Carol, understanding YouTube functionality. Don, how to start with confidence. Uh, Benjamin, how to get viewer base that works. Sherry, best way to utilize AI for images. Awesome. Okay, good stuff, guys. Well, [clears throat] let’s go ahead and jump in. Let’s go ahead and jump in right now. Um, share the screen here. Boom.
Okay. So, you should be seeing the screen [clears throat] and the screen should say how to grow and make money on YouTube, [clears throat] excuse me, in 2026 without fancy gear, without techy stuff, and without spending hours on each video, provided you use this hybrid model and follow one simple rule. So, why you’re here today, guys, go ahead and do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about one of these things. It should be on the bottom right of the screen. So, first one is going to be views. Okay, do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about getting views. All right, a lot of people excited about getting views.
Good stuff. Good stuff. But how about this second one? How about making money? How about that one? Okay, do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about making money. Okay, I’m seeing more than just thumbs up. I’m seeing hearts. We’ve got uh confetti here. We’ve got clapping. Uh the laughing face, the O face. Yes. Yes. People are much more excited about making money. Okay, that’s good. That’s good. You guys are smart. So, I can tell you guys came from my channel. I try to educate people as much as possible when they come from my channel that, you know, YouTube is not just about like getting views because there’s lots of channels that get a lot of views, but they’re not making money. Um and then there’s channels that barely get any views and they’re making a ton of money. So, that’s great. Okay. Um, so how about this third one though? Because this third one’s pretty important as well, and that’s basically having an impact. Basically creating a business that you can be proud of and helping a lot of people. Do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about that one. Okay, that is Yeah, that one’s got to be number one out of the three. That one’s got to be number one out of the three. Okay, excellent. Excellent. Okay, awesome. Awesome. So, yeah, you guys are definitely the types of people I like to work with. So that’s awesome because the thing is guys, if you take care of the impact, if you take care of solving people’s problems, giving value to people, the money and the views are going to take care of themselves as well. One of the biggest reasons why some of these channels get a lot of views, but they don’t make a lot of money, is because they’re really not having any impact, right? They’re really not solving any people’s problems. They’re not really giving any value. They might be having some kind of prank channel or some sort of gaming channel where they, you know, maybe someone just watches it in the background or whatever. it’s not really giving any value. It’s kind of just mindless self-indulgence. And that’s why they don’t really make that much money at the end of the day. So, I’m going to teach you how to start a channel that actually does give value and does have a lot of impact. Now, before we start, let me be straight with you. I’ve got two jobs today. Job one is to teach you the best YouTube lesson that you’ve ever got for free right here. No catch. Job two, at the end, I’m going to offer you a way to work with us directly, okay? where my team and I can handhold you and grow you help you grow and make money on YouTube just like the 1,000 plus clients that we’ve helped in the past. Um, and I’ll be honest, it’s not cheap, it’s expensive. So, here’s the deal. If I don’t give you the best lesson today, don’t book a call. Don’t give me a dollar. But if I do, if I actually change how you see this, then you owe it to yourself to take a look. And if the paid thing isn’t for you, stay anyway. You’re going to learn everything. It’s yours for free. Is that fair? Drop a deal in the chat if that sounds fair to you. Go ahead and comment in the chat. Drop deal in the chat if that sounds fair. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. Sounds good. Okay. So, by the [clears throat] way, we are going to be giving away free stuff at this workshop. At the very end, you will get a chance to walk away with the niche validator pro, the chat GBT or the Cloud AI version. Um, we do prefer the Cloud AAI version. We think Claude is the best right now. Um, Chat GBT is still pretty good, too. Uh, but we do prefer the Cloud AI version, but either either of them are pretty good. If you already have a bunch of contacts and stuff in chatbt, you can definitely use that. And this is the newest version yet. It’s a massive upgrade over anything that we put out before. And you’ll also get $62,497 worth of bonuses, but only for those who stay until the end offer. Now, look at this. YouTube just put out a piece on uh theme park creators. So, theme parks, that’s the whole niche, right? People making videos about ride reviews, park tips, and trivia. And look at this number. One channel, Attractions 360, has over 1.3 billion views, making videos about theme parks. Now, here’s why I’m showing you this. There are people out there that are obsessed with theme parks, planning trips, watching ride footage, living the experience from their couch, and someone’s making a full-time living just serving them. Right? Okay. And that’s the whole game. Pick a group of people who genuinely care about something and become the person who serves them. Okay? So, your weird interest isn’t a problem. It’s probably your biggest advantage because you already know that world better than 99% of people. And that’s exactly what I’m going to show you today. Now, just to be very clear, you don’t have to choose something weird. You don’t have to choose something, you know, exciting like theme parks. Many people choose something boring and mundane like just helping people get into their job. I’ll show you a bunch of examples of those as well. But that’s the whole point is you choose something that you already know a lot about or you’re passionate about, so it’s very easy for you to know a lot about it. [snorts] Now, one thing I always like to say is this is a maze and you start here at the top and you finish at the bottom. Okay? And that’s your goal. Okay? So, your goal is to get to the finish as fast as you can, whatever that goal is. And most creators start with good intentions and then they fall into the maze. They get lost in here and they put their hands up and they give up, right? They end up burnt out, overthinking, stuck in analysis paralysis with zero views and zero uh zero income and then they just give up. But actually, most people don’t even start in the first place, right? So, if you’re watching this right now, you’re ahead of the majority of people. So, congratulations. Now, additionally, one thing I like to say about this maze part, anything you’ve heard about YouTube outside of what I teach, chances are it’s probably you entering this maze because most people go into the maze, they get lost, they put their hands up, and they’re like, “Maze keeper, come and get me.” And getting lost in the maze is focusing on all the stuff that does not matter. like all the YouTube coaches that have entire channels about reviewing YouTube gear when that makes like 1% of a difference in the success of your channel. It’s basically makes no difference at all. Especially these days, you know, the iPhone, for instance, is a phenomenal uh camera. Okay? So, it makes absolutely no difference in the success of your channel, right? And that’s the maze. That’s the reason why you don’t get results because you’re focusing on all of your time on these things that do not matter when in reality you could just focus uh on the few things that actually matter and actually get you results. Okay. Uh I just spilled a I just spilled my uh can here. Um yeah, I just Okay. Yeah. Anyways, I I just spilled my can a little bit here. All right. just clean it up a little bit. Anyways, uh but yeah, when in reality you could just focus on a few things that actually matter and actually get your results. Okay, but let’s just say hypothetically you go into the maze and you just navigate it perfectly. Let’s say you’re an absolute pro. Here’s the fastest way that you could get from start to finish just like this. Okay, but actually it’s not the fastest because there is another way. It’s faster, easier, and safer. And you’re basically just going around the maze. Pretty clever, right? But this isn’t even the fastest route because we learned at a young age that the fastest way to get from point A to point B is a straight line. And what if I showed you a way to do just that? Go straight from point uh go straight from start to finish. Okay, just basically go straight from A to B. Straight to the results. Literally from start to finish. Okay, cleaned it up there. [laughter] [gasps] Um, cool. So that’s that’s basically what we’re going to do. We’re going to skip the maze completely and you’re literally I’m just going to show you literally how to go from start to finish straight to the results. And one thing I want to say about this part right here, a lot of other YouTube advice out there, uh, I don’t think they’re purposely giving you bad advice in most cases. Some of them probably are, but in most cases, they’re not purposely giving you bad advice. A lot of them give good advice, but they give good advice for like a gaming channel or a prank channel, etc., etc., because there are a bunch of different types of YouTube channels. But I’m going to be talking about the type of YouTube channel that is the easiest to get results with. And it’s a type of YouTube channel that you can pivot to anything else later on down the line.
And that’s why when it comes to winning on YouTube, I have the straight line for you today so that you can get there the easiest, quickest, safest, and most comfortable way possible. And specifically, you’re going to gain access to the hottest opportunity to exist in the content creation business. Now, these are the newest stats that just came out. And before they said that YouTube and the content creator ecosystem in general was going to be worth about $1 trillion by 2034. And now they’re saying it’s going to be worth 1.6 trillion by 2034, just 6 months later. So 1 trillion right here. Then 6 months later they updated it. They said it’s going to be worth 1.6 trillion. So it has grown that much in just the last year. The projections are just going up and up so much faster. And by 2035 it’s going to be worth 2 trillion. Right? So this is growing at an unprecedented rate. And look at this going up and up and up while so many other things are going down. It’s harder than ever to get a job. There’s so many industries that are being disrupted. Meanwhile, content creation is just going up and up. And that is a sign. And this is one of the biggest opportunities that I want you to get access to when it comes to content creation. And I want you to do it while bypassing all the traps, the gotchas, the limitations, and the barriers to entry that otherwise would lock you out, forcing you to stand on the sideline as you watch generational wealth pass you by, helpless to do anything about it. And you will definitely want to take advantage of what’s happening right now in the creator economy because you’re in the perfect place and time to start. And mind you, YouTube pays out billions every year, but it’s not going to lifestyle vloggers and entertainment channels anymore. And by the way, they pay out literally tens of billions, multiple tens of billions every year. I think they’ve paid out about 80 billion in the last 2 years or so. And today, you’ll be handed the key to unlock that prison cell that’s keeping you trapped and away from all the YouTube growth that you’ve been wanting for a very long time. I mean, seriously, we’ve helped online businesses, of course, but also coaches, freelancers, job seekers, stay-at-home parents, nineto-fs, grandpas, grandmas, agency owners, service providers, digital product sellers, failed YouTubers, YouTubers getting views but struggling with monetization, successful YouTubers who are crushing it but want to crush it even harder. People that own software companies or SAS, location specific uh businesses and entrepreneurs, people doing paid ads that want to stop doing paid ads, people doing paid ads that want to make their paid marketing two times more effective by having a YouTube presence. even physical brick-and-mortar business owners and even people with disabilities do this. We’re actually going to talk about one here in a bit. And this works for almost any niche and almost any situation because we designed this type of YouTube channel to be flexible so that you can go in so many different directions. And the good news is you don’t need to be a YouTuber or an influencer to win on YouTube. But to get there, I’m going to be exposing the dark side of YouTube and creators who are now slaves to the platform. Here’s an example. Boogie2988. Now, uh, by the way, I am not trying to make fun of him at all. I actually respect him a lot for revealing his public income, but basically, uh, he has about 4 million subs, and he revealed on a podcast store they did last year that he’s only making about $44,000 a year, which is about $3,700 a month, which is less than the average income for an American with 4 million subscribers on YouTube. Right? So, he is one of the hundreds of thousands of creators who are promised success through views, but views do not automatically equal money. Okay. Meanwhile, I work with people who get 500 views per video and they’re making $10 million a year on YouTube, right? But there’s lots of people out there who get a lot of views and they don’t make a lot of money because they’re doing things wrong. Okay? So, it’s it’s uh you know, again, it kind of just goes back to the impact. Boogie298, he’s making the type of content where he’s not actually helping a lot of other people, right? He’s not actually giving them value, solving their problems. It’s kind of just mindless entertainment. And it it’s not even, you know, highquality entertainment, right? It it’s just kind of just mindless self-indulgence type entertainment. And that is why he can have a lot of subscribers, get a lot of views, but he’s really not making that much money. Whereas these other channels that I’m talking about that don’t get a lot of views and they’re making a ton of money, they are getting the right views for one, and they’re deeply helping those people to get results. Okay? So, that’s kind of the difference between the two. And seriously, I know that there’s a lot of people in this crowd that are frustrated, burnt out, and stuck because you were promised a gold mine and yet you found nothing. You’ve been uploading videos or you’re frustrated because you can’t even get started uploading videos because you’ve been told that you need to buy this camera first or that gear first or you need to be really good at editing or any of those types of things, but you basically found nothing but regret. So, let’s talk about who this is for. This is for you if you’re a total beginner who wants to finally start and not burn out. And by the way, go ahead and drop your profession in the chat. I’m curious what all of you do for the living. Uh yeah, I’m curious what all of you do for a living. Go ahead and drop your profession in the chat. An example of, you know, a beginner would be my brother. My brother Zach was uh in the trades for about 30 years, uh working specifically as HVAC tech for the first 10 years or so. And then after the first 10 years, he owned his own HVAC business. Okay. So Howard, developer, Muhammad, student. Mon’nique, bank teller. Todd, musician. Chrissy, IT support. Katie, small business owner. Nick flight nurse. Scott writer app developer. Don retired. Angela nurse. Will nothing. Sarah jewelry jewelry merchandising. Uh, Brian, bookkeeper. David, retired. Uh, Max Lee, recruiter. [snorts] Shelley, nurse, own an advisory firm. Awesome. Samuel, UGC, tech creator. James, systems engineer. Uh, Janice, claims adjuster. Wade, paramedic. Shane, retail manager, executive. Laura, online teacher. Tom, uh, control systems engineer, EV registrant. Um, yeah, let’s see. Real estate. Yeah, we we’re seeing a lot of a lot of people in healthcare come in uh to the program. We see a lot of people in IT or technology like software dev, cyber security, IT, etc. Um, we see a lot of people obviously in business related stuff, either business or finance related stuff come in. And then we uh we of course we see a lot of business owners come in, engineers, um, and then real estate. We’re seeing a lot of real estate people like realtors, etc. come into the program as well. So, good stuff. Awesome. Okay. So, I’m so confident in the system that I literally used it on my own brother who’s in his 50s and who isn’t techsavvy, never made a video in his life. And first of all, for context, I use the system to start a new channel every single year. And the reason I do that is because I want to make sure that I’m updated on what the algorithm is like for a new channel because the experience of having a new channel is different than when you have a big channel, right? But last year, I decided that I’m just going to make a channel for my brother instead because he basically came to me and he said, “Shane, I’m 50 years old. My body’s starting to wear out. I need to figure out how to make money without wearing out my body.” Now, he’s in the trades, right? And he thought I was going to recommend a remote job or some type of certification. And I was like, “No, you should just start a YouTube channel.” And he was really surprised. He’s like, “Oh, well, I’m not tech-savvy. I’m not good on camera. I’ve never made a video in my life. I’m in my 50s. No one wants to listen to a 50-year-old.” All these excuses started popping into his head for why he couldn’t do it. And I just told him, “Just trust me, bro. Just do it. Just do what I tell you. Use our system. It’s going to work for you.” And the very first video that he posted blew up and got 800,000 views. And less than 1 month later, 29 days later to be exact, he made $214 in a single day. That’s a $78,000 a year run rate. So yeah, it works for beginners even with no tech experience. And by the way, update on Zach. He had an $18,000 month to finish off his first year on YouTube. So that was just last month. And plus, he’s getting a lot of money from affiliate marketing. So he’s not just making money from AdSense. And that’s one thing we’re going to talk about. AdSense is not the only monetization method on YouTube. There are a lot of other ways where you can make more money. Sometimes you can make a hundred times more than what you make from AdSense. This is also for you if you’re a faceless creator or you want to use YouTube automation. Um, so just to be very clear, we we don’t work with that many faceless creators. You have to do it in a very specific way. So I’ll give you an example. Okay? So you have to do it in this way that we recommend if you’re going to be like a faceless creator. Okay? So Whiz was one of our clients. When Whiz first started his YouTube channel, it was a totally faceless channel. uh and he actually scaled his business to seven figures a year just being faceless and anonymous as well. So he was faceless and anonymous. Then he did a face reveal and he revealed his identity as well. And now he’s making multiple seven figures a year. The point is he said that almost all of his clients watched his YouTube channel and either directly or indirectly he got almost all of his clients from YouTube. So they might have originated from other sources but then they watched his YouTube channel and that’s what helped prospects make the decision to buy from him. Now, he runs an agency and he did make the decision to reveal his face later on, but he built his faceless channel in a very specific way where you can do that because again, he used the hybrid personal brand method, which means you have a lot of options in the future. And we’ll get into how to do that. So, if you’re making a faceless or a YouTube automation channel, you need to listen to this because it’s very important you do this the right way. If you don’t do it the right way, you’re going to have a ceiling in terms of how much money you can make and you’re also not going to have options in the future. So, this is also for you if you’re a business owner, freelancer, or coach who wants inbound clients without paid ads. An example of that would be Davis. Davis’s sales went up by 400% and after working with me, he’s making 100K per month. And basically, Davis owned a portfolio of companies and he was spending about 20 hours a week on just one of his companies, just one YouTube channel and one company. And that’s obviously not sustainable. But eventually, he outsourced everything on his channel to the point where he’s not even recording the videos anymore. and he has other people recording the videos and now he spends zero hours a week on his channel. Even though he has multiple channels and for multiple different companies, he’s spending zero hours a week. So, if you’re a busy business owner, yeah, you’re super busy. You have a portfolio, you can actually have other people record the videos for you and you can have a system that just takes care of everything and we help people with that as well. This is also for you if you want to network so that you can land high-paying jobs, find career opportunities, or become an authority in your niche by standing out with your YouTube channel. So, here’s a really good example of networking. Uh Josh basically started making really useful videos on his channel for people in the IT and cyber security industry. He talked about how to get better jobs, which certifications are good to take or which degrees you should get for different jobs, what skills to learn that are valuable on the job market, etc., etc. And he was able to go from making less than $1,000 a month with his channel to actually getting offer from offers from Fortune50 uh and even fang companies, right? So, we’re talking Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Microsoft. Okay? These are some of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the world where it’s literally harder to get into a fang company or a Fortune50 company than it is to get into Harvard or Yale. Usually, you have to apply to these jobs. But these companies were reaching out to him. So, he got an offer from several different fang companies and he ended up going with one of them for his dream job where he got to travel the world. He lived in Japan and he was working a remote job making multiple six figures a year. But then the YouTube channel just kept going up and up and up. 5,000 a month, 10,000 a month, then 30,000 a month. Even though he was just doing it part-time, it was now making more than his full-time job, okay? And eventually he scaled all the way up to $186,000 in a single month using my strategies. And of course, he quit his dream job because it just didn’t make sense for him at that point. And I like his example because it goes over every single stage. just getting started as a beginner, using it to become an authority in his niche for networking to get his dream job, starting a side hustle, making a little bit of money on the side, starting a full-time business, making 10 to 30K per month, and then scaling his business to $180,000 plus dollars uh in a single month and a seven figure business. But you might be thinking, but Shane, if it’s easy, then why do most people fail? Because most people who try to start on YouTube uh do fail. Well, it’s because they believe in these myths. One, you need to be an influencer. Two, you have to show your face and have a fancy camera and be super charismatic. Three, it takes 40 hours to create one video. And four, you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. These are some of the biggest myths that people believe in that cause them to fail. Now, the last one specifically, the reason that most people think it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube is because they think they need a big channel that has lots of subscribers and lots of views to make money. If you choose the right niche, you do not need a big channel. Just as an example, when I started my second channel, Shane Hummus, the content growth engine, we actually made over $30,000 in the first month starting the channel. [snorts] And a lot of that money was made well before we even got to a,000 subscribers as well. And these are the myths that people believe in that stop them from having success on YouTube. But in reality, one of the biggest reasons that you failed is because before today, you lacked the leverage to invade this soon-to-be trillion dollar opportunity. and I’m going to help you mine this opportunity so that we can grow rich together fast. First though, who am I? My name is Shane. I’m an exharmacist. I have a 1.6 million subscriber YouTube channel. You can see it down here. Um, I’ve helped over uh 20 businesses get to 100K per month on YouTube from scratch. We’re talking complete beginners from scratch get to 100K per month on YouTube. I’ve helped countless other uh complete beginners get to a full-time income on YouTube. And I’ve also helped countless other, you know, businesses that were already successful or YouTube channels that were already successful scale their business or scale their YouTube channel. Okay. So, I’m also industry recognized as an expert on growing and making money from YouTube for businesses. Here’s a company that I worked with. They liked working with me so much that I actually got equity in the company. This is course careers. And that’s because I gave so much value to the company. And we were able to over 30x the amount of money that they made. We helped them over 30x the amount of money that they made before they started working with us. With that being said, this is a startup and I usually like to work with individuals. And one of the reasons I like to work with individuals is because you guys remind me of myself. So, let me go ahead and get into my story. This is me working as a pharmacist for 15 hour shifts. Um, and before this, I came from a very poor background. I lived in section 8 housing, lived in trailer parks. I was even homeless at one point. This is the exact Salvation Army in Lawrence, Kansas that I stayed at for 6 months. This is a picture of it. Um, and uh, I didn’t want to be poor anymore. So, you know, I didn’t want to be homeless. I didn’t want to be poor. Didn’t want to live in section A housing. And so, I did what society told me to do. I went to college. I became a pharmacist. Uh, and I got a doctorate, right? So, I went to the highest level and got the highest level of education that you can get, which is getting a doctorate. And I also had to take out a lot of money in student loan debt to get there. I went over $300,000 in student loan debt. And the thing is, when I was poor, I had a lot of time, but I didn’t have any money. So, I couldn’t really do anything besides play video games or whatever. But when I became middle class working as a pharmacist, I didn’t have both time and money because I was spending all of my time working and all of my money paying down my student loan debt. So, it was kind of like an out of the frying pan into the fryer type moment. And it was really a terrible situation because I started as a pharmacist right before the pandemic hit. And just to emphasize how bad this was, we got robbed three times in a six-month period. So overall, I can’t describe how stressed out, how depressed, how anxious I was in this situation. And like many people out there, I started wondering, wait a minute, is the stuff that society told me to do actually a good idea. Maybe I made a mistake. [clears throat] And because of that, I tried just about every side hustle out there to make money. Shopify, Amazon FBA, SMMA, coaching, consulting, courses, digital products, real estate, white labeling, uh SEO, flipping websites, flipping physical products, right? You name it, I probably tried it. Here’s one of them that I tried just as an example. The booty kit. Okay, it’s basically an at home workout thing so you can work out your booty. I tried selling this on Shopify, drop shipping, as well as Amazon FBA. Okay, and I pretty much failed at almost all of them. I couldn’t make any of these sustainable. And a lot of it had to do with me having an ADA uh basically just ADHD and also shiny object syndrome and just always trying a bunch of different things. But as you can see, my bank account was constantly very close to $0. But YouTube was different than all of these other side hustles. See, all the side hustles that I tried, they actually work, but they only work if you have traffic, aka views. If you don’t have views, it’s kind of like trying to sell something without having a store. It’s almost impossible to sell. And so, I realized one that I really enjoyed YouTube, but two, I realized that I could make any of these other business models work if I just focused on YouTube and getting views. And because of that, I gave YouTube another shot. And after I tried it again, at that time I was basically in a house full of seven guys. And one of the guys who moved in from Lebanon, his name was Sam. And he started a wedding photography business. And he barely even knew English. And he started this YouTube channel where he was making about $10 to $20,000 a month from a YouTube channel with less than 10,000 subscribers. Uh basically just on his YouTube channel as well as promoting his wedding photography business. And he was doing wedding photography in Las Vegas and on the West Coast. And before this, I’d you know, even spent some time in LA. I’d met influencers who had a lot of views and subscribers and followers but didn’t have any money. They weren’t making any money. And so I was like, Sam, how are you making so much money from YouTube even though you have a small channel? And he showed me what a proper monetization method looks like. He showed me how I can monetize a channel without having to have that many views and that many subscribers or followers. And he initially taught me how to make money from a small channel, you know, 10,000 subscribers or less. But I took it to the next level to the point where there are some channels that we work with that only have a few thousand subscribers or in some cases less than a thousand and they’re making seven figures a year because there are some niches where you’re talking to an affluent audience and you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. So this is where I found the secret formula of YouTube success where everyone else was not talking about. And so basically I started posting videos and just to put this in perspective I have gotten lots of views 6 million 1.2 2 million, 1.7 million, 4.3 million views. But this video right here, so I you know I can play the views game with the best of them, right? That’s that’s the point of that last slide. But this video right here, the most useless degrees, this was my first ever breakout video and it got over 4 million views. But in its whole lifetime, it made about $31,000 from AdSense. But I’ve had several videos just last month and basically several videos per month easily um that you know get 8,000 views or less than 10,000 views and they make like $48,000. This happens all the time now where the video doesn’t need to get that many views. Maybe it gets 5,000 or 10,000 or 15,000 views and it makes $50,000 or $70,000 or $100,000. And this basically just happens all the time. And the thing, the point that I’m trying to make is it’s a heck of a lot easier for me to reproduce the success of a video like this that got 8,000 views in 6 months and made $48,000 than it is for me to reproduce this video that got 4 million views in 6 years. It took 6 years to get 4 million views and it made $31,000, right? Um, this is a heck of a lot easier cuz the time by the time this one gets to 6 years, by the way, it’ll probably have made twice this number, maybe even three times this number because your videos keep getting views, they keep getting, you know, people buying from them. And we’ve had videos, for instance, that we posted 6 years ago that are still getting sales. And just to show you guys proof, here’s how much I made about two plus years ago. So, uh, this is a, uh, September uh, two plus years ago. Made about $283,000. Now, you might be wondering, Shane, why did you choose a random September uh two plus years ago? Well, this is because it’s right before I basically started helping people with YouTube. Okay, [clears throat] so before I started helping people with YouTube, I started a career business where I was basically helping people get online jobs. And we helped over a,000 people, my business partners and I, a,000 verified testimonials of people that we’ve helped get online jobs, which was awesome, right? But yeah, I made $283,000 just that month. And this this was the month before I started uh CGE. Okay. Before I started helping people with YouTube. So one year after that, we made about $325,000. And [clears throat] this was actually the first year ever that my business didn’t like double basically. Um and so when I started helping people with YouTube, I was actually making less money uh than than in the business cuz usually my business was like doubling every single year. But then a year after that, we made about a million dollars in a single month. So it pretty much recovered. So, I still have both businesses going simultaneously. Um, but you know, this the YouTube business is the one that I’m definitely more passionate about, right? So, the [clears throat] reason I say this is I’m not trying to say this to make people jealous, right? I’m just showing you the receipts so that you know that I know what I’m talking about because there’s a lot of YouTube coaches out there that are just coaches, coaching coaches. They’ve never actually started successful channel themselves and they’re basically cosplaying as successful YouTubers and they’re teaching you how to be successful at YouTube when they’ve never actually start a successful YouTube channel outside of just teaching YouTube. But me, I actually started a successful YouTube channel before I started teaching other people how to do it. And the craziest thing is I did all of this while being able to travel the world and only having to work 4 hours a week. So here’s a picture of me in Tokyo at the famous uh Shabuya Crossing Square. Uh here’s a picture of me in Singapore. And here’s a picture of me just off of uh Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Uh [clears throat] uh on the off of the San Juan Islands, whale watching, uh orca watching specifically. [clears throat] And so, yeah, really good stuff. And I only had to work about four hours a week. Right now, I choose to work more than that sometimes because I genuinely enjoy YouTube and I enjoy helping people with YouTube. So, I choose to work more than that, but I only have to work 4 hours a week. And in many cases, I’ve actually gone as much as 2 months at a time without working at all, spending zero hours on my business. So, I have an online business where I don’t have to have any in-person employees or anything like that. I can travel the world. I can do whatever I want. And my business just keeps going up and up. But something kept bothering me because I got the life that I dreamed of. But once in a while, I would create a video and post it on YouTube just telling people what I was doing because [clears throat] I was seeing YouTube advice online and I would watch it and I’d be like, hm, I don’t really think this works for most people. Maybe it would work for a gaming channel, but it wouldn’t work for most channels. And so I decided once every 6 months, once every year, I would post a video about what I was doing on YouTube and what was working for me. And every time I’d do that, I would get comments, emails, DMs. Everybody would be reaching out to me being like, “Hey, can you coach me? Hey, Shane, can you help me grow my YouTube channel?” And I turned them all down because I was too busy or I just didn’t really want to do coaching or I thought maybe it works for my niche, but it doesn’t work for other people’s niches. So, I turned them down, but I felt bad about it. And I shut it off for years until one day I decided, you know what? I’m going to do it. And the reason I decided that is because a good friend of mine who was on YouTube reached out to me and he said that he was struggling. He was financially struggling and asked me if I could help him. And I decided I’m going to help him. and if I’m going to help him, it wouldn’t be that much extra time for me to just help a group of people. And so that’s what I did. So I reached out to a bunch of those people and I decided to do a cohort where I worked with a bunch of them. And it was a very diverse set of people. a professional truck driver for 28 years, a fresh graduate engineering student, a current engineering student, an Amazon FBA business owner, a coach, a freelancer, a failed YouTuber, a successful YouTuber who is crushing it but wanted to crush it harder, a content creator for 11 years who wanted to shift over to YouTube, a tech salesperson, a girl in cyber security, a coach, an agency owner, an online service provider, a fitness dude, a finance guy, a physical business owner, just on and on and on. The point is, they were all different. Some had YouTube experience, others had zero knowledge of how YouTube works. And then we applied the exact same format that I found to be working on my YouTube channel. So, same YouTube format, same proven way of making thumbnails, titles, and intros, same strategy for coming up with winning video ideas, and of course, a little bit of tweaking because every single niche is a little bit different. Uh there are a lot of underlying principles, but they all do need a little bit of tweaking. And the crazy thing is, every single one of them blew up. And the best part is they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And that’s the thing that made me feel so happy, right? Because I can only have so much impact with my channel, but I got to help other people have impact with their channels. And so I was basically spreading my impact to so many other people. And then they were able to impact hundreds of millions with their YouTube channels. And they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives.
And the reason for that is because I taught them how to make a very specific type of content which is educational niche content. And the channels that are winning today are educational niche channels. And I’m going to show you some examples here in a moment. In fact, educational channels make 10 to 20 times more money. And there are more opportunities for every 1,000 views than any other type of content. In fact, in the first month that we launched my second channel, we were able to make about $1,736 per 1,000 views. So, it got about $24,000 views in the very first month right off the bat and made about $42,000. So, that’s about $1,736 per 1,000 views. And to put that in perspective, entertainment channels in general make about usually about $1 to $3 per 1,000 views. Okay? So, if I would have started an entertainment channel, kind of like a Mr. V style entertainment channel, I would have made it uh with that same amount of views, 24,000 views, I would have made 24 to $73 in that first month. So, definitely not ideal, right? Then you’ve got education channels, right? And these make about 10 times more, which is great, right? So, they make about $20 per 1,000 views. So, with an educational channel, and this is just typical mass market education where it is educational, but it’s not usually specific. it’s just kind of helping a lot of people with something broad. Um, with this type of channel with $20 per 1,000 views, you would have made about $484. Then you’ve got niche authority channels. So, this is my second channel, okay? And this is a uh a niche authority channel or a niche education channel where you’re monetizing correctly and you’re really helping people uh with a specific problem that they have. This channel made about $1,736 per 1,000 views. uh and with 24,000 views, that’s $42,000. So, education right off the bat is like 10 times more money. That’s great. But niche education just blows normal education out of the [clears throat] water. Okay? So, you know, uh there there’s a better type of education content, which is niche educational content where you’re properly monetizing your channel. Now, you can do mass market, more of a mass market educational channel and properly monetize your content, and you can still make a heck of a lot more money than this. For instance, my main channel, uh, Shane Hummus, uh, that started off as a niche educational channel, but it’s gotten a little bit more mass market over time. Um, it has, you know, 1.6 million subscribers, and that channel makes more or less about $400 per 1,000 views on average. So, still really good. You know, that’s still 20 times more than a typical education channel. Uh, $400 per 1,000 views. But to be honest, like some of, you know, some of the really niche channels that I work with, they can make $4,000 per 1,000 views. In fact, my second channel uh after that first month, it it had months where it was making $4,000 or $5,000 per 1,000 views. So, uh yeah, I mean, you could still make a a heck of a lot of money, but just remember that I started off as a niche education channel, and that’s the thing that I recommend that you do, okay? Um so, this channel still makes a ton of money. You can make way more money if you do niche education content. That’s what I recommend that people start off with is just talking about a very niche subject and doing that first and then deciding later on whether you’re going to pivot to something else or whether you’re going to change your niche or whether you’re going to expand into a bigger niche, etc., etc., right? And I’ll get into exactly how to do that here in a moment because there is a way of doing it. It’s called the hybrid personal brand method and the evolution method. Um, because you don’t always have to stay with a niche subject if you set up your channel with the hybrid personal brand method, which is something we’ll talk about here in a moment. Right? [clears throat] So, let me give you some examples of niche education content. So, this is the organic chemistry tutor. He makes about $36 to $100,000 a month on this channel according to Vats. And that’s just from AdSense alone. Now, if he’s properly monetizing, he is easily making far more than that. So, if you just do that $10 to $20 per 1,000 views, and that’s very conservative, um he’d probably make about $136 to $273,000 a month from this channel. Now, the interesting thing is he didn’t upload in 62 days. You can see it right here. All right. So, he didn’t upload in over 2 months and he was still making that much money, getting that many views and making that much money passively from this channel. Okay? And that is because he has been uploading these videos for a long time. And each video is like a little soldier that just goes out and makes him money forever. Here’s another one, Scotty Kilmer. He’s in his 70s and he makes content helping people save money on their cars. Now, one great thing about him, he is quite entertaining. So, when I say make educational content, I am not saying by any means that you cannot be entertaining. You can definitely be entertaining. Scotty Kilmer is hilarious if you’ve ever watched him, but he basically made $24 million from YouTube. And he even said in an interview that he made more money in one month on YouTube than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic. And basically what he does is he just helps people pick the right cars, maintain their cars, fix their cars, and help them with different car related products and services. That’s his whole channel. And basically this stuff is dead simple for him, right? And that’s one thing I want to point out with the organic chemistry tutor as well. Just going back for a second, this stuff is dead simple for him too. He’s just talking about stuff that he was already tutoring people on, and he just did the same thing, but he recorded it with a camera and he posted it online. Now, this is one of the craziest stories. Physics squala. He came from a small village in India and his first videos were in his parents’ basement and you can see how bad they are. Blurred face uh you know bad lighting can’t can barely even see the whiteboard etc etc but it didn’t matter right he started making videos about these standardized tests in India and the standardized tests are incredibly important for your future. It’s kind of like the ACT and the SAT in the US, right? And he just made videos about these certifications and standardized tests. And at first he was talking about physics and then he expanded to other stuff. So let’s just put this in perspective how specific this is. Physics India standardized test only very specific how he was tutoring people. And he started making these videos and he kept going and then he launched a company that’s now worth $5.2 billion called Physics Swallow. It’s an educational app and it’s now worth 5.2 2 billion and it all started in his parents’ basement just making physics videos and he is probably richer than Mr. Beast now especially when you consider the fact that Mr. Beast probably can’t sell his companies whereas physics wallet can because he launched a company that’s actually sellable right that actually helps people right and that is the power of educational content because you’re solving people’s problems now most of you before you heard of him from me probably did not know that physics swell existed and most of you probably did know about Mr. Mr. Beast. Mr. Beast has, you know, probably is like a hundred times or a thousand times more famous than Physics Walla. Um, but Physics Swalla actually has more money. Why? Because he’s making educational content. Because he’s actually solving other people’s problems and he’s actually giving value to the world directly uh by making educational content, right? And specifically, he’s making niche educational content. So now I’m going to uh hand you the formula for how to do all this. And there is a secret formula. So these are the most important things. So if I don’t talk about it, it’s because it’s not important. So first thing is you need a niche hypothesis statement. Now generally speaking, there are three niches out there that are the most profitable niches and that is health, wealth, and relationships. With that being said, there are a lot of other niches outside of that and you can make money in all of those niches as well. But generally speaking, if you’re confused about what niche to go into, you should be going into health, wealth, or relationships. And the reason for that is because almost everybody in the entire world has a problem in one or more of those three areas. And then you need to go ahead and make what’s known as a niche hypothesis statement. So what you want to do is you want to pick a niche. And by the way, while we’re doing this, go ahead and comment what you think your niche is. Just comment what you think your niche is in the comment section. I’ll probably read a few of them uh while we’re going through this. And I’m actually going to do this to illustrate something as well. So comment what your niche is in the uh comment section. Here, let me scroll down here. Um [clears throat] okay. Uh wealth [snorts] uh health wealth education school gardens art and design health IT support for beginners. Robert says health moving into wealth. Andrea building community through stories from ordinary people. Uh education or philosophical commentary. Uh Katie how to to do quilt binding. Nice. Laura surviving by uh being single. Donna, wealth, rich, wealth and health. David, real estate. Scott, twin dad, teaching how to save for babies. Manuel, healthc care and patient care at home. Rebecca, trying to find my niche, but it would be more in tech. Randy, relationship and health. Stanley, health. Brian, reinventing myself after 50. Shane, retail management, coaching and training leaders. Chris, internet safety for families. Brian, my current condition, congestive heart failure. Uh, Kathleen, laser engraving. Jessica, clean living, cutting chemicals, etc. Brenda, health. Valentine, life coaching and wealth. Thomas, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, drug discovery. Frank, yoga retreats in Bali. Got it. Okay, so I know a lot of you are probably going to end up saying, you know, one or two word answers when you comment your niche, and I don’t blame you for that, but that’s incorrect. And let me show you why. The niche hypothesis statement goes like this. You select a market, or what most people would traditionally call a niche, but I call it a market. Um, and then you pick a specific problem inside of that market because that market might have, you know, 20 problems or 200 or 2,000 different problems, okay? People in that market. But you’re not going to solve all 2,000 problems, okay? That’s impossible. You are going to solve one problem and you’re going to try to pick a problem that’s not being solved very well or a problem that’s particularly annoying or particularly painful and you’re going to solve that one problem for people in this market. Okay? So, it’s going to look like this. I help X do Y X Y right or I help X overcome Y now the Z part this is the solution to the problem don’t worry about that right now okay the Z is something that we can do later on for the purposes of this training we just need to focus on the X and the Y the Z is something we can do later on but the important part is that you establish there’s a market of people and they have a problem that isn’t being solved very well and you’re going to help them solve that problem and that is the foundation of how markets work. Markets are all about solving problems efficiently. And if you want to give value and receive money by giving that value, then you really just want to focus on solving as many problems for people as possible, which is what YouTube allows you to do. Okay, so let me give you a few examples for how to do this. Now, I’m going to use the accounting market specifically because for some reason, I’ve worked with a lot of accountants. So, I’m going to use the accounting market, right? So, I’m going to show you a bunch of different levels. And these people, by the way, are either people that are my clients, I’ve worked with them, or they’re business owners that I’ve met that are crushing it on YouTube. So, at the very first level is just teaching students basic accounting concepts. So, that is more of a mass market channel, but it’s teaching people basic accounting concepts. So, it’s kind of like the organic chemistry tutor, but for accounting. And this person is making really good money, probably pretty close to seven figures a year. And they’ve been doing it for a very long time, and they’re making really good money. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like, “What is a P&L?
All right, now let’s go to the second level. And by the way, I’m only going to do five um partially because these are people that I actually know and partially because of time. But I could do 50. I could probably do 500 just in the accounting market alone. Okay, but let’s go to the second level, which is accounting specifically for existing accounting students or someone who just graduated uh with an accounting degree. So they got an accounting degree and they’re trying to pass standardized tests or pass certifications. So that would be like physics walla but for accounting right because he was helping people pass standardized tests and certifications. So physics walla but for accounting and in the US typically. So that’s the second one and I know for a fact that this niche is making multiple seven figures a year and people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a CPA. Okay. Third level helping people land their first ever entry-level accounting job. That’s another business owner that I know and they’re making multiple seven figures a year. Okay. So who’s in the market here? people who just graduated with an accounting degree and they’re trying to get their first ever entry-level job. That’s the market. And that’s different than all these other ones, right? It’s totally different content than all these other ones, right? People who are trying to refresh their knowledge in accounting do not want to get an accounting job, right? Totally different content. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to land a bookkeeping job. Fourth level, people who are already accountants and they’re making $50 to $100,000 per year and they want to become what’s known as a financial controller. This is one of my clients as well. He helps people who are already accountants making 50 to $100,000 a year become a financial controller who can make 200 or even 300,000 a year. So totally different types of content when you’re targeting that audience, right? And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a financial controller. And then finally the fifth level which is basically helping businesses hire accountants. So hiring and placing accountants in businesses. So in that particular case, it’s either accounting businesses or big businesses that need accountants and they are actually trying to hire or place really good accountants in their businesses. So even though you’re talking about accounting topics, it’s still a completely different audience and the type of content that you’re going to make is going to be completely different for all those different ones. So I hope you understand why it’s so important to have a niche hypothesis statement even though it’s all the same niche, right? It’s all accounting, right? Because if I would have told you if you’re in one of those niches, hey, what’s your niche? you probably would have said, “Oh, I’m in the accounting niche.” Just like all these people, for instance, that commented their niche, and they probably said something relatively short like plant education or marriage relationship or teaching, etc. And that’s [clears throat] why you need to have a niche hypothesis statement. If you don’t know your niche hypothesis statement, you have lost from the beginning. It is so important to have a proper niche hypothesis statement. Now, did you find that valuable? Give a thumbs up if you thought that was valuable. And if you want the niche validator GPT both in chat GPT and the claude version that will be given out here in a short while. Okay. Awesome. Good stuff. Good stuff. Okay. And people in this market would be interested in a video like how to hire the best accountants. Okay. So now I’m going to be handing you the blue pill to make you invincible as a creator because once you have your niche down, you’re already way better than most people out there. But you need more than that. Okay. And like I said, the niche validator uh is going to help you dial in your niche or pick your niche. We’re going to be giving that out here in a short while. But you need also need what’s known as a hybrid personal brand because you probably already know what personal branding is. But when you mix personal branding with the correct niche and our YouTube automation AI system, you have what’s known as the hybrid personal brand. Now, one thing you need to understand is I just told you that you have to have a niche hypothesis statement. But I’m going to say something that’s probably going to confuse you a little bit, and that is you are the niche. Okay? So many people get this wrong. They think their niche is what makes them successful as an educational channel content creator. But when you have a hybrid personal brand, you can become the niche. Okay? So yes, you are going to start extremely niche with I help X do Y. But once you get traction, when you build your channel in the correct way where you’re building a hybrid personal brand, you can then easily pivot to something else. Let me show you an example. Alex Rousey, when he first started posting on YouTube four years ago, his niche hypothesis statement was, I help gyms do marketing and sales, and now he can talk about anything. Now, obviously, he’s really well known for his business stuff with all the different types of businesses, but now he can talk about his unconventional diet. This is why you’re not happy. He talks about his book launches. He talks about how to stop wasting time. And yeah, I mean, now he can talk about anything that he wants. But he started niche. And if he tried to do that from the beginning, he probably wouldn’t have had nearly as much success as he has right now. He started off being the king of a puddle, then he became the king of a small pond, then he became the king of a lake, and then the king of a river, then the sea, and then the ocean. The point is, you want to become the king or the queen of a small pond first before you expand to other things. Okay? You got to start small. You got to start niche, but don’t make your channel in such a way where you can’t expand it. This is a big mistake that I see people do, right? So, I’ll see somebody name their channel, just as an example, let’s just say they’re, you know, helping people pass the PCAT test. This is a test that I had to pass when I was a pharmacist. Okay? They’ll name their channel PCATH helper or PCAT tutor, and then they do really well in the PCAT niche, but then they can never expand to anything else because of the way that they named their channel. So there were structural problems that stopped them from being able to expand. Right? So you don’t want to make your channel in such a way where you can’t expand it. And there’s a particular way of doing this. And one very simple way of doing it is to just simply make your channel your name. Right? That’s that’s one simple way of doing this. But uh there’s uh more things you can do when it comes to the naming strategy. And that’s how we teach people to do it with the hybrid personal brand method. Because when you create a hybrid personal brand, there’s so many different ways you can monetize your channel. There’s so many different directions that you can go both in terms of the content and the topic as well as how you make money with your channel. AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, networking, memberships, SAS, high ticket offers. Alex Roszi opened up basically like an investment fund. He has a portfolio of companies that he invests in and he gets his deal flow from YouTube so that he’s making money from eight and nine figure business owners and making millions from each one all the way down to doing a SAS that costs a few dollars a month. You could do memberships, you could do courses, digital products, and so many other things, even physical products. The point is, all these different business models work when you have a hybrid personal brand, traffic, and you have distribution, people that actually know, like, and trust you on your channel because you built it with the hybrid personal brand method, and you help them solve a bunch of their problems. So, they see you as an authority. Not only that, you can even sell the brand or step down as the face of the brand in some cases. So, let me give you an example of that. Doug Demiro on the other hand, you know, he launched his website called carsandbids.com. You can see it right here. Now, Doug Demiro is a car reviewer. You probably have uh seen him before. He reviews a cars on YouTube and he launched his website here, carsandbids.com. You can see it right here. And you can also see it right here, carsbids.com. And then he sold this and of course he launched this website from his YouTube channel. And then he sold the website for $80 million. And the reason he was able to do that is because of the fact that he built his channel with the hybrid personal brand method. Okay, so the channel uh and then basically this is a secret way of building your channel that makes it so much easy easier for you to do whatever you want in the future because none of us can predict the future. But what we can do is build a channel that can evolve as things change over time as we evolve as the market evolves as things happen in the world. You can build a channel that has the ultimate advantage which is that it can adapt to changing circumstances. Okay. Now obviously market changes, business changes like product changes for instance competitors come into the market and they compete with you. These can all uh you know be bad for your business and these can all cause businesses to fail. And so just as an example, you open a restaurant and for whatever reason it doesn’t work out, you can’t really pivot your restaurant to something else, right? It’s it’s basically impossible. You can’t really just be like, “Oh, I’m going to make this restaurant into a uh a gas station or something.” It’s probably just not going to work, right? But with YouTube, if you set it up in the right way, you can actually just pivot to something else. And I have done it like 15 times on my channel just to prove that you can do it. I’ve changed my niche like 15 different times if you set it up in the right way. Okay. Additionally, you are a growing, breathing, evolving, changing human being and you want your business and your YouTube channel to be able to grow and evolve with you over time, right? And so you might be interested in something right now and you’re not interested in it 5 years from now. And so you want your YouTube channel to be able to grow and evolve with you, right? That is what the hybrid personal brand allows you to do as well. Because that’s another reason that businesses fail is people just kind of lose interest in the business. They lose passion for it. They lose steam for it. And if you think this only applies to big educational channels, well, you’re just wrong. Here’s some examples of our clients. So, this is uh this worked for Waqen. So, Waqin was 18 years old when we first started working with him. He was a freshman in college and he was making all kinds of random content on study skills, productivity content, all kinds of stuff like that. And he was making content on engineering as well because he was basically a business and engineering double major. And he wasn’t making any money, right? But we basically sat down, we hashed out his niche and it became very clear that he should help foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the US. Why? Because he was a foreign exchange student that got into an elite university in the US. Right? So we really dialed in his offer and the very first month that he launched or very close to the very first month he made about $80,000. So, he actually got so many client requests that he was oversubscribed and he had to stop making YouTube videos and weightless customers trying to buy his program because he just had too many people that wanted to work with him immediately. Now, that’s a pretty good place to be as an 18-year-old business owner, right? And we joked around that he was making more money than the president of his university, which he was, which is pretty crazy to think about as a freshman. Here’s another example. Richard. We helped him go from making almost no money whatsoever on YouTube and also being one of the busiest clients that I’ve ever worked with. Uh he was a product manager at a Fortune50 company. He’s working like 80 hours a week as a product manager. He had a brand new baby. He had lots of investments like real estate investment properties, etc., etc., all kinds of different stuff like that. Just a super super busy guy. And he was basically able to grow his channel to $12,000 in a single month despite the fact that he probably could only work about two hours a month. Okay. So, yeah, I’m very proud of this case study because it was quite difficult to get him results. Uh, and getting him to $12,000 a month was an accomplishment, right? Uh, especially only about, you know, 2 hours a month. Okay. But, uh, cuz he could only just work a couple hours a month. It was it was pretty wild. So, that’s a really good one, too. Here’s another example. Guy, this is a really cool story, and I’m trying to show you some of the more relatable examples. Of course, we have lots of people that I could show you that have gotten over 100,000 a month, but I’m showing you some of the more relatable examples. So, this is Guy. This is a really cool story. Uh he’s actually disabled and his goal before he worked with us was just to make a couple thousand extra dollars a month. He wanted to make1 to2,000 extra dollars a month specifically because he was close to retirement and that money would uh significantly improve his quality of life in retirement. It would allow him to go out to dinner and go on vacations etc etc. And so he’s disabled. He has what’s known as tenitus and this is constant ringing in the ears and this is something that a lot of veterans have. My dad has it as well. He’s a veteran and it’s really debilitating. And so he made this channel where his goal was just to make a couple extra thousand dollars a month in retirement. And that was his version of rich, right? And he made $1,500 a month with less than 500 subscribers. 446 to be exact if you read right here. Okay? Uh $1,500 a month. And so he reached his goal and basically he wanted to to make this goal of$1 to $2,000 a month, but he wanted to do it while helping other people that have the same ailment that he has, which is tenitus. And that’s exactly what he was able to do. And he didn’t even have to get to a,000 subscribers to do this. He didn’t even have to get to 500, only 446 subscribers. And he was making money from sponsorships, specifically a brand deal. Okay, that’s how he got to $1,500 a month. So, he’s basically reviewing these different hearing aids on his channel. Oh, and by the way, he’s making far more money than that now. He’s making, you know, multiple tens of thousands of dollars a month now cuz his channel’s bigger. He also started a second channel as well. So, he’s got like a 10,000 subscriber channel. He’s got a second channel, too. So, he’s making far more money than that now. But the point is he got to $1,500 a month even with a tiny channel. So, one simple rule, guys, to make this happen, start simple and scale fast. You do not need to show your face all the time, okay? Uh if you don’t want to. You do not need a fancy camera or fancy editing or a million-dollar studio or high production quality or top tier video editing skills. And you definitely do not need to make highly entertaining content. Here’s what you do need, and these are the most important things by far. Viral video ideas. This is the most important thing after dialing in your niche. Then you need titles and thumbnails to get clicks. Then you need an effective intro for video retention. And then you need to just deliver value to your audience. That’s a lot easier to do than you think. Now, let’s talk about uh especially when you have the AI systems that we’re going to give you a taste of here in a minute. Now, let’s talk about the most important out of all those things, and that is the viral video ideas. So, I got this from Carl Icon. He’s in the finance industry, and basically, he would find businesses that were making a ton of money despite being ran terribly. And I took that idea from the finance industry because I think some of the smartest people in the world work in finance. And I applied it to YouTube. And I was the first person to ever do this. So what I did is I found YouTube videos that had a lot of views despite not having that many subscribers. That’s important. Okay? It’s important that they don’t have that many subscribers because if they have a big channel, they have a big audience and they’re going to watch anything that they put out, right? So had a lot of views despite having a small channel and despite the video itself being either mediocre or preferably bad. So the thumbnail, the title, the intro were either mediocre or bad. So, just as an example, this guy right here, you can see his face is blurry. The door is in better focus than his face. Uh, his audio, uh, was really bad, uh, it sounded like it was recorded with potato, and he was literally drunkenly ranting about college degrees for 25 minutes, um, while drinking beers. Okay, now, by the way, this guy act like somebody knew him and and emailed him and then he showed up to one of the live trainings. So, no offense to this guy, by the way. Like, just, you know, just ju I’m just show using him as an example. No, no offense to him. Um, [clears throat and laughter] but basically, he probably didn’t expect this video to do very well, obviously. Uh, but he uploaded it and it got 760,000 views, okay? Even though it was an objectively bad video. Um, and this was the thumbnail, by the way, right here. So, the thumbnail was literally just a still shot for the video, okay? Bad thumbnail. And so, what you do is you steal the idea of the video and then you make a better version of the video. So, the most worthless college majors. You could just change the keywords a little bit or just keep the same keyword and boom, the most useless degrees. That’s what I did. The point is you just keep the title very similar. You change it slightly. Make a better video and boom. That’s what happens. So, I made a better video with almost the same title, right? The most useless degrees versus the most worthless college majors. Very similar. I made a better thumbnail, a better video, and it blew up and got millions of views. So, this is what I’ve been doing for the last 6 years now, guys. This is my secret. The icon method is the most powerful way to do it. Now, there’s a bit more to it, but that is the gist. So, once you get these down and you join our program, finding video ideas will never be an issue for you ever again. And once you get this down, giving the value, especially using our AI systems, which we’re going to give you a taste of here in a moment, your videos can just do all the work for you. Your videos will be like your little soldier whose only job is to just go out and get views, get subscribers, and make you money. And who knows how long the video is going to last. It could last 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years. Now, let’s talk about what it takes for you to be a part of this YouTube gold mine with no daily uploads if you don’t want to. First, we’re going to help you pick a profitable niche. We have a bunch of YouTube coaches uh with 100K subscriber plaques, the absolute best of the best that will help you find and pick the best niche. And that niche will be in between being the most profitable one where it’s sustainable, it’s profitable, but also something that you’re passionate about. Next is the mindset section and also the core foundations. So, this is going to explain the core foundations of how the YouTube business works and also the mindset that you need to have to be successful uh on YouTube or really in anything in life, right? So, you might be having a hard time starting even though you just know that you have to make videos consistently to be successful on YouTube. And I get it. It sounds easy, but it’s hard to put your mind into making videos or having success on YouTube. And you probably would have started YouTube or you would have had success on YouTube already if it was that easy, right? And even business owners face mindset issues. So, this module helps with that. This helps remove all the overthinking, all the imposttor syndrome and helps you take action fast. And this is actually when I ask people, these first two are usually their favorite modules. The niche selection. People are just obsessed with this. And then also the mindset section. And even though a lot of people don’t really think that they need the core foundations, another thing that I’ll say about this is it’s going to help you understand that if you follow our system, success is inevitable. Right? If you follow the system, you will understand that when you go through this on a deep, logical, emotional, almost on a spiritual level, that if you follow the system, success is inevitable. For some people, like my brother, it was his very first video that he posted. For some people, it takes 5, 10, 15, 20 videos. But if you follow the system, success is inevitable and you will understand that on a logical level when you go through this. Number three, the content genesis system. This shows you how to find viral video ideas in your niche that will have a higher chance of getting views and going viral. And in my opinion, uh this is my favorite module because I think this is the most valuable one out of all of them. This is where the secret is right here. Of course, you have to select your niche first, but once you select your niche, you need to find the right video ideas within your niche. Okay. So, that is the most important thing. That’s the thing that will make or break the success of your video. It’s like 80% of of the of the way uh to having success is just finding the right video ideas. But 99% of people choose the wrong ideas. Now, by the way, guys, I just got word the slots are almost gone. We only have a few left. So, definitely don’t wait on this. Uh we run out almost every single time. If there’s if there’s other people that have attended before, they’ll they’ll know that this is true. We run out almost every single time. So, definitely don’t wait on this. Go to go.inhham.com/coaching or click the link in the chat right now. The next is the holy trifecta where we go over how you can make your thumbnail, your title, and your intro to package the viral video idea to have the highest chances of success for your video to get views. So, all three need to be good and you want to make sure that they’re congruent. Next is the script writing alchemy system where we help you write scripts with the help of AI to get your writing time down to less than 1 hour per video or in many cases way less than that. So just as an example, my brother who got his video to 800,000 views only spent about 15 minutes on the script. In fact, it was less than 15 minutes. And we show you that exact same system. Next is the viral video creation system where we actually turn things into a system and basically like a machine, right? And this makes it possible to only work one or two hours a week on your YouTube channel. Uh or in some cases if you’re a very busy business owner, zero hours a week or a couple hours a month, right? So, this is done with systems and our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use. Of course, if you’re a business owner and you want to work zero hours a month, then you’re going to have to hire somebody else to actually record the videos for you and stuff like that, but some people do want to do that. We have helped people with that as well. Uh but if you’re just recording the videos yourself, this gets it down to less than 4 hours a week. And if you hire other people like someone part-time help from the Philippines or something like that, which we teach you how to do in the program as well, um then it can get you you can get it down to even less than that. Okay. Um and this is done with systems in our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use. So the niche validator that we’re going to be dropping here in a minute is just a fraction of a sample of the power of the AI systems that we give to our clients. And we have systems for almost every problem that you could imagine on YouTube. And lastly is the cache code system. This is where we actually make money out of the views that you’re getting, even if you’re not getting a lot of views. And it’s very, very important that you’re actually monetizing correctly. And I, by the way, guys, I think we might have like less than five slots left now. Um, so yeah, take those spots while you still can. Go to go.jm.com/coaching or click the link in the chat right now. But yeah, cash code system. You know, what’s the point in getting views if you’re not actually monetizing those views correctly? A lot of people get have so much potential with their channels, but they just let all the all the value just slip through their fingers, right? Uh they’re not capturing the value that they should be capturing with their channel. Um and you need to do that. And we show you how to do that with the cash code system. And that’s just a taste of what’s inside the community. You don’t just get one or two tools. You get the entire arsenal. Custom GPTs, claw skills, all built for one thing, which is growing and monetizing your channel. And our clients are getting the updates in real time and they are loving it. And the tools that we don’t build ourselves, we tell you exactly which ones are worth your time. Gemini, Descript, Pixels, and much more. So whether you run Chatp or Claude, there’s a tool sitting here ready for you. No guessing, no piecing it together yourself. This is just a taste of what’s waiting inside. Plus, you get one-on-one coaching calls and a dedicated client success manager, one-on-one dedicated chat support with all of our coaches, multiple weekly group coaching sessions, access to an exclusive group of hybrid personal brand YouTubers, and access to the most powerful content creation AI systems on Earth. And this is just a peak inside of our private community. These are real wins coming in every single day. One member just hit 10,000 subscribers and 1 million views and grew 5x in a few months. Another finally landed their first 10 leads straight from YouTube. Another one just closed a $75,000 a year contract inbound straight off the platform. Someone else made their first $10,000 from YouTube. Someone else 4xed their subscriber count in a single month. Another one crossed 5,000 subscribers and, you know, uh, another one got 39,600 views on a brand new channel and got to 800 subscribers in a single month. So, this is not a course that you just buy and forget about. This is a community of people winning together every single day. These are just a few examples, right? This is what our group looks like on any given day. So, if you want results like this, then book a call now so that we can, you know, see if we can make you succeed. So, go to go.chainhomes.com/coaching or click the link in the chat now. And this is the exact system that’s responsible for 0 to 10k in just 18 days. Here’s an example. Bro, I just hit my first 10K within 18 days of launch. I don’t even have 1K subs yet. This is nuts. Thank you, man. This is the system that’s responsible for these results as well. Usually, there’s a shaded graph right under your video if you’re familiar with YouTube analytics. Uh just as an example, this is what the graph typically looks like. But I remember I was looking in this client’s account. This is a brand new uh this was a client uh that we’d signed a couple months before. And I was looking in this client’s account and I saw that there was no shaded region. I’m like, what’s going on? And I realized after looking at it for a while that the reason there’s no shaded region is because this client had been posting for over eight years on YouTube and never had a single video take off. And so their best videos were just like a few thousand views basically. And so that basically broke the YouTube uh AI or the algorithm. It broke their software. So it didn’t even show the shaded region or if it did, it’s so close to the bottom that it blends in with the uh x-axis line down here. Right? So this client uh their very first video with us after posting for years and never getting any real results got over 180,000 views. This is in a pretty niche niche. Um so this is 180,000 views that generated a lot of money. This one right here, uh, this client started and within their first month or so, they got about 354,000 views, uh, grew 1,456% more views than usual and got monetized and got 8,000 subscribers and made $953 because, you know, they weren’t monetized at first, but once they got monetized, they started making money and they were making money from other things outside of this as well. This client right here is a category king. We have a lot of category kings and category queens in the program. Uh, basically what that means is you’re in a big niche and you’re number one in the niche. Okay, so this this particular client wants to remain anonymous. A lot of our clients do want to remain anonymous and we respect that. Um, but uh they are a category king. So they are literally number one in their niche and this is a very competitive niche. Uh they get 8 million long- form views every month. They make $50,000 just from AdSense alone. Okay, just from AdSense alone. And this particular business is making about 20 to $30 million a year overall from YouTube. Um, this person right here, and by the way, we have a lot of category kings and a lot of category queens in some of the biggest niches out there. This client right here, uh, basically they took sales calls for the first time ever. They’ve never taken a sales call before, and they closed 80% of their sales calls. Okay? So, if you’ve ever done sales before, you know that you’re probably only going to close like 5 or 10% when you first start. maybe 20% if you’re really good, right? Uh this person was closing 80%. And the reason for that is because YouTube makes it very easy to sell stuff. People come in, they already know, like, and trust you, and you’re basically like a cashier by the time they get to the actual sales call. Okay? So, you’re they’re basically already ready to buy, and you just got to check them out. They’re basically a cashier. Okay? So, that’s that’s the power of YouTube. And all these people are absolutely crushing it on YouTube. Bill here transformed his YouTube channel’s impact among 177K subs. He’s now he’s making over 30K plus per month at the time of this testimonial. And basically he said Shane helped me out with his keyword research titles and thumbnails as well as turning my YouTube channel into a business. I actually think his best month was around 70,000 in the time that we worked with him. Um but I’m assuming that he’s making, you know, you know, consistent $30,000 months because that’s what he was making back then. So, he turned his YouTube channel from a liability sucking up all this time to a business that works for him while having a full-time job. Shawn was stuck making 30,000 a month and he scaled all the way up to over 500,000 a month. So, he said, “Shane knows what he’s doing. He’s not another fake guru. His program goes beyond his tactics, teaching you how to build a personal brand and master the back-end systems that actually drive revenue.” Now, Shawn is another example of a category king. So Sean is number one in the Amazon KDP niche, which is a pretty big niche on YouTube. So he is a category king. He’s number one in that niche, and we helped him get to over $500,000 in a single month with his channel. Next is Cheryl. She helps people through spiritual awakenings, and before joining us, she was stuck under 50 subscribers for years with a great message, but no strategy. We gave her the system, the content strategy, the title and thumbnail frameworks, and the hands-on coaching, and she immediately grew to 9,000 plus subscribers and got monetized in months. One video hit 128,000 views. And now she’s landing brand deals. And this is what happens when you stop guessing and you start following our system. So, she’s actually making money now after, you know, not having success for years and years on YouTube. Just like Jyn here, she’s a healthcare professional who recently joined our program. Before joining us, she was a complete beginner. no idea what to make, no experience. And in her own words, she said, “I hadn’t dipped my toe into YouTube.” And now she has 35.8,000 subscribers, and her channel got to 4.2 million views already. And three of her videos already went over 600,000 views. And she just recently made had a $980 day. Um, this was earlier this month, I believe. She had a $980 day. Um, and you know, that’s about a $30,000 a month run rate. Um, so yeah, she’s making a full-time income from her YouTube channel and she’s just getting started. She just she was literally in the exact same position that you are right now. She was in that position just a few months ago, right? And she built all of it on what she already knew, which is healthcare navigation. So, if you’re a healthcare professional or professional in general, this could be for you cuz this is literally her just talking about stuff that she talks about with her patients on a day-to-day basis. Okay? It’s that simple. So, if you’re an IT professional or a healthcare professional or a finance professional or whatever, um you can help other people get into the same job that you’re getting into. You can help uh people learn the skills of your job, right? You can help people pass exams to get into your job. You can help people you can just show people what your job is like. You can help people get into other jobs that are similar to your job. You can uh help people that you would be helping in your job. So, you know, you that’s the case with nurse Jen here. She’s just basically talking about what she talks with with her patients on a day-to-day basis, but she just did it on camera and she posted on YouTube, right? So, chances are if you’re a professional, if you have experience, you have a wealth of experience that you could just share on YouTube. Okay? So, this is what happens when you follow the system. So, I know all kinds of different people who work in the YouTube industry. I basically know all the different coaches, the consultants, the agencies, etc. And I’ll kind of tell you how this industry works, right? Usually the highest paid people, the best of the best work with big corporations and so they’re going to be doing like seven figure contracts a year and in many cases working with these big companies it’s at least a six-figure contract. Right now the second highest tier of what you can offer is probably what’s known as a build and release offer. So I have some friends that do this and they’re basically like one of the very few people that are actually really good on YouTube besides myself that really knows what they’re doing and they charge $300,000 to do a build and release. And this is basically where they work with like seven, eight, and nine figure companies and they build out their YouTube channel for the first three to six months. They hire everybody for the channel. They build it out. They figure out exactly how the channel works and then they release it to them once everything is working and they’ve hired the team out to them. And they charge usually about $300,000 to do that. Now, I myself have attended four masterminds that are $50,000. Last year I was in two. This year I’m in another two. And these are extremely valuable. I learn a ton of stuff from these masterminds and I pass it down to you guys. So, there’s lots of YouTube masterminds out there that are like $50,000 and it would easily cost you 35,000 mistakes if you were to try to do it on your own. And 25,000 is more than a fair investment to make to even get one fifth of the knowledge contained in the content growth engine. But a special offer only for this workshop. That is when I started earning big, not because I got lucky, but because someone who already figured it out showed me the ropes. And that one relationship changed the entire direction of my channel. And that is exactly what this call is. Everything that I have learned building a channel to 1.5 million subs and over $10 million in revenue applied directly to your niche, your channel, and your situation. You’re learning the framework so you can build your own. So go to go.shinhomes.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. You’re getting full access to my analytics, my stats, my breakdowns, everything. What videos performed, what flopped, what I would do differently if I started over. Most creators are guessing. You’re going to see exactly what a 1 million subscriber channel looks like under the hood. The strategies that I use, the mistakes that I made, the numbers behind every decision. People pay consultants $500 an hour just to look at their own analytics. Now, imagine getting to look at mine. You get it all as a bonus. So, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus 6 is the six and seven figure YouTube channel case study vault. This is worth $4,997. You get to see exactly what they did, what niche they picked, what videos they posted, how they monetized, all of it, right? So, hire a YouTube strategist to reverse engineer 10 successful channels. That’s going to be $500 to $1,000 per channel audit. Okay? So, that’s about $5 to $10,000 easily. Or you do it yourself. It’s going to be months in trial and error figuring out what actually works, guessing at what works, [clears throat] burning time that you don’t get back. We already did the work. You just get the notes. Most people have no idea what a profitable YouTube channel actually looks like behind the scenes. This shows you. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. The patterns are everywhere. You’re not reinventing the wheel. You’re copying what’s already working and making it your own. So go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, scan the QR code, or click the link in the chat. Now, for those of you who stayed until the end, we made something special for you. This is the niche monetization launchpad AI. And this one is different from all of the other bonuses. This is an AI tool that takes your niche and maps out exactly how to make money from it. Not just AdSense. We’re talking affiliate deals, digital products, coaching offers, sponsorships, the full picture. Because here’s the thing that most people get wrong. They pick a niche and they hope the money situation figures itself out later on. That is backwards. This tool shows you the money map before you even record your first video. So, you know exactly what you’re building towards from day one. And like every tool that we give you, you get it in both chatbt and claude, whatever you are to use. Now, here’s the catch. This bonus is worth $12,000 and you get it just for showing up to the call that you booked. That’s it. You book the call, you show up, and you get it. So go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. The second you show up to the call that you booked, you get instant access on the spot. And whether you like chatbt or claude, you can use this either way. So this isn’t some watered down freebie. It’s the same tool that we use inside of the content growth engine, and it is yours for life. Now, we do recommend the cloud version, but if you have your whole setup on chatbt, you can use that as well. Okay, so go to go.inhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus [clears throat] eight is the 90day CGE advantage money back guarantee. This one is priceless. Here’s how it works. You have 90 days, you follow the program, you do the work, you show up, and if it doesn’t work for you, you get your money back. We had last month, we had about a 1% refund rate in our program. Okay, that means that 99% of people who join state, okay, because it works. They know that they’re getting the value that they paid for. Okay, we also surveyed all of our clients inside the program. We asked one question. Did you feel like you got an ROI from this program? 91% of them said yes. Okay, so that is why we are confident to give you this 90-day CG advantage money back guarantee. Okay, we’ll take on the risk. We want you to feel comfortable taking this without having to worry. And so I’m not asking you to trust me blindly. I’m asking you to test it and see for yourself. So go to go.shinhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. So let’s add this up. Eight bonuses totaled value $61,494. Now remember bonus one, the oneonone session with me personally. That’s only for five of the first people who sign up today. Okay? Once those spots are gone, they’re gone. If you’re watching this right now, you’re still early. Okay? When we send out the replay, all the spots get filled 100% of the time. Okay? uh we prefer to actually uh accept people into the program that actually attended live because they tend to understand things more, right? But once those spots are once they’re the replay is sent out, all the spots will be filled 100%. So if you’re watching this right now, you’re still early. Okay? Once but once those spots are gone, they’re gone. Bonus 7, the niche monetization uh launchpad AI, uh you only get that if you book a call and actually show up to it. That’s it. Everything else is included free when you join. Now, this workshop special is only available for the next 24 hours. After that, these bonuses go away. And this exact package at this exact price with all eight bonuses, you will not see it again. And let me clear something up real quick because I get this question every single time. The 24 hours is for booking the call, not attending it. So, if you book right now and the next open slot on my calendar is 3 days from now or even next week, that’s totally fine. You’re still locked in. You still get every single one of these bonuses. You just have to schedule the call within the next 24 hours. So, if you’ve been going back and forth on this, now is the time to move. So, go to go.shinhusm.com/coaching or scan the QR code right now, book your free strategy call. We’ll figure out if we’re a good fit to work together or not. Worst case, you get on a call, you get some clarity on your niche, and you walk away with a plan. No pressure, no hard sell, but if it’s the right fit, we go to work. So, go to go.nomomas.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. And one last thing, this is important. Once you book, you will get two emails, one from Calendarly, one from the consultant that you booked with. Both are titled CGE Masterclass Call. So, check your inbox right now. Okay? It’s going to look just like this. CG masterclass call. So, check your inbox right now. Um, if you don’t see them, look in your promotions, your spam, your trash, your junk, your all mail folders. Sometimes they hide in there instead of your main inbox. And those emails have your call details. So, find them and open them. Um, and I did get the one question. So, I’m going to take questions now. Um, and I did get one question about the price. And we are totally transparent on the pricing. Uh, so I I I will tell you the pricing, but I’m only going to talk about it one time just because it’s different depending on what you need. So, we have different people that come to us with different needs. So, sometimes we’ll, for instance, we’ll have big companies uh that that come to us and the scope of what they need is going to be completely different than the scope of, you know, teaching somebody just how to how to do YouTube, right? So these big companies a lot of the time they’ll want us to find the absolute best experts in the industry and place them uh into the company. They want us to train their team directly. So basically corporate training um you know they want us to like help them build out the systems and help help uh figure out how to communicate with the other departments uh efficiently integrate into the systems that they already use etc etc. Right? So that the scope of that is is totally different than the scope of working with like a small business or working with an individual. Okay. So with big companies like that, that’s going to be at least a six-f figureure contract. Um, and it, you know, we we don’t do too many of those, but we always have probably about 5% of the people who want to work with us are are kind of like bigger companies. Uh, then we have a lot of small business owners that want to work with us. So people making like multiple six figures, seven figures, eight figures a year, somewhere in that range. [clears throat] And for them, they typically want us to hire people. for them. A lot of the time they want us to hire like video editors or you know social media managers. Uh typically we’ll hire people from the Philippines or we’ve started to hire from other areas as well but typically from the Philippines. And uh we’ll place the people in their business. We’ll teach them how to you know edit the videos etc etc. We’ll work with their existing team as well. Um we’ll build out their systems, their SOPs, their processes. We’ll recommend different software that they should use etc etc. And you know that is going to range anywhere depending on the scope of what they want us to do. Sometimes they just want us to do the work for them as well. And depending on the scope of what they want us to do, that’s going to range anywhere from about 12,000 all the way up to $60,000. Then [clears throat] basically there’s the people who just want us to teach them how to do it. So these other two options, this was basically uh we fish for you or we build the machine that fishes for you and we hire the people to operate the machine. And then this other option is we teach you how to fish or we teach you how to build the machine that fishes for you. Okay. So that is [clears throat] the CGE what we just talked about that is going to be $9,800 or $1,000 a month to get started. You can even get started for a little bit less than $1,000 a month. So that is the pricing. Um only going to talk about it one time. Uh we’re totally transparent about the pricing and we very likely will be increasing the prices pretty soon. There are some people, for instance, that want uh the CG program, but that they would want just a little bit extra. So, they basically want us to come up with the video ideas for them, for instance. And we do offer that as an add-on on top of the original pricing. But that’s something you can talk about with the um consultant that you uh book a call with. Okay, awesome. So, I’m going to go ahead and answer some questions now. Let me scroll up to when I said I’m first going to take some questions. Um, [clears throat] Michael says, “Thank you.” Donna says, “Thank you.” You got it. Um, downloaded the Claude niche validator from your YouTube video, but Claude said it needs a YouTube API for it to work. YouTube API for it to work. No, that’s that that that can’t be it. That can’t be it. Plus, the the Cloud Niche validator, that’s the light version. So, that’s not that’s not the full version. If you downloaded it from YouTube, that’s that’s not the full version. That’s the light version. the the only place you’re going to get the full version is here or inside the program.
Okay. Um, [clears throat]
will you be able to call with the correct phone number and not miss this? Uh, yeah. Just make sure you enter the correct phone number details and we should be able to call you. And by the way, guys, I’m pretty sure we’re almost fully out of slots. Yeah, we’re probably fully out of slots now, aren’t we? I think we’re fully out, aren’t we, Justine or Alexis?
Oh, we opened up some slots. How many more?
I think we’re fully out. We opened up like uh 10 to 15 more. Okay. Okay, we opened up a few more slots, guys. Uh we did run out. Um, but we just opened up a few more slots. So, if you looked and you couldn’t find the right time or or or whatever or even if you initially maybe got rejected or whatever, maybe just pay attention to your answers a little bit more. And we did open up a few more slots. So, go ahead and check that out.
[clears throat]
Uh, Muhammad said, “Can I do YouTube in this manner without any investment?” Absolutely. Of course. Just just attend my free trainings, look at my free content on YouTube, and you can uh take action on that.
[clears throat]
Dina, second time I booked a call, but I really hope they call the correct phone number and not be dyslexic. Uh, do you know who you booked a call with, Dina? What the name of the consultant is? Bet. Not able to copy the link. And by the way, guys, uh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Just make sure you after you book, make sure you follow the directions. It’s very, very important that you follow the directions. Okay. Read the page after you book. Okay. The thank you page. read that and follow the directions on that page. So, let me let me just kind of show you guys what I mean here. Okay, this thank you page that pops up. Do not just ignore this. Okay, there there’s a reason why we have this page. There’s a reason why there’s a big stop sign right here and and a big banner across the top that says important. Do not close this. So, there’s going to be two different ones here. Uh you’ll get one of these two. [snorts] And you know this one, for instance, you want to obviously watch the video, right? It’s only about 28 seconds for this one. Um, and then you want to make sure to follow the directions right under this. And then make sure you check out all these different results that we’ve gotten for a bunch of different people. Right. So, uh, by the way, some of the people on this page do not make their results public um because they don’t they don’t want us to put their results in our marketing material, which we respect. But they said that it’s okay for us to reveal the results like on the thank you page for people or for people who have joined the program. Right? So some of the people on this page, they don’t reveal themselves publicly, but they made it okay for uh uh for us to put the uh results on the uh thank you page. Okay. So just as an example, Laura here uh and by the way, you’re going to watch these and you’re going to relate to a bunch of them. Okay? So, there’s going to be something about one or many of these case studies that you’re going to relate to. So, Laura, for instance, is from Germany. If you’re sitting here wondering, hey, can I make this work in Europe? Yes, absolutely can. If you’re sitting here wondering, hey, can I make this work in a foreign language? Yes, you absolutely can. Right? So, you’re going to you’re going to relate to this. And then she got 10 coaching clients from YouTube. Okay? 10 paying clients. This is a brand new channel and a brand new business. And she got 10 paying coaching clients. And she’s under 5,000 subscribers. And these are high ticket coaching clients. Um, here’s nurse Jen. Uh, so she almost immediately make over six $6,000 a month from YouTube basically in the first like month or two. Um, [clears throat] and she was able to quit her job because of that. Cheryl was stuck under 50 subscribers for years. Now has 9,000 plus brand deals here. There was there was one I was going to look at here. Let me see here. Oh yeah. So Tiffany for instance, she sells physical products, right? So if you’re wondering, hey, can I sell physical products on YouTube? Well, here’s an example of someone who does that, right? So the point is, you’re going to see a bunch of different examples of people in different backgrounds, uh different types of people, um you know, from different countries in in different niches, different industries, etc., etc., uh different niches selling, you know, the different types of products, etc. Some of these you’re going to relate to, right? like something about this is going to make you relate to it. So definitely check out all these. It’s going to inspire and motivate you and you’re going to see what’s what you know what’s possible and it might help you pick your niche as well, right? Cuz these are a bunch of different case study examples. So definitely watch all these. Uh same thing on this one. The video’s a little bit longer, 10 minutes. Um but and then you want to follow these steps. This one also has more FAQs. So frequently asked questions. You can check out these videos. These are FAQ videos. And then uh it has directions as well. So, make sure you follow these directions after you book two. Okay? So, very, very important that you do that. If you follow those directions, it’s almost impossible for you to not like if you actually watch the video and you follow the directions, it’s almost impossible for you to like miss your call or something like that because everything is there. Everything is there. Additionally, we send you emails as well that have these directions on them, too. So, you want to read those emails, too. All right. Um, let’s see. I have received the email confirmation. Thank you. Awesome, Samuel. Good stuff. [clears throat] Vanessa, how do we know if we’re consulting with Shane 101? So, uh, of of course the call will not be with me. It’ll be with one of my representatives, my um, consultants. With that being said, the one-on-one YouTube niche breakthrough call with me, that is going to be randomized, okay? But the sooner you sign up, the higher the chance you get to actually land that. And if you’re watching this right now, you have a very very high chance of actually landing that call. Okay? So, sign up right now if uh if you can, but they will let you know uh probably within the next month or so who who won this won the spot. Frank, does my location prohibit my electability uh or eligibility? I’m thinking maybe. Um I don’t think so. I don’t think your location would prohibit that. Um
With that being said, let’s just say you have a n let’s just say you have like an uh you know if if you have a certain phone number, you probably want to put your more westernized phone number. Uh that possibly could uh change the eligibility stab status. I’m not I’m honestly not 100% sure, but like let’s just say you have like a phone number from the US and you have a second phone number because you’re I don’t know you’re in India or something like that. probably want to use the US phone number. Um uh that that’ll be that’ll be better. Okay, because we we don’t even have like Yeah, it’s it’s complicated. Um Siobhan, do you recommend starting an LLC before starting the YouTube channel? Well, listen, I’m not a lawyer. I’m not your lawyer. I’m not your accountant. I’m, you know, I’m none of those things. Okay? What I what I can tell you, so I can’t give you legal advice, okay? What I can tell you is that probably 99% of YouTubers do not start an LLC before starting a YouTube channel. Um LLC is something that you really want to do after you’re already making money. Okay? Um because that you have nothing. With that being said, there are exceptions. If you’re from, let’s just say you’re from a very rich family or something, and let’s just say you’re making very controversial content where you’re calling people out and they could potentially like sue you or something, you probably want to make an LLC right away. Okay? But that is a very rare case. Um, and again, 99% of people uh don’t make an LLC before they make money on YouTube. And then once they start making money, that’s when they make the LLC. Sherry, I have a do-it-yourself channel. Do you work with accountants? Uh, do you work with accounts that have been dormant for years or months?
Absolutely. We’ve helped um basically resuscitate many, many different channels. Um, that is definitely something that we can help you with 100%. We’ve helped resuscitate a bunch of different channels.
Frank, does my location prohibit me? Nope. Uh, let’s see. Uh, niche validator above you and below you. Scroll up. Scroll down.
Salvador booked Shane. Thank you. Awesome. Kirk, can you post the niche validator again? Scroll up, scroll down, Kirk. It’ll be there. Promise. Eugene, well explained. Awesome. Glad you like it. Scott, I see it. Good stuff. Joe, thanks. Shane, much appreciated. You got it, Joe. My pleasure. Um, Jeremiah, please. How do I get the niche validator? Uh, by the way guys, uh, gosh.com/coaching. Like I said, we did open up a few more spots. Uh, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. We did open up a few more spots. So, so check that out. Um, if you, uh, basically tried to sign up before and you couldn’t find a spot, we did open up a few more. Dena Tim Casey. Okay. None of the Okay. So, Tim Casey. Yeah. Yeah. He’ll definitely call you. And if he if for whatever reason he doesn’t call you or it doesn’t work out, email supportshainhumus.com and we will one we’ll we’ll follow up with you. That’s supportainhomemus.com.
David, none of the available times work for me. Uh David, email supportainhomeus.com and we’ll try to accommodate you. Allan, conservatively speaking, how long does it take people to start creating videos after starting your course? Oh, we get people started right away. That’s one of the first things we do is we get you to take action right away. So like the first video we we’re trying to get you to post that almost immediately after starting the course like within the first like few days or few week few days or a week. Um because we we really like taking action is extremely important. Uh what a lot of people do is they’ll just get we you know analysis paralysis they just overthink things. Um, [clears throat] and the thing is is you can’t really like we have the best information in the world in our course and our program. But the thing is is you’re not going to become an expert at anything by just reading about it or watching videos on it. It’s kind of like think of anything else that you’ve ever gotten good at in your life. Basketball, playing an instrument, whatever. Did you become an expert about it just by watching basketball videos and not actually doing it or watching instrument videos? No. you watch the videos and then you actually apply the videos, right? Um, and then you probably also were in a group of other people that were doing the same thing. You had people that were on your level, people above your level, uh, people mentoring you like teachers, uh, coaches, etc. And that is a ecosystem that just makes it incredibly easy to have success. you know, a lot of c a lot of countries, for instance, they’re starting to, you know, basically create an ecosystem because they want to win the World Cup, right? So, they’re starting to create an ecosystem to train soccer players to get as good as at soccer as possible. And, you know, so they’re creating these types of things. And that’s what we’ve done with YouTube is we’ve created this ecosystem that just makes it as easy as possible for you to succeed on YouTube. Uh, there are zero calls with with me, Ryan. Nobody, not a single person is going to get a call with me for this initial call. So, you said you’re you’re with Jose. The zero zero people are going to get calls with me. I don’t take any of the initial calls. So, I’m of course I’m only going to talk to people who are already in my clients. You you can’t talk to me until you’re already a client. So, this this is to see if you’re a good fit to work with us. And just to be very clear, guys, just to set the set the stage here, um we only accept about 18% of people who apply historically. Usually it it it’s probably going to be less than that now. We haven’t done the numbers in a while, but I would imagine it’s probably a lot less than that now. But yeah, 18% of people who apply historically, we accept. Um and uh yeah, we can only handle, you know, a certain amount of people at a time. We have 20 people working on the program, right? Uh it’s very expensive. I have a very expensive payroll, millions and millions of dollars a year. Uh 20 people working on the program. And um uh you know we can only work with so many people and we only like to bring people on that we’re very confident that we can get results for. Okay. So this is to apply to see if you’re a good fit to work with us. You will get value from the call. So click the link in the description in the pin or uh uh in the in the chat. Go to.com/coaching. Scan that QR code. You will get value from the call. Uh with that being said, no promises that we’ll give you an offer to work with us. So, this is the purpose of this call is to see if we’re good fit to work together. You’re going to get value from it. Um, but that’s the purpose of the call. [clears throat] How do I copy the link in chat GPT? Just click, you just got to click on the link. That’s it. You just got to click on it. That’s it. Um, Stephen, I’m waiting for this to end so that I can complete that. You You can just complete it right now, Stephen. No worries. Go ahead and click on it right now and complete it. Vanessa, how much are the packages to work with CGE? Already answered that question earlier. You can watch the replay if you need to. Is it a zip file? No, it’s not. You just got to click on it. That’s it. Dina, I’ve already booked another call with uh Alli, I’m crossing my fingers that they will call the correct number. Chris, I need a niche validator pro from the link in chat, but the email link from my booking confirmation sent me a link to hidden niche fighter 2.1 which is the newer fuller one.
I see a niche.
Uh, hey guys, m this message from Chris, make sure you screenshot that and take action on that. Send it to the right person to take action on that. It seems like there’s some kind of messed up thing with the emails. Okay. Um, so yeah, make sure you take action on that. Stephen, look look into that. Okay. Uh, yeah, the the one that we have in the chat should be the newest one. Claire, not able to book a call. Calendar on app not working. Um, it might just be that we don’t have any calls left. I think that I think that might might be it. Let’s take a look here. [clears throat]
Yeah. Yeah, we are. It’s possible that we just ran out of calls on on that end. Um, you know, we we have two different calendars. Uh, we we probably ran out of calls on on one of them. But yeah, guys, um few more a few more minutes left before I leave. Um go ahead and book your call. Um go to.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. Um probably one of the last times I’ll say it and then I’m I’m going to be heading out here in about 10 minutes or so.
Okay.
Okay,
cool. Got my call booked. Awesome, Elias. Good stuff.
[clears throat]
[sighs and gasps] Uh Bruce is asking about whether moving to South America in a couple of months will affect his YouTube channel. Um and he’s moving from Canada. No, it will not affect your YouTube channel. I have been traveling all over the world. I have uploaded videos from all over the world. It does not matter. I think there’s some other platforms where it might matter. I think on like Tik Tok it matters more. Uh, but right now on YouTube it does not matter. If for whatever reason it did start mattering, there’s there’s alternative ways to do it as well. First of first of all, you could have somebody else upload it. Second of all, you could upload it from um a VPN or a virtual computer. Um, so it would be very easy to overcome. This is something that if it did start mattering, all of the social media management platforms would cook that into their existing tech stack as well. So overall, it’s definitely not something to worry about. Bruce Dane, I booked my call and we of course we’d help you, you know, set that up, right? No, no problem whatsoever. So yeah, really, really good question, Bruce. Uh, niche validator link, please scroll up and scroll down. Dane, booked the call. Awesome. Nicole, thanks. Have a good night. You got it, Nicole. Lacy, I’ve heard some people choose to get an umbrella policy instead of LLC’s. Um yeah, you well that’s an insurance policy and that is something you can get as well.
Lori booked. Awesome. Eugene, thank you for these links. You got it. Eugene Kim, great. Booked in. Thank you. Awesome. Kim Todd, is it better to try to reboot an existing channel or start with something new? I would say if you have an existing channel, go ahead and just use that one. Um, because there’s going to be people on there that recognize you from before. Even if you only have like, you know, 50 or few hundred subscribers, like there’s going to be people that recognize you from before and they’re going to be like, “Oh, I wonder how that person’s doing.” It’s almost like seeing an old friend, right? Like imag like you haven’t seen somebody for like 5 10 years. You run into them at the grocery store. You’re like, “Oh my goodness, I haven’t seen you in so long.” You know, it’s the same thing on YouTube. Dan Shane, I think your brother knows my cousin at Hellwig. Oh wow, that’s cool. Nice. Small world. Small world. Very cool. Um Jo Scheduling with Ali. Thanks a lot.
Crystal, the niche calculator didn’t upload into the chat that I got. I have a paid version.
[clears throat]
Uh, as long Yeah, you just need to be logged in. That’s it. As long as you’re logged in, you should be good, Crystal. Um, David, still nothing in my availability time. Uh, go ahead and, uh, message support.com. We can try to, uh, reach out, uh, to you and, uh, lock something in. Um, we do typically recommend uh, first world countries, guys, for for this. Now the the tech the the tactics and the strategies will probably work in non- first world countries but generally speaking we recommend using this in like in first world countries because uh or targeting people from first world countries. Okay. Uh because of the fact that um they have disposable income. [clears throat] And of course, it’s a heck of a lot easier to make a channel for somebody in a first world country if you are from a first world country, right? Because people, you know, they will just relate to you more and you’ll understand them better. James, really appreciate how open you are and willing to say what it is. Awesome, James. My pleasure, Stephen. It’s actually really good to hear. Good stuff. Not sure which one you’re talking about, but uh lots of people still here. Nice. Nice.
Good stuff. Lots of people still here. I like it. I like it. Damian said that for us. Nice. Um, Anna, thank you so much, but need to sleep. Totally understand, Anna. All good. All good. Bruce, chatbt needs to open when you click on the link. Uh, just just make sure that you guys are logged into chat GBT before you click on the link and it should work just fine.
Yeah. And just use the link in the chat for sure. Yep, it works. Jeff, thanks CG Teams. Thanks, Shane. You got it, Jeff. My pleasure. Uh, Elias, I’m using the validator pro right now, so all is good.
Uh, Pete, I work 14 to 15 hours a day. Scheduled the last appointment on the 29th, 7:00. Was that EST? I don’t recall.
scheduled on the 29th. Uh just read your read your emails, Pete. Why why would why would we need to remind you? Just read your emails like like we should like it should be in your email. It should be in your email and there should be a thank you page and there should be a calendar like it like you there should be ability for you to add it to your calendar. [cough and clears throat]
uh EV registrant. Thanks. Uh call booked. We’ll refine thinking before then. Uh if you have any issues though, Pete, just uh email supportainhomeus.com. Make sure you send them the email that you signed up with and the name and your name that you signed up with as well, okay? And we should be able to help you. But um yeah, I mean just just check your email. It’s it’s like it’s that simple. All the information will be in your email. EV uh EV registrant. Thanks. Uh call booked. Will refine thinking before then. Awesome. EV gym. Both links work for me. Thank you. I look forward to the call. Party on Wayne. Is anyone partying? Party on Wayne. What is Wayne?
[clears throat] I feel like that’s a in insider uh thing that I don’t get. Um but yeah, guys, go to go to shanehumus.com/coaching. Scan that QR code. Click the link in the chat if you want to uh talk to a YouTube expert. Okay. Um Stephen, thanks Shane. I appreciate you. You got it, Stephen. My pleasure. Al, appreciate you as well. Alex, I have multiple ideas and I speak two languages. Will the call help with that? Absolutely. Yeah. A lot of the time people actually dial in their niche on the call itself. They either pick their initial niche or they dial in their niche if they already have one, but they kind of want to figure out how to position it correctly. they dial that in on the call. So, definitely something that we help with. A lot of people just get that dialed in on the call. And we kind of do want to see what niche that you’re in. And we know that if you pick the right niche, then chances are, you know, you’re going to be able to make money right away. And that’s going to uh increase our chances of accepting you into the program, right? So, don’t really worry too much about the the pricing. it it’s more about seeing if you’re a good fit to work with us because we can figure out the the payment stuff. Um
if we think you’re a good fit. Got it going. The niche generator money. Awesome. Yolanda, can you please drop the links to the validators again, please? I switch devices because Oh, good. Yep, we got it right there. Um Lacy, I booked a call but can’t find the niche finder tool you were talking about. Just scroll up, scroll down, Lacy. We We’ve posted it probably 20 times now. Yeah. Guys, few more slots left. Go. Scan that QR code. Click the link in the chat. Guys, there is no reason to not book a call. And by the way, I’m actually curious. Um you guys comment uh comment uh if you’re if you aren’t booking a call, if you’re on the fence, comment why you’re not booking a call. Okay? So, let’s put a little line here and comment why you’re not booking a call. What what if you’re on the fence? you’re you’re thinking about doing it but you’re not quite sure. Go ahead and tell me why. Uh Don, thank you Shane for your valuable time. Awesome. Don, my pleasure. Tomu, please drop the niche validator. Just scroll up, scroll down, you’ll see it. Um Bruce, oh that is great to know. Thanks for that answer. Have a great evening. Love the content. You got it, Bruce. My pleasure. Brian, do these work on Android? I believe Chachbt worked on it. Yeah, it should work on anything. Absolutely. Just make sure you’re already logged in before you click on the link. Um, good stuff. Okay, thanks. You got it, Todd. My pleasure. Hoey booked. Awesome. Huie, good stuff. Dane, dude. Uh, chatbt link is not working. Came up as what? Came up as malware. What are you talking about? I think you you probably have a one of those weird blockers that just thinks everything is is malware. Uh, it’s ChatGBT is not malware. It’s it’s Chat GBT. It’s like one of the biggest companies in the world. So, um, [clears throat and cough]
uh, Stanley, thank you so much. It was a pleasure. Look forward to my call. Have a wonderful evening. Awesome. Stanley, you as well. Brenda, most personal umbrella policies are not eligible if you’re a recognized figure or celebrity. So, you need to get business umbrella or EMO insurance. Yeah. So, basically the umbrella insurance if you’re going to be calling people out and [snorts] kind of um that type of channel, you probably want to get more of an umbrella insurance policy. Again, I’m not a lawyer. I’m not an accountant. I’m not a financial adviser. I cannot give you legally like law advice, right? So, seek your own uh legal counsel. Uh but with that being said, generally speaking, the umbrella insurance, that’s what people get if they’re planning on kind of like calling out other people. Um uh so yeah. Uh so an example of that would be I don’t know if you guys know Meet Kevin, but when he first started his channel, he was calling out uh a lot of uh a lot of people on that on that channel. Um like Grant Cardone and and all kinds of people like that. Crystal was told I do not have access uh to go interactions. I have basic $20 account. No, no, no, no. $20 account is totally fine. Just make sure you’re logged in. That’s the biggest thing, guys. Most of you who are having issues, you’re probably just not logged in tot. Make sure you’re logged in before you click on the link. Same thing with Claude. Make sure you’re logged into Claude, too. Uh Muhammad, I have a question. Is the language your barrier may affect the success? Again, uh it’s worked in like eight different languages that we’ve tried. Uh Arabic was one of the languages that it worked in. Um but you’re going to want to pick a first world country. So, whatever language it is, you want to be serving a first world country because they have this thing called disposable income. And so, they will, you know, you generally speaking, you want to serve first world countries because they have uh you know, they they have the money to actually solve their problems. Lacy question on chat GBT [clears throat]
engine promps. Use the train. Uh just just talk to it. It’ll it’ll tell you what to do. Lacy. Yeah. You don’t you don’t have to be trained on any engine stuff or anything like that. Stephen, uh that you don’t just accept anyone. Yeah. Yep. 100%. Yep. we we uh you know we have so many people that want to join from YouTube that we’re able to be very picky about who we accept in and that’s why we get such great results because we can be super picky about who joins the program. Um and then of course if we’re super picky about who joins the program, we know that we can have people join that are going to be a good fit to work with us and we’re going to, you know, get them great results. So Lisa, I’m still waiting to schedule my appointment. Awesome. Good stuff, Lisa. Um, that’s that’s why you’re you’re not joining right now. Okay.
Uh, Amanda, are millennial moms a good audience for employment wealth creation or is that too narrow? Um, interesting. I think like moms maybe would be good. Um,
yeah. Like, yeah, I think moms would probably be a good one. Um, millennial moms seems that seems a bit unnecessary. Like, I wouldn’t it it might be your target demographic, but I wouldn’t like say millennial moms, if that makes sense. You know what I mean? Uh, hope hopefully that makes sense. That might be your target demo, but but I wouldn’t say it out loud. I just like the thing that I would say out loud is moms. Michael Wayne’s World. Ah, Wayne’s World. I think that’s a Yeah, I think that’s a movie, right? Yeah. So, is this like the like the anniversary of the movie or something? I’m guessing. Yeah. Katie booked with Tanner. Looking forward to the conversation. Awesome. You’re in good hands. Tanner’s great. Uh, good stuff. Yeah, Wayne’s World. I’ve seen the movie. It’s good. It’s a good movie. It’s a good movie reference. James, old movie. Wayne’s World. It’s a movie called Wayne’s World. Yep. Viva, lol. Old SNL skit that was turned into a movie. Nice. I actually didn’t know it was an SNL skit first. That’s That’s wild. I didn’t know that. Will recording be available? Yes. Only for the people who actually are here right now. We will we will send the recording out. Um Greg, a movie reference Wayne’s World. Yep. Good stuff. Shane, thank you. Have an amazing day, everyone. You got it, Shane. Uh you have an amazing day as well. Kirk Wayne’s World. Nice. Alexander, I dialed mine in with the validator. Uh Mon’nique, both links worked for me. Call booked. Appreciate it. Looking forward to the call. Awesome, Monique. Good stuff. And by the way, guys, go. Scan that QR code. Click the link in the chat. This might be the last time that I say it, guys. Uh, I’m probably going to be heading out here in a moment, but yeah, thanks again, Shane and crew. You got it, John. My pleasure. Veim, thank you for the opportunities, motivation, the niche, skill downloads. Uh, great call, Shane. Awesome. Vadem, my pleasure, Lori. Thank you. Hopefully, this will help. You got it, Lori. My pleasure. Sherry, thank you. Looking forward to the call in the morning. having a slight issue opening the niche form. Uh just make sure you’re logged into whichever one it is, the niche validator or the uh uh like chat or the cloud, make sure you’re logged in first, then click on it and it should be good to go. With that being said, save the link for later. Make sure you copy and paste that link and save it for later so you don’t lose it uh for what for whatever reason. Make sure you save that link for later cuz cuz if you lose it, you lose it, right? Um, Pia, will it work for other languages than English in the niche validator pro? Uh, yeah, it should it should work for other languages as well, Pia. Yep. Ike, uh, please, I have booked my call, but you are saying scan the barcode. I’m confused. What’s that for? You’re all good if you booked your call. You’re all good, Ike. All good. Alexander, uh, specify essentially. Yep. Lacy, how often do you run these intro calls? I have a friend who I think would also be interested in this. Um, we we [clears throat] do run them pretty pretty often and what basically we have a certain amount of people that we can onboard at a time and it’s it’s a small amount, right? Cuz we this is one-on-one. It’s a pretty intensive so it’s only a small amount of people at a time. Uh, but yeah, once you join the program, you uh, you know, you can actually become part of our referral program. So, we don’t really allow people to refer unless they’re already a part of the program just cuz again, we want to remain really exclusive and we and we want to get the right people, but that’s something you can talk about with your coach. There is a referral program and there are some kind of bonuses and incentives to referring people as well. So, just ask ask about that once you’re inside the program. Alex, thanks. This was awesome. And yeah, we have actually had like a whole group of ladies, for instance, take the program all together. We’ve had that happen before. Um because that’s fun, right? You can you can take the program with a bunch of your friends. Of course, you do all have to pay separately. If there’s separate channels, you have to pay separately. Um but yeah, that can that’s we’ve had that several times before and uh yeah, it can be good. Alex, thanks for this. Awesome. Got the niche generator going on both apps. Awesome, Alex. Anna, what does that mean? Dial it in. Well, some people think they have their niche, Anna, but they it’s not niche enough or it’s not specific enough or um you know, you’re not targeting the right type of person with it, etc., etc. So, again, I help X do Y by Z. That’s the niche uh hypothesis statement. That’s how we help you dial it in because some people think they know what their niche is, but they really don’t. They really don’t know what their niche is. So, we help them dial their niche in.
Yep. Specify the niche. Yep. Okay. So, if you already tried to book and you got rejected, the two reasons that you might get rejected are one, because you say that you don’t want to start right away, or two, if you say you have absolutely no money to get started. There is a startup cost to this, right? And I told you guys what the price is, and there’s a there’s a little bit of a startup cost. So, you do have to say that you you know, you have some money to get started, right? And that’s that’s the system. Basically, they just analyzed a bunch of data and the calls that were not a good fit to work with us. They the certain questions were answered and those, you know, it just automatically does it. There’s nothing we can really change at this point. It’s all set up automatically. Uh but with that being said, knowing that information, maybe you can try to sign up again. Anna, thank you. You got it. Anna, uh did a call before and not ready yet, but still listening. Awesome. Donna Vivia told me I wasn’t a good fit. That’s why I’m not booking. All good, Vivia. Like I said before, there’s a couple reasons why they do that. James, I don’t have clarity on what I would even do with YouTube, even though I’m interested. A All good, James. Uh John Anna, dial it in means hone in or fine-tune. Yes. Yep. Thank you guys for answering that. I appreciate it. Awesome, guys. So, uh one one last time very quickly again, guys, the thank you pages. I’m actually going to go ahead and copy and paste these thank you pages in here. So, if for whatever reason you did not uh save your thank you page, I just copied and pasted it into the chat right now. So, um you know, c like save that and and again go over these thank you pages, go over all the awesome examples at the uh at the bottom. Additionally, you’re going to see a lot of great case studies, a lot of great examples. Additionally, make sure you follow the instructions as well. Follow the instructions here at the top. very very important that you actually follow the instructions guys and watch the video too. It’s a 10-minute video. Then there’s some other FAQs if you have any specific questions. They’ll probably answer these. Um, you know, I don’t have the time. For instance, this is a common question that a lot of people have. You know, how much time is it going to take? Right? So, watch that video if that’s a question that you have. Okay? Um, so very important that you go over those thank you pages. Um, and uh I just put it in the chat just in case. Um, so you can you can check that out. Additionally, um there uh here is the uh apply for the one-on-one YouTube coaching. I just put that in the chat as well. If for whatever reason you wanted to, for instance, let’s say you you didn’t want to miss a second. You just you think I’m so handsome that you just don’t want me to be off the screen for a single second while you’re booking your call and but you’re going to book it right after uh I get off or whatever. I’m kidding obviously, but you’re going to book it right after I get off. Um here is the link for that. Apply to the oneonone YouTube coaching. Make sure you copy and save that on your computer or on your phone or whatever. Uh maybe you’re driving, maybe you’re just busy with something else right now. You’re you’re doing the dishes and your hands are, you know, uh all soapy or whatever, so you can’t so you can’t book. Okay, go ahead. You can screenshot [clears throat] this one right here. Then you can just scan the QR code later on. Uh or uh you can just get that uh link right there. Apply for the one-on-one YouTube coaching. I just put that in the chat and just save that and then you’ll be able to apply right after the call. With that being said, guys, I am going to head off now. Thank you so much. Had a great uh time with you guys. Um looking forward to working with some of you as well. And uh have a good one. Thank you so much, guys. Cheers. Take care. And I’ll see you guys later. Take care, guys. Bye. Thanks so much. Uh thanks, Frank. Thanks, uh Monnique. Thanks, Matt. Thanks, Stephen. Uh, Lacy, [clears throat] uh, Ari, John. Uh, thanks guys. Have a good one.
