All right, let’s get this slideshow going. So, you’re looking at the slideshow and of course I like to keep the little icons on the left hand side. Um, and I know that’s a little distracting because that makes the box of what you’re looking at a little bit smaller, but it helps me not lose track. It’s what helps keep me sounding so crisp. So again, you know, just if if you don’t mind just bearing with me on that and having the slightly smaller um screen, by all means, uh just, you know, bring the computer a little closer to you and that sort of thing. Now, during the course of this webinar, we are going to play a demo about halfway through, not too long from now, about 20 minutes in. And that demo is going to actually kind of change your audio settings perhaps. That happens in go to webinar sometimes. Most folks it doesn’t affect. But you’re in the question answer chat right now just fine. Bob’s here from North Carolina. Hello everybody. All right, so let’s get started. I’m sorry I can’t get to everybody. You know, something massive is happening right now. Almost everyone is still treating AI kind of like a toy. I mean, it, you know, you’re using it to some degree, right? You’re you’re getting into some of the models like chat GPT and you’re asking questions, you’re getting answers, but most people think of AI about like writing emails faster. I use it for that. Generating social posts or replacing Google searches. I use it for that, too. But that’s not the real shift that’s happening right now in 2026. The real shift is much bigger and it is phenomenal and it just started in around January 1st of this year. And you know the first billion dollar company has been built by AI right now and they did it with something almost identical to what we’re going to show you today by one or two people. In fact, you can actually start a billiondoll company. I’m not talking about a million dollar company. I’m talking about a billiondoll company. This is from last week. We grabbed this actual post from Rich Sheffron. As a matter of fact, he said, “This shouldn’t be possible. Two people, one company, 1.8 billion in revenue. Not a million, a billion.” Now, here’s where the story gets funny because I’m involved with it indirectly. Lan doesn’t know this. Shannon doesn’t know this. Audrey doesn’t know this. Denish doesn’t know this. But listen to this. The company is called Medv. The New York Times profiled them in April. They compete head-to-head with Hims and Hers, a company running 2,400 employees that barely keeps 5 cents on every dollar. Now, the way that I’m involved with that is after the first webinar that we held, I went out to CVS and sure enough, there it was on the shelf, Hims and Hers. The hymns allows you to like put stuff on your forehead and make your hair not fall, you know, kind of grow in thicker so that when you’re getting a little older, you don’t lose some of your hair. I said, “Oh my goodness.” So Medvie is putting together that same stuff as hims and hers, but Medvy keeps 16 cents with just two people. They have the same market and sell to the same customers. And yet that company with 2,400 employees is fighting for every inch of growth. Well, Medb isn’t. And that’s the one that has two employees. Now, how do they do that? They do that because they have a staff maybe 2400 large of AI employees.
You see, most people are still using AI like this. You ask a question, you get an answer, you copy and paste the answer, and then you come back and you repeat it tomorrow. Am I right? But a small group of operators are doing something completely different. They’re mavericks. They’re not using AI as a chatbot. They’re building full AI systems.
That is on top is an AI infrastructure. Below that are AI departments and below that are AI workers. Here’s how it looks if we map it out. The CEO is on top. The research AI, the outreach AI, the content AI, the strategy AI, the operations AI, those are departments underneath. And of course, the employees take it from there. So this creates this new divide. On the left side of the screen here or on one hand we have people using AI for productivity which is all well and good but on the right hand side we’re having people using AI for full leverage actually creating big companies but the bottleneck is no longer intelligence. It’s the infrastructure. You see the AI already exists. The models they’re already here. the workflows are already working, but the real bottleneck is can one person actually control all that and can you do it easily? Because we know, you know, out in the real world there are experts at this, programmers and stuff like that, but how about us? How about businesses that you can help? Well, that’s where we come in. You see, normally the problem with setting this up is you have to deal with servers and you have to stick in API keys. There’s something called Docker which makes everything act on every device the same way. There’s setup nightmares. It’s constantly breaking and changing. So that of course discourages almost everyone in the end. But my partner Roit, who we’ve launched several products with together over the course of the last few years, all very successful, very solid, and has helped so many people. Now, in a moment, I’m actually going to show you some more stuff that people have said, but also that people are actually using this for. So, this isn’t just like, you know, a concept. This is actually being used. As I mentioned before, there are billion-dollar businesses that are being created. Here’s an example on the upper left. He talks about a weather prediction bot. In under 48 hours, he scanned three for forecast sources and he basically turned $100 into $216 per location every 60 minutes. Identified and undervalued temperature buckets. Now, this is most likely something like Koshi that they’re doing and I have a little bit of experience toying around with Khi this week. So, I can recognize that this kind of AI would be very, very helpful. Buys them and then flips for profit. Reviews and improves its own strategy each cycle. Boy, I would love to create a business to do something like that to actually trade on the weather since I’m originally a weatherman. Um, and I already have a little bit of extra knowledge that other others may not have. Right under that, it says 4 minutes. UGC ad studio paste a product URL. Agent then scrapes the landing page. It pulled the winning ad hooks from the meta ads library and Tik Tok creative center in the exact niche and then wrote a full creative brief with zero prompt engineering. So what they’re saying here is it did all that in just 4 minutes time which is pretty incredible. Here let’s skip to the next page. I’m sure you read through some of these, but let’s see if there’s more that I have. Yeah. Okay. Here. Here’s an example. This one says 20 to 30 minutes. All right. Are saved per each client call. The agent researches the client and the company and the news out there. So, like the world news before every call. And then after the call, it drafts followup. Weekly. It replaces 10 hours of podcast listening as well by providing a 2hour summary. That’s pretty cool. Let’s see if there’s one more I’ll read before I’ll tell you about the big one at the bottom here. Let’s read this one on the uh lower right. It says under $20 a month 247 assistant with superbase CRM not total operating cost less than a chat GPT plus subscription. And that’s why they said under $20 a month. The agent autonomously proposed building new skills from its own reflection. I want to just concentrate on that one for a second because when it said under $20 a month, you’re not going to pay anything for your APIs. This is a one-time purpose purchase and then eventually you will. We’re giving you a way to start without having to pay anything initially. You won’t have to pay for your API access, which is going to be absolutely amazing. And I’ll get to that in just a moment. Then at the bottom, we have our own little suggestion. Get 10 clients at $1,000 a month and make back and make $10,000 a month. You see, there’s zero infrastructure overhead. One man army will handle the hosting. You handle the client relationships. And these 10 stories prove the demand exists. We remove the technical barrier. So, what you could do is it could actually sell this or help other clients to do these things and get literally $10,000 a month. But let’s be conservative for a moment. What does just one client really look like if you were to help a client? All right, your work is a setup time of maybe five minutes and a monthly maintenance, I don’t know, 15, 30 minutes, like nothing. You get one client, you have a choice. You could charge them a setup fee. Some charge as much as literally $2500 to set this up. Or you could, you know, only charge $200 like we were suggesting there. Or I’ll give you a third choice. You could actually offer them a free install to get your foot in the door. Think about that. What if you went up to a client and said, “How would you like to have your employees actually be reduced?” Now, I know this sounds harsh, but the reality is in a couple of years, almost half of the white collar workforce in the United States and much of the world is going to be devastated by AI workers. And I’m trying to put you on the right side of history here. I want you to be one of those that profits from this huge change that’s about to take place. So many companies are going to be forced to try to make much more efficient money in this environment by laying off their real human employees and hiring AI employees to save money so that they can survive. That’s incredible, right? and they’re out there already looking to do that now. It’s just starting, but it’s about to explode. Millions of people have already lost their jobs to AI employees, and we want you to be the ones that can provide it. So for a setup fee for $200 or free, you get your foot in the door and then you could have a monthly retainer of $150 per month after that. Now if you use these numbers strictly, one client is $ 350, five clients is $ 950 per month. 10 clients is $1,700 per month. It just goes on and on from there. And after you get your um your link, you’re going to see in this case that you are set for 50% commission, which is the normal commission that is paid to an affiliate. Uh Bob is asking is it possible to use RMA to create digital clones and create videos? So no need for hijen. Um I I’m like want to say yes and no. Yes, you can create videos. Um, and I I’m I haven’t gone in to do this yet myself, but I’m assuming that you can you can do digital clones. Uh, but isn’t hij one of the possibilities that they could use to to they could connect their API for hen to do those things? Yeah, I’m not 100% sure on that. I know that um the video is for sure to do a clone. I think it would be much more complicated. Not that it’s not possible, but uh to actually get to that point. Um I I don’t I don’t know exactly how you would do it.

But if you can find uh a link shortener like that, Bitly does not allow JVZ links anymore. And there are a couple others that people uh used in the past and and I guess they just used it. They probably abused it. That’s probably what happened. And so Bitly doesn’t you doesn’t allow them anymore. So um Pretty Link is one. Uh I don’t uh there’s there’s a couple others that are like WordPress plugins that you could use. So there’s different ways. You just have to search and find uh the best link shorteners or something like that. But that’s what you need to do or your own domain like I said.

If you are if you are wanting your commission bumped because you are going to resell the product, then yes, it will be bumped to 100% manually around June 12th. If you are talking about being a JBZU affiliate for just a standard affiliate for oneman army, no, the commission will stay at 50%.
Uh, Andrew, I don’t have any uh uh use cases yet for something for someone who’s published an ebook or um anything like that as as of yet. uh we had hoped to have some but um we you know since it’s so brand new we we don’t have any use cases directly from OMA we do have you know people that we know that uh have done so they they’ve published books they’ve done services for different people using AI and have very successful businesses So,

However, I know it’s a little bit confusing the way way it’s set up, but um if you are just an affiliate, you want to you you want to maybe you just bought the front end and you want to be an affiliate, then you will get your affiliate um approval for selling it at 50%. If you are a reseller and you want to get and you want to sell it as a reseller, you still have to get your affiliate link because that’s the way we’ve got it set up inside JVZoo. So, you get approval for the um for your affiliate link and come June 12th, they once they know that you’re, you know, you want to resell, then they will up your um

In fact, the first night we had um we were still on the webinar and somebody was already inside had already set up uh her um dashboard already her Yeah. So, uh it’s very easy to do and and everybody that uh I see comments from so far have been saying how smooth and easy it was and and uh they’re they’re very grateful. They’ve had some other setups before and this was far um superior to and easier to do and more stable.
Yeah. And if you’re still on the webinar and you’re just on the fence a little bit, um just a reminder, I mean, the complimentary AI access that it’s being offered is going to be not an option um soon enough, as well as the onetime pricing, that’s going to go away um it’s going to go to recurring um at some point in the near future. And um also your bonuses, the launch bonuses are going to go away. So, you have a refund period. So the key thing with AI is you want to give it as much of your work as you possibly can so that it’s doing the mundane things that you don’t want to to do. Maybe there you know some rep repetitive task or there’s certain things that you have to do some information that you have to have on a regular basis. You let AI do that. So you can spend your time on being creative about think planning ahead doing different things that only you can do and let allow AI to take away these other tasks that are dragging you down timewise, emotionally uh because you just don’t care to do them all the time. You build the system. Let it take care of it. And Hermes will re will learn over and over again. It will learn what it’s what um what it’s done, what was right, what was wrong, and it will correct it, and it will do better the next time. That’s what’s one thing that’s really amazing about Hermes.

JVZoo support is great if you see something in your account that doesn’t make sense or you know any you can’t access something you know then yeah that’s that’s what they’re there for. If it has anything to do with a product they’re just going to def defer you to the um product support team anyway.
And you do have um two different uh accounts too with JV Zoot. So keep that in mind as well. You have a customer account for the products that you purchased and then you have an affiliate account for all your affiliate and vendor uh um actions. So when you log in, you’ll have that you’ll have a choice in the corner, I believe. Do you want to switch to your other account?
