What’s happening? Matt Lights here. Welcome to the training. We are going to waste zero time today. This is how to use AI to generate more income. Zero tech skills needed. And uh this photo here was actually created with AI. That’s me. Um AI was nice enough to fix my teeth. Thank you, AI. Um and that’s our mascot, Bob the Bot Builder. So I want to show you something kind of cool just for fun here to show you the kind of cool stuff you can do with artificial intelligence. I told it to make a uh an image of me and Bob super excited. So, if that doesn’t tell you how excited I am, I don’t know what does. Um, so we’re going to tell you not only the tool that we use to make the image, but also the tool that we use to animate it. But the first thing I want to do is just, you know, kind of commend you for being here. Uh, Mark Cuban knows a lot more about business than I do. Obviously, you said artificial intelligence. If you don’t understand it, learn it because you’re going to be a d otherwise you’re going to be a dinosaur within three years. So, I commend you for being here. Um, that really says a lot about you. So, I want to make sure to really um respect your time and give you as much value as I possibly can. So, what I’m going to teach you are the top three fastest and simplest new income streams using AI, the perfect prompt that will instantly multiply your productivity, the best AI tools to use to maximize your results in minimum time. And by the way, um the uh the tools, actually at the end, um we’re going to send you a copy of our 250 best tools. But while we’re on this training, I want to make sure to give you some of the best of the best. Um how to create viral videos and million-doll ads using AI video. Um you’re going to see an AI powered chatbot, aka a bot, trained in 3 minutes or less with your own eyes. Um, we’re going to get ChatGBT generating sales and booking appointments for you. So, you’ve probably used Chat GBT, but you’ve probably never had it actually working for you 24 hours a day. Um, and last but not least, how to start getting results in as little as 24 hours, even if you’re brand new to this stuff. All right, so that’s what I’m going to deliver. Um, and if you’re wondering, Matt, I’ve seen other AI trainings, Matt, how is this different? Well, first of all, like I said, it works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. All right? So, most people use AI like the picture on the left, right? You’re, you know, you’re at your computer, your laptop, or on your phone, and then AI helps you get things done. And I don’t mean to dog on that because if you’re effectively using AI, it’s like you can get two to three to four to five times more stuff done than you can get done without AI. and we’ll teach you how to do that even if you haven’t done that yet. But how we use AI here at Bot Builders is very different. All right, so AI is doing the work. So imagine 24 hours a day, no matter what it is that you’re doing, maybe you’re into disco or flamco or whatever that is, right? But you can be leaving living your life doing what it is with your family or vacation. And we’re going to show you how to have AI working around the clock for you. All right. Second way it’s different is we use something called hybrid AI because a lot of times people go well you know what’s better you know AI or people and the answer is when you put the best of both worlds together you’re going to get the best results and admittedly you know at this point AI could probably do 99% of things better than I can but there’s some things you know when it comes to writing things to sell for example I’ve probably written things I think the I’ve probably sold somewhere between between us and our clients maybe a hund00 million not that much but in that range right I’ve sold a lot of stuff AI can’t write as well as I can’t so when we take my writing and AI and we merge it together we’re obviously going to get much better results um third way it’s different is it’s already proven um we’ve been in this business since 2018 so I know there’s a lot of pop-up AI gurus all over the place um we’ve helped people of all walks of life all around the world, all experience levels utilize this stuff. So, this isn’t like our first rodeo. Um, and you can just trust that if it’s worked for others, hopefully it’ll work for you as well. Um, so just to confirm that you’re in the right place, this is for you. Either if number one, you already have a business and you need a way to generate more leads, you need to generate more sales, and you want to work less. That’s the ultimate goal here. Um, or you’re somebody who’s looking for something new. Um, something that can be immediate, you can do from home or from anywhere in the world. And obviously the goal here is to be very profitable. All right. And just to kind of give you a little bit of an illustration, this is um this is our largest merchant account. We have others and what this one is by far the biggest. And just to show the impact that artificial intelligence has had. This is about when the whole AI thing kicked in and when we took Chat GBT and some of the other tools that we’re going to teach you here in a little bit to a whole another level. Now I want to give big old fat disclaimers here. This is clearly not typical. And most importantly, I I want you to note that there’s a lot of months where we weren’t making a million dollars a month, right? A lot of months we weren’t even making a h 100,000 or, you know, less than 10,000 in the very beginning. So, I’m not somebody that’s, you know, an overnight sensation. And I also want to say this, it’s not like AI is magically doing all this work because we employ people here. And this is going to be a little bit different than what you’ve heard. If you’re by yourself or if you’ve got a small team, AI can help you grow. But we’re not the kind of people if you want to use AI to to fire your staff, I would really rather not teach you and help you because as a small business, AI gives you the chance to grow and potentially employ more people. And that’s just a philosophical thing, but I just want to show you what really is possible when you put the stuff into work the right way. All right. So, I told you earlier what I’m going to teach you, right? So, this is what I’m delivering. And just really quick, if I deliver this over the next 60 minutes or so, and this is going to be worth your while, I leave me a chat really quick. I want to hear you say, “Oh, yeah.” Just want to make sure you guys are still with me because I know there’s a lot of these time waster webinars. All right, you guys are with me. All right, I’m going to deliver on everything on this list. Oh, yeah. Great. Okay, so this is what I’m going to do. But if you’re going to get the most of your time, there’s also some things that you need to do. Specifically, two steps. Number one is you got to decide if you want artificial intelligence working for you in your business. Okay? So, if you see this and you’re like, “Oh my gosh, I need this.” Make a real decision. Otherwise, if you don’t make a real decision, you’re just wasting your time. You know, if you see this and it’s not your thing and you’re like, “Nah, I’ll pass.” No big deal. But at least you’ll know. Then the second thing is at the very end of the training, I am going to talk to you about how you can potentially work with our company, Bot Builders. So, that’ll be the second decision of whether you want to get help from me and my team. But between here and there, we’re going to focus on delivering as much value as we possibly can. And also at the end, I’m excited to share with you a surprise. We do have a small business technology grant. Um, and I’ll tell you what the qualifications are and what that’s all about. Um, at the end, uh, because it’s not for everybody, but if you’ve got a small business or you’re starting a small business, it could be for you. Because at the end of the day, if you’re a business owner, you want to be a business owner, your job is to make investments. And you’ve only got two investments to work with, right? You got your time and you got your money. I probably don’t have to ask you this, but which of these two is more important? Your time or your money, right? Uh, let’s see. Yeah, everybody’s saying time. Time is money, right? It’s fairly self-explanatory, but the funny thing is, you know, I work with this guy named Grant Cardone. I heard him say it one time. He’s like people, it’s like they’re so cheap. They’re squeezing the eagle off the quarter, you know, like they’re just trying to hold on to every nickel and dime, but yet they squander their time like crazy. And we have people write in, you know, to say, “Well, I made this money.” And that’s very exciting. But to me, what’s more exciting is when people write in and say, you know, best benefit is it’s a huge timesaver. I can’t even calculate the weeks of build time and hours per week this automated bot has and will continue to save me, allow me to work on my business and not in it. Um, utilizing a bot has changed my daily routine and freed me to focus more on building my business versus management. This bot has allowed me to quickly get my my bot up and running and to launch my bot agency and taking clients within the first month. Um, so if you’re curious what that’s all about, a lot of our people end up selling chat bots and AI services. And we’ll talk to you more about this a little bit later. Um, Gustavo says, you know, thanks for everything you guys do to help us make money the easy way. And I will say this, I’m glad it was easy for you, Gustavo. will never ever ever ever ever hear me say that this is easy. Business is not easy. We want to make it easier, at least as simple as we possibly can. Um, so that’s our goal here, but everything is going to take work. It’s just the way it is. Even with artificial intelligence, if you if you’re looking for something for nothing, this is definitely not for you. Um, but I will say this, it definitely helps when you’re in the right industry. And Forbes predicted that by the year 2030, AI is going to be a $15.7 trillion industry. They called it the biggest opportunity in today’s fast changing economy. Doesn’t take very much of a 15.7. To put it in perspective, that’s the GDP of Canada, Great Britain, Japan, and several other countries rolled into one is how big artificial intelligence is going to be. So I told you I’d tell you the three best ways in my opinion to make money with AI. And the first one is an AI consultant. Okay? And I put here immediate and recurring because to me any business that you build should have both immediate making money right now and also recurring payments as well. So what you’re learning here today is the beginning of you learning what it would take to become an AI consultant. All right. Wall Street Journal said companies across all industries have been scrambling to secure AI talent from a p a pool that’s not growing fast enough even during economic disruptions and layoffs. Bottom line is supply and demand. And right now the demand outpaces the supply. Meaning that you don’t need to be that much of an expert to get into this game. All right. So, how important is it to get in front of a trend to do something that is hot? Well, I’ll I’ll kind of share super quickly where I came from just to kind of give a a little bit of a a groundwork. My company before this was called boardames.com. Um, it started out when I designed a board game, which I usually have a copy of. All right, don’t be a loser. All right, so I uh created this board game. I mean, it was a passion. It was a love of mine. Was so excited to bring people around the table. And um I’ll I’ll spare you the story how I acquired boardames.com. I got it for $500 out of pocket. Um, but you know, I was super excited and it was going to be the thing and I was following my passion and I was all in on this and in the end um you know I was competing with Amazon and and uh long story short um you know I had a kid on the way. We were burning a lot of money um and I lost almost $200,000 of my own money. Um, and I don’t I don’t know if anybody wants to admit this, but if anybody’s on the line that’s ever had a failed business, especially one that you’re passionate about and you know that pain maybe. Yeah. Okay. I’m not alone in this for sure. Um, so it was it was pretty rough. But from that experience, the only thing that we did that was really successful is we created an amazing chatbot. And that’s also where I met my co-founder of Bot Builders, Nick Fashan, who um you’re going to learn more about if we get the chance to work together. Um, but just know that it doesn’t matter if you failed in the past. It just matters what you do moving forward. And, and if you’re wondering how have things changed since we got into chat bots and AI and now, you know, with this skill set, with this expertise that I’ve developed, which certainly didn’t happen overnight, um, this is what I earn as a consultant, which is $2,500 an hour. You’re never going to start there. I mean, that’s obviously, you know, I’ve been I’ve been doing this stuff for a while, you know, and I’ I’ve, you know, really developed some unique stuff, which we’re going to share with you here today. Um, but it’s still a little bit mind-blowing to think like I remember, you know, making Subway sandwiches for $4.25 in 1998, you know, $425 an hour. Um, so it’s just good to know that when you’re an industry that’s in charge in front of a major trend, there’s a lot of potential there. All right. The key to take away from this is that you do not need to be a techie to do this. And I am not a techie. In fact, the um first time I hired a web development company to build a a website for me, they asked me what language they wanted to have it coded in. And my answer to that was English, right? They were obviously looking for a coding language. But you do not need to be techy. What you need to know is how to automate. And there’s a difference between automation and and and technical stuff because as you’re going to see in just a little bit, you can automate by dragging and dropping and moving boxes when you know how to use the tools that we’re going to teach you how to use. Um, and I’m really really proud to say actually we should add a fourth award to this. Um, that each and every year we’ve hit the Inc. 5000 list, which is really exciting. So, just that’s all to say is that, you know, we we’ve done this a lot longer than anybody else in the space. Um, and we’re doing pretty well with it and hopefully we can help you do it too. Um, the, uh, it all changed the day that OpenAI came out with ChatGpt. And for those of you that, um, use Chat GBT, just know I’m going to teach you the perfect prompt here in just a second. But if you’re not using Chat GBT multiple times a day, I mean, everywhere you go on your phone, this is alone is going to be an absolute gamecher for you. Um, and the bottom line to what this AI thing is all about, it’s called generative AI, meaning you put something in and you get something out. Okay? Hopefully something better out, right? And Chat GBT, to state the obvious, is a chatbot, aka a bot, which means you can put text, you put text in and text comes out. Now, I’m going to show you is, you know, chat GPT now does much more than just text, but this is the chatbot that really broke the mold for all bots. And you might have seen the stat before just to kind of compare Chat GBT to all the other fastest growing apps out there. ChatGpt hit a million users in 5 days. Now, here is where this is going to be different than anything else you’ve ever experienced is we’re not going to just tell you how to use Chat GBT. We’re going to tell you how to get chat GBT working on top of these other apps helping you generate leads and sales 24 hours a day. All right. So, the the very very basics of Generative AI is that the text that you enter in is called a prompt. You might have heard this before, right? So, now what I want to do is I’m going to teach you the perfect prompt. And you know, everybody out there wants to tell you some, you know, BS. This is the greatest prompt, whatever. You’re going to see just how simple this really is. Okay. So to show you some real world examples of chat GPT, um this was when I um the first time we hosted uh we host an event annually here in Arizona called the Bolathon Bash uh for the Special Olympics. It’s my favorite charity in the world. Absolutely love it. And I was struggling, truth be told. The the event was coming up and I desperately needed sponsors and I was wasting all my time and energy researching online. Finally, I’m like, I’m going to use chat GPT for this. I put in this prompt and boom, it gave me the best list of potential sponsors ever and we ended up saving the event and this was, you know, from the prompt, this is what it gave me. Obviously, I did the work to talk to the companies, but this was the end result, the most amazing, unbelievable, joyful day that you can imagine with hundreds of athletes. We raised a ton of money and so many of their parents said that it was the most fun that they’ve ever had. So, just kind of showing how this AI thing because people think it’s so, you know, it’s like anti- people, but you really can use technology to bring people together. All right, here’s another example. All right, running my first sprint triathlon and I needed to know how to prepare and train, right? So, it tells me all the stuff that I need. It gives me a a workout. And if you use Chat GBT, you know, it’s amazing for this kind of stuff. So, what was the end result of of this training? Boom. Okay. No, that’s not really me. I wish that was me or my wife wishes that was me. All right. So, that’s that’s just a joke. But, um, but it doesn’t really matter what it is that you want to do. Start with chat GBT. Another one is, you know, we bought a new home and we wanted to remodel in a modern Spanish style. So, this is an example where you can upload a file and bam, transformed our our old bathroom into a modern style to give us some inspiration. So, pretty much anything that you can imagine you can do. Now, what I want to do is I want to teach you how to be a great prompt engineer, right? And I use these quotations because all these gurus online were like, “Oh, this is the best, you know, prompts.” Like, look, chat GBT is so much better than it used to be. It used to be that you had to write great prompts. That was a thing. Now, it’s so good that all you got to do is start a conversation. So, this that I’m going to give you right here, this is a write down or write this down. This is the perfect prompt. Start everything you do just like this. My goal. And then you just fill in your goal. All right. Raising money for charity. You want to sell more stuff. Whatever. Whatever it is, planning a birthday party for your kid. What do you need from me to collaborate and make it happen as effectively and efficiently as possible? That’s it. You literally type that in and then it’s going to be a two-way conversation and you just work with Chat GBT just like it was a staff of of absolutely geniuses that could do anything that you want to do. All right. And how do I know it’s the perfect prompt? Because Chad GPT told me so. I wrote this prompt with ChatGpt. Of course, I’m going to use Chad GBT to write the perfect prompt. All right. So, I I do want to share this, and this is kind of like the guru’s dirty little secret. You’re never going to get the same quality results using Chat GBT as you are with professional tools because you can’t fully train the AI. And here’s what I mean by that. A prompt is only half of it. Okay? I I’ve to give you an example. If I want to get um to make a tool to have uh chat GBT sell something, it’s going to be much better if I give it examples of things that I’ve written that have sold because I’ve sold more than chat GPT. So, anytime you a company like ours is creating a professional tool, just know that it’s much more than prompt. It’s also trained by the professionals. Now, really exciting to share at the end. Um, if we do end up working together, I’ve got what I believe to be the biggest bonus gift in the history of bonuses. Um, but we’ll talk more about that at the end. But let me ask you this. What if instead of just using Chat GBT to give you responses, it could be trained to actually collect leads, book appointments, and sell for you? Okay. All right. So, just a few more types of AI before we get to the bots. Um, generative AI art is one of those ones that just blows my mind. You put in text, you get out images. Maybe you’ve played with this. There’s a ton of tools. One of my favorites is MidJourney. Um, it’s a little bit, you know, a little bit trickier to use to to really master, but it’s really mind-blowing. And there’s so many of these AI art tools. Um, what one of the things that we did that was really fun is I built a website that actually allows people to put in a prompt and get out a piece of art that they can hang on their wall. So, uh, Vivian here, this is our beautiful daughter Vivian. She was the first person to use it. And I said, “Well, Vivian, what kind of art do you want?” And she said, “Kitty cat unicorn.” And this is what it created. So, I mean, it doesn’t need to be fancy, right? You can just type in kitty cat unicorn and that’s what it produces. Uh Noah said uh he wanted a hard rock yellow guitar, which is which is really cool. Noah. Um and that’s actually a picture of him um on Christmas. He’s got a red guitar, but um he really we’re really excited. I’m I’m learning how to play guitar with Noah. we do lessons together which is really super special because um he’s hard of hearing and the fact that he’s like so excited about music is a really really really cool thing. Um we’ll talk more you know if we have some time at the end I’ll kind of tell you a little bit more of the story but um this is you know the fact that we kids can just give us a few words and now they have art that goes on their wall um that they love that’s so special to them just shows you the kind of things that you can do with AI. Um, but you’re now like, “Okay, this is great, but how do we use this stuff to generate revenue?” Well, it’s all about connecting the dots. Um, and this was the first time that we used AI art to create a an ad. So, I think this is an Instagram or a Facebook ad. And so, we just put in the prompt, you know, it was probably like a robot at an ATM machine with money falling down or whatever. Then, we used AI to write the the the copy, the text. And this was actually if you see this, the button says donate now. For this test, we actually did a training where we we had people donate um to our favorite cause and then you know get on the live training and it was mindblowing the results that we got. Like it was like the best cost per click of any ad. We ended up, you know, raising a little bit of money um for the Special Olympics. So that’s what you do is you you just connect the dots and you pull these things together. And since then, we’ve really gone nuts, not just with AI images, but also with AI video. And maybe this is how you you might have found us from an ad. There’s probably a good chance or you’ve at least seen our ads. So, this is using one specific tool that I’m going to teach you. Um, that I mean, as you can see, I mean, the the ad on the left’s got 28,000 likes. I mean, we’ve ran these things like crazy. So, I’m going to show you just a really quick clip. And just know that you can make ads and videos like this using AI with your iPhone. All right, so just a really quick clip here. Arthur Engel Worthington Schmidt. Am I pronouncing that correctly? Call me AI. Great. Uh, it says here AI that you’re looking for full-time work. Is that correct? Correct. Yeah. Preferably something 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Wow. So hardworking. I like uh so that that one was wildly successful. Actually, that is one of our most successful ads of all time. And the one on left is a lot of fun. One on the right, me playing basketball against AI

and of course getting whipped. So these these ads could literally be made with you, a camera, and this tool. Okay, it’s called Wonder Dynamics. And people like, “Matt, why do you give it away?” Like, I’m going to give you all of our like this this tool right here. Super cheap. All right, just imagine you take a video of you going like this and then you just pick a character and replace it. You could be an alien, you could be a robot, you could be anything that you want to be. All right, so you could use this for social media and so many other things. I wanted to make sure to share this with you because it’s not only um generated a lot of revenue for us, it’s also really built our brand and got us a lot of notoriety as well. So, I want to make sure to give you our best stuff here. Um, and just, you know, in case you’re wondering like how we’re doing, this is our our main uh ad account. And as you can see, it’s spent $5 million. So, you know, you can just imagine if it spent $5 million, hopefully we’ve made at least a little bit more back than that. Um, but if you’re like, Matt, you know, that’s really cool, but I don’t want to be in an ad, right? The good news is there are lots of AI tools that you can use where you don’t need to be in the ad at all. Um, this ad on the left has been a really, really high converter for us. The one on the right’s done pretty well as well. Um, let me play a quick clip. I think it’s the one on the right that’s going to play. If you’re still using chat GPT the same way as everyone else, then you’re probably doing it wrong. As powerful as it is, chat is a way for you to save time. Written by AI, fully automate your business, gener. It’s also a lot easier than you think. So if you now I highly recommend that when you use AI in that fashion that you let people know that this is AI just to kind you know full disclosure. Um but there’s so many amazing generative AI tools and and you don’t need to write these down. Remember if you’re on at the end we’ll send you a list of our top 250 tools and all of these are obviously on there. But when it comes to video different tools are good for different things. So, if you remember the at the beginning where it was me and the robot high-fiving that was made with the a tool called cling, the first one here. Um, the last thing that I just showed you is called Arc Ads. The the ads that I showed you, that’s Arc Ads, the best advertising AI um AI tool. So, so many different tools and you know the obviously video images, those are just the beginning. Um, if we do end up working together and and you get started with our programs, AI powered profits is where, you know, we’re not just going to teach you what the video tools are. We’re going to teach you, you know, how do you go and use them and what situations you use them. Same for social media, SEO, branding, so many different things. Obviously, way more than we can cover here. All right? But right now, I want to get you focused. I wanted to give you like a little bit of everything just so you guys see what it’s all about. But now, I want to talk to you about where I believe the money is. And bots are where the money is, right? Chat GBT. Why did they create it as a bot? Because it’s just the best format. And the cool thing about bots is you can use them to generate leads, increase sales, and improve support. All right? It’s what we do here at Bot Builders. All right. Now, what is so valuable about a chatbot? Well, one of the things that makes it valuable is speed to lead. And Harvard Business Review did a massive survey studying online leads. When the leads come in, the value of those leads depending on how long it takes to follow up with them. And they found that when leads were followed up with in less than an hour or I’m sorry, uh, in less than an hour, it was seven times greater than leads that went longer than an hour. Just imagine that. Seven times higher conversion. Leads that went more than a day, 60 times greater. 60 times. So what’s great about a chatbot? The responses aren’t just like within an hour. The responses are instantaneous. That’s what people want. They want immediate feedback. So whether it’s your business or it’s somebody else’s business, you can just imagine the value of solving this massive problem for people. All right? So, it could be your business or if you want to resell bots and we’ll talk to you more in the end what that could look like. If you’re like, man, I don’t know how to do this stuff. It is possible to actually take our bots and resell them to other businesses. But just to kind of give you a little bit uh of an understanding of how a bot works because chat bots work on multiple platforms. So, you can take a bot and put it on your website. You can also have a bot that runs on Facebook. You can have a bot on Instagram, on WhatsApp, on text message. All of these platforms can have this interactive two-way experience so that you can capture leads with your chatbot on all these different platforms. And then it converts sales in these conversations or leads or whatever it is that you want to do. Of course, they can do support as well. We build bots that primarily focus on leads and sales, but they handle customer support or whatever it is that you want them to do. And then what’s great is it can also automate the followup after the initial conversation. Okay, so you’ve got all these different platforms where you can have a bot. It can do the immediate messaging. It can do the followup and everything in between. And exciting announcement. Bots are now live on Tik Tok. Now, they are pretty new, right? So, they’re not as robust in some of the other platforms. Um, but if you’re on Tik Tok and you’re like, man, I would love to have this stuff to generate leads, now you’re in business. All right, but just to kind of step back from it because obviously that’s a lot, right? You might not you use and here’s the thing. If you don’t use social media, don’t worry. I don’t use much social media. I do now. Like I’ll log in to answer questions and stuff like that. I’m not a social media person. In fact, I don’t even like using computers anymore than I need to. But this is the thing that you need to worry about. Okay, this is write this down. You might say, “Well, Matt, this is simple, but this is the automation freedom formula. Leads times conversion equals freedom.” Right? And if you have leads coming in on a consistent basis and you’re converting those leads into deals or sales, that’s freedom. And until you have this like, yeah, you go, you might go, “Well, that’s obvious.” Well, if you’re not going to bed at night and waking up in the morning with more money in your bank account, you’re not doing this. And that’s what, you know, Warren Buffett said it best. He said that unless you figure out how to make money while you sleep, you’re going to be working until you die. And that’s just the reality. So a lot of times you get on these things and and you know obviously traffic is really important but what’s wrong with this approach? All right. Let me ask you guys what’s wrong with this approach? Yeah. The cart before the horse, right? Yeah. It’s backwards. So so many people they’re like worried about traffic, traffic, traffic. And the gurus are saying, “No, do this tra.” It’s like you got to have the conversion piece in place before you worry about even getting the leads. some people if you’re not ready I could dump all the leads in the world on your lap but if you don’t have a way right and you’re probably starting to figure out here what’s cool about chat bots is they do both the leads and the conversion and that’s basically what we do here is we build automated machines that generate revenue with predictability that’s a very key word predictability like do you know what your what your growth is do you have the ability to go out and buy advertising and put in a dollar and get $3 out because If you don’t have predictability, then you don’t have a scalable business. And that’s and that’s just the reality. So, stop focusing on the the deal, the the the sale and start focusing on the machine that’s going to create the predictability to get the sales. I mean, just to kind of create a quick comparison because we all know, you know, websites or funnels, right? If you think about a a website, how do you generate a lead on a website? So, you got an opt-in form. If you think about a chatbot, you know, there’s opt-in forms for chat bots as well. Um, you can also take a button and put it on your website. People can come into your bot. You can take a link and you can take that link and you can put it on social media. You can put it in an email. You can put it in a text message. People click on the link, they get into your bot. Facebook ads, Instagram ads, other kinds of ads as well. Social comments, people comment on a social post, it triggers your chatbot. Or they can send a DM, it triggers your chatbot. Or they can send a text, it triggers your chatbot. or you can have an automated chat on your website or scan codes. The important thing to recognize here is that this is multi-channel marketing. So you’re you’re collecting the lead on whatever social media platform, the DM plus email plus text. So you have multi-channel marketing, right? To just to kind of show you a conversion uh example here in the real world, we do a lot of webinars, send a lot of emails. So if we send out a thousand emails, we’ll have 200 of those emails get open. 20 of them will get clicked. 40% will register. So if we send 1,000 emails, we might have eight people register for webinar. Compare it to a chatbot. We sent out a thousand messages. 796 got opened. 259 got clicked. 51% registered for a total of 131 total registrations, right? That’s 16 times the results. Is this typical? No, I don’t want to say this is typical, but it’s just, you know, if you’re doing the same thing as everybody else, you’re going to get the same results as everybody else. And just so I know who’s with me, if you’re looking for some kind of gamecher right now in your business, and maybe this is it, maybe it’s not, but if you’re looking for something like I need something to break the mold, give me an oh yeah in the comments just so I can know you guys are with me. Okay, cool. Good. Hope you guys everybody enjoying this so far. Oh, it’s about to get really, really good. Cool. All right, so but it’s not like it’s bots versus email. All right, bots and email go together like peanut butter and jelly. Email is still, in my opinion, the most powerful marketing medium. We have a massive email list. U make a ton of money with it. I I highly recommend building your list. And our chatbot in in a chatbot, and I’m going to show you one of these in a minute, the experience when people get in there, it’s called a flow. Okay? And in our flow, our opening flow, our chatbot collects emails from 72% of people. Okay? 70. Just just imagine that. I’ I’ve never had a website um I’ve never had a a landing page that’s done 72%. I just I’ve never seen it happen before. And um here’s Brock, you know, again, I don’t know what’s typical, but obviously he was struggling to to collect leads and then he was able to get 200. You know, it seems like he’s pretty excited about that and that’s really really awesome. So, if you struggle to build your list in the past, maybe think about doing it uh a little bit differently. So, at this point, all right, we’ve talked a lot about AI. I’ve shown you a lot of different stuff. um you got to really make the decision to see if it’s even worth sticking around for the rest of the webinar. Decide that you want to have AI working for you. So, let me ask you this, okay? From what you’ve seen and what you know AI is capable of, do you want to have AI working for you in your business, right? And not just helping you be more productive, but I’m talking 24 hours a day, seven days a week actually working for you. All right? And I see some Oh, yes. Okay, cool. Thank you for the Oh, yes. That’s awesome. Because if if you’re not if you’re seeing this and you’re like, h, you know, not really my thing and it’s not your deal, totally cool if you want to jump off right now. Okay, so from here on out, we’re going to talk about what it takes to get AI working for you. All right, so what we’re going to do is we’re going to do a little bit of a chatbot demo here. This is going to be a lot of fun. All right. So, this is again it’s a a hybrid, right? This hybrid model where you’re going to see AI and you’re also going to see what we’ve built, okay? The humanbuilt intelligent. And you’re going to see how these two things work together. Now, this specific example that we’re going to show you is a chatbot reseller bot, right? It’s a bot that sells bots. Why am I showing you this? because a lot of people who are on here, you know, are looking for some kind of business to start and they’re like, man, if I could just sell these to to businesses. So, imagine this is a bot that will sell bots for you. Okay, this is just a hypothetical example. You don’t need to do this. And we’ll talk more about different business types here in just a minute. So, in this demo, we’re going to we got a fictitious business. We’re going to call it Sassy Sally’s. All right? It’s an AI and chatbot uh company. And um the product sold are pre-built bots, right? These bots are ready to go. Um, and it’s going to be sold via appointment. So, it’s going to be booking an appointment. And the platform that we’re going to show this bot on is going to be Facebook Messenger. Again, it could be Instagram, could be on a website, it could be, you know, all these various platforms. Could be a text bot. They’re all going to be different, right? But with this, what we’re going to do is we’re going to build this using Minihat. Okay? So, Minihat is the number one bot platform in the world, and it’s the the platform that we use to build our bots with. And to to do this, it’s $15 a month for the pro uh plan um to use Minihat. And the cool thing is is that the chat GBT is the other part of this is we pay for the chat GPT. All right? So, you don’t got to worry about that. But this bot that you’re going to see, the good news is is we’ve already done all the hard stuff. And what we’re going to do now is we’re going to show you the customization of this bot. Okay? So to give a little bit more context, when you see the human intelligence, that’s the the flow, okay? That’s the thing that we’ve pre pre-built, okay? There’s no programming, there’s no code, as you’re going to see. What it is is just a bunch of boxes. I’ll just show you in a second, but this is when there’s buttons to reply to. Okay? So this is a flow. And this is the the the program that we use, ManyHat, to build this system. So, if you can imagine, you just have a box is what’s your favorite flavor of ice cream? You just add three buttons. It’s all drag and drop. You’re going to see this here in just a second. And then depending on what people click, oh, chocolate is the best, vanilla roll, strawberry for the win. It could be very, very, very, very simple. Again, no code needed. Anybody can do this, especially with a little bit of training, which we provide. All right. The second piece to this is chat GPT. This is the AI piece. And AI replies to the typing. Okay. So as you see this experience, just know this is humanuilt stuff and AI stuff all working together. All right. Okay, let’s jump in. All right, so here we are inside of Minihat and uh this is we’ve just installed the AI and what we’re going to do now is going to go step by step and train the AI. So um again, we’re using a uh company we’re going to call Sassy Sally’s. All right, we’re just going to kind of make this up as we go here. Um, book appointments here. So, this is just going to be like if somebody wants to book an appointment and you, you know, you might use a sales page here or whatever, but you know, we’re just going to say if somebody wants to book, we’ll send them here. Um, company location, I think we said Myrtle Beach, uh, South Carolina is where we said that Sassy Sally is product or service you sell. So, in this case, we’re going to say AI services and chat bots. Okay. Um details, we’re going to say um chat bots that generate leads, increase sales, and improve support. This is AI background and image, but um this could be, you know, a website bot. It could be Instagram. It could be text, but we’re going to use Facebook Messenger. So, let’s just uh hit message. Okay. And let’s click get started. And then I’m going to zoom in really big for you here so you can see very clearly. All right. So, let’s just say, “Hi. What’s your name?”

Well, hey there, Matt. I’m Sassy Sarah here to help out. What can I do for you today? Um, I am struggling with my business. I’m just kind of making stuff up here. We’ll see how the AI does. Oh, sugar. I’m sorry to hear that. What specific challenges are you facing in your business, Matt? Let’s see if we can find a solution together. Um, I need to get more customers.

Let’s dig in more to help you understand exactly what a bot can do for you. Which of these is is currently most important to your business. So what we do is we let them tell you so that way you have you know important data and we can customize the experience similar to an email marketer about allows you to capture subscribers but on social media too while open rates have fallen to 10 to 20% social DMs get a 60 to 90%. Okay we’re really zoomed in here but also unlike email bots can automatically capture a subscriber when they do any of the following and we talked about all this stuff if you guys remember. These are all the ways that you can generate uh bot generate leads using chat bots.

While many experts predicted messenger marketing would be the email killer, as you’ve already experienced, bots actually help you grow your email list. Just so I know what I’m working with, how many email subscribers do you currently have? Again, we’re collecting valuable data, but doing it in a way that’s that’s engaging, interactive, and not in any way at all threatening. Okay. So, let’s just say less than a thousand.

Okay, Matt. Sounds like we need to get you a bot like ASAP. Bot power, baby. All right, moving on to sales pop quiz. Why do you think bots are so great at turning leads into paying customers? Higher engagement, better targeting, or all of the above. Now, that you see that this is basically instead of just saying, “Hey, bots give higher engagement and better targeting, we’re doing this in a very interactive way and people just go step by step and unlike an email or a sales page, they they give their prospect undivided attention like you’re giving me now.” Exactly. Additionally, bots have demographic info on your user. For example, you’re a male living in the United States. You can customize or can personalize your sales messages. Just imagine your conversion rates when you give your users an entertaining and personalized experience like this. Higher engagement, better targeting, more sales.

Oh yeah.

Last but not least, support. While our company is best known for building bots that generate leads and acquire customers, a bot like me can do wonders for your customer service. Bots don’t need sleep, which means customers can get help 24/7. Bots don’t get paid, which means you save a lot of money. Just curious, how many people are you currently on your team? So, that was uh the sort of the front-end experience. Just to kind of recap everything that we’ve done. All right, we took uh we installed our AI and I showed you how to give it basic training just by answering questions and then I showed you that bot in action. And remember, this is what we call a hybrid AI bot, meaning that the first half of the conversation was all AI powered. Okay, just AI running. Now, obviously, we did a lot of coding, a lot of work in the background. I don’t want to act like AI is magic, right? We did the hard work. So you could just answer questions and it worked, right? But the second half of this experience, you’ll notice that it had buttons and it was very well written. All right, that’s what this is. Okay, so we’ve taken the best AI, trained it to the best of ability. We take your information and then we take our experiences. This one is for selling chat bots. that we’ve, you know, we’ll talk more later about uh a lot of the other bots that we’ve built, but just to kind of take a look at this. You know, this is something that it took me, you know, months and months to build, but you can see why we’ve done this. Because unlike other chat bots out there that are very generic experience, we make all of our bots, no matter what the niche is, we make it so that it’s a customized experience. So if they’re a bot expert, it’s going to give a much different experience, all right, than if they are a newbie. Okay? So whatever their information they’re giving, it’s sending down different paths. So we don’t like, you know, generic chat bots that just kind of talk to everybody the same. We’d much rather have it tailored in order to optimize the overall experience. Cool. If I chime in here real quick. For sure. All right. No. Yeah. I just want to say that this is absolutely mind-blowing. And I’m saying this from the perspective of someone who’s been into online marketing for over 15 years now, who’s done everything. Like as an affiliate, I’ve promoted offers across all different kinds of u ad platforms and traffic sources. Uh I’ve promoted offers across different niches as well. And um yeah, I’ve seen a lot when it comes to online marketing. But I can say that this is absolutely mind-blowing and I’ve never seen anything like it. So if you already have a business, this could multiply your sales because probably if you don’t have something like this, you’re living a ton of money on the table. And keep in mind that things are becoming more and more competitive. So as you leave money on the table, you’re not just like uh missing some additional profits, you’re actually losing u the capacity to compete with other marketers and advertisers and competitors out there on ad platforms or with even with email promotions and cross promotions. So it’s not just that you you should be making more money, but you need to be making more money. And this is your solution. And then if you’re just getting started and you still don’t have a team, if you have a new business, you’re working on your own or perhaps with just one or two assistants, this will ensure that you make the most out of your business, you know, out of your traffic without having to hire more and more people. So yeah, this is just, you know, incredible. And I just wanted to chime in to say this real quick. Well, cool. Thank you for that. Really means a lot coming from you. Uh, and again, we’ve got lots of different experiences here. I got some more stuff we’re going to show you. Let me go back to All right, let’s get back here. Okay, so I’m showing that this what this is. This is underneath the hood of a Rolls-Royce. Cuz I know that there’s probably some of you out there who saw that bot and you’re like, “Oh my gosh, this is crazy.” What this is represents is the fact that, you know, if somebody were to give you the keys to a Rolls-Royce, it’s not like you’re going to open up the hood and you’re going to look look under there and go, “Well, I don’t understand how this works.” like I don’t get the, you know, the spark plugs and the gaskets. I I don’t want this, right? I’m not interested. I don’t I don’t understand all the pieces. It’s the same way with the chatbot. You don’t need to understand how all the stuff works. If somebody gives you the keys to Rolls-Royce, what do you do? You get in the car, you push the button, and you go. All right. And uh I think Mike was the first person to compare our bots to a Rolls-Royce. And clearly, his results are not even close to typical. Um, but just just know that you don’t need to worry about what’s under the hood. You got to get in the vehicle. All right? And you focus on where you’re going, right? What is it that you’re trying to achieve? And with a chatbot, all right, especially a hybrid AI bot, there’s three things. You want to generate leads, increase sales, and improve support. And it can do this for any kind of business. Frankly, it doesn’t even need to be a business. It could be a nonprofit. You could have a rock band. Really doesn’t make a difference. All right. So, just to kind of give you some examples of some some chatbot flows. This is a coaching and consulting bot and and it comes with way more than just this flow, but just to show you a quick example. Doesn’t matter all the fancy stuff. What does it do? It gets client leads. It books sales calls. And it fulfills services. This is an author and influencer bot, right? It grows followers. It sells products online. It builds real relationships. This is an affiliate marketing bot. What does it do? It’s omni channel leads, affiliate commissions, automates follow-up. And if you’re not familiar with affiliate marketing, what that means is it sells other people’s products and you get paid a commission on those products. We’ll talk more about that in a little bit here. Um, this is a real estate bot. So, what does it do? It gets buyer and seller leads. It negotiate deals. It gets buyers competing. Um, this is a local business. It gets it does special promotions. It’s got loyalty buyer programs. It does special birthday offers. This is network marketing or MLM bot. It gets rep and customer leads. It enrolls new downline. It automates product sales. Um, this is an Amazon seller bot. It builds it builds your own list, launch new product. Uh, helps build relationships. This is the bot reseller one that I show you, right? Um, this is for e-commerce. It could be Shopify or any kind of platform. Doesn’t matter. All right. Captures lead capture quizzes. Um, sales card abandoners, answers, FAQs. Does so much. Um, Fagie said, “Uh, these are just a few of the many ways I was able to scale my personal incoms to help my clients as well. product launches, collecting product reviews, gathering priceless data, product development, automated customer support. All right? Again, don’t worry about all those things. You don’t need it to do everything. You just need it to do a couple things to really change the game. All right? Don’t worry about what’s under the hood. Just worry about getting to where you want to go. And our bots work for every kind of business in the world. And just to show you example, this was our first year of our first chatbot. All right? You want to talk about a game changer. Like, holy cow. All right? not typical, but this was our first year. Um, this is one of our clients, Grant Cardone. He Grant Cardone is not typical. Um, Many Chat, uh, full disclaimer, and we were using ManyHat, um, long before they hired us to help them build a bot. Um, but this was the first year that of of their growth. Um, and here’s Johnny. He said, “I had the best month in sales, and now that my clients and their experience are taken care of with automation, I almost feel unemployed.” Okay. He’s a He’s a dating coach. Cool. Cool. Good. All right. So, I told you I promised you three ways uh to make money with AI. The second is to be a bot reseller. So, imagine our bots that are pre-built and you do some customization. We teach you how to do this. Selling them to other businesses. And to kind of give you some idea, obviously this is a little bit of an older uh study, but how chat bots are priced, these guys said uh they’re typically charged anywhere between $10,000 and $50,000. Now, to be completely upfront, I believe that most of the people that get started with our stuff start lower than that just cuz they’re, you know, they’re new, they’re never done before, um we had a 15-year-old uh that was selling chat bots and he was, you know, charging a good amount less than this. Um, but if you were reselling bots and you sold a chatbot for 2500 bucks. So let’s say you sell a bot for 2500 bucks, but then you have $500 recurring. Very important. Okay, anything you sell, always have the upfront and then recurring so that you can build upon that. And you know, you could do this anywhere in the entire world, but just in the US alone, there’s 33 million businesses. And even the ones that have bots, I’ll tell you right now, are horrible. If you ever used a bot, even on like big company sites, they’re so bad. The experiences are just just horrendous. So, let’s just say in this hypothetical example that you did one client per week, okay? You’d be hustling. No doubt about it. But just kind of look at how this stacks. So, the first month you do $10,000. So, you earned 10,000 bucks. You got no recurring. All right? Great month. You obviously had to hustle to earn it. But then what you’ll see is if you keep doing this and you keep stacking eventually with time the recurring gets to the point where you could earn more than your immediate sales. And obviously this is very hypothetical. But just whether it’s reselling bots or something else, make sure that if you’re going to build a b a business, you’re building a business that’s worthwhile. That’s a business model that’s going to allow you to get to a point where you don’t have to be constantly selling every single day. And for us, you know, we make more money with this than anybody else that I know, but you know, we have one client that we’ve made over a million dollars from. So, we like to go with fewer clients, but just have higher quality clients. Um, so at this point, you know, you already decided that you want to get AI working for you or you wouldn’t still be here. I’m like looking at the doctor and I’m just you know kind of waiting and finally the doctor looks at me and she says you know sorry Mr. lights, you know, your your son does have significant hearing loss and it is going to be permanent. You know, it’s like when you get news like that, all the money in the world, you don’t you don’t care about money. You don’t care about any of that stuff. Um, so that very day, I mean, I remember going home and, you know, talking with my wife and we decided that night and we were I mean, you know, we had the, you know, the the home overlooking the ocean and the cool beach, you know, the whole cool beach office and we said, “All right, we’re going to just work from home. We’re packing up. We’re moving back to to Phoenix, Arizona. We’re going to be by family and we’re going to focus all the time and energy that we need to help Noah.” And we could only do that because we had a business that was running with automation, right? We we couldn’t have done that if if it took all the, you know, our my time and energy to to build. And and the thing is is that, you know, that’s the picture on the left. And I share that because a lot like Noah with his hearing aids, he didn’t get it. You know, it’s like how do you explain like, “Oh, this thing is like technology. It’s going to help you, right?” It’s the same way with you and AI and chat bots. You probably like see this and you’re like, “Oh, it sounds great.” But you don’t get it. You’re like flows and AI and all like you’re not going to get it. The same way that Noah didn’t get the hearing until he had his hearing aids in and could hear it for himself. You’re not going to get this chatbot and AI stuff until you see it with your own eyes. Until you step up, pull out your wallet, get the thing started, set up your chatbot, you know, get in there, and then leads come in and you see these conversations happening and like, “Oh my gosh.” like it collects an email notes collecting information. What’s the most important action you want your readers to take? Okay, so like test drive a car, register for an event. Let’s say uh register for free webinar. What tone of voice do you want it written in? Let’s say fun. And check this out. All right, your first your first email, which is the immediate one. It gives you subject lines. Welcome builders. Let the leads pour in. All right, you could write your own or you can just like pick one of these. Great. All right, second email, which is going to be educational value email. Um, you know, pick one of these that that curiosity killed the cat but can save your business. Love it. All right, the third email is going to have some emotional appeal. Journey from drought to triumph in the world of AI training from empty I like this one from empty inbox to thriving leads. And the fourth one is kind of written as a direct promotion it says here. So um unlock the secret to endless leads with AI. All right. Love it. And just like that, right? That’s it. You just answer some questions and next thing you know, you got an entire email sequence, right? That’s written in my voice, right? And you’ll see these are different. And this is again, it’s hybrid AI. So you can ask Chad GPT to write an email sequence, but guess what? It’s not going to have one that’s going to be written in, you know, with an emotional appeal and then one that’s going to be written, you know, is a promotion. It’s not going to have that variation. and it’s not going to be imagine it’s a a rainy Tuesday. It’s just not going to produce this stuff. Unfortunately, that’s the way it is. Now, here’s what’s really cool because there’s other AI tools out there now. They don’t have my copywriting behind it. But let’s just say you’re like, “Oh, you know, this one’s all right, but I want to just, you know, I want to um I can completely rewrite it with AI.” Or if I wanted to, and by the way, you can just if you wanted to, you can just go in here and just say, yeah, you know, you can you can edit it yourself and just save changes. Or you can have AI make the changes. All right. And you can say, let’s say, I like the email, but I want to add a paragraph at the end about how chat GPT can become your best friend.

And just like that, it’s going to give you the same email, right? Boom. Now, imagine having a trust companion right by your side, one that works tireously to generate leads, and you got a whole sequence. And then, guess what? You want to write another email sequence, great. You want to generate some ideas, you need help with your business, it’s all right here. You’re going to have to edit those cuz we only made those in English. But it’s really not that bad. You can just go in and you basically just, you know, type in the words because you know people say, “Well, can’t you auto translate?” I don’t think there’s a tool to auto translate, but I would do it manually because I use a lot of sarcastic jokes and stuff, so it’s probably not going to translate exactly, but it’s not that bad. You just go in the boxes and just edit it. Okay. Um,

oh, are there bots on LinkedIn? So, there are not. Now, you can add a link to your bot from LinkedIn and you can send people to any of the other platforms. LinkedIn does not allow chat bots. Okay? So, anybody that you see that’s doing automation on LinkedIn, they’re breaking the rules. We only do stuff that’s like above board. So, we don’t do any of this stuff that’s like can get you because just imagine like you run you run a bot on LinkedIn. Now, when LinkedIn opens it up and I saw I told you guys Tik Tok like these platforms are opening up. Guess what? We’re on it. Boom. We’re there. Um, and the cool thing is is you can use LinkedIn in a lot of other ways to drive people um to your chatbot, but um it’s not yet on LinkedIn. So, great question. Um, that’s about it. Yeah. Well, you know what’s left? I I don’t know.
