I won’t be able to go over everybody’s um but I always do read all of them and we keep those in mind for future trainings as well as content that we’re going to make as well. So all right uh you should be seeing the screen here and it should say how to grow and make money on YouTube in 2026. Okay. And I should say that without fancy gear, without techy stuff, and without spending hours on each video, provided you use this hybrid model and follow one simple rule. So, while you’re here today, guys, go ahead and do the thumbs up thing if you’re excited about one of these things. So, it should be on the bottom right of the screen. Okay? So, views. Thumbs up if you’re excited about getting views. You want to get lots of views.

All right. All right. A lot of people excited about views. Okay. But how about this one? How about this one? Yeah. Hold on for a second. Hold on. Hold on. Hold your horses. How about this one? Money. Are you excited about making money? How about that one? Okay, I’m seeing a lot more. There’s a there’s a diversity here, right? There’s there’s some laughing emojis. There’s some confetti, hearts, thumbs up, shocked faces. Okay. Okay. So, I think that one is uh you a little bit more excited about that one. Okay. But how about this third one? How about this third one? Impact. Okay. Basically creating a business that you can be proud of and helping a lot of people, having impact. Okay. Because the secret is if you take care of this one right here, if you’re able to impact people, the views and the money, they’re all going to take care of themselves. Okay. So, awesome. All right. I see a lot more with that one. think you guys are most excited about that one. Okay, so um you guys are definitely the type of people I want to work with. So that’s awesome. So one thing is I don’t teach people how to make AI slop content where you’re just spamming the internet. I don’t teach people how to uh make entertainment content. You can make your educational content entertaining, but I don’t teach, you know, just random entertainment content because it doesn’t have impact, right? Doesn’t really have impact. You’re kind of like a court jester when you do that, right? You’re you’re a dancing clown. You might get a lot of attention, but you’re not actually going to get any respect or have people pay you money or anything like that. Right? So, that’s that’s what I teach generally speaking is educational content where you are solving people’s problems. Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t be entertaining, but we’re I’m teaching content where you’re solving people’s problems. Now, by the way, we are giving away free stuff at this workshop. Uh at the very end, you will get the chance to walk away with the Niche Validator Pro. Um both the Chat GBT as well as the Claude version. The Claude version is better. we recommend that one. Uh but which it’s whichever one you like to use, right? And this is the newest version yet. It’s a massive upgrade over anything that we put out before. And you’ll also get $61,494 worth of bonuses, but only for those who stay until the end offer. So, a Polish creator uh raised over $50 million euro for kids with cancer. And in dollars, that’s more than $65 million for children battling cancer. And here’s how he did it. He live streamed non-stop for 9 days straight and it got so big that Chris Martin from Coldplay hopped on a video call. Uh soccer star Lamin Ya Mal got pulled in to support it and the whole country rallied behind one guy with a camera. Think about that for a second. $65 million raised from one person, one single creator to help sick kids to help sick kids, right? Uh that’s the kind of impact that social media can create now, right? one person can have that kind of impact. Um, this isn’t entertainment for the sake of entertainment. This moved an entire nation and saved real lives, right? And here’s the part that I really want you to catch, okay? All of this happened in YouTube. And that’s why I keep saying that YouTube is the single best platform right now. And it’s really not even close, okay? It’s where the attention is, and more importantly, it’s where the money is, okay? And it’s where regular people make a real impact. So, if one creator can raise $65 million for cancer patients off of a single stream, imagine what the right strategy can do for you and your goals over a long period of time, right? And that’s exactly what I’m going to be showing you today. Uh, now, one thing I always like to say is this is a maze. You start here at the top and you finish at the bottom. And your goal is to get to the finish as fast as you can without making that many mistakes, right? Whatever that goal is. And most creators start with good intentions and then they fall into the maze. They end up burnt out, overthinking, stuck in analysis paralysis with zero views and zero income or very close to zero views and zero income and then they just give up. Uh but actually uh most people don’t even start in the first place. So if you’re here watching this right now, you’re ahead of the majority of people. Additionally, one thing I like to say about this maze part is anything that you’ve heard about YouTube outside of what I teach, chances are it’s probably you entering this maze. Because most people go into the maze, they get lost, they put their hands up, and they’re like, “Mazekeeper, come and get me.” And getting lost in the maze is focusing on all the stuff that does not matter. Like all the YouTube coaches that have entire channels about reviewing YouTube gear when that makes like 1% of a difference in the success of the person’s channel, right? or there’s lots of other examples too, but that’s the maze, okay? That’s the reason why you don’t get results because you’re focusing on all these things that do not matter when in reality you should just focus on the few things that actually matter and actually get you results. But let’s just say hypothetically you go into the maze and you just navigate it perfectly. Let’s say you’re an absolute pro. You make no mistakes. Here is the fastest way to get from start to finish. Just like this. I’ll kind of outline it a little bit, right? Fastest way to get from start to finish is zero mistakes. But actually, it’s not the fastest because there’s another way. It’s faster, easier, and safer. And you’re basically going around the maze. Pretty clever, right? But this isn’t even the fastest route. This is the fastest way to go from point A to point B is a straight line. And what if I showed you a way to do just that? Skip the maze completely and you literally just go straight from start to finish, straight to the results. And one thing I want to say about this part right here, a lot of other YouTube advice out there, I don’t think they’re purposely giving you bad advice. You know, a lot of them give good advice, but they give good advice for a gaming channel or a prank channel or something like that because there are a bunch of different types of YouTube channels, but I’m going to be talking about the type of YouTube channel that is the easiest to get results with. And it’s the type of YouTube channel that you can pivot to anything else later on down the line. And that’s why when it comes to winning on YouTube, I have the straight line for you today so that you can get there the easiest, quickest, safest, and most comfortable way possible. And specifically, you’re going to gain access to the hottest opportunity to exist in the content creation business. Now, these are the newest stats that just came out. Um, before they were saying that YouTube uh by 2034 was going to be worth 1 trillion. YouTube and the creator economy was going to be worth 1 trillion uh by 2034. Then just 6 months later, they revised their estimates and said it was going to be worth 1.6 trillion by 2034. Um, and so massive jump, 60% jump in just, you know, 6 months. And so what does that tell you? That tells you that even the experts uh weren’t able to predict how fast it’s going to go. Okay, it’s just grown that much in the last year. And the projections are just going up and up and up so much faster. And by 2035, it’s going to be worth 2 trillion. Okay, so this is just growing at an unprecedented rate. And look at this going up and up and up while so many other things are going down. It’s harder than ever to get a job. There’s so many industries that are being disrupted. Meanwhile, content creation is just going up and up. And that is a sign. And this is one of the biggest opportunities that I want you to get access to when it comes to content creation. And I want you to do it while bypassing all the traps, the gotchas, the limitations, the barriers to entry that otherwise would lock you out, forcing you to stand on the sideline as you watch generational wealth pass you by, helpless to do anything about it. And you will definitely want to take advantage of what’s happening right now in the creator economy because you are in the perfect place and time to start. And mind you, YouTube pays out billions every year, but it’s not going to lifestyle vloggers and entertainment channels anymore. And today, you’ll be handed the keys to unlock that prison cell that’s keeping you trapped and away from the YouTube growth that you’ve been wanting for a very long time. And seriously, we’ve helped online businesses, of course, all different types of online businesses, but also physical businesses, too. coaches, freelancers, job seekers, stay-at-home parents, nineto-fivers, grandpas, grandmas, agency owners, service providers, digital product sellers, failed YouTubers, YouTubers getting views but struggling with monetization, successful YouTubers who are crushing it but want to crush it even harder. People that own software companies or SAS, location specific people, uh people doing paid ads that want to stop doing paid ads, people doing paid ads that want to make their marketing two times more effective by having a YouTube presence. Even physical brick-and-mortar business owners and even people with disabilities do this. Okay, I’m going to give an example of of that person later on. And this works for almost any niche in almost any situation because we designed this type of YouTube channel to be flexible so that you can go in so many different directions. And the good news is you don’t need to be a YouTuber or an influencer to win on YouTube. But to get there, I’m going to be exposing the dark side of YouTube and creators who are now slaves to the platform. So here’s an example. Boogie2988. Now, I am not trying to make fun of him at all, right? I actually respect him a lot for revealing his public income, but he’s got about 4 million subs. And he revealed on a podcast tour last year that he’s only making about $44,000 a year, which is less than the average income for an American. So that’s about $3,700 a month uh with a 4 million subscriber YouTube channel. And he is one of hundreds of thousands of creators who are promised success through views, but views do not automatically equal money, right? Meanwhile, I work with people who get 500 views per video and they’re making $10 million a year on YouTube. But there are also people who get a lot of views and don’t make a lot of money because they’re doing things wrong. And seriously, I know there’s a lot of people in this crowd that are frustrated, burnt out, stuck because you were promised a gold mine and yet you found nothing. But you’ve been uploading videos. You’re frustrated because you can’t even get started uploading videos because you’ve been told that you need to buy this camera first or that gear first or you need to get really good at editing or any of those types of things. Uh but you basically found nothing but regret. Okay, so let’s talk about who this is for. This is for you if you’re a total beginner who wants to finally start and not burn out. And by the way, go ahead and drop a profession uh your profession in the chat. I’m curious what all of you do for a living. Go ahead and drop that in the chat. I’ll give you an example of a total beginner. My brother, my brother Zach. Okay, so he was an absolute total beginner. His profession was uh he worked in the trades. Okay, so he worked in the trades for 30 years. He was working in HVAC specifically. So here we go. We got uh mopping trademark attorney, retired AI and agent educator, sales IT financial advisor, uh vocational rehabilitation counselor, risk officer, AI consultant, uh SEI, special ed, student, software engineer, maintenance manager, nonprofit executive director, telecommunications therapist, operations manager, construction, IT, elementary teacher, mediator, travel adviser, teacher. Oh, wow. Travel adviser. That’s a good one for YouTube. That’s a really good one. Um, I was just talking to probably the number one travel adviser. She’s in my mastermind on YouTube. Um, lead mitigation technician for a restoration company, logistics, retired IT. Yeah, we have tons of people as well in IT uh field there. Lots of people in medical, lots of people in financial um or business related stuff. Yeah, good stuff. Awesome. I IT, software engineering, cyber security, etc. Cool. Uh yeah, software engineer, engineer, uh YouTuber, product reviews. Nice. Nice. Real estate broker. Lots of realtors join as well. Realtors or real estate brokerages. We had a guy who owns a bunch of different brokerages in Montana joined and he’s uh over 70. He’s getting great results. He already have a video get over 100,000 views, which leads to a lot of business for him. Okay, awesome. So, uh thanks thanks for sharing that guys. I can’t read all of them, but um basically I I started on uh my brother on YouTube. Okay, so first of all, for context, my brother is uh [clears throat] in his 50s. He’s not techsavvy. He’s never made a video in his life. He’s not particularly charismatic on camera or anything like that. Um and for context as well, I I use the system to start a new channel every single year. And the reason I do that is because I want to make sure that I’m updated on what the algorithm is like for a new channel. But last year, I decided I’m just going to make a channel for my brother instead because he basically came to me and he said, “Shane, I’m 50 years old. My body’s starting to wear out. I need to figure out how to make money without wearing out my body.” Now, he’s in the trades, right? And he thought I was going to recommend a remote job or some type of certification. And I was like, “No, you should just start a YouTube channel.” And he was really surprised. He’s like, “Well, I’m not tech-savvy. I’m not good on camera. I’ve never made a video in my life. I’m in my 50s. No one wants to listen to a 50-year-old.” All these excuses started popping into his head for why he couldn’t do it. And I told him, “Just trust me, bro. Just do it. Just do what I tell you. Use our system. It’s going to work for you.” And the very first video that he posted blew up and got $800,000 views. And less than one month later, 29 days later to be exact, he made $214 in a single day. That’s a $78,000 year run rate. So yeah, it works for beginners even with no tech experience, even if they’re old on the older side, you know, and even if they’ve never had any experience making videos, right? Um, and just a uh quick update on Zach. Last month was a record month for him. He finished with over $18,000. Okay, so uh plus he’s getting a lot of money from affiliate marketing. So he’s not just making money from AdSense, right? He’s not just making money from the ads that pop up on his channel. And that’s one thing we’re going to talk about. AdSense is not the only monetization method on YouTube. There are a lot of other ways where you can make more money. Sometimes you can make a hundred times more than what you make from AdSense.

Okay, this is also for you if you’re a faceless creator or you want to use YouTube automation. So, this is one of those where we are to be honest with you like we don’t accept all different types of faceless creators, but I’ll tell you the ex the the type of person that this particular method works for. So, here’s uh Whiz, right? Whiz of ecom. And when Whiz first started his YouTube channel, it was a totally faceless channel. And he actually scaled his business to seven figures a year just being faceless. Then he did a face reveal and now he’s making multiple seven figures a year. The point is he said that almost all of his clients watched his YouTube channel and either directly or indirectly he got almost all of his clients from YouTube. So they might have originated from other sources, but then they watched his YouTube channel and that’s what helped prospects make the decision to buy from him. Now he runs an agency and he did make the decision to reveal his face later on. But he built his faceless channel in a very specific way where you can do that because again he used the hybrid personal brand method which means you have a lot of options in the future and we’ll get into how to do that. Right? So if you’re making a faceless or YouTube automation channel, you need to listen to this because it’s very important you do this the right way. If you don’t do it the right way, you’re going to have a ceiling in terms of how much money you can make. And you’re also not going to have options in the future. And this is also for you if you’re a business owner, freelancer, or coach who wants inbound clients without paid ads. So, an example of that would be Davis, right? Davis’s sales went up by 400%. And after working with me, he’s making over 100K per month. Now, basically, Davis owned a portfolio of companies, and he was spending about 20 hours a week on just one of his companies, just one YouTube channel and one company, and that is obviously not sustainable. But eventually, he outsourced everything on his channel to the point where he’s not even recording the videos anymore. And he has other people recording the videos, and now he spends zero hours a week, even though he has multiple channels and for multiple different companies, he’s spending zero hours a week on his uh YouTube channels. So, if you’re a business owner, you’re super busy, you have a portfolio, you can actually have other people record the videos for you and you can have a system that just takes care of everything uh yourself uh itself, right? And we help people with that as well. I’m also going to Davis’s wedding uh just next month. So, super excited about that. Um so, this is also for you if you want to network so you can land high paying jobs, find career opportunities, or become an authority in your niche by standing out with your YouTube channel. Um so, an example of that is Josh. So Josh just started making really useful videos on his channel for people in the IT and cyber security industry. And he talked about how to get better jobs, which certifications are good to take, what skills to learn that are valuable in the job market, etc., etc. And he was able to go from making less than $1,000 a month with his channel to actually getting offers from Fortune50 companies, including companies that are a part of Fang, which is Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. And these are some of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the world where it’s literally harder to get into a fang company than it is to get into Harvard or Yale. Now, usually you have to apply to these jobs, but the companies were reaching out to him. So, he got an offer from uh several different fang companies uh and Fortune50 companies. Ended up going with one of them for his dream job where he got to travel the world. Okay? So, he lived in Japan. He was traveling the world. He was making a remote job. He had a remote job making multiple six figures a year. And then the YouTube channel kept going. is it got to 5,000 a month, then 10,000 a month. Now it’s a full-time income from part-time work, right? Part-time side hustle turned into a full-time income, then 30,000 a month. Now he’s making more from his side hustle than he’s making from from his full-time job. And it’s really not a side hustle anymore. It’s a full business, even though he’s only working part-time. And then eventually he scaled it all the way up to $186,000 a month using my strategies. And of course, he quit his dream job because he it just didn’t make sense for him at that point, right? So, I like his example because it goes over every single stage. Just getting started as a beginner, using it to become an authority in his niche for networking to get his dream job, starting a side hustle, making a little bit of money on the side, starting a full-time business, making 10 to 30K per month, and then scaling his business. But you might be thinking, “But Shane, if it’s easy, then why do most people fail?” Well, it’s because they believe in these myths. One, you need to be an influencer. Two, you have to show your face and have a fancy camera and have a amazing set, very expensive set with, you know, the best cameras and the best lenses and the best lighting. And then you have to have the best video editing and all that kind of stuff, right? Which goes into number three, which is it takes 40 hours to create one video. And number four, you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. These are some of the biggest myths that people believe in that cause them to fail. Now, the last one specifically, the reason that most people think it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube is because they think they need a big channel that has lots of subscribers and lots of views to make money. If you choose the right niche, you do not need a big channel. Just as an example, when I started my second channel, Shane Humus, the content growth engine, we actually made over $30,000 in the first month starting the channel. And a lot of that money was made before we even got to 1,000 subscribers as well. And these are the myths that people believe in that stop them from having success on YouTube. And we’re going to go over that channel here in a minute. But in reality, one of the biggest reasons that you failed is because before today, you lacked the leverage to invade this soon-to-be trillion dollar opportunity. And I’m going to help you mine this opportunity so that we can grow rich together fast. Because there are millions of niches and subniches out there that are extremely profitable and most of them are not even being talked about at all. First though, who am I? I’m Shane. I’m an ex-harmarmacist. I have a 1.5 million subscriber YouTube channel. You can see it down here. Um, and I’ve helped over 20 businesses get to over 100K per month on YouTube from scratch. I’ve helped countless other businesses that were already doing well uh scale their business with YouTube. And I’ve helped well over a 100red people make full-time incomes with YouTube. Okay, so you know it it like I I’ve helped people at all different levels. I’m also industry recognized as an expert on growing and making money from YouTube for businesses specifically, right? So, we do treat YouTube like a business. Um, now here’s a company that I work with just as an example, Course Careers. And, uh, this is a company that liked working with me so much that I actually ended up getting equity in the company. I’m on their board of adviserss as well because I gave that much value to the company. We were able to help them over 30x the amount of money that they made. With that being said, this is a startup and I usually like to work with individuals. And one of the reasons I like to work with individuals is because you guys remind me of myself. So, let me give you a quick backstory here. Um, this is me working as a pharmacist for 15 hour shifts during the pandemic. Uh, before that, I came from a very poor background. I lived in section 8 housing. I lived in trailer parks. I was even homeless at one point. And I did what society told me to do. This is the exact uh Salvation Army that I stayed at for about 6 months uh in Lawrence, Kansas. Okay. So, I I didn’t want to be poor anymore. So, I did what society told me to do. I went to college. I got a doctorate. So, I got the highest level of college and I became a pharmacist, right? I got a really good six-f figureure job. And I also had to take out a lot of money in student loan debt to get there. I went over $300,000 in student loan debt. And the thing is, when I was poor, I had a lot of time, but I didn’t have any money. So, I couldn’t really do anything besides play video games or whatever, right? But when I became middle class working as a pharmacist, I didn’t have both time or money because I was spending all of my time working and all of my money paying down my student loan debt. So, it’s kind of like an out of the frying pan and into the fryer type moment. And it was really a terrible situation because I started as a pharmacist right before the pandemic hit. And just to emphasize how bad this was. We got robbed three times in a six-month period. Okay. So overall, I can’t describe how stressed out, how depressed, how burnt out, how anxious I was in the situation. Uh, my staff quit and I was doing the work of like five people at one point during the pandemic, working 15-hour shifts. And then on top of all of that, on top of being burnt out, being broke, like having a sword dangling over my head of of debt all the time, I was in fear of my physical safety because we were getting robbed all the time, too. And like many people out there, I started wondering, wait a minute, is the stuff that society told me to do actually good idea? Maybe I made a mistake. And so because of that, I tried just about every side hustle out there to make money. I started trying Shopify, Amazon FBA, SMMA, coaching, consulting, courses, digital products, real estate, white labeling, SEO, flipping websites, flipping physical products. Uh just basically anything you can think of, I tried it, right? Uh here’s one of them that I tried. It’s called the Booty Kit. It’s basically an at-home uh workout thing um to work out your booty. And um I pretty much, you know, I tried selling it on like Shopify, Amazon FBA, and I pretty much failed at almost all of them. I couldn’t make any of these sustainable. I might have had a little bit of success here and there, but nothing sustainable. And a lot of it has to do with me having ADHD and shiny object syndrome and just always trying a bunch of different things, but as you can see, my bank account was constantly very close to $0. But YouTube was different than all these other side hustles. See, all the side hustles that I tried that I tried. They actually work, okay? But they only work if you have traffic, aka views. If you don’t have views, it makes it so much harder. It’s kind of like trying to sell something without having a store or without people knowing that you exist. Okay? It’s almost impossible to sell. And so I realized one that I really enjoyed YouTube, but two I realized that I couldn’t I could make any of these other business models work if I just focused on YouTube and getting views. And because of that, I gave YouTube another shot. And after I tried it again, you know, at that time I was in a houseful of seven guys. I was trying to save money and it was also an entrepreneur house. So it’s kind of like an incubator house for entrepreneurs. And one of the guys I ended up meeting in this community, his name was Sam. and he basically came from Lebanon, barely knew English, and he started a wedding photography uh business in the US because I don’t I don’t think he could legally work. And so he had to start a business. And he started this YouTube channel where he was making about 10 to $20,000 a month from his YouTube channel with less than 10,000 subscribers as well as his wedding photography business. And he was doing wedding photography in Las Vegas and on the West Coast. And before this, I’d even spent some time in LA. I’d met influencers who didn’t have any money. And I was like, “Sam, how are you making so much money from YouTube even though you have a small channel?” And he showed me what a proper monetization method looks like. And he showed me how I can monetize a channel without having that many views. And he initially taught me how to make money from a small channel, like 10 or 20,000 subscribers. But I took it to the next level to the point where there are some channels we work with that only have a few thousand subscribers and they’re making seven figures. Because there are some niches where you’re talking to an affluent audience and you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. So this is where I found the secret formula of YouTube success where everyone else was not talking about it. And so basically I started posting videos and just to put this in perspective guys I have gotten a lot of views right I’ve gotten you know between myself my other channels clients and stuff billions of views right but you know even these videos right 6 million views 1.2 2 million views, 1.7 million views, 4.3 million views. I know how to play the views game with the best of them. Okay, I know how to get views. But this video right here, the most useless degrees, just as an example, 4.3 million views 6 years ago, $31,000 in the entire lifetime of the video. Took 6 years to make $30,000. Right? This video right here, 8.8,000 views 6 months ago, already made over $48,000 in the first 6 months of the video. Okay? So, yeah, you I can play the views game with the best of them. I know how to get views, but the problem is this video right here, it’s way harder to reproduce this video than it is to reproduce this video right here. Okay? So, um uh you know, and and that’s because like this video took 6 years to get $31,000 cuz it was just making money from AdSense, right? Whereas this one was making money from AdSense, of course, but also from lots of other things, too. Affiliate marketing, products and services that we were selling, etc., et, etc. Okay, so he’s making money outside of AdSense. And I’ve had several videos just last month that got less than 10,000 views or around 10,000 views, but made 40 or $50,000 from all income streams. And there are several videos with less than 10,000 views that made as much or more than this video. So that’s kind of the secret because listen, it is way easier for me to reproduce this video, a video that only has to get 8,000 views to make $48,000 than to reproduce a video that has to get 4 million views to make $31,000. It’s way way easier for me to do that. And just to show you guys proof here, here’s how much I made around two plus years ago, right? So, um, this was three Septembers ago. I made about $283,000. This is when I was doing my career coaching business. So, I was basically helping a bunch of people land the career that they want. Specifically, it was typically like a remote job. Okay? So, I escaped pharmacy. I lended a remote job. At the same time, I was doing YouTube. And then I started helping other people uh land remote jobs, too. and that I got that business to multiple seven figures a year, about 283,000 uh a month. Okay. Then one year later, this is actually actually after I actually started teaching people how to do YouTube, I was making about 325,000, but I was really enjoying it cuz I was [clears throat] doing YouTube. And then uh just this last year, we made a million dollars in a single month. Now, I’m not saying this to try to make people jealous. I’m just showing you the receipts so that you know that I know what I’m talking about because there’s a lot of YouTube coaches out there that are just coaches coaching coaches. They’ve never actually started a successful channel themselves and they’re basically cosplaying a successful YouTubers and they’re teaching you how to be successful at YouTube when they’ve never actually started a successful YouTube channel outside of just teaching YouTube. But me, I actually started a successful YouTube channel before I started teaching other people how to do it. And the craziest thing is I did all of this while being able to travel the world and only having to work 4 hours a week. So here’s a picture of me in Tokyo at the famous crossing square. Here’s a picture of me in Singapore. And here is me in the San Juan Islands just off of Vancouver, British Columbia whale watching. So orca watching specifically. And yes, we did see a pod of orcas. So it was pretty great. Um and yeah, I was able to do this all while only having to work 4 hours a week. Now, I choose to work more than that because I genuinely enjoy what I do uh and I enjoy helping people. So, I choose to work more than that. But the whole point is I only have to work 4 hours a week. It only takes 4 hours for me to maintain this machine that I’ve built. Right? And in many cases, I’ve actually gone as much as 2 months at a time without working at all. Okay? Or a month at a time or even as much as 2 months at a time with zero hours on my business. Okay? So, I have an online business where I don’t have to have any in-person employees or anything like that. I can travel the world. I can do whatever I want and my business just keeps going up and up and up. But something kept bothering me because I got the life that I dreamed of. But once in a while, I would create a video and post it on YouTube just telling people what I was doing because I was seeing YouTube advice online and I’d watch it and I’d be like, hm, I don’t really think this works for most people, right? Maybe it would work for a gaming channel, but it probably wouldn’t work for most channels. And so I decided once every 6 months, once every year, I would post a video about what I was doing on YouTube and what was working for me. And every time I do that, I would get comments, emails, DMs. Everybody would be reaching out to me being like, “Hey, Shane, can you coach me? Shane, can you help me grow my YouTube channel?” And I turned them all down because I was just too busy or I just didn’t really want to do coaching, right? Or I thought maybe it works for my niche, but it doesn’t work for other people’s niches. So, I turned them down, but I felt bad about it. And I shrugged it off for years until one day one of my friends who was on YouTube messaged me basically saying he was having financial struggles and he really needed my help uh growing his YouTube channel so he, you know, he could make some money. And so, I was like, “All right, you know what? I’m going to do it.” And if I’m going to help one person, I might as well just go ahead and help a bunch of people as well. So, I messaged I reached out to a bunch of those people who had messaged me. um because it’s pretty simple to just if you’re going to help one person, you can just be on a call with many of them and it doesn’t take that much extra time. And I decided to do a cohort where I worked with a bunch of people and I worked with a very diverse set of people, right? So, a professional truck driver for 28 years, a fresh graduate engineering student, a current engineering student, an Amazon FBA business owner, a coach, a freelancer, a failed YouTuber, a successful YouTuber who was crushing it but wanted to crush it harder, a content creator for 11 years who wanted to shift over to YouTube, a tech salesperson, a girl in cyber security, a coach, an agency owner, an online service provider, a fitness dude, a finance guy, a physical business owner, just etc., etc., just on and on. The point is they were all different. Some had YouTube experience, others had zero knowledge of how YouTube works. And then we applied the exact same format that I found to be working on my YouTube channel. So, same YouTube format, same proven way of making thumbnails, titles, and intros, same strategy for coming up with winning video ideas. And of course, a little bit of tweaking because every single niche is a little bit different. There are a lot of underlying principles, but they all do need a little bit of tweaking. And the crazy thing is every single one of them blew up. And the best part is is they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And that’s the thing that made me feel so happy because I can only have so much impact with my channel, but I got to help other people have impact with their channels. And so I was basically spreading my impact to so many other people. And then they were able to impact hundreds of millions with their YouTube channels. And they all got rich by helping other people live better lives. And the reason for that is because I taught them how to make a very specific type of content which is educational niche content. And the channels that are winning today are educational niche channels. In fact, educational channels make 10 to 20 times more money. And there are more opportunities for every 1,000 views than any other type of content. In fact, the first month that we launched my second channel, we were able to make $1,736 for every $1,000 views that we got. Let me repeat that. $1,736 per 1,000 views. Um, so I got 24,000 views in the first month right off the bat and made $42,000. So just to put that in perspective, entertainment channels typically make about $1 to $3 per 1,000 views. Okay. Uh, so if I would have gotten that same amount of views, I would have made $24 to $73. Okay? With 24,000 views. And this is with kind of like Mr. Beast style entertainment content. So, this type of content, I mean, you really do have to get millions of views to make a full-time income, right? And it’s a lot harder to make this type of content because you’re competing with people like Mr. Beast who have, you know, who spend $10 million on every video, right? Then you’ve got normal education content. This is just like mass market education content. you know, channels like Veritasium or uh channels just helping you with random different things that don’t probably don’t know how to monetize that well, but they do get a decent amount of views. And with a channel like that, you know, it’s way better. It’s like 10 times better in terms of monetization. So, if you were to uh get 24,000 views, you’d make about $20 per 1,000 views. That’d be about $484. So, that’s better, but it’s still probably not where you want to be, right? right? To make a full-time income. Um, but then niche authority channel and niche education channel where you’re solving a very specific problem for a very specific type of person. Um, if you get 24,000 views, you can make $1,736 in the first 30 days, which is exactly what I did on my second channel that I launched from scratch and we made $42,000 from that. Right? So, that is the power of niche educational uh content, right? cuz you’re not just relying on AdSense or just AdSense and affiliates and sponsorships. There’s so many other ways that you can monetize your content that are way better outside of that stuff. Okay? So, yeah, with educational content, right off the bat, you’re making 10 times more money, but with niche educational content, you can make way more than that. Now, you can do more mass market education channel and properly monetize your content. Of course, with my main channel, I started off very niche, but eventually I kind of was just like, you know what? I just want to talk about whatever I want to talk about, you know, and you have the ability to do that if you build your channel with the hybrid personal brand method, which we’ll talk about here in a minute. You have the ability to do that if you want to. Okay? And so that’s kind of what I did. But even with mass market education content, like my first channel, we still consistently make $400 per 1,000 views, okay, on the channel. So sometimes we get up to like $800 per 1,000 views, but it’s in that range of $400 $800 per 1,000 views, even though it’s more of a mass market channel that gets millions of views a month, right? So it still makes a ton of money, but you can make way more money if you do niche educational content. And that is what I recommend that people start off with is just talking about a very niche subject and doing that first. So, I’m going to get into that here in a moment because you don’t always have to stay with a niche subject if you set your channel up with the hybrid personal brand method, which is something we’ll talk about here in a moment. But let me give you some examples of niche educational content first and how far you can take this. Right? So, this is the organic chemistry tutor. He makes $36 to $100,000 a month on this channel accords. And that is just from AdSense alone. Okay? So, if he’s properly monetizing, he is easily making far more than that. So, if you just do that $10 to $20 per 1,000 views, he’s probably making about 136 to 250,000 a month from this channel. Okay. Now, the interesting thing is like that’s amazing right off the bat, but the interesting thing is that’s that’s, you know, probably very conservative for one, but for two, look at this right here. He hasn’t posted a video in 62 days, right? And he’s still making that much money passively from his channel, right? So, he’s making $136 to $273,000 a month passively from a channel that he has not posted a single video on in 62 days. And I think this is a bit old. I think it’s like 3 months by now. Uh, and that is because he has been uploading these videos for a long time. And each video is like evergreen, right? It’s like this little piece of digital real estate. It’s like a little soldier that just goes out and its only job is to get him views, get him subscribers, and make him money forever. Okay? and he’s posted videos 10 years ago that are still getting tons of views even today, right? And they’re still making him money. And again, this is very conservative. He’s probably making a lot more than this. Let me show you an example of that. Let me tell you why this is this is conservative estimate. So, uh, this one right here is Scotty Kilmer. So, he’s another example. Um, now he’s in his 70s and he makes content helping people save money on their cars. Now, one of the great things about him is he is quite entertaining. So, when I say make educational content, I’m not saying by any means that you cannot be entertaining, right? You can definitely be entertaining. He’s hilarious if you’ve ever watched him, but he basically made $24 million from YouTube, right? So, he said he made $24 million. This was a couple years ago as well. So, he’s probably made a lot more than that now. But if you look at his channel, it’ll say he only makes about, you know, 19 to $58,000 a month. That would be 300,000 to, you know, 600,000 a year or so, right? So there’s no way he’d get to $24 million just making 300 to 600,000 a year, right? So he’s making far far more than this. So these estimates that we give you here, they’re usually on the lower side. He’s made far more than this. And he said that he made more in one month than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic. He made more in one month than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic uh on YouTube, right? Pretty crazy. And basically what he does is he just helps people pick the right cars, maintain their cars, fix their cars, and help them in different car related products, right? stuff that he did his entire career. So, it’s super easy for him. It’s probably quite boring and repetitive as well, but guess what? It helps a lot of people. It’s probably saved people billions of dollars. And because of that, he has gotten paid in turn for that, right? And basically, this stuff is dead simple for him. And that’s the one thing that I want to point out with the organic chemistry tutor as well. This stuff is dead simple for him. He’s just talking about stuff that he was already tutoring people on. and he just did the same thing but he recorded it with a camera and he posted it online. Now this is one of the craziest stories. Physics walla he came from a small village in India and his first videos were in his parents’ basement and you can see how bad they are right blurred face uh too dark can’t see the whiteboard lighting’s weird etc etc but it didn’t matter. He started making videos about these standardized tests in India and the standardized tests are incredibly important for your future. It’s kind of like the ACT and the SAT for the US um but kind of like on steroids. Honestly, it’s much more important, right? And he just made these videos about these certifications and standardized tests. And at first he was just talking about physics and then he expanded to other stuff. So let’s just put this in perspective how specific this is. Physics India standardized tests only very specific how he was tutoring people. And he started making these videos he kept going and then he launched a company that’s now worth $5.2 billion called Physics Walla. It’s an educational app and it’s now worth $5.2 billion. And it all started in his parents’ basement just making physics videos. And he is probably richer than Mr. Beast. And that is the power of educational content because you are solving people’s problems. So now I’m going to hand you the formula for how to do all this. And there is a secret formula and these are the most important things. So if I don’t talk about it, it’s because it’s not important. So first thing is you need a niche hypothesis statement. Now, generally speaking, there are three niches out there that are the most profitable niches and that is health, wealth, and relationships. Okay, with that being said, there are a ton of amazing niches outside of that and you can make money in all of those niches as well. But generally speaking, if you’re confused about what niche to go into, you should be looking into health, wealth, or relationships. Okay, those are the broad category niches and you want to of course niche down within them. And the reason for that is because almost everybody in the entire world has a problem in one or more of those three areas. And then you need to just go ahead and make what’s known as a niche hypothesis statement. So what you want to do is you want to pick a niche. And by the way, while we’re doing this, go ahead and comment what you think your niche is in the comment section. Um I’ll probably read a few of them while we’re going through this. And I’m basically going to do this to illustrate something as well. So comment what you think your niche is. And don’t say health, wealth, or relationships. Like try to try to go a little bit deeper than that, right? Um, but comment what you what you think your niche is.

[clears throat] All right, we’ve got biblical education, insurance life, oops, moving so fast. Uh, make more money with AI, creating and using AI agents, helping people travel, supplements and peptides. Um, I help curious people like myself understand how things work and build personalized versions of things that they use every day by documenting my journey to build everything I own. Nice. I like it. Um, so kind of like DIY. Love it. Uh, mortgage, video games, therapy, behavior. Uh, Japanese Canadian living in Japan. Uh, probate real estate. Oh, that’s a great niche. Wow, that’s a great that’s a really good niche. Um, metal, [clears throat] uh, metallurgical. Um, uh, I make Christian content, so most likely educational. Okay, awesome. Life hacks, billiards, steel manufacturing, cars and lifestyle. I think my niche is Irish and Wisconsin history. Oh, wow. Okay. commercial property management, teaching basic art skills, paying off debt, retirement funding with options, I don’t know, addiction recovery, I don’t know. Uh, educate people on meditation. Um, AI travel planner. Awesome. Okay. Um, so I know a lot of you are probably going to end up saying one or two word answers, which is exactly what happened uh when you comment your niches uh when you commented your niche. And I don’t blame you for that, but that is incorrect. And let me show you why. The niche hypothesis statement goes like this. You select a market or what most people call a niche, but I like to call a market. So, a specific market and then you find a specific problem that people within that market have. Okay? Because they might have 20 different problems or 200 different problems or 2,000 different problems, but you pick one problem that the market has. Okay? Now, typically you want to focus on one of their most painful problems or most annoying problems as well. Okay? But the most important thing is that it’s a specific problem. Okay. So, you pick one specific problem that the market has and then you find a specific solution for that problem and that is your niche. Okay. So, it’s going to look like this. I help X, right? This is X. Do Y. Why? Okay. X is a specific market. Y is a specific problem. And then the specific solution, the Z part. Don’t even worry about that right now. The Z is something that we can do later on. But the important part is that you establish that there’s a market of people and they have a problem that isn’t being solved very well and you’re going to help them solve that problem. And that is the foundation of how markets work. Markets are all about solving problems efficiently. And if you want to give value and receive money by giving that value, then you really just want to focus on solving as many problems for people as possible, which is what YouTube allows you to do. Okay. So, let me give you a few examples of how to do this. Now, I’m going to use the accounting market specifically because for some reason, I’ve worked with a lot of accountants. My partner’s an accountant as well. So, I’m just going to use the accounting market, right? So, I’m going to show you a bunch of different levels. And all these people, by the way, are either people that are my clients. I’ve worked with them or they’re business owners that I’ve met that are crushing it on YouTube. So, at the very first level is just teaching students basic accounting concepts. So, that is more of a mass market channel and it’s teaching people basic accounting concepts. So, it’s kind of like the organic chemistry tutor, but for accounting. Now, this person is making really good money, probably pretty close to seven figures a year, and they’ve been doing it for a long time, but they’re making really good money. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like what is a P&L? Now, the second level, which is accounting specifically for existing accounting students or someone who just graduated with an accounting degree. So, they got an accounting degree, they’re trying to pass standardized tests or pass certifications, um, and they need help with that. So that would be kind of like physics walla but for accounting right uh because he was helping people pass standardized tests and certifications. So physics walla but for accounting and of course in the US. So that’s the second one and I know for a fact that this niche is making multiple seven figures a year and people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a CPA or what are the best certifications or you know etc etc that kind of thing. What are the different types of uh accounting jobs that kind of thing. So you can see that people in this market would not be interested in the same types of videos as people in this first market, right? And they also wouldn’t be interested in the same types of videos as people in this third market, right? So helping people land their first entry-level accounting job. So that’s another business owner that I know they’re making multiple seven fig uh seven figures a year. And who is the market here? Who’s the niche? People who just graduated with an accounting degree and they’re trying to get their first entry-level job. Okay, that’s the market that is uh that’s different than all these other ones, right? It’s totally different content than all these other ones. People who are trying to refresh their knowledge on accounting do not want to get an accounting job, right? Totally different content here um that you would be making. So, for instance, in this niche, you might make a video like how to land a bookkeeping job or uh the be how to make a really good resume for to land an accounting job or something along those lines. I I hope you see the point that the types of videos you would make for this specific niche are going to be totally different than number one or number two or the next one which is number four, the fourth level. This is people who are already accountants and they’re making $50 to $100,000 a year and they want to become what’s known as a financial controller. So this is one of my clients as well. He helps people who are already accountants making 50 to 100,000 per year become a financial controller who can make 200,000 or even 300,000 a year. It’s a very highlevel uh accounting and financial uh position. Okay. So, this is going to be totally different type of content when you’re targeting that audience, right? And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a financial controller. And then finally, the fifth level, which is basically helping businesses hire accountants. So, hiring and placing accountants in businesses. So in that particular case, it’s either accounting businesses or big businesses that need accountants and they’re actually trying to hire or place really good accountants in their businesses. So even though you’re talking about accounting topics, it’s still a completely different audience and the type of content that you’re going to make is going to be completely different for all those different ones. So I hope you understand why it’s so important to have a niche hypothesis statement. Even though it’s the same niche, right? It’s all accounting, but the type of content that you’d make here is like how to hire the best accountants, for example, right? But it’s all the accounting niche, right? That’s what that’s what people would have said. You know, before I told you this, you if you were in one of these niches, you probably would have said, “Oh, I’m in the accounting niche.” When in reality, there’s way more subniches. You’re really in the accounting market, but there’s a lot of subniches under that. And this is going to help you actually find that. It’s really important that you do this, right? Because the content that you’re going to make is going to be completely different for all these different types of subniches. So, I hope you understand why it’s so important to have a niche hypothesis statement even though it’s the same niche, right? It’s all accounting. Um, you know, it’s just like all these people for instance that commented through the niche, they probably said something relatively short like plants education or marriage relationship or teaching etc. And that’s why you need to have a niche hypothesis statement. If you don’t know your niche hypothesis statement, you have lost from the beginning. It is so important to have a proper niche hypothesis statement. Now, did you find that valuable? Give a thumbs up if you thought that was valuable and if you want the niche validator both in the claude skills version as well as the GPT version that we’re going to be giving out in a short while that’s going to help you dial in your niche hypothesis statement. Awesome. Okay, good stuff. Love it. Uh and yeah, people in this market how to hire the best accountants. You know that totally different than the other ones. Okay, so now I’m going to be handing you the blue pill to make you invincible as a creator because once you have your niche down, you’re already way better than most people. But you need more than that. You need what’s known as a hybrid personal brand because you probably know what personal branding is. But when you mix personal branding with the correct niche and our YouTube automation AI system, you have what’s known as the hybrid personal brand. Now, one thing you need to understand is I just told you uh that you have to have a niche hypothesis statement. But I’m going to say something that’s probably going to confuse you a little bit, and that is you are the niche. So many people get this wrong. They think their niche is what makes them successful as an educational channel content creator. But when you have a hybrid personal brand, you are the niche. So yes, you are going to start extremely niche with I help X do Y. But once you get traction when you build your channel in the correct way where you’re building a hybrid personal brand, you can then easily pivot to something else. So let me show you an example of that. Alexi, when he first started posting on YouTube four years ago, his niche hypothesis statement was, I help gyms do marketing and sales. And now he can talk about anything. Now obviously he’s really well known for his business stuff with all the different types of businesses. But now he can talk about his unconventional diet. This is why you’re not happy. He talks about his book launches. He talks about how to stop wasting time. And yeah, I mean now he can talk about anything he wants. But he started niche. And if he tried to do that from the beginning, he probably wouldn’t have had nearly as much success as he has right now. He started off being the king of a puddle. Then he became the king of a small pond. Then he became the king of a lake. Then the king of a river, then the sea, and then the ocean. But you got to start small, right? You have to start niche. Okay? You got to start being the king of a pond before you expand to being the king or queen of the ocean. Okay? But don’t make your channel in such a way where you can’t expand it. Okay? That is how we teach people to do it with the hybrid personal brand method. Because when you create a hybrid personal brand, there are so many different ways that you can monetize your channel. And there’s also so many different directions that you can go both in terms of the content and the topics as well as the money that you can make from your channel. AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, networking, membership, SAS, high ticket offers. Alex Herozi opened up basically like an investment fund, right? He had a portfolio of companies that he invests in and he gets his deal flow from YouTube. So, he’s making money from eight and nine figure business owners and making millions from each one all the way down to doing a SAS that costs a few dollars a month, right? You could do memberships, you could do courses, you could do digital products, and so many other things, even physical products. The point is all these different business models work when you have a hybrid personal brand. you have traffic and you have the distribution, right? Uh people that actually know, like, and trust you watching your channel consistently because you built it with the hybrid personal brand method and you’ve helped them solve a bunch of their problems. So, they see you as an authority. And not only that, you can even sell the brand or step down as the face of the brand in some cases. So, let me just give you an example of that. Doug Deiro um he launched his website called carsandbids.com. You can see it right here, carsandbids.com. And he then he sold it, right? He launched it from his personal brand YouTube channel which is Doug Demiro where he reviews cars. And then he sold the website carsandbbits.com for $80 million. And the reason they were able to do that is because of the fact that they built their channels with the hybrid personal brand method. And it’s a secret way of building your channel that makes it so much easier to do whatever you want in the future. Do you think that Doug Demiro knew that he was going to launch an auction website from his YouTube channel reviewing cars? Of course not. Right? But this is why you build it in such a way where you can easily pivot to other things as opportunities pres present themselves, right? Um, and this is a secret way of building your channel that makes it so much easier to do whatever you want in the future because none of us can predict the future. But what we can do is we can build a channel that can evolve and change over time as we evolve, as the market evolves, as things happen in the world. You can build a channel that has the ultimate advantage, which is that it can adapt to changing circumstances. Right? Because not only outside circumstances, but yourself as well. You’re a growing, evolving human being, and you want your business and your YouTube channel to grow and evolve with you over time. And if you think this only applies to big educational channels, well, you’re just wrong. Here’s some examples of our clients. This worked for. So, we was 18 years old when we first started working with him. He was a freshman in college, and he was making all kinds of random content on study skills, productivity content, all kinds of stuff like that. and he was making content on engineering as well because he was basically a business and engineering double major but he wasn’t making any money right and we basically sat down we hashed out his niche and it became very clear that he should help foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the US why because he was a foreign exchange student that got into an elite university in the US so we really dialed in his offer and the very first month that he launched or very close to the very first month he made around $80,000 and he actually got so many client requests that he is overs subscribed and he had to stop making YouTube videos and weight list customers trying to buy his program because he just had too many people wanting to work with him immediately. And that’s a pretty good place to be as an 18-year-old business owner, right? And we joked around that he was making more money than the president of his university, which he was, which is pretty crazy to think about, right? As a freshman. Here’s another example. Richard, we helped him go from making almost no money whatsoever on YouTube and being one of the busiest clients I’ve ever worked with. He was a product manager at a Fortune50 company, uh, working like 80 hours a week. He had a new baby. He had lots of investments like real estate, investment, properties, etc. that he was managing. All kinds of different stuff going on like that, right? Just a super super busy guy. One of the busiest uh community members I’ve ever worked with, right? And he was basically able to grow his channel to $12,000 in a single month despite the fact that he probably could only work about 2 hours a month. So yeah, I’m very proud of this case study because it was quite difficult to get him results because he could only work a couple hours a month. And then another and here’s another example guy. Now this one is a really cool story. He’s actually disabled and his goal before he worked with us was just to make a couple thousand extra dollars a month because he’s uh close to retirement, right? So he’s disabled. He has what’s known as tenitus, which is constant ringing in the ears and this is something that a lot of veterans have. My dad has it as well. He’s a veteran and it’s very debilitating. And so he made this channel where his goal was to just make a couple extra thousand dollar a month in retirement. And that was his version of rich, right? And he made $1,500 a month with less than 500 subscribers. 446 to be exact. And this was a brand deal for $1,500 a month. And now he’s getting close to like 10,000 subscribers. So he’s crushing it now. But before he even got to 500 subscribers, never mind a,000, he was making money just from sponsorships alone. So if you don’t think you can get sponsorships with a small channel, you can. And this was his actual brand deal, which is an ongoing sponsorship. So, one simple rule, guys, to make this happen. Start simple and scale fast. You do not need to show your face all the time, right? If you don’t want to, a fancy camera, fancy editing, a million-doll studio, high production quality, or top tier video editing skills. And you definitely do not need to make highly entertaining content. Here’s what you do need, and these are the most uh important things by far. You need viral video ideas. Not necessarily viral to everybody, but viral to the right people, right? Because you don’t want to just get views. You want to get the right views. Okay? This is the most important thing after dialing in your niche. Then you need titles and thumbnails to get clicks. Then you need an effective intro for video retention. And then you need to just deliver the value to your audience, right? And that is a lot easier to do than you think. Now, let’s talk about the most important out of all those things, and that is the viral video ideas. So, I got this from Carl Icon. He’s in the finance industry and basically he would find businesses that were making a ton of money despite being ran terribly. And I took that idea from the finance industry because I think some of the smartest people in the world work in finance and I applied it to YouTube. So I was the first person to ever do this and what I did is I found YouTube videos that had a lot of views despite not having that many subscribers. That’s important. It’s important that they don’t have that many subscribers because if they have a big channel and a big following, they’ve got a big audience and that audience is going to watch anything that they put out, right? So, they have a lot of views despite not having that uh despite having a small channel and despite the video itself being either mediocre or preferably bad. Okay, so the thumbnail, the title, the intro were either mediocre or bad. So, just as an example, this guy right here, you can see his face is blurry. He actually showed up to one of my live trainings one time. Shout out to him. Um cuz he heard that, you know, that I mentioned him in the live training. Um but yeah, great guy, you know, no no offense to him, but this video was bad. Okay, so it came from a small channel, 10,000 subscribers. It got 760,000 views. The video itself, you know, this is the thumbnail right here. So, that’s that’s a red flag. This is a pretty bad thumbnail. Um, the it’s just a still shot from the video. So, he just selected a random still shot. Then the uh the door in the background is in better focus than his face. So, his camera’s not focusing correctly. Uh, the audio was really bad in this video. And he was drunkenly ranting for 25 minutes about college degrees while literally drinking beers. Right? So, this is a Coke Zero, but he was drinking beers. Okay, for 25 minutes uh ranting about college degrees and yet the video still did very well despite coming from a small channel and despite being objectively bad. Okay, so what did we do? Uh we steal the idea of the video and nothing else. Then you make a better version of the video. So the most worthless college majors, you change the keyword a little bit or just keep the same keyword and you change it to the most useless degrees. Now, if you were to watch this video, watch the intro, it is nothing like the first video, okay? The only thing that you want to copy and steal is the idea of the video, right? Cuz that is what we have determined is the thing that made the difference. So, you want to copy and steal the idea, but you do not want to copy or steal everything, anything else, right? So, the most useless degrees versus the most worthless college majors. Very similar title, but a little bit different. And I made a better thumbnail, a better video, and it blew up and got millions of views. And this is what I’ve been doing for the last 6 years now, guys. This is my secret. Okay, the icon method is the most powerful way to do it. Now, there’s a bit more to it than that, but that is the gist. There’s different ways of doing the icon method. For instance, you can do the icon method with revenue. So, if you know there’s a particular type of video that’s going to attract actual buyers, people that are going to buy whatever products or services you have in your video, then you can do the icon method with revenue instead of views. Okay? There’s other ways you can do it as well. You can do the icon method um with content from other platforms. Okay? And there’s different ways that you want to do that, but this is the gist of it. This is the main way that it works. So, once you uh get these down and you join our program, finding video ideas will never be an issue for you ever again. And once you get this down, giving the value, quite literally, your videos will do all of the work for you. Now, let’s talk about what it takes for you to be a part of this YouTube gold mine with no daily uploads if you don’t want to. No complicated editing. No being on camera if you don’t want to. You’ll get all of these when you join the program, but some of them you don’t even need to join the program to get. By the way, who’s booking a call now? Go ahead and uh comment in the chat if you’re booking a call because we have a special bonus for you. And the call is completely free, guys. First, we’re going to help you build a help you pick and build a profitable niche. Okay? So, we have a bunch of YouTube coaches with 100K subscriber plaques. These are the best of the best that will help you find and pick the best niche. And that niche will be in between being the most profitable one where it’s sustainable, it’s profitable, and also something that you’re passionate about. Next is the mindset section. You might be having a hard time starting even though you know that you just have to make videos consistently to be successful on YouTube. And I get it. It sounds easy, but it’s hard to put your mind into making videos and having success on YouTube. And you probably would have started YouTube or you would have had success on YouTube already if it was that easy, right? Even business owners face mindset issues. And this module helps with that. This helps remove all the overthinking, all the imposttor syndrome, all the analysis paralysis, and it helps you take action fast. Okay? And this is actually when I ask people, these first two are usually their favorite modules. The niche selection, people are just obsessed with this. And then also the mindset section. And even though a lot of people don’t really think that they need the core foundations, another thing that I’ll say about this is it’s going to help you understand that if you follow our system, success is inevitable. Right? If you follow the system, you’ll understand that when you go through this on a deep, logical, emotional, almost on a spiritual level that if you follow the system, success is inevitable. And you know, doing jobs for instance is is quite difficult if you think about it. But it’s not hard for you to go to work and do your job, right? And the reason for that is because you know with a very high certainty of success uh uh a likelihood of success that you are going to get a paycheck uh when you do your job, right? But the reason that it’s so hard to do a lot of this stuff is simply because you just don’t believe that it’s going to work. But if I show you with 100% certainty that if you the only way it’s not going to work for you is if you give up and you actually believe in that, it makes it so much easier for you to actually just put the work in and just do it. Right? So for some people like my brother for instance, you know, it was the very first video that he posted. It blew up and it got, you know, 800,000 views and he was making a full-time income within his first month of posting on YouTube. For some people it might take 5, 10, 15, even 20 plus videos. But if you follow the system, success is inevitable and you’ll understand that on a logical level when you go through this. And the only way that you lose is if you give up. That’s it. Um, so number three is the content genesis system. This shows you how to find viral video ideas in your niche that will have a higher chance of getting views and going viral. And in my opinion, this is my favorite module because I think this is the most valuable one out of all of them. Okay, the idea is the most important thing by far. If you have a good idea, everything else can be mediocre and your video is still going to do well. If you have a bad idea, uh, everything else can be great and your video is still gonna flop most likely, right? So, this is my favorite module. I think it’s the most valuable one out of all of them. This is where the secret is right here, which is finding the right video ideas because if you think about it, the the niche is really important, choosing your niche. But then the video ideas are what makes up your niche, right? Your your niche is comprised of video ideas. So the next is the holy trifecta where we go over how you can make your thumbnail, your title, and your intro to package the viral video idea to have the highest chances of success for your video to get views. So all three need to be good and you want to make sure that they’re all congruent as well. Next is the script writing alchemy system where we help you write scripts with the help of AI to get your writing time down to less than 1 hour per video or in many cases way less than that. So, just as an example, my brother who got his video to 800,000 views only spent about 15 minutes on the script. In fact, it was less than 15 minutes. And we show you the exact same system. Next is the viral video creation system where we actually turn things into a system. And this is what makes it possible to only have to work one or two hours a week on your YouTube channel. In some cases, if you’re a very busy business owner, zero hours a week or a couple hours a month. Okay? And this is done with systems and our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use. So the niche validator that we’re going to be dropping here in a minute is just a fraction of a sample of the power of the AI systems that we give to our clients. And we have systems for every problem that you could imagine on YouTube. And lastly is the cash code system. This is where we actually make money out of the views that you’re getting even if you’re not getting a lot of views. Now very very important that you’re actually monetizing correctly. Okay? Cuz if you’re getting a lot of views but you’re you’re not monetizing it, you’re just wasting potential, right? You’re just wasting the potential of them. And that is just a taste of what’s inside the community, right? You don’t just get one or two tools. You get the entire arsenal. Custom GPTs, cloud skills, AI built for one thing, which is growing and monetizing your YouTube channel. And our clients are getting updates in real time, and they are loving it. And the tools that we don’t build ourselves, we tell you exactly which ones are worth your time. Gemini, Descript, Pixels, and much more. So whether you run ChatBT or Claude, there’s a tool sitting here ready for you. No guessing, no piecing it together yourself. Uh this is just a taste of what’s waiting inside. Plus, you get one-on-one coaching calls and dedicated client success manager, one-on-one dedicated chat support with all of our coaches, multiple weekly group coaching sessions, access to an exclusive group of hybrid personal brand YouTubers, and access to the most powerful content creation AI systems on Earth. And this is just a peak inside of our private community, right? Real wins coming in every single day. One member just hit 10,000 subscribers and 1 million views and grew 5x in a few months. Another finally landed their first 10 leads straight from YouTube. and another one just closed a $75,000 a year contract inbound straight off of the platform. Someone else made their first $10,000 from YouTube. Someone 4xed their subscriber count in a single month. Another cost 5,000 subscribers and 30 9,600 views on a channel just uh and then another one was 39,600 views on a channel with just 800 subscribers. Right? So, this isn’t a course that you buy and forget about. This is a community of people winning together every single day. And these are just a few of them. So, this is what our group looks like on any given day. And this is the exact system that’s responsible for 0 to 10K in just 18 days. Here’s an example. Bro, I just hit my first 10K within 18 days of launch. I don’t even have 1K subs yet. This is nuts. Thank you, man. Uh, this is the exact system responsible for these results as well. Right? So, usually there’s a shaded graph right under your videos. It looks like this typically, right? This this is what a typical YouTube video looks like, right? There’s this shaded graph that shows you how your videos typically do versus how this video is doing. Now, you might notice there’s no shaded graph here. And that’s what I noticed as well when I looked in my uh client’s uh account, right, his YouTube studio. And I was like, “What in the world is going on? Why is there no shaded graph? Is this some kind of glitch?” But then I realized there actually was a shaded graph. It was just so close to the bottom that you can’t even see it. And that is because this client had been posting for 5 years and never got a single video over 100,000 subscribers. And the very first video that they launched with us got over 180,000 views. Okay? And it was so much bigger than any video they’d ever done before that there was no shaded region. Okay? This client right here went from zero to making $1,000 a month from AdSense almost immediately. 1,456% more views than usual um from the previous month. And they’re making money from monetizing in other ways as well. That’s just AdSense. This client right here though is literally number one in their niche. So, we’re the king makers and the queen makers in many niches out there. So, this client is literally number one in their niche. They make uh over 50,000 a month just from AdSense alone, making multiple eight figures a year uh from their YouTube channel and getting 8 million views a month. And this is a pretty competitive niche. Now, one thing I’ll say is we have incredible case studies and testimonials, right? We the best in the market. It’s like not even close. But most of our clients don’t even want to give like case studies and testimonials. They don’t want to be known, so they’ll give them, but they typically do it anonymously, right? So, this is an example of one of those clients, right? They’re anonymous. They’re number one in their niche. They don’t want a bunch of competition. And so, we don’t even reveal who they are for most of our clients. So, we have even better case studies and testimonials. We just can’t show you them. Okay. Um, this one right here closed 80% of his calls. This person who just started taking sales calls and he closed 80% of his first five calls. That is unheard of. When you first start taking sales calls, you probably close like five or 10%, not 80%. You close 80%. And that’s because the traffic that you get from YouTube is just scalding. It’s warm. It’s super warm, extremely hot traffic, and they’re just basically ready to buy. And you or your sales team is basically just going to be like cashiers um at that point. Uh here’s another one. Bill, he transformed his YouTube channel’s impact among 177K subs, and he’s now making over $30,000 a month uh at the time of this testimonial. And basically, he said, “Shane helped me out with his keyword research, titles, and thumbnails, as well as turning my YouTube channel into a business.” So, he turned his YouTube channel from a liability, sucking up all this time to a business that works for him while having a full-time job. Shawn was stuck making about $30,000 a month, and he scaled all the way up to over 500,000 a month. So, he said, “Shane knows what he’s doing. He’s not another fake guru. His program goes beyond just tactics, teaching you how to build a personal brand and master the back-end systems that actually drive revenue.” Uh, here’s another one. Cheryl, by the way, Sean is another person who’s the king of his niche. He’s number one in his niche as well. Um, here’s and I we’ve helped probably over 20 people at this point become literally number one. And not not like tiny niches. If you count tiny niches, it’s hundreds. But if you count big niches, like very competitive niches, we’ve helped over 20 people become literally number one in their niche. We’re like the king makers and the queen makers um in many different niches. Uh, next is Cheryl. Uh, she helps people through spiritual awakenings. And before joining us, she was stuck under 50 subscribers for years with great message but no strategy. We gave her the system, the content strategy, the title and thumbnail frameworks and the hands-on coaching. And she immediately grew to 9,000 plus subscribers and got monetized in months. One video hit 128,000 views. And now she’s landing brand deals. This is what happens when you stop guessing and you start following our system. Just like Jyn here, right? She was in the exact same system that you’re uh uh situation that you’re in right now where she was watching this live training just a couple months ago. Okay? And she was a healthcare professional who recently joined our program. Before joining us, she was a complete beginner. No idea what to make, no experience. And in her own words, she said, “I hadn’t dipped my toe into YouTube.” And now she has 22,000 subscribers and her channel got nearly 2.4 million views already. Two of her videos already crossed 500,000 views. uh and she is making a full-time income from YouTube almost immediately in the first like couple months of starting on YouTube on top of her very lucrative nursing uh career as well, right? And she built all of it on what she built all of it on what she already knew, which is healthcare navigation. This is the stuff that she’s already telling her patients every single day, right? Six things that seniors should never say at the doctor. For ages 60 to 80, you still have these seven abilities. You’re winning at aging. If you can’t live alone, don’t go to nursing homes. do this instead for a nur from a nurse. These are these are things that she’s these are conversations she’s already having with her patients on a day-to-day basis and all she did is she just recorded the same information, put it on camera, and now she’s making a full-time income from YouTube in just a couple months. And she was in the exact same situation you’re in right now. So, if you’re a healthcare professional or some other sort of professional, business professional, finance, um you know, um uh tech, lots of different tech careers as well, the stuff that you’re doing on a on a day-to-day basis is probably stuff that you can just put on YouTube and and get a bunch of views and make a bunch of money from, right? Uh it’s boring, but it really works. Okay, so this is what happens when you follow the system. So, I know all kinds of different people who work in the YouTube industry. I basically know all the different coaches, the consultants, the agencies, etc. And I’ll kind of tell you how this industry works, right? Usually the highest paid people, the best of the best, work with big corporations. And so they’re going to be doing like seven figure contracts a year. Okay? Um, in many cases working with these big companies, it’s at least a six-figure contract, even if it’s just a short stint. Okay? Then the second highest tier of what you can offer is probably what’s known as a build and release offer. So I have some friends that do this, and basically they’re like one of the very few people that are actually really good at YouTube besides myself that really knows what they’re doing. and they’re charging $300,000 to do a build and release offer. And this is basically where they work with like seven, eight, nine figure companies and they build out their YouTube channel for the first three to six months. They hire everybody for the channel and they build it out. They figure out exactly how the channel works and then they release it to them once everything is working and they’ve hired the team out and they charge usually $300,000 to do that. And I myself have attended four masterminds that are $50,000. Last year I was two uh is in two. Last year I was in two. This year I’m in another two. And these are extremely valuable. I learn a ton of stuff from these masterminds. I meet the top people in the industry and I pass it down to you guys. Right? So, there’s a lot of YouTube masterminds out there that are like $50,000. And it would easily cost you 35,000 mistakes if you were to try to do it on your own. And 25,000 is more than a fair investment to make to even get one of the knowledge contained in the content growth engine. But a special offer only for this workshop. When you book a call with us within the next 24 hours, we’re going to be offering something that we’ve never offered before. We’re going to talk about some of the bonuses that we’re giving out. And by the way, go to go.sh.com/coaching. Click the link in the chat or scan this QR code. Bonus one, this is a big one. You get a niche kickstart call with me personally. Now, let me tell you why this matters. When I was starting out, I had a mentor named Sam. I talked about him earlier, and he was doing YouTube for his wedding photography business. And Sam showed me how to actually make money on YouTube, even with a small channel. And that changed everything for me. That opened my eyes because before that I believed you could only make money if you have millions of subscribers, right? Um and and uh that is when I started earning big not because I got lucky but because someone who already figured it out showed me the ropes and that one relationship changed the entire direction of my channel. And that is exactly what this call is. Everything that I have learned building a channel to 1.5 million subscribers and over 1 million in revenue applied directly to your niche, your channel, and your situation. And this is worth $12,000 easily. But this is only for five of the first people who sign up within the next 24 hours. So go to go.shinhomus.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And this is what the actual coaching looks like. And I can already see people signing up as I’m talking. So don’t wait on this one. Go to go.shinhomus.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus two, the video idea generator pro. This is easily worth $8,500. Now, if you sat down to find winning ideas yourself, researching what’s working, checking view counts, studying channels, you’re looking at weeks of trial and error, and most people still pick the wrong ideas. Hire someone to do it yourself, a real content strategist who knows YouTube, you’re going to be paying $7,500 easily. So, we built a custom AI tool that finds proven video ideas for your niche in about 30 seconds. Okay? And this isn’t generic AI spitting out random titles. It’s built on the icon method. It finds what’s already working and it hands you a better version of it. The titles, the hooks, the angles, all of it. And you can get it both ways, a chatbt version as well as as well as a cloud version. Now, all these that I’m going to talk about, they’re available in both chatbt and claude because there’s people that prefer either one. We like cloud more for most things. We think claude is better for most things out there, but catchupt is good at a few things as well. But whatever AI you already use, you’re covered. Um, and this is included as a bonus. So, go to go.shenhum.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And here’s what it actually looks like. And whether you use chat or claude, we built it for both. You give it a video that’s already performing. It reverse engineers why it works. Then it hands you five highconverting titles and hooks for your channel. No guessing, no staring at a blank screen. The winning ideas are already out there. This tool just finds them for you. So go to go.omomas.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus three is the Vibriter content creation AI Deluxe. This is worth $7,000. Now this is the ultimate content creation tool. You tell it the goal of your video, to inform, to entertain, to sell, and it turns your spoken ideas into a polished, attention-grabbing YouTube script. It captures your tone, your style, your voice, so that it actually sounds like you. And just like the last one, you get it both ways. ChatBT or Claude, whatever you are to use. And if you were to hire a professional content team to do this, like a script writer, a content strategist, someone who understands YouTube, you’re paying $300 to $5,000 a month for part-time work minimum. Alex Ramoszi spends $300,000 a month on his content team. Okay, so you’re going to be paying $3 to $5,000 a month minimum for part-time work. Okay, this does it all in seconds. So go to go.shom.com/coaching. Scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. This is what it looks like. The same tool running in both chat and claude. It walks you through niche validation, your audience, your format, preference, dialing in exactly who you are, etc., etc. Then you tell it the goal of your video and it writes the full script. a real YouTube script with hooks, structure, and a tone that matches your channel. So, go to go.shen.com/coaching, scan the QR code, or click the link in the chat. Bonus four is the winner thumbnail vault plus premium templates. This is worth $10,000. Your thumbnail is the first thing that people see before the title, before the hook, before anything. If your thumbnail does not stop the scroll, nobody clicks, nobody watches, and it doesn’t matter how good your video is. Now, if you hired a thumbnail designer who actually knows YouTube, you’re going to be paying $1,500 a month easily. That’s 18,000 a year. And they might make a thumbnail that works for a gaming channel, but not for an educational channel, right? So, there is a psychology behind every thumbnail. And this is my entire thumbnail system. The guide, the templates, the swipe files, the framework. You get it all as a bonus. So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. This is what’s inside. On the left, you’ll get the full guide, the secret of creating viral thumbnails, the psychology behind why certain thumbnails get clicks and others don’t. On the right is the thumbnail vault. Fully editable templates in Canva. You click file, make a copy, and it’s yours. And you see those annotations. That is me breaking down exactly why each thumbnail works, where the big the head is, the rule of thirds, the spacing, all of it explained. Okay? So, you’re not just getting templates. You’re learning the framework so that you can build your own templates and make thumbnails in just a few minutes. Okay? So, go to go.shenh.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus 5 is the 1K niche authority accelerator worth $6,997. Everybody wants to hit 1,000 subscribers. That’s the first real milestone and that’s when you get monetized. That’s when it starts to feel real. But most people take months or even years to get there. Some never make it. This tool is designed to get you to 1,000 subscribers as fast as possible. We’re talking days, not months. Okay? And there are alternative methods to do this besides just post videos. Okay? Uh we tell you exactly how to do those alternative methods. Uh what ways are sort of like what the pros and cons of those different things are, etc., etc. So, it’s going to build you a specific strategy based on your niche and what your goals are. So, you’re not just posting random videos and praying. You’re posting the right videos to the right audience at the right time. So, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. So, this is what it looks like. Uh, you get the claude and the chat GPT version. You click one button and it builds your entire plan, your niche, your content strategy, your posting schedule, all mapped out so that you hit that first milestone fast. So, go to go.shenhome.com/coaching, ashenhome.com/coaching. Scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Bonus six is the weekly content planner GPT. This is worth $4,997. And the number one reason that creators quit is they don’t know what to post next. Monday comes and there’s no plan, no video idea and no progress. And then the week goes by and then a month and then you stop, right? This tool plans your entire week of content for you. Then once you’re done with that, it plans the next week and then the next week and then the next week so you can actually get ahead. Okay. And this is all based on your niche, your audience, and your goals. Okay? And there really is a strategy behind how you do content. Um, you know, it’s not just like post content. There’s a strategy like, okay, you can post this type of content here and test things out and then post a different type of content to rapidly figure out what works and what you should be doing, what you should be doing more of in the future. Okay? So, you never have to sit there wondering what should I make a video about again. It’s already planned out for you. If you hired a content strategist to do this, you’re paying $1,000 to $2,000 a month. That’s 12 to $24,000 a year. And again, that’s just part-time. Okay? So, you get this as a bonus. So, go to gosh.com/coaching, scan the QR code or click the link in the chat. Now, for those of you who stay until the end, we made something special for you, which is the niche monetizer AI. This is one uh that’s different from all the other bonuses. So, this is an AI tool that takes your niche and maps out exactly how to make money from it. Not just AdSense, we’re talking affiliate deals, digital products, coaching offers, sponsorships, the full picture. Because here’s the thing that most people get wrong. They pick a niche and then they hope the money figures itself out later. That is putting the cart before the horse. That’s backwards. This tool shows you the money map before you even record your first video so that you always know exactly what you’re building towards from day one. And like every tool that we give you, you get it in both chatb, whatever you already use. Now, here’s the catch. The bonus is worth $12,000. Um, and if you were to hire somebody like a marketer that helps you monetize, you’d be paying a heck of a lot more than that. Um, but it’s worth $12,000 and you get it just for showing up to the call that you booked. That’s it. You book the call, you show up, and you get it. So, go to go.shinhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And the second you show up to the call you booked, you get instant access on the spot. And whether you like catchy or claude, you can use this either way. This isn’t some watered down freebie. It’s the same tool that we use inside of Content Growth Engine, and it is yours for life. So, go to go.inhome.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. Now, bonus eight is the 90-day YouTube fastmoover money back guarantee. This is priceless. You’ve got 90 days. You follow the program, you do the work, you show up, and if it does not work, you get your money back. We have a very low refund rate. In fact, we have a literally, we were looking at it last night, 1.5% refund rate. It’s in it’s insanely low, right? But if you did the work and you got no results, uh, we just give you your money back, no questions asked. Okay? Um, I’m not asking you to trust me blindly. I’m asking you to test it and see for yourself. Now, the reason we’re so confident to do this, the reason we’re so confident to take all the risk on our side is because we have the best testimonials in the industry. We get people incredibly good results. We also sent out a survey where we asked our clients if they thought that they got an ROI from the program. And 91% of them said yes. Just to put this in perspective, in the information product industry, less than 10% of people even finish courses. So for 91% of people in our program to say that they got an ROI is insanely high. That’s just like there’s just un unprecedented. Okay? And that is why we’re so confident to give this 90-day uh money back guarantee. We want to we’ll take all the risk on our side uh so that you don’t have to do it yourself. So go to go.shmas.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. So let’s add this up. eight bonuses, total value, $61,494. Now, remember bonus one, the one-on-one session with me personally. That is only for five of the first people who sign up today. Once those spots are gone, they’re gone. And bonus 7, the niche monetizer AI, you only get that if you book a call and actually show up to it. That’s it. Everything else is included free when you join. Now, this workshop special is only available for the next 24 hours. After that, these bonuses go away. And this exact package at this exact price with all eight bonuses, you will not see it again. And let me clear something up really quick because I get this question every single time. The 24 hours is for booking the call, not attending it. So if you book right now and the next open s on my calendar is 3 days from now or even next week, that’s totally fine. You’re still locked in. You still get every single one of these bonuses. You just have to schedule the call within the next 24 hours. So if you’ve been going back and forth on this, now is the time to move. So go to go.shanehus.com/coaching or scan the QR code right now. Book your free strategy call. We’ll figure out if we’re a good fit to work together or not. Worst case, you get on a call, you get some clarity on your niche, and you walk away with a plan. No pressure, no hard sale. But if it’s the right fit, we go to work. So go to go.sh.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. And one last thing, and this is important, once you book, you’ll get two emails, one from Calendarly, one from a consultant that you booked with. Both are titled CGE Masterclass Call, right? So check your inbox right now. If you don’t see them, uh, look in your promotions, your spam, your junk, your all mail folders, etc. Right? Sometimes they hide in there um instead of your main inbox. But if you’re able to book a call, if you saw the calendar and you were able to actually book in a slot, promise you 100% that you got an email, you just have to look in promotions, all mail, spam, uh whatever they call it these days, right? Junk, trash, whatever, right? Um but yeah, check your inbox now. If you if you don’t see them, look in there. And uh those emails will have all of your call details. So, make sure you find them and open them. And it is really important that you actually do this because we only accept about 18% of people who try to work with us. We’re only bringing on a few people at a time as well. And that’s one thing that we look at in terms of evaluation is like can you follow instructions, right? Cuz if you can’t follow instructions, then how are we going to be able to get you results, right? You got to be able to follow instructions. So the first thing uh the standard that we set here is you need to be able to like go check your email and actually like do the stuff that it says in the email and follow those instructions. Additionally, with the calls that you booked, you’re going to see a thank you page, and it’s going to look kind of like this, right? There’s actually a couple different ones. Um, it’s going to look either like this or like this. Okay? Uh, so the first thing you want to do is watch the video, right? There’s a there’s a reason there’s a big stop sign here that says stop, right? So, watch the video. It’s not that long, right? This one Oh, shoot. I don’t know. Wow. Okay. Thanks, Zoom. Uh, but yeah, it’s not that long. This one’s like 28 seconds. Then look at all this stuff. Follow the directions. On this one, there’s a little bit more directions. So, uh, step 205, etc. Then there’s going to be a bunch of videos like this that talk about, you know, some common questions that you might have. Then there’s instructions on what to do with the email. And then step five is just check out these results that we’ve gotten. Some of these people, they allow us to put the results on the thank you page, but they don’t want us to do the results publicly because again, they don’t want a bunch of uh competitors, right? So, some of these people are kind of like low-key. There’s some people on this page making eight figures a year, okay? They’re very low-key. But the whole point is, uh, you look at this and you’re going to relate to some of these people, okay? You’re going to be like, “Wow, this person came from a similar background to me. They’re in a similar niche to me, uh, a similar vertical. They’re in a similar situation that I was in, uh, etc., etc.” You’re going to relate to some of these people. So, watch these and, you know, see what happens, right? Like, see, like, see if, uh, any of them inspire you and is something you can relate to. Okay? So, make sure you do that on that page. All right. Um, with that being said, I am now going to take some questions. Okay. Uh, somebody just asked for the price, right? Okay. So, I will explain the price one time. We are totally um transparent about the price. And also, by the way, we are increasing the price soon. Now, the last time that we said this, this might actually be the last uh live that we do before we increase the price. In fact, there’s a very, very good chance. Okay? So the last time we said this, a lot of people didn’t believe us and then we did it and people like whoa really confused. So uh let me just explain kind of how this works. So we always this is a we work with many different types of companies, right? We work with companies that are we’ve worked with companies in the nine and even 10 figure range. We’ve literally worked with 10 figure companies, okay? Billion dollar companies. So uh typically when we work with companies like that, uh it’s us working with their team. It’s kind of like a consultant type thing. We might hire for them, but typically it involves training their team. Sometimes helping them with hiring or hiring processes, but it’s all about processes, SOPs, systems, uh hiring and training people. For instance, one of the companies I worked with, I helped them hire all of their coaches. It was a pretty large information product company that is extremely wellknown. And I helped them hire all their coaches as well as help them set up their affiliate system for other people making YouTube content for them as well as their own YouTube content. Okay. So, it’s a very big project and of course I actually got equity in that company. So, of for that project um and then another uh company then uh so so basically for that that’s going to be like at least a six figure deal. Okay, it depends on what they need but it’s going to be at least a six figure deal. Uh then down from that is like multiple six figure, seven even eight figure companies. Typically what that range of company wants us to do is they want us to hire people for them. They want us to help them with systems, with processes, um, you know, train the people once we hire them. B, sometimes they just want us to do the work for them. Literally, just like as an agency, do the work for them. So, if that, again, those needs are going to be totally different. Okay. So, with that type of company, we typically charge between 12 to $60,000. Okay? And then the third type of person that we work with is just basically these first two are we fish for you or we build a machine that fishes for you. The third type of person is we literally just teach you how to fish. Okay? So, we teach you how to fish or teach you how to build the machine that fishes for you. Okay? And that is most of the people on this call most likely. And for that, it’s $9,800 or about $1,000 a month. You can even get it a little bit less than $1,000 a month um for the entire program. So, it’s $9,800 and we are raising the prices soon. We have over 20 people working just in this coaching program. That is how we’re able to get these incredible results is because it isn’t just something where you just show up to a call or something like that. It’s intensive one- on-one coaching. That’s why we’re able to get these incredible results. And of course, that costs a lot of money. We have the best of the best coaches, people that have 100k subscriber plaques. All of our coaches have 100k subscriber plaques. And that costs a lot of money to pay those people. And that’s what but that’s how we get incredibly good results, right? So, it’s $9,800 or you can do a payment plan, in-house financing, get it down to like $1,000 a month or even a little bit less than $1,000 a month. And this might be the last time we offer it at that price. We’re very likely going to be raising the price. Additionally, we have some people want us to just literally find the video ideas for them. So, they’re they kind of do everything else. Like, they’re okay with doing everything else, but they want us to actually just find the ideas for them cuz we’re so good at doing that. That’ll be a slightly additional price. Um and uh it’ll it’ll be a little bit more depending on how many ideas you want. So yeah, uh that is the pricing. We’re very transparent about the pricing. We’re not trying to hide anything, but it is going to be different depending on the the different tiers of what you need uh as a company. Okay. So I am going to go ahead and take questions now. Um [clears throat] yep, I I got got it. I answered the price. All good, TJ. I think you probably listened to that one. Tyler, I got an email from Alfie John in the next 30 minutes. I thought it was going to be you on the call. Of course not. Of course I can’t take all the calls. What are you talking about, Tyler? Of course not. No. No. You’re going to be talking to our representative. Um, Rodrigo, I I I don’t Yeah, I take like if you’re in the program and you’re a client of mine, then yeah, that’s that’s when we would maybe do a call together. Of course, I’m not going to take a call to see if you’re a good fit for the program. Um, okay. Are you giving something for free today to look into? Yes. Uh, we will be dropping the niche validator, both the chatbt and the cloud version. Uh, Rodrigo Christie, if we can serve more than one niche, what do you think about multiple channels at first to see what resonates best? Not a fan, Christie. Definitely not a fan. Um, there’s an old proverb which uh says uh he or she who chases multiple rabbits will catch no rabbits. And I have found that that proverb is more or less true. Um, if you try to chase multiple rabbits at once, you will catch no rabbits. Um, so it is uh highly recommend not doing multiple channels at once. Just stick with one channel and uh see how that works. Now, the beautiful thing is if you set your channel up with the hybrid personal brand method, you you try a certain niche, you might not like that niche, but the beautiful thing is with the hybrid personal brand method, you can just pivot. you can just do something else, right? And that’s how we tell people to set it up. Roland, what percentage of your views across your own YouTube channel, your clients come from TV? Most of them, actually. So, that’s that’s actually a secret. Okay. So, uh if it’s above 15%, those viewers can’t click a link or catch an on-creen QR code. Um, no, they definitely can. They 100% can catch an on-creen QR code. They just have to pause the video. It’s on YouTube. Um, so the intent is lost. misinfo connects them straight from the screen.

Okay. Are you are you seriously advertising in my chat, Roland? Really?

Okay. Um Okay.

Yeah, that’s um yeah, copy copy that message, guys. Look into that. But yeah, you can’t advertise in my chat, Roland. Um

okay, private message, by the way. TJ, how do you access the free materials? We’re going to be dropping it here in a minute. Um

Romy Shane, I took my call with one of your reps and it got quoted at a different price other than Yeah. So there’s it depends on what your needs are. So if you wanted some done for you work done, right? So if you wanted us to for instance find the video ideas for you, we have to do that. We have to hire physical people that cost a lot of money to find those ideas for you. Okay? So that is going to cost more money if you want that. Okay? So for instance, that that’s why sometimes it’s more than 9,800 because if you want us to find ideas for you, that’s just one example. Um, okay. Romy, perhaps my profile is different. Nope, shouldn’t be. No, but we are raising the price here very soon. Julie, uh, probably this probably this live stream, honestly. We’re we’re probably going to raise it this live stream. Julie, 20 years in commercial property management, so that would be my expertise. Do you see that as a valuable niche to start in? Yeah, we actually have somebody uh in uh commercial real estate right now. Um, not property management specifically, but commercial real estate. Go to shanehomes.com/coaching guys. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. Um, yeah, we have somebody in commercial real estate right now. He is in the Houston area. Um, and he makes uh commercial real estate content in the Houston area. He’s he’s crushing it. Um, he has told me that the connections he’s made from making his content are absolutely insane. Like he’s he’s made so many incredible connections from making a content. Of course, he’s made money from the content, but the indirect ways, like the connections, the network that he’s built from his content is insane. Uh his name’s Brandon. He’s he’s crushing it. So, yeah, really, really good niche. Of course, he’s doing it specifically because he wants to uh grow in the Houston market specifically, but it also could work just kind of being well known uh throughout the nation or even internationally, I guess. But yeah, probably throughout the nation. Um Sarah, yes, that is correct. Awesome.

Elijah, should I do short form and long form? Like I said, I make Christian content and my whole channel is just shorts. Was wondering if you have any advice for me. Yeah, if you do them in conjunction with each other, it can it can work really well. And to be honest, it really depends on the channel whether we recommend that or not. One thing that’s quite easy to do is if you have long form content, you can there’s tools you can use like Opus for instance, Opus Clips, and it’ll it’ll just clip your long form content. Then you can just post them as YouTube shorts, right? So that makes it very easy to make um uh really good shorts, right? Makes it super super easy to do that. And uh yeah, so that’s that’s something you could do. And um then you can just post those and and that could make it really good. With that being said, generally speaking, guys, the rule is short form content is great for getting attention. Long- form content is great for actually making money. Okay? So that’s the general rule. That that is the general rule of thumb. Uh, short form is for getting attention, long form is actually making money. Tyler, what if your niche is in between health and relationships or finance and relationships, etc.? Do you serve both or just pick one? Well, it could be both. It could be like financial uh it could be like uh finances for couples just as an example, right? Um, you know, the there’s there’s all kinds of like subniches. I’m not a 100% sure what you mean by that to be honest, Tyler. Like, what do you mean by in between? I’m not I’m not really sure what you mean, but yeah, there’s like lots of different subniches you can combine two different niches. Um, yeah, there’s totally fine. Uh, just as an example, there’s a guy who’s very popular on YouTube, and he’s all about uh uh working out and health for people with diabetes, right? I think his name is like Vuvian physique or something like that. Um, but yeah, he’s all about uh working out and health for people that have diabetes. So, it’s very specific. That’s obviously two, you know, combining two niches. Uh, Rebecca, when you pivot, are you starting a second YouTube channel? No, no, no, no, no. You do it on the same channel, Rebecca. Yeah. No, that’s that’s how you do it with the hybrid personal brand method. You want to do it on the same channel. Um, I don’t recommend starting a second YouTube channel until you are making so much money that like it’s like for 99% of people, you do not need to start a second YouTube channel. Yeah. Um, Sarah, it’s uh Sarah, it was done via phone, so thank you for the links. I have it. Awesome. Good stuff. Roland, I didn’t mean it to be advertising.

Okay. I mean, what what did you think was going to happen when you post a link to your company and talk about what it does? What what do you mean it you didn’t mean for it to be advertising? Romy, uh, Shane, okay, thank you for your kind response. You got it, Romy. Uh, my pleasure. Uh, Zochill Link told me I wasn’t a good fit already. What do I need to be a good fit? Um, so the the two main reasons, guys, like listen, we had smart people come in, set up our systems for us, and basically these systems were saying stuff, you know, basically it’s all automations and it automatically asks you questions and sees if you’re a good fit, right? And it and it helps uh make it to where we don’t have to take as many calls and stuff to to find the right people for the program. So basically there’s two main reasons why it’s going to um not say you’re a good fit. Okay. The first one is if you say you don’t want to start right away. So if you want to start like 3 months from now or 6 months from now, it’s it’s not going to say you’re a good fit. Okay? So it’s not going to let you book a call. Just saying take that information and do with it what you will. Uh the second reason is if you say that you have absolutely no money to start. Okay? If you say, “I have absolutely no money to start,” um, it’s probably going to say that you’re not a good fit as well because you do need a little bit of, uh, starting money to start on YouTube, right? So, you need at least like $1,000 to start on YouTube, uh, per month. Okay? Um, and yeah, so go. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. I will let you do with that information what you will. Um, if you want to, you know, reapply with that information, I’ll let you do that. Uh but with that with at the same time like only apply if you do think that you’re a good fit to work with us because there are other people who would want that slot. We we did run out of slots by the way. I I I noticed we run out of spots. Did we uh open up more?

H did open up. Okay guys, we did run out of spots but we opened up more. So if you tried to join and you couldn’t find a spot, we did open up a few more additional spots. Um, yep. So, uh, so yeah, you can go ahead and try it again. So, go to.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in chat. Okay.

Uh, that quote works with rabbits and wives as well. That’s That’s true. That’s true. Um,

uh, all good. Thank you and the best. Good stuff. Um, Uh, open up the niche validator. Uh, TJ open chat GBT. Thank you. May I also get the claude one, please? Uh, yeah. Just again, just scroll down. Scroll up. It’s right there. So, same exact link that you uh did first. Just make sure you’re logged in first. Rob, this is too expensive for me. Thank you for the love. All good, Rob. Uh, we’ve had lots of people come in before and and say that as well. They couldn’t afford it. Um, follow the free advice that I put on YouTube. Uh, get the the free tools that I give out. Attend these live trainings. You can ask me any question you want and uh you know you can uh get results and then once you’ve made some money you can uh join the program. That’s exactly what happened to Isaiah for instance. You can look up Isaiah uh as a testimonial on the channel. That’s exactly what happened with him. He got results just with the free content alone and then he joined the program and got even better results. Rob live.

Uh, Ireina, what can’t you work with? Uh, we typically don’t work with like AI slop channels, people that just want to make AI slop, like fake voice, fake avatar, whatever. Uh, those types of channels. Um, we also don’t want to work with uh entertainment channels, generally speaking. Not because we have anything against entertainment channels. It’s just way harder to make money with entertainment channels and there’s way more competition, right? So, we don’t we don’t work with entertainment channels typically as well, but you can make an educational channel that is entertaining and many people do that, right? Uh Christopher, will you review any YouTube channels in this chat? Um, no. I don’t think I’ll have time to review YouTube channels in this chat, but if you’re a client of mine, then that that could be, you know, that’s definitely something we could do. Uh, do you combine YouTube long form with Tik Tok or IG? Yeah, again, you can syndicate the content. I wouldn’t focus on all of them at once. That’s a that’s a terrible idea. Uh, focusing on all of them at once, right? So, I I um I I would not do that. Um but you can syndicate the content and then um uh uh basically um just just like cut up your normal content on YouTube and syndicate it to the other platforms. So YouTube is like the mother platform. It’s like the sun in the middle of the solar system and then you can syndicate the content out to all of the the different planets uh in the solar system, right? Um, Aaron, is there a prompt you suggest uh to initiate? Nope, just start talking to it. That’s it. It’s It’s well trained. Prince, I’ve been using Opus Clip to cut up my long form videos, but for me, it seems like Cap Cut actually makes better shorts and I can go in and edit them. Uh, yeah. Hey, some of these tools are getting good. Like there there are other tools. There’s there’s a more complicated process we use where we start with Claude and then we kind of like have the other tools do other stuff. But yeah, um yeah, sure. Cap cut is uh if if that’s good, that’s good. Um descript is another really good one. Kendrick, is the link for niche validator here in the chat? Yep, it is. Just scroll up and scroll down. Malcolm, what are your thoughts on the niche of real estate planning?

Um yeah, real estate planning, great niche. anything real estate related, especially like when you niche down is awesome. Um, somebody mentioned uh probate earlier, I think that is a phenomenal niche. That is like one of the best niches because it’s such a headache. Um, you know, I unfortunately we’ve had a lot of lot of deaths in the family the last few years and if it goes into probate, it’s just such a headache for everybody and just that whole thing is just way way way easier to make it work. um if uh uh if you uh um have good content online that can tell you how to do it. Um so yeah, there’s a lot of value to be given there. Um Christy, I have two old videos on my channel that don’t apply to the niche I want to pursue. Should I just delete them? Doesn’t matter. Just keep them up. Doesn’t matter. Absolutely does not matter at all. U Maria, I have to go to run. Did I sign up and look forward to meeting? Awesome, Maria. Good stuff. looking forward as well. Rodman, I built I built and explained tech for pool halls, creators, and small businesses from digital signage and tournament systems to automation, AI, and real world software builds. Oh, that’s awesome. Pool pool halls, creators, and small businesses. That seems very broad. Pool halls, creators, those seem completely unrelated, Rodman. Um, so I I like part of it, but then it it just seems like very very unrelated. I think you need to pick one of those. Pick the best one and then um you need to niche down. Yeah, you definitely need help help with the niching part, Rodman. Yeah, definitely. I mean, I like the direction you’re going, but you need to niche down more. So, yeah. Go. Scan that QR code. Click the link in the chat, guys. Um, one of the main things that we do is we actually help people niche down. So, that’s one of the main things that we help people do is we we help them niche down. So, definitely book your call. Go to.com/coaching, scan that QR code, uh, click the link in the chat. We help a lot of people niche down on their calls um and just have a good niche strategy in general. Deborah, do you see educating married or not uh couples facing a split as a niche to try and win trust that will result in booking mediation sessions? That’s why I wanted to start a channel, but I’ve learned it can do so much more. Is this like mediation like as a lawyer? Um so married or not couples facing a split uh mediation like how to break up properly kind of interesting. Yeah. I mean [clears throat] that sounds interesting. Um

you know specifically to book mediation sessions. It sounds very interesting. I I think we would have to ask you questions um and kind of go a little bit back and forth on that Deborah before we could give you a really solid answer. I definitely like the direction you’re going there. I’m just not sure exactly if like mediation sessions would be the proper way to monetize that. Um, but it could be really good. Yeah, it could be. Like you said, it could be a lot more than that. Joe, I just canceled my spot if anybody wants it. This is not for me. Thanks for the codes, though. Awesome. All good, Joe. No worries. Appreciate you canceling it so you didn’t waste anybody else’s uh spot. Prince, it seems like you’re in uh SE Asia like me. Maybe we’re neighbors. Yeah, I’m actually going to be in um Tokyo uh here in a few weeks. So, yeah. Nora, so are you saying that everyone has to have at least 1,000 to start on YouTube or only if they want to work with you? Yeah, you have to have at least 1,000 start on YouTube. YouTube does have some startup costs. So, yeah, if you don’t have a little bit of money to to start on YouTube, it’s it’s not going to work for you. It does have some startup costs, like not much, though. William, can you grow your YouTube channel successfully, monetize your channel as well as making a lot of money just putting good, real, transparent content organically with no other help from software, ads, buying traffic, etc. Um, yes, you absolutely can 100% William, uh, you can definitely grow like that. There are some things you can do that are, you know, you can post shorts that you can post uh you can get promoted by other channels. You can um promote yourself on YouTube itself with with YouTube ads. Um there are some other kind of tactics you can use to grow. Uh that can work again for specific types of audiences and specific situations that can definitely work. Um, but it’s one of those things where um, yeah, it’s it’s not, you know, you don’t you don’t need to do it, but it’s something that you can do. Just as an example, with my brother and with like 95% of the testimonials we showed, they did not do that. But for some people in certain situations, it can be a good idea to do that. But you don’t need to. Norah, I’ll guess I’ll cancel the call. I do not have Okay, all good, Nora. No worries. Appreciate you doing that. real. Do you feel dental assisting or dental experience is too small of a niche? Absolutely not. No, definitely not. Dental assisting or like let’s just say helping people become dental assistants could be a great niche. That could be an awesome niche. And one of the best niches, guys. I’m telling you, like you would not believe how good this is. Is literally just pick any job out there and then just make a channel about helping people get into that job. Like it is I cannot emphasize how good of a niche that is. And we’re not talking like broad jobs like becoming a lawyer or something. We’re talking very specific, right? Not it’s not just like becoming a software developer. It’s becoming a DevOps engineer or it’s not just getting into it. It’s getting into spec very specific type of cyber security like um GRC, governance, risk and compliance cyber security, right? super super niche content at unbelievably uh easy to make money because it’s just such an obvious value proposition. It’s like you already got into this job. How easy would it be if you had a time machine and you could go back in time and help the younger version of yourself get into the job? How much easier would it be for you to to get into the job to to learn the ropes to make more money um and to do it faster, easier, and better? Right? it would be so much easier for you. You probably would have made way more money. There’s a lot of people who might have taken like, you know, five years to get into a job where if they had the right knowledge, they could have gotten into the job in like 3 months or 6 months, right? So, it’s just such an obvious niche. It’s so so so good. Um, so yeah, that’s a great niche, Royal. Um, definitely. Yeah. And if anybody wants to get into a niche like that, that’s our bread and butter. That’s like super boring stuff like that. We love that. So, go-sh.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. We we love those types of niches. That’s our bread and butter.

My brother [clears throat] use cloud AI D. How to inter how do interview channels do? Yeah, interview channels can be really good. Depends on the niche, but yeah, they can be really good. Steph, love the idea of the niche validator tool. Is there any tech info about what personal data the agent collects and who it shares that with? I’m super security conscious. Hey, it’s it’s on Claude. If if they collect data, they collect data. you know, it’s like that we can’t control that on our side. Um, you know, there’s probably things that you can do to like make that better, but yeah, we can’t control that on our side. It’s an incredible tool. It’s a life-changing tool like the internet or like, you know, computers, but they probably are collecting your data. There’s nothing we can do about that on our side. Um, Carlo, can we use a clone of ourselves in our channel to streamline content creation? I think there might be ways, by the way, with the data. I think there’s ways you can go to the settings and like turn certain things off. Uh but you have to do it manually. So, you know, you can look that up on your own. If you’re data conscious, that’s going to be on your side. Um but yeah, uh if you’re really really data conscious, you can basically create a at-ome version of AI, but that’s quite complicated, very difficult to do, but more and more people are doing it. So, they they’re basically taking uh doing like local local AI. Um, Carlo, can we use a clone of ourselves in our channel to streamline content creation? Um, yeah. I mean, you can use it for like little pieces here and there. We use it sometimes if I mess something up and and I’ll say something with the clone instead. We we’ve used that sometimes. Sometimes we use it for calls to action, but the whole um I highly recommend you use your real voice. Um, YouTube I’ve just noticed that YouTube does not like it when people use fake voices. um largely you will end up getting banned if you use a clone of yourself in a fake voice like like a a syn synthetic voice. Uh you’re probably going to end up getting banned. Um but yeah,

Julie define AI slop. If you wanted to use the AI stick figure style with AI voiceovers because you hate hearing your own voice recorded. Uh is that uh what you’re talking about? Um yeah. So basically AI slop is any content where it’s first of all if it’s not high quality and then the second thing would be um if you are deceiving people. So an example of that would be if I were to use let’s just say you were watching this webinar and then you find out that this is just an AI version of me right like that you would probably be a little bit upset by that. you just spent the last hour uh watching this and then you find out, oh, that wasn’t even Shane. That was an AI version of Shane. Okay, you would probably be pretty upset by that, right? So, that is an example of deceiving. Okay, so a lot of these channels, and it’s it’s a little bit mind-blowing to me that I have to explain this to some people, but like a lot of channels will post post like a fake version of themselves, like a fake AI avatar version of themselves. they won’t tell the audience that it’s an AI avatar and then they’re confused when YouTube nukes their channel when YouTube deletes their channel. It’s like of course YouTube’s going to do that. You’re deceiving people because eventually they’re going to find out that it’s an AI avatar of you, right? Event like it’s just a matter of time. You might fool them for 10 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, whatever, but eventually they’re going to be like, “Wait a minute, that looked like it was AI, right?” So they’re going to find out that it’s an AI version of you eventually. Okay. So, you have to be totally transparent if you are going to do that and just generally speaking, I don’t recommend it. Okay. It’s like there is value and there’s a lot of value in just doing a personal brand. The last thing that people want to see is an AI version of somebody. The reason people get on YouTube is because they want to connect with other human beings. They want to feel like they have that one-on-one connection with other human beings. Okay. So, uh, generally speaking, I just recommend just like using your own face, your own voice. Um, definitely use your own voice for sure. David trying to, uh, open a niche link. All good, David. Um, Reena, Claude has come a long way. I was really amazed. Yeah, it’s incredible. It’s really incredible. Prince, I saw your video talking about using Claude to make shorts. I’m going to try that one with my next video essay. Nice. Love to hear it, Prince. Yeah, we we have been haters of shorts for a very, very long time. Um, we basically told people like to avoid shorts for a very long time. And while we were telling people that, it was definitely the right move. Um, shorts, generally speaking, it just you don’t make anywhere near as much money from shorts as you make from long form content. Um, so I don’t ever recommend that people just do shorts on its own. However, if you want to do shorts in conjunction with long form content, that can make a lot of sense. Um, and it is getting better. It took YouTube a long time to figure out how to balance the YouTube algorithm between shorts and long form content. It took them a long time to figure that out. Um, but they have they have been, you know, figuring it out and doing better job these days. So, yeah, we can teach you how to do that. Go to.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. I tried to script today because another video of yours, uh, I watched, Shane, I liked it a lot. Easier than other video editor I’ve ever used. Yeah, it’s awesome. You got it, Christie. My pleasure. And if you and if you’re impressed by that, just like Yeah, just wait. We we’ve got we’ve got way more impressive stuff. Um,

could you share Isaiah’s testimony? Yeah, I think the uh uh admins can share that with you, Romy, for sure. Jonathan, have you had issues with financial advisors and having scripts videos go through compliance? That is a great question, Jonathan. And that’s why people actually hire us because they consider us a lot more professional than, you know, typical people who teach how to, you know, do like faceless AI channels or whatever. And yeah, absolutely. There are certain niches where you have to worry about compliance 100%. Um, you know, you can’t make guarantees, you can’t make income claims, you can’t do anything like that, right? You, you know, um, like the language that you use is very important. For instance, you could say, “I did this thing,” but you can’t say, “You can do this thing.” Right? So, um, yeah, the the language you use is very important. And yeah, that’s definitely something that you can program into your AI that you use. So, that’s definitely something we can help you with. Go. Scan that QR code, click link in the chat. Yeah, definitely something we can help you with. Jonathan, Suzanne, Shane, when we start making money with our when should we start? Usually, it’s about uh two months in or so. around two months in, that’s when people start uh making money. For some people, it’s a lot faster. We’ve had people do it with like in a couple weeks. We’ve had people, you know, take longer as well, but usually about 2 months in or so, 2 to 3 months. Deborah, you don’t have to be a lawyer to be a mediator. Nice. I Ina, actually, that’s an awesome idea. You could help a lot of people. Good stuff, Ireina. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, there’s a there’s a lot of really good uh random little channels within uh relationships like um there’s uh some channels that help people who are about to go through divorce save their marriage, specifically men who are about to go through a divorce uh save their marriage. There’s a another channel that um helps um let’s see there there’s another Oh yeah, we we have one client that’s a Christian couple and they help people find their ideal Christian partner. So that’s that’s a really good channel. We interviewed them as well. That was Damian and Kennedy on the channel. We interviewed them. Um so that that’s that’s a couple’s uh channel also combined with religion, right? Christianity. Um, some other ones, uh, there’s a bunch of channels that help people, this was a weird niche. Um, a bunch of channels that help people get their ex back and they’re making a lot of money. Um, very weird niche, but uh, yeah, a bunch of channels that help with that. Uh, yeah, there’s a bunch of different random relationship related uh, stuff. Of course, there’s a lot of like dating channels for women and men. Um, all kinds of stuff like that. Uh, Tyler, appreciate the transparency. I canceled my call because I can’t afford. All good. No worries. But in the email it said for the niche monetizer. A on the call to do so. I lose that bonus. Yes, you have to show up to the call to get the niche monetizer. Yep. Cordell, we will get the link uh sent to our email. Um for what? Yeah, the link to the call. Yeah, definitely it’ll be sent to your email 100%. And it should show up on your calendar, too. Joseph, is there a second download? Um there’s the the chat and the cloud version of the niche validator. Joseph Tom, I missed the part where you need 1,000 to get started on YouTube. Well, now you got it. Um, let’s see. D, what other costs are there tools besides the 1,000 for YouTube? Uh, not too much. Not too much. It’s it’s but we just want to make sure like people have some money to get started, right? Like you got to have some money to get started on YouTube. Like that’s that’s what we want to make sure. Um, and again, that’s just for our um, seeing if you’re a good fit to to help us or to to uh, join the program. We only accept about 18% of people who apply. Um, we only, you know, we can only work with a limited amount of people at a time as well because it is one-on-one intensive coaching. So, you know, that that that’s just the how they set up the system. There’s not really anything we can do to change it at this point. Marlene, not an attorney, but I sell legal plans to small business owners. I can teach them how to use That’s a really good niche. That’s a really good niche. I can teach them how to use their plans for their business and personal affairs. Many don’t know how to use or talk to attorneys. Thoughts? Yeah, I think that’s a great niche, Marlene. I think in that same sort of ecosystem very closely related is um getting loans to start a business like SBA type thing, right? So getting, you know, like a like a government uh loan to start a business uh in that same kind of ecosystem of content. Um even potentially grants um and then of course like starting the business, incorporating it correctly, what what where to incorporate it, uh how to protect yourself legally, etc., etc. Um yeah, there’s there’s a lot of lot of opportunity there. We have one client who helps basically helps people her main thing is helping people get loans to start businesses or incorporating her their businesses. Um, a little bit different than what you said, but in that same area. So, yeah. Uh, really good. Uh, gosh.com/coaching, scan that QR code, click link in the chat. Uh, love that niche. I think that’s great. And one thing you’ll notice, guys, is I the niches that are the easiest to make money with, guys, are they’re almost always kind of boring, right? No, no offense. Hopefully you don’t take offense, Marlene. But, you know, starting a you know, incorporating a business, doing the tax stuff for the or the legal stuff for the business. That’s a bit boring. But those are the best niches. I mean, it’s just cuz it’s boring, so nobody wants to do it. It’s also boring, so people it’s painful for the buyer to actually do. And so, they pay you to to help them do it or to just do it for them, right? 73% of US businesses are service businesses. And typically, it is doing boring stuff that other people don’t want to do, right? That’s how the economy works, right? So that’s that’s why we’ve helped people get such great results is because we teach them what actually works. We don’t try to sell you some sort of fantasy where you can just like do your passion and just have fun all day long and never have to work a single second in your life and make millions of dollars. Like we’re telling you what actually works, right? So D says, “I love GRC. This is what I do.” Hey, that’s awesome. So that’s another example. Most people would say GRC is a bit boring. Um but uh hey if you love it that’s that’s great and uh that’s GRC for other for others uh watching this is governance risk and compliance. It’s a type of like legal compliance/cybercurity career. Um and uh yeah very very high paying relatively easy to get into as well and and very good job. Um and uh we have a client who teaches people how to get into GRC so and she’s she’s making really good money doing that. Royal very easy. Awesome. Chad, how narrow should I niche down? Is peptides and performance optimization too tight or is narrow actually better for both the algorithm and the landing sponsors? Yeah, peptides is amazing uh topic right now, Chad. As you as you know, I’m sure peptides is an awesome topic. I mean, people I was just in a group chat last night with some friends. People are talking about peptides. Um yeah, peptides is an amazing offer. Just just incredible uh or amazing niche. With that being said, it could potentially just be a bit of a fad. There’s there’s a possibility that it might be a temporary thing and then there might be something else that’s even better, right? And that is why we help you set your business up and your channel up with the personal brand method, the hyper personal brand method. Okay? Because if you just name your channel, let’s just say peptides for performance optimization, right? Let’s just say you name your channel that, right? The problem is is if there’s something else that comes out that’s better than peptides

there’s a

growth engine because let’s just say I want to pivot to just content in general in the future. Well, I can do that because I called it the content growth engine and not the YouTube growth engine. But if I called it the YouTube growth engine, it would pretty much be impossible uh to do that, right? So, yeah, that’s that’s just an example, right, of of being uh thinking about like how to set this stuff up. Oh, my screen froze. Okay, am I back, guys? I think I’m back. Hopefully hopefully I’m back here. Um but yeah, yeah, great question, Chad. Um, that’s that’s why you want to be very conscious about what you name and very simple like obviously we take you through this whole thing if you join the program. But a very simple thing is just just use your name. Just use your name. That that’s a simple way to do it. Um, the supplement space is insanely profitable, Chad. Absolutely insanely profitable. Um, Admin Stephen, hey Mark, everything good on your end with your booking? Uh, yeah, cool. Christie, you can toggle the setting to not use your data for training. Yeah, I mean, you can toggle that, but again, they’re they’re still they’re still probably going to use some of the data, right? D, fix your privacy settings. Yep. Joseph, what do you feel about biblical study channels that connect deep dive learning to practical application in daily life? Yeah, absolutely. There’s um there’s people that combine like I I mentioned that couple um basically um how to find your ideal Christian partner couple. We even interviewed them on the channel. We we helped them get to a full-time income. They’re awesome. Damian and Kennedy. Um so basically we interviewed that couple and um you know you can basically combine like your religion with just about any niche out there. I’ll be I’ll be honest with you. Um we’re also seeing this in you know other religions too, right? So but you can combine your religion with just about any niche out there. Um, so like business for Christians or you know productivity for Christians or you know relationships for Christian, you know what I mean? So you can combine it with just about any other um niche out there and it becomes very very powerful, right? Um Christy, you can use incognito mode and claude for a single chat too. Yep. Cool. Uh CTA, yeah, go to go-inhome.com/coaching. Scan that QR code. Click the links in the chat, guys. Um, [sighs and gasps] okay. Yeah, I’m probably only going to do this for a few more minutes, guys. A few more minutes and then I’m going to jump off. So, this will be probably your last chance to book a call. Go.coaching. Scan that QR code, click link in the chat. Like I said, we did open up some more spots. Um, so if you tried to book before and you weren’t able to book, uh, there are some more spots. This will probably be your last chance. I’m going to end it here in a few minutes. Um, Ronaldo, is it uh recommended to use your PC laptop with one of the validators versus your phone? Doesn’t matter. Steph, cheers, Shane. Gosh, I was thinking more of anything. Uh, the agent you’d built was collecting feedback to your Oh, no, no, no, no, no. We’re not we’re not doing that. No, no, no. It’s it’s uh but they but we can’t do what we we can’t control what Claude and Chat GBT do. Tom, you I thought about creating animated history and horror story channels. How do I do that with Claude?

Yeah, I mean that’s a that’s a whole qu I don’t know I don’t know what you mean like how do you do that with Claude, Tom? That’s like a whole that’s a whole question, but you can definitely do it. Yeah, it’s like I I I can’t like sit here and explain step by step how to do it. It’s very similar to how you do other videos with Claude. It’s just going to be a little bit different cuz it’s that type of channel. Um with that being said, um uh it it has to be educational if you want to work with us. We we don’t really do entertainment. Um, if you if you you can you can make those things educational. So, for instance, history is obviously educational. And then even horror stories, like if it’s like real stories, you could make it educational about maybe, you know, what the person could have done to avoided that thing or something like that. Um, but we we only work with educational channels. Christy, I noticed some of your videos have captions and some don’t. Uh, what do you recommend? Uh, generally speaking, yeah, captions are good. Caption, you might as well uh put captions on. Uh we we split test all kinds of different things. So don’t necessarily pay attention to what we do because we’re we’re always testing and split testing. Um but yeah, captions generally speaking are good. Royal just tech a call with you guys on Sunday. Looking forward to finding out more and thank you. Hoping dental assistant or even that niche can take me us a long way.

Do you know anybody, including yourself, who made a successful, meaningful, profitable, and impactful YouTube channel just on their organic efforts and just being consistent on YouTube daily?

Oh, 100%. Like tons of people, William, are you kidding me? Tons of people. Yeah. And yeah, I I recommend like there’s a reason I you know I I could have gotten big on the other platforms already, but the truth is guys, it’s just if I just spend that extra 5 hours or something on YouTube instead of the other platforms, it’s way more value to just spend more time on YouTube. So that’s why I kind of just mostly ignore the other platforms cuz YouTube is just so much better. It’s basically better than all the platforms combined. And if you don’t believe me, just listen to Alex Ramoszi, Cody Sanchez, Gary Vee, literally uh Grant Cardone, all the people that are the biggest on all the platforms that that know what the hell they’re doing. They all say that YouTube is the best. So if you don’t believe me, just listen to those people who are big on every platform, right? Um Stephen, all good. Uh Romy, looking forward to see you in the program soon.

Good stuff. Absolutely looking forward to it. Suzanne, what is in the uh X help you get X factor back? What’s X in the help you get your X factor back? I I have no clue what you mean, Susan. I apologize. Um, all good, Romy. Mark canceled. All good, Mark. TJ, can someone please resend the niche validator links for Chad Cloud? Yeah, we will resend it. Scroll up and scroll down, you’ll see it. Thanks for your help, Shane. Can we do uh this with a business partner? Yeah, absolutely, Suzanne. We work with a lot of businesses. Um, we can definitely we can help you do it with the business partner. We can help with your CMO, COO. Uh, we do that often. Go-achineh.com/coaching, guys. Uh, scan the QR code, click the link in the chat. Um, yeah, and we can work directly with your team as well with businesses. That’s that’s one thing a lot of businesses like about working with us is we don’t necessarily have to work with the person. We just work with their team. So, the person doesn’t have to spend a lot of time themselves. Um, awesome guys. So, hey, listen guys, uh, one last call. Go.shane.com/coaching. Scan that QR code, click the link in the chat. This will be the last, uh, time that I say this. Um, with that being said, if for whatever reason you’re driving right now, you can’t sign up, go ahead and just take a screenshot here or copy the link in the chat um, and just save it for later. Then you can sign up later. Um, and uh, yeah, go ahead and do that. And, um, I’m going to go ahead and jump off here. With that being said, I’m going to say one more thing really quickly. the thank you pages, guys. Uh, make sure you go over these thank you pages. Make sure you follow the instructions. You watch the video. It’s not that long. Make sure you keep it up on your phone or keep it up on your computer until you follow the instructions. Also, check your email and follow all the instructions in the email. That’s one thing that we look for when we’re seeing if we want to work with somebody or not. Is can they follow instructions? We track all of it. Okay? So, make sure you follow the instructions. That’s going to make it much more likely that we work together. Uh, make sure you show up to your call ready, on time, in a quiet place. uh it’ll be um you know there’s not a lot of distractions and we look forward to talking to you and uh yeah with that being said have a good one guys take care and I will see you guys next time. Have a good one guys. Cheers. Take care. Have a good one. All right. Bye for now. Thanks guys. Evening. Have a good night. Take care. Bye Steph. Uh bye uh let’s see. Uh bye Justine. Stephen. Uh Ahmed. Linda Christie. Awesome. Rebecca Tyler. Have a good one,
