% for free that you can create unlimited viral shorts whether it’s for YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, wherever you desire. And the beauty here is you’re never staring at a blank screen. I’m going to give you a custom GPT that you can use for free. Yes, it works for free chat GP accounts as well that you can literally copy and paste your way to creating viral videos that is unique to you, customized for you, personalized for you. And the beauty here is that you’re never staring at a blank screen where even if you don’t know what to do, you can just give an example video and then it will take the stylistic elements, the choices of the ambiance and the characters and all that and creates a brand new video that is unique and that is also having the greatest copyrightiting hooks and everything built in that I created for you. It all can be done 100% for free with no monthly fees, no credits, any of none of that hidden upsells and uh hidden credits and throttling that happens with other AI tools. All you need is video express.ai and you can create unlimited videos like this. Again, without any hidden credits. That is super powerful. So, let me show you exactly how to build this entire workflow. Let me also show you some examples and we’ll go from there. You can see the video in your head, but making it real that can feel like a second job.

Adscape butt idea. It’s the scripting, shooting, re-shooting, and editing standing between you and the finished video.

Describe the story, the format, the pacing, and how I wanted every scene to feel. The video scene by scene, a new character every 10 seconds with one story flowing through every transition.

Change a line, adjust a shot, refine the emotion. You keep creative control without rebuilding the whole production.

And that you mount believing it trapped in your head. Make it real with video express.ai.

5 miles later. Lightweight, no chafing, full range of motion. Honestly, the best run shorts I’ve worn. Video Express got it right. The best part, I forgot I was wearing them. No stopping, no adjusting. I could just run.

5 miles later. Lightweight, no chafing, full range of motion. Honestly, the best run shorts I’ve worn. Video Express got it right. The best part, I forgot I was wearing them. No stopping, no adjusting. I could just run. No sound. Can you hear me now? You should be able to see it. Got muted there for a sec. And then let me adjust this a little bit here. Like so. So you can see this. Okay, you should be able to hear now. Okay. So let me remove this and then let me share my screen so you can see it. Let’s share the screen here. All right. Cool. All right. Excellent. So basically um here if you go into this screen right here like so uh that’s going to be the link. I’ll put the link up. you’re going to see this workflow. Okay. So now what I did here basically is when you look at it from a simpler standpoint. Basically what I did is one of the biggest issues that people have is when they look at a video, let’s say an example video like the ones I shared with you and stuff like that. The major issue is hey how do I create something that could go viral or how do I create the elements that are within video express that I can utilize? And that’s where people get stuck because often times I see this where the part you get stuck on is, hey, I want consistent character to do 10 minutes straight up, but why? What’s going to make it exciting? Okay, I want this one person talking at length for 1 hour. Why? Okay, because the idea here is that what gets results is not what exactly what you think. There’s a lot of editing and some elements of copyrightiting hooks and stuff that go beyond it. And that’s what I’ve done with this workflow, okay? because you want to use AI for your benefit, not just to push it to the maximum and then watch it fail. Whether you’re going to use the greatest and most expensive AI tool out there or the cheapest and most least expensive, irrelevant, what’s the output it generates is exactly what we need to do. Okay. So, when you go into this page which saysexpress.ai/workflow, you’re going to see this particular link which says build with GPT. Okay. This one right here. So what I did here is I created an entire chat GPD system that can do two things. One is it can take a YouTube video that you saw that was kind of exciting or whatever and generally what it will do is it’s going to create the prompts for that to recreate that video but making it unique with its own copywriting elements and so on and so forth. Okay. So the element there that u you know you can uh think about behind the scenes the structure I’ll open up this thing you’ll see it is that it’ll take let’s say this is the viral shorts video right this is the page it’s going to go to that link that you see there okay and um then you can go there okay and effectively what you could do is from there you can effectively go to the next stage and actually get the entire uh structure of that video. Okay. So, is that clear? Like, does that make sense to you? Let me know. All right. Okay. Okay. All right. I’m seeing some people having some issues hearing. Let me kind of set this up a little second. All right. Cool. So, you should be able to hear me now. Okay. Sorry about the technical difficulties with these live streams. All right. Cool. So, let’s uh go in here. Anyway, in the replay, I’ll edit this whole thing out. Okay. So, it should not not be an issue. All right. Okay. So um all right so now basically let’s summarize the whole thing okay so that we can uh kind of get rolling here all right so basically if we kind of map this out okay so what I just uh am going to do so let’s start from the beginning okay so that way we can kind of structure this whole thing and then I can edit the earlier parts where there were some issues and stuff like that so when you’re watching a replay you can see it much better all right so let me actually uh reload this whole setup for you so that for those who join in late as well, it could be of benefit cuz I didn’t want you to miss out on the uh earlier uh steps. All right. So, let’s do this right now and then I can uh play this thing for you as well and then I’ll show you how I created the whole sequence and stuff like that as well with the workflow and that sort of thing. Cool. All right.

I created a brand new workflow for you that is 100% for free that you can create unlimited viral shorts. Whether it’s for YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, wherever you desire. And the beauty here is you’re never staring at a blank screen. I’m going to give you a custom GPT that you can use for free.

All right. So, how do we create a structure like this? Okay. So first let me show you this so you can kind of understand in a visual manner what’s happening and then you’ll kind of give you a better understanding. All right. So in this video uh if I uh show you let me actually show you the actual video here so you can see it as well. Um and then you’ll understand how we are uh doing this properly. So there’s going to be multiple sequences in the video that are changing along the way. All right. So for example what’s happening here is that let me show you this example here. um for uh instance. So when we go into these videos, this were all created by video express by the way. So I’ll show you what was the unique thing throughout the process. And it’s each scene is becomes its own sequence. Okay, that’s the general idea. All right. So let me show you that right now. So let me pull that up so you can see it. All right, cool. So I’ll mute the audio so you can uh see it better. So all right. So okay, so what’s happening here? So you have one person let’s say speaker one is saying something right whatever the speech is this is pure text to video then it passes on something to the person here okay so this part is also clear right so this part that part is clear right and then the other thing that you’ll notice okay is that then she takes it she says something okay right see this takes it does it and Then basically, as you can see here, she’s going to again pass it on to this other person. Okay? And then the person is saying something. He’s doing something on the computer or whatever, right? And then, okay, watch what happens here. She’s again talking and again then she passes on to the other person. Okay? In this case, this other person is saying something and then okay. And then as you can see here the transition goes in and then it goes to the other person. Okay. So this is basically the workflow. Okay. And this is all done through text to video prompting within video express. Okay. So the idea is I created a workflow for this where you can take a YouTube video structure and be able to recreate some of these elements. Okay. And I will be editing this thing as time goes on as well in the next coming days to improve this further. But this is a starting point for you to get an understanding of how to go about doing this. This can be from an existing video. It can be a brand new video you create as well. Doesn’t really matter. You can do this. Okay. So, let me show you because how you ask it questions matters more um than what happens in the screen per se. Okay. So, let me share my screen here real quick. So, then you can um see this. Let me share and then you can uh All right. Let’s see here. All right. So, in the page that you come in, uh the workflow page, okay, so I pull that up here. Okay. Is uh basically where the logic of this whole thing appears. Okay. So, you see this build with the GPT. So, when we click here is what I did the GPT. And of course, I’m going to be making it better and better with time. So, the logic behind this is that to create a scroll stopping video, you don’t need consistent character. You don’t need for example to have uh one person talking for like hours at the length. You don’t need all these things. What matters is is the video captivating or not. Correct? In that structure that you saw, it was four or five different people talking in each scene, but each scene had relevance throughout where the what they were talking about the script made sense. Correct? So that’s exactly what we want to achieve. The biggest mistake people make and I’ve seen this so many times is that obviously they’re like I have video express but I don’t know where to begin is the first question. The second question is where do I go in to actually create videos that can actually pop at these uh platforms where they use seed dance 2.0 or 2.5 whatever which cost $4 every 10second video and you’re going to be spending $400 and you’ll still not be satisfied because that video isn’t going to get you any results. Okay. And with V Express, there’s no hidden credits or monthly fees or anything. So, literally, you’re able to create what you desire without being worried about the costs involved. Right? Imagine you created a video, you’re not satisfied. $50 in credits got wasted and now you got to restart again from scratch. Everything that you did was unusable. And this is the issue with every single platform out there. That’s what makes Video Express very special. Okay? And for whatever reason I see people understand the value of it will get it is that we do it at such low margin to pass on all the savings to that’s almost like a gift that we give to people as the greatest charity we can ever do is not just talking about how great we are but actually pass on all the savings to you that does through optimizations servers that we have um and all the skills that we’ve had here. You’re not just like a rapper like some of these companies where all they do is they just take a seed dance API, push it to you and then put a markup on top, right? And ultimately even that is not enough if you don’t have a proper workflow to structure it. Okay, so that’s the general idea of it. Okay, so this is the u general setup. So now, so let me go in here and just say build with GPT.

Make it give a YouTube video and it can structure it. Or you could even say, okay, I want to create a video uh that will show the let me zoom this in a bit. Okay, power of video express app. Uh generate me six scenes of 10 seconds each. Okay, with text to video prompts, right? This is the general structure and um and then um with a cohesive story, right? So now what happens is that it’s going to go ahead and it can do that for you right out of the gate. You see this clip one, the problem, clip two, clip three, clip four, clip five, and on and on. Correct? This is one way. The other way you can do is you can take an existing video and you can get it to do that as well, which I’ll show you as well right now. But the cool thing I’ll show you is you can go here, right click and copy. I’ll show you some new updates we made as well cuz we fixed uh one of the issues was sometimes subtitles come into the videos in uh video express. We fixed that issue uh recently just I think yesterday or so. You should see it. So all you’re going to do is you’re going to go into text to video. Okay. And you’re going to come here and then you’re going to click on this. Okay. You’re going to go click on vertical 9×6. Okay. And you’re going to click here and you’re going to click on advanced right here. And then you’re just going to paste that prompt because the advanced prompt is everything is doing everything for you, right? You don’t have to really worry uh about anything. It does all the work for us. You can even click on the advanced mode and enhance the prompt if you desire. That’s optional. I mean really up to you. So let’s create video. While this is getting created, what I want you to do is uh just understand right that one of the cool things we did as well is that uh you can go in and you can literally do this process at a next level. So let me show you that as well. So while this is uh getting loaded and I can kind of show you these uh things behind the scenes. So effectively we are using the text to video and then we’re copy and pasting these things to work alongside each other. Okay, is that cool? So what I’m going to do is as well a new update we’re working on. I’ll show you as well kind of secret uh for express cuz I have a special account that I’ll show you this uh with. And uh while this is uh loading I want to show you this as well. Just give me a sec here. Um uh so um and uh the idea here is very simple. Okay, always remember when we are trying to create videos with this stuff, the structure matters more than anything else. Okay, so the idea will always be that when we are trying to create these things, we want to make sure that every scene is cohesive to each other. Like clip one here is cohesive to clip two is cohesive to clip three and on and on and on. Right? So because when we paste it, it’s just not like you’re pasting some random thing that makes no sense, right? Does that make sense? So, we just go in and we create something right out of the gate. So, uh that’s the basic idea of what we’re trying to achieve here. So, I’m just going to copy paste all of these into my So, I have my video express account here, right? So, I’m just going to copy paste all of these into my video express account like so. Paste and then come back here. Copy, right? And then paste on and on and on, right? You get the point, right? So, and then what happens is even though it’s text to video only. Okay. Um, basically the idea is that just it’s going to do a much more cohesive front. And as I mentioned before, you can do it landscape, you can do vertical, you can do whatever you want. Okay. Uh, in this particular case, I’m doing landscape uh landscape videos. So, you takes me like a couple of seconds, right? And if you see the other um video that I did last week, you can even go a step further than that and really go um next step, right? See here it says dialogues are too long. Then you just put the advanced and just do the advanced prompt enhancement. It’s going to readjust the things for you. Okay. So actually this one I didn’t copy properly. Right click copy and then right click paste. Cool. And then let’s do that here. And then here as well. Okay. Right click copy. Boom. Paste. Okay. So what’s happening here in a nutshell uh behind the scenes what I’ll show you. And you can again do the same thing with this vertical shots here as well. this vertical thing that you see. Same logic applies here as well. Let’s do that too, by the way, so that I show you this workflow. Then I’ll show you how you can use an existing video as well to replicate some cool things that could uh make it really exciting as well for shorts mainly because shorts are under 60 uh seconds. You can really take it up a notch with it. So, let’s copy this. I’m doing vertical video as well, okay? Not just landscape, being vertical as well. And this is what I did with this uh GPT that you can get access to in that link that I showed you earlier, which is this link right here on the bottom. uh v expressworkflow. Okay, so um that’s the basic idea. All right, so now let’s just go in here, copy paste and on and on and on, right? So we just do it and all this is basically cohesively done on the topic at hand that I want to achieve. All right, so I’ll show you this as well uh in a sec. So like copy paste really not that hard, right? I mean doesn’t use much of a brain to copy paste stuff. All right, so what is happening behind the scenes that uh while these things are getting generated? I’ll show you. Uh see all these are being generated for me. Um so what is happening behind the scenes in reality is you see these things these things are being generated for me. Okay? Where all the sequences are being done like so. And I’ll show you the uh demonstration of this whole thing once it’s done. But the idea is that even though it’s not consistent character, it still generates videos that actually get attention for viral videos. Why? It’s extremely important you understand this because this is where people get confused and they don’t understand. So in a viral short scenario, okay, this is very important. In a viral short scenario, what matters is let’s say this is the timeline like so. If I uh put it up here. So let’s say this is um let’s say 10 seconds. Let’s say this is uh 20 seconds. Let’s say this is 30 seconds. And let’s say this is um let’s say 40 seconds and on and on. Correct? This right here, assuming this this is the video length, you need to get about 83% plus, okay, of people to watch the whole thing. Does that make sense? So, let’s say out of 100 people who come watch this thing, 83 people or more should watch the whole 40 seconds. So, the trick here is that as we add more elements into it, like different people, different environments and stuff, it makes this 10 seconds, right? like this element that you see here on the top like this stuff if I highlight it in a different color it’s going to make this 10 seconds more exciting and it’s going to look like the 20 seconds is a different video and on and on so this this rate of conversion it’s going to go up a lot more okay that’s the trick for shorts this is the best trick okay and you can do that with express like a piece of cake and the quality is insanely good so the trick is that you can do this with vertical you can do it with obviously shorts is vertical you can do it with um you know horizontal for like ads Right? Um, and you can do it with like areas where like the engagement, right, is very important. Okay? And this is what I like to explain to people is that if you’re hellbent on consistent character, that has a specific use case. Okay? Long form videos and stuff. For shorts, every video having a jump cut that goes into a different sequence, but what is being spoken in each of the scenes is cons consistent and cohesive, makes sense. Telling a story matters a lot more. Okay. So while this is our finishing I’ll show you once they’re done how they look like because at the end of the day then what we are doing effectively is that we are effectively creating something that is having those jump cuts like go back back back back back back back again and then it’ll make it more interesting more exciting does that make sense so this is what we are trying to achieve okay so again this also works with like uh videos right so for example I have like this video right here that you see on my screen while those other videos are generating I’ll show you uh then I’ll merge it together I’ll export it media express to show you how the videos look like. But anyway, so this was like a weight loss transformation video, right? So if we play it, it’s somebody who’s who lost a lot of weight here and so on. Amazing. Good. Awesome. So if we give this video and then if I give uh the same workflow like I’ll go back into this. Okay. I’ll go here and I’ll say build with GPT again. I come back here. Okay. Right. So now if I paste this YouTube video and I say create me um prompts to create you know let’s say uh 60 seconds um text to video prompts for video express let’s say right and and then we say recreate

since we’re not recreating this video likewise we’re going to confirm once yes okay because we’re not copying the video like we’re not like just downloading the video and uploading it again, right? So basically here you see this upload the clip, you can download this clip or you can upload it or you can even paste the transcript and so on and so forth. Okay, there’s two options here. So what happens with YouTube is it kind of does some blocking sometimes. So what I suggest you to do in cases like this where the YouTube video you’re not able to get um the the video itself let’s say uh because let’s say it gets blocked by Chad GPT or whatever. What you can do is basically look at this video and you can tell it okay where you’re going to tell it like this. Okay, so let me show you actually one sec. Um uh let’s see here. It’ll have a description. Every video has like some description elements here. Let me show you this and then you can see it. Okay, so weight loss transformation and motivation. The video is about that, right? So what we’re going to do is we’re going to go back. Okay, let me show you. And then we can uh do because we are trying to create this six clip sequence. Is that clear? That’s what we’re trying to do. So, we’ll say the video is about like this weight loss transformation and motivation. Okay. And then it’s going to do the rest for us. See this? Okay. Cool. And then it’s basically describing the whole frames. So, then I can just tell it like get me six scenes and the text uh to video prompts, right? Pretty straightforward, right? What I did here is because some people have like free accounts and stuff like that. But I I didn’t want to make it like super intelligent. I just want to make it simple. So then you see this it does this for me, right? And again the logic here, okay, is that you see I’m done making excuses and stuff. It does the work for us. Okay, so if we go back here to V Express, okay, and because a lot of the times it’s like about 10 seconds or so, right, that we can generate. So what we are trying to do is we go back here uh while those videos were generating go to create for AI uh and then you go to text to video advanced mode and right click and copy paste this I’d say put advanced mode to automatically enhance the prompt as well and put vertical make sure that it’s vertical thing is on okay because you want to create vertical videos for shorts right and then you can come up here and create video while this is getting created let me copy the other one and on and on right let me show you the logic behind it’ll make sense for you when you see the final output cuz right now it just feels like somebody’s just copy pasting something with no aim or vision, right? So then we come back here and then we uh go back here like so and then come back and then we paste it. Okay, so on and on, right? We can do this whole process throughout the process and then um and then uh get the output that we want. I’ll just do it for the sake of uh speed. I’ll quickly do these things and then I’ll merge them all uh together so you can see it what I’m doing effectively uh for you to copy paste it uh these things. So this vertical thing all the stuff is what matters here and then uh we’ll come back here and then we’re going to come here and then right click copy right click paste cool. All right excellent. So these things are getting done. So while these are getting done I want to show you where the logic behind media express comes comes into the picture. Okay extremely important and um that you kind of work with this. Okay. So that we can kind of play around with this very very important. Let let me explain this. Okay. So we go to my videos. See these videos are being generated. Correct? So what you could do is twofold. So one is I have if you see here carefully I have vertical 9×6 and then landscape 16×9 on the top. Correct? I just have to drag and drop it in the timeline to what I want to achieve. So for example this one is landscape. So this these variations. So I can go come here 1 2 uh come back here put this in 3 4 they all come in order basically right so five okay and then six okay this is like 60 seconds or so here or take um doesn’t have to be perfect but you get the point right now why do we need video express why can’t it do automatically because you need to crop certain things sometimes what happens is that if we go into the timeline here some of these ends right these things need to be cropped they don’t look sound that good and you want to make it cropping so the transition between sequences is really good okay we introduced a feature called fast cut you see this right here which kind of helps with it where it’s going to make the uh cut sequencing much easier when you apply the fast cut you see where it says uh use fast cut transitions between each uh clip so if you check this it’s going to simplify certain things that I showed you earlier but then you know I mean it’s a It’s a question of preference, right? And then you’re going to give it what track and then what effect you want. Rotation, right? It’s going to give you the previous like this, right? Rotation non-stop like so. And this solves that issue of that transition. Okay? And then I click on this and then boom. So in here, it’s going to get activated this element right here. Okay? You see this right here? And then that fast cut will allow the sequencing to be a lot more easier. So let me show you this so you understand. Okay? So, let’s uh let me uh export this and I’ll play this because some of you can’t hear it otherwise. I’ll say fast cut um uh video express example, right? Which I just showed you here. And then I’m going to export this. So now while this is being done, let’s also uh save this project and I’ll say um you know 16×9 fast cut video express, right? This is the video. Let’s say we do. And then what I’m going to do is I’m also going to do a new project. I’m going to do vertical because you see I remember I did the vertical uh sequences as well. Then I’ll do the weight loss one I just did as well because you’ll see how many I could do so quickly, right? That’s the beauty. So let’s go here and I’ll just go to um media library. All of them will appear under my media, my AI videos, correct? So there we go. And then um I’ll get to the other uh elements here. So if you remember it ended here. So then if I go here, this should be the vertical videos I created. Oh, this is not. Let me see which one was the vertical one. Yeah, this one from here on. Right. So, uh, because this is a live webinar, uh, and I don’t want sound to be do I’m not previewing it, otherwise it’s gonna echo. But let me play this. Right. I’m going to just drag and drop these vertical elements in here like so. Like so, like so. And sometimes they might need extra editing, right? Obviously. So, that’s why I try to make sure like uh some of these are like, you know, if there’s some any kind of uh issues that are there in text or whatever. One of the things we’re doing with text uh rendering issues is like we’re going to uh update next week our first frame last frame where if there’s any text that has to be visible the first frame last frame will fix that. That’s one of the things we’re excited about that’s going to come soon. Um anyway so this is the other one right and I think it should all be the verticals right? Yeah these. Okay so let’s say this is the vertical uh elements right again you can apply the fast cut but still don’t rely on the fast cut cuz AI is not perfect. That’s the whole point of a human being, right? Otherwise, you’re not going to add any value. Everybody’s going to do the same thing. There’s no creativity here, right? We’re going to make 80% AI to do 20% we want to add a little magic into the mix. So, again, we’re going to do the fast cuts. Okay, this one right here. And uh just make sure that even with fast cuts, you may have to crop certain things, okay? Uh when you’re previewing them, keep that in mind, okay? Even though fast cut will make the transition better, it it still will uh need to be set up. Okay? Again, fast cut is active here. How do you know it’s active? this little area right here, it’s going to be grayed out. Okay, then you know it’s active the fast cut transitions. Okay, this is one of the biggest requested things when you’re getting shorts. Hey, I want to do that fast cuts thing, right? So, um let me uh click on this and first let me save this thing and then we’ll export it. Uh save this thing. So, 9×6 Video Express example, let’s say. And you’ll see it won’t be perfect, but that’s the reason why we have an editor. No platform is going to ever be perfect even if 10 years down the line because what’s going to happen is you’re going to you’re competing against everybody else in the world you still want to make it a little bit unique right so uh anyway so go to my videos is that thing done let me just take a look okay not yet not yet we are having that exported video happening okay so yeah please be patient while we create your videos so this 56% being done right now one of the videos once that is done we can export this video as well in the cube all right so let’s save this one and then I’ll go open up a new project so So let’s save this. Go new one. And then what we can do here is basically I’ll I’ll uh do this weight loss one. Remember this one. So because I don’t want to make sure you don’t get too many things happening in your head. Remember this one where I said weight loss journey one. I made it create uh you know like the scripts for that. Remember I said give me six scenes the text to video prompts thing and it created this whole thing. So I copy pasted that. Right. So let’s do that video now. I’ll export that one as well. put it together while the other one is being finished. Okay. So, you can do multiple projects here, right? Because of that, um effectively so all the other magic is done behind the scenes, you know. So, let’s see here. Which one is this? Yeah, this one is good. And then, um I believe this one is the last one. Yeah. So, this one is where the project is

and stuff like that, too. All right. So then we’re going to save these um into the sequence and if there’s any other um variations. Okay, cool. Not this one. Probably this. Yeah, this one. This one is the first video in the sequence. Okay, so I’ll put this one here and I’ll drag these uh out of the way. And then uh this one will come first, let’s say. And then second uh would be this um this one right here. Okay. See, then we can just drag and drop these. This is why we need an editor framework. That’s why we’re so excited about V Express. This whole idea of like um not having an editor to uh uh do everything on autopilot. The problem is it messes up the little tricks cuz every second matters in uh when it comes to shorts. Okay, this is the thing people don’t realize is that uh every second matters. Okay, so this is the second video. So, I’m going to put her in here as well. um the sequence cuz I was in a rush. I kind of missed this flow a little bit. Otherwise, it’ be pretty easy to drag and drop these. Okay. And then I’m doing this, this, this. Boom, boom, boom. Okay. So, there we go. So, this should be pretty much all of it. Um then we’re going to do the fast cut thing again. All right. So, the fast cut thing. Um we’re going to put this one as well. In this case, I’m going to do rotation non-stop. Again, you can do whatever really. You can test it on different ones. And then now we’re going to do this as a save project. We’re going to say 9×6 vertical uh weight loss journey. Okay. And then click save. And then uh we can uh export this one as well. Well uh the other one just finished. Yeah. Cool. So let’s export this. And I’m vertical. Uh let’s export this one. And then we’ll download this other video I just saved. Right. Fast video express example. Uh if this thing works that is. Let’s see. Okay, let me just download this thing because we’re making a lot of updates behind the scenes for Video Express to release our next version. So, I’m using that updated behind the scenes version. So, if you see some things a little bit here and there, you know that. Okay, so Video Express example. Okay, cool. All right, let’s save this. So, let me open this up cuz then you can hear it clearly for audio purposes. So, let’s play this thing. All right, cool. Let’s play this. Let me load this up so you can see it. And it won’t be perfect. Again, like I said, that’s why we want to edit it. But I want to show you how quickly I can cut these things up with the text to video feature for shorts where the transitions are clear.

Creating videos shouldn’t take my entire weekend.

Dear into videos prompt, what if one sentence became a complete video?

It’s building everything for me.

It’s building everything for me.

One idea, unlimited possibilities.

Now I spend time creating, not editing.

All right. So now you saw that right? Some elements like let me actually show you those exact elements here so you can uh see it more clearly. So I’ll do it this way maybe hopefully like this. Yeah. So let’s watch this carefully. Okay. So watch this very I could have improved upon. I’ll show you on how to do it as well in real time. See this one was good where this guy speaks and everything is good. He speaks it and everything right. Okay. And then you see that transition here. I didn’t like it. Right. This was too much blank from 8 seconds in. You see this? I would have cropped this thing. Okay. So, in video express, I’m going to show you how to crop this stuff so that it’s like back back. It should be pretty good. This is the reason why I say AI never never good for this. You want an editor. Okay. If you’re going to miss out on this, this is where like people make a mess out of. Okay. Now, let’s play this one more time. Again, let’s go forward here. There was another area I didn’t like. So, this one there was some speech here talking here. Exactly here. You see this? Too much too much transition. Okay. I wouldn’t do this this way. I would crop this as well and go straight to this element where she starts talking. Right? As you can see here and again you’ll notice one other area here where see there’s too much pause happening and then this animation occurs. So I’ll probably cut that pause and then right here where she starts walking I’d probably come start again right and then you’ll edit this thing and you’ll basically make it a much more exciting video right here again as soon as this animation ends I would move to the other sequence too much the animation is happening for too long in my opinion. Um, and then here as well, I move it to this area where the stalking. There’s a pause happening here, which I didn’t like for too long. You see what I’m saying? Little little details. You want to chop chop chop. Make it really exciting. All right. And then there was this black area. You watch this this area from around 54 seconds in of this video right here at this spot. You’ll notice there’s like a black screen. What is it? And then it does this circle thing, which was that transition we put. It’s okay, but you know, not matching here, right? Cuz there’s no speech happening. and then there’s a fade out. So, so many areas where you see some little bit of manual editing helps. Correct? So, uh this is the basic general reason why I say we want to make sure that the editing framework is always intact. Okay, you want to crop these. So, what I’m going to do um let me actually uh explain this to you in more detail. Um so then what I would do so let’s say we save this uh project, right? So let’s open this project that I’m talking about. So this fast cut um 16 by 91. So this was the project right I just explained to you just now. So what I would do is let’s say some some of these areas where there’s too much stuff where like this blank screen area remember I showed you I’ll just create a crop element. So what I would do um is you see this um element right here which says this uh cut thing. See this right here? So I would click on that and then I’ll chop that right away. Right? So I’ll click on this area. I’ll select it with this little purple thing. the slider and then uh I’ll just crop it. Okay. Boom. And then you see there’s a little piece here. There’s this little piece here that’s out there. I’ll delete that. Okay. So, I’ll just uh click on this and then I’ll just right right click, right click on it, and then delete. Boom. Okay. Then I’ll snap this back into the frame. Okay. So, then the transition is a lot more fast-paced. So, if I play it, there we go. It goes straight to the other one. Right. And then remember I showed you this area where like in this section I know it’s a little bit off. So I’ll zoom this in a little bit so you can see it better. Um hopefully um yeah here. Okay. So you see this area again from at this point in time to this area there’s a lot of dead space. Okay. And uh again AI does not have a proper understanding of vision and that’s where you come into the picture. So I’ll then again click it and then I’ll click on this uh crop element here and then I’ll crop it. Okay. Boom. and then right click and delete this piece that you saw there. Then I snap this back in this next scene. Okay. And then you see again even here when it’s starting there’s so much dead space for the first couple of seconds until uh this the talking happens. Correct. So then I’ll again snap this back in wherever I feel comfortable in the speech area like here maybe and then I’ll cut and then this one that I selected right this one right here this speech I’ll just delete it. So this is what we mean by making it exciting. Okay, this is the difference between successful people who create videos versus people who just want AI to do everything and then they keep failing again and again because every second matters. Okay, you won’t want any fluff in there and we can sit and discuss how automation will play a part but also understand that’s your edge right? If uh here so again remember I told you there’s too much delay happening in the sequence here. So, um, like what I would do is there, right here, somewhere around here, I’ll make a cut because I’m not too satisfied with the slow transition happening. I’ll cut and then I’ll go here and then, um, at this point in time where this animation starts, I’ll cut this. Boom. And then right click, delete. Snap this back in again. Right? And, uh, you see now it became a much shorter to the point video. Right? So, if you think about it. So now if I come back here, I come into this sequence and then let’s snap these into in here, right? And then this through. So it’s just like going to take you that extra couple of minutes or whatever, but like you’re making it more exciting here, right? It just go straight to the point where um the the transition is making sense. Correct. So then again, I can crop this stuff and then cut this like so. And then it crops it. And if there’s any of these elements that you don’t like, you know, you can just uh cut this out, right? just makes it a little bit more exciting instead of like boring stuff that you see where you feel like there’s extra pauses happening and all that, right? And there we go. Okay. So now if I don’t like any of this animation where I said this animation was too slow, right? I felt like it should have been done right about here. Okay. So I can just select this red one, select this whole thing. You see what I was doing here? I selected this area right here. And then I just delete this area. Okay. And boom, cut. So now it goes straight to this and it snaps back into it where this guy uh is showing the stuff. He’s speaking and he’s talking. And then I felt like there’s these elements here where it’s just so much dead space here. It’s good. I mean in an animation perspective, uh it’s pretty good, but then I felt like there’s too much delay where nothing seems to happen for a period of time, right? All this stuff. Um and then he starts talking towards the very end. Um again, right? So somewhere around here, I’ll just crop it out and I’ll just uh get rid of it. There’s this black screen happening. See this? This is the other one I mentioned to you earlier. This black screen, I don’t like it. Um it looks silly. Okay. Again, cut. So then we come back here and then you see that transition. I said this transition was weird where it started like this. It rotates that person’s face and the uh head and all that. It comes here. All this dead space, right? And then we come here. So, I would probably start somewhere down here for this sequence. And um good thing with Express, you don’t get build for these, right? Imagine like you didn’t like any clip and you want to regenerate it with these other platforms. My goodness, like going to cost you like tons of money. All right, cool. So, now you see this video became from minute long to about 41 uh seconds. Okay, so let’s just export this one as well. Um um let’s say exciting version or something. Okay. And then let’s export this stuff. So, while this is exporting, I’ll I’ll I’ll load up that other um video that we did, that weight loss one, right? So, let’s we go here. You see this vertical weight loss journey one. So, let’s just um load this up. And this is a vertical video. So, playback might be a little bit off, but it’s okay. All right. So, uh let me load this up right now. Um okay. So, let’s just load this video in my computer and I’ll show you so you can hear it properly as well. Okay,

I’m done making excuses.

Small choices create big results.

Every journey starts with one step.

Discipline beats motivation every single day.

The only person I had to beat was yesterday’s me.

Your transformation begins with today’s decision.

Pretty good, right? So, we took it from Express just now. I’ll just copy paste copy paste this stuff. And it actually makes sense, right? Like the video uh transitions and stuff like that. So now if you even play this, right? Yeah, I agree Christine. Yeah, it’s amazing, right? Looks like a really high level production. Um and uh this is the reason why top power users of express this is what they do. Okay. And so if you let me actually explain what’s happening here, okay, so first this person is looking at themselves in the mirror and talking. I’m done making excuses, right? This is the journey being started. And then it moves to this person trying to heat um like uh healthy and stuff like that because when you think about it from a consistent uh character perspective, you miss that. See this transition happened to her zoomed in shot of her talking here and then it moved to this person right here. So imagine if it was a brand video or you’re trying to tell a story. It does not need to have that same person throughout. It actually kills excitement in the video. Okay? because we’re trying to go into these sequences where these people are trying to make it exciting and it feels like you’re part of a journey, right? And this is the secret when it comes to shorts because you want you’re going to get 83% of the people to uh finish this stuff. Okay? And this is the idea. Okay? And if I don’t like stuff, I’ll I’ll I’ll update it because you know some things are like off, right? And I’ll uh fix it across as well, right? Like some of these things don’t make much sense and I’ll crop it using the cropping framework. All right? So, I hope that part is clear. Now, let me show you something even more exciting. All right. So, if you go into our um into our video express application. So, let me show you here um and you’ll get an understanding of this even better. So, like here we go in here. Remember that other video that I uh did? I’ll put my screen up here. Remember that other video? We didn’t render that one yet. We didn’t generate it obviously yet. So, let’s go to that video right now. And then that project and let’s open that project up. Remember this one right here which was uh the 9 by6 video express example. Um I just save this one and this opened up right. This one was the vertical video. We did not generate this uh we did not render this out. So what I’m going to do in here see same thing where there’s like sequences where like it does not like has these uh transitions. So this red one will just crop it right. I’ll just make it a little exciting so you understand how the excited version will appear. Okay. So this one right here as well the transition is a little bit off. Um I feel like it could be cropped to a little bit a couple of seconds here, a couple of seconds there. Right. And then um this one right here as well where you see that transition is happening in the laptop. Like there’s so much dead space here. I’ll crop this one as well. And then we come back here.

Leave with the phone text. So I’ll move to her right here where she’s talking. Um for example. Okay. And I’ll crop this in here. And then uh this transition to doesn’t make any sense here. Again, too much nonsensical stuff happening. So if you’re not happy with anything, you just cut it. All right? You understand what I’m saying? So like uh if you don’t like anything, uh just cut it. And not everything is going to be perfect obviously, right? From uh what we see. All right? So then we come here and then you see this guy right here is showing something on the screen. And so I can start around this point. Okay. So this point right here. So I’ll just crop this part right here. You can crop it in multiple ways, right? So then gen generally that beginning and the end part is where the pauses happen which messes up the short flow. Okay? And uh often times right once it’s bad, it’s kind of really kills the conversions of that video like the person wanting to watch that video fully, right? See some of these sequences. So I’ll come from here. I’ll show you how the end result will be. Okay? Just so that you understand what I’m talking about. So, um, and then you see some some cases like here we’re going to, so this one right here where sometimes it generates this stuff right here, we’re pushing an update that fixes this where it never shows the stupid uh text, okay, which kind of happens once in a while. So, we’re going to be pushing that in uh probably in a couple of days. We’re doing some testing, so that will be completely gone for you. It won’t show up. So, I’ll not even use this element at all uh in my video. Um, so then you go into this one where some it comes into this transition. You see what I’m doing right now? I’m trying to make it exciting. Basically, I don’t care about the length. I want 83% of the people to complete the video, right? So that they want to watch it, it completes it and then I finish the process of what I’m trying to achieve. You can always create more length like you can extend that uh frame and you can always do it, but the logic stays, right? You get the point of what I’m trying to say. So that’s the idea of these projects when we’re building these in uh on um from scratch and stuff. You want to make sure that they cohesively make sense. And then now in this case if it’s 24 seconds doesn’t really matter because it’s 24 good seconds. Okay, that that’s what matters. So then if I do example um fast version let’s say or whatever we can do that now and generates. Okay, does that make sense? At any point the GPT that I gave you back here and let’s say you didn’t like any um sequence, right? Then you can say something like this. Okay, you can say make sure each sequence is uh each scene right is no longer than uh 5 seconds long. Regenerate and make sure it’s exciting where the characters speak right away without any pauses. All right, it won’t be perfect. That’s what reason why I still want you to edit but you can still guide it a little bit on this front where instead of 10 seconds you can make it five and this is where many times right when I try to explain this stuff to people it kind of uh people kind of don’t understand between the difference between length of a clip versus length of a video. Okay, that means a clip’s length could be 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds irrelevant. The video can be a minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, whatever. The idea is that the jump cuts and the transitions that we’re making was what will make it exciting. Okay? You’ll see it even in Hollywood movies. You’re never going to have a scene fixated into one uh person forever. It’s going to be too boring. Even lengthy dialogues, okay? If you go back um you know in time for the most classic movies, they’re going to have different angles and they’re going to move from the reaction of a person who’s uh listening to that dialogue, right? How do they react? All these little nuances are there to keep it exciting. So when people uh ask us, right? And this is the biggest thing I want to hopefully uh drive upon today is that my idea of a video is 83% of the people plus are they finishing and for that I may need multiple scenes that have to be merged together. Okay, it’s very important like two three because if it was one big video of that one person let’s say this is the character talking it loses the interest when it’s a short video. Okay, loses the interest. If it’s a short video, it long form, no problem. But long form audiences are different from short form audiences. Okay, so we try to recreate the sequences based on this. All right, and uh now you see this, it uh generated me this again. Um and on and on, right? You get the point. So you can prompt it to get it and you can copy paste it. Now it’s about 5 seconds long. One trick you can play is that the dialogues, right, will make sure that it is going to be 5 seconds or length. That’s the idea. So that if somebody’s speaking a big monologue and it’s going to stretch beyond 10, it’s going to be a problem. That’s that’s the reason why I did the GPT. But make sure what you type into GPT matters more than anything else. Okay? I made sure that the frameworks are set that it does it in a proper way, keeping the uh excitement intact throughout. Okay? And I’ll be improving this based upon what people are doing with this uh workflow in this workflow page. So watch out for that so you can uh build on top of it and stuff with time. What’s happening is as we move more work more more towards the workflow side of stuff where uh these chpts your clouds and entropic cloud and you know other platforms out there as they move more into the uh it’s doing tasks for you stuff understand that what’s going to separate the you know people who use AI completely to people who will succeed kind of thing will be these little nuanced edits right refinement we call it okay and as these AI tools like express get better and better and um with time then it’ll merge that gap as much as possible where that little bit of creativity that 2 3% of creativity is what’s going to uh make it very very powerful okay for people okay now again I would have copy pasted this stuff throughout the process and um go from there correct now let me explain to you how the structure of this whole thing works okay because if you don’t understand that it’s almost like you know it goes to nothing Right. So, let me actually save this thing right now and then I’ll open up this sequence here so you can uh see it uh more clearly. Then I’ll write this down as well so you can uh play around with what I’m showing you. Okay. All right. So, the idea is the logic behind this is that when we use uh text to video which is under under uh create from prompt. Okay. Text video. What we are trying to achieve here is that if we say the timeline in the bottom right see this is the timeline right if I highlight it in a way so the timeline in the bottom what we are trying to achieve is it should be let’s say this is the flag that we’re going to say is the finish line right like in the Mario level let’s say super Mario level this is the finish line right this is the finish flag and then um if that is the timeline what we’re trying to achieve in a nutshell is very simple so we put like uh the clip which is one and then two right and then three it doesn’t matter the clip length or each of them four how many ever is required right and even if you do five okay whatever the small one there the idea is that when a person is watching right the transitions okay here to here to here to here what we’re trying to do is what’s called a jump cut okay we change the sequence completely we change it where the person moves into a different environment and that sort of thing, right? And it it can change the characters and stuff like that. What happens there is for the human mind, it feels like they’re watching a completely new video because remember for shorts they’re scrolling, right? A person in a short scenario, if you look at the logic behind it, it’ll make a lot more sense. Um let’s say this is your mobile phone, right? Uh of the users watching it. So they are watching these videos like so, right? And then they’re just flipping their phone up up up up up. So what we’re trying to achieve here basically from this logic here is that when they flip it up right for them when they see this right two three the sequences are changing in their mind it looks like a completely different video they’ll stop because otherwise it’s just going to keep flipping correct so that’s the objective and that’s why text to video works so well within video express for this use case of shorts in particular okay and when you apply it think about it from the logic of what people were watching our attention span have gone down. Right now, the average attention span of a normal person uh is 8 seconds. Okay. Um now, obviously there’s like no deep research done on it, but it kind of makes sense if you think about it where people don’t even pay attention. Like my videos, as an example, even the best of my videos that I’ve created, I lose about 30 to 40% of the people within the first 30 seconds. You can be the best video, it doesn’t matter. People’s attention spans are so bad for 100 different reasons, right? So when it’s 8 seconds long, understand we are trying to create a new gap in the brain of the person where when the transition happens, right, this transition here happens from here to here to here to here. We’re trying to trick their brain into thinking that hey, it’s a brand new video, so I should not flip it. So then then what happens? What happens? So if that uh variation like I told you is 83% or more in a short video, very important, keep that in mind. retention rate, we like to call it 83% plus, meaning 83% of the people finish the whole video, then YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, whatever uh whatever platform you want to use, what they’re going to do is they’re going to feed this into the when you go into your homepage of your YouTube app, uh when you’re on your TV and you’re watching, they will show in the recommendations. Okay, right now, if you come into the um I’ll show you. Hopefully, you can see it. Um let me see I’ll try in this uh browser so that it’ll be easier for you to understand I guess. So yeah let’s see if you go here. So if you go to your YouTube thing and I didn’t log to anything here right? So so you see this how the system works. So you have and you’ll understand YouTube made this change recently. So you’re going to have this right here. Okay. Okay. So you’re going to have one video here. Second video. I don’t know why the third one doesn’t show but let’s say assume third one will show sometimes right so three three on top and then if you come down here look at this

right and then only two here again two long form and then one 2 3 4 5 shorts right then 1 2 3 so this is the situation right now so imagine if we were to create a video as a simple um uh simple logic here and this is just like not even targeted to it. So let’s say your video if it has to rank you got like only two slots here right in the top positions only two okay and here you got one uh one like 1 2 3 4 five here for shorts okay shorts has more odds right of somebody coming and clicking on it correct two versus five this is the reason why shorts have much more reach much more likelihood that a short video will get a lot more traffic is because of this layout change on the homepage Now, in order to get into these five, right, these five here, you need 83% of the people to finish, which is why all kinds of dumb videos sometimes do better uh than uh otherwise because the idea is that the pattern interrupt um like top five lists or like say what I showed you earlier where you’re trying to do uh the transitions and the scene cuts, right? They’re never the same person talking throughout, especially these days with the attention span being low. So our goal when you’re doing a short is going to be to land on here in this when somebody’s coming in uh it’s going to be here. Okay here. If you land here that video will go viral. Uh it’s going to get and and it can happen even a month after you publish the video by the way. Okay? Does that make sense? So this is what we are trying to aim. Okay? We want to make our video come up here. And if you want to do that that’s what I’m saying. You want to make sure like in that structure you want to make it as exciting as possible, right? You want to make it as exciting as possible. The story and the transition, the scene cuts like so are happening throughout the process like so. Okay, does that make sense? Hope that part is clear. All right. Okay. Now the other uh thing that I always try to mention and this is quite critical for you to understand is that when you try to create videos understand what the outcome is with time what we’re realizing and this is something that is very interesting that I found out uh with with a lot of experimentation we’re doing and we also know what users are using um and so on and so forth right in video express what we found out is that for different use cases, right? Let’s say different um uh this is not even that easily for different use cases, you use different structures. Okay, so that means in other words um if you go into the workflow I gave you right I’ll come back here and that’s what I’ve been building this stuff for you cuz so much experimentation has to be done. So let’s say here okay we have viral shorts workflow we have motion graphics animation workflow that we did last week then we have idea to 3D documentary workflow we have this AI video automation which is like storytelling copyrightiting frameworks one right on how you can improve there from that direction this like uh this is basically first frame last frame workflow right and then this is 3D animated uh short film and then we come back here is realistic why do we have so many different unique ones why can’t you just tell Chad GP hey look create me a realistic talking video, I’m good to go. Right? Or why can’t we just say give me a 3D short uh a 3D uh short film or whatever and um we or even just say just get me a viral video. I don’t even know what to think. Right? The reason why that’s the case is because even for AI to understand we are trying to give it as much internal intricacy details to matter. Okay. So for example, when we come back into video express here and this is what no application wants to do because they want you to use eat up all these credits, right? They don’t care about the outcome. They want you the whole goal, right? Think of it this way, right? There are these platforms out there, you know, there’s so many of these, right? If you can name like uh which all use the dance 2.0 API or Gemini APIs or whatever, rappers companies selling credits and stuff. What’s their goal? Their goal is for you to fail multiple times. So like this scene should not make sense. So then you regenerate. Regenerate means more credits. So let’s say it cost $4 for you to create let’s say I don’t know 20 15 second video or two clips, right? Let’s say two clips.

Doesn’t matter, right? The goal is to for you to come to these two clips. You generate a ton of them. Okay? 20 seconds. So then let’s say you generate 10x of it. Instead of you starting at $4, you end up paying $40. Okay? And on and on because at the end you’ve committed already, right? So the outcome is based on that. So they don’t want to build you a workflow which can basically yes there’s some trial and error but eliminates that uh specific recreation part. Okay. What we are finding for us actually you can create as many as possible with video express right there’s no credits and limits and all that mumbo jumbo stuff where other people are doing It’s a very hard problem that we’re solving, right? Obviously. So then what my goal is is okay, you want to create a short video. So then in create with AI right here, you use the text to video option. Okay, because of transitions. Okay. And then each transition also should tell a story. So that workflow right in this particular case has to account for that. Does that make sense? So meaning each use case becomes its own workflow and with time it could be dozens of such workflows. It could be even hundreds of workflows. It all depends on what the use case is. Okay? You’re trying to do an ad, it’s a workflow. You’re trying to create a viral video, it’s a workflow. You want to create a short, it’s a workflow. Because behind the scenes, these AI tools need lots of examples. It needs to be told uh specific things to keep in mind. When you’re trying to do a 3D style video, there are certain things you got to keep in mind. Consistent character videos, keep in mind, right? There have to be specific things rules of the game we say that for creativity and stuff you got to structure. So what happens then with time what we are noticing is that those companies which are saying okay there’s this AGI right um which is artificial general intelligence or like hey you know you can just uh do idea you do and or let’s say you copy some existing uh video whatever and it does the whole sequence automatically. What’s happening here? Let’s do the simple math, right? So, let’s say these uh rapper companies, okay, which all integrate, they don’t create their own video stuff, right? They don’t have their own servers like we do. So, what happens with them? They’re basically relying on a third party that they’re reselling, right, back to you for a profit on top. So, let’s say they create like a twominute video even automatically and then that cost you per video, let’s say per 10 seconds, even if I say a dollar, right? dollar per 10-cond clip, that’s basically 12, right? 12 uh six uh let’s say

even at a dollar per 10 second, I’ve not seen a single platform offer that, but let’s even say, right, it’s going to cost you $12 to create this 2-minute video. Right? Now, if any one of those sequences, if any one of the sequences, any one of these sequences fails, like this clip is bad, let’s say, right? Now, how do you edit it? you’re going to have to recreate the whole thing, right? If let’s say this was bad and then let’s say uh this sequence was bad, right? Then what happens now? They want you to recreate the whole thing. And then by the time you sit and you finish it, that $12 becomes $120 and it goes crazy. And this is the issue right now because it’s all about incentives, okay? It’s all about like, okay, they charge you by the credit, they charge you by the usage. What does that mean? Make them use more.

And this is the reason why what’s happening in the industry right now is that the people who use video express in this case and use clone voice or other integration to get your own voice and all that stuff. What advantage you get in the picture is basically where you need to create as many videos as possible but confine that within the workflow. Okay, does that make sense now? So when the workflow is correct, what the goal here will be if you structure it very simply with that workflow. What I’m trying to achieve here is to make that 90% accurate, which is going to be the same case with these people, but you can mix and match here, right? The sequences in the bottom. You can delete stuff you don’t like and all that with that little bit of manual work. What that means, in other words, is you get the outcome you want sooner without all the headaches and stuff like that. And people give up. Right now, one of the biggest things, our competition, because you know, we have multiple channels. We do a lot of um testing and tweaking and stuff like that. you know, internally with video express, I have access to stuff that we’ve not released yet to you, right? And we’re testing those things as well in real life scenarios. What happens is that when we go into the marketplace, right, let’s say if let’s say five videos, right, we did it. We did everything correct. Let’s say five videos, we did everything correct. Okay? And but it didn’t get the results. Now, when we go back and we want to experiment with five more, let’s say to get the outcome we want, that starts from scratch. Now, it’s like almost like a roulette table. You know, you go to roulette and you spend $100. It doesn’t mean that the another $100 you do, you’re it’s going to land on a black or or red or a specific number, right? You start from scratch. So, what’s h what’s happening with all the other platforms is they’re like, okay, you spent let’s say $100 on these videos. Oh, that doesn’t matter. You’re going to spend another 100 here. I don’t care, right? It’s all based on usage. So what’s happening is advantage we are getting is that when the workflow is set up properly okay even if this is true okay even if this is true which is unlikely it’s going to reduce the thing with the workflow what’s going to happen is now the advantage you’re going to get is that it’s not exactly $100 right because really it’s free right whatever you got in with video express you can do even with that $49 plan which is ridiculous we don’t make any money we lose a lot of money on that even there right it doesn’t mean anything right you can just go ahead this um 100 here it’s as good as free you understand what I’m saying now that gives you a massive edge over the competition that edge is what will separate people who you know succeed with AI versus not okay and what I’m trying to do is bridge that gap as much as possible with these workflows such that when we actually do on a practical basis once we go deep into this and we’re trying to fix this what’s going to happen is in life right like let’s say this is the timeline of success, right? Sid, let’s say. And a lot of people give up here, here, here, here. Why? Because it would have cost them already like $500 in credits right here. Okay? And they didn’t even go to the next level because iterations and improvements while you, right, let’s say this is you, you’re going to go here and you’re going to keep the timeline doesn’t exist for you anymore, right? And that’s what we’re trying to achieve with V Express. And then you know uh we get hated on by all these competitors unfortunately because they all make their money on their credits and stuff like that. Easy, right? Integrating like even we could put Seed Dance into this application and say pay $1 for every 10 seconds. Easy stuff. The harder problem is, you know, we don’t want you to pay all these credits and stuff because it’s going to ruin your creativity. You’re not a Hollywood studio, right? You’re not, let’s say, creating an ad campaign where normally you would pay $15,000 for a video shoot and it’s okay to spend $2,000 now uh to because it still saves you money. Correct? So, because of this, the workflows become very important to nudge you in the right direction and also there’s little bit of manual work to uh fix these to tell the story. Okay? And all the edge cases along the way will be optimized based on that. you don’t like anything. Let’s say for example I don’t like this video. I can crop it, delete it and move to the next. Right? I don’t like something. I move to the next and next and next and so on and so forth. This is the general idea. Okay? This is what we are trying to do. This is what we are aiming to do so that we can uh do as many videos as we as we want and be able to improve upon it because the algorithm I tell you uh is basically uh consistency. Okay? And this is across all platforms by the way for shorts. consistency and also iteration. Okay, so 1% improvement. Okay. So let’s say for example you learned okay from your analytics right you learned that u know one of the videos where the uh 83% did occur it was 72% or something right meaning completion like only 72% of the people completed for you it looks like amazing but for a short it’s bad okay very bad uh you’re not going to get any views so what happens is then you can come back and see where did that um uh that improvement where can it be applied then you can rework the workflow And then you can tell like Chad GPD here. Uh let’s say for example I can come back here. That’s why I love these workflows because it has that context right of where it messed up. So what I can say here right is is this one right here. You see this? I can say something like this in the chat window. I can say uh the YouTube short only had 73% retention um or completion whatever you want to call it. It can be the both retention rate. I need it to be uh 83% right. Um fix this uh fix these prompts to make sure retention rate is higher than 83%. Right? So because of this now it’s going to work on it. It won’t be perfect but at least okay you started not from scratch but you see this it says for 5second scenes the biggest mistakes are starting too slowly. Okay, one idea per scene instead of new surprise every 1 to 2 seconds. See, new surprise every 1 to two seconds. Weak curiosity and no emotional payoff at the end. You see? So now it optimizes it. Shock hook. See this? Then curiosity. See surprise. What is the surprise element? See emotional graph. Messing it up up and down. Up and down. Emotional shift. Okay. Reveal. All right. and then pay off and call to action. Right? So you see this we are trying to make it understand that hey you messed up here. Okay can you improve upon here and fix what I did now you get these prompts you can come back into uh v express and fix these right here whichever sequence needs to be updated and then you can come back and do this. Okay. And then what happens is as you get closer and closer to that 83% you’ve got it right. And then what you can do is you can say let’s say for example you can come back here and say uh this was perfect and got me 83% um retention rate. Can you uh save this as a um as a uh you know as a memory element that I can reuse every time the structure right okay and it’s going to give you advice on how to go about doing it okay I can’t directly create or edit your persistent memory but you know you can go and save it in your memory by saying remember this preference or something right so what you can do here is you know when generating this blah blah blah. You can now create this and add it into your memory and and that one might need a paid account. You cannot probably do it from free accounts. But you get the logic, right? You can even say generate me a system prompt that I can paste as instructions for future uh to keep this in mind, right? And it’s going to do something that you can copy paste. You see this? It’s copy paste stuff. So next time, okay, next time I’ll show you what the trick here is. Next time when you open up my workflow. Okay, let’s copy this. Um, you come here build with GPT. You open up this workflow right here. Okay, create me a short video on weight loss journey and how let’s say I don’t know um how a good sleep um got me to lose weight let’s say right faster than just exercise. So let’s say this is the idea. Um and then uh follow these instructions, right? You see what I’m saying? And then just paste this. This was the uh other uh thing, right? All this instruction stuff. You see? And then paste. So what I’m doing is instructions inside an instruction based upon the things that I’ve tested myself. And they’ll be unique to you, okay? Based on your experimentation and testing and stuff. And boom, there we go. It generated this for me. You see? Um, so now let’s just see how this clip looks like. Okay, let’s just test this stuff because it’ll give you an idea of like um let’s go to text to video, go to advanced, right click and paste. Okay, and um you can do advanced mode as well up to you. I mean really doesn’t really matter, but let’s just click create. And I’ll do it two ways with the without the enhanced promp and with the enhanced prom. Okay, just for the sake of it. And uh I’ll also do it with vertical. Okay, create video and then create video. Now the idea is behind this I’ll show you while this is generating what you want to pay attention here is that every time I do it’s going to get intelligent here. Okay, that means like if I am creating a video, I made some mistakes. I learned from that mistake. I can say this was the mistake, improve it. And then that changes the structure. Correct? And this after a period of time, let’s say after you’ve done three or four tests like this and you got good at the output and this is what our power users do is that now you have a system, right? And the system can be then replicated again and again. It’s not just about like, you know, people ask us, “Hey, BJ Express, can you give us the API or MCP?” Hey, we can do that. We can charge you a lot of money doing that, too. Um, because at the end of the day, we got to launch servers to do these automations. But if you don’t know what you’re doing and you don’t have a system in place that is perfected, no automation will help you. It’s impossible. You’re just going to waste a bunch of credits. And you were the first one to complain saying, “Hey, I opened the application. I created a two-minute video. three of the scenes of those were completely junk. The transitions didn’t make any sense and now I had to go pay that extra $12 or $15 or $20. Now that’s not the future, right? Cost optimization also is an edge these days. And with electricity cost, these data centers eating up water uh you know tons of uh resources is sucking uh all these electric grids and stuff, it’s not going to be cheap. It’s only going to get more expensive. your next uh variations of your seed dances and like your Googles and stuff is going to be more expensive than today. So then it’s not like you’re going to just say okay things are going to get cheaper. Trust me it’s not going to get cheaper. Okay. So this optimization work matters and you see this these are the videos right? So so let me download this and I’ll play this for you. Okay just simply so you can see these in real time each one of these and um you can see it why these are so powerful. Okay. Um, so that you can understand them as well like in a nutshell. Um, and and the beauty here is that the scene transitions and everything as well are organized and coordinated, right? So that’s the other thing that we want to basically uh structure along the way. Okay. So let me show you this um and play this so you can see this as an example. I’ll just show you one video uh that was created in real time. Not everything will be perfect obviously, but we’re trying to achieve a story that uh makes sense, right? So let’s show you. Let me show you. weight faster when I stopped sleeping less.

I lost weight faster when I stopped sleeping less.

You see this? What was the idea? Sleep, right? More sleep helps with weight loss. So, we’re trying to uh drive home that point and then it it it basically explained that. Correct? So, that’s basically how we sequence these things. And then now I can go back into my screen here. And then I can come back. And then again, this is the next thing, right? Fastpaste. Understand what I’m saying? And then basically we come back here. And then again, you come back here. Text your video. Boom. Boom. Boom. Come paste here. Right? You can do a prompt enhancement if you want to. I don’t really care. It’s up to you. You put vertical. And then boom. Okay. Vertical video could work like this. You can put landscape if you want. Do that too. Doesn’t really matter. And then those videos I’ll show you as well. So the cohesiveness I lost weight when I stopped sleeping less. Okay. And then it’s going to have like that transition happen uh that goes to the next stage. And then if you understand the logic behind why we’re doing all this stuff which we’re kind of guiding the intelligence of a chat GPT here. Again you can use your free accounts with this stuff and you can get the workflow for free. I’m not asking you for any money and stuff and you’re going to improve it based on your usage. But understand, one of the mistakes is you’re going to come with the automation. All right? The last thing I want you to do if you don’t follow this video is you’re going to come back here to this page. You’re going to open this GPT. Okay? And you’re going to stare at this blank screen, not knowing what to type here, right? You’re going to stare at this. You’re going to be like, “Blank screen. Where do I start?” Right? You could pay $200 a month to charge GPT, but if you don’t know what to write here, okay? And how to use it properly, it’s all for nothing. similar to like you could pay uh $2,000 a month for like a video tool that might use something like a C dance or something like a Google Gemini Flash or something. These are the two better ones these days, let’s say for video stuff, you’re going to be spending $2,000 on it. Same thing. If you don’t have a structure and a system, what is the outcome you’re trying to achieve? And you go backwards and fill the gaps means nothing. Okay? And this is the difference. And uh this is the reason why even if tomorrow the worst thing I can do okay and and that’s the thing that I wanted to kind of uh structure this stuff is you should never be in a situation where you know costs alone are stopping you which we don’t want to do and second thing is the structure is more important and what you’re learning from it reiterating every time is more important correct so now let’s open up that video as well let’s see what’s happening if this thing um generated and this is the beauty right uh when you come back into vp express this is the beauty like you can generate variations, you can test them and you can see which one clicks for what purpose and you don’t have to worry about credits and all that mama jumbo stuff, right? So there we go. So let me show you. Okay, that one video um let’s see. Let’s play this stuff so you can see it while this is I don’t know why this one failed. I have to double check. I don’t know what happened there. But let’s just try this. Let’s play these two. That’s the beauty of doing multiple videos too, right? So let’s let’s see. You can like whichever one you like, right? One could be an intro video, one could be an outro, doesn’t really matter. So, let me show you here. Look at the quality of these. Okay, vertical first

every day. But the scale barely moved.

Okay, now let’s try the other one.

every day but the scale barely moved.

See the transition it did to make it exciting basically um for that short film kind of style right? So it does all the thinking in a way. So now you know what prompts to put, what structure to put and so on and so forth. Correct? So this is the idea behind why we build a system and that system will be reiterated as time goes on to improve the workflow that we’re trying to do. Clear? Um yeah, this is a good question. Let me answer a couple of questions here as well. So do I need to uh let me let me remove this? Yeah. So this is the question which was like do I understand correctly that the video format 9×6 16 16×9 must be specified in the workflow immediately before building the 16 after yes good question the reason why we want to do that is because think of it like an AI tool right once it gets it in the prompt that it’s a 9×6 video in the beginning it kind of understands that you know it’s a vertical video and it pulls off of that from its intelligence same thing with GPT as well if you don’t do that what happens is that you know you never really see a short video that is now vertical right maybe an ad like an ad is different uh but in the Facebook news feed or something but in real life right like when you’re going in your phone and you’re going through Instagram reels and uh YouTube shorts and Tik Tok right you never really see them as like these uh horizontal videos so because of that yes you want to make sure that you specify that in the beginning okay very important uh now the other question okay is that um um which is uh really powerful is that yeah this can you add a spin video feature that allows background to spin this can be done through prompting remember I showed you this prompting itself if we do a spin the problem will be where imagine this right if we gave that spin feature in that video at what point does that spin occur is it going to be when there’s a gap or when the character is speaking when the character is speaking it won’t look good right so that’s the other uh aspect of it now the uh Other uh thing is basically where which I want to cover as well is understand that for shorts if I drive home this point scene transitions matter more than consistent character. Okay, especially nowadays nowadays it’s extremely uh hard where just 1% talking you can uh maintain that 83%. you’ll see the best videos will all be top three, top five videos or you know what are the five best things to do or something like that which is more like what’s called a listical where you keep changing the uh the characters and the environments and the sequences right so that’s the basic idea of that uh from that perspective now the other uh thing as well is that um which is this is a good point when you’re running a workflow you ask it to continue your scenes for example riding the bike in the mountains and city type thing it all depends depends on the length of the scene and what I’m trying to achieve. So for example, if it is 30 seconds and I have more room to kind of stretch it, I will say be consistent and can you stretch the story and then it’ll do it. But generally speaking what I would think but actually is that story being cohesive enough right? Uh for instance whatever the the case that I’m trying to achieve here generally speaking like for example what I mean by that more real time I’ll tell you let’s say the script was created like this right now you created some videos. Now if I say stretch it to three more scenes is one thing but if I there’s another way to say it where like hey redo the whole thing where you fix this thing is much different right like it will generate the six scenes and then another two scenes being cohesive. It’s very important about it being that co u co coherent like meaning it’s making sense every sequence. So if I just stretch it to three more scenes it’ll do it right like here like so. But you see this, it kind of doesn’t understand the context of what happened here and kind of makes a mess of it. See? So that’s why better way to do it is I saw an issue with scene uh three where um you know uh it is too slow. Regenerate all the scene prompts um to fix the issue. Then maybe you know the transition will make more sense especially if the speech it doesn’t lose it, right? So it’ll generate that. You get the point? So I I try to treat it as such where if I make a mistake and I cut it but like this video is bad and now I try to regenerate the video if it still doesn’t come good then I’ll try to regenerate the whole thing because I want to make it coherent like I has to have the consistency throughout. Okay. Um yeah keep that in mind. Right. And um the other thing as well is uh uh does it work in your own chat GPT? Yeah, it works with free charge accounts as well as paid ones and stuff like that. One of the questions is why did you not do a Gemini and stuff like that? I keep getting asked quite a bit. Uh the reason why is uh you know we use all the tools out there. So in the case of Google uh they’re lagging behind. Okay, the two players right now in the game uh are Anthropic, okay, and uh Chad GPT. These are the two big ones right now. And Chad GPD in particular, their free plans are really good. Okay, what you get for it even for the free and even that $20 a month the cheap uh plans as well compared to anthropic. In Enthropic, the $20 a month plan means nothing. In Gemini, the problem is that it’s not as intelligent. Like if you add the most latest model with 5.6 as of as the time I’m trying to say is no like Gemini cannot come close to 5.6. In the case of anthropic, their opus 4.8 kit is still better than Google’s stuff and their fable five model which released recently is even better than anything else out there too, right? So the problem becomes and I tried to tell you that intelligence is what matters here and then you go in and you get like something that is not as good enough then my message and what you’re trying to do will not match. That’s the problem. You’ll try to recreate what I’m trying to teach you. You’ll not be able to with Google stuff at this point in time. Hopefully Google changes uh but they are lagging behind right now. Okay. Um now and uh the other uh question is uh um which I wanted wanted to explain that is uh yeah I did mention with the beta testers last week. So the issue is like we already have a bunch of people that we have and when they drop out we add more people in. So generally speaking because we can’t handle like hundreds of people right so if if one or two people like drop out from the beta group we mention that they’ll wait list of people who we emailed. Okay. So, if you didn’t receive a response, probably you’re in that wait list, but uh you know, just watch out. We will uh add you in later on because what we need is people who are in our like uh our chat groups and stuff to uh coordinate with us. Okay. And uh now the other uh thing as well that I wanted to do is uh um which which is very critical question that comes in quite a bit is basically like this question right here. the voice over stuff you can do it for narration videos okay in um video express but I want you to understand right think of it this way when you come into the application and you try to do like videos which are transitioning to different things a lot of people struggle when let’s say you upload one voice what what happens to this person’s voice right you’re not going to be able to control it especially once we’re going into more of these structures for workflows and stuff like that if you give only one voice it’s going to the AI is going to expect five voices do you know what five voices will be which are those specific five voices. It’s going to waste a lot of your time to make those decisions. So the way we are going to do it in the right now the way we are doing it is you can come to any video right click and you see voice changer you can come here and just upload your voice okay as long as the accent is going to be what you want let’s say UK accent or Australian accent stuff and the male voice whatever it’s going to make sure that the voice is similar to the reference like the voice you’re giving okay this is the best option especially when it’s so many fast-paced edits coming like every four or 5 seconds or every 10 seconds or something you’re going to keep changing the voice, how are you going to ensure that you know if uh it moves from one person to the other and stuff, how do you maintain that consistency and also more importantly how do you make it exciting still? So the voice changer is a much more easier feature and you can apply it against um the whole timeline as well very easily uh is the reason why we did it. Of course there are better ways to do it improvements and stuff. We are working on that behind the scenes based on our testing and stuff but uh when you have too many people talking in a in a video this is the best option right now. Okay. To ensure that that consistency remains throughout. Okay. And uh the other uh question that came in as well that I want to uh ensure that you understand is this. Okay. Is basically the workflow stuff. We’re never going to charge you anything. So when you go into this link and then you come into the workflows tab, right? Now what’s happening is you have this right. So let’s say you go into one of these applications which compete against us. let’s say they are like $99 a month and on and even with credits and stuff then that’s not enough. there are these course creators and these cool communities where they’ll say I created a workflow for this application right and then they’ll say buy that for another how muchever they feel like is correct right they’ll say for the workflows pay me another $100 a month or something like that for the training and stuff now this is where the f the whole world is headed towards what I want to tell you is this stuff is free it’s always going to be free these workflows it’s going to take me hours and hours of my time and thousands of hours of our team to test it and stuff, but it’s going to be for free. Why? Because at the end of the day, you don’t if you save money here, right? And don’t have to pay monthly fees here, then at least you’ll succeed with our applications with uh without restricting yourself into what you can do or what you cannot do, right? And um often times what happens with people, they’ll come, they’ll say, “Wow, that’s amazing. That course, it’s going to give me all the workflows. Let me go jump in.” And it’s going to be $100 a month. Then they’ll have upsells inside and all that stuff. And then they’re going to say, “Oh, by the way, you’re going to need your uh applications now. Okay, this is one of the applications you can use. This is another one. Up to you. All of them come with usage fees, credits, and stuff like that.” And then you jump into that. Before you know it, you’ve already spent $1,000, right? And you haven’t even begun. And people give up by that point because they feel like they’ve not gotten anything for that investment that they put in. And I’m saying even if you merge all of our applications together, it is not even,000 bucks.

so on and so forth and imagine that right how much of a leverage and edge you have over your competition because of that because we constantly keep updating our applications and stuff. So coming back to the point these workflows will be free and have more of them planned out but understand that it’s not going to be our beall and end all. The goal will be to improve upon these and build upon what I built for you. Okay, that’s the goal because this is a starting point. Everybody’s use case will be different. Somebody who’s trying to create a product based video. Somebody’s trying to sell a service. Somebody’s trying to create a viral video just for monetization for YouTube. Somebody might be able might be wanting to create just to test their feet to get what’s going to get them views uh to get some motivation to continue different objectives. Okay? And each of those objectives will have an uh its own workflow. Okay? And that is my job to tell you which workflow is good for what and then what do we bring it back into video express. Okay? That’s the general idea of what we are trying to do and these will be for free. You’ll not be charged. So instead of spending thousands of dollars on courses, if you want me to add any workflows, just let us know. Okay, this is the email. Say, Paul, I want this workflow. My team and I we’re on top of this stuff. We’re going to be building you. And if that feature not exactly clearly available in video express, let’s say we’re going to add them in as well. Okay. Um that might be transition. Someone was asking that could be for example uh you know fast cuts. You see these more uh styles here like we have whatever it might be. Okay. The end goal is you still need that manual editing. I’m going to tell you for a fact no matter what these so-called faceless channel gurus will tell you um YouTube and Tik Tok and all these people, they do not want AI slop. Okay? They do not want it. And how do you prevent it? You’re still going to put that 3% or so creativity. Okay? To make it unique. Okay? And that is what is going to separate you from everybody else. Because the other ways are climbing up the hill where a channel gets demonetized or a channel does not get uh much traction going forward. Then what happens? Then you’re going to give up cuz you’re trying to climb up the mountain, right? It’s not fun trying to create more YouTube accounts or more Tik Tok accounts or whatever cuz you did not get success from one. It’s much harder. Do it right the first way. you add the 3% creativity which you’re going to simplify for the other people who’ll have like a graph like this right like they’re going to have it’s so funny and I’ve seen it so many times it’s going to be like this right their graph is going to come like this and crash like this because this peak right here was not organic okay it was done through manipulation of the algorithm pushing it to the limits and all that kind of stuff and then it’ll drop automatically not what I try to tell you is it’s better just being slow and ups and downs, up and ups and downs, ups and downs. And you have that graph like this. Let’s say this is the graph. Much better because you’ll have a more consistent flow. And here, every time you try to start and you keep starting now, every time you do it, you give up. It’s too much. It’s really, really, really hard to catch up after, right? And this is what’s happening with all these people talking about it, which they miss out on. and they’re going to tell you, “Hey, I used AI to generate the whole video for me.” But they don’t they missed the point where if you did do that, it’s not going to get results because uh these algorithms and these platforms are smarter and smarter with time. You think Facebook a billion trillion dollar company uh you know Instagram or let’s say YouTube, right? You think they’re like crazy where they’re so silly that you can just automate your way. Not so much, right? So these little changes like editing it in here, removing cropping here, here, here, these kind of elements mattered a lot which I taught you today. Okay. And then with time it’s going to become even more important once you know how to uh build a system for you to reuse and stuff like that. Okay. And we have a lot of other cool updates coming up in video express. Watch out for that. And of course we’re going to be having updates with uh CloneVoice V4 coming up. We’ve been working extremely hard on that with the integration with video express as well. So uh if I write it here clone uh V4 that should be coming extremely soon probably within days. Okay. I’m hoping by next week, but you know, if something changes, a better test might change. It’s going to be V4. Uh it’s going to have 400 languages uh that we support 400 plus for cloning and generation and stuff. And on top of that, we improved uh better um you know uh text to speed generation for your clone voices and stuff in certain languages like Hindi or Thai or um some of these languages out there which we do know can be improved upon. So that will be coming next week and after that we’re going to be working on artist 7. It’s a huge project that one uh because we have to update every single little feature uh from the ground up. So that’s coming up as well right after that. And then we have our next uh video express update in between that which is going to be more on optimization and uh certain things as well. So watch out for that like that first frame last frame will allow you to upload your own images for that and um you know improve that and stuff like that. So right now for example in media express uh when you go into create from AI in first frame last frame uh you see in my account there is this upload it says beta you’re going to get this feature in your account it won’t be in your account right now uh we’re still doing some tests on this stuff to improve it and simplify the stuff so stuff like this right we’re going to release it to you and announce it won’t be a major announcement because it’s a pretty straightforward feature but watch out for our Facebook group and stuff for these updates okay cuz I’m testing it internally we want to make sure we test everything throughout out and then when we’re satisfied with the test we want to release it rather than rushing it. Okay. So that’s the basic idea. All right. Okay. So uh hope that uh helps and uh yeah this is the good point that V4 we are hoping we’ll fix that. We’ve tested Ukrainian in that V4 specifically. I can tell you it was way better in the V4 of Clone Wars than uh V uh V3 the existing version. One thing I do want to mention though is uh what we found out with Ukrainian and some of these languages is that some words the pronunciation might be slightly off. Okay, in that case what I what we suggest is that uh you know like how you know for example in English we stretch certain words with exclamation marks or uh you know certain ways we can pronounce those words right we change that way we write it. Just keep that in mind. uh it’s going to happen only like 2% of the time or so uh because of whatever AIS like that. We’ll I’ll explain that in the tutorials. Okay. So meaning it’ll be substantially better than it is right now. The clone was before for these languages like these and we are the only ones working on these two. You know other platforms have given up on multilingual long ago for voice cloning and stuff like that. But what I do want you to do is it’ll be 99% perfect. That 1% might be based upon what you type. You want to adjust it. Is that clear? That’s what I would suggest you to do. Okay. Um basically okay so um all right that’s pretty much it guys so and gals who are here I appreciate you all so that um you know I know there were some technical issues in the start so I appreciate you all doing it I’ll try to edit it to chop it out so you can watch the replay easier uh but understand that we’re working on all these things and uh also I’ll be updating these workflows with time they’ll be 100% for free as always just make sure that when you’re coming into video express don’t underestimate the text to video feature okay It’s amazing. And more importantly, don’t underestimate the fact that it doesn’t have consistent character in text to video. Make sure that for shorts and certain specific use cases where you know you need that scene cuts and stuff, nature videos, you know, videos where like, you know, you’re trying to tell a story that is uh moving in different um directions and stuff and there shorts like this. scene cuts, best of five lists, top five, you know, listicles, we like to call them, list of five things you should do when you go to Wyoming and uh travel videos, you know, stuff like that. Uh, amazing, okay? And it’s probably among the very best in the uh world right now, regardless of the cost. Okay? Even if you pay $4 for 10 seconds, it’s going to be the same as what you get here. And has specific use cases. Understand that. And that’s both for landscape. I’d use landscape mainly. Uh this landscape video uh for ads, right? Uh Facebook ads, YouTube ads, that kind of stuff. And then vertical video is for shorts. Okay, just understand that. Very important. Then once you get that, you can follow the workflow I gave you today. Experiment with it and you’ll do really really well um from what you are doing. And of course, there’s no credits, monthly fees and stuff. So you have nothing to worry about. There’s no experimentation. Let us pay all the electricity cost, GPU, server costes, millions and millions of dollars we’re spending. Uh but at the end of the day, our goal is to give back to you because you’ve been loyal to us. And a lot of the times, you know, a lot of you folks buy other stuff from us like clone voice and stuff. We don’t have to spend advertising uh like all these other platforms do which are just a bunch of rappers around these platforms from Google or bite dance, seed uh seed dance and stuff like that. And then they mark it up on top. So then they basically will squeeze you dry. squeeze you dry in parallel generation, squeeze you dry in terms of charging you for workflows, squeeze you dry in terms of the features, throttling, all this stuff. We don’t do any of that stuff. But what we do want you to understand is that don’t underestimate the true power of this uh what we have with Express and it’s only going to get better better with time. So what you have today can do amazing videos and the sad part is we could charge 10 times more for video express and make more money. And sometimes we get uh some people to say like, “Hey, I’m a serious agency. I’m only paying like what is it about a couple of hundred bucks or something, right, for a read express, the unlimited license, $200, it’s too cheap. I don’t trust it.” And we hear that and it hurts us cuz what we are trying to do is help everyday people like you um to actually use it and then it backfires against us. And that’s why what we plan to do in the future is we’re going to do an enterprise plan. Uh it’s going to have specific features like single sign on. Um, it’s going to have like uh some some other specific features where we’re going to charge us money. You’re going to charge extra money on it just like these other competitors of ours are doing. Uh, you know who they are. They’ll claim free usage of uh seed dance for like a day or two days and never works. Uh, and then you jump into they rebuild you and all this other stuff. Shady shady characters unfortunately. And our our thought process is like we have to go into that direction like APIs and all that stuff. If we’re going to for the enterpriseheavy uh agencies and stuff like that, we will do that. But for you, it’ll always be this. You’ll be grandfathered in with the updates and stuff like that regardless of our cost. And our margins are super thin, but it doesn’t matter because uh word of mouth and stuff like that is helping us grow. Right now, uh just for reference, last year alone, more than 100,000 people purchased our products. It’s not a small amount, right? Ridiculously high. So, we are one of the few people in the planet who can say that. Okay. Uh so that means we’re learning a lot from all the people around the world and stuff and that will give us an edge because a lot of people give up like we had the Ukrainian language people give up in Bangla language people give up on some of these uh languages and Nepali language cuz it’s too small of a market right European and English is good enough we want for the whole world to do it that’s the only way it’s going to work is through word of mouth and improving it through these platforms correct so anyway that’s the point here just understand that these features they look like little bit complicated and stuff but they’re usage based, use case based, okay? And we want to work towards that. Okay? So, have a great day on navigator around the world. Um, I wish you all the best. We’ll look forward to seeing you on our next training. More workflows will be shared and other stuff as well in our Facebook group and other places. Okay? So, watch out for that. Uh,
