, Alan. Sounds great. Ian, initial cost is my biggest obstacle right now. We we have pay we have payment plans, Ian. just make sure like like if if you’re a good fit to work with us like first of all if we think you’re going to put you in a bad financial situation we won’t even accept you into the program right um but if if you are a good fit to work with us and we think that you can like make money for instance like relative you know relatively reasonable time frame and then you can pay us back uh with that then we’ll accept you into the program so if we give you an offer we think that you’re a good fit to work with us right like that’s just the reality of the situation so hopefully that makes sense Alexis perfect excellent No, you’re perfect and excellent. You know, Alexis with an S is is so much better than Alexis with a Z. Just Just kidding. Just kidding. Just kidding. No, our admin, one of our ads, Alex Alexis. Alexis, I give our admins a hard time, guys. We’re all We’re all joking around with each other. Brandon, I’m leaning towards AI regulations and how it’s affecting a specific industry. I love that, Brandon. I think that that is so brilliant cuz yeah, obviously AI is going to get regulated. I mean, it’s just it’s just like it’s unavoidable. I mean, we can’t have a bunch of fake AI slop, you know, fake people tricking trick, you know, like there there’s there’s one channel I saw where it’s like just this fake old person where, you know, they’re trick they’re like, uh, this is what I learned in 70 years and they have like a fake photograph of themsel when they’re younger and stuff. I mean, it’s just disgusting, right? And there’s like a little thing in the in the description. And it’s like this is AI content and it’s like like like as if that is supposed to uh make it okay. It’s like 90% of the people watching the videos are are you know obviously it’s deceptive, right? So so yeah, it’s like stuff like that. You know, there’s there’s some obvious common sense stuff that’s going to be get regulated uh with AI and companies are going to want to know what they can and cannot do uh with those regulations, right? So yeah, I think that’s great. I think that’s great. Brandon Ed, would you see an opportunity value niche with someone who’s an expert when it comes to bank fraud security prevention and best practices and what to be vigilant uh to be vigilant protection? Um bank fraud security prevention and best Yeah. So, so like basically like cyber like financial uh uh protection and cyber security stuff. Absolutely. Like protecting your financial like yourself financially 100%. So there’s one guy if you look at online his name is Boyd Kuwis. He makes a lot of cyber security videos about like protecting your money and like stuff like that. 100%. That is a huge opportunity. 100%. And um Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That’s that’s a really big one. Yeah. A lot of people obviously want to protect their money. There’s also a lot of scams especially with AI stuff coming out. I mean, they can like clone like clone some uh kid’s voice or something and then he, you know, with a fake voice call a grandma and be like, “Hey, I’m stuck in Morocco. Can you send me money?” Like, you know, stuff like that. So, there’s a lot of like new scams coming out and so educating people about those things like absolutely. Um, yeah, it’s it’s uh that could be a great channel. Ronald, will I be able to access the recording of this call? Yes, it will be sent out within the next 24 hours, Ronald. 100%. Mike, uh, like any endeavor, you got to get the lingo. I don’t have that yet. All good, Mike. You You uh uh keep keep it up. Which which lingo do you not have, by the way, Mike? I’m curious. Which lingo do you not understand? Dustin R. How to keep the Chat GBT niche validator saved to Chat GBT? Um, you can either bookmark it, you can save, you can pin it inside of Chat GBT, or you can just save the link somewhere, whatever you prefer. All right, guys. Uh, I’m going to head off here. Um, listen, if you were watching this and you’re on your lawn mower or you’re doing the dishes or you’re driving, like obviously drive safe, you know, whatever, of course. But, uh, uh, screen, you can screenshot this and, uh, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, screenshot this, save it for later. If you, for whatever reason, you need to sign up later, um, or you couldn’t find a spot, but you want to try to find a spot later, go ahead and screenshot this. You can also save the link. So, I’m going to put the link in the chat here. I’m just copying and pasting it. I’m going to put the link in the chat. And then also one more time, I am going to put the thank you page in the chat as well. And with that being said, guys, I’m going to head off now. Thank you so much. Have a good one. Enjoy the rest of your night. And uh thanks to the admins as well. Appreciate you. AJ, uh thank you. Uh Ed, thank you. Roberta, Mike, awesome. Um very cool. Very cool. James, uh, Stephen, Kevin, Alexis, uh, uh, Aaron, and even Justine. Thank you. Thank you. Uh, Dustin, uh, Dan, Bertrren, Denise, Ryan, Hondo. Thank you guys so much. Have a good one. Cheers. Take care, guys. Bye.
